Youtube daily about Sep 8 2017

So I live in belgium now and I am in the process of discovering a new place and Country and culture

And here are five things that I just love about Belgium!

#1: bike culture

I got into bike culture by accident when my car broke down and taking the train or bus was just way too much hassle.

So I decided to take my bike instead. It's amazing because they have these wonderful bike lanes.

And you don't have to worry about getting hit by a car because there's enough room on the road

And so many people also are riding their bike along with you.

So you really don't need to be worried about you isolated or if I get into an accident, what will happen?

Like a really nice way to even just meet new people by riding your bike.

Plus you have the added bonus it's healthy, and you can lose weight

So I love bike culture

#2 Belgian beer

I did not know I liked beer until I came to Belgium

I'm still on my journey of discovering beer and I'm not an expert yet

But I am so impressed by just the vast variety of choices when it comes to beer!

You have Lambic. You have white. You have blond. You have like the red ales, the dark ones

and it just there's a rainbow of choices when it comes to beer.

and I really am looking so forward to just learning about beer in general

and beer culture doesn't just stop with beverages.

You can use it in recipes and as flavorings.

I recently discovered this amazing cheese

Which you can get in Blonde, or Dark

and yes! It is as amazing as it sounds.

unless the thought of beer cheese is not good for you,

but you'd be wrong! It's really good!

#3: Waffles

so we have Belgian waffles in America.

And I have sort of considered that this might be a joke that the Belgians are playing on us.

And it's a possibility because they do have an odd sense of humor.

But the waffles that we know and love in America are nothing like the waffles that are over here the

Waffles here are magic

And the crap that they give us back home are just little things of sadness

They're not good when compared to the ones you find here.

The ones here are light and crispy and they're bit chewy on the inside and they're sweet without being too bitter.

You don't even need maple syrup or sugar because they just taste that great.

So if you come to Belgium you really do need to try the waffles because they are amazing!

highly recommended

#4: The people

The people on the Flemish side of Belgium where we live in Poperinge are so impressive.

I was so worried about not being able to speak dutch and just all the problems of that was going to lead to

Every single person I've met has been trilingual.

They know Dutch. They know French. They know English, which has just been incredible for me because I'm in the process of learning dutch

But I still really suck at it

But all the language barriers that I had to deal with in France have not been an issue for me in Belgium.

And it's just it's great because I've always found somebody who spoke English or who spoke French.

They're more than willing to help and it's just it's great!

I love it, and I appreciate that so much and it's such a motivation for me as well!

I want to learn dutch so badly just so that I can't keep up with all the people who are trilingual.

#5: Dutch

I am not an expert in Dutch yet. I am still learning however compared to French, Dutch is just so nice!

There's only one verb group. There's no like excessive grammar rules when it comes to things agreeing with one another

I just I love it so much. That's not to say It's not difficult because

yeah, I'm sorry Belgians, and you know the Dutch

But Dutch sort of does suck a little bit,

In terms of pronunciation

And this excessive need to bring multiple words together to create one word that has 20-plus letters in it

and then all the dialects!

Oh my goodness the dialects and that is hard.

But the dialects in the history of the dutch language is just what makes it so much fun!

And I'm really enjoying learning it.

so tell me have you been to Belgium or perhaps you live here?

Here's what Jan-Pro India Region Masters have to say about the household industry - Duration: 1:55.

What attracted me to the HK industry, is the size currently available in Indian market.

I believe there are three most important factors, that attracted me.

The first being it's a billion dollar industry, The second, there is a phenomenal year on

year growth in India today and last is the vertical multiples that we have, where we

can be attracted to banks, cinemas, hospitals, corporates and even residential buildings.

And I think adding on to that, for me also there isn't a very large organized player

in this industry.

That's why we thought that, we could come in.

At the same time, for me it was a little more internal motivation, where I thought maybe

three years down the line, I could look at telling someone, that I have a very large

employee force.

I am giving livelihood to over a thousand people.

That's what I feel, attracted me to this industry.

So what attracted me to the housekeeping industry is that its a service industry.

In India, service industry is one of the fastest growing industries compared to the rest of

them.

Another point why I got into housekeeping is that, I am a cleanliness freak myself.

I..I..can not look at a dirt and dust in and around any surroundings that I go to.

That's actually one of the reasons in that, you know, I have got into the housekeeping

industry.

Thirdly, I would like to say that I think the housekeeping industry is a recession-free

industry.

As for example, like when demonetization happened back in November.

I think, a lot of industries were affected because of it.

I have not seen that kind of effect happening on my business.

Gray Scott: Should We be Cautious about Envisioning Dystopias? - Duration: 1:54.

We will get what we expect. And I mean that literally, what we expect:

Meaning, what we write, what we create, what we think about, what we focus on. When you start to think about

manifesting the future, when you start thinking about writing about the future, a lot of the science fiction stories that we have from the past

actually become self-fulfilling prophecies. So a lot of the technologies that we have they are based off of Gene Roddenberry's work with Star Trek.

Literally, people saw those things and they they wanted to try to manifest those products.

If I'm writing about the future I'm also

responsible for what I put out there, right? Because I'm influencing your psychology. I'm influencing your narrative, your story.

I mean Isaac Asimov, Arthur C Clarke,

Gene Roddenberry: Part of what I took from all of these futurists that came before me is

they, I think, were very aware of

how the world was influencing them and their work,

and

they were aware of how their work was going to influence people in the future.

So, there have been times when I thought: I shouldn't talk about certain things or I shouldn't write about certain things, just because

There is a morbid fascination with Dystopia. I love cyberpunk.

At heart I'm sort of a cyberpunk fan. I love Blade Runner.

But that is not the world you want to live in. I mean, blade Runner is not the future we want.

So there's there's got to be some

new narrative that we haven't talked about yet.

Liberal Critic Accurately Predicts Amazing Thing Trump's About To Do For Entire USA - Duration: 14:03.

Liberal Critic Accurately Predicts Amazing Thing Trump's About To Do For Entire USA

Well this was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

A huge critic and reporter for the liberal New York Times just shocked Trump supporters

by saying something nice about him.

And what's more he made an accurate prediction that will surely destroy all the liberal haters

out there.

For Trump ran against both parties on a promise to bring us together and while he has done

much the infighting between the two political parties is flat out hurting the progress this

nation needs to make.

We elected Trump for one reason and while the left and the establishment GOP have delighted

in pulling us apart, according to this card carrying member of the liberal media establishment,

Trump is about to unify the country and leave the petty politics behind.

And when he does that he will do something and be something that neither political party

can obstruct and block.

make no mistake American's are best when the pressure is on – our kindness and resolve

and ingenuity all come out just as it has with the President.

"Now a tropical storm as it continues to inundate the Texas and Louisiana coasts, Harvey

is foremost a human disaster, a stop-motion catastrophe that has already claimed at least

10 lives and destroyed thousands of structures," Glenn Thrush wrote in the New York Times.

"But hurricanes in the post-Katrina era are also political events, benchmarks by which

a president's abilities are measured.

Mr. Trump is behaving like a man whose future depends on getting this right."

He was remarking on Trump's calm steady hand during this crisis where unlike Ted Cruz

and Chris Christie (who played politics) Trump remained above the fray and is trying to bring

our nation

"We are one American family," the president said Monday, "We hurt together, we struggle

together and, believe me, we endure together.

We are one family."

Grateful local officials echoed the liberal reporter saying,

"In a week or two, after something like this, people tend to forget about you,"

said Joe McComb, the Republican mayor of Corpus Christi, "Getting him down here is a way

to make sure he's making a commitment.

He'll see what happened for himself.

He's rough and gruff, but I think he's got a good heart."

Another noted liberal chimed in, "So far, he's been aggressive and forward-leaning,

which is encouraging," said Jon Meacham a well respected presidential historian.

Mr. Trump, according to sources, was genuinely moved by the devastation in Texas, just as

he was when he saw the pictures of kids killed by Syrian chemical weapons.

Another aide told Thrush that Trump, ever the builder, shook his head in disbelief at

the devastating pictures and said, "Water damage is the worst…"tough, tough, tough."

Correct but with Trump on the case Texans will get their relief and just you watch – America

will rally around their president as we so often do.

And Trump will finally be able to unify the country and get tax reform and infrastructure

done no matter what Chuck Schumer throws in his way.

Everyone will be thrilled, well everyone except Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer who have bet

their careers

on

Trump failing.

The Young and The Restless - Curious About Alice - Duration: 1:53.

>> Sharon: When you were out in the parking lot, I was asking

the mildest, most casual questions, so why did she get so

strange and evasive?

>> Mariah: Because I think she's hiding more than her address.

And especially given your history with her, I mean, you

and Nick are the last people that she would want to tip off.

>> Crystal: I'm so sorry for all the trouble I caused.

I'll never do it again.

I promise.

[ Sighs ] Thank God

I'm back with you now.

It's all I wanted.

You're the nicest person I know, Alice.

>> Alice: It just about killed me when they told me they had to

take you away.

You know how I feel about you and the other girls.

You're like family to me.

>> Tessa: Why can't we just go there and find out

what's really up?

>> Nick: Look, if we rush in there without anything to back

up our suspicions, then it'll tip Alice off, and we'll have

nothing.

>> Sharon: So what do we do, Nick?

>> Nick: We just keep doing what we're doing.

We'll monitor her every move.

If we see anything weird or out of the ordinary, then we'll

bring in the police.

>> Mariah: And what if that doesn't work and we

come up empty?

>> Nick: Well, then I think we just all need to accept the fact

that we are invading an innocent woman's privacy.

>> Alice: So, I've got some really good news.

The boss saw your photo.

He told me, "That girl is something

special.

She's a cut above."

>> Crystal: He said that?

>> Alice: He can't wait to meet you.

[ Sighs ] This could be the beginning of something big.

For both of us.

>> Sharon: I just can't shake this feeling that Alice is

involved in this somehow.

And one way or another, I am going to find out.

speedpaint : 30 FACTS ABOUT ME | Working for Takashi Murakami | My Ethnicity | Aikawa Eri - Duration: 6:03.

So the other day my friend suggested that I should talk about life in my speed painting

videos but I don't have a specific topic in mind so I'll just be doing the 30 facts about

me.

I should probably introduce myself first.

My name is Aikawa Eri, and I'm an illustrator from Japan.

I'm half Japanese, part Chinese and part Filipino.

I grew up living both in Japan and in the Philippines.

Mostly in the Philippines, basically, I go to Japan every summer because my father lives

here.

I was born in Yokohama, Japan, then we moved to Saitama, lived there until I was 4, then

came to the Philippines to study, because I think they thought it was cheaper there.

The first anime I watched was Tonari no Totoro.

I think I was 2 back then.

I love Sailor Moon, I grew up watching Sailor Moon.

I used to dress up like her, my dad bought me a wig that has a mic and a belt that connects

to the mic.

And say lines like.

*speaks japanese*

God, what am I doing,..

but yea those were the days...

In my elementary and high school years, I'm always the one chosen to join art related

contests, especially "Poster Making Contests".

I have a few but trusted friends.

I'm an introvert.

My favorite season is autumn,

I used to work for Takashi Murakami as an assistant painter.

I lived in 4 houses in my entire life.

I live in a house full of supernatural beings.

In my second house, there lived a family of unfriendly ghosts, and another one in our

front garden that is friendly.

My mom would bless the house, and one time called a paranormal investigator and she said

we had a portal in my parent's master bathroom.

My fear is when I have sleep paralysis.

I used to have sleep paralysis ever so often but it somehow stopped.

I'm not complaining tho.

In high school I used to be a huge j-pop fan, especially Hey! Say! JUMP .

My...as they say..."bias" was Yamada Ryosuke

And I actually went to their spring concert once, back in 2009 in Yokohama Arena, and

shook hands with Yamada Ryosuke.

I have a fascination for supernatural beings and I enjoy watching documentaries about haunted

dolls and houses.

I'm a cat person.

I'm a night owl, I'm not really a morning person.

I play the ukulele.

If given a choice between sweet or savory; I'll always go with sweet.

My favorite artists are James Jean and Mark Ryden, I met James Jean once at his book signing

in Nakano Broadwat, I gave him a present, a painting I did and he commented on my Instagram

and thanked me.

I was so happy that day.

And I also met Kim JungGi on the same day, and Katsuya Terada on a different occasion.

I'm a creature of habit.

I met the love of my life in college and we got married on Sept. 26, 2015

I have a very sensitive nose, meaning I could smell the faintest odor.

My favorite colors are pink, white, and black.

I am a huge Harry Potter fan.

My house is in Gryffindor, My Patronus is a Falcon, My Ilvermorny house is Wampus and

my wand is a 11 1/2 sycamore wood with a dragon heartstring core.

I don't have a favorite music genre, I listen to jazz, blues, and rock...

but I'm not really into country music.

My top 10 musicians are...

I went to an art school and I majored in Painting.

And the last fact is...

I love the rain.

Oh and a bonus fact, I sleep while listening to ASMR.

My 2 favorite ASMR-tist?

I think that's what they're called..

Learn about my one-handed life! Stump Chats 4 (with Molly) - Duration: 2:15.

[jazzy music plays] It's time for Stump Chats!

[Alexis] If you had to pick a favourite arm, which would it be?

[Molly] This one.

[Alexis] Really?

[Molly] Mmhmm.

I love my little stump, but I happen to think and sorry if this comes across as boasting,

but I happen to think I have like really pretty arms and I think I have a really pretty one

hand.

[Alexis] Mmhmm.

[Molly] Cause I've got long fingers.

[Alexis] Yeah you could be a hand model!

[Molly laughs] Do you have one?

[Alexis] You know it changes every day.

Both my arms are so different in personality like this is an arm, but this is like my left

arm, which has a stump on it who has his like own personality, so it's almost impossible.

[Molly] Yeah it's hard.

It changes also with the tattoos I get.

[Alexis] Yeah!

[Molly] Is there something that a minuscule task, or everyday task, or not even an everyday

task that no matter how much you try to adapt it it's just been difficult for you?

[Alexis] Hmm good question.

I haven't conquered the monkey bars yet.

[Molly] Ooh!

I do-- ! [Alexis] Like hand over hand?

Oh!

You can do them?

[Molly] Mmhmm!

[Alexis] Can you like go like?

[Molly] Not as well on the monkey bars, but on like the rings?

[Alexis] Oh my gosh!

That's fantastic!

That's like the only thing I can really think of...

[Molly] Necklaces!

I have to bring them around to the front and use my mouth a lot.

[Alexis] Me too, me too!!

Actually that reminds me putting on the backs of earrings?

It's so hard! [Molly] Can be such...

[Alexis] The other thing I noticed moving into this new place - hanging pictures is

f#%kin' hard!

[Molly] It's so hard!

[Alexis] Like holding the nailed trying to hammer?

[Molly] I put it in between like here?

[Alexis] Oh nice!

You've got a nice divot.

I did my [breathes out] technique with a hammer and held the hammer right here, which was

super heavy and held the thing and just let the weight of the hammer do the first initial

-- [Molly] Yeah cause once it gets in a little

bit you're fine.

[Alexis] Then you can kind of like yeah.

[Molly] I should try that with the hammer cause this is just like so dangerous and it

like wiggles in between.

[Alexis] Yeah.

[Molly] But I do have a bit of a divot here that's proven to be useful.

[Alexis] Useful.

Yeah I've definitely smacked my stump with the hammer and I'm just like no, no, no.

[laughs] One day we'll do an episode just of us doing

daily s#%t.

[Molly] We should!

We should like get ready together.

[Alexis] Molly and Alexis get ready in the morning!

[Molly] Yeah!

[jazzy music continues]
