Manchester United on alert as Emre Can demands release clause be put into Liverpool contract

MANCHESTER UNITED and Chelsea are on alert as reports claim Emre Can has demanded a release clause be put in his new Liverpool contract.

The Times says Cans talks with the Anfield side have stalled over the order because club chiefs are reluctant to agree to the request. Emre Can wants a release clause put in his new Liverpool deal.

Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in the Germany midfielder. Cans discussions have been ongoing for more than a year and the midfielder is now in the final 12 months on his contract.

Liverpool themselves exploited a £9. 75million release clause when signing Can from Bayer Leverkusen three years ago. The report says Anfield bosses were aware of the players agents, International Soccer Management, likely seeking another one in the future.

Jurgen Klopp has called Cans predicament not too cool but has been boosted in his hopes the player will stay due to his form so far this campaign.

Such faith will be tested in January with United and Chelsea making their interest known in Can. Some reports have gone so far as to claim Can will sign a pre-contract with Juventus in January.

Emre Can has already impressed for the Kop this season.

Jurgen Klopp says the situation with Emre Can is not too cool. Liverpool rejected a £23milion move for him from the Serie A side on deadline day.

But Juve boss Max Allegri confirmed they will go in again for his services in the new year.

Fresh as a Missouri Catch - Catch and Cook - Duration: 2:37.

MUSIC

JAMES WORLEY: Tonight I'll be teaching 15 adults how to catch their own fish, clean

their own fish and then we'll cook them right on the pond bank and have a fish fry.

WORLEY-TO-FISHING CLASS PARTICIPANT: This is an open face spinning reel.

This is more advance and what I like to fish with.

This actually goes on top and it goes j-j-j-j-j-j-j across the water and it acts like an injured

fish and the bass will come up on top of the water and make p-p-p-sh-sh-sh and it's pretty

exciting!

Sound like fun?

All right!

Let's go fishing!

WORLEY: There's not a lot of gear involved.

We're going to fish with night crawlers and bobbers and maybe a jig or buzz bait.

It doesn't take a lot of gear or expense to do this kind of fishing.

And, we're going to catch fish that are easy to catch.

If they're successful at catching a fish, they're going to want to go fishing, again,

and hopefully buy a fishing permit and continue to be lifelong anglers.

KAREN O'RILEY: It was pretty exciting to catch my first fish.

I felt it with the tension on there and we had to reel it in.

It was kind of hard to reel in at first due to the weight of it.

Then, they were able to help me bring it in.

CHRIS O'RILEY: We just became empty nesters and we are trying to do more things outdoors.

Hiking.

Tennis.

OMAR JAWDAT: I'm a neurologist.

Very busy lifestyle, so when I find time like this, I really enjoy it.

WORLEY: To scale them, put your finger in their gill like this and just kind of rub

the scaler from the tail toward the head because the scales laid backwards and you want to

get underneath them.

Use the tip of it to get all around the top.

They just fly off like this.

It's pretty simple.

DIANE NACY: Both him and I love, love, love being outdoors.

This kind of gets us out and teaches us things we might not know.

We have fished before, but I didn't know how to tie a knot and James taught me how

to tie a knot.

So, just little things here and there.

CHRIS O'RILEY: I haven't been fishing for decades, so this is a refresher course

on cleaning and what-not.

I'm learning from professionals who have done it for a long time.

It brought back a lot of memories, fishing when I was younger.

It's great!

I hope to do it, again!

We have a lot of places to fish in Missouri.

GROUP HOLDING UP FISH: Yeah!

Cheers!!! (laughter)

#Chelsea vs Leicester: Tactics and possible XIs as Danny Drinkwater and N'Golo Kante visit old club - Duration: 8:06.

Chelsea vs Leicester: Tactics and possible XIs as Danny Drinkwater and N'Golo Kante visit old club

The last two teams to win the title meet each other this weekend as the Premier League returns from its international break. Chelsea travel to the King Power Stadium to face Leicester City on Saturday, with kick off at 3pm.

Chelsea hope Danny Drinkwater will add strength and a wide range of passing to their midfield after he joined on deadline day from Leicester.

N'Golo Kante has been as important for Chelsea in midfield as he was for Leicester – and helped both teams to the Premier League title.

There's an added edge to the match with the Blues now owning two players key to the Foxes 2015/16 title success, with Danny Drinkwater's deadline day arrival at Stamford Bridge seeing him reunited with N'Golo Kante, who made the most the previous summer.

Chelsea go into the match having won two and lost one in the Premier League so far this season, while Leicester have a victory and two defeats.

The corresponding fixture last season saw the away side take a 3-0 win back to London. Our friends at Football Whispers have all you need to know ahead of the match.

Key battle: Morata v Maguire. It's been a mixed start to life for Alvaro Morata at Chelsea.

Alvaro Morata is already the Chelsea top scorer with two goals – scoring both at home.

Foxes boss Craig Shakespeare has to make big decisions with his line-up, including over unsettled playmaker Riyad Mahrez. He has two goals and two assists, all with his head, and all at home.

But when he's playing away from Stamford Bridge, he's yet to register a goal or an assist and he missed sitters – both against Arsenal in the Community Shield and Tottenham in the Premier League.

He also missed a penalty during the shootout against Arsenal. Perhaps it's just Wembley he doesn't like, but he'll be keen to prove he can do it away from home too.

However, it won't be easy for him up against Harry Maguire, who is already looking an inspired signing for Leicester City this summer.

New Leicester centre-back Harry Maguire was rewarded for his superb start to the season with an England call-up.

The 24-year-old's form has been so good since arriving from Hull City that it earned him a call up to Gareth Southgate's England squad for the International break that has just finished.

He'll have to be at his best though to stop a Chelsea front line that, when it's in the mood, is very dangerous indeed.   Alvaro Morata misses a great chance for Chelsea against Tottenham.

Both Jamie Vardy and Shinji Okazaki have two Premier League goals to their name in 2017/18 for Leicester, and they will be a handful for any backline.

Foxes frontman Shinji Okazaki already has two goals to his credit this season. For Chelsea, Morata is their top scorer in the Premier League so far this season, with both him and Marcos Alonso managing two goals.

The home side will have to be wary of the Spanish wing-back, who can be deadly from a free-kick at the edge of the box and got two goals in the corresponding fixture last season.

Although they're yet to score yet this season, the other players in Chelsea's front three – likely to be Willian and Pedro – will cause problems for any defence.

Former Leicester midfielder Danny Drinkwater is unlikely to face his old club as he had a groin injury. How the teams are likely to be set up.

Leicester will be without Adrien Silva, who they cannot register until January after missing the transfer deadline by 14 seconds. They are likely to line up in Craig Shakespeare's preferred 4-4-2, as they have done so far this season.

The Foxes haven't made many changes but Riyad Mahrez could be dropped after he touted himself without much success to other clubs on deadline day. That could see Demarai Grey come in and Marc Albrighton swap wings.

Riyad Mahrez faces an uncertain time at the King Power Stadium after he seemed to tout himself for a transfer deadline exit last week.

Although Chelsea switched to a 3-5-2 last away game, expect them to line up with their tried and tested 3-4-3.

Gary Cahill is still suspended after being sent off against Burnley, while Eden Hazard could be in contention after playing his first minutes this season while on international duty with Belgium.

New arrival Drinkwater is unlikely to start after missing the start of the season with a groin injury.

Leicester midfielder Wilfred Ndidi averages the second most dribbles per game of any Prem player this season. Key stats heading into the game.

The two sides have faced each other 109 times before, with Chelsea coming out victorious on 54 occasions, Leicester winning 25 of their meetings, and the other 30 ending in draws.

Chelsea have only lost once to Leicester in all competitions since February 2001 (11 wins, one draw, one defeat). Only one player (Pedro Obiang) has averaged more dribbles than Wilfred Ndidi's 2. 7 per game in the Premier League this season.

Chelsea chief Antonio Conte brought in Danny Drinkwater after the controversial sale of Nemanja Matic to Manchester United.

Leicester's 39 per cent average possession is the second-lowest in the Premier League so far this season – West Bromwich Albion have averaged 38.4 per cent. Chelsea's 51 per cent is seventh.

Chelsea have the worst discipline so far in the league with eight yellow cards and two reds in three matches.

Jamie Vardy will hope to be on fire when he faces the champs for 2015-16 title winners Leicester.

Kylian Mbappe reveals details of Chelsea trial as 11-year-old starred in scoolboy win over Charlton

CHELSEA missed out on signing Kylian Mbappe after he starred for them as an 11-year-old in an 8-0 win over Charlton alongside some of their current stars.

The £166million PSG signing was taken to west London as a schoolboy where he played alongside England starlet Tammy Abraham and Jeremie Boga.

Kylian Mbappe will set PSG back another £166million next summer.

Kylian Mbappe poses with a personalised Chelsea shirt featuring his first name as a child. But the Blues missed their chance to sign him back in 2010 and he snubbed Arsenal this summer to join his boyhood Paris club.

Asked at his PSG unveiling if he remembered his Chelsea trip, Mbappe said: "It was a wonderful experience. Chelsea was the first great club, the first big club, that I went to visit.

So it was a real discovery for me. We played against Charlton, I think, and we won maybe seven or eight nil.

"I also got to meet some of the first-team players – [Didier] Drogba, [Florent] Malouda – the French-speaking ones and took some pictures with them.

"An idea has been reinforced since I was a kid – not just because I went to Chelsea.

Kylian Mbappe together with father Wilfried Mbappe and his brother Ethan.

New arrival Kylian Mbappe gives a PSG shirt to supporters.

New signing Kylian Mbappe is introduced to fans in Paris.

Kylian Mbappe is handed his new shirt by PSG chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi. "I always thought: 'I want to be there, I want to be one of those big players who is trying to give people fun out of the game.

And I have given everything to reach that objective. "Now I am on the other side of the camera, on the other side of the TV. That's the only difference.".

Arsene Wenger missed out on two Monaco stars this summer in 18-year-old Mbappe and £92m target Thomas Lemar.

But the France forward decided he would develop better at the Ligue 1 side where he is on loan for a season before completing his permanent switch.

He explained:"Yes, I met with Arsene Wenger, who is a great coach.

"He has a great reputation here in France, he's well-respected and knows how to develop young players. This was a real option for me. But, of course, Paris Saint-Germain was the main option.

"We weighed up the advantages and disadvantages of all the clubs but my family told me it had to be my decision and one I needed to make.

"It also had to be a long-term decision. So it was up to me and I decided to come here in order to develop. Paris Saint Germains Qatari president Nasser Al-Khelaifi speaks beside Kylian Mbappe.

Kylian Mbappe meets fans after his unveiling as a PSG player. "Being here is like going back home for me. "I used to come to this stadium when I was a boy to watch games.

I was a football fan, a kid who loved football and when you are a kid from Paris there are only two stadiums – the Stade de France or the Parc de Princes – and that is what makes Paris so special.

"There is only one club in Paris so every Paris kid follows Paris Saint-Germain. And if that kid has money in his pocket he comes to games here." .

3.5 TIPS ABOUT WRITING A BIO AS A BEGINNER INDIE SINGER-SONGWRITER - Duration: 4:55.

Hi Damo can I get three point five tips about writing a bio as an indie beginner

singer-songwriter - Wow I wonder what half a tip is so writing a bio as and so

one of the questions I would ask is what would the bio be for if it's

for your social media I think there's a very very good question because I think

there's such an untapped resource in this sort of field of about sections and

write-ups that people bore the shit at of me whenever I go on to people's

Facebooks bands' Facebooks and I go on to their write up I read three lines and I'm

like just I'm bored I'm out and you've got an opportunity and everything's an

opportunity but this is an opportunity to tell your story and so I was with a

band the other day and it was Emnibis actually these guys who are brilliant

and I went to see them had a chat about sort of a new album they've got coming

out and what they're doing went up to the studio it was really nice to see

them and I was saying never forget this band's been going for nearly ten years

so never forget that whilst you're 10 years later you remember all of the

little bits you'll remember all of the story but someone

who've just joined your facebook they don't know the story they don't remember

this sort of stuff they want to know these stories they want to know how it

started they want to know the stuff that happened on the way it just can't

start from today so you've got an opportunity to actually to tell your

story and I think that's what's good about bio you're saying this is what we

do but come with me on a journey and let me tell you a story because that's what

we love so you've got the opportunity to paint a picture so for me I would say if

you're gonna write a bio as a singer-songwriter then obviously your

works gonna do you know people gonna see your work but you've got another

opportunity to fill in the gaps which is more than just do you like my songs or I

do this it can also be this is how I started and

you can get people to fall in love with what you do from

painting a good picture so for me writing a bio is a lot of work and

that's why people don't do it because it takes a long time and it's a lot of

creativity and people go three-piece band from Cardiff playing rock music and

people like okay that's just facts that is boring that's shit why don't you tell a

story how did you meet well if you went on the Graham Norton Show or something

and he was interviewing you he would want more than facts he would want to know

a story he would wanna know history he would

want to know what you stand for he would want to know what you're working towards

he would want to know what you see in the future you know he would want to

know the whole thing he would want to know what makes you tick why you're

doing it what you love you know as a songwriter who are your influences

there's a big one you know I love these singer songwriters they really inspire

me or you know for me I'm like seventies production

I love vinyl because I love 70s production I know you can get vinyl in

any year but I just love the vinyl and seventies production it

goes together well you know you could get all of these little bits of

information into a bio and it doesn't have to be long but I think I

think people miss a trick because it's just a way of tying you in

of making people go look do you feel the same as me and they go I do feel the

same as you so you know and my half a tip is never ever..... good so things to do comment

60minwin hashtag 60minwin you can do this on any of the platforms

we've got and we'll be doing prizes every couple of days the next one is

going to be if you want to win a recording day a day in the studio near

you I'm gonna pay for it near you I'm not gonna pay for Abbey Road

but I'm gonna find a studio that's near you that's a normal everyday price

and I'll pay for you to go in the studio then this but I'll also probably be

picking people out and doing skypes I want to do some more skypes I've got

some time next week so I'm gonna book in some skype so if you want to Skype with

me and to work on some socials then hit me up so that's the thing to do and

again going back to the Taylor Swift look after me I will look after you go

and subscribe to my YouTube that makes the difference you subscribe to my

YouTube and make a comment on youtube I read it I will notice it you

do the same thing on my Instagram I will notice it so put yourself about do some

work on that good in that case have a good week see you next week

South Korean president proposes Far East development as fundamental solution ... - Duration: 2:56.

President Moon Jae-in wraps up his two-day visit to Russia.

In a keynote address, the South Korean leader proposed his new "Look North for development"

policy as another fundamental solution to Pyongyang's nuclear threats.

Our top Cheongwadae correspondent Moon Connyoung starts us off from Vladivostok.

(STAND-UP) "The third Eastern Economic Forum here in

Russia's port city of Vladivostok is aimed at fostering development in Russia's Far East.

It's Russian President Vladimir Putin's "Look East policy."

THAT South Korea's new President Moon Jae-in believes is in perfect line with his own "Look

North for development" policy.

(VCR)

( CG) Eastern Economic Forum 2017

Vladivostok, Russia

The new South Korean president's debut at the Eastern Economic Forum.

Delivering a keynote speech, President Moon rolls out his new "Look North" for economic

development policy.

(Korean) "Russia's Far East is where Russia's "Look

East" and our "Look North" policies meet.

. South Korea is the most apt partner for Russia

in its development of the Far East and the premise of our "Look North" for development

of the northern territory policy is our two countries' cooperation.

, .

I plan to take an active role in developing Russia's Far East."

.

He laid out various areas of cooperation between the two countries such as fifteen LNG-fueled

Russian icebreakers being built at South Korean shipyards and boosting South Korea's role

in development projects of Russia's abundant natural energy resources.

But, at the very core of Mr. Moon's big vision goes beyond economic cooperation and beyond

Russia.

(Korean) "Northeast Asia has the capability of becoming

the world's biggest energy community.

. And, we can use this cooperation as a foundation

for a Northeast Asia Economic Community as well as a multilateral security system like

that of the EU."

EU .

South Korea's president believes partnership in Northeast Asia could bring about a greater

change and lead to peace and prosperity in this region.

Yes, including North Korea.

"I believe setting an example of joint developmental success by countries in Northeast Asia could

be another fundamental solution to North Korea's nuclear problem.

. It could help North Korea realize that joining

the international community is, in fact, in their interest and the road to peaceful prosperity

without nuclear weapons.

. (...) .

(STAND-UP) "President Moon Jae-in's new vision entertained

at the Eastern Economic Forum here in Russia's port city is ambitious and could even be one

that is quite promising.

But, considering the nature of tensions in Northeast Asia and the many parties of interest

involved, it ain't going to come easily.

President Moon will continue to seek for global support... his next stage: the UN General

Assembly in roughly two weeks time.

Jennifer Lawrence opts for low-key look in a grey knit and trilby hat as she touches down - Duration: 2:29.

Jennifer Lawrence opts for low-key look in a grey knit and trilby hat as she touches down

She was the belle of the ball on the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival the previous day.

And Jennifer Lawrence was rocking a casual look when she touched down in London on Wednesday ahead of the UK premiere of her new thriller Mother!.

The Hollywood star, 27, embraced an off-duty ensemble, sporting a grey cardigan and a pair of skinny jeans. Jennifer donned a close-fitting black vest top and bootcut jeans, set off with leather biker boots.

She kept cosy in a loose grey knit while attempting to go incognito in a trilby hat and a large pair of shades. The A-list actress slung a black backpack over one shoulder for her London outing.

The previous day, Jennifer looked sensational in her head-turning Christian Dior dress that boasted a fitted bodice before billowing out into a full pleated skirt around her legs.

She was joined by her co-stars Javier Bardem, 48, and Michelle Pfeiffer, 59, at the premiere, as well as the films director Darren Aronofsky, 48 - who she has been dating since last year.

Aronofsky was previously in a relationship with actress Rachel Weisz, 47 - who is now married to Bond actor Daniel Craig, 49 - for nine years.

Meanwhile Jennifer dated X-Men costar Nicholas Hoult, 27, from 2010 to 2014 and was later linked to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 40, for a year before breaking up in summer 2015.

While she is famously tight-lipped about her romantic life, Jennifer recently opened up about her romance with the director in an interview with US Vogue.

Speaking about their new horror film to the magazine, the actress admitted she could not believe his brilliance on set, before gushing about him as a boyfriend.     Stunning: The previous evening, Jennifer looked sensational at the 74th Venice Film Festival.

She said: When I saw the movie, I was reminded all over again how brilliant he is. For the past year, I've been dealing with him as just a human..

Before adding sweetly of their romance: 'I've been in relationships before where I am just confused. And I'm never confused with him. I had energy for him. I don't know how he felt about me..

Keeping her distance: Jennifer posed slightly apart from her director boyfriend Darren Aronofsky (second from left) on Tuesday night.
