A NATURAL ANALGESIC THAT WORKS LIKE MORPHINE CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR BACKYARD! - Duration: 1:48.
OUR WEBSITE : http://justhealthrelated.com/ Throughout history, medicinal herbs were the
only thing available when someone was injured or sick.
The emergence of modern medicine made humanity forget about how powerful nature is.
For example, wild lettuce (Lactusa virosa) is a plant that grows in England and North
America and has been used as a natural painkiller that works just as good as painkillers.
WHAT IS WILD LETTUCE?
Wild lettuce is a biennial plant that can be found throughout England.
It grows very tall (up to 7 feet), and has a pretty yellow flower and mature leaves.
The plant has been used as a sedative and analgesic in the past, and possesses numerous
health benefits.
Here are some of them:
A NATURAL SEDATIVE
Wild lettuce is often used to fight insomnia and to relax anxiety or spasms.
The herb can calm down the nervous system and relax your muscles, while also fighting
stress-induced indigestion, coughs and respiratory problems, restlessness and insomnia.
TREATS CRAMPS AND SPASMS
Adding wild lettuce in your daily diet by eating it raw or drinking it as a tea can
easily treat spasms or cramps.
REDUCES PAIN
Wild lettuce has shown that it can reduce muscle aches, menstrual cramps and other types
of pain.
Thanks to these benefits, it is commonly known as the opium lettuce since it has a similar
effect like opiates without the addiction.
HOW TO CONSUME WILD LETTUCE
In order to benefit from the plant properly, it must be harvested in July or August when.
Dried versions and supplements are also available, but we suggest consuming the plant in the
form of tea from fresh leaves.

Komang, why did you hired him ?
Because he has faith that you will fail against that criminals
You said you are organized assassin
But why you betrayed us ?
Yes because in that time, i was hired by someone else and he offered me more money
Same as Kevin, he was hired by your enemy
Why only you who got out from the building ?
It's because only me who just got out
Who planned all of this ?
Only Jester who planned this
Then why you hacked our server ? and why you do this ?
As I said, I'm organized assassin, I got hired by Jester
But now I killed Jester because Komang hired me
Alright, my contract with Komang is ended. Now I got new contract
Contract from who ?

iCoin Pro Review - Scam? Training: Can Anyone BE GREAT? - Duration: 17:46.
what up what up what up motivational
Monday energy drink and natural and come
to hell oh yeah shake all over your face
baby boy Facebook bothers you mate so
we're gonna talk today about greatness
well lick there we're gonna talk about
can normal regular people achieve
greatness um sorry about that sound in
the back he's getting my motivational in
there but um so we're going to talk
about greatness and the reason why we're
going to talk about baby is because I
mean you want to go play no okay
most people including myself grow up and
very humble beginnings with nothing we
go up with with parents who who don't
even understand greatness themselves
cannot chuck we go up around people who
who just can't comprehend greatness and
we surround ourselves with mediocre
normal people and there's nothing wrong
with that I'm not saying yourself
there's nothing wrong with that I'm not
saying there's something wrong with the
people that you surround yourself with
they have to be great but it's it's a
it's a constant conditioning that we we
live in right we we when we surround
ourselves when we're conditioned to be
normal regular law-abiding
citizens this is how this is our icoin pro, icoin pro review,
mentality this is what our belief
systems formulated and don't do that our
our belief system becomes just mediocre
we believe certain things about
ourselves that weren't that are not
attainable we we treat ourselves in a
certain way and the people around us
like they are incapable being great
themselves because we can't comprehend
greatness right so what is greatness
right greatness could be a lot of
different things but for me it's the
highest achievable level that you are
mentally capable of and it can be
defined in so many ways it's one on
April and it's like if you constantly
surround yourself with a lack of
greatness and I mean people who just
don't compliment your goals hey hey
good gentlemen yeah I know it's always
Batman it's on armonica hey you know
what you're gonna learn something here
okay so when you surround yourself with
these types of people you're constantly
going to be challenged to a lack of a icoin pro scam, what is icoin pro,
lack of potential so you're never going
to be pushed to the limit where your
potential is going to be able to raise icoin pro paul desousa, icoin pro training,
to another level you're always going to
be stuck normal you're always going to
be stuck believing that mediocre is okay
that being comfortable is okay that
getting a steady paycheck is okay that
it's okay for you to not strive for the
stars to not want to be the CEO of your
company that you're currently working
for to not want to be an archer preneur
so a lot of people you know they just
they just settle for punking comfortable
sitting on the couch and be normal do
normal shit
and sometimes the greatness that we we
want we live through somebody else so
money so much of the time that we don't
put in the work ourselves you know like
I see a lot of people hanging around
these really you know I see broke people
hanging around rich people but the broke
people it's going on Chris oh what up
Chris Pisa the name is bro but actually
broke people hanging around rich people
wearing all the rich people's clothes
riding in their boats doing all these
things so they never really ever like
they say all I'm surrounding myself with
with certain people
you're not surrounding yourself with
with greatness you're living through
somebody else's greatness so you will
never really attain greatness because
you're so focused on them normal people
everybody has it in them everybody can
achieve greatness but our society our
schools our systems are not designed for
you to be great they're not designed to
be great they're designed for you to be
a consumer and you need to be a good
consumer to you need to keep your mouth
shut
never inspire people never motivate but
motivate people
they don't teach you those things in
school be a good person work your
nine-to-five job keep your mouth shut
and you'll never ever ever attain icoin pro compensation plan, icoin pro team,
anything higher than that just be a good
consumer right and that is what they do
they teach you that you do go to school
I graduate elementary school graduate
high school go to college graduate
college get your master's degree
graduate and get your master's and then
then you're fifty sixty thousand dollars
in debt by then right but I mean how are
you ever going to achieve greatness
with that mentality constant consumerism
right but the student consumer consumer
life it's no different than being a real
consumer buying products all the time
because you're always buying their books
you're only buying their education
system and you never look outside of the
realm of what what's already paid for
you right so you know why am I saying is
why do i why am i bringing this up on
motivational Monday well for one I want
to motivate you to stop looking what's
around you I want you to start focusing
on what's possible and and understanding
that everything is attainable anything
is attainable if you if you lay out all
the action steps to get there right like
you know okay basketball I'm going to
use basketball I mean I was not I didn't
I didn't live a great life I mean a
girl's poor broke struggling to eat you
know before before before internet
marketing um but I I can attain
greatness in basketball but it was all
these action steps that I took
eight-hour days in the gym um
weightlifting sprinting the track
shooting jumpers at school in the
morning going to going too hot in high
school I'd go to go to school at like
6:00 in the morning to go shoot jumpers
for an hour from you know and then and
then I go shoot jumpers at lunchtime and
then after school I go shoot some more icoin pro top earners, icoin pro team,
jumpers and then I go work out for a
half an hour then I go hit the track and
sprint then I go shoot some more jumpers
and then I go play basketball go play
pick up ball right so you know that was
it that was my life from the age of 14
tell 18 years old I graduated late
I was never great in school I was smart
I could always nail my tests I can
always do that stuff but I was never
great in school because I was never
taught greatness
my mother she never really did anything
great I wish she was a great cook but
she never really took it to the next
level ah she didn't teach me or motivate
me to pay Jean you know what'd be great
be great at this be great at that she
never taught me that stuff my dad
apparently he was a great soccer player
but he never caught me better from you
never taught me no Jean you know strive
for the moves you know be great in
school big you know I wasn't taught
those things sorry I had to learn those
things from people like Michael Jordan
uh people like Latrell Sprewell you know
I never even knew what a motivational
speaker was growing up either or any of
that Tony Robbins Ernie I briefly heard
a Tony Robbins but I never really looked
into it not until I started hitting the how to make money with bitcoin, what is bitcoin,
internet marketing thing so you know
most of us we don't understand these
things right but it's our job to wake
each other up that is our job that is
our purpose what what can you be great
at I mean it doesn't matter what age you
are at you can be great at so many
different things if you just find the
energy the motivation and inspiration to
do it right you know it's my job to wake
people up it's my job to to share these
things with you because that is my
purpose right I know what my purpose is
some say yo you'd be a great
motivational speaker I've done speaking
before and I've done it for kids before
and a lot of people are right I would be
a great motivational speaker and I will
be actually because I'm going to be
doing that spell but it's it's the
attainable goals that you can measure by
creating action steps for yourself you
know I mean there's so many blueprints
that have been laid out by great people
in our world right
you know like Muhammad Ali Michael how to make money with crypto currencys, what is blockchain,
Jordan Michael Jackson uh you know
Martin Luther King you know Jim Thorpe
of our greatest name of athletes and you
know it's the thing is is that all these
people have all all laid out a blueprint
that that's the point is that I'm trying
to make and the blueprint no don't touch
that
that's your mother the blueprint just
needs to be executed you know if you
want something bad enough if you don't
settle Uriah
you know I'm doing the video so ye ye
screaming around yeah well you know oh
yeah guys that I lost my turnip out
there man my son yeah come say bye
anybody got any questions you got any
questions about anything that I do
business anything that I do with my
videos anything go ahead you got my you
got my attention right now we'll leave
some of this Suns got the other half is
the beautiful weather out there I'll
tell you great weather
if you just get none rewind rewind cuz
this is some really valuable content
here mmm
100% natural energy drink all natural bitcoin, how to make money online,
non GMO ingredients stuff that you need
in your diet to make you better young be

little bit but it's natural all right
guys don't let no one got any questions
my cutout here man gene get me into the
biz inbox me man inbox me and you know
inbox me tell me what you want and then
I'll let you know what I can do for you
to get you there okay this is I'm a
serious serious you know when it come to
feel like coaching mentoring and stuff
so if you're serious about it
hit me up alright all my health my
healthy man I've been reading all my
life but this is what I'm reading right
now I book for that just came out
conversations with God by Neale Donald
Walsch and this book actually talks
about great it's talking about greatness
right now that I'm talking about it's
talking about awaking awakening the
species right how how everybody has the
job and the sole purpose of awakening
each other up you know with our
knowledge with our wisdom and all those

all great people everybody's striving to
be great I mean wouldn't that be amazing
you know if everybody work their asses
off to be great human beings I mean
that's what you'd call a highly evolved
society but we have so many media people
who are comfortable with being mediocre
normal doing doing normal shit which is
fine I mean you're entitled to choose to
be whatever the hell you want
you know you're not going to be
condemned for it but it's slowing down
the progress of the human race is what
I'm saying
we all have greatness inside us but we
don't allow our greatness to come out
where we throw on our normal masks and
we do normal shit every day
and it's honestly man it's such a waste
of time is I look at it I look at this
world in a state of sin hey chill out
man
I look at the world in the state it's in
right now and you know we all have a job
right now man to wake each other up to
step out of your comfort zones and and
don't shake the table and to do whatever
is necessary to get woke man you know
yet woke help each other
stop stop settling for what society has
paved for you and start paving your own
path start taking a path and a legacy
that you're going to be able to leave if
you have kids that you're going to be
able to leave leave your kids you know
it's not about being on the on them on
the pedestal or the stage in front of 10
20,000 people that's not what I'm
talking it's about you getting sharing
information increasing your personal
value doing the small things that make
you a more valuable person to society
and then sharing that information with
people and waking each other up that is
the process of your greatness of purpose
in life man is to wake each other up but
I mean you just settle for normal and
mediocre I mean you're going to get
normal mediocre results every day right

This PowerBank can charge your LAPTOP! - Teardown - Duration: 4:07.
In front of me I have one of the world's most powerful power banks.
With a full-fledged USB-C charger that can charge up a laptop.
I've never torn down a power bank on camera before.
I figured this Anker power bank would be a good place to start.
I'm curious to see what this thing looks like on the inside.
[Intro]
Anker sent me this 26,800 milliamp power bank.
At 96 watt hours, it just barely sneaks under the legal 100 watt hour maximum capacity for
traveling on airplanes.
But what makes this particular power bank special is the way the power bank charges.
Inside the box are two cables: a normal micro USB charger, and the more important USB-C
charger.
All phone manufacturers are slowly, over the past few years, switching over to USB-C style
ports for multiple reasons.
One of the main reasons is because it allows for stronger power delivery.
USB-C effectively charges your larger electronics like laptops, or Nintendo gaming Switch systems,
much faster than typical USB ports could do.
A standard USB port would never have the guts to charge an entire laptop, but USB-C does.
One of the few ports on Apple's new Mac Book Pro is the USB-C. So this power bank
with its USB-C power delivery system can charge the Mac Book Pro in just under 3 hours.
A Nintendo Switch can charge in about 2 and a half hours, which is pretty much the same
as the Nintendo dock itself and this one's portable.
And even better, the whole power bank has that premium feel of metal that we all know
and love.
One big deal breaker for me in the past was if a power bank could not charge more than
one device at a time.
There are 3 ports on this thing, so let's see if they can all be utilized at once.
Power banks that can only charge one thing at a time are pretty annoying.
So right now I have my clear-backed Galaxy S8 charging from the USB-C slot, getting that
full power delivery system that we talked about earlier.
I have my clear LG G6 getting charged from one of the normal USB slots – so it is charging
normally – just without that power delivery system.
And for the third object I have a pair of Beats headphones plugged into that second
normal USB port.
And all three objects are charging at the exact same time.
So that's pretty efficient and productive if you're sitting at an airport with a bunch
of dead electronics and not enough outlets to go around.
Remember though, for large electronics like the Nintendo Switch or laptops that charge
with USB-C, you have to use the actual USB-C port on the power bank because that's the
only form capable of that PD or power delivery system required to charge those things.
So keep in mind that there is literally no reason for anyone to ever take apart a power
bank.
There is nothing really to repair inside.
But I've never opened one on my channel before and my curiosity usually wins when
it comes to tearing down technology.
It was pretty difficult popping off the end caps – the adhesive is pretty strong.
There are 4 normal Philips head screws under each of those end caps holding the guts in
place.
Same thing on the other side.
And finally we can slide the chassis, full of purple batteries, out of the frame.
It's kind of fun seeing something that most people never get to see.
The interesting part is that these lithium ion cylinder batteries are the same style
of batteries that we've seen on electronic bikes and electronic skateboards…even in
Tesla cars.
It's just a ton of these cylinder batteries wired up together and here we can see those
internal rails that the innards slide along.
I think that a clear power bank would be pretty awesome, but that might just be me.
I got the button back in place and slide the batteries back inside of the metal housing,
screwed in all of the Phillips head screws, and then got the plastic face plates over
the top of the ports.
Having a power bank that can charge multiple things at once, including laptops and the
Nintendo Switch is very convenient.
Plus with that 26,800 milliamp hour battery, I can get around 6 or 7 charges to my Galaxy
S8 before needing to find a real outlet.
I'll leave a link in the video description for this power bank if you want to check out
the current pricing or get one of your own.
What other electronics would you like to see me tear down on my channel?
Let me know down in the comments.
Thanks a ton for watching.
I'll see you around.

Following Donald Trump's trip, Angela Merkel says Europe can't rely on US - Duration: 4:42.
Following Donald Trump's trip, Angela Merkel says Europe can't rely on US
REUTERS After summits with US President Donald Trump, German Chancellor Angela Merkel says Europe must take its fate into its own hands.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel has declared a new chapter in US-European relations after contentious meetings with US President Donald Trump last week, saying that Europe really must take our fate into our own hands.
Offering a tough review in the wake of Trumps trip to visit EU, Nato and Group of Seven leaders last week, Merkel told a packed Bavarian beer hall rally that the days when Europe could rely on others was over to a certain extent.
This is what I have experienced in the last few days..
It was a stark declaration from the leader of Europes most powerful economy, and a grim take on the trans-Atlantic ties that have underpinned Western security in the generations since World War II.
Although relations between Washington and Europe have been strained during periods since 1945, before Trump there has rarely been such a strong feeling from European leaders that they must turn away from Washington and prepare to face the world alone.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel says the recent Nato summit has taught her Europe needs to take our fate into our own hands.
Merkel said Europes need to go it alone should be done of course in friendship with the United States of America, in friendship with Great Britain and as good neighbours wherever that works.
US President Donald Trump, right, cant be relied upon, according to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, left. But it was a clear repudiation of Trumps few days with European leaders. On Thursday, Trump had tough words for German trade behind closed doors.
Hours later, he blasted European leaders at Nato for failing to spend enough on defence, while holding back from offering an unconditional guarantee for European security.
Then, at the Group of Seven summit of leaders of major world economies on Friday and Saturday, he refused to endorse the Paris agreements on combating climate change, punting a decision until next week.
Merkel made similar comments shortly after Trumps November election. But they carry extra heft now that Trump is actually in office - and after Trump had a days-long opportunity to reset relations with Washingtons closest allies.
Instead, by most European accounts he strained them even more. The belief in shared values has been shattered by the Trump administration, said Stephan Bierling, an expert on trans-Atlantic relations at Germanys University of Regensburg.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel says Europe needs to go it alone, but with the friendship of the US.
After the inauguration, everyone in Europe was hopeful that Trump would become more moderate and take into account the positions of the G-7 and of Nato. But the opposite has happened. Its as if he is still trying to win a campaign..
Bierling said there was broad consensus among Germanys political parties that the country can no longer rely on the US as a reliable partner.

Phil Gifford: How rugby can conquer concussion [ NEWS ] - Duration: 9:44.
Phil Gifford: How rugby can conquer concussion
Reggie Goodes of the Hurricanes is assisted from the field after a concussion in the match against the Crusaders. OPINION: Concussion is now rugbys Nightmare Freddy, a potential disaster for the sport. Finding a long term fix is essential.
This is not the first player welfare crisis for rugby. Officials at world level were desperately slow to address a terrible injury toll in the 1970s from broken necks in scrums.
But thankfully the sport eventually came to its collective senses, largely due to the efforts of a 1960 All Black, Dr Hugh Burry.
Blues midfielder Sonny Bill Williams sat out the recent game against the Cheetahs due to concussion.
Burry was no tinfoil hat wearing, vapour trail nut job when, in the late 60s, he urgently warned the International Rugby Board of the appalling damage being caused by poor scrummaging techniques.
At the time he was a registrar at Guys Hospital in London, and a consultant physician to the Sports Council of Britain, but the IRB basically treated his ideas with contempt.
He fought establishment fire with fire, publishing a paper on neck injuries in the British Medical Journal, which finally drove the IRB to law changes which, thank God, have largely eliminated what had become a shameful scourge from the game.
(In New Zealand some young lives were lost, and some were ruined. Id kill myself, a player who had broken his neck in a scrum once told me at a Waikato rugby club, but I cant move my arms and legs.).
Once the will to change and improve the scrum situation was embraced, the drop in the number of injuries was extraordinary. Concussion is a more insidious issue, but here are some of the ways the problem can be addressed.
Publicity: Theres already some sensible, extensive measures being taken by rugby here, which, if parents are going to continue to support their kids playing rugby, cannot be publicised too much.
At professional level an independent doctor sits on the sideline with a laptop, ready to rewind and study any moment that involves concussion, with the power to order a player from the field for an examination.
In non-professional, community rugby, theres a blue card system, trialled in Northland in 2014, which is now used nationwide.
If a referee suspects a player had been concussed he or she is given a blue card, and automatically stood down for three weeks. The player cant play again until theres been a medical assessment.
Hammering in new attitudes: Playing on after concussion used to be not so much a matter of pride, as completely normal behaviour. In my mediocre rugby career I was knocked out three times in one year when I was 17.
Twice I couldnt walk, so I was taken off. The third time water in the face woke me, and I played the last 60 minutes of the game. Real players rarely left the field.
In 1965 future Rhodes Scholar and MP Chris Laidlaw lurched back onto Eden Park after a head knock, dropped a goal for New Zealand Universities against South Africa, and immediately fell backwards on the ground, out cold.
Today the message is certainly getting through at the professional level, but rugby leaders must continue to emphasise to the amateurs that playing on after being dazed, or knocked out, isnt brave, its stupid.
So is returning to the game too soon. And that an official who allows a concussed player to keep going is committing a despicable, basically criminal, act.
Keep working at the laws: Cracking down on head high tackles is a good start, but itd be naïve to think making all tackles around the legs will completely stop concussions.
For a start knees can be very unforgiving to a head if a low tackle is slightly mistimed.
And far from all concussions occur in tackles. Last week in Suva three men were ruled out with concussion during the Crusaders-Chiefs game. One wasnt hurt in a tackle at all, and another wasnt hit high. .
Ryan Crotty was caught around the legs, and then slammed back into the ground with a borderline high tackle. No above the waist tackle and he wouldnt have been injured.
But Sam McNichol clashed heads at a breakdown, and Stephen Donald was injured after a legitimate, waist high tackle. The breakdown has developed into a dangerous zone. Referees now allow cleaning out, which, by the letter of the law is illegal.
Basically players can go off their feet to move an opposing player to get at the ball, and not be penalised.
Its not in the rule book, but if referees today think what many of us would see as tackling without the ball, doesnt have a major impact on play, they let it go.
For mine, its one area of the game that really needs an overhaul.
Some sort of engagement with the hand before joining a breakdown, for example, might be a way to stop the shuddering impact of a 120kg player launching himself into a pile-up.
More information: Theres a lot of anecdotal evidence that old rugby players are more likely to suffer from dementia and other mental health issues than the general population.
But so far the only scientific paper on the effect of concussion in rugby was one commissioned by New Zealand Rugby, and financed by World Rugby (the former IRB), which saw a team from Auckland University of Technology check out 366 retired athletes, divided into three groups, former professional rugby players, former amateur players, and men from non-contact sports.
On its release in 2015, there was almost instant controversy, with claims and counter claims about whether there were attempts to whitewash some elements of the report, especially the finding that concussions could impair cognitive functions (basically the ability of the mind to process knowledge and make decisions).
Nevertheless the leader of the AUT study, Professor Patria Hume, is now involved in a global rugby health study, while New Zealand Rugby is working with Statistics New Zealand to check rates of dementia in top level players from 1950 to 1970.
If a definitive link is found between rugby concussions and dementia it will sadly be too late for men from past eras. But getting more, and better, information could help save todays players from a similar fate.
In this case, behaving with common decency to protect players actually serves the future of the sport itself, as well as the men and women who play it.

People can't believe the true age of this actress
Chae Soo-bin is attracting attention because her age and visuals dont match her acting roles.
Chae Soo-bin was born on July 10, 1994, and made her acting debut in 2014 with the film: My Dictator.
She landed a major role in a drama called Love in Moonlight in 2016 and through that, her popularity has been rising ever since.
Chae Soo-bin was nominated for the Excellence Award at the 30th KBS Drama Awards for her excellent acting in that drama.
Chae Soo-bin recently started another significant role on MBCs Rebel: Thief Who Stole The People on January 30, 2017.
The drama is a historical drama and is about Hong Gil Dong, a famous Korean thief in the Joseon Dynasty.
Chae Soo-bin looks extremely sophisticated for her age and her visuals are stunningly beautiful. People that commented on discussion boards knew who she was but couldnt believe her age, others couldnt believe that they were the same age as the actress.
Chae-Soo-bin radiates an aura of royalty that most young actresses cant express. When shes acting, people forget that shes very young because she executes her roles with great class and finesse.

Why people don't heal and how they can - Caroline Myss - Duration: 3:07.
why people don't heal and how they can
this is a book a best-seller
of Caroline Myss
Caroline Myss is an incredible woman
five-time New York Times bestselling author
and internationally renown speaker
I highly recommend to read this book of hers
but to those who have no time
I'd like to summarize in this video of mine
the main ideas and understandings
I got from her book
clinging to your wounds
is the reason we don't heal
using our wounds as excuses
to some present situations
or more than that
using our wounds to control
and manipulate other people
living in the past doesn't let us heal
every time you think a negative thought
or speak it out
it drains energy out of your body
being judgmental
drains energy out of your body
and when you get into energy debt
your body starts to be ill
now Caroline clarifies
that if someone is ill
is not necessarily because
he is a negative person
there are also genetic causes
or environmental causes
but many times
illness is caused by energetic debt
don't let your energy drain out of your body
just because someone criticized you
or because someone took your parking place
the way you get your energy back
is through forgiveness
through active forgiveness
forgiveness to those who never
even asked for it
how to forgive?
you need to force yourself
the funny thing about forgiveness
is that you don't want to forgive
you don't enjoy the idea of forgiving
until after you've done it
but after you will forgive
you will feel a huge relief
you will understand
how precious it is
stop asking why things happen as they do
give that up
chart a course to your future
and make sure that this course
is far away from your wounds
we have more than one
reality system available to us
we can have something traumatic
going on in our life
and still be ok
celebrate your life
stop wondering about
what should have been
would have been or could have been
remember that no one has the authority
over your future only you do
and one way to live a happy quality tomorrow
is by leaving a sad yesterday behind
so this is in short
the incredible Caroline Myss
if you liked my summary

Quick Question: How can cities lower their financial risk? - Duration: 1:13.
Really two key critical areas.
One is risk perception. So having a full understanding of what you're exposed to.
Change the perception of risk.Because we generally, as a society, underestimate what our exposure is.
The second thing is risk ownership.
Recognizing that other external entities or parties
are not going to solve the problem for you.
If you can recognize one, what the risk is and two, own the risk,
then three what you're setting yourself up for is the ability to develop a financial resilience framework.
Recognizing that you are holding this risk on your own balance sheet,
on your own budget and that allows you then to figure out ways to offload that risk.
Figure out what you can tolerate. How much of that risk are you willing to absorb? How much can your budget handle?
How much of your capital budget would have to go by the wayside because you hadn't pre-allocated funds for a future disaster or put insurance in place?
