Omnicopter - This ETH Zurich Drone can catch a Ball. - Duration: 1:17.
The aircrafts can not fly in all directions.
They have preferential directions of orientation and travel where their particular arrangement
of motors and control surfaces makes them most effective.
Now, ETH Zurich researchers have developed a little flying device named as omnicopter
which can travel in any direction, it can even catch a ball.
The researchers have developed a computationally efficient trajectory generator for six degrees-of-freedom
multirotor vehicles, i.e. vehicles that can independently control their position and attitude.
The trajectory generator is capable of generating approximately 500,000 trajectories per second
that guide the multirotor vehicle from any initial state, i.e. position, velocity and
attitude, to any desired final state in a given time.
The Researchers show an example application that requires the evaluation of a large number
of trajectories in real time.

How Aging can Cause Upper Eyelids to Droop (Acquired Ptosis) and its Surgical Correction - Duration: 5:59.
Thank you for your question.
You submitted a question with a single photo and you state in your question that your left
upper eyelid hasn't always drooped and it's drooped in the recent past few months and
you're asking what could be causing this.
Well, certainly I can share with you how I evaluate a patient who has the onset of a
drooping eyelid.
Of course, this is in the absence of a proper full examination but I can give you basically
an idea of how I do my evaluation.
A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial
plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years and dealing with
drooping eyelids is part of the practice that we deal with every day.
The technical term is called ptosis.
So to begin with, I will just share with you that it looks like the left upper eyelid is
drooping to the point where it's blocking significantly the pupil or the center of the
eye.
But I also noticed that the right upper lid is also relatively low.
Now given what is statistically most likely, based on this appearance, essentially we look
at ptosis as caused by a muscle problem or a nerve problem.
And when we do an evaluation, part of a ptosis evaluation, we look at various things such
as the muscle function and we look at the eye movement and we look at the pupils, the
center of the eyelid, the black part of the eye.
And most commonly, ptosis such as yours is referred to as involutional ptosis or age-related
ptosis.
Basically what happens is the muscle that lifts the eyelids called the levator muscle
like the world elevator, and this muscle, as one gets older, has a tendency to get very
thin and may also detach or separate often referred to levator dehiscence.
Well the general approach to this is to do a surgical procedure which means to reattach
the muscle and the muscle tendon to the eyelid in a way to get the eyelid to open again.
Now this is a procedure that is deceptively complex.
And the reason is that this muscle is very tricky to work with.
The goal is to achieve the right height, the shape, the symmetry and get the most aesthetic
result.
In our practice, we routinely do these surgeries in our office operating facilities and we'll
actually have the patient sit-up during the surgery to measure and make sure the eyes
are even and they look good.
And that is what is most likely the cause based on my experience.
Now when I do see a patient who I wonder if there are other variables and I want a possible
neurologic perspective, I would refer to the patient to a neurologic ophthalmologist and
this is an ophthalmologist who, not only did residency in eye surgery but also did Fellowship
training in neurology as it relates to the eyes.
So a neuro-ophthalmologist may be consulted in my practice to at least make sure there
are no other causes for the ptosis.
So you really have to differentiate the muscle cause to the neurologic cause.
So I think it's important for you to meet with qualified, experienced doctors.
You can start with an oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon or a neuro-ophthalmologist
and get an understanding of what the situation is.
A lot of times ophthalmologists tend to not deal with these particular problems that often
and will end up referring you anyway.
So that's why I'm making that suggestion about seeing an oculoplastic surgeon or an
ophthalmologist.
At least you can get an understanding of what the cause is so you can take the appropriate
steps.
If the cause is the muscle, then surgery is usually the best option.
If it's more of a neurologic issue then you need a proper workup to figure out what
the underlying cause is so that it can be addressed appropriately.
So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

Can / Could / Be Able To - Anglais Lé Doss - Duration: 3:34.
Hi everyone, welcome back to another episode of "Anglais Lé Doss" with Anglais.re.
I'm Jazz, your personal English teacher straight from down under!
And today, we're looking at "Can", "Could" and "Be Able To".
Are you ready?
So, let's get started.
Let's start with "Can".
"Can" is used to say that something is allowed or possible.
It's also used to talk about someone's ability to do something.
Let's look at a few examples: "We can see the street from our restaurant window."
"You can have really good tapas here."
It's great!
"Can you play the guitar?"
Another example: "Some people can run for hours without stopping!"
The negative version of "Can" is "Can't" or "Cannot".
For example: "You cannot be serious!"
Or another one: "We can't come tomorrow, sorry."
Now we're going to move on to look at "To Be Able To".
"To Be Able To" can be used to replace "Can", but "Can" sounds more natural in a way.
So you can say "Can you play the guitar?" or "Are you able to play the guitar?"
You can also say "You can park here, it's free."
Or "You are able to park here, it's free."
"Can" has two forms: "Can" and "Could" So you can only use it in the present simple
or the past simple.
In other circumstances you have to use "To Be Able To".
Let's look at a few examples so that it's clear: "I can't work", "I haven't been able
to work recently."
Another example: "I can come to the picnic."
"I might be able to come to the picnic."
I hope that's clear for you.
We are going to have a look at "Could" which is our last one.
"Could" is used to say that someone had an ability in the past or had the permission
to do something.
For example: "My grandfather could speak seven languages."
Wow!
Or let's look at another example: "I could stay out until 11pm when I was 16."
Pretty cool, huh?
Now we're going to look at "Could" and "Was Able To".
So "Could" is used to express a general ability.
When you want to say that something specific happened in a specific situation use "Can"
or "Was Able To".
For example, you can say: "Smoke filled the flat, luckily everyone was able to escape."
But you can also say: "Smoke filled the flat, luckily everyone managed to escape."
But, since we're talking about a specific situation, you cannot say: "Smoke filled the
flat, luckily everyone could escape."
"Couldn't" or "Could Not" is possible in all situations, for example: "He couldn't cook
before he came to Reunion."
Or another example: "I tried really hard but I couldn't get the rougail saucisse to taste
good!"
So that brings us to the end of another episode of Anglais Lé Doss and best of luck with
all the quizzes just below, of you have any questions or any problems with this subject,

Thanks for watching, and see you next week on Anglais.re.

How Injectable Fillers Can Help with Facial Aging When Someone is Too Young for a Facelift - Duration: 8:17.
Thank you for your question.
You're 46-years-old and you submitted two photos and you're stating in your question
that you had fillers done in the tear troughs, the cheeks, the jowls.
You had gotten Botox® and overall, you've been satisfied with the results but you were
somewhat less than satisfied when you had the fillers placed in the jowls.
You felt that it made your face look fat and you want to know whether or not you're ready
for a facelift and that apparently, you do a very good job with makeup to camouflage
and you don't want to do as much.
Well I can certainly share with you this type of discussion I have with my patients pretty
much every day in my practice.
A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial
plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years and certainly, we
have evolved quite a bit over this time in the numerous options which can be somewhat
overwhelming but I'll give you an understanding of the step by step approach that I take when
addressing this type of question.
So to begin with, it's great that the fillers have addressed one significant part of facial
aging.
And to just recap or review what facial aging is about is that essentially, there are two
things: there's volume loss.
Volume loss is not just skin turning into wrinkles which is what everyone focuses on
but it's actually bone loss, muscle and fat loss overall.
So you lose projection in the cheeks, the chin, you get less definition of the jawline.
Then there's of course sagging.
The soft tissue descends and that's where various types of lifting procedures actually
have a role.
So when a patient asks about this type of scenario whether it's volume in the cheeks
or whether it's for the jawline, whether it's the concern about appearance, basically
I sit with them with a mirror or I show them and hold up a mirror and I'll lift the skin
and I'll see how much laxity is there.
That basically answers the question about the role of a facelift in this type of situation
like yourself.
Essentially, what I've concluded over the many years of doing this, is that there was
a time where someone with any laxity would probably have gotten some benefit from a face
lifting procedure and it might apply in your case.
Again, this is without the benefit of a physical exam.
But I think that you may be in that in-between stage where you might not be quite ready for
a facelift just based on your age alone.
And a lot of times, people look at their jawline and they see jowls, although that may be a
significant part where there's a descent, a jowl being defined as skin and fat descending
and disrupting the continuity of the jawline, but also, there is the loss of bone and an
indentation of the bone called the mandibular notch.
And so that area further accentuates the appearance of a jowl.
So in our practice, we do a procedure called structural volumizing where we're actually
addressing, as I mentioned earlier, the bone loss level of facial aging by placing a long
lasting filler such as Juvederm Ultra Plus or Juvederm Voluma at that level between the
bone and the muscle.
And by doing it in a strategic way in various areas such as the chin, the jawline and the
jaw angle, we're able to restore that continuity without doing face lifting surgery.
Now sometimes it makes sense to doing a hybrid approach where you do some lifting and do
structural volumizing.
That's the customization.
But I think there may be an opportunity and although you were pleased with the previous
results with fillers, you might find that the results with structural volumizing where
we place volume at the cheek level, on the bone and create the volume expansion or restoration
of volume loss at the cheek, jawline, chin, jaw angle, you're able to actually restore
a lot of this volume and get the equivalent of like a facelift look without doing a facelift.
Now of course I'm a surgeon and I like doing surgery.
But my main job is of course to help my patients solve their issues in the most productive
way and most effective way and minimize the amount of risk.
So I found that structural volumizing actually has been very helpful for your particular
age group.
For people in their mid-40s, a lot of times, we would've done facelifts years ago.
We're now restoring volume and getting really very good results.
Again, the range of face lifting procedures as well as the range of age still is flexible.
My youngest patient was in her late 30s for a face lifting surgery and my oldest patient
is 87.
So there is certainly a range there but it depends a lot on the genetics of aging and
the environmental and other issues but it comes down to answering the question: how
much of this facial aging appearance is due to volume loss, how much is due to sagging
and descent.
So I suggest that you meet with doctors who perform this type of procedure.
You may want to question that doctor who did the injectable fillers for you and explore
this option before you go in straight into having lifting surgery.
If the doctor who did your injectables also performs facelifts, this is a perfectly good
question to ask, "Am I ready for a facelift?"
And a lot of my patients who are more than willing to have the facelift, I tell them,
"Not quite yet."
It's a matter of getting the best result and doing the best thing at the best time.
So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

How to check if Applications Manager can connect to your Oracle database - Duration: 1:27.
Welcome to ManageEngine Applications
Manager video tutorial series. In this
video, we will show you how to check if your
Applications Manager can connect to
Oracle database server using the Oracle
debug script. Upon successful execution of
this program, we will know if
Applications Manager can connect to the
remote Oracle database. So now, in order
to proceed and execute the script, we
need to go to the directory where
Applications Manager is installed. You
then have to navigate to bin and then to
troubleshooting folder. In this folder we
have a script called Oracledebug script.
When you just execute the script you
will get the usage. Now as per the usage
you need to enter the details starting
with hostname, port number, username,
password, and instance name. So as you can
see in the screen, I have entered the
details and there is a space between
each information that has been provided.
Upon hitting the 'enter' key, Applications
Manager will try to connect to the
remote database server. If the connection
is successful, you will get a message
saying that the query has been
successfully executed. This shows that
Applications Manager can connect to the
Oracle database. Thank you for watching
this video. Have a nice day!

MSIA | John-Roger on How Laughter Can Heal You - Duration: 1:47.
Just recently I was undergoing some very
serious illnesses that were supposedly
gonna take me off the planet even though
I was already off I think it was trying
to put my body in the ground and when I
got up and was able to move around the
most amazing thing started happening
the people I'd be working with they'd do
anything I just bust out into hilarious
gales of laughter and it would just
discombobulated me, I would say that I
couldn't say stop I just go like this
and tears and laughing and I'd fall and
of course the weaker I got the stronger
they came at me. And the stronger they
came the more I laughed. Now I don't know
if you know that but when you're
laughing real hard if anybody hits you
they can't hurt you. Well next time
somebody goes to hit you just get into
that place where you're laughing
not only that I got laughing so hard I
got them laughing and rendered them
vulnerable also but that laughter had
such a depth of love and a sense of
deepness inside of me that started
removing the constrictions that were
placed in my body. Started just ripping
things loose. At the same time it was
also healing the underlying illness. It
was remarkable: love reduced me to
laughter to tears and then picked me
up again.

You don't have any memories yet.
Do you dream about me, and all that time being part of me?
Inside of me...
Do you dream about being born?
That didn't hurt you, did it?
I didn't think it hurt me, either.
But the doctor says that...

7 REAL LIFE Gates to HELL You Can Travel to - Duration: 7:47.
Though its name may differ from one set of teachings to another, almost every religion
that we know of believe that there is a special and horrific place for the souls of those
who have been banished for purposes of either penance or perpetual punishment.
From the toxic tunnels in Turkey, to the tricky Mayan City of Xibalba, and all the way to
the Greco-Roman temples dedicated to Hades, cultures around the world have stories of
fire and brimstone that speak of doorways, caves and rivers on Earth leading to hell
or the underworld.
These purported entrances to the netherworld are scattered across the globe, and while
many of them have already fallen to ruin, they are all still sites of mystery and danger
that continue to grab the attention of even the best of us.
And so in this video, we're gonna talk about 7 actual places on earth people believed were
entrances to hell.
Cape Matapan was one of the several entrances that the Ancient Greeks
once ascribed to Hades, the Kingdom of the Shades.
When Orpheus headed down to Hades in order to rescue Eurydice, it was believed that he
had done so through a cave on Cape Matapan.
Hercules, too, allegedly used these caverns when he ventured into the underworld as well.
The Cape Matapan Caves are located on the southernmost tip of the Greek mainland.
Also known as Cape Tainaron, or Tenaro, it is situated on the end of the peninsula currently
known as the Mani.
In modern times, the caves at Cape Matapan can still be entered by visitors.
However, they must ride a boat if they want to pass through this particular hellgate.
This active volcano located in the southern mountains of Iceland has developed its reputation
as a gateway to hell sometime in the 12th century, after its historic 1104 eruption.
The monk Benedict's 1120 poem about the voyages of Saint Brendan referred to Hekla
as the "eternal prison of Judas."
In 1341, the medieval Icelandic manuscript "Flatey Book Annal" described large birds
that were seen flying inside the volcano's fiery crater, and these creatures
were believed to be the swarming souls of the damned.
There have been more than 20 serious volcanic eruptions of Hekla recorded since 874 AD.
Since its activity has remained somewhat peaceful in recent years, most superstitions surrounding
Hekla disappeared by the 19th century.
However, even in recent times, Hekla has kept its diabolic status, as local folklore claims
it to be a place where witches meet with the devil.
At present, this pit in the Roman Forum doesn't look like much, but according to a legend
told by the Roman historian Livy, Lacus Curtius was once a wide chasm that appeared in the
middle of Rome, and nothing could fill it.
According to Livy's story, an oracle once prophesized that the chasm would not close
and that the Roman Republic would fall unless the city sacrificed that which had made it strong.
To a man named Marcus Curtius, the strength of Rome lied in its weapons and the bravery
of its citizens.
And so, fully armored and armed, Marcus Curtius rode his horse, entered the chasm, and supposedly
went straight into the underworld.
Because of his bravery, the chasm closed and the city was saved.
This place is once believed to be the entrance to the Mayan underworld
known as Xibalba.
The name Actun Tunichil Mukna translates to "Cave of the Crystal Sepulchre," and extensive
research has linked the site to ancient Mayan legends that speak of rivers of blood and
scorpions and a vast subterranean labyrinth ruled over by the demonic death gods of Xibalba.
The caves of Actun Tunichil Muknal have become a popular destination for explorers since
it was rediscovered back in 1989.
One of the more notable discoveries in the caves is the skeleton of an 18-year-old-girl
who is believed to have been ritualistically sacrificed and murdered for the Death Gods
of Xibalba.
More than a thousand years since her death, her bones calcified, creating a shimmering
crystal effect which earned her skeleton the nickname the "Crystal Maiden."
For thousands of years, the Ancient Greek site known as "Ploutonion" or "Pluto's Gate"
was dismissed as nothing more than a work of fiction.
That is until the site was rediscovered in 1965 in the ancient city of Hierapolis, which
is near modern-day Pamukkale in Turkey.
Long believed to have been a gateway to hell, an archaeological dig revealed the remains
of an ancient temple, believed to be the sacred Temple of Pluto, which is situated on its
thermal spring.
One of the distinctive features of Pluto's Gate are the toxic fumes which travels from
the tunnels beneath.
In ancient times, these fumes were often inhaled by the priests of Pluto, which inevitably
sent them into hallucinogenic trance states.
Even now, the poisonous vapors of the area take the lives of birds that fly too close
to the ruins.
The 2,000-year-old City of Ghosts is located in the Chonqing municipality of China, and
it has long been believed to be a pitstop of the dead on their way to the afterlife.
Founded during the Han Dynasty, which ruled China between 206 BC and 220 AD, the City
of Ghosts bases its heritage on the story of two renegade officials who escaped the
wrath of the emperor.
Their names, Yin and Wang, were later used to create the title for one of the rulers of
hell – "Yin Wang."
Fengdu is famous for its traditional architecture and elaborate craftsmanship.
Its streets and squares are filled with statues of ghosts and demons, but it's most striking
landmark is arguably "The Ghost King" – a giant, carved face looking down on the
city from a rock face.
Measuring about 452 feet tall and 712 feet across, it is considered as the largest rock
sculpture in the world.
Unlike some of the entrances we have mentioned on this list, the Chinoike Jigoku is easily
accessible by bus, and is designated as a "Place of Scenic Beauty."
Japan's Beppu City is the home to a series of nine hot springs, and each one flows in
a different color and composition.
At the heart of these health spa pools lies the dark legend involving the pool known as
Chinoike Jigoku or the "Bloody Hell Pond."
This particular pond gets its name from its rich hellish red color which comes from the
natural iron oxide deposits located on the pond bed.
The Bloody Hell Pond is presided over by a collection of sculpted demons, some of which
were carved into the rocks themselves.
The Chinoike Jigoku has been likened by Buddhists to the bubbling pits of hell, and in olden
times, the Bloody Pond – which is very hot at around 78 degrees Celsius – had been
used to torture prisoners before they were boiled alive.

This is How You Can Know Which Type Of Energy Healing Is For You - Duration: 10:19.
This is How You Can Know Which Type Of Energy Healing Is For You
BY GOSTICA
How To Know Which Type Of Energy Healing Is For You
All around the world you find various kinds of energy healing practitioners practicing
a smorgasbord of disciplines.
So what are the different kinds of energy healing & which one is right for you?
Unlike modern medicine, energy healing aims to release the symptoms by curing the cause
of the ailment whether that cause is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.
Whats more, energy healing work can be applied to any area of your life, from health
to finances to relationships to emotions; you name it and the issue or challenge can
be cleared permanently from your life.
The choice of modality is really about you and what you are comfortable with.
Good practitioners will be able to help you regardless of the modality they practice theyre
just more likely to be an expert navigator in their chosen field of application.
At the end of the day though, almost all roads lead to Rome, and you should be able to use
most of the available modalities out there to achieve inner peace and joy in pretty much
any area of your life.
For the rare instances that you arent able to find relief, the list below may give you
a better idea of the type of healing help you want to seek out.
Clearings & entity removals
Shamans and medicine men are great all-round healers because they will be able to help
you work on a variety of aspects and achieve noticeable relief, usually pretty quickly.
Whether you have a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual ailment, the majority of processes
run by a shaman will be able to help you.
Most Shamanic work is based on the concept of helping you to reintegrate small aspects
of your soul that have been hidden and protected during the shocking and traumatic experiences
youve been through, as well as working directly on your physical energetic
body.
Most often the realm of the shaman or medicine man, clearings and entity removals can also
be performed by advanced healers.
If youve been working on an aspect for a while and havent been able to achieve
a breakthrough, then there may be a negative energy or entity attached somehow that has
been interfering.
You can think of entities like mini-demons that may be attached to you, to someone else,
or to the energy of an area you are working on in your life.
Symptoms that could indicate an entity attack include:
Sudden loss of energy, illness or pain Repeatedly being drawn back into the same
cycles Unexplained illness
Failure of healing work Chronic and persistent suicide and depression
Persistent feelings of low self worth and negative self talk
Very localized pain that sometimes moves location Ways that we pick up entities include pubs,
clubs, bars and restaurants, as there are a lot of negative energies hanging around
those places, and the alcohol lowers your psychic defenses.
Women are also advised not to wear their hair down in public, as this helps attract negative
energies that cling to the hair.
Body support, illness & chronic illness
For acute and chronic illness, and general body support and maintenance, you can look
at modalities like BodyTalk to support your system and help it heal naturally while getting
the energies moving and flowing.
Acupressure, acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and Reiki will also most likely help you find
relief, while Resonance Repatterning can be used to change belief systems, generational
patterns, active memories and other past influences that may be impacting you the emotional
and mental causes behind your illness.
Changing your emotional state
For acute emotional states like shock and trauma, as well as long-term negative emotional
states like depression, you can apply most, if not all of the types of healing modalities.
Modalities like BodyTalk, acupressure and Reiki will help you deal effectively with
immediate shock and acute emotional states.
A shaman should also be able to assist you with this.
The management of longer-term emotional issues like depression will benefit from life coaching,
shamanic work, Resonance Repatterning to change your belief systems and energetic resonance
with past influences, and long-term ongoing BodyTalk sessions to realign your energetic
system and help you create a new reality.
BodyTalk sessions can also be used quite effectively by introducing statements and challenges at
the beginning of the session, as you would do in Resonance Repatterning.
Changing belief systems & creating change in your life
When you get down to the nuts and bolts of it, all energy healing is about changing the
belief systems you have inside you so that the universe responds differently to you and
you experience a different reality that is attracted to you.
All forms of energy healing will process through your physical body in the final stages, and
the final mechanisms will always be twofold inside you:
firstly you will have a mental/emotional realization (a thought or feeling), and
secondly the shift will release through your physical body and be expelled, either
through your excretory system (urine and feces), gas (bubbling in your tummy, burping and passing
gas), or tears and sweat.
If youve ever had an a-ha moment of insight, youve experienced the mental and emotional
shift.
An a-ha moment is an instant where you have a different thought about something and it
makes you realize that you have been seeing something wrongly, and you change your mind
about it usually immediately and in that instant.
Its also often accompanied by a thought of, How could I ever have been that stupid?!
In many cases, the a-ha moment of insight (mental and emotional realization) is the
element you are actually looking for in a shift, because its the element that creates
conscious change inside you as a person.
Many healing modalities aim to bring you to these moments of realization by shifting through
emotional, physical, spiritual and subconscious blocks that you have, allowing the information
to come to the surface.
There are however a few exceptions.
Some healing modalities allow you to tackle beliefs and belief systems head on, triggering
the energetic release of alignment by bringing the awareness to your consciousness.
These modalities include:
Resonance Repatterning which identifies errant beliefs by using kinesiology, and then programs
these out of your system and while programming in a new reality.
The Mirrors of Relationship is a powerful coaching and personal growth mechanism that
offers a framework for analyzing your challenge and enables you to reach a-ha moments of insight.
Life coaching offers you a guided support framework in which to effect change in all
areas of your life, utilizing a number of different methodologies, tools and practices,
depending on the areas of expertise of the coach.
Coaching applications range from NeuroLinguistic Programming to Hypnotherapy, energy healing,
tapping and more.
Guidance & support on your journey
In Kabbalistic practice you are taught to seek out and align yourself to a teacher,
because you need a mentor to help you walk a spiritual journey.
The role of the mentor is multipronged, as the mentor provides support, advice and guidance
to make sure you dont make silly mistakes, get stuck unnecessarily or land up misinterpreting
something because you dont have a frame of reference for it.
Working with a guru, mentor, coach, spiritual teacher or shaman can significantly help you
reduce the time you spend on your spiritual journey, as you draw on their wisdom and experience
to help you surge.
From neutrality of emotion (feeling empty), to deep depression and an awareness that nothing
on earth will ever make you happy, there are a number of lessons on the spiritual and personal
growth paths that can trip you up badly if you interpret them in the wrong way.
Ultimately you always have a choice about whether you perceive lessons and tests in
a positive or negative light.
A simple shift in perspective from a seasoned journeyer can change the way you perceive
almost anything, and prevent you a lot of unnecessary pain and anguish.
A good spiritual coach or mentor will help you find these angles that allow you see,
and experience, positively-framed growth that energizes, rather than drains you.
