At the beginning of the football world cup 2018, there were, as usual, a lot of predictions
by the experts and anyone who consider themselves an expert about the top teams and who will
reach the finals and who will win it.
In all the predictions there was one name which was not in any of the predictions.
It had an odd of 1 is to 28.
In short, nobody could have predicted that Croatia will be in Football world cup finals
and nobody did.
However, they beat every odd and played against France in the finals.
However, this video is not about surprise or just congratulating the Croatian football
team for making it to the finals.
It is about hope, it is about not getting intimidated by the huge success of other established
teams, it is about having faith in our own talent and capability, it is about standing
up to criticism and turning it to fuel for their success, it is about hard work, extreme
focus and finally about not giving up.
A lot of us when we start something, suffer doubts about the feasibility of our ideas.
We second guess ourselves.
We sometimes look at the hugely successful people in our field and feel ready to give
up because we think "How can I compete against these success stories".
However, we need to remember that these people are first of all human beings like me and
you.
They were not at the top of their game from day one and there were other people before
they entered the field too.
Today they are top of their game because... they kept faith in themselves and their capabilities,
they continuously kept the focus on the dream they were working on, kept falling and getting
up again with even more determination and grit, kept learning and unlearning when required,
did not let the critics, who a lot of times do not have any idea about your dream, but
criticize anyways, lower their faith in themselves.
They had a dream and made a plan how to achieve it and then started working on it.
My request to all of you is don't give up... keep at it and you are already a success compared
to all the people who don't have the courage to act on their dreams.
Will we achieve all that we desire...
I don't know... but then the only way to be sure is to give it a sincere, well planned,
dedicated try.
"Just because you have not made it yet, doesn't mean that you never will"

an active phase of preparing the series Rumi, dedicated to the life of the outstanding
Muslim poet and Sufi mystic Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī - Mevlânâ.
We remind you that it is him who is the founder of the most influential in Ottoman Turkey
and the existing in our time Mevlevi Order.
In 2008, UNESCO confirmed, "The Mevlevi Sema Ceremony"
as amongst the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.

Will We Ever Be Able to Colonize the Moon? - Duration: 2:56.
When it comes to space colonization, Mars is at the forefront of modern exploration.
Meanwhile, our nearest celestial neighbor - the Moon - is seemingly overlooked.
And that's, in part, because the Moon isn't exactly a haven for humanity.
The lunar surface is covered with dead volcanoes, massive craters and potentially poisonous dust.
It's also constantly bombarded by space rocks raining down on its surface due to its very
thin and weak atmosphere known as an exosphere.
On top of that, this ultra thin layer of gases
doesn't provide any protection from the sun's radiation.
But some scientists believe this wasn't always the case.
Recent NASA findings show that there might have been a time when the Moon had a prominent
atmosphere, and it could make the Moon a stronger contender for colonization.
Billions of years ago, after the formation of the inner solar system, it's believed,
that the young planets and the moon were pummeled by space rocks
and other leftover planet-building material.
The period known as the Late Heavy Bombardment or LBH is thought to have lasted millions
of years, and damage from this violent period was seen in craters on some of the inner planets
and the Moon.
There, the LBH triggered a series of volcanic eruptions.
Lava filled the lunar craters, creating seas that stretched
for hundreds of kilometers across its surface.
During this period, it's thought that the lunar lava emitted gas components or volatiles
like carbon monoxide, sulfur, hydrogen and oxygen.
As the lava spread, the volatiles accumulated and formed a transient atmosphere.
The ancient atmosphere was believed to be much thinner than Earth's current atmosphere,
but 1.5 times thicker than Mars' current atmosphere.
The eruptions lasted for about 70 million years, and it's estimated that trillions of
gallons of water was released during this period.
As the atmosphere started to thin out, the volatiles were either lost to space or became
part of the surface of the Moon.
Researchers believe it's possible that a significant amount of water may have made its way to the
lunar poles and could be trapped in permanently shadowed regions.
In fact, NASA's new analysis quantifies a source of volatiles based on lunar samples
collected during the Apollo missions.
And these volatiles could provide key resources - like water, air and fuel
- for extended moon missions and beyond.
So while Mars is still a frontrunner when it comes to colonization, revelations about
the Moon's past and its potential presence of water continue to prove that there is still
a lot more lunar exploration needed before we count the Moon out.

And, according to Trump himself, he only plans on putting more tariffs in place against countries
like China.
He has proposed an additional 16 billion dollars last week, as well, the same week that this
particular report came out.
Here's the caveat though.
That additional six billion dollars in cost that consumers are going to have to pya, is
only based on current spending levels.
So, that assumes that everyone one of us is willing to go out there and pay the higher
price for these things, the furniture and the luggage.
That's not going to happen.
When prices go up, especially when they go up super high super fast, consumers stop spending.
What happens when consumers stop spending?
It creates a surplus of goods and less need for workers because you're not selling anything.
You don't need to manufacture new things, because you're already sitting on a surplus.
That leads to layoffs.
Layoffs lead to less spending.
And so on, and so forth, and the cycle repeats itself.
So this six billion dollars that the National Retail Federation is trying to say we're going
to incur, is hypothetical.
It will be there, and if we all decide, "Screw it."
We don't like holding on to our money anyway and we like getting ripped off, then yeah,
we'll go and we'll end up spending that extra six billon.
But history tells us, and human nature tells us, that that's not going to happen.
What's going to happen is that spending is going to shrink, jobs are then going to retract
and so on and so forth, and it's all because of Donald Trump's trade wars.
Now I guarantee you that the republicans are still freaking out about this right now, because
they understand that any contraction within the U.S. economy right now, is going to cost
them dearly in the mid terms.
They also understand that standing up to Donald Trump could make him a little angry and maybe
he'll tweet out something mean about them, so they don't know what to do.
Would they rather face 30,000 angry voters in their district or one angry idiot with
a twitter app?
They would rather face the 30,000 angry constituents back home, because that's how spineless they
are.
They are too terrified to stand up to Donald Trump and tell him that his trade wars are
stupid and that it's going to end up wrecking the U.S. economy and they would rather go
back and tell their constituents, "Whoa, whoa, everything's going to be fine.
Don't worry, he knows what he's doing.
He's a very stable genius, remember?"
It's not going to work out well for them, however you slice it.
There are no winners in trade wars.
And Donald Trump is making sure that out of all the losers who are going to be in this
situation, the U.S. becomes the biggest one.
