Attorney Video Marketing Tips: Where To Share Your Videos | Sharp Eye Animation - Duration: 5:14.
Are you considering, or already using video to find new clients for your law firm?
Hey everyone, I'm Daniel Bales, Former Googler and Founder of Sharp Eye Animation,
The place where law firms go for custom animation
and in this video, I'm going to share with you how you should be using video in your law
firm's marketing strategy.
Before we get started, be sure to subscribe to this channel so when I have more video marketing
tips and new videos come out, you get notified.
So as an attorney, getting new clients is probably always on your mind, and more attorneys
and law firms are looking to video to do just that.
So when you want to make a video, you typically have two options:
One, you can hire a video production company that'll probably cost you around $10k to make a video
Or two, you can hire an animation production studio and pay a fraction of that for a video
that typically performs even better
Now whichever route you choose, including video in your overall marketing strategy is a great
call and sure to benefit your law firm in the long run.
As you build your video library, be sure to include them on these platforms:
Running 30 second commercials on live TV is a great way to reach people in your
local area.
Most broadcast TV stations can offer you "sweeps" which are details on number of viewers, ages
and other demographics.
Here's an example of one from the Fresno, California region:
If you're using animation, you can have "snipes" made, which are
short, 10 second animations that show up on the lower third of a live TV broadcast.
Here's an example:
Including your video on your AVVO profile is a no-brainer.
As prospective clients search online through attorney listings, including video
makes it easy for people to hear your story without forcing them to read through
a bunch of text.
Now I know what you're thinking...You think I'm going to say that having a video on
your website is important because it lets people hear your story
Now that's true, but it's not actually the most important reason. The most important reason to have a
video on your website
is to keep people on your website longer.
It's a key metric that Google tracks that determines where your
site will rank organically.
Videos tend to keep people on a site longer than on sites that don't have video, so an engaging video
will lead people to stay on your site longer, helping you rank higher organically.
Keep people engaged long enough and you might even reach page one, of Google.
More people are watching video on social media channels like Facebook,
Twitter, YouTube, etc, and the trend isn't slowing down any time
soon.
In fact Cisco estimates that video will make up more than 80% of all internet traffic by 2021!
So by including hashtags that are related to your area of practice
or region, you can have your videos show up in peoples' news feeds when they're searching for related keywords.
All the social media channels allow you to get your video content in front of a
highly targeted group of people who might be interested in your service.
It's a great way to reach prospective clients since
you can serve your video to people who've recently searched online for an attorney in your
town, for example.
And targeting is getting more granular everyday.
If you're interested in paid ads like these, contact the email address in the
description below.
Speaking of Google, Google My Business is a free, online directory
that let's you post your law firm's information
In local search results, and on Google Maps.
It supports video, so be sure to include yours there.
Now there are a ton of other places you should be uploading your videos to,
These are the low hanging fruits that'll set you off in the right direction.
Now if you want a video and don't want to spend a ton of money but you still want to get
amazing results, send an email to the address in the description below
And if you haven't already, like this video, and subscribe to our channel,
and thank you for watching!

How To See Tags On YouTube Videos 2019 - Duration: 6:22.
hi it's Doug Prentice from the marketing generator YouTube tags. Do you have a
look at the tags box in YouTube before you publish your video and ask yourself
How important their tags? What the tags do? What tags should I use? Well stick
around and watch the short video where I'll answer these questions. How
important are tags to your YouTube video? Tags are very very important as they
tell YouTube what your video is about. While less important than content and
engagement they still play a vital part in ranking your videos. What do tags do?
Tags are like pointers towards your video and help it rank for your targeted
keywords. Additionally tags get your video to
appear in the related keywords at the right hand side of the page. so it helps
to have some of the same tags as the top videos. What tags should I use? For the
best results tags should include your keyword and versions of it plus the tags
being used by your top competitors for the same keywords. So if your keyword is
"how to make the best chocolate ginger cake" that should be your first tag in
the tag box. Then you can put in a few variants of that such as "best chocolate
ginger cake" "bake chocolate cake" etc. In addition to that you will want to
include some of your main competitors' tags. So how do you find your competitors
tags and which ones should you choose? There are two methods I recommend. Both
are free although they have paid versions that provide more information.
But for our purposes we'll look at the free versions of vid IQ and tubebuddy.
OK for vidIQ let's deal with that first.
it is a YouTube certified app so it's quite safe to use. To get to it you just
do vidIQ.com and it will take you to this page. All you have to do is fill in
your details here and you can sign up for a free account which is all you'll
need at this stage. Going on to YouTube, open up your YouTube account and we'll
put in the search term we were talking about earlier: how to bake the best
chocolate ginger cake. Hit search OK there we have all them
down here. Let's have a look ginger cake recipe this seems to be the most popular
one. So click on that to get it started. Pause it so we don't get the run on it
although I think we'll have to run it through to get rid of the advert three
two one off it goes and we can pause that now as
you'll see on the right hand side of the screen here there is the vidIQ
information. As we scroll down here you'll see there's various lots of
useful information but not to go into today. I'll do more on that in another
video. In fact what I'll do is when I finish this video and put it up I'll
link it to a post on the blog which we'll go through a bit more in depth on
vidIQ and Tube Buddy. But for the time being what we really want to know is
about tags. Now as you'll see down here there are the video tags that are used. In
the most popular tags are the little numbers on them so "how to make
gingerbread cake".If we hover over that you'll see is what this video ranks for
in YouTube's search when searching for this keyword. Now you've probably got
that keyword and already and you may have "gingerbread cake" in already but
something like "gingerbread cake recipe" you may not have been. So you
might want to choose that one. And that's pretty much all we need to do for
vid IQ at present, but as you can see there's a whole horse to doing this but
you really want to take some of the most popular ones to add that to your
existing tags okay we'll just move on in a second and love a look at Tube Buddy.
For Tube Buddy it's pretty much similar to vidIQ. Go to Tube Buddy. Call it up
on your PC that or screen and you'll see you can install free on chrome. Get
your free installation on Chrome and once you get that all set up move to
your YouTube account and then we'll put in here the same
let's say know "how to bake the best chocolate ginger cake". Search for that
let's go to the top one. Click on that
We'll pause that and you see as on VidIQ on Tube Buddy you've down the right
hand side you have the same piles of information. then you get down here and
you have the tags, the only difference with Tube Buddy is you have to click this
"show search rankings" button and it brings up all the various rankings what
so the rank 3 this video ranks three for how to make a cake etc. Pick the best of
the tags there that relate to your video. In this case in addition to the ones you
already have it may well be "gingerbread cake recipe" or something similar to that.
Now you can do this for the top two or three videos. See if there are any good
tags in there that apply to these videos and help them get to the top, that would
also be relative to your video. OK that's pretty much it for tube buddy once you
have all your tags just put them in the tags box in YouTube save and there you
are. When your video has been public for a few weeks you can check which keyword's
ranking best for. Then go back to your YouTube account and alter your tags for
that video with keywords related to the ranking ones to give it a bit more juice.
That's mostly it for tags. I hope you found this useful. If you enjoyed this
video please like it and leave a comment below. Subscribe and you'll be the first
to get my latest videos. Click the link below for your free YouTube SEO Cheat

How To Get Better Lighting For Videos - Duration: 7:34.
Welcome back. In this episode, we're going to talk about how to improve lighting
for video. And I'm quite confident that you're going to see some things in this
video that you haven't ever seen in any other video lighting episode. So stay
tuned.
Alright. I've got Emily London Miller here with me. And the reason that she's
here, she's actually taught me a lot about lighting. Now, the style of video
that I do... I work with a lot of influencers, I position people as experts.
You know, we're not doing acting or anything like that with lots of crazy
lighting. But I was really drawn to your style of photography because you do
beauty photography. And your style of lighting really brings out the best of
people. And that's what I'm trying to do. Videos different because you know, you
can't be moving and or you're not holding a specific shot. But we're going to
walk around and we're going to show what the set that we've got here and talk
about lighting. First of all, let's actually come over here. -Okay, so this is
a V-flat. This entire thing. It's not something that you can buy
completely assembled like this. It's essentially 2 separate flats is what I
would call them. -This fold.
-Yep. So on the front or on one side of each piece, they're white and on the
other side they're black. And these are actually made out of polystyrene. So, it's
something that you can get from like a framer or... I got mine on uline.com. Okay
so when I use these in my studio, I use them for a number of things. I can
actually put 2 V-fLats together and create a background out of them. Or I can
use the white side to basically bounce and reflect light. And I can do that
using natural light coming from a window. Or as we've done here, you actually have
put together 2 ice lights that are mounted one on top of the other. And
pointing into the V-flat. -Let's show comparison. So, Patrick you could come over here. Actually, you
stand in here. And let's have Emily and I will stand right here. We're going to turn
the ice light. Okay. So, let's just... Let's just see a difference here. So now, we've
got the ice light aiming directly at us. And it's, you know, it's tall. So, it's got
some... I don't know the word. It's diffused a little bit horizontally
or vertically. -It's going to have a nice placement. One of the things that I
look for when I'm creating lighting for a client with artificial light is where
are the catch lights in the ice. So, let me look at you really quick. If I'm
looking at from the camera's perspective, your catch light in your eyes. You
actually have 2 of them because there are 2 lights stacked on each other. The
lower one is about 3 or 4 o'clock and the higher one is about 2 o'clock.
And I like to have the lighting at about 2 o'clock, is like a sweet spot and
part of that is because it's beautiful in your eyes but also part of it it's
because of how it flatters your facial features. So, the placement of the lights
is a pretty big deal. You don't want your light source to be too low. But what's
happening now with this light is that it's pretty specular. That means it's a
really tiny light source and so it's creating real bright... Little, you know,
highlights on, you know, like the tip of your nose and in your... Let's look at it
from the cameras perspective. Like underneath your cheekbone right here and
here. And it's also creating some harsh shadows. So, you've got some shadowing
coming, you know. And that isn't necessarily the most flattering. So, what
happens then if we switch the light? -Let's turn this around. -Now, we've got.. The
camera guy is wearing dark so he's blocking summer light. But you
can kind of see that if we come forward... Let's more of that light come on to us.
That you can see it softens that light up. Now, you might need to change your
camera settings from one to the other. It was quite bright before. So you'd have to
dial down your camera. And now it's a little bit less light but it's more
controlled light. So, you might have to boost your camera to put in more light
to the camera but it would be worth it to have the soft quality of light. -And
one thing that I want to point out. And the reason I've been drawn to these
ice lights is because they are so small. So when I put them here, you know, I can
reflect it against it. And it's not blocking the light that's coming back.
And so, I've got, you know, 15 different soft boxes that I've accumulated over
the years. But once I first had 2, you know, I've got to stack on top of each
other, I first had 2. And I loved them so much that now I've got the 4. Another
light that I want to show is this big old Kino Flo. How you would use a light like
this? -Do you know what? Honestly, I have wanted to get a light like this for a
long time. I don't use this to my studio.
-And we're aiming the camera right right into the light. -Yeah, right into
light. But I... I've seen them being used on video production sets all the time. And
most of the time, the way that they're used is suspended from a track round the
ceiling and then there are going to be several Kinos in a row lighting a
space with a very even wash of light. One Kino like this could be a little
specular just like that. Direct light from our ice light. So... -How I use it. We
use this yesterday. We wanted a shot. Patrick, if you could show outside. We've
got, you know, we're in a downtown setting, we've got buildings and activity going
on out there. We've got the street and but a lot of times when you're... When
you're standing in front of a window, the back... You know, if I put good lighting up
myself, it really washes out the background. So, we use the Kino light which
is a much more powerful light to add here. So, that we can make better use of
what's in the background. That's why I use that yesterday. So, nothing that I
want to talk about is even turning off the lights. The power of a reflected
light. If we come over here... Okay, so this looks pretty cool because we've got a
lot of natural light coming in from the window. And I'm not not the expert here.
But what I learned from you is being able to reflect some light back.
Okay. So even me standing here blocking some other effective light.
Even I... As my amateur photographer myself here, you can see a big difference.
-When you're saying this position, you don't have a reflective, you know, light
source that's going to help bring this window light around you.
One of the tricks that you can do if you don't have a reflector with you is to
just angle your subject towards the light a little bit even just looking
right at the camera. You can see the difference between having your face out
towards me this way. And here is just a little bit more flattering beautiful
light. Lighting more at the front of your face rather than just one side of your
face. Go. -So, thanks Emily. I really appreciate this stuff I've learned from
you. And hopefully you guys found this video helpful. And be sure to
subscribe if you're on YouTube. And LinkedIn, let's try something new. Let's
share because you can share. It's a social platform. Can't do that on YouTube.
For those who want to know more about you and what you do with portrait
photography, where do they find you? So, I'm online at Emilylondonportraits.com
and you can find me on Instagram at Emilylondonportraits. -Okay. We'll put the
links down below.

TRY NOT TO LAUGH Challenge – Funny Animal Videos | PlayWild Animated Adventures - Duration: 10:50.
PW: Jammers!
PlayWild here.
And welcome to my first ever collab!
And with a Jambassador no less!!
This is my good friend Bepper.
Bepper: Hey guys, it's Bepper, that is PlayWild, and you are watching an Animal Jam HQ video.
Let's get into it!
PW: WOO.
And we've decided to do a try not to laugh challenge, with animal videos.
It's going to be a tough one; wanna explain the rules Bep?
Bepper: Sure, so the tough thing is to try not to laugh, snort, giggle, ANYTHING, while
watching real animals being silly.
But you can add funny commentary to try and mess up your opponent.
We're going to be keeping a tally of the laughs, and then the one with the lowest tally wins
the challenge.
PW: Oh gosh this is going to be difficult, I can't help but let out a few giggles now
and then.
Bepper: Yeah, well, too bad!
I'm going to win, and I'm not going to giggle at all.
You are looking at the least giggly person on the planet, ready, this is my serious voice,
I'm gonna WIN.
PW: AH!
I guess we'll just have to see, maybe the outcome will surprise you.
I'm tougher than I look ya know!
Oo, maybe I should add a spiked collar.
Do I look tough and edgy now?
Bepper: Not even a little.
PW: AWWwwww, *giggle* alright I'm pushing the play button: are you ready?
Bepper: I was BORN ready let's GO!
Three, two, one, play! *dog dances to Africa by Toto*
PW: That dog's got moves!
Bepper: *laughs* PW: Was that a laugh Bepper?
Bepper: Wait, no!
I was laughing after the fact because I was like "That was pretty silly!" and I like forgot
we shouldn't laugh...
Does that count against...?
PW: I think that counts!
No more laughing!
Bepper: No more laughing.
Ah, I need to like slap my face and get my cheeks, like, prepared to stop laughing.
PW: One, two, three, play.
Bepper: OhhhHHH my gosh, ok, I got through that one.
PW: PooR bAbY..
Bepper: That was really difficult for me because whenever I see that video, I laugh.
PW: PoOr BaByyy...
He feel down!
Bepper: He has like, no traction, I love it!
Cause he just, like, splats, like...
I love it.
It's cute.
PW: Is cute.
Is real cute.
I'm making a real serious face right now.
Bepper: You did not get me on that one.
So, sorry.
Your little, yo little challenge is failing, cause I am SERIOUS.
PW: You know what?
That lil deer reminds me of "Hyenas on Ice"TM in Play Wild...
Bepper: That sounds like a skating show...
PW: OHMYGOSH it should be! *glorious hyenas spin gracefully on ice to
classical music* PW: Alright, are your ready Bepper?
Let's go!
Three, two, one, GO. *dog exits car...*
Bepper: That's me, when there is a new Monday rare.
PW: Oo, ya, log on, real quick!
Gotta go fast.
*laughs* Bepper: YOU LAUGHED!
You laughed at your own joke!
PW: Nooooooo!
Cause I'm hilarious!
Bepper: Ahhh, I beg to differ.
I think my jokes were better.
Me when I see a new Bepper video out, HUAH.
Alright, next video.
You're not getting me with any laughs, you laughed at your won joke so far, but none
of the videos.
PW: Alright, next video, here we go!
*I like to move it move it, sings the dancing lemur*
PW: He's got some great moves for a little bird.
Bepper: He does.
That didn't make me laugh though.
Because I am the laughing QUEEN, and whenever I feel a GIGGLE, I SUPPRESS it into my CORE.
But this is a really cute animal video, I enjoyed it, 10/10 that's a cute little Sun
Conure, by the way that's what that bird is.
That's me, when I uh...
When I see a town somewhere... and push it somewhere else... pick up Bikini Bottom and
MOVE IT somewhere else...
(Spongebob Squarepants reference?)
PW: Huh?
Bepper: *laughs* That joke was so bad.
And that does not... wait...
PW: That counts, that counts!
You laughed at your own joke.
Bepper: I am WEAK.
>.< PW: Are you ready, Bepper?
Bepper: I am ready.
PW: Alright, let's start this next video.
Together: In three, two, one, go... *wind wooshing as dog lips flap in the wind*
PW: Oh gosh, the dog behind him looks so embarrassed.
Bepper: *laughs* I didn't notice the dog behind him!
Why would you mention that to me?
PW: Muahaha, I am the ultimate non-laugher!
Bepper: He's so cute!
PW: We all have that sibling.
Bepper: I love him.
The dog...
I was doing so good until you mentioned the dog behind him.
It was so unimpressed.
Can we get a closeup of that unimpressed face please?
PW: Oh that expression.
Bepper: Oh my god, I love him.
PW: I bet that's the older sibling, and he's just so embarrassed.
He's like "Get your head out of the roof, get yo head out of the roof!"
*SAIL* Bepper: AhhHHhh, that was so difficult to
hold back but I did.
PW: That was painful.
Bepper: I knew it was coming too, I knew it was coming...
Alright, I'm good, I suppressed it enough.
But that cat was like a heckin' chonk.
He was so fat.
I love him.
PW: He WAS!
And so FLUFFY.
Bepper: And the next video in three, two, one...
*running gooses go...
SLAPSLAPSLAPSLAPSLAP* PW: slap slap slap slap...
They got somewhere to be!
Bepper: They really do.
And it's like... all these gooses of like, different heights... there's.. there's just
so many of them.
PW: I'm very impressed with their organization.
Bepper: It's like they're going to a...
PW: A parade!
Bepper: A goose convention.
PW: A PARADE Bepper: A GOOSE CONVENTION
PW: COMIC CON Bepper: A. GOOSE.
CONVENTION.
PW: *quietly* ok...
Bepper: In three, two, one!
Is that an apple?
OOP *laughs* PW: That was a laugh Bepper!
Bepper: Alright, do you want to start up the next one?
Alright, three, two, one.
*you can tell by the way I use my walk I'm a woman's man, no time to talk*
PW: He's so cute! *giggles* Bepper: You laughed at that?!
PW: But it's a CLASSIC!
Bepper: He had tiny little feets!
PW: And he was doin' the lil' jog...
He's a woman's man!
No time to talk.
Bepper: But I did not laugh, because dancing is an art form...
PW: It IS!
Bepper: And is nothing to be laughed at.
PW: NooOOooo...
Bepper: And how DARE you laugh at him.
PW: *gasp* Bepper: Next one let's go!
Three, two one.
Oh my gosh, what is he doing...
PW: Me, on a Monday morning.
Bepper: OhHh I need to breath.
*gasp* I made it through, I made it through.
Three more steps and I would have started laughing.
He literally just flopped!
He just flopped!
PW: Bidoo, bidoo!!
Me when I don't wanna get out of bed on Monday morning.
Bepper: Alright, that was adorable, but didn't make me laugh.
Because I am the laughing QUEEN.
PW: Alright, if you say so...
Bepper: Three, two, one!
*HeY, HEY, just keep on swimming big fella* Bepper: That CrAb has a KNIFE.
Why did that CRAB have a KNIFE???
PW: He looks too young to have a knife.
Bepper: Where did he get the KNIFE?
He's a crab, he shouldn't have a kn- PW: I don't know!?
Bepper: Who is walking around giving crabs knives, and why is he getting into a knife
fight with that crab?
PW: Maybe he said he was gonna eat him and the crab had to defend himself!
I think all crabs should have knives for self defense.
Bepper: NO.
No crabs should have knives.
Crabs have their own knife hands.
They're born with KNIFE HANDS.
You think they should really have another knife, for their knife hands?
OK, let's start up the next video in three, two, one.
Oh I've seen this, and the monkey is like WHAT, WHAAAAAT.
PW: That monkey appreciates a good magic trick.
I like him.
Bepper: Oh yeah no, he more than appreciates it.
He's like, blown away at it.
He's like, WHAT.
What just happened I cannot fathom it, it's like his entire world came crumbling down
right there.
I think... it is time for next video.
What do you say?
PW: Okayy!
Bepper: Alright, on the count of three – one, two, three.
*mrow?* PW: Cheese is a very confusing thing for cats.
Bepper: *sigh* I love that, they just threw it on their head, and the cat was like...
PW: Mrow???
Question mark???
Bepper: Alright, but it was not funny enough to make me laugh.
I am the laughing queen, and none of these are going to make me laugh.
Ok?
I will not get a higher laugh score than I already have.
PW: Oookkaaayyy, well I think I'm beating you, just by a little bit so far...
Bepper: SHHH PW: Just a little bit!
Bepper: Be quiet!
Be quiet PlayWild!
PW: OH.
Okay!
Okay.
Focusing.
Next one...
Three, two, one...
*waaaAHHH* PW: He FELLL!
Bepper: That did not make me laugh.
Even though it was, like, freakishly adorable.
Like NYAH, nyAHHH.
PW: Lil babyyyy!
He's just learning how to climb!
Bepper: Ok, last video I think.
PW: Last video!
Here we go.
Three, two, one...
*horse wiggles lips ridiculously* Bepper: *LAUGHS* I've never seen a horse do
that before!
PW: He's having a grand time, he's discovered physics!
Bepper: He's like BLAKSDHAGDKUHG PW: So cute.
Bepper: I love that horse.
He's so iconic.
That's an iconic horse!
PW: He should win an Oscar.
Bepper: I love that.
Well, uh, I have laughed exactly ZERO times.
PW: UH HUH, UH HUH.
Bepper: We're tied at zero laughs.
Neither of us laughed at all.
Just forget about those counters back there.
Because they are fALSe.
PW: Nothing to see here folks!
Alright Jammers, since our counters are mysteriously down to zero again, I dunno how that happened,
you guys are going to have to tell us who you think won this challenge.
AND, if you were able to get through the challenge without laughing too.
Well Jammers, I hope you enjoyed this video!
I'll be trying to do a video on the first Saturday of every month.
So be sure to check back for all my animated adventures!
In the meantime, there's lots of other videos on the Animal Jam channel.
Be sure to check those out too!
Which ones are your favorite Bepper?
Bepper: My favorite?
This one.
This exact video that we have made together right now is the best Animal Jam video that
has ever been produced.
And also, every single video on my channel.
PW: Well that too, obviously.
Be sure to go check out Bepper's channel, she's a great Jambassador.
Happy Jamming everyone!
