WHAT ABOUT GOD? Demonstration Lesson for Kids (Wes Fittell) PART 3 - Duration: 12:36.
hi there guys hi everyone this is wes and wes fittell has been in kids
ministry for how many years over 40 years over 40 years
anyway today he's been doing a training session
and so I'm gonna be uploading some parts of his training session so enjoy!
give you just a quick demo okay yeah the first thing we can know that we can find
out from this which is the world where did that come from
actually the Bible tells us that God made it and the amazing thing is
the Bible tells us that God keeps it together
hold it all in place and all the other things that are around it it also tells
us that he was actually able to make that just by speaking he also made the
Stars how many other of those? if God is able to do all of that what
does that tell us about God? well you could change powerful that that wouldn't
be enough actually the exciting thing is that is that God is all-powerful so
let's show you muscles boys and girls and we'll say God is all powerful let's do it
again God is all powerful okay this is a compass and the needle is pointing to
normal supposing I follow that compass all the
way to the North Pole would God be there? what if I went the other directions or
just kept going in the same direction and ended up in the south pole, would God be
be there? - what happens
and came back right through western australia right
back to here would you ever get away from God? why not? okay because the next
thing we can know about God is that God is everywhere. let's do that God is
everywhere . so now we know two things God is all poweful God is
everywhere. terrific yeah what's that?
birthday cake. how old is the person who is having a birthday? one yes
hey if you're making your birthday cake for God how many candles would you put
on it? any idea I think the real answer is probably none because you
actually celebrating the anniversary of when this person started living when
did God start living? he never did! because He always was
there always will be there. that's the next amazing thing that God is that God
has -we're going to make a spiral that goes one I've gone on and got both
directions God has always lived. Wow so now we know 3 things about god. God is
all-powerful God is everywhere and God has always lived. when I was a kid my big
sister and my cousin found this big box at home with old photos and things
found a photo of my dad and we didn't know it was my dad. took it to my mum
and said "who is this in the photo?" and she said 'that's your dad' we said "no it's not!"
because the man in the photo looked like that and our dad looked like that
what was the difference? yeah
here is question? who knows exactly how many Hairs my father lost off his head?
who knows? God does. because the next important thing you
know about God is that God knows everything. so now we've got what 1 2
3 4 things God is all powerful, God is everywhere, God has always lived and
God knows everything ok you know something
he's always lived is all powerful is everywhere, but there's something that you
and I have that God doesn't have. never has had and never will have.
what is it that we have that God doesn't have?
'sin'
amazing thing about God because he's perfect never does anything wrong
God and here we gonna put hand on and shake their heads say no
but I hand over heart and push it away as if you're trying to get rid all that bad
stuff because every one of us have done things we know shouldn't do so let's
always lived, God knows everything and God has no sin.
wouldn't be terrific to know someone like this?
would it be greatt to know someone that had a friend is so powerful that he could do
anything and really care for you wouldn't it be great to know someone
whose everywhere said no matter where you went
he'd be there with you to look after you be a friend and to use his power to
care for you. and to give you advice because he knows everything
to know that he never ever not be there because he has always lived and always will.
that's a pretty amazing friend to have. did you know something God has no sin
and God hates sin so because of the things we've done wrong
in one sense we can't know God. We can't be with God. God knew about that. he did
something pretty amazing. he sent His Son Jesus to come into the world to die on a cross being treated
like a really bad criminal and he did that to take the punishment for all the
wrong things I've done for the wrong things that my wife has done and I
she has done some... but not as many as I have. For all the
wrong things you've done too - if God did that so that we could be forgiven and be
friends with him - what does that tell us about God?
God loves me. give yourself a big hug let's do it - God loves me. okay so he's a whole bunch of things
we could know about God God is all-powerful God is everywhere God has
always lived God knows everything God has no sin God and GOD LOVES ME.
Wouldn't He be a great God to know? He sure is.
so can you see what we've been doing there it's all
very simple stuff okay they've heard it. they've seen it they've seen it in ways
with with visuals that link to their world
okay we've made simple statements now notice what we've been talking about
this is actually you know this is theology we're talking we're talking
about God's omnipotence we're talking about God's eternal nature we're talking at
God's omnipresence, we're talking about god's omniscience we're talking about his
holiness and we're talking about about agape love. Do we use those words? no we didn't
need to because we've explained the concepts in simple ways and we've done
in simple words. are the kids can understand all of this?
and remember it? actually not yet... but they'll get there getting a long way towards it.
Now how can we make it really stick a bit better?
I can do it more than once so let's go through them and say all of those things
again here we go really god is all powerful - God is everywhere - God has always lived -
God knows everything - God has no sin - and God loves me.
Now what we need to do we're
going to find out why in a bit - we're gonna have the kids recall this
so what you could do is easily play a game. ok I'm gonna do an action and I'm looking
for the first hand up from someone who can tell me which of these things goes
with this action. I'm still waiting for hand okay God has no sin.
God has no sin okay another one
God has always lived let's say that together God has always lived.
here's another one. God loves me. let's do that together God loves me now
notice what procedure I've been following here with asking
simple answers asking simple questions and getting answers what you seek
everything easy I've been using hands up yet I'm going to tell you in a bit
why you don't always get hands up to a lot of the questions you shouldn't hands
up but yeah but what else have I been doing here?
I've been asking you a question you've been giving the answer but I've been
doing two other things to make this this response more powerful
well the actions are part of it - yes
okay well we'll get onto that in a little bit but there's something else
I'm just increasing their exposure to it first of all they give the answer
I read replied with their answer for two reasons one I want everyone to hear it and
see it not everyone can from in the classroom in the audience okay let's
first reason - the other gives me a chance to clean it up so that if it's not quite
the way I wanted to come through I could get it through do I don't want it to get
through and even in mind see any think they heard the same thing twice but just
cleans it up okay so that's the other thing and then what was the next thing I
did yeah I got you to do it because you see you have been hearing seeing saying
and doing and we're reinforcing your learning is that helpful yeah
any questions on what we done? yet look you can take a photo of it I can point you
to a book that has it in it if you go into the OAC ministry's website they've
got a book called teaching kids Bible truths that has that in it
We as Christians like do two things to get the gospel across what do we do?
We preach sermons and answer questions what did Jesus do? -
he told stories and asked questions
and questions are amazing learning tools - they're amazing teaching tools
hey guys did you enjoy some of that training? if you did make sure you give it a
thumbs up if you liked more ideas like this go ahead and subscribe and I want
to thank you Wes. thank you so much it's been my pleasure I love doing this

The Law of Attraction Secret No One Talks About - Duration: 10:39.
Yo what's up guys so this video is gonna be a little bit different I did a poll
with all of you on the channel and guy said you wanted more mindset and law of
attraction and online business stuff so in this video I'm gonna go over
something that it's not necessarily law of attraction in and of itself but if
you understand this it's gonna really free your mind to be able to do and be
whoever the hell you want to be which is going to attract the type of people and
the circumstances and the things that you want in your life so this is
something I learned from why it would small and why it is one of the best
coaches of NLP in the world he is one of the best teachers of learning how to
learn generating your own learning which is fucking amazing concept learning how
to learn how to learn and when you can do this you can literally generate your
own learning in any area but people will come to him and they'll say Wyatt you do
all this NLP why don't you help me with the problems in my life and why it will
say okay let's do that but first off what do you want and then they'll say
awesome you're gonna help me he says what do you want and then they'll go on
tell them a couple different things say what they want and he'll say great
perfect if you want that all you have to do is this this and this and then
they'll say but Wyatt I can't do that and he'll say why not
and they'll say because Wyatt that wouldn't be me and then he says of
course that's what change is about becoming not you if you keep being
yourself and being who you've always been you're gonna keep getting what
you've always gotten in order to change the things in your life you have to
change and this is such a powerful concept and it's the truth especially in
this kind of movement of be yourself and be authentic and be all these different
things which ya sure you can be your personality type or you
kind of be your essence but to actually get different things in your life you
actually have to completely change and that's not you
being two-faced or being X X or X it's actually just you saying I want that
that's my calling that's my core purpose that's the true things that I want my
life so I have to start to match that frequency and vibration with Who I am
being and to me this is like it's an obvious concept at this point but here's
the problem with the identity side of things as soon as you start to change
everyone around you is gonna start to say whoa you're like acting a little bit
weird today what's going on what what's what's happening you're a little bit
like why are you not being you and everyone around you is gonna start to
try to hold you into the boxed identity that they believe you are now I want you
to think about this you are not who you are or who you think you are you are who
you think other people think you think you are let me say that again you are
who you think other people think you think you are which means you're
constantly projecting what you believe other people think you are on to
yourself and you're doing that over and over again to create the identity that
you believe you are and the more you stay in that identity the more you stay
boxed in to who you believe that you are or who you believe other people think
you think you are this is very very dangerous puts you into a prison you
don't want to stay in that prison identity because it's gonna keep you
acting and behaving the same way because you're too scared to step outside of it
based off of what you think other people think you are going to be now how are
you gonna change this well Y it has a very amazing way to do this which he
calls becoming systematically outrageous and if you watch my Instagram stories if
you watch the things that I do in my life you'll realize that this is what I
have done in my life because I was boxed into an identity for a long time and
because I was boxed into that identity I stayed the same for so long then when I
ran into Wyatt stuff and I started to realize wait a second if I want to get
these things I have to change so what I would do is I would just start to do
cray see things all the time and I would
start to do different things all the time and then I would start to travel
here I would start to hang out with new new people I would start to have
completely new experiences I would start to just be something that could no
longer be boxed into one specific little tiny identity and one of the lines that
I use is if you want to really have a free identity I would just say when
people would ask me this is there something I did for a while I would say
I'm a moving dynamic ever evolving process of transformational growth
that's who I am that means I can do and be anything what
do some people do they say I'm a lawyer or I'm a vist I'm a vet and then they
box themselves in to that and then they start to believe that's who they are
because everyone projects that's who they are on to them and then they stay
there and if they step outside of that identity people are saying well you
maybe you shouldn't do that that's a little scary
I don't know if you should start a business you're not an entrepreneur I
don't know if you should do this oh you're not a travel you don't travel
everywhere so then you start to just stay as the person that you are getting
the same things that you've always gotten now let's take this a little bit
further with the identity and let's start to ask ourselves okay if we start
to free ourselves in this being this moving dynamic a revolving process of
transformational growth and we can do and be anything we want because we've
realized that identity is just this made-up construct based off of who we
think other people think we think we are and it's not real it's just a projection
but really we can do and be anything in the quantum side of things the quantum
reality we can imagine being anything and then become that within the laws of
physics so within that if we start to ask ourselves about identity then we're
gonna start to ask ourselves okay well if I can be and do anything that I want
to be what identity do I want to become in order to get the life that I want in
order to attract the things that I want so now now you actually have unlimited
possibilities of who you want to become unlimited and now you can start to act
and behave in accordance to those things you don't have to just out of nowhere
be that but you can start to change little things in your life or like Evan
Pagan calls it start to change habits one habit every month for the next year
if you change one habit every month for the next year you will be a completely
different person a completely different person so one habit every month for one
year that's not a lot of change per month but
over a year it's a huge amount of change you know whether that's okay well this
month I'm gonna start to go to the gym everyday and I'm gonna do strength
training every single day and then next month you're like next month
I'm gonna start to drink a really healthy smoothie every morning instead
of you know eat something unhealthy or like me I do intermittent fasting I
don't eat till about 1 or 2 o'clock every day depends on what you want to do
you change one habit for the next and maybe another habit the next month is
I'm gonna listen to an audio book every day for 30 minutes no matter what every
day and then you change that habit now that's a new habit over the year you're
this completely different person but since it was kind of a slower a slower
growth process people around you might not be like trying to hold you in that
space or you can change more if you want if you're super hardcore but most of the
time we have this habit gravity that like holds us back so it's really easy
to change one habit at a time not all the habits but once we get in hit escape
velocity after like 30 days to 60 days then we start to ingrain that as a habit
and we just become it automatically so I want you to start to think about your
identity and once you start to ask yourself are you to box into what you
think other people think you think you are and you're staying there because
you're scared to step outside of it based off of what people think and
you're not allowing yourselves to be uncomfortable and constantly get into
these zones of uncomfortability so you start to grow or are you staying
are you staying just who you are I really want you to start to ask yourself
that because if you start to expand past who you think other people think you
think you are then you can actually be anything that you want at any time and
that's okay there is no such thing as I there is no such thing as an identity
it's too hard to ever say who you are so if you are actually boxed into a prison
of who you think you are it's actually all an illusion it's delusional that is
more delusional than the person who has no identity at all because
you've believed in this fictitious story that's just based off of your past
experiences and your present experience not based off of anything beyond that
it's a very limited very very lacking and possibility and opportunity way of
living and you're just gonna stay there forever it's gonna make time go a lot
faster because it's gonna get repetitive and monotonous and boring your life is
gonna suck you're gonna be in a lot of anxiety and depression you're gonna have
anxiety because you're not growing you're gonna have depression because
your board is fuck you want to avoid that way of living but guys I hope you
enjoyed this video I just wanted to really break this down to you because if
you can step out of being you and become not you by being systematically
outrageous watch my Instagram stories watch how I'm always just doing a bunch
of crazy things bunch of random things and all different areas because I don't
want anyone to be able to box me into an identity but then I create my own
identity and I'm like I'm gonna be a youtuber I'm gonna be an epic marketer
I'm gonna grow a million dollar business I'm gonna grow that I just created that
identity when there was no reason to believe that that was possible except
for the fact that within the laws of physics anything is fucking possible
so guys I hope you I hope you got some value from this video let me know if you
like this kind of iPhone style video as well because it's different than

Lana Still Bitter About Ronda Rousey Replacing Her on Total Divas - Duration: 1:31.
Hi Friends welcome to C4E Wrestling News Lana Still Bitter About Ronda Rousey Replacing
Her on Total Divas Lana and Rusev were not picked back up for Total Divas even though
the show is coming back for another season Instead Ronda Rousey will be joining the cast
after Lana and Rusev were deemed as extremely unlikable by an E! Network focus group Ronda
Rousey has an opponent on Sunday at the Elimination Chamber and Lana is rooting for Ruby Riott
We previously reported how Lana called Rousey overrated but it didn't stop there Because
according to Lana Rousey hasn't changed the game at all in WWE in spite of what The
Baddest Woman On The Planet might think She 100% percent change the game in UFC but this
is WWE and she hasn't changed the game here WWE isn't likely to book Ronda Rousey vs
Lana any time soon Not only are the two on different brands but it might not be a fair
fight at all That won't stop Lana from hating on Rousey pretty hard as she roots for Ruby
Riott to take her title on Sunday Friends what are your thought about this Have your
say in the comments section below

Everything you Ever Needed to Know about Wristlocks (Subtitles: Hit CC) - Duration: 8:28.
okay! Bending people's wrists! Because why would you ignore half a percent of the
human body? Some people get that joke.
Does anyone here know the wristlock? Any set up for a wristlock?
Something maybe they can show us?
*babble*
cross side
*Bart* What I like to do is isolate this palm and then
try to make it bend here. And sometimes they expect me to go like switch or to go under
So sometimes when they don't pay attention and when
they try to straighten the arm I can put my shin into it.
*David* Excellent. I like it!
No realli! She was Karving her initials on the møøse with the sharpened end of an interspace tøøthbrush
Awesome! Thankyou Bart
Anyone else got one to show?
Yeh? Marco!
*Marco* I mostly do it with the gi, but...
I get my lasso in here
*David* BOOM! nice :D
it's lasso guard
and if you don't get it you don't lose the position
Anyone got one more?
come show me
So I don't have to teach the class haha just get you guys to do it :p
See, he catches my wrist here in the armbar
the only way for me to defend this is to straighten my arm and give him the armbar
I'm defending....nice!
A little double attack there okay. So I'm hoping that some of you are starting to notice
is everything that happened there was all the same principles.
When we talk about a wrist lock it's either this one or it's this one
and they fulfill the same basic easy principles. so what I'm going to do
today is, I'm going to teach you how to fish instead of giving you seven wristlocks
and just saying do these when you're in that situation. By the end of
the class hopefully you're going to understand actually how to make your own
wristlocks, because they're everywhere... cross-side...guard...armbar
anytime I miss a submission I usually hit a wristlock. Anytime I'm passing I can
hit a wrist lock. Any time I'm escaping Guard I can hit a wristlock. Once you understand some
simple principles. So now I'll bring Bernd in. He's just going to kneel in front of
me and I'm just going to hold his arm. We're not going to talk about setups
just yet, we're going to talk about mechanics and principles okay and then
this class is going to be a little bit of a discovery class for yourself and
then we're going to bring you back we're going to see what we each discover
But it's dead simple...his forearm here...I put a bend in the wrist...
I block one end and I push the other and he taps.
OR...I put a bend in the wrist
and I block one end and I push the other and he taps.
That's it!!!
And it can be a push with my body, it can be a push with my arms, it's just
any kind of force. If Bernd lies down now I have a block on this elbow, which is
the floor, and I apply a pressure...simple! and the pressure could bend his wrist either direction,
it's all the same. Next time we come back I'm going to talk
a little bit about the mechanics of which direction I apply pressure when
it's being applied to the elbow but, this is the one we're going to start with.
we're gonna start with a bend and a block like this
That's it! Wristlocks are super simple. Don't complicate things! I'm going to
show you a twisting wrist lock later which is just for your interest. But standard
like gooseneck wrist locks are very very simple okay. I'm going to give you one to
have a little go at in case you haven't seen it. But I also want you to just play with this principle.
So as I demonstrate this I'm going to explain the principle
and then later you're gonna create some of your own wristlocks
So Bernd is in my guard...and the amount of times I get this wristlock is crazy.
okay Bernd's pretty good, he's got a nice posture.
His hands, his head, and his bum.
Make a triangle.
This is good posture.
If i try and bring him down now without clearing his hands it's no good
If I try and sit up it's no good. It's good posture okay. If ever his head comes over
his hands, now it's bad posture...it's very easy for me to collapse Bernd down.
But in that collapse there's a potential wristlock.
And usually you see this a lot in the gi
when the guy holds the belt or the pants down here
and his head is very close to being over the top of his hands
yeh this is exaggerated, but even here just a little pull
and now I bring him the rest of the way down.
And we can go Aleksei Oleinik ezekiel choke and stuff
But I can attack the wrist too. Here's the principle of the direction of force
Right now his wrist is bent... that's what we wanted first anyway
that's that first thing, bent wrist. What's blocking his hand?
*audience* your hip
My hip!
My hip is blocking his hand, so at the other end what do I need to do?
*audience* apply a force
Yes! Because his hand is already blocked he can't move away from the force.
If I pull here...
There's my wrist lock.
So I'm crunching him in with my legs and
I'm continuing to crunch and bringing his elbow to me.
Now as well as bringing the elbow to me
I'm also going to rotate it in a certain direction.
Because think about what I want to do in the extreme. In the extreme I want to
take his fingers and make them touch his forearm
so if I'm moving the other end and I pull in this direction it doesn't do that.
What I want to do is take his elbow in the direction of his fingers.
That's gonna close his wrist angle. That's when we get a proper break.
If his fingers were pointing forward, straight forward I would bring his elbow
straight to me. If they point out, that elbow has to come out.
And I'm kind of crunching into it just to help it along it's way and keep the hand trapped.
And then I use my legs when I really want to break him.
So this is a real nice one when people are getting lazy in your guard with their posture.
I just make sure this stays here, I sit up and I catch his elbow...bring him in and I start
to rotate his elbow in the direction of his fingers. Crunching in and puling in.
So blocked hand by my body. Force at the other end. Very simple okay.
So I want you guys to crack on with that. If you've seen that one have a little explore of
different positions using this principle. The principle of blocking an end, it can be either end,
and applying a force at the other end that we're not blocking. okay and the
same principles apply. If I'm pushing on the hand end I want to push the fingers
towards the forearm. I don't want to push in weird directions, I want to go straight down.
Thanks for watching! Love to you all :D

How to FAIL diet : Ask Japanese girls about their diet methods - Duration: 10:02.
I did this for one week, started eating again then and the weight returned.
Would you advise your past self to do this again? - Heck no.
Hey guys and girls on Ask Japanese. This time we are gonna go and ask Japanese girls
what their diet secrets are....
I personally also would like to know why they are so skinny. Let's Ask Japanese!
We are asking everyone about their diets. Have you ever been on one?
I am always on a diet but I can never keep them up.
What diet did you try out? - I went to the gym for a while.
But I stopped going after 2 weeks. - Japanese gyms are so expensive!
Yes they are but I wanted to lose weight.
How long is it per month? - I had tickets.
So it was really cheap, only 3,000 yen.
I thought it's around 10,000 yen per month. Can you tell me your gym?
It was more of a city center thing. - Oh a local thing
Normal gyms are more pricey. - Yes. - And you?
I have never been on a diet. I don't eat in the morning. Only two meals a day.
I live like that. - No breakfast? How is that for your day?
Pretty bad. - No breakfast but normal lunch and dinner?
I would like to eat 3 meals but...
Maybe I take in too little kalories. - In the evenings, do you
try to skip the carbs? - I eat a lot in the evenings.
Even ramen? - I do! - WHAT?
You seem to be build skinny. - My dad is very skinny.
Maybe genetics.
You said you did a diet. Why?
I wanted to go to the performance of my favorite idol.
I wanted to look cute for them and lost weight.
- Did it work, the gym sessions?
I went to a face slimming salon. For a week it worked.
Then I returned to normal.
A face slimming salon? - They massage you
and return the bones to their location.
I used to go there. - Sounds painful.
It didn't hurt as much as I expected.
But for one day my face was swollen afterwards.
What... Massaging bones?
Yes, bones can get distorted and they return them
and fill the gaps. - Have you dieted before?
What diet did you do? - I did not eat.
Did you cut down? - More up.
How much did you eat? Like half the carbs?
I only had vegetables and tofu.
Yes in Japan you have lots of tofu!
What do you eat when you want to lose weight?
I skip the carbs and such and have tofu instead.
Vegetables in the morning...? - And a soup with tofu in the evening.
You loose more weight than not eating at all. - Weight loss ok.
Was there a downside to it? Wanting to eat something?
I really wanted to eat sweets. My friend invited me to cafes too.
It felt terrible. - Have you ever dieted? - Never.
What do you generally eat or do? - I did some sports.
I eat what I like but I move more.
In school I used to do dance. - Practiced a lot?
Yes we practiced in the mornings, lunch and after school.
Every day? - Almost every day. - That will shed the weight!
Did you go to a spa? - I am doing Yoga and such.
Right now? - I am going to the gym.
How often do you go? 3 times or once a week.
Once a week! Wow.
What do you do at the gym?
I do weights and there is a studio
I do ballet and dance there. It's included.
How do you keep up with this? I quit early.
I think of my favourite idol or actor....
and think that I will go to meet them
I want to look alright for them. - You have set yourself a goal.
I might not meet them in person but sit in the audience.
But still I want to look good for them.
So you reason are your favorite idols? - And actors yes.
That's how you conti conti continue.
Have you ever dieted? - I have.
Me too. - Since you both have, tell me about it.
I used to eat devil's tongue fields instead of snacks.
Devil Tongue field? What is that?
Devil tongue field is a tube type of jelly.
I ate them whenever I felt like having sweets.
They are filling. - Are they sweet? - Yes, peach
and grape flavor and such. -
But if it's sweet, is it not sweets?
But it's better than chocolate and potato chips.
They only have 30kcal.
It's better than other sweets and less calories.
So they are filling?
They are. - Devil Tongue Field? - Yes.
So a jelly made out of Devil's Tongue. - Sure.
Did that help you? - I lost one kilo.
- You lost weight! How long did that go for?
I did the diet for a musical
for about three months. So I lost
one kilo over 3 months. - One kilo for 3 months... that's tough.
It was tough. - Have you dieted. - Three foods...
I changed all meals to vegetable juice and yoghurt for one week.
I tried that.
How was that? Sounds tough. - It was also winter
So I was constantly cold and tried to warm up.
I was so cold.
My body temperature stayed low, so it must have been bad for my body.
Did you loose. - A tiny bit, because I was so cold.
It was quite painful.
Would you advise your past self to do this diet?
Not at all! Not recommend. - You're not on a diet now?
Right. - Why are you so slim?
I don't think I am slim...
I am doing dance about 3 days a week.
I think that is my sport.
So you are keeping your dancers weight.
No problem areas?
My stomach is a point a worry about.
I hide it.
I try to pull in my stomach and walk straight.
My arm has gotten bigger so I started muscle training.
Do you both do dance and weights
even now? Moving? - Little by little.
Ok got you! Thank you!
Banana diet, cabbage diet, no carbohydrate diet. I tried a lot of diets
and failed most of them, apart from maybe not eating carbs in the evening but how about
you, what is your diet secret? Leave it in the comments down below.
Most of the Japanese diets compared to the Western diets seem to be more unhealthy. Eating just
one thing for the whole time or not eating at all and then getting rebound.
Stuff like that doesn't sound so good. Maybe we have some advice that is more helpful
in the comment down below. Everybody be careful about your body and don't overdo it.
