Will the Sukhoi Su-35 Flanker-E be the last jet fighter that China imports? The Chinese

government�s official media certainly seems to believe so. �With the commissioning of

the J-20, the Su-35 will soon lose its value in the Chinese market,� the People�s Daily

states.

It is certainly possible that the advanced Russian-made jet will be the last fighter

aircraft that Beijing imports, however, China will likely be dependent on Russia for subsystems

such as engines for some time to come. Beijing has made tremendous progress with developing

its own combat aircraft and the avionics needed to equip those machines, but China continues

to be hampered by its inability to develop and produce reliable jet engines.

Indeed, China has demonstrated progress with developing not only stealthy new airframes

such as the J-20 and the FC-31, but also seemingly with the active electronically scanned array

(AESA) radars, electro-optical/infrared sensors and electronic warfare systems, data-links

and even the cockpit displays that are typical of fifth-generation fighters.

At the Zhuhai airshow last November, the Shenyang Aircraft Corporation exhibited a video of

the FC-31 showing off capabilities such as a distributed aperture system (DAS) and an

electro-optical targeting system (EOTS) similar to those mounted on the Lockheed Martin F-35

Joint Strike Fighter. The aircraft is also reputed to feature a KLJ-7A AESA radar that

is being developed by the Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Technology.

However, it remains to be seen if China has come close to mastering �sensor fusion��which

is to tie all of those myriad sensor and data feeds into a single coherent picture. That�s

a capability found onboard the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor and F-35, but it has taken years

of effort and billions of dollars to master (and in the case of the F-35, it�s still

a work in progress). Beijing will eventually get there in time, but it�s hard to say

how long that will take.

Engines, however, continue to remain a weak spot for Chinese industry. But jet engines

are inherently difficult to develop and produce. Indeed, only a handful of advanced industrial

nations have the technological capacity to independently develop and build their own

working and producible jet engines�the United States, Russia, France, Great Britain, Germany

and Japan. Almost every other power is dependent on others to develop propulsion technology.

China is determined to close that gap, but it has not yet succeeded in doing so. Last

year, Beijing setup the Aero Engine Corp. of China (AECC) as part of its efforts to

solve the problem. The firm has $7.5 billion in capital and 96,000 employees. According

to a CNN report, Beijing's most recent five-year development plan states that developing and

producing indigenous engines is one of China�s most important goals.

China has the money and the willpower to develop its own aerospace engine industry. It�s

just a matter of time before Beijing masters jet engine technology and starts developing

and mass-producing its own propulsion systems. When that day comes, China will be independent

of Russian engine technology and might indeed become a major aerospace industrial power

in its own right.

General Relativity: The Curvature of Spacetime - Duration: 6:20.

Hey it's professor Dave, I want to tell

you about general relativity.

We just spent a good amount

of time learning Einstein's theory of

special relativity, which he developed in

1905. This and other publications of that

year put him on the map as a force to be

reckoned with. A decade later in 1916, he

published his general theory of

relativity, which described the geometry

of space itself, and revolutionized the

way we think of the gravitational force.

An adequate description of general

relativity requires extremely

complicated math that goes far beyond

the scope of these tutorials, so we won't

even try to touch it from that approach.

But we can still briefly describe some

of the conceptual implications of the

theory that will dramatically change

your perception of the universe, so let's

see what Einstein had to say.

For centuries we thought that the universe

obeyed Euclidean geometry. This is the

kind from high school geometry class

where parallel lines never intersect, the

angles of a triangle add up to 180

degrees, and all kinds of other

geometrical perfections hold true. With

general relativity, Einstein showed that

this is not the case. Just the way you

can distort the shapes drawn on a piece

of paper by bending the paper, space

itself is distorted or bent around

massive objects. That is to say that just

the way that bending a piece of paper

results in a two dimensional plane

becoming wrapped around a third spatial

dimension, the three spatial dimensions

of space are wrapped around a fourth

spatial dimension, according to the

distribution of matter in the universe,

as mass is the property that causes

space to bend in this way. This is

physically impossible to visualize, so

don't worry when you find that you can't do it.

Our brains can only comprehend three

spatial dimensions, and so the best we

can do is to employ analogies, like the

bending of the piece of paper, and

understand that space does the same thing,

illustrated in an image like this, where

a two-dimensional representation of

space-time is curved around a star or

planet. This does not accurately depict

the true curvature of space, it is simply

the best we can do. These conclusions

describe the universe as non-Euclidean.

Parallel lines can indeed cross if they

move through curved space-time. Einstein

derived this theory in an attempt to

expand special relativity, which applies

only to inertial reference frames, to

include all reference frames, which is

why it is called general relativity.

One result of this is the idea that the

source of an acceleration has no effect

on the force imparted, such that a ship

in deep space accelerating at 9.8 meters

per second squared would impart a force

on someone inside that would feel

exactly like the gravitational pull on

the surface of the earth. Because we now

understand that space is warped around

massive objects, we see that general

relativity is a big improvement on

Newton's law of universal gravitation in

terms of a satisfactory theory of

gravity. Newton outlined aspects of the

gravitational force, but he didn't know

exactly what gravity is or how it

propagates. Now we can regard it as the

warping of space that deflects the path

of other objects, like a bowling ball

pressing down on a membrane. This

curvature creates what we know of as

gravity, being that massive objects tend

to fall towards more massive objects, and

this explains the orbits of the planets

around the Sun, as well as the falling of

objects towards Earth, without having to

resort to a magical field force

imparting action at a distance. Space is

therefore no longer an empty expanse

just the way that time is not a detached

parameter. These two constructs are

actually part of the same thing.

They comprise the space-time fabric.

Space-time tells matter how to move, and

matter tells space-time how to curve.

General relativity, just like special

relativity, enjoys a tremendous amount of

corroboration by experiment. One necessary

result of the theory is that light

should follow curved paths around

massive objects, and a famous experiment

observed light from a distant star

curving around the Sun during a solar

eclipse, whereby the blocking of the

sun's light allowed us to directly

observe the light from the star behind,

which appeared in a shifted location.

When light is deflected around more

compact objects like black holes, the

light from the more distant object can

bend around the mass in a way that

results in multiple images of the object.

This phenomenon is called gravitational

lensing, and it is a common astronomical

observation. General relativity predicts

and explains all kinds of other

observable phenomena, like anomalies in

the orbit of the planet Mercury, and

things like neutron stars and black

holes, which we will cover in the

astronomy course. But as strong as the

theory of general relativity is, it is

not complete, because it has not merged

with the particle world. That is to say,

we do not yet know how general

relativity can be reconciled with

quantum physics. To understand this

problem, we need to do a comprehensive

survey of all particles, so that we know

exactly what we are dealing with, so

let's move forward now.

call chunking things when people don't

follow through here's what they do give

even though you believe it's important

what the difference is here a person who

does not exercise regularly I want you

what it would take to exercise he does

follows through it when you think about

is like beyond my imagination right now

thinking about what he wants he's

thinking about what's painful he's just

succeeding so the chance of him

following through on something that he

associates major pain to when he could

do something else right now he can feel

confident or successful at his chances

of falling to our very limited how many

failure his focus is on pain that's why

he isn't following through it okay

he's also focused on the 14th mile of a

marathon rather than today's workout

which one seems more daunting to you so

when you think of what it here's also be

thinking about he's thinking about the

process not the outcome or result he

wants and when you think about what it's

going to take to do something usually it

takes a lot and you're not going to want

with doing it tomorrow is when you get

to tomorrow tomorrow is today tomorrow

so when you keep promising yourself by

emotionally when you keep breaking your

own promises with yourself or you keep

failing to do things that you know are

important does it increase your length

level of certainty and confidence and

you know what it does was it wrote that

when you wrote confidence in one area

believe it or not it affects the other

areas too do you believe on that don't

believe me what about your own life

experience maybe not one area but it

starts to be multiple areas it sure does

another reason why somebody does an

exercise or do anything is because they

don't just chunk it too big they chunk

it into many details I'll give you a

perfect example so I asked somebody went

exercises all exercise is extremely

important really okay good and tell me

why don't you exercise regulate well I I

just don't have time okay everybody does

that answer that sounds wonderful so

tell me though don't tell me about how

much time you don't have tell me this

when you think about exercising what do

you think about which is the way of

saying what do you focus on and so this

woman says to me well my gosh you know I

I mean I knew what do you mean what I

think about well let's say I said to you

you got to start exercising and I'm

gonna put a gun to the head of your

children and I will do very horrible

things and hurt them badly if you don't

exercise could you do it oh yeah I could

do it you know if you if some mafia

person came here it said I'm going to

kill your children you don't exercise

every day how many think you can find a

way to exercise every day no matter what

your time constraints may be so remember

this remember this change is never a

matter of ability it's always a matter

of motivation I'll say that again change

is never a matter of ability it's always

a matter of motivation or Drive having

strong enough reasons if you get a

strong reason you can figure out the

time couldn't you so the biggest part of

lights and time management is knowing

what you want and having enough reason

to follow through but there is one more

piece if you make enough reason to fall

through and you know that you want but

you make the task overwhelming you'll be

overwhelmed so I said to her forget what

I said let's just say you're really

going to start exercising you're going

to do it regularly how would you do it

what's involved with exercising what's

involved with exercise what do you

focusing as well if I was going to work

out regularly

I have to find a club to join I said

okay anyone there's so much as well but

you want to know the whole process yes

tell me the whole process of what it

would take to exercise she goes oh my

god I know I I I have to I have to get

on the web and search for like all the

exercise places around my home and then

you know then I have to look through

those and see which one is probably

closest or which one is you know

probably nicest and I don't really know

so I have to search on the web and like

read about each of them and get a sense

and see the pictures of the place but of

course you know it's never the way they

really show it to you they always show

you the best pictures it's not really

nice so they're not to get in my car and

I gotta find me spices so you know I did

Google location and look it up and then

I Drive there you know a lot of times

instructions are wrong on Google so sure

enough I get the place it's not even the

right place you'll have to call in place

when we fill up on there if they're

called place I didn't write down the

directions course I probably don't have

a pen I'm you know how it is when you're

driving and so finally I get a pen I

Drive down the directions or try to

remember in my mind I get to the place

and now I got to get a ticket you know

how you eat that ticket and I got to

find a parking space and then find a

parking space we're going into now I

gotta go into this place and when you go

on the place you can't just go look

around they want to escort you don't

they some sales person wants to score me

so I gotta go with a sales person they

lock me around they show me the locker

room and they show me yes me show me

that they show me all the stuff and then

let's say I want to even buy it here I

can't just give me a credit card they

want me to fill out a little application

like I'm two years old again I'm in high

school oh come on give me a break and

then I fill out the application I got a

Pam and then they want to sell me a ten

million year membership I just want to

try this for six months and then after

all that then they want to take a

pictures it looks worse when you take it

than your driver's license plus after

that now what I do now I got a flash the

card going to work out and what I going

to work out I take off all my clothes I

gotta hang them up in this tiny little

Locker where my stuff doesn't really fit

and it's gonna get wrinkled and I know

it's going to fall off and it's gonna

get wrinkled to be terrible so let's say

now I do that and so I go to the first

station I gotta figure out which station

to go to so now they want I want to give

me some trainers you tell me what to do

but let's say I do it away home I go to

first Asian somebody's sitting some

sweaty smelly person who gets up and

they they got sweat all over so now I

got to take my towels I got to wipe it

all off and then and then I gonna just

the weight and then I don't know what

the right weight is I got adjusted again

and get the household figure out our

adjusted I finally do my exercise and

then I got to wipe the thing off and I

go to find the second station and maybe

there's somebody there maybe it's all

sweaty and I don't know the numbers and

depth I do all these launch station

after station after station at the

station now I got to go to the locker

room and take off my sweaty clothes

which I want to put in a bag which I

know it's going to sneak up my car and

then I got to go in and take a shower

and maybe I'll first to a steam room or

something but then I'm going to see body

parts and other people I don't want to

see and then I gotta go in I gotta get

my hand out do my makeup over here I

start all over my makeup do the whole

thing all these little pieces and

what am I now wrinkled clothes and now I

can't even just leave I gotta go to

Flint I got to get my ticket stamps I

don't pay for it then I gotta find the

car which I forgot where it is and then

I showed you a guy and then I try that

that's what it takes to work out well

what does it take to eat just do it let

me just do it well I don't know what

kind you want tell you okay I know

twelve places let's go

what do you mean see eating is one chunk

exercising is 3229 where every little

step of what I got to do I think about

all the consequences and the elements

and the pieces and that's why they don't

do it they're over chunked while you

focus on you feel what you feel you are

moved to somehow actuate change a

question change your life when it comes

to planning your life I want to get you

to learn to ask three questions now and

the first one is not what am I going to

do and how many understand why now say I

the question one ask yourself is what do

I want

what's my outcome what's my result the

word are TM the first one is to get you

focused on the target the target is not

the activity the activity can change its

what the what's the result I'm after if

you know exactly what it is you really

want what you desire what you're really

after clarity is power the more clear

you are specifically what you want the

faster your brain can get you there but

if you're generally saying things like

what I want well you know I want more

money fine here's a dollar get out of

here did you achieve the outcome yeah

when you're that general you maybe you

think you're not getting your goal you

are the way you language your goal the

way you think about it you're receiving

it you know you know I you know I want

to feel a bit better I want to lose some

weight

fine you lost a pound you're done

because your brains like a

servomechanism and a bomb and a missile

the old days you shoot a missile and the

target was going and if you missed the

Treasury you missed it today what

happens when the missiles not on course

what happens in lock some of the heat

signature wanted to do it moves and

follows it that's the way your brain is

if it knows the outcome if it knows the

result

so rpm starts with I got another result

this is a results planning system the

rapid planning method you can think of

it as a results planning system I need

to know the result I'm after before I

ever ask myself what to do that takes

more time but it's worth it now for

times sake I'm not going to do this with

you right now but I'll tell you what I

do when I plot this to people and I got

full weekend to do this in just give you

a picture if I asked you right now to

write out your name your full name now

some of you abbreviate your signature

but write out your full name in cursive

go and do that one time right at your

full name and cursive I can use the word

cursive is that really the word people

still use means in handwriting I guess

but incur TSA's try it out full name you

can do this later on now if I add you

get with a partner you can try this

later if you want I'm just going to tell

you because I don't want to take the

time is that such a limb at a time today

and I have your partner say to you with

a stopwatch here okay ready and I go go

and you write it out you tell me when

you're done

I don't stop I'll write down how long

that was so let's say you run out your

signature and it took five seconds and

then say ready write it out ready go you

tell me we're done stop and I write down

five seconds let's do the ten times

you'll find in the beginning you'll be

let's say six seconds I'm making it up

every second which is different and you

probably might get down to as little as

five seconds if you have like an iphone

you can do it as a digital stopwatch you

concede the middle seconds then I say to

you I want you guys to write every other

letter in cursive

number two you write half as many

letters how long do you think it would

take to do it half as much time most of

you will take twice as much time in the

beginning and then eventually what's

interesting is if I do it ten times and

the last two or three and this makes no

logical sense and again I don't want to

take the time to have all you do this 10

times 10 times 10 times but you go do it

on your own I'll just tell you the

result in most cases even though you're

doing half as many letters you cut it by

2/3 the time there's something happens

when you break an all pattern and you do

it fresh your brain over the years has

learned ways to move more rapidly since

when you did your original signature and

you'll do it a third the amount of time

it'll take twice as much at first

potential cost you a third amount of

time now let me tell you why I'm telling

you this the system I'm calling rapid

planning method by time I show it to you

you're going to go this takes more time

than just make a McAdoo list it will win

win will it take more time win initially

but once you get it in your nervous

system it'll take you less time because

your brain will be thinking in outcomes

and not activities and when you think in

terms of outcomes in our activities

pretty soon some of the activities

you'll need need to do to get the

outcome you find a better way to get the

outcome quicker now how do you do that

yes three questions question one what is

my result was my outcome what does that

I really truly want from this if you're

going back next week you say this next

week one of the most important what

outcomes for me to get this week in my

business and you're right those outcomes

are not your action items the outcomes

you if you do that nothing else you'll

be ahead of the game if you just keep

looking at those outcomes every day how

am i doing on that outcome your brain

will come up with ways to get to that

outcome I promise you focus on outcomes

not on activities action for most people

activities most people may mistake

movement for achievement they mistake

action items and to dues for achievement

we're after the achievement are you with

me on this yes or no it's a different

way of thinking and I think all of you

inherently have it but if you make this

rich lives just like the things you

learned this week they're all great but

if you don't systematize them they'll

work when you do them previous

systematize one right and you see like

mr. hollom in here where he goes in and

just does it and does it make sure it's

being done again or what you've seen

Chet do or what I do you just do it over

and over again you don't miss it now the

results are geometric so I'm going to

get your systematized of thinking

whether you do it visually the way I'm

going to show you or not so first

question what's the resultant after

what's the ultimate result what I want

out of this week out of this thing out

of my business out of my life out for my

body and you want to be as what is

possible when you describe that outcome

that result as Y as clear and specific

as possible generalities will confuse

you so it might take you longer than

just writing down call so-and-so to

think it

I'm calling my my son I'm gonna call

I want jerk it's a lot like that or I'm

thinking about what welcome I've gotta

that too so if you think before every

phone call before every time you're

planning your day and you think before

you have any meeting what do you think

the first thing I ask of anyone when we

sit down in the meeting is okay what are

you are one of your outcomes or the

outcomes for this meeting

first thing I wanna know because I know

the outcomes guess what a lot of these

they're done pretty quick because I know

the outcome you don't have to go through

all that activities to sell me on it

just that's your outcome how do you want

to do it sounds good to me

rock that's how you make a meaning

productive I know a meeting producting

up on the hours our time sometimes it

takes longer to the outcome than you

want but I'm gonna get the outcome

that's by the way what you see with me

that's my times vary it's based on an

outcome I'm gonna get that outcome I

don't give a damn whether it's the right

time or not I want to do at that time

but I must deliver the outcome coming to

get that and by the way how many like to

have your company focus on outcomes

results and not activity say I people

say all the time well did you get that

done well you wanna left them an email I

I left him a voicemail I've sent him

three emails how much times you heard

that when that happens with me oh my god

you know but I don't show it I just like

really wow that's something we'll

explain our about our culture it's about

getting the result so I can help you if

you can't figure another way to do it

but there may be 12 other things we

might want to do maybe they don't have

the answer maybe somebody else can give

us the answer the outcome was to get

this information not to leave an email

or 12 or 3 voicemail that will not do

any of us any good how many follow now

whether you get the outcome or not

whether you get that result will be

based first day of clarity

so trailer flipped over KS people are

chopped off and then I got off work and

this is where the best part of my day

was now I talk about family okay family

is a rollercoaster ride of happiness you

know there's always going to be ups and

downs and turnarounds and arguments no

matter what that's called family but at

the end of the day no matter what's

going on no matter how big the argument

is we come together as one and then it's

the best part of being close and having

a family I know some people get kicked

out of their house at the age of 16 18

and some people just run away but you

know I've been blessed to be born into a

culture that is very family-oriented

and I loved every second of it yes

there's moments where you'll get very

frustrated but at the same time there's

many reasons why you go through the

frustration let's park the car

let's just talk so um the surprise was

my mom's birthday happy birthday to my

mom she she's so happy right now cuz she

didn't expect what we were planning

we've been planning this for a month my

siblings and I and a few of our aunts

and uncles were helping out so got to

well I got off work and the place that I

was going to was five minutes away so

the banquet hall I I missed dinner

because I was still working the birthday

started at 7:00 but she didn't know that

the whole family was getting together my

aunts and uncle grandparents and all

that stuff we surprised her she thought

it was just dinner with just my family

you know my siblings and I and my dad um

so we got there and all thank you guys I

will let her know that you guys all said

happy birthday if she's watching this

she might be tuning in but she had a

long day so this was the surprise guys I

did vlog this all and I can't wait to

put the vlog together she's been just

gonna take me some time to do this but

um she has been asking well I think the

last time about few months ago she's

like you know what all I want is to be

on an Alaskan cruise like she wants to

go on Alaskan cruise for those who live

in Alaska for those who know what Alaska

is it is the part of the United States

yes it's one of the 50 states of the

United States it's like on top of Canada

all the way on the west coast um whoa

in the car but um she's like I really

want to go on Alaskan cruise and you

know my siblings and I we thought about

this birthday gift and we're like let's

do it you know this is gonna be a shiny

penny this is like a golden shiny penny

cuz good to go on a cruise it's very

expensive especially going on an Alaskan

cruise so we all contributed

we put the money in and said you know

what we're gonna get her two tickets so

my mom and my dad are going in on the

Alaskan cruise I don't know when they're

going but we got them tickets so they

can schedule that up and that's gonna be

a fun time for them I told her she's

gonna take my camera she's gonna take

the GoPro and she's gonna vlog it for us

vlogger we're gonna find out but she

needs to get some amazing pictures of

Alaska cuz I heard it's gorgeous if you
