so in today's video I'm going to talk about how to clean your dog beds now my dog
beds are hard with a cushion in the middle so the first thing that I do is I
put the dog beds and the blankets into the washing machine if they all go in
together if not I'll do them separately I put
them on 30 degrees and I put some washing liquid in there as well please
check the label before you put your dog bed into the washing machine as it might
have special care instructions the next thing I do is I spray the hard beds with
antibacterial this means that all the bacteria that are on the beds
are going to come off it and make it nice and clean for my dogs once the beds
have finished in the washing machine I then either put them on the radiators if
the tumble dryer is full or I put them straight into the tumble dryer once it
come out the tumble dryer they are a bit fluffy and a bit poofed and not very
even so I give them a good shake before I put them back into the dog bed I try
and do this when the dog beds start to smell I don't do it regularly because
the boys get put out when they don't have their beds to lie on and it becomes
a little bit more difficult to find them somewhere to lie down so I only do this
when the beds really start to smell

How to Install a VPN Service Using an Anonymous Gift Card | Full Sail University - Duration: 5:31.

- So the first thing we're gonna show you
is installing a VPN service
using an anonymous gift card.
So, going to a store, purchasing a gift card
and running though that.
So basically this is just gonna take you through it
and Jack and I will go kind of back and forth
on these slides,
but we're loading incognito window,

It's basically making sure that you're not caching
anything locally on the machine, cookies, et cetera.
So, as you go to these sights,
it's not keeping that information.
We're gonna go to privateinternetaccess.com.
There's tons of VPN tools out there,
this is just one that I know we both like.
- Although one of the reasons we picked it,
there's a website called TorrentFreak,
which lists kind of the top VPN providers,
and one thing we do like about privateinternetaccess,
you've gotta understand where the company's based
and what their country laws are.
The U.S. does not have a retention policy
when it comes to VPN products.
So, we like PIA, they are out of the U.S.
They do not have a retention policy,
so they won't hold any data whatsoever.
So understanding kind of what they're bound to.
Like UK, I used to use hidemyass VPN.
That's out of the UK.
Don't use that one.
Cause GCHQ's a thing and they do have data retention rights
that they have to adhere to.
- So here's an important part to keep in mind.
This is that paying with an anonymous branded gift card.
One of the things you can do is go to a store,
and get a gift card for 50 bucks,
and they have literally hundreds,
we're gonna scroll through them real quick,
of different gift cards that you can take,
turn in, and purchase.
That means your not listed,
your not connected to your credit card.
You're not connected to your home address,
you're not connected to all these pieces,
because you went and took cash,
traded it for another mechanism,
and then used that to purchase your VPN service.
It's making one more level, one more obstacle
for people trying to figure out who you are,
and what you're doing.
So we're gonna make that purchase now and blur this out,

So we'll paste those credentials in,
and like I said, what I like about these videos

This isn't alright I'm gonna go home,
it's gonna take me 20 minutes of reading something,
and then I gotta go get it installed, et cetera.
You go from no VPN, to VPN in about five minutes.
- Zero to hero.
- So here we are.
Notice all these connection types.
We can come from Florida, Texas, Chicago, Montreal, Sydney.
And we can go more, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland,
et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
So these are all ways that you can say alright,
I want this traffic to look like it's originating
from a different point.
And you'll notice here I call out the IP address,
so I'm gonna go connect to London,
and right now I'm on Bright House Networks,
many of us probably have Bright House Networks.
And you'll see the little robot connect,
and once the little robot connects,
we'll refresh the page and
hootcha, hootcha, hootcha, lobster.
- Green robot good, red robot means it's disconnected,
and gray robot means you don't have PIA turned on so...
- And there we go.
So now we're at Choopa, or Choppa,
I can't say that right, LLC,
and the IP address is out of London.
Our data is now encapsulated and protected,
and it looks like we're sitting
maybe on the River Thames, surfing the internet.
And that's it, that's the VPN service.

and still am, and want to invite you to explore the second fundamental of spins- Stability
so let's examine some of the best spinners in the world :

regarding Stability, even though it is very impressive to watch these spins, it doesn't
really help us understand how they keep their axis and balance.
The only thing we can notice is that the dancers with classic backgrounds spin on a raised
leg- while the others don't.
Still knowing this, will not help us make our spins better...
because knowing or watching is not enough, we must apply.
Being willing is not enough, we must do!
So Let's do it.
let's try something together, stand next to a wall or a chair- something
that you can hold on.
find your axis like we did in the last episode of the prep -
put all your weight on one foot. The axis will go from that foot till your head
now - put all your weight on the balls of
your feet. it's not important if the knee is straight

It is a joy to meet you again through this episode.
Last week we saw that grace is a loyal covenant and on the basis of the Scriptures,
I said that we should not misuse this loyal covenant.
I don't know how to tell the title of today's episode – I'll read what is said in the Scriptures –
The title is 'How to trample the Lord Jesus Christ?' ie., how to stamp on Christ the God with my feet?
You may think that this is controversial. The Scripture says so and you would understand this when I read the verse as it is.
This is seen in Hebrews 10: 19-29: Let me read the 10 verses and then you would understand
whether what I am going to tell you is right or wrong –
Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus,
by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh,
and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith,
having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
What wonderful words that tell how we should be! Since God has given us a new way,
we should be with a heart sprinkled from an evil conscience and a body washed with pure water.
Our body should also be cleansed along with our heart. Our heart should be true and in faith.
This passage thus begins by telling that we should be with this assurance.
Next we see, Hebrews 10:23: Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering,
for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another,
and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
How should we be stirred up? First I said that the heart should be clean.
The Bible says King Jesus has given us a new way and since the covenant has been made by His blood,
we need to cleanse the heart, cleanse the body and should be stirred up in love and good works.
We should gather whenever there is assembly. Then we should exhort one another.
For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth,
there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,…
Today I have been saved in Jesus and God has told me how I should live once I have come into Him.
If we sin now willfully, there would no longer be any sacrifice except the King Jesus.
Let me read it again: For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth,
there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins but a certain fearful expectation of judgment,
and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.
Anyone who has rejected Moses' law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot,
counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?'
Just think awhile! These are the verses from Hebrews 10:19-29.
Let me give this as a hint from a verse which is very important.
I don't know who wrote the Book of Hebrews. But it could be said for certain that this is given by the Holy Spirit.
Today when I want to give a sacrifice for my sins, King Jesus became a sacrifice for my sake and has done everything for me.
There is no doubt about this. He carried away the sins of the world – all the past and future sins of everyone.
After this, how does God want us to be? He has borne our sins and He has a demand –
I have carried it away; now you should do one thing. How should we be?
We should be cleansed in the heart and keep on purifying it.
The Lord does not ask us to commit sin and does not say,
you may fall into the lust of the world since you are facing temptation again and again.
Rather He says, Keep cleansing your heart'. Similarly the Lord wants us to keep cleansing our body too.
When we keep doing this do you know what fruit we would give next?
When a man truly keeps cleansing his heart and body, he would be actually stirred up to do good works and give love
– where to go and help? I have plenty of money. I have lot of power. I have lands. I have people. I have talents.
What help should I do to the people? He would be thus stirred up. He would be stirred up when the assembly gathers.
He would want to help the people in the assembly.
That day when the Jews lived under the laws of Moses, if someone committed a sin or wrong
and if there were two or three witnesses testifying against that man,
he would be stoned to death since these witnesses have borne witness against him.
This is what the Bible says. Here the Lord says, Anyone who rejected Moses' law died without mercy
on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot,
counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?.
What does this mean? There was a great punishment in the times of Moses when the laws were misused.
Now God says, I gave you grace. I made a loyal covenant with you.
But you insulted the Spirit of grace and have trampled the Son of God who shed His blood
and gave us the covenant and so just think what would be your state for doing this?
we should understand that the Bible also says that we should not sin.
There is no other sacrifice for your sins except King Jesus.
Once you have come into Jesus, you would get these thoughts only when you go towards holiness.
Only then we would feel like reading about this.
Only when we think, What is holiness? Holiness should be explored. It should be attained and so on,
we would truly want to come out of this world.
Firstly, we would think, let me not spend much time in whatsapp.
We may be spending nearly five hours in Facebook.
We would start feeling that it is not good to spend the time in such unnecessary way
and we would come out of it. We may be chatting with friends and roaming around with them unnecessarily.
Then we would think of stopping this. Next we would have been interacting with certain communities, friends and so on.
We would stop that gradually. At home we would be watching TV the worst thing of all – worse than cell phone.
We would cut off the TV. A man, who thus tries to come out of the world by cutting off such things one by one,
is the one who tries to explore holiness. He wants to be holy. I should not see this. Anyway it is a vain thing.
Whatever it is, cell phone, youtube, pornography, cinema, romantic flicks – it feeds the eyes with lust.
I want to proceed in holiness. In that case why should I need this?
– He would thus desire to head towards holiness. He alone would get the reward. Why?
Because he desires to attain holiness. Is there any other book, except the Bible,
- the Quran or Bhagavad-Gita- that talks about holiness? There are so many gods, statues, idols, and religions in the world.
Does any god or book say that you should live holy?
The so called god enters into two marriages and the god of Islam gives sex when one enters heaven.
What else does he give? Just think. When you examine the religions around you, you would automatically know this.
Yahweh, the God of Israel is the only God who speaks about holiness. Praise the Lord.
How are we worthy to even pronounce His name? It is grace.
He has made a covenant with me. That's why I am able to tell, His name is Yahweh. The God of Israel is a Holy God.
So He would expect only holiness from us. What does the Lord tell the one who does not travel in this way?
You repeatedly commit sin and fall. It means that you are trampling King Jesus under your feet.
You are insulting the Spirit of grace. We should think of this seriously.
This is not said by me and I have not taken it from anywhere. It is the Bible that says this.
Open your Bible and see it. You can see it in Hebrews 10:19-29 from your mobile.
Verse 29 says this. Let me read it one more time: Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose,
will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot,
counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing,
and insulted the Spirit of grace? Think over this. There is no other way.
Christian path is not an easy one. It is not easy to live as a Christian.
It is as difficult as the camel going through the eye of the needle.
Today, we have not even thought about going in the holy way. We have not even begun it.
Having taken the first step in Christianity we think that we have taken the last step in it.
First, come into holiness. Think what should be done to walk in holiness.
Sit as a family – sit as husband and wife. Youngsters, think about it - why do I fall into sin? How to overcome it?
Think. I tell you again: Sin can be overcome. God will help.
He never says, Do sin. But the fact is that you may not sin at all;
yet you are still a sinner because we are sinners right from the womb of our mother.
You cannot go to heaven with your righteousness.
I remember the things that God has done for me – He made me righteous and I am confirming it in this world and nothing else.
Could it be holiness if we watch TV for four hours or so, listen to a good prosperity gospel on Sundays
and talk only positive things for a week saying, I am His son, His nation, His holy generation?
Could this be edifying? Just think deeply.
A holy God is watching you – what does he do? Why is he doing it? and so on.
Days are short. So let us live holy in these short days.
The Bible clearly says, Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth.
Has the Lord ever said in any place, You can live holy only when you become old. So you may remember Me that day?
The Bible clearly tells on how a young man could keep himself clean? By the Word of God.
Every day when he reads the Word, it would speak to him;
he would live a separated life from the world; he would not watch cinema or TV;
would not tell lies; would not gossip; would not be proud
but be humble doing his things without centering on the 'I' saying,
I want to do ministry, I should conduct this; I should do the business.
He would lead a morally good life saying that he should be holy in this world given by the Lord.
God would be watching him. He would give him the due reward at the right time and keep lifting him up.
Don't we have the desire to be so? Suppose, you love someone dearly – your lover or husband
or wife or mother or father or anyone whom you like - , how would you want to please them?
Or may be someone likes you. Your child or wife or husband may love you dearly.
What should they do to please you? They should listen to your words.
Today, if I want to please God, first of all I should listen to His Words.
Such a life alone is a true life. In no other place of the Bible has it been ever said, You may commit sin.
Not in one place! The Lord just says, Go towards holiness. Today we do not enter into it.
In that case our walk would not be straight.
The day when I do not walk in the platform called holiness in my Christian or spiritual life,
it means that I am wandering somewhere and I would keep falling down. Nothing can be done.
Live holy. Do you know what it means when you sin and do not live holy?
Hebrews 10:29. Keep this episode 24 in your mind. How much worse is it to trample the Lord Jesus under the feet?
I am trampling the Son of God, by doing sin, by insulting Him, by keeping the heart and body unclean,
by not getting stirred up for love and good works, by ignoring Him, and by insulting the Spirit of grace.
When telling about this, we may not feel the impact much.
Finally it is said, Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy…
When I say this you may even think, O.K what if I trample on the Son of God. He will forgive me…..
In the Bible we can clearly see how we should live. Let us see a few verses in the Bible and close this.
Trampling the Son of God under the feet is wrong and he, who sins, tramples on Him. This is the truth.
Hebrews 12:11 says, Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful;
nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
Likewise Psalm 86:5 says, For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You.
Yet another verse in Hebrews 12:4 says, You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin.
Hebrews 12:14 says, Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord.
If someone comes and tells you that he has seen Jesus but his life is not proper,
you can conclude that he, who says so without a holy life is telling a lie.
His grace is our worth and nothing else. Today it is not my talent or my holiness. It is His grace.
Yet only when I abide in holiness, I do not misuse this grace. Here is a true incident that happened in Africa.
Once, a pastor was going to do his ministry and there was a heavy rain.

Or else they would have killed you. Only then he thanked God profusely.
Today we ask something from God. But God would make us understand certain things – how His love is.
That is His vast and extensive love. There is a vast difference between His plan and ours.
Let us live without trampling God under our feet.
Let us not insult the Spirit of grace.
Only he, who lives such a life, can be well.
Those who do not live this life should think about what would happen as said in Hebrews 10:29.
Let us pray: Thank You loving God. Loving heavenly Father, thank You for this time.
Loving Lord, we saw how it would be if we trample the Son of God under our feet.
We should not do this Father. Please forgive us if we do this.
On many occasions because of weakness we commit sins and cause hurts and use wicked words.
Change all these habits O Father. We commit ourselves to be good sons/daughters who bear fruits in God
and good friends in the Christian circle by yielding to one another and live happily with the faith
God will take care of all our problems. Bless the people who heard this message O King.
Let none of them, including me, ever trample the Son of God. If we do so, it is woe to us Lord.
Help us to live a good life, without trampling the Son of God.

So a flip turn is when whenever you're swimming
freestyle to freestyle, when you go into the wall
you do a front flip, basically, and bring your knees
up to your chest, then you push off on your back and then
turn over to your stomach while you're pushing away.
My favorite thing about swimming
is probably my swim team that I'm on.
That's probably the favorite thing about swimming
because they're so, they have so much team spirit
and they're so kind and so nice, I just,
that's the best part about being on swimming.
Swimming has taught me how to be a leader,
and it's showed me how to grow, and how to be kind,
and how to deal with different problems as I progress.
And how to train, how to work hard, put effort
into things, and yeah, it's taught me a lot of things.

But, your mind is also melting.
Here's how:
Look around the image.
Each circular snake like shape seems to be rotating, right?
But, this is a still image—not a gif, not a movie…
It's actually your brain that's creating the motion.
Let's try an experiment.
Stare down one circle.
Go ahead, really focus on it…
Keep staring...keep staring.
Notice how everything stops.
Now while still looking at the image,
move your gaze ever so slightly
from the point of focus.
The snakes.
Are.
moving.
But...why?
The image here was made by Akiyoshi Kitaoka, a psychologist at Ritsumeikan University
in Kyoto, Japan.
Neuroscientists think the shapes within the image mess with the way our brain adapts
to disparities in color contrast.
The black and whites have a stark difference, which causes a specific set of neurons
in your brain to fire all at once.
The paler blues and yellows trigger a slower, longer-lasting response.
This difference in timing sets off motion-detecting neurons in the visual cortex,
making the image appear animated even though it is perfectly still.
And humans aren't the only species that can see this.
In 2014, the journal Psychology published a paper called "Cats and Illusory Motion."
It presents evidence that non-human animals can also see optical illusions,
or at least this one.
Wait a second, why do the snakes stop when you stare directly at them?
The center of your eye contains the densest group of cones, a type of photoreceptor.
This cluster allows us to see fine details easily, which prevents our motion detecting neurons
from jumping into action when they shouldn't.
But once you start to look away, the image becomes slightly muddier, and your brain
is deceived into "seeing" the snakes move.

do you have zero clue on how to make lighting equipment well I don't neither
but in this a tutorial I'm gonna show you guys how to do it so whether you're
deciding to become a youtuber whether you're deciding to make videos for
whatever reason lighting equipment is actually very important I'm actually
using it right now but either way you're gonna need it for whatever videos you're
trying to make I actually just got back from Nepal and be showing you guys
exactly what I bought and how to make your equipment and I think it's it took
me literally like five minutes to make this equipment each lighting equipment
cost me around I think twenty something per lighting box and it's actually
pretty good because they're each 120 watts means they have a lot of power and
make sure you get them each in 5k Kelvin 5000 Kelvin so you have yellow light you
have white light so this I think this is the widest it gets I don't know if
there's more than five thousand but this is actually pretty good this is like
daylight right here so if you look at the receipt
so I spent fifty five bucks on four lights each 120 watts and five thousand
Kelvin these are the lights so as you can see it says daylight it's a 2-pack
it's a hundred 2000 watts they're also equal smart enough that I
care how much they spend because I'm not like filming for 24 hours and then if
you look in the back right here it says 5000 Kelvin you want to make sure that
both if you get more than one box if you're gonna get more than two of these
so typically you want to do three-point lighting with three prong on you
obviously need one more box make sure that the other box that you buy is also
5000 Kelvin because the other one I bought I had to go back and return it
because they look exactly the same but it was actually
Kelvin's so make sure you get them both at the same light appearance and try to
get them as high power rated as possible something more watts the better they
have more than also eat more power so I thought these like tents right
yeah the on/off switch and you have the clap which are awesome
they're so strongly clamp onto anywhere you can twist it here so I can turn I
can turn down go up and down and these worksheets and all that bad either
I spent 36 bucks and I bought four of them so if you add the 36 plus the 50
something it comes up to like 90 bucks 90 bucks divided by for each one costs
around what is that twenty two point five so 22
bucks and fifty cents that's not bad I'm gonna they make these bulbs more than
120 watts but this cable I do electrical engineering so I'm a nerd geek for all
this stuff these cables are rated for only what is it a hundred the rated for
a 150 watts so make sure yes is right there 150 watts make sure that the light
bulbs that you buy are not rated for more than 150 watts
even though under 20 s drawing light because that's like the max max let me
look at you once so what happens is that if this is too consuming too much power
the cord will actually since there's so much electricity passing through it okay
hot and they can actually burn through and you don't want that to happen
obviously so make sure they're not rated for more than whatever your cables are
you before just a precaution of safety never be too
safe and now I'm gonna be showing you guys how to make these
here's the magic you ready to there's no one there all you do is screw it on my
screen tactics I did not mean that in a bad way BAM just like that yeah so this
stuff will actually blind you right now I actually have I'll show you that I

point lighting how to set that up but I mean for a TV what is it it's gonna cost
you three lights you're gonna cost you 80 bucks total
it's certainly worth it you know you want to make sure you have this down
just to make sure you have quality videos and that people stay around they
watch these videos

and we're gonna put it there in the center try to Center it out you're just
gonna draw a draw a line inside I already drew it
then from here this is for the base of this by the way of course so this is
gonna go here it's just to make sure that this attaches off
so with this one now I'm gonna cut from the edge each corner the edge here so
that this came out fold and latch on to that
