Are you struggling with money? I know why. Stop the struggle. Get some training.

Don't miss anything that's on this training video. I'm here to help you with

3 powerful steps.

Let's talk about your money problems. And you clicked on this video because you

have some money problems and you're trying to figure out your money problems/

Well, you're not alone. There's a lot of people who have money problems. And why

is it that there are some people who don't have money problems, right? What do

they do different than what you're doing? What are they doing different? What did

they figure out? Oh, I know. Let's use what everybody else says: "They're lucky."

Most people use 1 of 2 descriptions about people who have money. Number 1,

they're lucky or number 2 they're cheating. It's like what? What? That

doesn't really give us any foundational principles for any of us to be able to

correct our money problems. So, that means we have to find a way to be lucky or

we have to figure out how to cheat. That doesn't even make sense.

So, why even use that language. Why even talk that way about money when you can't

do anything with either one of those? What are you going to do ?Like start

cheating about money today so you can be better with money? That's not going to make

you feel good. And what about luck? How are you going to figure that one out? So, what

the normal person will do next is they will give up. And they'll just go back to

the old thinking that it takes hard work. That's the old thinking. Old thinking is

it takes hard work to be able to have enough money. But then if you try that

one. If you try working hard, what does it even mean to work hard? I don't know if

we even know what that is. People say it all the time. They use it as an answer

all the time like you just need to work harder.

How do you work harder? You got one hour or let's say you know you got 8

hours in a day and you need to work hard. What do you do? Because this is supposed

to make you wealthy and have enough money and go on vacations and buy new

shoes for your kids and have food? How do you supposed to work hard? Does that

mean you run around? Do you just run fast? Does

that mean work hard? Does it mean stay up till midnight? Does that mean you work

hard? So, notice... You and I don't even know even exactly how to explain work

hard. So, you could either be lucky or you could cheat or you could work hard. Okay.

so since we all have the same answers. Why is it that people are not figuring

this out? Why is it that over 82% of people today are barely making it. Barely

making it. Why is 8 out of 10 people barely making it. Where is it? Is it you

got to get a better job because you're going to work harder? Oh, yeah. You guys still

figure out the work harder thing. How about I give you some insight of what I

did to change my life when it comes to my relationship with money? Because

here's... I'm going to give you some tips here and some and some training here that you

actually can do something about. Because you can't do much about luck. I don't

even know if you know how to even cheat properly. So, I don't you're going to fail

there. And then if you get caught, you're in trouble.

So Luck's not going to work. Cheating is not going to work. And working hard? Wow! Does

that mean you just need to be sweaty all day? I don't know. I don't know. So you

don't even have actual information of how to change your life when it comes to

your money problems do you? Alright. So let's talk and give you some information

here of what you have some things you actually can do to change your

experience with money. Number 1 problem with people and money is people have

their emotions and money tied together. Money is an emotional experience for a

lot of people. 8 out of ten people have emotional experiences with money. If

they don't have any money, then they're all down and bummed out. If

they have money, then they're all happy. But number one really is how to manage

your emotions when it comes to money. Why have your emotions attached to money?

Because money your bank account is always going up, it's always going down.

It's going up, it's going down. And so your emotions are going like this with

money. That will drive you nuts. And money will control you whatever controls how

you feel controls your life. And so if money has control of how you feel then

money runs your life. It's just the way it is my friend. And I hope today you get

this. If money can control your emotions then money controls you. It just does.

Okay, so how do you separate it? How do you separate money and emotions so you

actually can control how you feel? You see when a person begins to learn how to

control how they feel, they actually begin to take over their life. You really

do. Okay. So money comes and goes, right? It's there, it's not. It's there, it's not.

So, over here with emotions, you get to decide how you feel with or without

money. How do you feel when you don't have money? How do you feel when you have

money? What emotions do you really want to have? Now, most people don't even pick

emotions. They just emotionally react to everyday activities. But what you do is

you pick 3 emotions. And those 3 emotions you work every day to live

inside those 3 emotions. But you pick your emotions and then you live those

emotions. No matter what is going on around you. Within 1 day, you will feel

like you have more control of your life than you've had in the last couple years.

You choose how you feel because how you feel influences and affects everything

around you. Everything around you. So you choose 3 emotions of what you're

going to feel during the day. Now, that this is a step-by-step process so this

is going to add up for you and how you're going to help manage money in

your life. The next one is stop blaming others about your money problems. If you

don't have any money and you blame your boss because you don't have enough money,

that makes you a victim. And victim energy or victim attitude is not a

creation type of thinking. People who find ways to make more money are

creative. Victims are not creative. Victims are in

bondage. Victims are all tied up. Victims are standing around waiting for somebody

else to fix them. As long as you blame somebody else because you don't have

enough money, you will never figure out the money thing. Because you're waiting

for somebody else to fix you. You're waiting for somebody else to make your

life better. Stop blaming other people because you don't have money. Next one is

the purpose of money. What is the purpose? Why do you want money? Why do you want to

have money? Most people think, "Oh, I just want to buy groceries. I want to pay for

my house. I want to pay for my car and I want to go into vacation once in a while."

That's the common things that people think about when they want to have money.

And I call that grocery thinking. And it's important that satisfies our needs.

But a person who has a higher level of purpose will find that they're more

creative in how they're going to help people and also earn an income. So, if all

you're trying to do is cover your bills and go do something fun once a while,

you're going to get stuck and the amount of money that you make. You're just going to

get stuck. But what if you wanted to help people? What if you wanted to make a

difference? What if you wanted to you know help an organization or a charity

or a movement that was happening or maybe you want to go teach kids? Or you

want to inspire families? What if your purpose was bigger? And that the reason

why you wanted money is so that you could go help others by, you know, people

go to other countries and they helped pay for wells to be drilled so

that villages can have water and they go build schools. And but you know how that

sounds like it's always in other people's other countries, in these other

countries? What about here? What if he could do things to help people here? What

if you raised the purpose? What if you actually put yourself

on your own life mission? Like you pick something bigger than groceries?

Sometimes, you know, people get stuck in grocery thinking and they then they get

their groceries they pay their house payment and they go on a trip once a

while and then that's just they're done. Well then, that's where they're at. They

just settle in right there. That's what they do. But to me, I think we actually

need to outgrow the whole thinking that we need money. Now, number 3 is big.

I'm kind of taking a risk, you're even talking to you about this. But what if

you had a bigger purpose in life than just having money and buying groceries

and living in a big house? What if you actually wanted to contribute and make a

difference in the world? What if you...? What if that was the possibility there? You're

thinking would not be controlled by money. You would be completely free of

the of money controlling you because you would be about accomplishing your

mission about doing something big. Okay, let's go let's go back to number one

here again. What do you do about emotions? Well, most people they don't know how to

manage their emotions, they don't even have any techniques or tools or

processes that how to manage their emotions. And so, here's a simple one to

be able to help you manage your emotions so that you can separate money and

emotions so I think it'd be very smart for you to be able to go get a book, this

little book or something and or get on your computer and open up a file and

label it "Journal." And get in your journal a couple times a week. Hopefully at least

once a week. And write down your thoughts. Your thoughts have emotions attached to

them. And if you can move your thoughts through you onto paper or onto how you

type on your computer, you'll be able to move your thinking through you and this

is what you're gonna join all about. --Is money.

Write down your thoughts and feelings about money. What's tough? What's hard?

What's difficult? What's your experience? How do you manage money? But literally to

write down your thoughts and feelings money? Get all that weird confused, messed

up thinking in your head about money. Just get it all out of you. Write it down

in a journal. Completely just open up and share all your experiences you've had

with money. Good, bad, indifferent, struggles, triumphs. What was it like to

grow up with money? What was it like to have money as a kid? What was it like in

your family? What did your mom think about money? What'd your dad think about

money? When you decide to journal about money, you're going to unlock all these

weird emotions and these weird memories that have you all twisted up about money.

But if you could start in your journal about today and then you start writing

about last month and then you start to dive into last year and you start to go

back to childhood. And how the people around you raised you about money, Wow!

You are going to just clear up a bunch of weird stuff inside you about money.

Past experiences about money clutter our mind in how to manage money today. But

open up a journal and begin journaling about money. And if you missed all the

suggestions I just gave you, then you get to rewind and listen to it again.

Because this is a game changer. Really big game changer. How can you get better

at something that you don't improve your understanding about it. How are you going to

get better about money if you don't understand

your up bringing with money. Somewhere in there there's glitches. Somewhere in

there there's weird thinking and twisted thinking about this. But if you don't

understand you and your thoughts and emotions about money, you're not going to

change. You'll keep doing the same thing you've always done. So, to support you,

number 1. Start journaling about all your thoughts and feelings about money.

Number 2. Stop the blaming of other people and this is what you got to do.

You will know that you stopped blaming other people when you start

looking at yourself about what you must improve about you and money. You got to

improve you. Number 1, you probably don't manage

your money very well and balance your accounts. You probably don't have a

budget. You probably can't say no and you just spend money wherever you want to

spend money. Number 4, you probably don't even

carry money. You probably don't even know where all your money is. And then number

5, you probably don't even give to any charities. You don't have to give a lot.

But these 5 challenges here that you... You probably don't do any of that. But

yet you blame somebody else because you don't have enough money. How do you

expect to have more when you don't care for what you currently have? And how do

you expect to have more when you don't even share a small portion of what you

currently have? Because one of the secrets about money is you share. That's

why I brought up the contribution side. So, those 5, if you missed them, you get

to rewind. You get to watch this again. Because I just lay it out to you. Why you

don't even have a chance to even improve your experience with money? You won't get

to experience higher amounts of money until you become a better steward over

the money you currently have. Okay. And then one more time on this last one.

Maybe think of something bigger out there that you could contribute to. Maybe

think about other people's problems. Other people's challenges. Maybe think

about serving them and helping them and not make every day about you just having

money. What will happen is if you become a problem solver for other people and

decide to have a higher purpose, you'll find that your mind is mostly wrapped

around how to help other people? And then it makes it easier to make money, earn

money. It makes it easier because it's not the big thing on your mind. It's

people is number 1, not money. Money can be number 2, 3, 4 or 5 but put

people as number 1. When I mentor and I coach somebody who struggles with money,

we... The first step is we got to move people to be number 1.

We're going to take away the blame and start taking some ownership about them.

Ugrading their skill level about you know, how they're performing at work. How

they're taking care of money at home. And then we walk through the journaling

process to remove those emotions. I love teaching people how to upgrade

their life so they can have some more money. So, that they can go and help other

people and everybody wins. Everybody wins. That part's awesome. So, I just gave you

like some great material here about how money works. Now, you're sitting there

listening to me watching me and hearing everything I'm saying. But I just

gave you some really important tasks to take a look at. It's just again and

pause. You know, you can hit pause write down what I just gave you. Because that

short video but packed full of valuable steps here to be able to make a change.

And if for some reason you didn't hear this and it's just not time for you, it's

okay. Don't watch it again. But if you're ready and you're tired of having

money problems, man, I just laid it out to you here. In a really beautiful way. The

part I hope you understand is this. --Is that, whatever your money situation is

right now, you can change. It can change. It does not have to stay the same. You

have the power to change any part of your life. Any part. And that's why I'm

here for you. That's why I'm here sharing with you. That's because I care about you.

anything to even watch this video. But a here I am mentoring you and helping you in a

Morro do Chapeau, EGP sustains women's social growth - Duration: 2:57.

Everyone loves these biscuits!

Queimada Nova Quilombola Community Morro do Chapéu – Bahia

The Queimada Nova quilombo (former escaped slave community) is located close to Enel Green Power's Morro do Chapéu wind plant.

Empodera Morro (Empower Morro) is one of the projects we support in the surroundings of the plant.

My dream is to establish a community kitchen

and hopefully to produce and supply for the whole town of Morro do Chapéu,

making history.

When it's made with love and good intentions, the thing starts growing and now,

thank God, last year we had the support of a workshop instructor

and the materials for the first production.

It worked, and business grew, so we bought a small oven

with the profits from the biscuits themselves

And this year we had once again an incentive from Enel

through the same Empodera collective,

and we managed to buy a larger oven

we are expanding our production!

When we arrived in Morro do Chapéu,

we mapped several initiatives around shared value creation.

Empodera Morro brought to us this project,

which is a great fit for Enel's values,

through female empowerment

and supporting diversity.

It was a female empowerment group

that gave us that initial push,

and through it you have these empowered women that are making a living.

It changed the lives of many women.

We learned many good things.

Now we can tell our children that we know the recipe for the biscuits.

It is a very important thing, very powerful.

So I'd like to thank you that arrived here

with this new power,

and today a woman's place is wherever she wants

Thank God, we are thankful for the support

we couldn't see this happening to this community

but today there are many good things taking place in this community.

In the past, these women sometimes had the gift, had the will and the wisdom

but they weren't allowed because their husbands thought it wasn't right,

that women should stay at home.

But now, through the grace of God,

women's rights are here and I applaud women.

"Brazilian women, first and foremost".

The powerful ones!

How Do You Value a Company? - Duration: 2:28.

Chris Hill: Question from Nick Burgess in Atlanta, Georgia. He writes, "Hey, guys.

Love the show and everything it has helped me learn in my young investing journey so far.

As I'm only 26 years old, I'm looking for companies that I can stick with for the long haul.

I know I need to look for companies within my circle of competence with great management teams,

but I always hear about looking for companies that are undervalued.

With that in mind, what is your favorite way to value a company?

Again, thanks for all that you do." Thanks for listening, Nick!

Thanks for the question! Ron, you're up first. Ron Gross: I could talk about this for hours.

Jason Moser: He literally could. Hill: We don't have that kind of time.

Gross: I'm going to give you one that's off the beaten path and is perhaps easier,

and that's called earnings power value.

It assumes a company has no growth and you value it assuming it's stable.

Then, you can compare the no-growth value that you get to the current price to determine

what you're actually paying for that growth. Hill: That sounds like it involves math.

Gross: A little bit of math, but it's easy. Hill: Jason, what about you?

Moser: I preface this by saying that valuation is more art than science.

It's an option, really, and everybody's is probably a little bit different.

I know a lot of people like to look at cash flow. I do like to look at that.

But I also think that generally speaking, most people are out there looking at actual earnings per share.

I do like to fiddle with these income statements and stretch out earnings per share five years

down the road, get an idea of what the company's going to be earning, and look at it from a multiples perspective.

Aaron Bush: I think it's important to learn how these different frameworks work.

Discounted cash flow, earnings, power value.

I may be a little bit different in the sense that the companies I'm looking

for are the ones that break all of these models.

I'm looking for the companies that can grow faster and longer than what most people would

plug into those models. There are qualitative reasons why that happens.

Optionality, great products, great leadership. You could go a million ways with it.

Moser: I think that's really the point.

Something we've learned here with our years as analysts is, the idea in analyzing stocks

and valuing these stocks is having as many tools in your toolbox as you can.

There's no one right way to value a company. There are better ways for certain markets and whatnot.

Learning all of those different ways over the course of time is the most valuable way to go about it.

Paul Ince explains what Arsenal must do this summer after Man City loss - Duration: 2:35.

Paul Ince has claimed that Arsenal must "spend some money" if they are to close in on their top-six rivals

Back in the Champions League places ahead of the weekend after Chelsea's thrashing at Bournemouth in midweek, the Gunners ended Sunday evening in sixth following their 3-1 defeat against Pep Guardiola's side

Conceding the opener after 48 seconds as Sergio Aguero headed home, the striker completed his hat-trick either side of half-time after Laurent Koscielny had earlier levelled the scores

The Gunners have now conceded 36 goals in the league this year and the team's problems at the back could well cost them a place in the top four come May

Having not strengthened in defence before the transfer deadline despite having the likes of Rob Holding, Sokratis and Hector Bellerin on the sidelines at present, Ince believes that they must splash the cash in the summer if they want to close the gap on Liverpool, Man City and Spurs

"They've got to spend some money," said the former midfielder on Match of the Day 2

"That's the first thing you need to do.  "I look at the back four. They're an ageing team, that back four

"If you're going to get close to Liverpool, City, even Manchester United and Tottenham, they're so far away

They've got to spend money to compete.  "They've got the right manager. I really believe that

He started the season so so well. Unbeaten in 22 games in all competitions. But they need to spend a lot of money to close that gap

"

2019: DO WHAT YOU LOVE | NO MORE EXCUSES | Clara Dao - Duration: 9:03.

I believe that 2019 is the year, is our year. It's the year that we just don't give

a f**k about what other people think and just go for our dreams. Hello everyone, your girl

Clara is here! I finally decided to have a Youtube channel. It's so funny that for

a long time, I have thought about setting up my own YouTube channel to talk about life,

to talk about the stuff that I'm passionate about, and the stuff that I feel like I want

to share with the world, my ideas and everything. Every time I want to sit down and film a video,

something, there's always that one thing that kept holding me back, and it goes like

this: Clara, who do you think you are to have a Youtube channel? If you post a video, you're

lucky to get 10 views! You're lucky to have like 1 comment, probably from your best

friend! That's it, that's it girl! Like who do you think you are? You know the same thing

happens to a lot of us. Whenever we want to do something, especially things that involve

putting yourself out there, and promoting yourself, and you know just being yourself

in the public eye. A lot of the time we don't, we could not gather enough courage to do that. But

2019 is a totally, totally different story because this year, I finally come back to

my senses and be like F*ck it! I'm just gonna do what

I want! I'm just gonna do what I want! What's wrong with having 10 views?! what's wrong with

having 1 view?! what's wrong with having no comments or one comment?! like that is

not important that is not important! The thing that matters the most is that you finally

let go of the shell, and get out of your comfort zone, and just do what your heart tells you

to do and just do what you've been wanting to do! And I think that's the courage, the

bravery to put yourself out there. Yes, filming a video is easy but having the courage to

just be yourself in front of the camera, and posting it on social media, sharing it with your family

and friends and everyone - it's challenging! Especially, especially when you just started

out, it can be challenging; but I'm doing it. My motto for this year is do what you

fucking love! You get me? do what you fucking love! It's like it instantly feels so good

just to say that! I think that coming into a new year, having a motto, having something

that resonates with you to carry it around is so important because you know like whatever

you do during the day you can come back to your motto of this year and be like is this

the thing that I should do? so you are constantly reminded of what is the most important to

you, and trust me at the end of 2019 you're gonna look back and be like yooo for real,

I did follow my motto, I did stay true to myself! For example, in 2018 my motto for

that year was thou shalt not take shit, so whenever someone says something disrespectful

or inappropriate, I'm like: Excuse me, what did you just say?! And they stop! Yoo like

we've gotta stick up for ourselves when someone does not treat us right, because unless

you know your worth, nobody can see it! 2018 was, I have to say, a year with a lot of challenges

in a lot of aspects of my life. And like I'm grateful for all the changes and all the challenges

that 2018 has brought for me. So 2019 is the year that I feel like I'm gonna put all

of that into action: if I wanna do something, I will go for it; if I want to say something,

I will say it but I will not hurt anyone with my actions or my words intentionally! No,

it doesn't mean that I'm not considerate of people's feelings it just means that

I'm being true to myself, and I'm speaking my truth. So I hope that when you come to

my channel, you can receive this rush of of energy, of positivity, of abundance, of

love and good vibes and everything that is juicy and delicious and just beautiful. And

hopefully after you close a video, you feel more uplifted and you feel more light-hearted,

and you feel more empowered and inspired to you know, go out there, do what you love,

seize the day, chase your dream and just be who you are! Anyway thank you so much for

tuning in to my channel and make it to the end of this video! Remember to subscribe,

like, share, comment! Leave a comment down below what is your motto for 2019 or what

is one of your goal, biggest goals this year that you want to achieve! And we will achieve

all of them together! YEASHHHH! Thank you again, have a great rest

of your day/ night - whenever you're watching this! Namaste, kamsamita, merci, thank you,

arigato, cảm ơn!

How to do 108 Prostrations ♥ for a Blissful Day - Duration: 7:10.

Hi everyone, hope you're having a lovely day.

In my waking up at 5 a.m. Challenge video,

I mentioned 108 prostrations which is the name of the practice that I'm doing right now on the screen.

Some of you seemed to be really interested in this practice, and I appreciate that very much

and I've been doing this for a few weeks now

and it's helping me mentally and spiritually.

So I wanted to share this video to guide you on how you can do it as well.

First of all 108 prostration is a Buddhist practice where you bow (or prostrate) 108 times.

The number 108 signifies

108 different kinds of delusions which are considered the source of all the sufferings in Buddhism.

Bowing 108 times symbolizes being awake from those delusions.

For the bowing form, it's very simple and I'll show you.

You can place a yoga mat underneath or if you're concerned about your knees,

you can replace it with a pillow or a cushion.

You first start in a standing position

with your palms and feet together

and then drop gently to your knees and stay in a vertical position sitting on your heels.

Lift your hip and drop forward to all fours

and then go all the way down and your hip touches your heels.

Then turn your hands upside down and lift them up,

place them down again

lift back up into a vertical position,

put your palms together, and bounce back up on your toes coming back to flat feet.

I'll show you one more time.

And this is my own different way of bowing.

Everything else is the same except this part:

I don't lift my hip and let it stay on the hill while I rock down.

And this is because it feels like a surrender posture in yoga

and it stretches my upper body and it feels good for me.

You can do it this way or just stick to the standard way; whatever you prefer, it's okay.

What you can prostrate with are the Buddhist prayers, there are

108 prayers; one for each bowing.

and I will put the link to the full prayer in the description box.

Of course, you can do this practice without any mantras or prayers.

But I find these prayers very powerful and helpful in cultivating your spiritual growth.

So it's better I think to do with those prayers.

It would really feel like a soul-nourishing meditation.

If you would like me to do a video that you can prostrate with, with my voice over of 180 prayers

please let me know in the comment section.

If I get enough requests,

then I'll think about making it.

It would be a long video probably around 40 minutes

but I don't mind if you guys need it.

For the rest of this video,

I will prostrate on 12 prayers that particularly touch my heart today more than the rest 96.

Hope that you reflect on them with me while listening and watching.

Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next one. Bye (:

🏈 HOUSTON TEXANS: significado, pronúncia e origem do nome do time da NFL 🏈 - Duration: 0:52.

Whoa!

Hey!

Uh, this is Houston. Say again please.

Houston, we have a problem.

The Kansas City Chiefs, winners of 10 in a row,

will take the field against the Houston Texans down in Houston.

Twin sisters Dresdynn and Schuyler Warnell cheered for the Houston Texans from 2010 to 2014.

If I do have a daughter in the future,

I would definitely allow her to cheer for the Houston Texans.
