Vehicle Export is a Public session Free Roam event, in which a CEO (and his associates)
must sell some stolen cars to a buyer.
Of the Vehicle Warehouses to choose from when investing in your Import/Export business,
I must suggest the one in La Mesa (the green triangle).
It's the cheapest one (1,5 mil) and at the best location in the city (more on that later).
There are 2 types of danger you face when selling cars: hostile players and hostile
NPCs.
When there are players in the session, other than your Associates, hostile NPCs won't
be showing up.
When it's just your Organization in the session, hostile NPCs will be coming at you
in up to 4 waves.
Every scratch, dent, bullet hole, broken glass or worse, will result in decrease of amount
of money you would earn when successfully delivering the car to a buyer.
If your greater concern is making money safely than trying your luck in a toxic environment,
full of griefers and constant firefights, you should find an empty session.
The best way, which I neither use myself nor I can explain, as I'm not tech savvy enough,
is some messing with your internet connection, probably with the router, either physically
or through some internet settings, which results in you timing out and, what appears as, everyone
else leaving the session.
The other way and the one I use is starting a Playlist which consist of only 1 race, starting
the race, finishing it, (dis)liking it and then voting to RESTART (SPACE on keyboard)
the Playlist, not just instinctively voting to continue (Enter on keyboard).
When you get back into the race setup, Quit (ESC) and after the loading screen, above
the clouds, you and whoever you had invited in the Playlist, will appear in an empty session.
It won't be empty forever, but for about 15-30 mins you'll be left alone.
For that reason, I've created a Playlist called "Empty Session" with just 1 very
short race in it called "OX 1 mile drag".
Both of these can be found in the links in the description.
Once you start the sale and start driving through the city, you should expect NPCs coming
at you in up to 30 secs.
They'll just spawn some 50-100m from you in pairs of blue Sultans and they'll be
shooting their guns super sharply from far away while approaching you quickly.
As I've been exporting cars from only 2 locations, La Mesa and Murrieta Heights, I
know for sure only the 4 ambush sites they'll use in the first wave.
For the warehouse in La Mesa (blue), they'll attack you on the bridges in Innocence Blvd.
and Popular Street.
For the warehouse in Murrieta Heights (red), they'll attack you on the bridge in Capital
Blvd. and just North of the dam in El Rancho Blvd.
Instead of racing against their waves through the city, shooting at them, crashing in them
and in other scared NPCs, you should make your stand at the ambush sites and welcome
them there.
Just park your cars on the sidewalks of the ambush sites, exit and move away from them,
as every bullet that misses you might be hitting your car.
Climb some higher ground if possible and welcome hostile NPCs with Minigun, Combat MG or Assault
Rifles.
Shoot the NPCs in Sultans, but not Sultans themselves, because if their Sultans explode
next to your cars, explosions might damage or destroy your cars too.
Once they stop coming at you, just drive safely, avoid collisions and deliver the cars to their
buyers.
But, if you have no time creating an Empty Session and want to try your luck against
other players, this is where La Mesa Vehicle Warehouse comes into play as the best choice.
It has an easy access to Elysian Fields Freeway and with that, all other city and county freeways,
where you can drive at top speed, not worrying about intersections, traffic lights and other
props, trains, trams or cars coming your way or constant cornering and just focus only
on overtaking the slower traffic.
As soon as you exit your warehouse with cars, Ghost your Organization, hit the Freeway and
put those 3 mins off that radar to good use.
If your destination was for e.g. Backlot City or Richman, you can hit the Elysian Fields
freeway, continue to Del Perro Freeway and get to the destination in under 3 mins.
If it was Vinewood Hills or La Fuente Blanca – Elysian Fields Freeway into Los Santos
Freeway and cut left where appropriate – done in under 3 mins.
If you have to drive further across the map, those 3 mins will save you some time and as
you drive down the highways, which are mostly under-populated by other players, they'll
have less chances of accidentally seeing and disturbing you.
In order to increase your stealthiness, don't paint your car in flashy colours, but in some
dark silver metal or matte gray, to better blend into the tarmac.
Also, opt out of any neon lights and turn headlights off when driving at night, as hostile
pilots can see your erratic overtaking of slower traffic if you illuminate your surroundings.
But the most secure tactic of all is playing in an Empty Session with just your friends,
of whom at least one doesn't belong to your Organization.
That way, he'll prevent NPCs from spawning and as he's not hostile, you can drive in
relaxed manner, down any road and even be paid some bonus for having to deliver cars
in a possible hostile session.
I'm Obelix and this was CEO Tactics.
Thanks for watching and tune in next Friday for another episode.
