and I couldn't have done it without the support of my mom.

Often, we don't want to hurt our moms by telling them what we are going through.
But one of the key struggles in our community is mental health.
If you're having a bad day or experiencing suicidal thoughts,
you shouldn't have to deal with it alone.
Start by building a support system around you.

and they'll link you to various services in our community.
Be it a friend, colleague, doctor, social worker, or relatives,
just by simply saying, "I'm having a bad day."
You'll be surprised at what kind of help you will receive.
You are not alone, and there are many support services you can talk to,

When parents
learn that their child is HIV positive
or homosexual,
they will find it hard to accept.
This is because they are worried about
what their family and friends may think.
And what their child's future will be like.
But I want to tell everyone
there is no difference between homosexuality and heterosexuality.
The only thing that's different is their sexual orientation.
Homosexuals can also lead happy lives
as long as we can accept
and understand them.
Also,
HIV is a disease, not a crime.
We shouldn't condemn people living with HIV.
We should help them through this challenge
so they can have long, healthy lives.
Don't suffer in silence.
