Meghan Markle's father is said to be "proud" of his daughter's relationship with Prince

Harry, and has already met the royal, according to reports.

The Suits actress's older brother divulged details of the meeting between her boyfriend,

Harry, 32, and 72-year-old father Thomas Markle, which allegedly took place during one of Harry's

visits to Toronto, Canada.

Markle's father is an Emmy Award winner, whose profession as a director of photography resulted

in his daughter spending much of her childhood on the set of Married... With Children.

Her brother, Thomas Markle Jr, told DailyMail.com: "My dad knew about [the relationship] from

the start.

He first met Prince Harry about six months ago out in Toronto.

He goes once every couple of months.

[Meghan and Thomas Markle Sr] are very close and they stay in close contact.

"He's pretty happy about Harry and he's extremely proud of her.

They have an amazing relationship, they're very close and they always have been," he

added.

Mr Markle did not disclose whether Harry had met their mother, Doria, who has a master's

degree in social work and works as a yoga instructor and clinical therapist.

Actress Markle, 35, stayed with Harry, her boyfriend of five months, at his home in the

grounds of Kensington Palace when she visited in November.

The couple were spotted buying a Christmas tree and later paying a visit to the theatre

in the busy area of Soho, central London.

Mr Markle, 50, a window fitter who lives in Oregon, also revealed the nature of his sister's

feelings for the prince, adding: "She's very much in love and she's obviously happy because

if she wasn't happy, she wouldn't be there.

"So she is happy and [the relationship is] taking off, which is good, and I wish them

all the best.

I couldn't be happier for her.

"I think it is wonderful.

As long as he takes care of and loves Meg, he doesn't have to do anything else...

He looks like a genuinely good man, and he was in the services as well.

He looks happy, he looks like he's stress-free and like he could be a good guy for Meg.

"They get along and that's what matters...

Prince Harry is lucky.

"She's the right girl for the job [of being a princess].

It's not a job, but she's the right girl.

You couldn't get a more refined, well-rounded person than her.

So it'll be great, it'll be royal.

I just want her to be happy," The Telegraph reported him saying.

Markle's brother also went on to praise his sister, who is 15 years his junior, continuing:

"Meghan is already accomplished in life and now there's this on top of it.

I mean, it's every girl's dream to become a princess but she never said anything about

it.

"She did like Cinderella and The Little Mermaid but she never had a Prince Harry poster or

anything like that.

But still, I think she fits the bill more than anyone."

The pair's relationship was confirmed when Harry's communications secretary, Jason Knauf,

issued a strongly-worded statement warning the press over the "wave of abuse and harassment"

Markle and her family had experienced.

The statement both confirmed their relationship for the first time and revealed how serious

Harry feels about her, with Knauf going on to state that the prince was "worried about

Ms Markle's safety" and "deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her."thanks

Prince George walked down the aisle of St. Marks Church in Englefield on Saturday as

a pageboy in his aunt Pippa Middleton�s wedding.

And he was following in the footsteps of his father, who did a similar walk down the aisle

31 years ago.

In 1986, Prince William was a pageboy in the (royal) wedding of his uncle Prince Andrew

and Sarah Ferguson.

For Middleton�s wedding, George wore a white shirt and green pants with knee socks, naturally.

Back in 1986, William wore a sailor inspired outfit for the big day.

But that wasn�t William�s only turn as a pageboy.

He also played the role in Camilla Dunnes�s wedding in 1988, where he wore an outfit not

very different from the one George wore today: A white shirt and white pants with pink suspenders.

Pepa Gonzalez of Pepa & Co. designed George�s wedding outfit as well as his little sister

Princess Charlotte�s bridesmaids ensemble.

�It was truly an honor to be part of this project and I was excited to take on the commission

for all Bridesmaid and Page Boy outfits,� Gonzalez said in a statement.

�We have such fond memories of designing these bespoke garments for the children who

all look so adorable and cute in their outfits.� Prince George and Princess Charlotte are two

of eight pageboys and bridesmaids in Middleton�s wedding to financier James Matthews.

Following the ceremony, guests will attend a daytime reception at Englefield House, with

an evening reception to be held on the Middleton�s property tonight.

2 carrots 3 garlic cloves

A cup of coconut milk 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 tablespoons of plant protein Preparation:

In a pan add the carrots, ginger, broth and garlic and cook and the simmer the mixture

on low heat. Next step is to sauté the onions and add the coconut oil or ghee. Then, add

the onions in the pan and mix it with the previous mixture and add finally the coconut

milk and salt and stir well.

Red lentil detox soup

Ingredients:

½ cup of red lentils 1 small onion

1 apple 2 sweet potatoes

2 carrots ½ teaspoon of cumin

½ teaspoon of paprika ¼ cup of coconut oil or ghee

1-inch piece of ginger 4 ½ cups bone broth

Coconut cream, salt and pepper to taste Preparation:

In a pan add the oil and warm up on medium heat. After that, add the carrots, apples,

onion and sweet potatoes and cook everything until the ingredients become soft. Next step

is to add the lentils, broth, cumin, ginger and paprika and boil the mixture for half

an hour. Finally, stir until you can homogenous mixture and simmer it again until the water

evaporates. By your choice you can season the soup and serve it with a topping (you

can use coconut cream).

Clarke wanted KFC but was nowhere near a KFC and since they don't deliver he retro-fitted

a drone into a fried chicken delivery system Clarke,runs the website King of Cheat Meals

and he made arrangements with a local KFC branch and then flew his drone across town

to pay for a meal and pick it up in the drive-through lane.

Sadly, the drone wasn't able to carry an entire bucket of chicken back.

But he did end up with enough food for him and his friend, and he didn't even have to

leave his table in the park to get it.

Now, for those of you out there who may be skeptical by all of the viral marketing stunts

that companies have pulled off in the past, Mason-Clarke insists that wasn't the case

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly been "inseparable" for the past five weeks,

and were pictured hand-in-hand on a date night in London on Thursday (2 February).

The 32-year-old prince appears to be more smitten with his Suits actress girlfriend

than ever as the couple confidently walked down a busy London street after a dinner date

� as they tackled photographers.

The most recent outing comes as the couple of approximately six months are taking their

relationship to the next level.

Sources have told The Sun that Markle, 35, has "virtually moved in" to Harry's cottage

at Kensington Palace as the couple have been "inseparable" in recent weeks.

A source close to Markle told the newspaper that when she is not filming the US paralegal

drama in Toronto, Canada, she spends her free time with Harry.

The source added: "They've taken things to the next level.

They're practically living together.

She cooks for him, he pops out to the gym and they're just enjoying hanging out.

"Meg has always enjoyed spending time in London, but she's really putting down roots," they

continued.

And the seriousness of the blossoming royal romance was exasperated by Markle's on-screen

fianc� Mike Ross, who spoke candidly about the couple.

Patrick J Adams referred to Markle as his "little sister" in a video interview with

E! News, and claimed that he is "super excited" for the romance.

He said: "As you can imagine, it is a massive deal, obviously, if you hadn't noticed.

I didn't wanna get involved.

Meghan Markle's lifestyle website, The Tig, is fast becoming the new Goop, and Prince

Harry's girlfriend of six months used her latest post to share some of her favourite

tunes.

Proving she's a real rival to fellow lifestyle guru Gwyneth Paltrow, Suits actress Markle

shared six tracks on the site, which is named after her appreciation for the wine Tignanello.

Entitled Tig Tunes: Positive Vibes, the 35-year-old actress, who is currently spending time in

Toronto away from 32-year-old Harry, begins by telling her readers: "This time of year

can sometimes get us lost in a daily rigmarole of winter blues, but today on The Tig we're

offering you a fresh dose of unbridled joy with a playlist that will perk you right up."

Perhaps feeling a little down in the dumps as she spends a cold February away from her

London-based boyfriend, Markle shares the secret to finding happiness in the simple

things in life.

She added: "Turn these tracks on as you're getting ready in the morning, when you need

a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or during your next evening celebration.

Because when the air is filled with positive vibes, there's no winter cold that can block

out the warmth of happy hearts."

Following the short intro, she lists six indie tracks which are close to her heart, including

Dog Years by Maggie Rogers and LA Calling by Crystal Fighters.

And the actress divulges which song makes her get her groove on � and that's Sunshine

by Flight Facilities.

She writes of the track: "Talk about a song that makes us want to get our groove on.

This fun track is simply perfect for singing along and dancing in the living room like

no one's watching."

Markle's music taste couldn't differ any more from the Duchess of Cambridge, however, as

Kate is thought to be a big fan of Swedish pop band Abba.

The Telegraph reported that the 35-year-old mother-of-two requested Abba classics including

Dancing Queen at the post-royal wedding dinner dance in 2011 after she tied the knot with

Prince William.

And for their first dance, the duke and duchess opted for Your Song by Elton John � performed

live by Ellie Goulding.

Markle can soon put the winter blues behind her, however, as she is to spend a lot of

time with boyfriend Harry as he prepares to decamp to Toronto for the Invictus Games,

U.K. lowers terror threat level to 'severe' as more arrested in Manchester attack - Us News

MANCHESTER, England — Britain reduced its terrorism threat level a notch, from "critical" to "severe," as authorities said major progress has been made in unravelling the plot behind the Manchester bombing.

Prime Minister Theresa May said "a significant amount of police activity" and several arrests led to the level being lowered. But she urged Britons to remain vigilant and said soldiers would remain at high-profile sites throughout the holiday weekend.

The troops will gradually be withdrawn beginning Monday, May said. A severe threat means an attack is "highly likely," according to the scale set by Britain's Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre. Until it was raised Tuesday, it had stayed at severe since mid-2014.

Police made two more arrests Saturday, bringing the number of suspects in custody to 11. All are men, ages 18 to 44.

Greater Manchester Police said two men, ages 20 and 22, were detained early Saturday in the northwest England city on suspicion of terrorism offenses. Police used an explosive device to get into a property to make the arrests.

Investigators are searching several including bomber Salman Abedi's home in south Manchester and other houses in nearby districts.

Residents were evacuated from streets in the south Manchester neighborhood of Moss Side in what police called a precaution. Photos showed an army bomb-disposal unit at the property.

Mark Rowley, Britain's top counterterrorism police officer, said authorities have dismantled a "large part" of the network around bomber Salman Abedi.

But he said there were still "gaps in our understanding" of the plot, as investigators probed Abedi's potential links to jihadis in Britain, Europe, Libya and the Middle East.

The 22-year-old Briton of Libyan descent died in Monday's explosion, which killed 22 people and wounded dozens as crowds were leaving an Ariana Grande concert.

Hundreds of soldiers have been sent to replace police at high-profile sites including Buckingham Palace and Parliament, and police armed with submachine guns are being deployed in city centers, transit hubs, tourist areas and major events.

Despite the alert, police have urged people to go out and enjoy themselves over the three-day holiday weekend.

More than 1,000 armed police are on standby as major events including the Football Association Cup Final and the Premiership Rugby Final are expected to draw tens of thousands of people.

Manchester is slowly returning to normal, though dozens of people remain hospitalized and the damaged arena and adjacent Victoria train station remain closed. Grande has promised to return to Manchester for a benefit concert.

In a statement Friday, she said "I'll be returning to the incredibly brave city of Manchester to spend time with my fans and to have a benefit concert in honor of and to raise money for the victims and their families.".

"Our response to this violence must be to come closer together, to help each other, to love more, to sing louder and to live more kindly and generously than we did before," she said.

"We will not quit or operate in fear. We won't let this divide us. We won't let hate win.". Lawless reported from London.
