Drawings - these are images which show how the invention works.

4.

Claims - it is the part of the application which defines the scope of the invention.

For an invention to be patentable, it must satisfy three key criteria:

Industrial application - The invention must be useful and have some form of practical

application.

It should be capable of being made and used in an industry.

3.

Inventive step - The invention must be an improvement over any existing product or process

that is already available.

Once a patent is granted, it is valid for 20 years from the date of filing, subject

to the payment of annual renewal fees.

Today, we're going to Journey to the top of a 6,436 foot extinct volcano called Black Butte just

outside of Bend, Oregon

So we're starting at the lower trail head of black butte and

As I was hiking up that five miles of incline

It was hard not to stop and just admire some of the springtime flowers growing alongside of the trail!

Being surrounded by the trees and hearing the air move through the branches was a profoundly blissful and relaxing experience

Not to mention the complex sense of the forest providing me a state of comfort and well-being.

Black butte itself looks young as it is barely eroded

Discourse on an Alien Sky #29 | The Wandering Soul of the Sun God - Duration: 8:57.

You've just entered the theater of an alien sky. If the words and images seem strange to

you, there's a reason for this. Our world was once a vastly different place.

To experience this won't hurt you and there is nothing to fear.

In these Discourses, we're following the origin and evolution of an ancient

gathering of planets close to the earth. The formation stretched across the

ancient sky but is no longer present. The planetary assembly was witnessed around

the world and amongst its evolutionary phases we've listed a condition called,

The Polar Configuration. The defining feature of this phase was the alignment

of the Earth's rotational axis to that of the gathered planets. Our review will

require us to follow implications to their logical conclusions. We can call

these the acid tests of the reconstruction and these tests do not

allow for contradictions at the foundational level. We've identified the

gathered planets as the source of the mythic archetypes, now documented within

invariably leads us to the ancient language of the planet Venus as a comet.

Hence the truth of the matter, a vast library of evidence flatly precludes

common assumptions about the history of the solar system.

Neither historians nor theoretical scientists can afford to ignore the

implications. This is why the rules of cross-cultural investigation are

essential. Separate fragments of evidence are effectively useless when

disconnected from larger patterns. And, as the larger patterns are brought

to light, it is also essential that they be followed back to their first

occurrences where the records themselves are closest to the original human

experience. A comparative approach is not just an option, it is mandatory.

Wherever diverse cultures use different words, different symbols and different

sacred practices to describe or reenact the same extraordinary events; that means
