From Keita to Shaqiri... How have Liverpool's summer signings fared? - Duration: 6:48.
Liverpool have the chance to further underline their title credentials on Monday night when they go to West Ham
Manchester City narrowed the gap to two points with victory over Arsenal at the weekend, after Liverpool had wasted the chance to go seven clear themselves
Jurgen Klopp will be desperate to see his side return to winning ways after a disappointing performance against Leicester at Anfield in midweek
At the London Stadium they face an opponent they have plundered 16 goals past in their last four fixtures
After spending £160m in the summer, Klopp has overseen a dramatic uplift in the club's league form to send them to the top of the table
Here Sportsmail look at what impact those four signings - Alisson, Fabinho, Naby Keita and Xherdan Shaqiri - have had on the title tilt
AlissonLiverpool's league success this year has been built upon solid foundations
It has been quite the turnaround from last year. From the swashbuckling counter-attacking unit that dazzled Europe to this year's relentless winning machine that has ground out three points after three points, it has been quite the transformation
A big reason for this is Brazil No 1 Alisson, who has proved well worth the enormous £65m fee paid to Roma
He has added an authoritative calmness to a previously brittle defence. While Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius rarely look in control, Alisson makes it all look so easy
At times he has been accused of being too laidback in his approach at playing out from the back, but his quick-thinking has also led to counter-attacking goals against Fulham, Burnley and Crystal Palace
You can't argue against his record of conceding only 14 goals and keeping 13 clean sheets
He will have Petr Cech's record of 24 in his sights. Naby KeitaPerhaps the biggest enigma in the Liverpool squad right now is Naby Keita
As a hard-working, pressaholic dynamo in the midfield engine room, he looked tailor-made for Jurgen Klopp
The year-long wait to finally see him in a red shirt only heightened expectations to a point of frenzy
Despite a flying start he has yet to get to grips with the pace of the Premier League
He has at times looked a little unsure of himself and his role in the side, sometimes deployed on the left-hand side of a three behind Mohamed Salah instead of through the middle
Against Leicester last week there were glimpses of his talent. A quick give-and-go and a driving run into the 18-yard box should have earned a penalty kick
A more confident player would have taken the shot on earlier, instead of waiting and then inviting the challenge
Therein lies the issue, one that can only be solved by time and minutes on the pitch
If he cannot hit his straps in the next few weeks, Liverpool may have to wait until next season to see the fruits of their £55m investment
FabinhoWhile Naby Keita has struggled the more he has played, the opposite can be said of Fabinho
Signed barely 48 hours after the disappointment of the Champions League final defeat in May, Fabinho is a style of midfielder Liverpool have been crying out for
But he did not make his debut until the closing stages of September's 3-2 win over PSG, and his first league start did not come until the visit of Cardiff at the end of October
Klopp wanted him to get to speed with the English game and the way his teams play
Patience has proved a virtue. His tall and gangly frame belies his sure touch and ability to spot a pass
Klopp will surely rue not starting him in the defeat at Manchester City last month, where his midfield presence helped Liverpool gain a foothold in a game that was passing them by
He is certain to start against West Ham and play an important role in the rest of the campaign
Xherdan ShaqiriEyebrows were raised when Xherdan Shaqiri emerged as a summer target for Liverpool
He had flattered to deceive for years in a Stoke shirt before they were eventually relegated last year
The Swiss international was viewed as an indulgence, one whose style would not easily translate to the all-action style of Kloppball
How premature those observations look now. At £13m he has proved a snip, the bargain of the summer
His undoubted ability on the ball has come to the fore, and playing with better players has helped unlock his playmaking ability
Liverpool lacked that fourth attacking option when Philippe Coutinho departed last January, and Shakiri has proved the answer to that
Shaqiri's most decisive moments have come off the bench, particularly in the win over Manchester United before Christmas
That role leaves Klopp with an ace up his sleeves as he approaches the run-in.

Kill it come on.
do you want me to try
come on pudy cat
if you want
scare it gin gins
scare it that way
nope
Come into the bucket
ooo it's in that thing
aw it's gonna run out I can just see it happening
what if I just tilt it over
O my gosh, No It's under my bed
There it is AGHH
Where is it?
What's going on? there is a rat
Where is it? Oh there she's after it , good cat
O the cats here
How we gonna get it out I
I Don't know. It's a really big mouse. If it is
I Think it looks kind of cute. I feel really sad for it, but it's tails so long it has to be a rat
Where's Ginny? She's in there behind it, come on push it out
yes yes yes yes catch it
She brought it in, what she brought it in? O there it is
All I heard was running down the hall way. maybe it was in the house
I don't know but I had running down the hallway and then I heard it getting it
Where did it go ?
(Ginny) Is it over there ?
Well, it was in that corner and then it
AGHHH I don't want a rat in my room
It'll be behind there I reckon
Yeah, it's gonna be behind that draw, oh I don't want it to go on my feet
Yes you got it you got it girl, (screem) yes we got it but now what do we do ?
This is the lid but it doesn't like you have to hold it on it doesn't close on the bucket
Aww I hope this doesn't come out. You got it a Amy
Yeah, but you have to let O! you have to hold it
It's still in there, It's still in there
It's gonna come out. Is it in there, in the bucket? O my gosh you guys
Okay, let's see if we can scare it back the other way
It'll go under in there
Yep O No, Scare it
There he is
O It's coming, It's coming . OK you got it you got it. Ahh get it get it
Go on Ginny you got it girl. Should I have just let her kill it? We should just dump that strait on top of it
It's gonna do a bolt
Who's towel is this? Aaa mine. Are you gonna throw on it? Ooo Well, if you do you have to throw the towel away
Move!
Yes! Nooo ! he crawled out of the bucket Where?
You need a different bucket That's why I got that other container Ginny come on !
YES!
So what do we do? Do we kill it or set it free?
If It's a mouse you can leave it. It''s a mouse not a rat. Then you can just let it go
I have a party trick Ill flick it up and catch it in a bucket, O NO !
Umm I Don't think that's gonna work.
I Think just trying some how like either chuck it in the bucket put the lid on, though that lid actually doesn't like fit on the bucket
So get some card board. That's too small. It's like semmy gonna keep it in there. and the flip it upside down and then you grab it with that and then put it outside
Just grab Its tail. If you get bitten by it you're getting rabies shot
Ooo shizzles
You ready, Yeah flip it
Ok you have to hold the lid , take it outside
Ok where are we putting it ? Out on the road like far away
On the road like
Or on the grass on the other side
No

How to Make Chocolate Ganache - Duration: 4:52.
Hey everyone, Sam here from Sugar Spun Run, and today I will be showing you how to make chocolate ganache 2 different ways.
Chocolate ganache is one of my favorite things to use to top off a cake, and today I am going to show you how simple it is to make.
Not only that, I am going to show you 2 ways to make chocolate ganache at home.
Now, whichever method you choose to use, you are going to need the same ingredients. You'll need a cup of chocolate chips. This is 6 ounces of chocolate chips.
Or instead of chocolate chips, you can use 6 ounces of chocolate that's been cut into pieces, that are all about the same size.
You are going to want them to be about the size of a chocolate chip.
You are also going to need 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
Now for the first method I want to show you, you are going to need a small saucepan.
and we'll place our sauce pan on the stovetop. Now don't turn it on just yet, what we are going to do is add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the saucepan.
and we'll add our half cup of heavy cream.
And we will turn our stovetop to low, and we are going to cook this on a low heat, stirring pretty frequently until the chocolate is completely melted.
The mixture should be nice and cohesive and silky looking and the whole mixture should be smooth.
This is personally my favorite method, because I only have to use one saucepan it's really simple.
Now it is really important when you make your chocolate ganache this way that you don't walk away from your stovetop.
You don't want to give the chocolate any chance to burn to the bottom of the pan, that will ruin it. You will have to throw it out and start over.
So watch your pan the whole time.
So at this point, now that it's all silky and smooth, your chocolate ganache is done.
You are going to want to remove this from the heat, and you can immediately pour it over a cake,
Personally, I recommend letting it sit for about 10 minutes, that way its not so runny.
This ganache is really going to firm up as it sits, and ultimately it's going to be pretty much solid. It's going to have a fudgy consistency.
If you've had ganache before, you know what I am talking about.
So that is one way to make chocolate ganache. Now I want to show you a different way I like to make it.
The other way, this is a more traditional way, you are going to want to measure out your chocolate in a medium sized heat proof bowl.
Again, you are going to need 6 ounces of chocolate or 6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
You are going to put this in a bowl, and you are going to set this aside.
Then we are going to head back to our stovetop. You are going to need that same small saucepan.
Hopefully a clean one, and we are going to add 1/2 cup of cream again.
Now we are not going to be adding our chocolate to our saucepan this time. What we are going to is we are just going to cook this cream over a medium -low heat
Just until it begins to simmer.
Once that cream is simmering, we are going to remove it from the heat and pour it evenly over those chocolate chips we prepared earlier.
Now don't try to mix this just yet, you are going to need to let that cream have some time with that chocolate to melt it.
So what I am going to do is, I am going to cover this bowl with a piece of aluminum foil.
This is really going to help trap that heat in. If you don't have aluminum foil, you can use a lid, or even a towel over the top to help trap that in.That will help.
Now you are going to let this sit for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Once that 3 to 5 minutes has passed, we can remove that aluminum foil.
And you want to use a whisk to stir this. Now, you want to gradually start stirring from the center.
and gradually move out, you can see it's a little piecey in the middle, that's ok, it's going to come together don't panic.
and just keep slowly whisking until the mixture is smooth and silky.
So just like the first chocolate ganache I showed you, this is going to be really runny and will firm up as it sits.
So you do want to pour it over any cake while it is still liquidy, and then it will firm up as it cools.
You can put it in the fridge to really speed up that thickening process.
Ok that is how you make chocolate ganache. This is the version you just watched me make
by simmering the cream and pouring it over the chocolate.
And here is that first batch we made by combining the chocolate and cream together and cooking them that way.
So as you can see, either way is going to yield great results. So use whatever method works best for you.
I really hope you guys enjoyed today's chocolate ganache recipe. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments.
and thank you so much for watching. I'll see you next time.
So I am supposed to bite this now?

How should I optimise my iron protocol for altitude? Trent Stellingwerff - Duration: 0:50.
In the last several years our knowledge of the importance of iron at moderate
altitudes has become a lot more prevalent in the research. First of all,
at least 100 to 200 milligrams of elemental iron per day are probably
required to optimise red blood cell proliferation at altitude. And then most
recently, a study has shown that taking iron supplement as one single dose,
is better than splitting the dose into two 100 milligram doses. So we would
recommend taking 1 to 200 milligrams of supplemental and iron per day at
altitude as a single dose.

How to Spread Islam? 어떻게 이슬람을 알리지? - Duration: 3:28.
Assalam Alaikum

If you want to know the truth about Korea,
Please Like and Subscribe my channel!
I usually get a lot of messages
The message is...
"My friend is interested in Islam. Tell me about Islam."
"My boyfriend is Korean."
"Please make my boyfriend a Muslim."
Most of the time messages are like this
I can't make them Muslims.
I'm not a god.
I'm just a Muslim.
I can't make your boyfriend Muslim.
So how did I become a Muslim?
When I first met Muslims,
There was a bad image of Islam.
So I just hated Muslims.
There's just no reason.
I just hated it for no reason.
If I Find out about Islam in Korean language
Almost all bad stories are searched about Islam
So I found it in English as much as possible.
Of course, I am not good at English.
I studied hard using the translator.
That's what I've been looking for.
The image of Islam has changed.
And there's a decisive trigger for me to become a Muslim.
That's because of Qur'an
Do you want to introduce Islam?
Then read the Qur'an first.
What if he(she) doesn't want to read the Qur'an?
He's(she) not interested in Islam.
Maybe he(she) probably interested in you.
he(she)is not interested in Islam.
he(she) is interested in women.(muslim girl)
Most of them are women who send me these messages.
Muslim girls said, "I have a Korean boyfriend."
"I have a Korean friend."
if Your friend is really interested in Islam.
and want to be a Muslim,
they gonna find out about Islam on himself(herself), just like I am.
This is the Qur'an I have.
The color is very pretty.
You said to him(her), "Read the Qur'an."
if He(she) said, "Oh, I don't have time.~"
"I'm so busy."
That's all an excuse. It's a lie.
he(she) doesn't have time?
No matter how little time I have, I have time to read one Aya.
Bismilla Hirahma Nirrahim Al-Hamdulillahi Rabbil Alameen
I have time to read one Aya. even very very busy.
It's an excuse that your friend doesn't have time to read the Qur'an
I read it a little bit a day, and I read it all.
I listened to the audio files a little bit by bit. I listened it all.
there is everything translated into Korean.
If they don't even want to do that, it means...
your friend don't want to be a Muslim.
He(she)is not interested in Islam.
If you want to introduce Islam to your friend,
Tell him(her) to read the Qur'an
That's the best way to do it.
Your support encourages me and helps me continue to create contents.
Everyone, read the Qur'an please
The Qur'an is Allah's word.
1400 years ago, there were some things that science couldn't explain.
It's in the Qur'an already (1400years ago)
How did they know that about 1,400 years ago?
People didn't know that scientifically (1400 years ago).
See you on the next video.

Will it Fly? - How to Start a Small Business by Asking Just 2 Questions - Duration: 7:58.
Today we're flying in reality and also
metaphorically and I hope we're not going to crash in reality, but we might crash
metaphorically, but it's getting too confusing. Let's just start it. You'll see what I mean
Right, so the other day I read Pat Flynn's book, will it fly and Pat Flynn is great
It's it's amazing. He's the master of passive income and this book is about starting a new business and
You should check out Pam Pat. I will link his channel below. Just give me a second
Right so his book "Will it fly" is a step-by-step guide for anyone who wants to start a new business and if you're planning for
a new business adventure I think you should definitely read it
There's some really really good advises in there. But in reality nothing can prepare you for launching a new business
It doesn't matter if you read all the books in the world on the subject or if you watch all the YouTube videos about
this or you sign up for all the online classes. It doesn't matter unless you start doing it and launch the business
There's no way you get the feel and you get the experience of what is to be expected in the future
Unless you had a practical side to it
so for example
I remember in my university years I had to do a lot of
Presentations and right now, I don't remember anything else about studying in the university
But I'm left with the feeling of presenting in front of people and I got the experience
So now when I have to go out and speak, I don't have problem
even if it's like 100 200 or
2,000 people because I got the practical experience of doing it over and over again, and I got used to it
It's pretty much the same with starting a new business
I've had the opportunity to launch a few businesses
Fly them for some time and then crash them massively and right now I'm in the midst of developing a new idea for a business
But before I give you some examples
Let me just give you a very very simplified approach to understand whether your idea will fly or crash you need to ask
yourself just two questions
That's it. Nothing more. Nothing less two questions
The first question you want to ask yourself is
what's the worst that can happen or in other words what I'm willing to lose in order to make this business a reality.
It could be money, it could be friends
It could be time or maybe you lose your wife because you're working too much and she doesn't like it
Are you prepared for those risks and is it worth it? Is the idea worth it losing some of those things?
The second question is how much are you in love with this idea?
Are you ready to invest all your time and efforts in order to make it happen?
Will you hustle through a number of years without seeing any kind of result and if you're not?
Why would you bother even starting it?Going back to my examples in university
I had the opportunity to participate in a business plan contest and I was lucky enough to win it together with
$5,000 My idea was to launch a distribution business for probiotics and I kind of liked it. You know it was
related to health which I'm interested in. Back then probiotics were not so popular
So it was a great niche for development. And the first thing I did was ask myself the question. What's the worst that can happen?
Okay, I need to invest a lot of time
I will probably lose some money which you know, I won and maybe some more which was fine with me
So on this side of the question, I was like great. Okay, no problem
let's move to the next one and my second question was: how much I love this idea?and
the fact of the matter was that: okay, I'm interested in it, but I'm not crazy in love with it
I wouldn't be able
to enjoy it with time so much that I would invest all my
Energy for a number of years before I see the results. So basically I didn't fly the idea
Although I got the money
I just crushed it before even actually took off. The second business that I launched was more of a side hustle
It was a very personalized service for inexperienced drivers
So basically me and two friends were helping them develop their skills, feel more confident and be safer on the road
So this time what was the worst that could happen?
The conditions were even better because this was a service and we had close to nothing as an investment in money
We all had to invest some time, but that was pretty much it. The second question was I in love with it
Hell, yeah, I loved driving and I loved teaching people to dry
so for me
it would be a great experience and it will leave me with a very
positive feeling after each lesson and within a month the business took off amazingly
We even got future in the national television
So the calls started coming one after the other. And we ran the business for some time
But then at some point we faced some scalability issues and we were all limited by time
so it was a decision to be made and you know what I decided to just crash the idea by myself because I
thought the effort that we're investing are not equal to the returns that we're expecting, but I enjoyed every step of the process, of course
- 16... I need to either get a studio or start shooting shorter videos
So what I'm trying to say here guys, well, first of all
make sure that you have those two questions in front of you when you're deciding to start a business and
make sure that especially the second one is with a positive: Yes
Yes
You love it! in the second point that I'm trying to make is that you have to love the process and not the end goal
Imagine this you have an amazing goal. You want to start a business and you want to reach
200,000 profits by the end of the fifth year
but you're too focused on the end goal and
You do this and you work hard but by the end of the fourth year you're like: oh my God
I'm nowhere near this. I'll probably not reach it. I'm going to massively fail. Well, that might be the truth
But if you're enjoying every step of it, you will not feel this boredom. You will not feel this pressure
You'll just feel happy and at the end of the fifth year if you don't reach that goal
so what
you have had so much fun during the process and even if the business fails after the third year
If you're just focused on the end goal, you'll be like: oh my God, I feel terrible about this
But if you're learning and experiencing every step on the way to this failure
You will love it and trust me you will not care that this has failed. It's actually not failure
It's called experience
If you're enjoying it. Using this approach no matter the idea, no matter what the outcome will be
Even if your idea takes off and you make it fly or if you crash it
You will enjoy every single step of the process and after enough crashes
you will learn how to crash like a boss and use everything that you have learned in your next adventure and
Probably make it even more successful. So that is it for today guys
Enjoy the process, fly your ideas crush them like bosses, and I'll see you in the next one. Ciao
Wait, where's my sunscreen? Maybe I should put some sunscreen on
