Hi Doc,

Ok, so I don't think there's a problem at all

But my friends tell me that I have a "hard neck"

Can you check it out for me?

Hi Doc, can you make sure

that I indeed have a "hard mouth"?!

Hi Doc,

people keep saying I have "soft ears"

how can I make it harder?

Hi Doc...

...whenever someone sweet-talks me...

...I will "heart soft"

Hi Doc.

Whenever my boss scolds at me, for some reason,

I get "tilting shoulders"

Not my fault...right?

Doc!!

Is it not deep enough?!

I knew it!

I think that I am "eye shallow" too!

Hi Doc,

Whenever someone tells me to do something

I "lift elbow"

Hi, Doc,

Actually the reason why I'm here today

is because...

EXCLUSIVE: Arsenal confident they can rekindle £92m deal for Thomas Lemar in January

Starsport understands a deal has been agreed in principle with Monaco along with a five-year contract for the France midfielder, worth around £250,000-a-week.

Boss Arsene Wenger has told associates the Lemar deal does not hinge on Alexis Sanchez being sold in the New Year.

Sanchez was set to move to Manchester City last week until Arsenal pulled the plug at the last minute after they fell short of his £60m price tag.

Wenger has not completely given up hope of Sanchez signing a new contract, with his current one running out at the end of the season.

But if he doesn't, the Gunners may have to accept as little as £30m if City swoop for him again in the next transfer window Despite being widely reported that Lemar snubbed the Gunners on deadline day, it now appears there were genuine problems in pushing the deal through in time while the 21-year-old was on international duty.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger. France manager Didier Deschamps insisted his players concentrated on their World Cup qualifier that day against the Netherlands in which Lemar scored a wonder goal. The £92m buy would shatter Arsenal's transfer record.

Incredibly, Starsport understands the club passed up on signing him for £60m earlier in the summer due to concerns over his commercial value.

But now the struggling north Londoners - who have lost two out of their first three games in the Premier League - are ready to pull out the stops to land him.

Wenger is also believed to be incredibly confident that World Cup winner Mesut Ozil will sign a new deal. Meanwhile, Wenger revealed yesterday that he had to cash in on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain by selling him to Liverpool for £35m.

"We had to sell someone," said Wenger. "We have players we do not want to extend, and we have players we wanted to extend, where we could not find an agreement.

"Every time you have to quantify the loss of income. And at the end of the day, you decide, ok, we can do it for two or three, but not for four or five.".

Not Even Nancy Pelosi Can Find Fault With What Mike Pence Just Told Flood Victims - Duration: 14:03.

Not Even Nancy Pelosi Can Find Fault With What Mike Pence Just Told Flood Victims

Vice President Mike Pence took a tour of the eviscerated Texas coast.

He met with numerous victims of Hurricane Harvey and he shared a message from President

Trump that was loving and heartfelt.

"I called the president on Air Force Two this morning.

I asked him what he wanted me to tell you.

And he just said tell 'em we love Texas,'" Pence told a small crowd as he saw just some

of the damage that was inflicted by the hurricane.

Pence was very reassuring to the victims and offered prayers.

He continually brought up the President and showed the care that President Trump had for

Texas and it's citizens.

Trump was unable to meet with the victims because it would impede research efforts.

Pence made it know that Texas will come back bigger and better as he embraced victims who

have lost everything.

Mike Pence didn't stop there.

He put on a pair of work gloves to get to work.

He aided Samaritan's Purse load and haul wood from it's newly found blockade in front

of a house to a curb.

"The fact that Trump and now he's here makes you appreciate what we have," said

Brittney Naro, one of the affected family members there.

"They didn't have to come.

What more can you ask for?"

President Trump was the mastermind behind this get together.

He wanted the citizens of Texas to know that the Trump Administration stands with Houston

and Texas.

He wants to ensure that the citizens affected by the storm know that the entire country

is standing behind them and we all want them to recover as quickly as possible.

The Daily Mail said that the Vice President went to Corpus Christi and then to Rockport.

These areas were hit extremely hard by the storm and have a long recovery ahead.

What do you think of Pence touring the damage and inspiring

the victims?

How Simple Mini Habits Can Change Your Life - Duration: 3:57.

All of us likely feel tired, unmotivated, and a little guilty from time to time, but

if these feelings persist for long periods of time, it becomes essential to make positive

changes in your life so as to avoid ongoing issues.

In the creativity book Thinkertoys, the advice is to contemplate the opposite of any given

problem in order to find a solution for said problem.

More specifically, by envisioning a solution to a problem, we are able to more easily realize

the first step that is required to set a lasting solution into motion.

For instance, if you've been wanting to start working out for thirty minutes each

day (but haven't been able to start), the solution to your problem likely involves push-ups.

Once you've realized and visualized this, it is easy to see that you can begin a long-term

solution to your problem simply by dropping to the floor and doing one push-up.

And once you've done one, there's a very good chance that you'll do a few more while

you're down there (why not?)—which could easily compel you to finish a whole workout

that same day or week, or soon after.

This exercise is great for your willpower, which is actually a limited resource; for

example, your willpower may not be strong enough take-on a whole workout up front, but

if you can will yourself to "just do one push-up," doing so may compel your body

and mind to support the idea of a complete workout after all.

This ideology involves forming positive habits, and according to Duke University, habits account

for approximately 45% of all of an individual's behaviour.

Changing your life with mini-habits.

Here's how you could get started: pick a habit or a problem that you'd like to change,

such as thinking positively, writing 500 words per day, or reading one novel per week, and

then break the problem down into manageable steps.

For example, you could start by thinking of one positive thought before getting out of

bed each morning, by writing 50 words each day, or by reading one chapter of a novel

each day.

As mentioned, just committing to these small, manageable tasks will give you the will to

achieve them, and sooner or later your body and mind will provide you with the extra energy

and willpower necessary to achieve much more.

Thinking along these lines, here follows a great top-10 daily mini-habits list that is

worth both your time and willpower:

1.

Compliment at least one person

2.

Think at least three positive thoughts

3.

Meditate for at least one minute

4.

Write down three things you're grateful for

5.

Do a push-up

6.

Write 100 words

7.

Read one chapter of a book

8.

Jog for one minute

9.

Run for ten seconds

10.

Drink three glasses of water

If this all sounds fairly simple, it's because it is!

But more importantly, it's efficient and effective, and most definitely worth trying.

By envisioning solutions and taking small steps to fulfill them, you really can transform

your life over time without adding extra stress and anxiety to it over the short-term.

Why Use ASL When You Can Talk? | ASL - Duration: 4:32.

[marker writing]

[Pokemon game sound]

Hello!

Good morning!

What's up?

I'm sick today.

My throat hurts.

My name is Rikki Poynter [sign name].

I'm a mainstreamed deaf person who has been learning ASL for the last two years.

Last year, I made a video called...

Actually, I forgot the title but it was about my interpreters cancelling on me.

I needed interpreters for an event and they cancelled on me at the last minute.

That video was in ASL.

I was voice off in that video.

I read a comment on that video that said something like, "Since you can talk, why not talk?"

My answer is that, yes, I can talk and I have good speech,

but if I'm using ASL, ASL doesn't use voice.

So why would I want to voice?

SimCom is a bad thing to do.

I don't like using SimCom.

So... I don't do it.

My first language is English.

I like English.

I like yelling, yelling swear words out loud.

It's fun, but I like ASL too.

If I'm practicing ASL, I'm not going to SimCom.

The only time I SimCom is if I'm with hearing and deaf people in the same room.

Or if I'm livestreaming.

But in videos, no.

I've sometimes voiced a few words in videos, but... whatever.

But I won't do it in a full ASL video.

So a message to you hearing folks out there:

You guys have a lot of access in this world.

You don't need me to voice for you.

I always have captions on these videos.

Okay, there is one circumstance.

Blind viewers benefit from captions or a voiceover, but I can't do that.

It's difficult for me to do my own voiceover.

So I have transcripts available if a video is in ASL.

I like ASL and when I practice ASL, I'm not voicing.

If you're not a fan of that, I'm sorry.

Is there anything else that I need to say?

I don't think so.

I'm still fluent in English, so, yes, I will still voice in some videos.

But I'm also going to do some videos in ASL.

If you don't like that, you'll have to get over it.

Just understand that there will always be captions on my videos, okay?

If you want to follow me on my social media, links to that will be down below.

If you want to support my work, links to Patreon and Ko-fi will be down below.

I [try to] upload every Monday and Thursday.

And I'll see you later. Bye!

How You Can Help People in Wheelchairs Navigate Their City - Duration: 2:01.

We're at a Local Guides meet-up, and we're adding wheelchair-accessible information to Google Maps.

There's 472 train station entrances in New York.

Many are not accessible at all.

It's bad, because when you transfer trains, that's two more elevators that can stop your trip when you live it every day.

Accessibility: there's far too many who don't have this access when taking the subways,

we need to bring awareness to subway entrances that are very difficult

for folks to navigate so that's what we're doing here today.

We've seen different ways to get to the subways so we're taking pictures.

"We're on the map!" "Oh that's what the building looks like!" "Exactly, now I know what to look for."

There really are no limitations, people should put as much information as possible.

Because they do have cell phones they're regular people, so we can help them, we help everyone.

I always try to answer the questions that pop up.

So when someone says, "I went to this place in my wheelchair and you could do this and you couldn't do that."

So I'll add the number of steps whether it's accessible or not in the reviews.

And they include content in the reviews that specifically call it out.

A lot of times that door handle may be really high for people who are other than tall people.

These are some of the things that we can bring to Google Maps.

It doesn't take much.

It's my dream to have so many people who care about accessibility getting out and doing it.

Because you may make their day and help them access something they wouldn't otherwise have access to.

This is a large undertaking but I'm up to the challenge, we can do this.

Can You Tailwhip Yet? (Day 1985) - Duration: 14:39.

- Good morning, clan, welcome to Wednesday.

In case you missed yesterday's vlog,

or my Instagram post, or Twitter post, or Facebook post,

which I don't know how you'd do that

'cause that's four different social networks

that you should be checking on a regular basis

for content from us.

But if you did, we launched a new shirt campaign.

Brand new, limited edition design.

#vlogon with a dirt bike.

My signature green color.

And our Clintus.TV punch label logo.

Comes black on white and white on black.

I love that one, by the way.

That link will be in description.

It runs, basically, for the month of September.

I think, yeah, off the top of my head.

I think it's the end of September.

So, you have a couple weeks.

And I did confirm tank tops and hoodies, as well.

And I really hope you guys like it.

I really hope that we have a strong campaign.

Because it's our first attempt

at like, a one time design.

I've always had like just a merch store

with like a couple different designs.

And they're just always there.

I'm trying this new, like, limited edition campaign.

And if this one works good,

then what we'll do is we'll run

another campaign with a new design.

So, this is just a test run.

This is to see A, do you guys like crazy designs like that?

It's not necessarily like just our name.

I mean, it does have our name on it.

But this is just the first run.

I like the whole dirt bike thing

with the color in the background.

We're working on a couple other designs.

We're just gonna run one design at a time.

Instead of having like a whole storefront

with like 10 different options.

And you're like, "I don't know which one to get."

Just one at a time.

Bam, one at a time.

If you like that one, buy it.

If you don't, skip it, wait for the next one.

And we're just trying to kind of do that.

We're also dabbling with other products,

such as, hats, coffee mugs, mouse pads.

I don't even know.

So, of course, kids are at school.

Tiffany's at the gym.

I'm getting ready to go start my Destiny 2 stream.

Day two, very excited about it.

Also, at some point this week,

I need to plant my coconut tree.

Gotta get it outside for some sun.

We gotta name this guy.

What should we name this guy?

What's he look like to you guys?

I mean, we could name him, right?

It looks like a face, a head, someone's head.

For now, we're just gonna kind of put him

out here for some sunshine.

There you go, buddy, sunshine.

(bass notes)

Someone went to the grocery store.

- Yeah.

- [Clintus] While they were hungry.

- I know.

Well, I didn't do like super big grocery shopping

last week because you weren't here.

- [Clintus] And it was short week for you guys.

- So, I feel like we pretty much

went through a lot of stuff and it was time to restock.

- [Clintus] Yeah, got the canned goods.

Pasta, chicken,

cereal.

- [Tiffany] Banana.

- [Clintus] Oh, yeah.

Eating some naan and hummus.

We're gonna finish that up, emptying the fridge.

Some cheese sticks, some fruit, mhmmm.

So, I interrupted my Destiny 2 stream,

finished the story campaign

so we have about 11 or 12 hours to finish the whole story.

As I say to a lot of people.

A lot of people feel like,

when they beat the game of Destiny, the game's over.

That's only half the game.

Literally, you play the story and that's half the game.

The other half is increasing

your light level or power level,

getting new gear, getting the exotic weapons and armor,

and of course, doing the end game PVP and PVE.

The Raid and Trials of Osiris and that kind of thing.

So, I'm super excited to be done with the story

and be on my next half of the game.

'Cause it's just so good.

In other news, I just got a package.

Dropped off at the front door from UPS.

I kind of know what it's related to

but I have no idea what's inside.

So, we're gonna open it right now live with you.

It's from Activision.

You know, the distributors of Destiny 2.

And there it is, inside the box.

Got a Destiny 2 logo on the outside.

Here we go.

Alright, I'm gonna kind of just turn the face

'cause I don't know what's inside yet.

Alright, so we have the Destiny official coloring book.

Very cool.

We're gonna give that to--

Oh, yeah, look at this, it's a color book.

There's some colored pictures in it though.

What was that, at the end?

Oh, yeah, there we go, that's cool, some artwork.

Very cool.

- [Bryce] It's cool.

- [Clintus] Oh, man, that's so cool.

Like, I will sit there and color.

Like, bored one day like

we're just chilling with some crayons.

That's so cool.

All the guns.

- [Bryce] Would you like try

coloring them the right colors?

- [Clintus] I'll color in the lines, I promise.

Oh, they sent me some Poptarts.

And the brown sugar cinnamon.

It's actually a flavor that I like.

- [Bryce] And they know we like Kontrol Freak.

- [Clintus] That's awesome.

- [Tiffany] I looked at the Rockstar's.

- [Clintus] No, oh, my name's on it!

Holy crap!

It says my name!

What the, what the what?

You guys see that, it says Clintus.

My name is on it.

(laughs) That is so cool.

And it's actually a flavor I like.

That's just crazy.

- [Bryce] What flavor is it?

- [Clintus] It's brown sugar and cinnamon.

I actually really like that flavor.

XP boost, free with every box.

You buy one, you text the code in,

and you get the code back.

Very cool.

- [Bryce] Wait, don't you already have some of these?

- [Clintus] Yeah, yeah.

Well, I'm partnered with Kontrol Freak

but they don't know that.

There's the Destiny 2 Ghost for PS4.

I'm actually using these exact ones

on my PlayStation right now.

- [Bryce] And we got confetti.

- [Clintus] Very cool, very cool.

- [Tiffany] Good old homework.

Rage (groans).

- [Clintus] So, Sierra's here doing homework, history.

She has write an essay on the Hurricane Irma, right?

- I don't have to write about Irma.

- [Clintus] Something topical, like in the news right now.

Yep, are you struggling?

- Yeah. - [Clintus] A little bit?

Tiffany's FaceTiming Chrissy.

She started putting these up on the wall.

So, she's getting some advice from her big sister.

The funny thing is she's buying

things for the house, right?

Like, we got the clock here.

The herb kit here.

The mirror's still outside.

And all those things in the front room.

And we just haven't had time

to actually hang them up yet.

And I know the most part is she's waiting on me.

So, I told her, I was like,

"Well, if you wanna do it today, let's do it."

You know? So, I think that's what she's trying

to get the idea with her sister.

To figure out where to put it, hang it up.

'Cause once you put the hole in the wall,

it's kind of permanent.

Alright, so, scratch that.

It looks like Tiffany is not ready

to hang up the stuff on the wall just yet.

- I need to buy some more things.

And then lay it out and make sure I'm okay with it before.

- It's a big wall. - Putting stuff, yeah.

And then, having to move it.

- Yeah, but you opened up the herb garden.

Are you gonna start putting that together?

- Sierra's gonna help me plant it.

- There we go. Plant some herbs.

Some herbs, herbs.

Bryce is picking up dog poop.

And he's gonna mow the backyard.

With all the rain we've been getting and the weather,

the grass is growing pretty quickly, which is nice.

Other than just that back area.

It's really nice.

And I am going to change our air filters in the house.

We've been in the house now for six months.

Don't know when exactly they were changed

but we're gonna change them now.

Most of these are three month filters, I think.

Does it say? I want to say they're two month.

Yeah, three month filters, yeah.

So, we're definitely overdue.

So, I was just going around the house

trying to count all of the filters.

There's one downstairs and there's three upstairs.

And there are two different sizes.

Thankfully, the previous owner

had some spare filters on hand.

I can just do it right now.

- [Sierra] It smells fresh.

- [Tiffany] (chuckles) It smells fresh.

Okay, so, we're gonna place the seeds

in the same order as the picture here.

So, we're gonna put the basil, parsley.

- [Sierra] "Parz-ley".

- [Tiffany] Parsley and chives.

And then, it says, about two weeks,

they'll start to sprout.

What's the proper term?

And in about two to three months,

we'll actually be able to use this stuff.

Is that cool?

- Yeah. - [Tiffany] Yeah (chuckles).

We'll see if we can actually keep them alive.

- [Clintus] Yep, they're dirty. (Sierra groans)

Not as bad as our old house.

I don't know if these filters are different.

See, that's where it sucks the air.

See, it's like sucking it up.

- [Sierra] Oh, cool.

- So, it just sucks up all the air in the house.

And then, goes through the air conditioner.

And it comes back out.

- [Sierra] Oh.

- [Clintus] It just kind of filters the air.

- What's this?

- [Clintus] Ground beef?

- Yeah, I actually bought ground beef.

- [Clintus] How come? - We're going for it.

'Cause it's cheeseburger pasta.

So, I actually got ground beef.

- [Clintus] You need burger, you need the burger.

- Yeah. - [Clintus] But what did you buy?

- Oh, the organic, the good kind, grass fed.

- [Clintus] Got some veggie pasta, freshly boiled.

We've got our ground beef with some sauteed onions

'cause we like our onions.

We got a little bit of ketchup.

Some petite cut tomatoes.

Some mustard, some garlic, some salt.

- What are we missing?

- [Clintus] Pickles.

- I thought--

I'm like, that'd be weird.

No, the cheese.

- Oh, the cheese, 'cause we're doing cheeseburgers.

And while Tiffany is cooking in the kitchen.

Yes, I'm giving Tiffany the credit,

I am not really helping her,

other than moving things one hand at a time.

I did cut her onions for her.

'Cause you know, she doesn't wanna cry or teary eyed.

I cut the onions for her.

Sierra's playing Just Cause 3 on Bryce's Playstation.

Why are you playing it on Bryce's?

- 'Cause we were playing together.

But he's in the bathroom.

- Oh, he's pooping!

Bryce is pooping!

The funny thing is I think Tiffany,

technically, poops more than anybody in the house.

- [Tiffany] Oh, my gosh!

- But Bryce just happens to be caught pooping all the time.

Just the timing works out.

Tiffany, you're more like a morning pooper.

She poops like while I'm streaming.

Why are talking about poop?

I don't know. Herb's been planted.

How long until they pop?

- [Tiffany] Two weeks.

- [Clintus] Two weeks, yay!

Baby's just chilling, waiting for food to be dropped.

No food, Baby, I don't have any food, sorry.

(mustard bottle squeaks)

Excuse you, geez.

- This is kind of weird,

putting ketchup and mustard in pasta.

- [Clintus] Yeah.

- We'll see.

So, it's going to be very similar

to like a Hamburger Helper.

But this is not straight from a box.

- [Clintus] Oh, completely homemade.

- There's our before.

Throw it in here just for a little bit

to get it bubbly and melted.

Melt the cheese.

- [Clintus] Bubbly and melted? - Bubbly and melted.

- I said, I think we're gonna have leftover this week.

Because I have five dinners planned

for the next like week.

- [Clintus] I love it, that's free lunch for me.

And breakfast (laughs).

And the final product, all melty and gooey.

And at the last second,

Tiffany threw some jalapeños on there

for those who like to live bold.

A little Caesar salad with quinoa, as well.

- [Sierra] Chop Caesar salad.

- [Clintus] Chop Caesar salad, says Sierra.

Bryce is like, "Oh, yeah, oh, yeah."

Oh, I smell something.

What's that smell?

- [Bryce] The rubber.

- [Clintus] No, that's the smell of clean cut grass.

- [Bryce] Oh.

- [Clintus] Nice job, dude.

Though, you left some nuggets over here.

- [Bryce] Nuggets?

- [Clintus] How come the lawn mower didn't pick those up?

- [Bryce] I don't know.

- [Clintus] It's weird.

What bums me out though is this corner over here, man.

It looks like trash.

Look at it, it's dirt.

It's like getting worse.

I don't understand, man.

It's so bad.

Like this tree, whatever it is, man.

It just kills it.

How's the scooter? - Good.

- [Clintus] Good, vroom, vroom.

Can you do a tail whip yet?

Oh! - That was close!

- [Clintus] That would've been awesome if you like landed.

Like, hopped, just get back on it.

- I've never done that.

I just tried and it worked.

- [Clintus] That's the way it is, you gotta practice.

You're gonna bang your ankles a few times.

- Dang it.

What I did was like jumped and then did that.

- [Clintus] Yeah, but you gotta jump up and spin.

So, it spins while you're still in the air.

Well, you have to kick it.

You do it fast enough that you--

Yeah, but you just can't put your feet down.

You gotta jump.

- It's gonna be hard. - [Clintus] It is gonna be hard.

It'll take practice though.

(laughs) Lots of practice, man.

So, the sun just went down.

Sunset's now, like, 6:40, 6:45 something like that.

It's 104 degrees outside is what it says.

It doesn't feel like it.

Sun goes down, sun's passed the horizon.

It doesn't feel like 104.

But that's what the weather guide says here locally.

Perfect time to start playing basketball

and be outside, do things like well, basketball,

scooter, skateboarding, that sort of thing.

It's the perfect time of day.

What you got in here?

- [Tiffany] Well, I went to the grocery store.

Which means, I gotta take care of the sweet tooth.

- [Clintus] The sweet tooth?

- The sweet tooth, only one.

- [Clintus] You only have one.

- But here's the problem, we all like different things.

- [Clintus] Yeah, I know.

I know, somebody was giving us crap

in the comments last time I showed this.

'Cause they were like, "Oh, my gosh, so much ice cream."

That's the thing though.

We buy a box, we eat a couple of them,

and we buy another box.

We don't eat these all the time.

That's why they sit here.

Not that one.

These have been here for almost three weeks.

These Popsicles have been here

since the beginning of summer.

I don't even know how long that's been in here.

Like, it's a hodge-podge.

- Yeah.

- [Clintus] 'Cause you go to the store once a week.

- That and we'll have guests over,

it's like, "Oh, go help yourself."

- [Clintus] Exactly, exactly, that's what we did.

Yeah, we told the kids to help themselves.

And they were like, "Oh, my God, look at all these sweets."

We don't eat sweets very often.

We don't eat dessert every day.

You do, you eat something sweet every day.

- It might be something as small

as a little chocolate but yes.

- [Clintus] And then, a cookie sandwich.

- Mhmmm. - [Clintus] Mhmmm.

What did you go with?

- I had the Skinny Cow, I get the smallest one.

- [Clintus] Was is it, just an ice cream sandwich?

- Yeah.

- [Clintus] It's got like cake on the outside of it.

And I got the Haagen-Dazs dark chocolate,

coconut, caramel, amazing thing.

It's amazing.

Got all the girls on the couch, watching the show.

Clean Baby.

Bryce, playing some Destiny 2.

- Mhmmm. - [Clintus] How are you liking it?

- Good. - [Clintus] So far, so good?

- Yeah.

- [Clintus] You got a long way to go, buddy.

There's so much in the game to do.

You're gonna love it.

And I'm gonna go ahead and end the vlog here.

I got some work to do, to prepare for tomorrow.

Tomorrow's stream, that sort of thing.

So, thank you so much for watching.

I hope you enjoyed it.
