Youtube daily videos Feb 5 2019

Hey, how you doing today?

I want to welcome and thank you for coming to this video.

Now, if you're looking to want to know how to

make customized thumbnails, I'm talking about thumbnails,

that's really going to Pop really, really fast.

You want to stay tuned because what I got to present to your other side of

this video is gonna blow your mind. Okay,

welcome back. Again.

I want to thank you for coming to this video.

If you've never seen a video in your life from me,

then I want you to tell you the go ahead,

hit the subscribe button and hit that notification bell so that you can be

notified when I upload more up and coming videos.

Now also, if you're into a make money online

internet marketing or product reviews, uh,

along a line of that particular business model,

a niche, then yeah,

go ahead and subscribe to my channel.

Uh, I put up content on a pretty regular

basis. So again,

now let me introduce myself. If you've never seen anything from me,

my name is Keith L Lewis from Atlanta, Georgia.

Uh, by the way of a little small town called

Union city, Tennessee where I was born and raised.

Now I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to be diving into my computer,

my laptop, which is sitting right on over there.

I'm going to dive in on my laptop and I'm going to share with you a software

that I'm using that that just totally changed the way I do thumbnails because

I was doing, it was taking me out of a very long time

to do thumbnails. I'm not a photoshop guy.

I was using a free software called gimp and it takes a long time.

So without further ado, let's dive into my computer and I see

you on over there.

Okay, so we're back.

We're here on my computer, my laptop now.

Now I'm here on a software that I use to crank out awesome thumbnails pretty,

pretty fast. Um,

I don't use canva. I've used Canva in the past.

I know they are free softwares out there that you can use and maybe you just cool

and if you don't, you don't want really highly

professional looking, customize dope thumbnails.

Maybe you just plain Jane. Me.

I like, I like mine to pop.

I like to grab attention when people are scrolling down,

uh, on youtube looking,

I want mine to stand you know you know over everybody else's.

And this right here, you know,

if you do that, I know people who pay for gigs on fiverr

spending 25 $40 to get, you know,

four or five a thumbnails done and this right,

here's gonna eliminate all of that.

So without futher ado I'm gonna jump into this software,

it's called kickass tuber. And then it's just not a thumbnail

maker. This is completely all in one software

that you can use to customize and brand you on Youtube.

So this right here, this is,

I mean, I'm really feeling this.

I mean, when I got here,

it's not like, yeah,

this, this,

this is it for me. So because I used Gimp,

I'm not a photoshop guy, never used photoshop.

I use Gimp and I use powerpoint and it would take me a long time to create the

type of thumbnails I want. Customized,

customize. It took me a long time to do it with

this right here, you know,

I'm doing it within 15, 20 minutes,

30 minutes tops, depending on,

you know, all stuff that I want to throw in my

thumbnail. Without further ado,

let me jump right here.

You got 150 well, I got 152 if you decide to pick this up,

you wouldn't have it in unless you upgraded to the VIP member,

which that's what I did. But that's a month and one thing that I

did, but you can pay for a year,

whatever, but you really don't need it,

you know, so I've just tried it out for one month.

I think after the first month, which I just picked this up,

this actually lunch on August the 26 2018 so here it is,

September the sixth I pick this up like few days ago.

I've been playing with it. It's a little bit of a learning curve,

but there are training tutorials inside of the software,

but they're not really highly effective. Um,

what I'll be showing you who would show you more in depth of what you learn with

the video tutorials in the back office software.

So you got thumbnail template pre done for you.

That's what's cool about this is that you can just go in here and pick

something out and just go to work and edit and stuff like that.

So for the time sake of this video, I'm just going to go ahead and pick

something out and I'll take them. I'll do this right here.

He's going to pick this out, jump on into this software.

Who meanwhile, while this is loading,

I'm going to show you another one that I'm using.

This is called clipping magic. I want to cut out the background image.

You just use my, just use my picture or alone.

So I use a software called clippy clipping magic,

I don't get paid from this. Uh,

I'm gonna leave a link in the description.

I'm going to share with you, how you can cut your photos out

lightening fast and not have to spend, you know,

30, 40 minutes or whatever,

20 minutes. Oh,

I have to pay somebody to cut her off. Cut this out.

So you clicking the green class and all you gotta do is just,

he's a drag a photo in or you can a clip,

you can click on to upload the photo. So what I want to keep is my image only

and I'm going to just put an x right here.

I'm doing this while my template on my kickass software is

loading up. So the background and I want to take out

I click the red minus and I'm just going to go take out the background and I just

do it like this.

I just make me a little rainbow and what didn't come out.

I just go click and Bam.

There you go. Now I want to zoom in to make sure I got

everything. See you

like you take the, take the hand who they are right here

and I see you right here. How do you get that little

piece right there.

That's all I want to do. And now we just zoom back out,

download it just that fast and it's ready to go.

So it'll be on,

it'll be on the, uh,

on the desktop. And I want to show you now I'm going

back to the software and now we have it

all. All you want to do here,

is just take stuff out that you don't want to use.

But if you see a template you like some of the stuff on there,

you can just keep it next to whatever you want.

You can either click on it and take it out or right click and delete.

Delete. Now what I'm going to share with you how

to do your, your images and how to do your text.

It's got to be the same way. I'm not going to show,

I'm not going to go and make a full, I'm just going to show you some of the

things because of the time purposes of this video.

So I'm sure tell you what I mean. So here's the effect,

so I got the border. I want to keep the border,

I'm just going to change the color and I want to keep the color overlay.

I won't change it. Actually,

I'm gonna change the color yellow. I want to,

I want to do a red and then we'll keep that white in here.

Okay. This right here,

this is what I want to use, so I'm going to change in a second.

Let me click back up here. I want to take out a text out.

Let me just, let me just,

let me just delete because I don't want to be confused when I started with the

text, so that's it let me move my image,

right click or rasterize.

I guess that's how you said rasterize. Rasterize

see even me. So I want to put that on top of that,

but I'm going to raise it up now.

We'll show you how to put a border around that border.

So what'd you do with you? Right Click blending option.

Put stroke with a stroke on it and double click

and change it. I'm going to put a white border around

my image and then I'm going to raise it up shift arrow.

I'm going to put a seven on it.

Hit Okay. And now I got

that white border around it, now I want to hit control all.

Now what I want to do is I want to put another border around

the whiteboard again, right click blending options,

and it's the samething for text. So all I'm going to do hit the plus sign

to add another stroke.

So now

I'm going to put black over it and hit Okay,

there you go. So now let me go ahead and change out

the background color, the border color,

because I want that border to be black,

actually you don't do you don't do that first let we changed after the

overlay color the way and we'll do that right

here. I want to put some gradient in it and

I'm going to do it like,

and then we'll break it down like that's pretty cool.

I'm going to leave it because I'm not going to go ahead and do a full video,

but now I want to change out the border. I want to make that border black,

so all I'm gonna do is go back to that then,

I want to go to my border and then all I'm going to do is click right there.

Oh sorry, I got to pick a different tool.

So it changes how you do that right there.

Now. Same thing with texts.

I want to have text in it, pick

my texts, click right there is going to load up,

and then I'm going to say actually

I want my letters all caps. Make

the awesome right

click here so you can move and change. The color of it is so simple,

so easy I really like it, I'm going to change the color,

I'm going to do it.

I'm going to do a change of the color gradients to fail.

And this is how you do deeper.

Don't worry I'm going to make us sick

and that's all you gotta do. So now you right click.

Now what am I share with you right here as you do this exact same process to do

all your texts and stuff like that. Blending options.

Same thing I did with my photo, my

image level two

times changing. Well right here on the sides of the

border. I'm going to bring it up to like 15 or

something like that. Maybe 16 or 17 control all or

you have just like that. And then I could throw some different

stuff inside of the my thumbnail, like emojis right here.

I can put in there, I could just click import.

Everything's right here on the side. I right click,

I hit this. I don't even want to say the word.

I mean forgive me, I'm not a,

you know, but just go right here click on that I

move it behind me. I to,

I want to bring it down smaller and all right,

click blended option stroke, double

clicks.

Okay. bring it up.

That's all I want control all out. Just like that.

You got other features, other stuff,

other big did you can put in it,

you know, um,

just different in different things. So you have shapes here,

I can throw in arrows, stuff

like that. I mean,

you really can just come in here and play.

You can put buttons in here text. I mean,

just all kinds of stuff that you can here.

Fire, smoke,

miscellaneous, the

speech bubbles. I mean,

you name it,

put it in

here. So I'm going to share with you how much.

How much does this, we can pick this up at and what is,

what it costs right here. Grab the kickass tuber.

But today a special discount, which normally goes through for $67 for

the personal licensing, $97 for the commercial use.

The only difference in between those is the commercial,

the personal use. You can't use it for clients and you

can"t keep the profits for resell it.

Basically you can"t resell it. So if you just need something

personally, then this the option you want to get.

Now there are some upsells to be honest with you,

you don't really, you don't need the upsells really to be

honest with you. Uh,

they're like two upsells. You don't even need it.

And that's the VIP club and where you pay monthly to get more different

templates. But if you're doing this option to where

you want to resell it, then you might want to get the VIP club

cause you might want to set up a client and stuff like that.

But all in all, just this software I mean,

it's going to save you time, money and look when you get what you,

you got it, how you want it all or if you just want

to finish it later and then just hit the save right here.

If you want to come back and do something else later or if you want to

export it, hit export has png will make sure you

change the size of it. It's going to come default 1920 by 1080.

You can't upload it to youtube that size.

So what you want to do is you want to hit 1280

by 720, we hit 1280 and it's going to

automatically go to 720 just like that.

And then you save it and you, I mean,

then you got it and then you can upload it to,

you can upload it to youtube whenever you do

your videos and stuff like that. Uh,

also what I want to share with you is some bonuses that are going to be given

away. You decided to pick this software up.

Okay? So we're hear my bonus page right here.

This is what you're going to get when you decide to pick up,

um, this all in one software,

totally brand you on youtube channel. You,

I want a youtube channel. So this is what you're going to get when

you decide. And also from here into the link in the

description or the link popping out right here on the i.

It's going to take you to this actual site.

And right here you can click right here. There's going to check to the actual

website to where when you decide to purchase you can purchase as you get

your bonus there in the Jv zoo where you pick this software.

So bonus number one is the live streaming profits,

that I'm going to be giving away value at $49,

it's going to show you, this is going to show you how to do live

videos, whether it's facebook or youtube and how

to start to do like, you know,

you could do rep, webinar replays and stuff like that,

sell products and stuff that you might have that you are doing.

So that's bonus number one. And also you'll discover how to get more

traffic and to conversion with this particular right here for bonus number

one. So bonus number two,

videos for profits. Uh,

this right here is where I learned how to learn,

how to create easy and fun videos and, and the methods for producing,

promoting your videos, pushing more views to it,

and learn how to get super effective voiceovers and stuff like that.

I'll cover in a secret side, creating cool videos and an inexpensive

on our tools and more right here, that's valued at $49 dollars.

Bonus number three in youtube advertising if you want,

if you are a small youtube channel, you up and coming,

you want to learn how to get targeted traffic,

more views, more subscribers to your videos,

youtube advertising. This place is a place you want to learn

how to leverage. And if you got a product that you're

selling, you want to leverage youtube ad.

So this bonus number three is valued at $49.

Bonus number five does value that. $67 a superaffiliate shortcut.

So if you're into affiliate marketing any kind of way,

you don't find out how to blow your competition kind of the water by

becoming an authority in your niche. This right here,

we'll show you how to do just that. So bonus number five,

value at $97 in my opinion, is way more.

This should be valued. It really,

I mean hundred 97 really, two nine seven.

Really, to be honest with you,

I use this all the time inside of my business,

but this is writing compelling headline copywriting is one of the most,

if not the most profitable skill, that you can learn how to do online,

you don't how to be a copywriter with this.

You won't learn how to be a copywriter, but this has some idea that you could

implement onto your website, emails if you're doing email marketing

or for your capture pages,

you want to create some headlines, you can use the format that they have

here. So really its value way more than $97 so

you get all five of those bonuses worth $311 total combined with the kickass

software you're going to, that's for over $497 in total bonuses so

you get that when you decide, picked up the kickass software,

the kickass tuber software. So without futher ado,

Trending Topics for YouTube Videos - Duration: 2:36.

That's a great approach to evergreen content, right? I particularly like how

Daniel uses Google Trends to actually find out if a search term is a evergreen.

Interesting, right? I mean Google Trends it's all about trends, right? But quite

frankly Google Trends is not really what we think in the beginning when we first

hear about it and only know the name and once or twice saw the graph that it's

showing, right? So it is really an ingenious way to use this tool to

understand where the evergreen questions, the frequently asked questions, the

topics that are all the time on a high. That is a really great way to figure that

out. And talking about Google Trends: What we originally think. Obviously, it's

about trends, right? Quite frankly I never really found a way to really use it for

trends. It is good to in hindsight find out if a

topic was trending or is already starting to trend. But what we need and

that is the second growth strategy in our cartwheel focusing on trends, what we

need for that is a way to predict the trend even before everyone else sees

even on Google Trends that it is trending right now. We want to be the

first mover. So what I have for your next are two videos: The first one focuses on

trends in your particularly niche. Not only the big trends but the specific

trends in your niche and how you can really get your foot in the door with

these trending topics. Really interesting to see. Quite a unique perspective on

trends because usually and that is the second video that I show you afterwards,

the big trends. We usually think about big trends. Last year we had the

fidget spinner for example and I was wondering. I mean big trends, not the one

in your niche, there you can more easily rank, but for the big trends you

have it much harder because all the big channels are moving

in there. I mean, it's a big trend for a reason. But I wondered: Do small channels

have a chance to get a piece of the search traffic pie from big channels as

well? And it turns out it actually does. So that's the second video. Let's

give it away. The next two videos about trends and see you afterwards for the

next growth strategy.

How to make videos quickly for your business - Duration: 2:25.

a video doesn't need to take you hours and hours to create. So I'm going to show

you three tips that are going to cut the time it takes you to create videos in

half. So stay tuned.

Hi I'm Francesca from Get Ahead Media and you're gonna want to hit that

subscribe button there if you're a solopreneur or business owner looking

to create videos to reach your customers and get results for your business. So

let's face it making videos, sure it takes time especially when you're

starting out but my best time-saving tips I'm about to give you get me making

videos in under 45 minutes and you're going to want to stick around for that

last one because I have a feeling it's gonna be a game changer for you. Use your

phone to film and edit. So by filming and editing on one device it saves you a ton

of time there's no transferring, there's no converting, there's no being chained

to a desk while you edit your video on a computer. It literally is the fastest way

to create videos. In fact I put it to the test - a DSLR versus my iPhone to see

which one was faster if you want to watch that video there should be a little

card popping up on the screen now. Plan your video. Now I know this sounds like

more work but honestly it will save you time because if you know at the start

what your video is going to look like at the end it literally cuts your editing

time in half. In fact that's how I'm able to edit videos in as little as 10 to 20

minutes so get planning your video before you even start filming. And pop in

the comments below what's your best time-saving tip when creating videos or

other content for your business. Batch create your video content. Now if you've

been rushing to make a video a week make them in advance.

Seriously! Set aside a day or two days to script film and edit your videos and

then you can sit back for the month and literally watch them go live. Every pro

content creator out there is implementing this and you need to be

starting to implement it as well. Put these tips into action and you'll start

spending less time making videos and more time with your friends or your

family or in other areas of your business that need

attention. I'm Francesca thank you so much for watching go implement these tips and

until next time happy filming!

Q&A: Meet The Mangy Cat Videos Team - Duration: 16:50.

my name is Tabby and I am one of the main presenters on mangey cat videos hi

I'm pops I do editing filming presenting brains behind a lot of the

jokes and some of the way we do things on the filming

well I'm Peter I do a lot of co-presenting some presenting and

that's about it really my name's Aaron and I have been in the

team since the beginning I mostly did stuff behind the camera and I did a lot

of editing it took me a very long time to get on to the actual video as a

presenter but I did a lot of stuff in the background

my first video on the channel was funkopop haul part 1 and it was really

bad I think that I actually broke one of the things which I was reviewing and

also we were using a webcam at the time so its quality is so bad but it's still

on our channel so you can actually go back and check it out

yeah I remember my debut on the channel was pops with pops Magic the Gathering

that's a great little video I enjoyed that one my debut on the channel that

would have been a I forgotten what it was called but I was trying Wizarding

sweets and snacks this is a hard question because as I said I've

been there since the beginning I edited the first ever video that we made and I

did a lot of the production stuff in the early days the first video that I filmed

was the Resident Evil 7 let's play for the gaming channel and it didn't get

released until after another video that I did on mangy cat videos which was the

Steve Sims haul video so technically my debut was the Steve Sims haul video but

I had already done like three or four parts of the Resident Evil 7 by then

I'm not sure which one I'm most proud of being in because I've done so many

different things now I really like doing the interviews like that is pretty good

experience but I think that most fun for me was probably doing the treats

challenge with my twin brother to be fair I'm proud of being in a lot of them

this is one of the good ones because it's a amalgamation of everything we've

done up to now and it's such a big event today and we're all looking forward to

it but my absolute favorite has got to be the one we've done on the train I'm

proud of all of the ones that I've been in I have a soft spot for the Steve Sims

Haul because of the picture that we got but I think I'm most proud of the

Resident Evil seven because we've never done a let's play and we don't just take

the footage and then just upload it like a lot of youtubers we put it onto our

computer and we do editing on it and we do a lot of work with the videos aside

from just their presenting and uploading so I'm most proud of those because I

learned a lot of things while doing it. the most proud of I think it was probably

some of the I think is probably the Resident Evil 7 let's play I'm not sure

which one was my best maybe the one with the chainsaw fight no that was pretty

good. I liked that one it was cool.

ohhh ok

so initially I wanted to be in mangy cat videos because I don't have a lot of

confidence I get very nervous and I thought they would help me to be a bit

more outgoing but I like to do it because it's something which fills up my

time and lets me just try out new

stuff why did I want to join mangy cat videos I didn't

I got blackmailed I've got persuaded

family hogtied they brought me in made me do it haven't looked back it's great fun

I thought it seemed like a pretty cool project so I thought it'd be fun to be

involved in also I've always been pretty good at presenting and kind of

telling people things so you know I thought it would be fun to do a bit more

on that well I was already an actor I studied acting at college and I work as

a supporting artist that's my job so I love this sort of media from the offset

but the reason I wanted to do on as a YouTube channel is so that in between

acting jobs I have something to do I'm able to focus on my videos it's a really

good hobby and I just love making films

because I'm the main presenter that means that I do a lot of filming work

but I also do a number of editing and I design pretty much all of the thumbnails

in addition to that I'm very much into Harry Potter or wizardry videos so I do

a lot of the making and the planning of those

Aniki I contribute Anarchy to the mangy cat videos a lot of the jokes it's very

easy to make a film where you're sat there like a newsreader

and now this is a pop from pops with pops and we're doing this and having no

emotion in it I bring the emotion to it I make them make the words live and

working and moving my winning personality my stunning good looks and

my raw talents and sometimes you bike about I had a bike about T sounds like I

don't know what I contribute I mean a lot of people would say that I'm the one

that makes sure everyone gets the work done and I'm a bit strict there's other

words for it but everyone says that I'm the strict one but I also do do a lot of

other stuff like writing scripts and when we run out of ideas I'm the one

that comes up with a lot of ideas so I think I contribute a fair amount but I

think that we are a team and that we all contribute different things so I think I

don't think any one of us works more than the other

if I could do any video in existence I think it would be quite cool to

interview a number of cast from Harry Potter and also from fantastic beasts oh

there's so many things I I'd like to do almost like a sketch show for the

channel where we create a set series of characters just like you see on comedy

shows with us lots of different sketches but they're bringing the articles and

the items that we want to show you to the world but at the same time we do it

in a fun way that we enjoy in you I enjoy as well you said the last one was

a difficult one this is the difficult one possibly to be a Harry Potter world

thing I'm not as big a Harry Potter fan as tabi but I still think that would be

fun because I did like the movies but you'd enjoy flying out to Orlando maybe

Orlando that's where they're big Harry Potter wonders in America there is one

in London but the big one or maybe oh maybe or maybe the Doctor Who think I

think this is there like a toxic a museum or shut down oh if I had any

budget I probably go skydiving or something I think that would be pretty

cool I'd like to do some traveling you know go around Europe or something

that'd be pretty cool maybe America but you know I'd like to basically it sounds

a bit boring but I want to just keep doing what I'm doing I enjoy doing

review videos I enjoy trailer reactions and I love gaming and I really in my

favorite thing about being a youtuber is that I get to talk to people on the

other side of the screen who say that we're doing a good job and it really

makes me feel good about myself so yeah

Pop's he is eccentric he has a lot of ideas he's always coming out with them

but he's also a very calming influence Pop's okay pops old clever London ish

dude I think that pops was a real asset to this team he brought something that

the other members that the team didn't have he has a real passion and drive for

things in this media he is also an expert on TV and videos and movies he

has a wealth of knowledge in this area he's been watching TV since he was born

pretty much so doesn't matter what era 60s 70s 80s 90s all the way up till now

he has a wealth of knowledge so if we need to pick out a reference and make a

joke funny he'll know what reference to use he also

comes up with a lot of ideas when we've run out of ideas and you know that's

great but I would say that he is a dreamer because he says things like

let's type rockets to our shoes and do a video like that can we can we do

something like that and it's like no it's dangerous and we don't know how to

do it and he'll say things like oh we could just animate maingi for this video

and I'm like yeah firstly we haven't studied animation it's very complicated

and he's like do it anyway but yeah I think he he makes everybody

stop being so serious and just enjoy the channel

Pizza is a funny one he's very confident and he just goes the things like fish to

water he'll just try anything and he's very

smart but he's also very stupid at the same time which just makes him hilarious

oh dear Peter is brilliant and when I say that I mean I'm not just randomly

saying he's brilliant I mean he's brilliant he's a very intellectual he's

smart but he has this way about him where he is really funny

he is camp but yes but that's what's funny about him and he'll laugh with you

about it and join in because it is funny he enjoys life he is a great asset to

this channel and to the gaming channel Peter yeah you'll notice that we all

struggle with Peters description because he's so many things he's bright and

intelligent and he's witty and funny he's very camp which is just brilliant

and we wouldn't change anything about him we're quite protective of Peter but

you know he is so clever the things he knows I mean that stellaris video that

he did on the gaming channel was just insane and he's so humble he doesn't

even really know why he did a good job he doesn't understand what it is that he

did right and what he does wrong because he's just being himself and his

presenting skills are phenomenal like his first video he just went straight

for it I don't know another person who gets onto the camera doesn't go blue you

know he was just able to spit out this dialogue like it was second nature

Aaron is the grumpy but organized member of the team he can be quite funny he can

come up with some really good lines but he's also the team grouch I would say

Aaron Aaron is a Svengali look it up it's a great film 1970s brilliant he is

a taskmaster he pushes us for deadlines and he pushes us to be serious yeah I

think Aaron is problem most knowledgeable when it comes to making

videos and presenting and doing all this slightly theatrical stuff you know

that's his background you know I think he has a certain amount of fuzziness but

he's also quite focused tabi tabi is brilliant she's funny she's giggly she's

a girly girl and she loves life and she loves the joke and she likes to put fun

things into life but the same time she's very smart and hard-working

now the rest of us have been a slob with blokes what can I say

and tabby will run around after us tidying up and cleaning up and and all

this tabby my lovely little sister although she's actually my twin she's in

the other room isn't she she's sweet she has puts up a lot with me

generally annoying parent son sighs deliberately well Toby is pretty great

you know she's in pretty much every single video and she has confidence

issues so she really pushes herself to make better content and really you know

has to work hard at her passion and you know she does have her challenges quite

often we have to do take after take after take and she still you know made

some mistakes but she never gives up and she she still goes for it which is just

you know she's got such a phenomenal and Drive I think she's

glue holds everyone together she is mangy in a lot of ways she yeah we

wouldn't be anywhere without her so yeah nothing bad to say about Toby

as something to say to you guys for watching over the years I would just

want to say thank you so much for supporting us and thank you especially

for your supportive comments when you guys communicate with us that lets us

know exactly what you like and what you don't like what you need to see more of

and it just gives us like the feedback that we need but it also gives us the

confidence base and lets us know that it's worth doing so hearing from you

guys is the most important thing so thanks

yes if you liked them let me know we can do some more you've got any ideas

bring it on we'll try them out we are gonna do some things with other

youtubers who are doing roughly the same thing so let's join together but yeah if

you like life if you like jokes tune in and subscribe

people who specifically like to watch my videos well that's the thank you very

much for your attention cuz I mean one of the videos you've all nearly 600

people yeah well I'm really glad you enjoyed I guess

that would have been the stellaris video I still I still didn't like my

presentation with that but I'm glad it been done well yeah keep watching the

videos and make sure that you subscribe and we love your comments the comments

are brilliant we've got so many comments at the moment you know even if you just

put a dot you know like a full stop and then press send

we'll still appreciate that because it's something and but yeah the one thing

that I want is for you guys to keep commenting because we don't always know

what content you want sometimes we don't know what video to do so please please

let your comments down in the comment section

you

Making Music Videos for Youtube: Marilyn McNeal from ChantMagick - Duration: 8:25.

Hello, I'm Stephanie B from Career Makeover Academy and today I'm here with Marilyn McNeal.

[Music: I never really wanted you to think that I didn't even care]

An amazing musician and artist that I have grown to know and love.

[Music: I never really wanted you to think that I didn't know that you were there]

I met her through her Youtube channel.

Which I think that you guys should totally check out.

Her inspiration is American roots.

She's a musician who embodies the Indie Folk music spirit.

And, I would just like to say, Hello Marilyn!

How are you doing today?

I'm great I'm super excited to be here.

Thank you so much.

I can't tell you how excited I am to have you here.

You know that I've been a fan of your music from day one.

When I saw your channel.

I have to say, you're music is so inspiring.

Thank you.

I really appreciate that.

That's one of the things I love about Youtube.

I find that each platform has it's strengths and weaknesses and Youtube...it encourages

comment and interaction in a really unique way.

When I find content that I really love, I love to take time to put in a meaningful comment

and let the person know.

And, as someone on the receiving end of that it means a lot and you can tell when people

are being genuine vs a thumbs up and an emoji.

Which is nice, you know, but I've appreciated your support and it really is encouragement.

Because it means that you've taken the time - just a few minutes - to jot down what you're

thinking and that is encouragement.

[Music: I knew I loved you.

I knew I loved you.]

And I think a lot more people should be aware of how powerful that Like button is and how

powerful those comments - those thoughtful comments - can be.

As far as inspiring an artist to know that their voice is being heard and that they're

being involved in people's lives.

And that their emotional content and inspiring them in some way.

[Piano music and vocalizations]

Music really feeds the soul.

I use music to kind of emote.

If I'm feeling down I listen to certain music.

If I'm feeling excited, but I want to bump it up a level, I listen to certain music.

And it really helps me to balance out my emotional levels.

That's one of the reasons that I particularly like your music.

It's sort of like where I go when I want a mellow space.

[Music and vocalizations]

Because, it's almost meditative for me.

When I listen to your music.

Tell us the name of your channel.

Tell us your project name.

Yeah, well, let me explain that.

Yeah, it's interesting because it's evolved.

That's one of the most interesting things for me.

So, I've been making music by guitar or singing for about 20 years.

I started recording...let's say in '98.

And I just had a laptop and I had the software I was using at the time was called Cakewalk.

I was able, I learned that I could record my voice and play it back and sing over and

sing over that and over that.

So, I got started in home recording early on.

And enjoyed it.

And, I've been doing it on and off for years.

And then last year right after the election.

There's so much rancor and energy it's just kind of a crazy energized time in American.

And I felt "What do I need to do for myself to take care of myself?

To feel grounded and centered?"

And then, I'm a professional instructor.

So, I enter the classroom and people are looking for me to structure this space, to structure

the time, and to support them in their learning journey, right?

So I've got to be...You know, if I'm feeling crazy that doesn't work.

And so, if I'm distracted or tired I notice that my presentation isn't as good and the

students are distracted and tired too.

Yeah, they're not going to be engaged, yeah.

They directly feed off of...I really set the tone.

So, I feel teaching is a vocation for me.

It's a wonderful thing.

I do it part time and I'm able to work on my music.

So I felt like I need to get this...I want to get my energy together for myself and also

in my professional role I want to be competent and provide the best that I can.

And so, that's the first time that I turned to music.

Really out of necessity rather than, you know, just enjoying it or exploring the guitar or

exploring my voice.

I really felt like I need to come back to this, I need to make a practice around it,

and work on creating music that helps me feel grounded and centered.

That's kind of cathartic for you.

Wasn't it?

It sounds as if it was the balm you needed to soothe the ailments at that time.

Absolutely.

Yeah, for sure.

And one of the things is I want on Youtube - sometimes I couldn't sleep at night - and

I was looking for calm, just like relaxing stuff.

And there's actually quite a bit of ambient music, but I found that I wanted to hear the

human voice.

And, so I couldn't find what I was looking for and I said, "Wait a minute.

I'll just do it myself."

Which is a beautiful thing about this era.

With a minimal capital investment someone can purchase a laptop, a few pieces of software,

and begin to produce.

And actually, you don't even need the laptop.

It's great.

And I'm grateful for it, but with a smartphone and apps, basically we have the ability to

express our feelings and publish it globally within minutes.

Which is astonishing.

Anyway, I was like, "Well, I have the ability and I have the need."

And so I started up.

The project is called Chantmagick.

I've kind of come up with an ambient electronic layer.

So, I'd use my little keyboard and be like [vocalizes a few notes] and then I would sing

a layer over that.

And then I would harmonize with that.

So, I'm not a...this is a deep instinct and ability in me.

Because harmony for some people is pretty difficult and there are many, many, many things

that I struggle with, but harmony is not one of them.

It's such a blessing.

So, if somebody sings a note I can sing a 3rd or a 5th or a 6th or a 7th over that.

And I don't know that, that...I don't identify it as such at the time, but I can find a complementary

note that sounds good.

So, I just was doing that and the process was relaxing.

I'd record, I'd edit, and then bringing it back to platforms - the past couple years

I would record something and I'd put it on Soundcloud and I just didn't feel community

there.

I mean, people would comment and like and share and that felt good but...it didn't feel

like Youtube feels.

So, one of the things as I move forward with new content is I decided, "Let's me make a

video for every song and I'll put it on Youtube and kind of see what that's like."

[Music: Coming out]

I shifted over there.

Every Chantmagick song is on Youtube.

I started using professional photos and video clips from Pixabay.

Pixabay is insane.

It's basically crowdsourced user content.

The people who contribute are kind of photography and videography enthusiasts.

The quality is super high.

And, i think they vet the stuff.

So you can't...there's nothing blurry, fuzzy.

It's really high quality content.

And, it's the best price ever.

Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Totally.

I discovered this resource, I downloaded stuff and I use iMovie.

So I bring in the audio, bring in the images and I just edit it together.

The initial chants are 1 minute, a minute and a half, 2 minutes, sometimes 3 minutes.

They're really short.

I think on my channel I have about 60 of those.

A bunch.

I would do a few a week.

I really got into it.

So then it evolved.

That's the cool thing.

And that's why I particularly like Youtube.

I feel like there's a big conversation among Youtubers and makers and creators that put

stuff there around growing and trying different things.

You know?

How To Make Money on Youtube Without Making Videos (Easy in 2019) - Duration: 15:45.

that's going to be eight hundred and ninety-five dollars a day that's pretty

crazy and that's exactly what you can do with the method I'm about to show you

how to make money on YouTube without even making the videos in this video I'm

going to show you probably the simplest way for anyone to make money out there

and that is to use YouTube and you don't even have to make your own videos to

make really good money with this method what's happening guys thank you so much

for watching this video my name is greg kononenko you might also know me as the

caffeinated blogger on this channel i publish regular free training videos

dedicated to making money online blogging and traffic generation

so before we jump to the actual method before i show you how to make money on

youtube without making videos just make sure you give this video quick like

subscribe to my channel just below this video click that little bell

notification icon to make sure that you get notified about my next video as soon

as it goes live alright now let's dive in then to the actual method first off

if you are completely new to youtube i want to make sure that you understand

how YouTube works and I'm gonna show you proof in just a moment from my own

YouTube account so that you can see some of the results that I'm getting etc etc

but basically YouTube is all about getting views and you can make money in

a lot of different ways from YouTube but it is all kind of dependent on the views

right so the first way that you can get paid from YouTube is by displaying ad

revenue that's going to be the primary method that we're going to focus on in

this video there are other ways to monetize your videos as well but

basically as long as you're getting the views you can show ads on your videos

and you can get paid as your part of their revenue anyway from sort of $1 to

$20 per 1000 views different issues pay differently so I'm gonna show you in

just a moment exactly how everything works but as your kind of channel grows

you can also get bonus revenue from recommending a finished product you know

selling your own products etc etc etc and you can use this model to make money

from YouTube in all of these ways without actually making your own videos

so this is really excited I'm pretty pumped to show you this strategy let me

jump over into my YouTube account and I'm going to show you a few things okay

so this one video that you can see here this video of mine how to get

traffic to your website fast has actually made me 673 dollars in ad

revenue from the moment when I got started these are the video that I put

out in August has made me one thousand one hundred and twelve dollars so far

and my channel is actually a very small channel so with a bigger channel you

know and as my channel grows I'm gonna make a lot more money I just wanted to

show you this as a potential that you know you don't actually need to even

have a big channel to make a really good amount of money from YouTube okay so

let's just jump back in here also want to show you what I mean by these ad

revenue $1 to $20 per 1,000 views so basically whenever someone watches a

YouTube video the owner of that video can turn on what's called ad

monetization and if you turn on ad monetization on your videos

whenever someone watches that video you're gonna get paid a certain amount

of money let me show you exactly what I mean okay so I'm just gonna open up the

this particular video in here and watch what happens at the start of the video

so as soon as I play the video you can see that at the start there is an ad

playing again it's counting down I'm gonna be able to skip the ad if I don't

keep this ad if I actually watch more than I think 20 seconds of this ad then

the person who put this out on this video is going to pay a certain amount

of money to the owner of the actual video so the actual video after I skip

the ad is this video here three hours of relaxing guitar music okay and this

video has had 78 million one hundred and twenty-one thousand views now each of

these times the 78 million views the owner of these particular video uploaded

by the channel yellow brick cinema relaxing music okay

they get paid a certain amount of money so it may be as little as one dollar in

ad revenue per 1000 views it could be a little bit higher we don't really know

on my channel I actually make anywhere from sort of 10 to 20 dollars per 1000

views but one dollar per 1000 views is probably the lowest that any kind of

channel in any kind of niche can yeah okay so 78 million views if we divide

that by 1000 and obviously multiply by one okay so these particular video does

this video in a passive way has probably made these for this channel for

yellow-brick cinema about seventy eight thousand dollars guys that's awesome for

one video obviously they have a lot more than that this channel is really big

they have a lot of views okay and when I run their name through social blade I'm

going to show you in just a second what that looks like so I'm here on

socialblade.com and I've just run yellow brick cinema so

that channel that I showed you before through social blade and as you can see

every single day they're adding anywhere between sort of two to three thousand

subscribers okay to their channel and they're getting 800 to 900 to 700

thousand views now being super conservative like I was showing you guys

before being super conservative even at the very lowest end of the scale that

means that they're making anywhere from sort of seven to nine hundred dollars a

thousand dollars per day in ad revenue in reality it's probably actually a lot

higher you can see that estimated earnings here you know it could be as

much as several thousands of dollars in ad revenue per day I just want to make

sure that you understand the potential with YouTube guys it is huge you can

make a lot of money it's probably one of the best and easiest ways for someone to

make money but there is a big problem right we don't like making videos we

don't like being on camera a lot of people who are quite new to YouTube

don't like making videos that like being on camera so that brings us back to the

actual topic of this video okay how do you actually make all of this ad revenue

without making your own videos and that's what we're gonna cover here in

just a second so first of all let's make sure that you understand the basics so

it's all about the ad views okay with this particular method that we're going

to talk about today is called compilations so what I'm gonna show you

is how you can easily compile videos from existing videos that are already

out there on YouTube you don't have to create them from scratch you can simply

compile them into smaller chunks and put them together and you can

do this ethically and legally without breaking any laws without breaking any

copyright restrictions okay so let's jump into a detailed example

that I've prepared here for you so first of all let's look into this search

queries of just go on and I've typed in guitar into YouTube and this is what we

got here we've got all of these results you can see that things involving

guitars are actually really popular alright this top result has had 78

million views so this video has probably made 78 or maybe even more than a

hundred thousand in ad revenue to the owner and all it is is just music

basically it's just music there is nothing else there this one has said 15

million views seven point seven million years 3.3 million views so you can see

that in general videos related to guitars can get a lot of views so this

can be quite a good niche you can set up your channel in a lot of different other

niches as well so for example it could be funny videos you know it could be

things related to babies it could be top ten type stuff but I

just wanted to run you through one example here guitar okay just to show

you sort of some of the potential here alright so you can see that like guitar

music you know maybe if I type in again guitar music okay we're gonna probably

get a lot of results that have a lot of use so once again three hundred seventy

seven thousand views seventy eight million views nine hundred ninety seven

thousand views four million views this relaxing background guitar music so this

is a hot niche on YouTube there is no doubt no question about it

so if you wanted to go after this niche how could you actually make money on

YouTube without making your own videos that's the million dollar question so

I'm gonna show you here I'm gonna jump into YouTube and let's do the same

search so we're gonna search for guitar once again but after we click guitar I'm

gonna open up the filter and we're going to go into features and we're going to

choose these filter called Creative Commons all right so what Creative

Commons is just in case you haven't heard of creative commons

before so Creative Commons allows you to reuse and edit the video in any way that

you wish so basically then if you take a Creative Commons video so let's just

open this up once again okay so you could take you could download all of

these videos and you could compile them you could perhaps mix you could take

let's say 20 minutes of this video and then 1 hour of this video and then you

know just combine the chunks of these videos all together and then re-upload

it back to YouTube on your own channel as your own video with your own

thumbnail and so forth and that would be completely legal because look what

happens if I open one of these you know YouTube ok and let's just scroll through

and have a look so this is 9 hours of music basically right now as you can see

here it says the license for this video is Creative Commons Attribution license

and it says reuse allowed so this is the gold guys this means that you can

actually download this video and you can re-upload it as your own ok just leave

it as is just reapply it as you write or if you wanted to you could just take a

small chunk of it maybe an hour of this and an hour of something else maybe find

some more best relaxing music videos and compile them into your own video so that

it becomes different and unique from others and then upload it back to

YouTube okay so let's just read what Creative Commons Attribution license

actually means so according to YouTube's definition is by marking your original

video with the Creative Commons license here I'm granting the entire YouTube

community the right to reuse and edit that video so basically once again this

means that you can take this video and you have the rights to reuse and edit

that video and reupload it back as your own so this is very very powerful make

no mistake about this this is insanely powerful that means

that you can take any videos that have this creative commons-licensed

and instantly you've got your own videos you can do this in any niche like I said

you can do this in the fitness niche you can do this in top 10 funny things niche

in there are videos available for make money online niche for technology niche

and various various many many various other things so that was our detailed

example here okay so step by step let's just confirm make sure that you

understand this full step by step process here so step one would be to

find your niche so you would look at what video types are actually getting a

lot of views just like we did with guitar we figured out the guitar is hot

niche then we also saw that there are a ton of Creative Commons videos okay so

this like guitar I'm actually thinking of doing this myself you know I think

I'm hoping that one of you guys might be able to pick up this idea this kind of

guitar relaxing background music seems to be a really hot niche that's just

ripe for the picking you can get so many views you would then find an example

video like we found that original video here well this one here this three-hour

relaxing guitar music video this is a perfect example of something that we

could do as well because looks like people actually really like relaxing

guitar music so once you've got a video that has five or five million views you

could then look for some creative commons videos and download enough

videos theory work into a compilation so with our example these are all the

Creative Commons videos so we can get that classical guitar from here we can

also then download this one three hours best coming music so just download all

of these similar kinds of videos arrange them into a video of your own step four

would be to use a software there is free Mac software free Windows software to

produce and mp4 if you right I recommend over 10 minutes obviously if

you're in the music niche you'll want it to be at least one hour or more but if

you're in other niches for example like how to lose weight or some kind of a

funny video or maybe there is a sports video you'd want to still go for over 10

minutes because that means you can just put more ads on your video finally step

5 of course would be to upload your own channel so you would need to create your

channel upload the video to your channel then you would take similar tags similar

to the other video that you already know is

successful let me jump over here and I'll show you the example so as you can

see this video that that has had 78 million views if we're going for the

same type of video so for example we might make a video with two hours of

relaxing guitar music alright you would just take very similar video tags don't

copy them you know exactly but just take very similar video tags that will ensure

that your video has got the best chance of ranking and coming up and they

suggested videos or under up next or in the search results finally you would

want to make a great thumbnail for your video to do to make a great thumbnail

what you would want to do is check out what other thumbnails people are using

and order a similar style thumbnail from 5:00 hour or just make it yourself in

Photoshop or canva if you are skilled with those programs that's it in a

nutshell that's the whole process that's all there is to it it's very simple very

easy to do anyone can start there is literally no reason not to do this it's

amazingly profitable and it's so easy to get started because the material is

already out there for you now the success outline so you do need four

thousand which hours before having ads approved so if your channel is brand new

you will need to have four thousand which has accumulated but don't worry

it's quite simple to do it might take a little bit of time or vistit to get

there but assuming that your average watch time per video is just five

minutes then you only need 48,000 total views on your video to hit 4,000 watch

hours if your watch time is longer you know obviously then if it's like 10

minutes or more your average watch time if you upload longer videos then you

need a lot less total views so once you've got accumulated that 4,000 of

total watch hours on your channel of other people watching your videos for a

total of four thousand hours and you've got a thousand subscribers then you can

apply to have ads displayed on your channel and from then on you can enable

ads and you can start making that money that's it guys that's all there is to it

I'm hoping that you enjoyed this method and you're gonna implement this to make

sure that you get my future free training videos about making money

online blogging traffic generation click that subscribe button just below this

video give me a quick like on this video leave me a comment let me know what you

thought of this video and also take that Bell notification

icon so that you can get an update straight into your inbox next time I

upload my next training video thank you so much for watching I'll see you in the

Top 5 Scary Google Map Discoveries - Duration: 4:53.

Google Maps has captured some of the most baffling images across the globes.

From murderers, to promiscuous couples, to lurkers in the woods.

Google has captured everything -- even the things it didn't quite want to.

So today we're going to be listing of the Top 5 Scary Google Map Discoveries.

Before we begin make be sure to stick around to the end of the video where I'll be responding

to a few of your comments.

Let's jump in.

5 Kazakhstan Pentagram It's no surprise that this picture freaked

people out when it surfaced on google maps.

It appears to be a pentagram etched into the ground in a desolate area of Kazakhstan.

Lisakovsk is the closest city to the land and even that is 12 miles away.

There is no life -- so who created the symbol?

Well -- of course theorists have pointed the finger at aliens and cults -- perhaps an alien

has marked its territory and is preparing for a return later on in the future.

Or perhaps even a cult is holding satanic rituals out in the vast deserted land -- Well

-- before we get too out of control with theories about the pentagram.

Archaeologist Emma Usmanova told LiveScience, I quote, "It is the outline of a park made

in the form of a star."

Booo, no fun Emma.

Are we sure it's not something more sinister?

4 Convict On The Run I think we can all agree that this is the

last thing we want to see on Google Maps -- especially if you discover it's in your area.

Which is exactly how South Africans felt after this gem popped up on google maps -- which

seemingly shows an escaped convict running down a desolate looking road.

Now -- there are theories about this picture -- as many were quick to point at that the

orange jumpsuit is more fitting with an American prison instead of a South African one -- and

that instead he may actually just be a municipal worker.

As they are known to wear orange as part of their uniform.

But that still begs the question -- why is he running -- why is he alone -- why is this

picture just so damn terrifying?

I don't know about you, but my money is still on escaped convict.

3 Bird People Oh great, a cult, but even worse, a bird cult.

This picture was taken on the sidewalk of a canal in Western Tokyo -- and it seemingly

shows a group of people lined up like psychopaths -- wearing bird masks.

Worse yet -- Pigeon masks.

Now -- it's likely that this was just a prank played on the google street car my students

of the nearby Musashino Art University.

But if you ask me, that is quite the elaborate prank -- how did they know the google car

would be there?

Do they always carry their pigeon heads around or did they have to run home to grab them?

Did they make the google car wait so they could snap this epic shot?

Or have they been standing there for days -- waiting -- hoping -- someone would eventually

come along.

Fucking cults.

2 Alien This disturbing -- and just downright baffling

picture -- was snapped in Lorraine France by a google street car.

Now -- either the picture is severely warped -- or there is an alien residing in Lorraine

unbeknownst to all its residents.

It's legs are severely thin and whoever it is seems to be suffering from an extreme

case of malnutrition.

But -- it's the head that is the most concerning.

It's huge.

Unnaturally huge.

It's either a frightening mask -- or once again -- an alien who seems to enjoy riding

bikes.

It also looks like there might be a cigarette hanging out of its mouth but that's unconfirmed.

Again -- could be a seriously warped picture -- but I'm going with alien.

Definitely alien.

1 Road To Hell Perhaps not the most visually terrifying but

it is by far the most emotionally terrifying.

Here we have the road to hell.

Apparently.

Capture by Google Maps in California -- this picture shows us the road to hell -- and the

End of the line sign that is seemingly warning us from going any further.

I mean, why would you?

The road literally says Hell.

Now -- we all have our beliefs -- Heaven Hell, whatever you choose to believe in is up to

you.

Personally I'm a strong believe in reincarnation -- but that's just me.

Where's the street sign for that?

Now -- I'm sure this road isn't leading to hell -- but the picture is haunting nonetheless.

Perhaps this is the confirmation all you flat earthers need.

What is beyond the sign.

Does the world end.

Will you fall off and into oblivion -- or, y'know -- will the road continue on into

a town.

Perhaps it's called Hell.

We just don't know.

Well, there we have it!

Have you ever come across these frightening google map discoveries?

Were there any that we missed?

Leave us all your thoughts and feelings in the comments down below and perhaps we can

do a part 2.

Before we go though I just want to respond to a few comments from one of our last videos.

One user said, "Love your vids, but...hand gesturing.

Trish Mro said "I have a question for ya!

-- Top 10 did -- Top 5 came shortly after before we became Top 5 Scary Videos.

Autumn Wuffy Entertainment said "Lucy, do you live in the UK or Canada."

-- Formerly UK but now Canada.

I'm actually getting my citizenship this summer.

One of you.

One of you.
