Youtube daily Time May 1 2017

Come, now is the time to worship, come, now is the time to give your heart

Come, just as you are to worship, come, just as you are before your God, come.

One day every tongue will confess You are God, one day every knee will bow

Still the greatest treasure remains for those who gladly choose you now.

Come, now is the time to worship, come, now is the time to give your heart

Come, just as you are to worship, come, just as you are before your God, come.

Willingly we choose to surrender our lives, willingly our knees will bow

With all our heart, soul, mind and strength we gladly choose You now.

Come, now is the time to worship, come, now is the time to give your heart

Come, just as you are to worship, come, just as you are before your God, come

Come, come.

VLOG 5 | Abilities Expo LA (3.2017) | LA Times Festival of Books (4.2017) - Duration: 10:35.

So, I just made it to LA.

And, um, I'm going up to the convention center, um, just passed LA Live and they're

having something crazy over at the Staples Center.

Here, let me show you.

Anyways, I'm so excited to be there, so, let's check out the Abilities Expo.

Bye!

See how there's no people?

Because, of course, I have no idea how to get here.

No people.

Where is everyone?

Pearl: Hey, what's up everybody, I'm Pearl.

Andrew: Hey, I'm Drew.

Pearl: We're here at the Abilities Expo 2017.

Andrew: Yeah, it's…

Pearl: Having a good ol' time. And we're getting photo bombed.

Luda: Yeah, by Michael. Michal, say "hi."

Michael: Hello.

Luda: Ready and go.

Andrew: Wait, hold on, hold on, I have to…

Luda: No?

Andrew: I feel like I'm gonna screw this up.

Luda: That's okay, so just say, like, "Hi, I'm Andrew.

I am at the Abilities Expo, and I'm having," or whatever.

Andrew: Absolutely.

Luda: Like ten seconds.

Andrew: I, yeah, okay.

Aaron: Hey, I'm Aaron Baker here at the Abilities Expo 2017.

Come see me at the new C.O.R.E facility, 9631Reseda Blvd, Northridge.

And join me at the Wings for Life World Run on May 7th.

Andrew: Tell me when you want me to go.

Luda: Okay, go.

Andrew: Right now, like right Now?

Luda: Yeah.

Luda: So I'm trying to go to the bathroom and can someone please explain to me where the

bathroom is?

Like, where's the bathroom?

There's a door and a room, but no bathroom.

Luda: So, it's day two of the Abilities Expo.

Uh, it's almost ten o'clock so I got here good timing, so I'll see you inside. Bye!

Andrew: Okay, so I'm doing it right now?

Luda: Yeah.

Tamara: This expo unites companies and organizations that have certain supplies for people with

disabilities and so, let's check it out.

Sarah: Hello everybody, this is Sarah Brindle and I am here at the wonderful Abilities Expo

at the Convention Center and talking with Luda about the cookbook project.

Um, it is about cooking for wheelchair users, um, and you know, how to enjoy being in the

kitchen, how to enjoy being creative with cooking and adapting things.

Luda: What are some of the categories you guys are looking for?

Sarah: Well, I will tell you.

Um, so simple everyday meals, things that you make all the time, that you, you never,

fail at cooking.

Cooking with kids, uh, favorite cooking tools or accessories in the kitchen, holiday favorites,

safety tips in the kitchen, and then just different areas like juicing or eating healthy,

vegetarian cooking.

Andrew: I don't know what I'm doing, I'm just…

Ray: Hi, I'm Ray Pizzaro, I'm here at the Abilities Expo in Los Angeles.

We're out here trying to share resources and information to our community, hope you

guys come out and enjoy the day.

Janette: Hi, I'm Janette, I'm here at the Abilities Expo 2017.

Fun place to be.

All the things you might want or need if you had the money to buy them.

Uh, big social event, lots of people here.

I'm representing Ralph's Riders, ?, Triumph Foundation, and everyone else in our little community.

Andrew: Convention Center and it is fantastic, I'm just going around with my camera

going around doing the same thing Luda is doing right now.

And that is basically taking video, going up and talking with people.

Luda: Alright, you got, you're past your ten seconds, dude.

Andrew: Alright, hi, my name is Andrew Angulo and I'm here at the 2017 Los Angeles Abilities

Expo out here in Los Angeles.

Andrew: I'm filming myself, look, she just wants me to talk to the camera, so I'm gonna talk to the camera.

Say, "hi."

Luda: Hi.

I'm Luda and I, um, I just want to ask Andrew what he likes about the Abilities Expo.

Andrew: Hi, so I'm being asked to…I don't know what I'm doing, I'm just filming

myself.

Look, she just wants me to talk to the camera, so I'm gonna talk to the camera.

Say, "Hi."

Luda: Hi.

I'm Luda and I, um, I just want to ask Andrew what he likes about the Abilities Expo.

Bea: Hi!

Luda: Hi!

Leah: Hi, Luda.

Luda: There's Bea, there's Leah.

Hi.

Here at the Ripped Bodice.

I was sent to this building, but as you can see, it has steps, so now I have to go and

find the ramp, which I don't really know where it's at.

Um, and I don't even know if I'm, like, in the right side of campus.

I have no idea where this freaking building is, I don't even know if it's in Annenberg.

Oh my gosh, what?

What!

What do I do?

Oh my gosh.

How am I supposed to open this door?

Hello!

I've got five minutes to figure this out.

Oh my gosh, I finally found it and I have like three minutes to spare, it's so crazy, hopefully

the event is worth it.

Let's go find this Annerntord, Annenberg Auditorium.

What is this?

This is so cute, oh my gosh!

What is this place?

Oh my gosh.

So I just got off the bus from um, Seventh and Hill and I'm going down to Broadway,

but this little alley way is so cute, oh my gosh, I wanna eat here.

I spent probably like ten hours on the bus today, and it's kind of crazy, you can't

even see my face it's so dark.

Why did I spend ten hours on the bus today?

I don't know, just had to go to this Book Festival, um, which I spent half the time

being lost, like I don't know where I was going, and then the other half of the time,

I had to be in the bathroom trying to get my diapers of because I really had to go pee

and well, they just fell in the toilet and I have to tell you all about the diapers,

I'm going to bed, night, Bye!

Time To Get To Work - Duration: 14:17.

Time to Get to Work You have been called up to your boss' office.

He tells you that he has a special project for you that only you can do, but you think

it is over your head.

You don't think you're ready.

But your boss smiles and sends you on your way anyway.

Stay with us as we talk about the mission God has for each one of us.

The Verse of the Day is Acts 1:8 which says: "But you will receive power when the Holy

Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria,

and to the ends of the earth."

Welcome to Cell Life Church Live!

Thank you for joining us as we share an inspirational message that is relevant to life today.

Hello!

Thank you for joining us for another webcast of Cell Life Church Live.

We know your time is valuable and we don't want to waste it.

Our YouTube channel continues to grow.

Thank you to all the people who are with us live each week and to those who watch on-demand

after.

It's easy and free.

Just click the subscribe link on our YouTube channel page and you will get notifications

when we are live and we post other videos.

We also want to thank all the wonderful partners who had given ties and scarves and finances

for our mission trip to Kenya, Africa in June.

There is still a lot of money to be raised and we need more ties and scarves.

Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution securely online on our website or mail us

a check marked Africa 2017 on the memo line.

Also, please send us those old ties and scarves that are in good condition to give as gifts

to our new friends and ministry partners in Mumias, Kenya.

Our address in on our web site.

Last week we talked about being the church.

We talked about doing more than just attending a church service, but actually serving others

in a church setting and in our homes, neighborhoods, and work places.

We talked about that being the best way to earn the right to share Jesus with others.

We also shared the great commission as recorded by Matthew.

Jesus told us to go into all the world making disciples and baptizing them in the name of

the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

That sure sounds like a big job.

That sounds like too much for one person.

You may even be thinking that you don't even know where to start.

Those are all valid thoughts and comments and we're going to break that down and chat

about that today.

First, as soon as we say yes to Jesus' call, we are put into service.

Now that doesn't necessarily mean that you say yes to Jesus one day and then a week later

you are leading a church group or cell site in your home.

But one of the first things we need to do after saying yes to Jesus and starting to

follow him is to tell someone.

Jesus sent his disciples out a couple of times.

They had watched him preach and teach.

They had seen him heal the lame, give sight to the blind, and hearing to the deaf.

They saw the dead raised.

But then he sent them out.

Let's read Luke 9:1-6 Luke 9:1-6 When Jesus had called the Twelve

together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases,

(2) and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

(3) He told them: "Take nothing for the journey--no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra

shirt.

(4) Whatever house you enter, stay there until you leave that town.

(5) If people do not welcome you, leave their town and shake the dust off your feet as a

testimony against them."

(6) So they set out and went from village to village, proclaiming the good news and

healing people everywhere.

The first thing you must understand about this passage is in the first verse.

In Jesus' time in Israel, a master could commission his servants for tasks and they operated with

the full weight and authority of their master.

In fact, Jewish law allowed messengers to fully act with complete legal authority to

the extent of their commission.

So, we read Jesus gave the disciples the power and authority to drive out all demons and

cure diseases.

The disciples could legally speak in Jesus' name and it is just as good as if Jesus was

speaking.

We believe this stands true in the spiritual realm as well.

What the disciples commanded in Jesus' name, that had to be done.

They had the authority in Jesus' name to drive out demons and heal the sick.

Wow!

He then told them to proclaim the kingdom of God and heal the sick.

So the disciples set out with the full authority of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, to heal the

sick, drive out demons, and proclaim the good news of the kingdom of God.

Because they were speaking and acting in the name of Jesus, the demons had to flee, the

sick were healed, and the kingdom of God was preached from village to village.

This isn't the only time Jesus sent out disciples though.

He also at another time sent out 72 disciples.

Look at Luke 10:1-9 Luke 10:1-9 After this the Lord appointed

seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where

he was about to go.

(2) He told them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.

(3) Go!

I am sending you out like lambs among wolves.

(4) Do not take a purse or bag or sandals; and do not greet anyone on the road.

(5) "When you enter a house, first say, 'Peace to this house.'

(6) If someone who promotes peace is there, your peace will rest on them; if not, it will

return to you.

(7) Stay there, eating and drinking whatever they give you, for the worker deserves his

wages.

Do not move around from house to house.

(8) "When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is offered to you.

(9) Heal the sick who are there and tell them, 'The kingdom of God has come near to you.'

The first mission trip, so to speak, of the twelve must have been successful.

A chapter later we read that Jesus sent out another 72 to the villages ahead of him.

He gives them similar instructions as he did the 12 earlier and tells them to go and heal

the sick who are there and tell the kingdom of God has come near you.

The mission is picking up steam here.

People are getting saved, that is, they are saying yes to Jesus and following him.

More and more villages are hearing the good news of the kingdom of God.

More and more people are being healed.

Demons are being cast out of people everywhere.

The world is changing and the spiritual realm is being impacted too.

But it doesn't end there.

It continues today.

We are all called, commissioned, and sent out.

That's what the great commission is all about.

Jesus has been given all authority in heaven and earth and he is telling us to go and make

disciples.

He doesn't just give us those words though.

Look at Acts 1:8 Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the

Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea

and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Jesus has commissioned us.

He has given us his instructions and we are his messengers speaking with his full authority.

We are literally speaking for Jesus in his name.

What are we supposed to say?

What are we supposed to do?

We are to make disciples by being witnesses.

To be a witness you tell people what you have personally seen, heard, and experienced.

Tell people what Jesus has done in your life.

Share with them the moment you had your

encounter with Jesus and how your life has changed.

Pray with people and proclaim the good news of the kingdom of God with the boldness that

comes from the Holy Spirit.

Cast out demons in Jesus' name.

You may not think you are ready for this, but Jesus wouldn't call you if you weren't

ready.

The Holy Spirit will give you the words and the insight you need to make a difference

in people's lives.

The Holy Spirit will give you the power and equipping you need to meet people's needs.

Friends, God has chosen you and has equipped you.

We want to help to.

If you have questions about sharing Jesus with others, let us know.

If you need advice or counsel on meeting the needs of people and ministering to them, let

us know.

We are here for you.

We are even working on some online courses that you can take to help better prepare you

to serve people in Jesus' name as you connect with them at work, school, home, or the neighborhood.

Watch for these in the coming months.

In the meantime, know that Jesus would not call you if he hadn't already equipped you

for the task.

Thanks for joining us today.

We are so glad you took a few minutes out of your busy day to spend it with us.

Don't forget our trip to Africa.

If you have ties or scarves to send with us as gifts, please send them our way.

Why Don't Time Machines Exist Already? - Duration: 3:37.

Hey there and welcome to Life Noggin.

Have you ever wondered why we don't have time machines already?

Surely with all the technological wonder of today, someone would have figured out a way

for me to go back in time and ask my animator why he didn't give me bigger muscles.

Is time travel even possible?

Let's see if we can go back in time and convince everyone we're all named Calvin

Klien… we just need to get a DeLorean first.

Can we time travel?

Sure, we're always doing it!

I mean you travel in time whether you're just sitting there, walking the dog, or even

taking a well-deserved nap!

But I know, I know, that's not what we're really asking.

We want to know if we can travel in time faster or slower than we typically do, or if we could

potentially even travel /backwards/ in time.

The answer to at least part of that is a big ol' yes!

We can relatively change the speed at which we travel through time.

Popularized in 1905 by the great Albert Einstein, the theory of special relativity determined

that time does not pass at the same rate for everyone.

Through a phenomenon called time dilation, an observer moving relatively fast would measure

time passing more /slowly/ than a relatively stationary observer would.

This means that in a relative sense, time passes more slowly for Usain Bolt while he's

running a race than when you're chilling at home, watching a brand new episode of Life

Noggin.

This is also why an astronaut sent into space would age slightly /slower/ than their twin

sister down on Earth.

It's not just simply speed though; more gravity also makes time slow down as well.

This was determined from Einstein's theory of general relativity when he realized that

massive objects cause a distortion in space-time.

Clocks closer to a massive object, like the Earth, would seem to tick more slowly than

clocks further away.

That's why your feet are probably a super tiny bit younger than your head is.

That is, unless you're doing handstands all day.

Keep it up over there, Young Ears!

But what about traveling backwards in time?

While it might not be the best to completely rule it out as a possibility, quite a few

scientists believe that it could never really happen.

Stephen Hawking is one of the brilliant scientists that has thought we can't travel back in

time and he threw an interesting party to give validity to that point.

He threw a big party, but only publicised it /after/ the party was over.

In theory, if people could travel back in time, then they could have heard about his

party in the future and traveled back to attend the experiment in time travel… but nobody

showed up.

While this obviously doesn't prove that time travel to the past isn't possible,

it was quite an interesting experiment.

I don't know about you, but I would have traveled back in time if I could to hang out

with /the/ Stephen Hawking!

That said, there are some that believe time travel to the past might be possible utilizing

some super awesome things, like wormholes for instance!

Not to mention, there might be a way to travel back in time using certain laws of physics

or sciences that we've yet to find!

Maybe this weird thing holds the answer?

I still don't know what it does!

So what do you think?

Is time travel to the past possible?

Let me know in the comments below!

Make sure you

come back every Monday for a brand new video.

As always, I'm Blocko and this has been Life Noggin.

Don't forget to keep on thinking!

Dwight Howard Upset About His Playing Time and Role in Atlanta - Duration: 1:13.

For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch

Dwight Howard grumbling about the team he's playing on has quickly become a fixture of

the NBA offseason.

Following messy breakups with the Magic, Lakers, and Rockets, and he appears to be on the same

track with the Atlanta Hawks.

Speaking to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Howard expressed his displeasure

It was very difficult.

I want to play.

I want to be out on the floor.

I want to make a difference.

I want to make an impact, and I can't do that on the bench.

It hurts.

I'm sure if you wrote the best stories in the world and nobody read your stories and

they told you to stop writing and you saw somebody else's story that wasn't as good

as yours, I'm pretty sure you'd be pissed, too.

That's how it is in basketball.

Howard's role on the Hawks fluctuated wildly from game to game in the playoffs, but taking

his gripes about his in-game minutes to one of the biggest newspapers in the southeast

is sure to make both his teammates and management feel some type of way.

Howard has been playing the "It's not me, it's you" game for the better part of five

seasons now.

When he still had the top-end athleticism that made him a Defensive Player of the Year,

teams were happy to tolerate it.

But he might wear out his welcome in his hometown rather quickly if he continues down this path

That's all for now, for everything else subscribe to Complex on Youtube, for Complex News, I'm
