Hi everyone, it's Monday again, so time for a new video

Today I show you how I made this mermaid top

Hi everyone, I'm in the car, together with my mom and sister.. again hihi

that's just lots of fun

and together we're also going to do something fun because we're close to te beach

We're now looking for a parking spot, and then we are going to search for shells

Meanwhile it's 100 hours later and we drove further to Scheveningen to find a parking spot over there

It's really nice we finally found one, because we all have to pee very bad

We've been here before in a video

that was when I went bungeejumping

but now we are here for something less spectacular

but probably just as much as fun.. or at least also fun

anyways, now we have to get on the beach

It's really crowded

meanwhile, we're all busy searching for special shells

but we're almost at the edge of the sea,, so there will probably be more

(nice, but I don't know what to do with that...)

(this one is pretty... Yea I know)

oh this one is also really cute

I do have to rinse them in the sea

Oeh that one is pretty

black and white

(let's see... what else do we have here)

they're all pretty much the same

ooh look what we have found

A jellyfish

We are gathered here today...

to wish the jellyfish a peaceful rest

So I now have a shitload of shells

white-brown ones, black ones, long shells, and these...

Well, those are from the store :)

And this is the part where I start with a voiceover

Like you see, I collected a lot of stuff to pimp my bra

ehh, well.. like you see all kinds of stickers, sorts of glue, glitter, and ehh..

at first I make like the shell pattern with the parts

on the cups of the bra

After that I cut off a piece of fabric

Which I put below to the bra to make it a bit longer so I have more space to put on shells

And then we start the most fun part

I myself start to collect only the dark shells because I think they fit the best in color.

And then I put them on with nail glue because thats almost as strong as secondglue

and.. it's just the strongest glue I have at home

The moment I have put on all the shells, I tried something with silver foil and a starfish

and shells, by putting them in foil and glueing them on

But eventually I didn't really like them, so later I took those off again

I do add some extra glitter on the bottom for the extra sparkly look

And I let it all dry for a night

And look this is the end result

I think it looks pretty nice

I don't think I would wear it to the beach, but it is really sparkly and cute

I'm curious what you guys think of it

Tuesday: Warm n' Fuzzy - Duration: 5:50.

We have coffee.

We can begin.

Welcome back to Tuesdays on Halcyon Hooligans my name is Jonah.

I apologize for not uploading last week.

For the most part, my work schedule is pretty regular, but every once in awhile, I get thrown

a curve ball, and I like just don't know how to adapt my schedule like in terms of other

things that I do.

So I just kind of ran out of time to make a video which is why you didn't see one from

me.

This week we're talking about comfort, and when I was preparing for this video I had

quite a few things that I wrote down that comfort me.

And I noticed that a lot of them had to do with like external warmth.

And I suppose that makes sense in some kind of weird way if external warmth may some how

equal internal warmth then I suppose I can justify it.

So I decided to kind of separate it off into like warmth and comfort and then just other

things that are comforting to me that don't really have to do with warmth.

So the first thing on the warmth and comfort is coffee or hot beverages in general.

For the most part, coffee, but every once in awhile I'll be like "Oh my god get me a

cup of hot cider please."

My first instinct whenever I start like feeling like I need to be comforted, I'm like "Uh

I need a cup of coffee immediately."

I think coffee's the number one thing on my list.

And the next thing that I thought of is sweaters, and I love big sweaters.

Like I'm the kind of person that will buy like sweaters like three or four sizes too

big because I just I love having huge sweaters.

This one my sister actually thrifted and I stole it from my sister.

But it's like the nicest biggest sweater on earth, and I just.. the color is beautiful.

I love this sweater.

I put this sweater on, and I automatically feel like a hundred times like more safe and

sound.

And I just..

I love this sweater.

The next thing is along the same lines and that's fuzzy blankets.

I'm talking like the really soft fuzzy blankets you can get like at Walmart for like you know

ten bucks or whatever.

These two are so soft, and I just like curling up with them especially if you like throw

them in the dryer with a dryer sheet for like five minutes.

You pull them out and they're like so warm and they smell so nice.

It like automatically makes you feel like a hundred times better.

Next thing on my list is just hot meals in general.

Uh I was going to just say like potatoes, but then I realized like soup is nice.

You've got like hot pasta.

I mean you've got oatmeal, you've got so many different things.

I love just like food that is just a nice hot meal.

To some people ice cream is a comfort food, but to me it like if I'm eating ice cream

I do not associate that with comfort food at all because to me comfort food is a good

hot meal.

Next thing is showers.

I love a good hot shower, especially with all the nice smells and everything ooo.

And the last on my like warmth and comfort list is like hugs or just like human contact

in general.

Literally warms my soul and it makes me feel like so much better.

That's like the bulk of my list of things that comfort me.

Um but I do have a few more things that are aside from that.

So aside from that, things that comfort me are nostalgic music, making lists for some

reason, rewatching Parks and Recreation.

I'm not even joking I'm on like my tenth time of rewatching that show because it it's such

a quality show.

I think the reason I've rewatched it so many times is just because it's like lighthearted

comedy that like it doesn't really take a lot of energy to consume, and it just like

makes you feel better.

I have a hard time watching like dramas sometimes just because it gives me so much anxiety.

So if I'm trying to unwind and be like more relaxed and like at peace and like feel better,

I don't really want to turn on a drama.

I would rather turn on Parks and Recreation and watch it even if it's my tenth time watching

it through.

And last one is kind of like one of my biggest ones, and it's gonna sound really weird if

you don't know me.

But the last thing is the moon is a huge comfort to me.

Basically the moon is my girlfriend.

And I love her very much.

She's so beautiful.

And it makes me feel a lot less alone in this world I guess.

It's like even when you can't see the moon, like I always know that she's there and like

never gonna go away.

And I don't know that's just like a huge comfort to me.

Anybody that knows me knows that the moon is like really significant to me.

I've kind of neglected showing media for the past couple of weeks just because I've forgotten

or I was lazy or something like that.

But I actually do have something that's relevant to the topic today because I was just talking

about the moon.

My friend Samuel makes these gender explorer comics, and they are like space themed and

they are so cute.

He recently made a comic like specifically for me and sent it to me as a surprise.

When I received it, I was like genuinely speechless because it was such a thoughtful gift, and

I like just didn't know how to even begin to explain how much it meant to me.

So I wanted to show you the comic that he made me because it is just wonderful.

"He looked up at the moon as if she were an old friend.

Wondering if she had noticed he had also changed in time.

He felt fuller and more comfortable existing in this space he now called home.

The moon looked back and was proud to see how much he had grown."

So that was really meaningful to me that he sent that to me, and I cried so much when

I got it.

And it's still something that makes me want to tear up when I look at it just because

it's so so beautiful.

asked them one question if you could go

back in time to before you started

traveling what single piece of advice

would you give yourself even if you're a

seasoned traveler or you're someone

that's just thinking about getting out

and started traveling we hope you guys

find some of this information helpful

don't wait around for anyone else just

go solo and you'll have the best time ever

embrace every moment take a moment

to stop look breathe and listen don't

stress about a little things it's all

going to go smooth and there's not going

to be problems that you think are going happen

just have an amazing time

just go and do it

stop researching stop planning stop

saving get on the airplane get out there

figure it out when you're there it's way more

of an adventure that way

I would say to myself open a youtube channel so you can

record your memories and travels

enjoy all the foods of every country

you visit eat everything!

Pack light! What ever you think you need, harve it

you're always going to overpack

don't forget to pack a smile it goes a long way

to leave room in your plans for spontaneity

like riding a water buffalo

don't worry about being a tourist just worry

about trying new stuff and having new experiences

when you're traveling on a

budget airline under no circumstances

handover your boarding pass or your passport

Traveling really isn't that expensive

especially if you go outside

of the hotel zones

get to know the people make a friend

learn the language even if you suck

they'll love you for trying

climb a mountain get yourself out there see

the culture challenge yourself and it's

an unforgettable thing you can do climb that mountain

find a place you love and

go back to it again and again and again

know whatever place you want

to go wherever it is no matter what it's and always possible

don't plan too much before you

go just be flexible and go with the flow

things are bound to change and don't Google

image places just show up and be surprised

don't be afraid to go off the

beaten path and don't pack so much

put down the iPhone don't look at the apps

ask a local where to go what to see

just go get lost

teach your kids the sites and the places

you're going to go are better than toys

better than toys

bring power because no matter where you

are in the world if you want to

Instagram it you need this to keep your phone alive

Plan the destination not the journey

know where you're going but don't stress the details

take longer in each place don't stay

three days stay five days really get to

know a place and you'll enjoy it a lot more

bring a backup card so that if

you lose your ATM card you have a backup

try to learn three words of the country

you will be visiting hello thank you and goodbye

politeness goes a long way

just say yes you're making memories and you'll never

regret saying yes

bring less stuff I always have

things in my bag that I never took out

and never used so only bring what you really need

let go of all your expectations

and allow the adventure to

guide you instead of the other way around

embrace being outside of your

comfort zone and to enjoy exploring new

cultures and people

to always keep an open mind

always give people the benefit of the doubt

and keep expectations low

have a phone with a data

plan and also to get one of these

portable chargers so you can charge your

phone on the go

always push yourself out of your comfort zone

just get amongst it

bring my blankie

hotel pools are fun to swim in

bring extra snacks because the foods may be different

booked another vacation after the family one

Mother Nature has her own agenda

spend a little bit more money on the expensive flight

and don't just go for the cheaper budget option if it isn't actually going to

save you money in the long run

Take 5-10 minutes when you get off the flight

readjust grab a cup of coffee and take a breath

make sure you get to your destination safely

bring a travel towel travel pillow traveler and travel adaptor

don't wait do it along some of the best

travel adventures I've ever been on have just

been a party of one just pull the trigger

hey guys enjoy each place to the fullest

as if it was the last time

if you come to Australia there's one thing you need

most and that's a car because this

country is massive and to get the most out

of it you need that and be nice to them

because then life's going to be f***in good to you over here

take advantage of hostels

you meet some fantastic people and you

can use the money you save on activities

or even getting some food

make sure your passport has extra pages and also make

friends with locals it's the best way to

experience the city when you're travelling

Bali is beautiful do the mountain hike

do the mount Batu bring a jacket

and a hat it's really cold but it's beautiful

be sure to have the address of where you're saying before you

get to the border because you'll need it

for the immigration card

when you arrive in a new country before you jump in a

cab make sure it has a meter it doesn't

have a meter check with your hotel your

hospital your Airbnb host someone that

you trust and find out what kind of

price you should expect to pay that way

you're not getting ripped off bonus tip

if you're from the US open a bank

account with Charles Schwab they're

great because they reimburse you for all

ATM fees while you're traveling abroad

and that's a great way to save money

because those fees add up real quick

I personally look forward to Rap Monster's chicken stripping.

Does anyone know how to prepare squid?

[Holding out strong]

[Surprised at his own work] What's this?

Don't you rinse it with water?

[Thanks V] Yeah, I think I saw it on TV.

[Preparing or breaking chicken?] Give Tae-hyung stuff to do.

- I'm done peeling the potatoes. - Really? Good job.

But there aren't much to do.

Tae-hyung, go to the supermarket and get us a blender.

[Blender? Supermarket?] - A blender? - We need one.

[I'll be right back] Hang on.

- Jimin! - Yeah.

[This is for you] Jimin, I got your back.

[Belatedly] Give each other a big hug.

- We already did. - You said that a little too late.

Rap Monster is mincing the chicken.

[Evidence of hard mincing] But we could still eat it.

[Apologizing for Rap Monster] We're sorry, chicken.

I was a bit bored. So while they're busy cooking,

I learned this easy recipe from the owner of this restaurant.

[1. Slice sweet potatoes and oil the pan to fry]

[2. Sprinkle sugar little by little]

[3. Cook until golden brown, 4. Enjoy]

[Yummy]

[Checking Rap Monster's work] We only need drumsticks.

Remember when I said that Mexico had much to offer ...

... but not creators were given the opportunity to highlight in this country?

Well, here's one of the few examples that I can prove this, so no more;

In the past never hide my disdain for Chef Gusteau's famous motto;

Anyone can cook.

But I finally realize what really meant;

not everyone can become a great artist

but a great artist can come from anywhere.

It is that so, art can come from anywhere

And in this case a Mexican managed to create something quite good thanks to a contest created in 2014 called;

"Pitch Me Anything" sponsored by the Pixelatl festival.

In this case, the "Villains" series was the winner of today and is officially premiered on Cartoon Network outages.

Many asked me to talk about this series, and well, I wanted to make this video as soon as possible, however ...

there were some videos in the process and wanted to complete them to talk about this series, so now yes, let's talk about this series.

In this short series we have 4 characters; Black Hat, Dr. Flug, dementia and 505.

These are characters with a single personality.

Black Hat is evil, Dr. Flug is a crazy but shy scientist, crazy dementia and 505 full shy.

In social networks it has been said that these characters are very similar to other Canadian series premiered in 2009 call; "League of Super Evil".

And if they have good reason, the series has a theme quite similar to this in many ways.

The characters in the series are; Voltar, an evil rather childish plans, Dr. Frogg a scientist like something crazy and a little bulleado by Voltar.

Threat; super shy and Apocalypse is a wild animal that ruins many times Voltar plans.

And if, seeing them from this point we could say that Villanos is a copy of "League of Super Evil" ...

But I think the more accurate would be an inspiration or simply the series being of this subject is.

And while the characters are quite flat and only have a personality

Does this make the series is bad?

of course not

a series can make use of flat characters and can make some pretty good and fun.

An example would be Tom and Jerry, Tom is the bad guy who always wants to catch Jerry, and Jerry just wants to annoy the cat.

But each chapter is fun to see the different situations count.

Now, finally I think of this series?

As you know I look neutrality and not try to be not too soft but not seem arrogant 6/10 putting everything that moves.

So, for my part I say that the series is well ... However, it is still quite overvalued.

The series contains good elements that had not been seen in a Mexican series. Because the only thing that came out of Mexico's El Chavo del 8 ...

And ... double meaning jokes by Huevo Cartoon.

Well, this series offers some jokes, basic but they work well together with a few references that would raise the Captain America from his seat.

Well, the characters have a design, as I said a moment ago, a very nice and cozy design achievement that certainly attract the attention of many viewers ...

So much so that, come there and Rule 34 of the series.

No guys, I say this because ... The fan base is equivalent to the amount of Fan Arts with rule 34 there.

The chapters are well managed to be enjoyed but only last a minute each.
