Today we're measuring up, doing some design work, maybe looking at some materials.

We have to figure out how to take this plastic part off of this, the sliding door, but it's quite
complicated because the handle part is connected

it would suck not to be able to open the door from the inside.

and we got a jigsaw so that we could saw around to get the handle off the door but then we figured it we could just pull it off

there are these rails in there so we have to figure out how to get those out too.

It's really overwhelming at the stores, so many choices! But I think we ended up with something good.
So we wanted to put wood on, but the problem with wood is this it's expensive.
Well It's a little bit more expensive and it's heavier so we ended up getting laminate flooring
and it's the kind that kind of just like clicks together, so we think it's gonna be really easy to put in.
And it was super cheap. It was on sale
$14 for a meter, so really cheap and we don't need that much to cover the floor.
So it ended up I feel like being the most efficient, cost-effective option and It still looks really nice I think.
$14, a square meter, Nick just told me.
It will just be like nice and light and I think we're gonna do
the walls something white and we want to do something cool on the roof too, but we don't know what yet.
So, you know. One thing at a time basically.
Oh, today the other thing I wanted to tackle is we did discover some mold, so I want to clean It all up and make it
no more mold because that's no bueno.
And other than that, we're cruising right along.

What we hope to do and what we hope the inside is gonna end up looking like and without further ado...
Okay so here's the main floor plan.
First of all, we have this swivel chair -- that's the chair that was in there already and we're keeping.
It's gonna be part of our living space with this table next to it
and then the other side is gonna be this bed slash seats.
It's going to raise up change into what we need.
And on this side we're going to have some shelving, some storage.
and this part here is going to become part of the bed and also be used as storage.
So that's the basis of what we have.
To give you a better idea of how the bed slash seats are going to work,
it's going to start with a frame like this
and then we're going to have drawers and shelving out the back
and then on top it's going to fold up and down for more storage access
and that's gonna be covered with a comfy foam that will be good for sitting or sleeping.
And that's how it will look when it's facing the table and then in an idea that i got from CampingCarJoa,
you should really go check out her channel, it's awesome
It's to make the seats also flip this way so you can sit and face the outside.
But seriously, go check out her channel because I've learned so much from her.
Okay, now time to turn this into a bed.
So first all this here will come together and it will be part of the bed.
Then we're gonna take this swivel chair here and our other little
storage thing and plop it there and it's also gonna be part of the bed.
So that's pretty much a rough idea of what it will look like.
All right, so for the back angle here's what this will look like with our little storage unit.
We're gonna have a cutting Board so we can do cooking and stuff.
In there we'll keep our cookery and all of that in that compartment.
And we'll have some type of wood thing on the ceiling and the walls will be white and hopefully it will look really good!

This earth is Gaia, Mother Earth, it's alive, and we who are conscious can grow in being
stewards of that earth plane.
And I'm proud of some of the things we're doing here, our new efforts on recycling and
composting.
And we want to learn more and do more in that.
But we must do this because this is a sacred arena, this earth.
And we must become wise enough as humanity to take care of it, because if we don't then
things erode greatly and quickly--where will we be?
And what are we giving our children?
What are we giving our children?
So we stand for that.
And then thirdly, we stand for non-violence and human dignity for all.
We believe that all people, all faiths, all ethnic diversities deserve to live safely,
securely, and to express that which is unique and natural to them.
Now, Mile Hi has been about this for a long time.
20 years ago we brought in the Season for Non-Violence to Denver, and have for those
20 years been pioneering those wonderful efforts and will continue to do so.
We've also stood for non-discrimination against our brothers and sisters, the LGBTQ community,
and women's rights, and the rights of people of color.
You see these things are intrinsic to our spirituality.
They are not political...although they may get politicized, they are not political.
They are extensions of spiritual life shared in the community of humankind.
And I invite you, as you feel guided, to make that a part of your vision.

Under what circumstances would you recommend HSCT to other MSers?
Well, in general the researchers have said pretty clearly, you want relapse remitting
MS, you want to be under 50, ideally even younger,
and you should not have too much disability.
Ideally you should be able to walk on your own, maybe with a cane, but not much more,
and you need to be in good physical shape, robust
physical shape.
And, I think critically, your MS needs to not be responding to other treatments
and it needs to be moving aggressively.
I lost three EDSS points in a span of just a few months, I was just tumbling.
I was the perfect candidate for this.
And there was another person in my study who was also a perfect
candidate for this and she needed it to save her life and we both had a discussion back
and forth via email, and we were both comfortable
with the fact that if this doesn't happen, if this
doesn't work, we're okay with the fact that we gave it everything we had and we tried
everything possible.
I looked up her just recently and she passed away, not from the
treatment, but from her aggressive MS, it wasn't enough to stop it.
That said, this is a lifesaving treatment for a lot of people,
it's more than 70% effective in relapse remitting MS,
as far as keeping your NEDA - no evidence of disease advancement - over five years.
Secondary progressive, primary progressive, you're taking a big risk and your odds are
not better than 50%.
And I don't know, and people will say – and I'm going to get flamed by a lot
of people for saying this – people will throw out, oh it's a 50-50 chance, I'm
willing to take that risk.
And I don't know if it's a full 50 and I don't know how long it will hold off your
MS, it might hold it off for five years, it might
hold it off for seven years, but to call it a cure and to
fire your neurologist is just not smart.
Don't use the 'c' word unless it's really going to be the
'c' word.
And for some people it might be, but for some it might not be.
So I mean, yeah, you kind of approached this with sort of mental strength.
So do you think this actually contributes to the effectiveness,
like if you have the right mindset and actually believe that this can make a difference, then,
you know, not sort of give up the hope, do you
think that actually makes a difference?
I think so.
And I don't want to dash any hopes of people looking to get this treatment,
because like I said, I really think it can change your life, and it definitely transformed
mine.
I've been to, oh jeez, I want to say since the treatment, dozens of countries.
I've been to Machu Picchu, France and Italy and Russia
and Latvia and Denmark and I've been all over
the world and this treatment definitely helped give me resources to be able to do that, and
deal with the travel, enjoy and really experience life, so I would not want to take that away

from anybody, I just want to make sure folks, when they go into this, that they understand
what they're going through.
And I would also really highly recommend going into a clinical
trial.
And I realise there might not be a lot of them out there and they might be a control,
which means you might not get the treatment, you might have to be on Tysabri or a different
drug.
But without those clinical trials we can't get the evidence to have this be an approved
treatment.
If it's not an approved treatment, who's going to afford 100,000 dollars plus to get
this done.
And we need to take a little bit of the – what's the word I'm looking for – I don't
know, the challenge of getting this out there into the mainstream, and part of that is
participating in clinical trials.

On September 24, The Ashley's Reality Roundup shared a report with readers in which they
confirmed that Barbara Evans had spent Saturday afternoon at the beach with one of her friends.
As the outlet revealed, Barbara Evans shared an image of herself enjoying the warm weather
and giving her fans and followers a thumbs up.
As for why Barbara Evans wasn't included in the ceremony, the Teen Mom 2 star told
Us Weekly magazine in August that she wasn't included because Barbara Evans hadn't given
her Jace in their custody battle earlier this year.
Instead, the decision was left up to the judge on their case, who decided that 8-year-old
Jace was better off with Barbara Evans.
Weeks prior, Barbara Evans had spoken to People magazine, revealing that it was quite painful
to learn that her reality star daughter was refusing to include her in her then-upcoming
wedding.
Jenelle Evans and her husband began their romance at the end of 2015 after she split

Hi guys today, we are going to be answering the New Zealand FAQ question what currency is used in New Zealand
This is a super important question when you're traveling because most countries are not the same as your home country
I'm Jess, from Sheldon and Jess TV

So the currency that is used in New Zealand is called, New Zealand Dollars or
NZD and it's really handy online there are websites called currency converters
If you haven't already used one what it does is it shows you what one
Dollar or one of the currency that you're going to use
Correlates to your home country's denomination so for example I'm from Canada
So if I wanted to know what the conversion is I would put into the currency converter of one NZD
Equals, and it would tell me how many Canadian dollars, I would have to spend to get one New Zealand dollar
So Visa and MasterCard are widely accepted throughout New Zealand
It's still a good idea to have some cash because some stores don't accept credit cards and the best way to do
This is actually to go to your home bank in your home country and take out a little bit of cash in New Zealand Dollars
Now if your home country isn't anywhere close to New Zealand you're going to have to do this ahead of time
because they're not gonna have it on hand
they'll have to order it for you, so if you're planning on coming to New Zealand
this is one of those boxes to tick a couple months before you're planning on coming
So another kind of interesting and important thing to note about paying in cash in New Zealand is
That the smallest denomination in cash is actually 10 cents, so they don't have a penny
And they don't have five cents so when it comes to paying in cash if with the tax your item comes up to
Ten dollars and 64 cents it actually gets rounded down so anything under that five cents mark in the last
decimal place gets rounded down
61 62 63 and 64 all get rounded down to 60 cents
Whereas if it was 66 cents or 67 cents it gets rounded up and you end up paying $10.70
so that's just something to note and if you're paying with credit card or debit card
It just stays the same it would be ten dollars and 64 cents so just a quirky little thing from New Zealand
But important to know in case you get into that situation
So the answer to the question is the currency in New Zealand is New Zealand Dollars

What was the criteria you had to meet to be accepted for HSCT? - Duration: 2:27.
So you said previously that you were not accepted on Lemtrada, so then what was the
criteria you had to meet to be accepted for HSCT?
For this particular trial I still had to be pretty early on in my disease, under ten years,
I believe.
I had to be able to walk a hundred metres, unaided, which, that was a big
experience, because when I initially went in for this treatment I could walk 500 metres,
no problem.
By the time I actually got transplanted, it was touch and go whether I could do a
hundred metres to qualify.
And I had a relapse and they basically said you're out of the trial.
And my sister, my physical therapist sister, she taught me how to walk again, be able to
just get out the hundred metres.
Again, this was all for clinical trial purposes.
In general HSCT is better for younger relapse remitting aggressive
disease, in general.
So then I guess having some support just before you start treatment might actually make a
difference on fulfilling this sort of eligibility criteria, right?
Oh, absolutely.
I mean my MS at the time when I applied, it was about three years after I'd
been diagnosed, and I was in great physical shape.
I mean I knew I was in great physical shape, my legs just didn't work.
And then other things started to come down.
But at the time when I was going into the treatment,
I couldn't have been in much better shape.
I know it sounds weird if you can't walk, but I
still exercised every day as much as I could and my
heart was in great shape, and chemotherapy can really do a number on your heart.
