New signing Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain trained at Melwood for the first time with his Liverpool

team-mates on Wednesday morning.

Having completed his deadline day move from Arsenal during the international window, Oxlade-Chamberlain

has not had a chance to get to know his club colleagues until now.

With his international commitments now over, the 24-year-old checked in at the club's training

facility just before 10.30am before training with the rest of the squad.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was greeted by manager Jurgen Klopp before popping into the canteen

for a bite to eat.

Klopp is clearly delighted to be welcoming a player he has admired for some time.

He said at the time of signing Oxlade-Chamberlain:

'I am really, really happy we have got Alex signed.

Since the last game I have been waiting and hoping we could make this transfer - and when

I got the news he was ours it was fantastic.

'I remember the first time I saw him play live - it was at Dortmund in 2014 and he came

on as a sub that day and made a big impact.

He stood out immediately because of his pace and skills and his attitude in such a big

game for a young player; I remember him chasing back to make a brilliant challenge on [Henrikh]

Mkhitaryan in the box to save a certain goal.

'We won that game but lost the return match at Arsenal when he started and played well,

I think he hit the post.

Since then I have followed him and when I heard it may be possible to sign him I didn't

need to think twice.

Top 10 Biggest Animals Of All Time - Duration: 5:45.

WORLD'S 10 BIGGEST ANIMALS OF ALL TIME

With the human minds manipulating technology every day, we could be called the smartest

of the species on Earth, without a doubt!

But if you dream about the largest creatures, we are sorry to tell you that humans aren't

featuring anywhere on the list!

We are tiny tots among other species that Mother Nature has nurtured in millions of

years.

Yea sure enough giraffes are larger than us but we aint talking about them.

Shocked?

Cool, let's start our jungle safari to spot the largest animals that ever existed on our

planet!

Number 10.

Titanoboa The largest snake to ever exist, Titanoboa

went extinct some 60 million years ago, we aren't crying over our loss!

Though the giant snake wasn't venomous, it could still have killed us.

You wonder why?

Oh boy, that snake weighed about 2500 pounds now imagine getting crushed under it!

This 15 meter long predator could swallow a crocodile, can you imagine that?

Oh we forgot to tell you that the beast could suffocate its prey with its large body.

That surely is scary!

Number 9.

Syrian Camel You weren't expecting a camel to be in this

list.

But we are here to surprise you, aren't we?

So here stands a camel that has been extinct for 100,000 years now, that is relatively

recent from the archaeological point of view!

The Syrian Camel was about 4 meter in length, twice the length of the camels we know today!

The fossils were first found in 2003 along with that of prehistoric man which suggests

that it might be driven to extinction due to hunting!

Poor animal, we miss you!

Number 8.

African Bush Elephant We can't drop the heaviest and largest animal

of present day from this list, can we?

The majestic elephant stretches 3 meters in height and 7 meters in length, that really

is huge!

Talking of its weight, you aren't questioning it because hello, it weighs 6 tons.

You can't imagine such a massive animal to be hunted down by other predators but its

young aren't so lucky, they turn into a dinner dish for tigers and crocodiles.

Oh you bad boys, that's not done!

Number 7.

Blue Whale The largest animal known to ever exist on

Earth is the blue whale and boy, is that huge!

Imagine a sea creature as long as 30 meters swimming while you try scuba diving.

That image is enough to leave you shocked for like a decade!

Did we go too far?

But the 180 ton whale is nothing less than a monster, we aren't exaggerating or are

we?

Never mind when you spot it, you lose your mind!

Number 6.

Shastasauras At 21 meters and 75 tons, Shastasauras made

it to this list.

This marine reptile was so huge that it could take it a lot more air than the smaller ichthyosaur

and could thus stay down underwater for longer periods of time.

To our amazement, this animal had a short toothless jaw!

So maybe it fed by opening its mouth wide and gulping everything in like a vacuum action!

Whatever way it ate, we are glad it isn't alive and feeding on the human kind!

Number 5.

Paraceratherium The hornless rhinoceros is among the largest

terrestrial mammals to ever step on earthly grounds.

This beast lived some 23 million years ago and we are glad it didn't make an appearance

again!

The 7 meter long animal had a height of 5 meters and a weight of 20 tons.

Dude that is grand and you can't doubt it!

You know the most interesting thing about this scary rhino?

Man, Paraceratherium was herbivore!

Number 4.

Whale Shark The 12 meter long and 21 ton whale shark is

another large animal that surely belongs in this list.

The animal has many records to its credit but the most striking of them is that it is

largest non living non-mammalian vertebrate, wow!

Yea, that was kinda confusing but never mind!

Anyway you don't have to be afraid of this shark because it's very friendly and in

case you meet her in the waters, hitch a ride with her.

She won't mind it!

Number 3.

Leedsichthys The whale shark is the biggest fish today

but the title of the biggest fish ever definitely belongs to Leedsichthys.

There is no way that this 16 meter long and 50 ton fish isn't making it to this list.

Man, it definitely was monstrously huge, come on look at the dimensions!

You can date it back to the Jurassic era when dinosaurs roamed the planet.

It would feast on plankton, shrimps and jellyfish, quite like the whale shark.

So can we call it harmless?

Number 2.

Megalodon Holding the record of the largest shark ever,

Megalodon is much greater than the modern day Great White!

The huge beast went extinct some 2.6 million years ago and whatever we know of it is through

fossils.

Would you believe us if we say that it measured 18 meters in length?

That's not all people, this huge beast weight about 30 times that of the great white, somewhere

around 3 tons!

OMG, that is shocking!

Number 1.

Spinosaurus Yea we know dinosaurs were practically huge

in terms of size and lived years before humans came into being.

But let's zero down to Spinosaurus, the one you've seen in the movie Jurassic park

3.

For those of you who are new to the animal, it was the largest carnivorous dinosaur to

exist and that is an achievement in itself!

As per research it could reach a length of 15 meters with a maximum weight of 20 tons.

Do you want to question its enormous structure?

Which of these beasts astounded you the most?

What is the ideal time for use of minoxidil | HairMD, Pune - Duration: 4:49.

Hello I am Dr. Dhananjay Chavan Dermatologist & hair transplant surgeon HairMD india pune

Lot of patients ask me how to apply minoxidil when to apply can i apply it before doing

exercise can i apply it after doing exercise what is the ideal time see exercise &

Minoxidil if we want to say if you apply Minoxidil just 10-15 minutes or half an hour

before doing exercise what will happen take that situation if i apply Minoxidil and then

goes to my gym or goes for excercise then what happens usually after doing exercise

or any type of exercise you get sweat lot of

sweating you get because you do exercise have sweat also after getting sweating all

over body sweat in your scalp or your over scalp it again sweat comes out it spreads

all over your hair & then after wething your hair sweat comes down or it trickle all over

your body or face if you have applied Minoxidil just one hour before exercise 15

min before exercise half an hour before exercise half an hour before exercise

what will happen all Minoxidil will not absorb immediately after applying Minoxidil

lotion then majority part of minoxidil is not absorb whatever minoxidil will be remaining

there after getting sweat that minoxidil will be diluted even if you get

excessive sweat sweat trickles on your face or all over body then all minoxidil will be

washed off and same minoxidl will come here what are

the effect of washing of minoxidil majority of

Minoxidil will not work so you will not get ideal effects of Minoxidil again one more

adverse effect is there after applying Minoxidil if you sweat a lot or goes for exercise

and sweat a lot then minoxidil & sweat will driven on your face and it will come

on your face and same minoxidil will get apply or driven on your face then chances of

getting hair on unwanted size will be more see Minoxidil will come to this place

and you may get facial hair especially it look odd in Female also & even in male also

if you having beard and if you get finer excess hair on your cheeks or around eyes

So if you want to apply immediately after exercise you can wash your hair and

have a get a bath you can apply immediately but if you want to apply before exercise

then it should be more than 3 to 4 hours so as to have optimal absorption of Minoxidil

15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management Book Summary - Duration: 15:28.

why millionaires don't use to-do lists how you can identify your real

priorities and what you can learn from 239 entrepreneurs about time management

these are just a few key takeaways that I'll be covering in the book 15 secrets

successful people know about time management in my productivity and

self-development book review series I've mentioned it so many times before our

lives are just bombarded by things that want to steal our time smartphones

social media the people that work trying to bug you checking your emails text

messages whatsapp's and it's a constant flood of distractions of little things

trying to steal a lot of time and time we don't get back this book covers a

bunch of stuff like avoiding to-do lists finding your MIT and multitasking the

first point I want to cover in this book is the ability to protect your most

valuable asset which is your time there are tons of cheesy phrases about time

like time is money lost time is never found again and they

all have an element of truth in them the time is valuable and you should do

everything you can within your power to avoid wasting it at all costs so one

trick in this book is learning how to say no no no no basically it's avoiding

those people that constantly ask all of you have you got a minute have you got a

minute obviously we all have a minute but we

only have 1440 a day so are you going to waste it on those people that just want

to steal your time the author introduces a concept called that MIT and basically

this stands for the most important task it's suggested that you basically create

an MIT for every day of the week and you have an MIT for that week and an MIT for

that month now once you've confirmed what your MIT

s are you start formulating a plan to get

those done your MIT is basically something that moves you forward in your

life towards your desired outcome so to combine the last point of saying no with

your MIT it suggested that you say no to pretty much everything that doesn't

align with your MIT s and just focus on them the book also mentions the 80/20

principle which I've spoken about in past videos but in this book you're

suggested to focus on the 20% of things that you're good at and only focus on

them and these are the basic ideas to protect your time now the next point I

want to cover would be focusing on delegation top achievers don't try and

do everything by themselves the people that are real masters of time management

focus on delegating tasks that are not suited to them there are three criteria

that are suggested when it comes to deciding what to delegate the first one

is how important is the task how urgent is the task and are you the only person

that can do the task well basically if it's not urgent and you're not the only

person that can do it well then it's something that can be delegated again as

many of these delegation tasks of your plate as fast as possible it's going to

help you focus on your MIT s and get them done as soon as possible

however if the task is important or urgent and can only be done by you you

need to attack it in a organized fashion and your thoughts gests three ways to

manage your time to get this done so the first one if you knowing if you've seen

a few of my things you'll know that I don't necessarily agree with the

avoiding of to-do lists personally I'm extremely strict with what items get on

my to-do list and in my private groups I actually teach people to use three

separate to-do lists but we're not gonna go into that here now the author

mentions that most people have lists with bunches of items that never get

done this is where I actually totally agree most of my private shoes

how well they had to do lists that were completely filled with fluff busy tasks

that don't actually contribute to their big picture goals and there's usually a

bunch of stuff that could be easily delegated to other people

the second point about minimal meetings I definitely agree with everything in

the meeting should be kept crucial and to the point and there should never be a

meeting without a specific agenda also its mentions an idea that I like a lot

that people in the meeting should be standing because nobody's going to enjoy

a meeting or gonna want to hang around and draw out a meeting where everyone's

standing everyone's gonna want to get it done as quickly as possible

so this minimizes the amount of fluff and mucking around in the usual kind of

meetings lastly the minimal email engagement

point the author makes is quite interesting I also find this one very

difficult to do so it suggested that you basically check your emails three times

a day but only for twenty one minutes at a time so that's just over an hour a day

of spent looking and replying to emails the author suggests that anything you

received in the last 48 hours should be replied and dealt with today and then

archived completely up site for easy retrieval later on however there are

some people myself included that's at some point in time you may need to spend

a whole day just organizing that inbox to get it to a point where you can only

spend twenty-one minutes three times a day just cleaning it out and keeping it

in box zero the next point is going back to pen and paper

now as a technology hermit I do like to have my life

in the clouds but there is something special about having things down on

paper for instance when I have a large project that I haven't started yet or a

task that is a little bit overwhelming at first I usually go to pen and paper

and start sketching out the big picture just to figure out what I need to do and

get it all out heads on paper basically just having

something as a way to capture every single thought that is worth taking note

of is gonna be the difference between success and kind of drifting through

life it's mention that there could be a

million dollar idea in your notebook and if you haven't got a way to capture

those things then it's going to fall through the net and never be seen again

there's also some brief mention about productivity time management and health

and fitness in terms of energy levels something I found quite interesting and

I'll be diving into much deeper later on in the year but basically it mentions

that you should track the times of day that you find yourself having an energy

slump and when that happens you should immediately stop working on your MIT s

morning routines are also covered in the book as well and I am a strong believer

that morning routines when they're consistent you can set you up for

success so doing something that makes you strong first thing in the morning

like stretching exercise people like having their green smoothies eating a

bunch of good foods like blueberries or something is going to boost you

throughout the day starting strong in the morning gives you a strong day that

leads onto a strong week a strong month and if consistent are strong here I'll

put a link in the description below for my morning routine course which will

take you step-by-step on how to actually create your power morning routine and

how to stay consistent this book also mentions working in nineteen minute

pulses now this is also mentioned in the book review for deep work and it's

something that I stick to myself after each 90-minute pulse you take a break

you go for a walk or you take some kind of refreshing activity like eating or

going outside just get some fresh air this behavior will keep you alert and

it'll manage your focus a lot better the last point to wrap things up is standing

on the shoulders of giants the book basically has advice from seven

billionaires other high achievers like athletes and entrepreneurs and all of it

around their time management behavior now even though everyone's quite unique

in their approach there are some patterns that seem to emerge throughout

the book the billionaires all basically agreed that maintenance should be kept

to a minimal which has already been covered and the various high achievers

all stressed strategies to avoid multitasking at all costs

so although the some people do pride themselves on their ability to multitask

there are quite a few studies and reasons why it's not a good idea so

maybe if you do more tasks you should avoid that at all costs as well now to

wrap this up this book was a fantastic read I definitely recommend it and the

point made about the 1440 minutes in a day was something that stuck with me

quite deeply actually I made a note behind my desk with number one four four

zero just to remind me that our time is limited and in order to sort of master

our lives we need to be we need to guards how we use our time so those

minutes are very very important so basically learn to focus learn to

delegate and manage your energy levels and in no time you'll be well on your

way to completing your mi t--'s before you go imagine this scenario what if you

had super clear clarity on exactly what you need to do next in life to move the

needle whether its side hustles or side businesses studying or just getting

things done what if you knew how to enter flow state so you could focus for

long uninterrupted periods of time what if you were suddenly someone that was no

longer so easily distracted by things like social media smartphones all of

those annoying things the chlorine for your attention what if you were able to

suddenly tap into motivation control it on-demand sound like a

stretch I used to think so too until I developed a system that can do all of

this and more and that's what I'm gonna share with you right now

see I know exactly what it's like to not be able to get motivated or get started

working on those goals and those dreams that we spend all day thinking about

those things that you know would give you an awesome life if you could just

get started and I speak to so many people every day that feel guilty or

they filter down because all they do is procrastinate and they feel lazy but

it's not laziness that's the problem it's just that we've been lied to about

motivation you don't need motivation to get started

on these big dreams and big goals that you know are going to change your life

you're just lacking a failed proof system they guaranteed to keep you on

track and this is something I've been working on for about six years okay

so teaching the system getting feedback refining it tweaking it and repeat in

that process month of the month and year of the year and it's finally at a point

where I can confidently say that I can bring in anyone anyone that feels stuck

anyone that feels lost or is battling internal friction anybody with chronic

procrastination anyone the knows they can achieve so much more if they could

just prioritize get started and remain focused and it's now at a point where I

know I can guarantee you massive personal results and growth it's a

system that doesn't just teach you but it literally rewires your thinking so

how to beat procrastination so you can finally get started working on those

goals how to find your flow state so you can focus for long periods of time how

to identify long and short term goals that are going to provide you with

massive leverage later in life how to avoid distractions so you're no longer

so easily interrupted we your deep work basically how to become

your own personal success coach keep yourself accountable and become an

action taking beast now if you'd like me to help you implement any of those

behavioral traits I'd be delighted here's how we'll do it I open up about

five slots a week to work one-on-one with people just like you on their

productivity to help you double triple maybe even quadruple your results

there's no charge it's absolutely free and it takes about 60 to 90 minutes for

us to get through this process first we'll get on the phone we'll go over

your current situation and we'll figure out where we can leverage your time to

get the biggest results and once we have those raw materials I can help you come

up with a step-by-step strategic plan of action but this is not for everyone okay

if you want a quick fix and you're not willing to put in any work whatsoever

this is not for you however if you can follow instructions and you're massively

ambitious but you don't know where to get started then we can talk here's what

I want you to do next if you meet the criteria and you would

like me to help you implement these tried and tested methods of productivity

I'll happily set aside some time to speak with you but time is a factor okay

I have to limit how many free sessions I give away each week because of the

amount of time needed to help you improve your results so its first come

first serve it's almost impossible for me to work with more than a handful of

people at any one time so if you think this opportunity is right for you

there's a link below that will lead you to my 30 second question now to make

sure we're a good fit for each other I want to fill that out now and look

forward to speaking with you

you

ALTA BI MINTICK SOOT MEENKER NOD

Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather fight, I went camping, I got a haircut

I'm actually going camping again today. the reason I didn't upload it for so long was because

I was camping for about five days and

I just I didn't even bring my iPad up there or my phone

I didn't bring a single electronic just because I didn't want to be on my electronics while I was up there. Anyways

Yeah, I'm gonna be vlogging today. I'm going camping

Time to say bye to Moomoo

Good morning um

God of heightsers. I really need to think of a name for you guys like you know how Logan Paul has

Logangsters or low gang Jake Paul Jake Paulers and all that. Gods? no...

i'll come across one as time flies. Anyways. It's the next day. It's morning

It's about 9:00 a.m.. Maybe. I didn't film really anything yesterday. Just because it was nighttime

When we got here, and I basically went to bed right away, so I was just

Exhausted. right now I'm just in my camper. also theres a Hornet right in there

You're a brat

and you'll never

Be a successful bee

Yeaaahhh NO.

These little kids have been arguing all morning. You need some Cologne for your big date tonight

Gotta get some off brand pop

This pop might be off-brand, but it is actually amazing. This is supposed to be like dr. Pepper

Literally tastes exactly like dr. Pepper. It's cheaper, too

So I'm on this dock now goes all the way down there

It's actually not that bad

I Don't know about you guys, but for me

I just love the sitting out on a dock or something and just watching the lake by myself

It's really like a relaxing blast you just heard someone over there sneeze good old

Minnesota... Land of 10,000 lakes... also the land of 10,000 feet of snowfall

I'm just gonna get my hair wet real quick cuz it just looks ridiculous right now

So I just got my hair all nice, and wet hopefully all the gels out of it, I think

Everyone might have just left me here, and it just got really quiet out of nowhere. I think I'm here all by myself

It's been really loud here all day, and it just got really really really quiet. Oh well

Morlock time for me just look at how clear this water is it's insane like this is about

probably four feet deep four or five feet deep and you can just

Literally see the very bottom of it alright guys. I sat on the dock for a little bit recorded a few time lapses and I

Realized there's no one here

Agh COME ON MOM! I'll call up my dad

Huh come on now, I'll try calling my sister, there's no way she's not there's no way she won't answer

Come on

Where are you guys I'm still at our camper

Yeah

Well how long are you gonna be there?

How long are you gonna be there?

How long are you going to be there so apparently they know I was here family

Comment #DRIPPY if you're reading this

Alright guys, so if you made it this far into the video. I don't even know how long this vlog is so far

I'm guessing somewhere around maybe five or six minutes

Don't ask me why I changed my outfit and everything basically to sum it all up

I got really dirty one of the great things about ah there's a mosquito on my camera one of the great things about

Minnesota is we have so much pine trees

It reminds me of Christmas time

That didn't poke me at all I

Am on all the way out to that diving duck while standing up

Some of you guys don't know um that thing's pretty hard to do while standing up

I mean it's not that hard, but like if you're not a pro at it. It's pretty hard to keep your balance

If you can get there in under 20 seconds you're super cool

Oh now try and get on the diving dock

No

Oh

You did it

Almost here, just about five more feet

It was pretty good

Okay my turn okay, so Emma's gonna take over the camera now

Now I'm gonna go on this, okay, so I'm gonna take over now

Wow I was about to just go out there and so fast I could do it

But I decided to go extreme and I'm gonna go

Across the lake this like isn't that big so it won't take very long plus

I can go pretty fast on this thing three two one

So um

there

Is I don't know you guys can see them?

I'm a sewer eating slime ball

Paddleboard thing because taking forever he's going across the lake

Look how nice, it's like

They feel like it's like right there on my face, I'm just

So I'm not used to this

Like your life. I'm taking over the vlogs now

I mean this is gonna be my channel make sure to give god of Heights my brother

get him to

200 subs I think he's up almost

Sure has channeled everything cuz you know that's pretty sick

You know we want to get them big one day

There Connie is that?

Little

It's him

That low-noise

Look at how close here's

This paddleboarder supposed to remember get this video to

100 likes and

You take my

That my sagas my girl all socks look exactly the same - red does a blue

near mmm

Two different things no good give my girl back

Well that loon is like why is that loon next to you oh

That's so cool you guys are wondering what's one of Josh's. It's most embarrassing stories one time

I went to Disney not in the distance box. It was like when I was younger when I was like 2

Apparently he chewed up his shirt so much. They had to buy my new shirt. Let's see what they're not more embarrassing things about

He likes it bothered me a lot like he goes done. I'm good I'm gonna beat you whoop or

He goes

In this really high pitch boys he acts like a cat

think those are pretty embarrassing so

Um he's standing up now

Oh

Oh my gosh

That was crazy

How long did that take?

Twenty minutes and seven times again that pontoon over there was probably getting really annoyed with me because I was screaming from

They were like kinda near me probably like 200 feet away

Maybe a hundred feet, and they're they're kind of close to me, and they're trying to fish

And I was just screaming the whole time could you hear me yelling?

Alright everyone so the moment you've all been waiting for

Catch ow

that was really bad I

Couldn't save it. Yeah. This is our like scooter moped whatever you wanna

Call it it can go up to 80 miles per hour this thing's basically like a little motorcycle

I'm wearing my sister's helmet right now because I like the how it has a visor the other one doesn't have a visor

so yeah

Like such a savage in yearbook. I probably look like a total dork

Alright guys, so we've finally met the tar black blade

Yeah, okay, okay

I'm gonna drive all the way down there till about that yellow tongue sign you guys might not be able to see it. Yeah

All the way down there it goes straight along

Oh's your ID it was funny I

Started off when I went down that way. I started out going about 25

30 between that range, but then when I came back this way a little closer to you guys I was going about

4045 oh yeah I

Love this thing. It's so fun. It's

A first car that's driven by in like 20 minutes

Oh, there's another card come on the tape

Ended up being my parents, and they're my mom and our friends

That's right here. He comes. I don't think you noticed

Oh, and there is another car I wonder if nope cuz I can tell it's a food

He's gonna get so mad

By George

Alright guys, so I'm gonna go back in down one more time

I'm gonna try and hit at least 50 miles per hour those last few times. I was going about 40

That was great all right, so let's go back to the okay guys that was

That was really fun that was a great experiment

Experience we'll experiment and experience. I guess you want to call it Oh

anyways guys

Um I did a lot of fun things while I was up here

Is It Time For Wenger To Go? | By The Numbers - Duration: 5:17.

Arsene Wenger took over as Arsenal's manager on October 1 st 1996, taking official charge

of his first match 11 days later against Blackburn Rovers.

Since then, the French manager has won three Premier League titles, but none

since the incredible 2003/04 season.

Criticism of Wenger revolves largely around the sense that

the club should look to refresh, that he has been in charge for too long and has become

stale.

The style of football that brought the Invincibles season and other silverware has

been criticised too, similarly for failing to change.

But have Arsenal declined under Wenger?

Arsenal's winning and losing record under Wenger are fairly consistent.

Obviously, 2003/04 marked a highpoint, matched in 2001/02, but

the number of games won varies between 19 and 26 (achieved twice) with an average of 22.

In league terms, this means a difference between winning 50% of your games and nearly

70%, but Wenger has never dropped below 50% or exceeded 70%, which in Premier League

terms, especially over such a long period, is consistent.

There is greater deviation in games lost, but the average number across Wenger's tenure,

seven, has been the case in four of the last five seasons.

We've included the 1996/97 season even though Wenger was not in charge for all

of it, because starting from his first full season

seems arbitrary when he only missed eight league games of '96/97.

Last season, Arsenal scored their highest number of goals since 2009/10 and while that

season and three others have produced more, the trend in the Gunners' scoring is also

fairly even.

Offensively, Arsenal have seen a general decline in the number of chances they are creating

in the last ten seasons but this has not lead to a matching decline in goals.

While 2016/17 saw the second fewest chances created in the

last ten seasons, it saw the second most goals scored for the Gunners.

Similarly, while between 2007/08 and 2011/12 every season saw over 500 chances created,

with an average of 507, an average of 72 goals per season were scored.

From 2012/13 to 2016/17, while the average number of chances created dropped to 449

over that period, the average number of goals scored dropped by only 1.4 to 70.6.

The percentage of chances yielding goals is actually

fairly stable, barring a low point in 2015/16 and a high point last season.

Arsenal have also taken a declining number of shots over this period, but done more with them.

The percentage of shots on target trends upwards, albeit only a little, while the

Gunners' shot conversion rate is consistently around 10.5%, which is an expected average

for any team over a long period, or better.

Looking at some key defensive metrics for the last ten seasons, we can see that 2013/14

and 2015/16 saw high numbers of clean sheets,

nearly half of the league's games in both seasons, but that otherwise, between 13 and

14 clean sheets is regular for the Gunners.

There has been an upwards trend in shots faced and shots on target faced, though, even in

seasons with higher numbers of clean sheets.

However, the percentage of shots faced that are on target only jumped up last season.

Having said that, the number of shots caused by errors describes a bell curve, rising from

2010/11 to a high point in 2012/13, and then coming back down again.

In other words, while Arsenal's defence are generally giving up

more shots, it's less down to individual errors than, probably, a systematic issue.

In summary, then, it's hard to see that Arsenal are getting markedly worse and, indeed,

while their defence might be slightly weaker over time, that doesn't necessarily translate into

fewer clean sheets or more lost games.

Perhaps the answer lies in a lack of improvement, except last season, when shot conversion

rate and goals scored both showed marked improvements.

When the rest of the league's top five or six contenders have changed, adapted,

and improved, Arsenal have not shown a similar jump.

This is partly because those other sides are better but also, perhaps, because

Arsene Wenger has shown an unwillingness to adapt.
