To built a new beer factory, villagers properties were acquired by beer company owner and local real estate broker Sundaram.
But village president Rajadurai refused to give his land. The company owner & Sundaram tried hard to buy the land, but nothing is happened.
Only enimity created with president. So they decided to built compound wall around president's land in all three sides.
So the only way to reach the land is by forest path. Because of forest path, agricultural labours are afraid to go there.
After few year, the is a suspicious murder in that way, also a couples committed suicide.
After that, the whole village believed that , ghost were there in that area. Because of that fear no body going to that side.
To sell that land called "kollaimedu" , Vijay the son of president facing the obstacles is the story to be continued here.
