hello and welcome back this video will be the conclusion to the Milwaukee
three-in-one backpack vacuum model number zero eight eight five I believe
I'll put a link down in the description going to my Instagram page with the tag
grouping a couple different videos of my observations together you can check that
out if you feel so inclined I wanted to show you one thing I really like it for
besides the fact that it's on my back it is cordless
I can move about wherever I want to I'm ready to show you that right now with
this vehicle here and this vehicle here I'm gonna do some spring cleaning
February 3rd yep what it's about 50 degrees Fahrenheit
compared to negative 10 a couple days ago fine by me
let's get started just to quickly recap what I've already shown the basis of
this vacuum as I said backpack it has a harness goes on here clips on put on
your back and take that off I'll pull this clip out here set it on whatever
ladder etc you can even clip it together to keep it safe from falling off or
you just stay in it like this obviously let's put this harness on got it
very nice dust catch removal push the button pull it out push the button right
right here opens up empty it out filter pops out the top you can knock it off is
actually fairly simple it comes out without too much hassle I've cleaned this
out multiple times it's still working really nicely this piece comes out as
well you got some rough holes to keep a lot of the bigger stuff from going to
the filter that cleans out make sure to put it in the right way it is angled at
such a way that the whole thing fits in here and tightens up as you push it in
all the way home so put it in right if you're confused about why it's not
fitting that's the most likely why very nice this clips on and off pretty
standard a very nice we want to call it a knuckle to keep it from getting so
much of an angle here at this hose that it clogs this vacuum was to do that very
very nice this is actually a 9 foot hose it's an accessory you can buy extra it
comes with normally the zero 8 85 comes with 6 foot I believe anyways I got this
so that I can have more reach on tools of them got this on my back and I got
this hooked to a tool it'll give me much more reach very very much I recommend
getting this if you're doing that type of work
this will clip in here tada and usually usually keep this here
sometimes if I have in a vehicle I'll take it off and set it to the side but
generally that stays there retract your wand out further just by pushing on this
ring it must release a ball for these detent so that when you let go of this
it locks it in place so same with pulling back and with pushing forward
keep it simple I like it here's this piece swivel wide sucker upper head you
got other attachments on the belt portion which you can or if you don't
want to strap it around your waist here's the crevice tool let's actually
adapter right here it hooks on the end you get where I'm going and then this
will attach to a tool if they have if it has a dust port you can probably get
different adapters I have one from Rockler I like using which tough to be
honest that doesn't do a whole I wonder if it's meant for a specific application
by Milwaukee put this back in show you how it goes on let's see what you think
if you couldn't tell there's a 2-speed button down there high and a low or off
of course
I wanted just to touch on a few things I noticed with this backpack vac that I
thought was a nice little touch the one being rocker switch right here high and
low down but what I like most about that is when I go to shut it off I can just
slap my hand against the panel this part here and since it's sticking out I hit
it like that then we got the hose over here and this side it's got a little
clip what I'll do I can reach around to get it and now I might not always be
able to do that as I grow older well then also I've got to the point of being
able to memorize where that is and slip it in kind of goes for the same way with
the wand I've been able to kind of figure out how that goes
yeah kind of got it down I can turn it on
feel it on with that clips in and then I can smack it in place ready just like
that
like we're out of battery I think we just ran out of battery in a pretty
decent job I think I need a professional shampoo-ege here but this will do
perfectly fine for this old truck I've already came off why I actually
took it off before it would become a hazard on the road the cancer is sitting
pretty steadily that about wraps up this video and I know I've mentioned it
before but I guess I'll give you a little more clear explanation I've been
trying to make videos based on the tasks and the project versus a blog which is
just a bunch of random things throughout the day it'll make will make searching
for certain items easier so they should be shorter and more specific to the task
will keep it more professional keep oriented on like I said each individual
item versus a bunch throughout the day and make it easier for me to reference
