Day #15 of 30 Day Video Challenge For My MLM International Silver Network - Duration: 3:10.

results for yesterday which was Monday
and it's day number 15 of my 30 day
video recordings vlog if you will that
I'm doing wrong doing a recording of
everything that I did for the day so I
want to tell you about yesterday and
every day I'm being accountable to you
guys as to my activity for my network
marketing company is n international
silver network okay so yesterday morning
I replied to some comments on my youtube
channel it's very very important to be
engaged with people to make comments on
your videos on YouTube so that's great
either you know whether they create your
disagree with you or whatever the case
may be it's important I did a welcome
call yesterday for one of our new reps
or actually I should say one of my reps
new reps that he recruited which was
fantastic I spoke with my rep Chris
Holmes and and
spoke with him about the 30-second pitch
and how we give the 30-second pitch to
genealogy lists okay so that was very
important I spoke to three different
people that are very close to coming in
I'm close on three different people
maybe one today that's going to happen
three prospects if you will and I went
for the close on every single one
they're all very close and I also dialed
in to my genealogy list as you guys know
I do every single day only network
markers I call only network markers
they're our target market may 25 dials
to said I spoke with two and one said
yes they want information so I sent her
out information so it was an excellent
day I did I had a great workout last
night I power walk for an hour at the
gym yesterday was an all cardio day and
then I read
and some of my book Jab Jab Jab right
hook by Gary Vaynerchuk
and then last night did some work on
YouTube so another great day guys really
rocking it keeping that momentum going
filling the pipeline very important
consistent steady effort every day fills
the pipeline which gives you more people
that you recruit and close and which
helps you grow your network underneath
you but the key is being steady and
consistent that is the absolute team
this industry and then of course talking
to the right people not talking to
friends and family but talking to
network marketers that's that's the key
that's how the big boys build in this
industry ok so that was day number 15 of
my 30 day video challenge for my eyes
and company International Silver Network

Introduction and Welcome to WLC Video (April 2017 Divine Servant Award) - Duration: 5:03.
President Bush, I am Dan Johnson and I am honored to serve as President of Wisconsin Lutheran College, here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
I came to WLC in 2008 and am in my 9th year as president and I can honestly tell you that I believe our upcoming Divine Servant Award Celebration will be a most momentous event in the life of our young college.
Thank you for being a part of making history with us.
I thought I'd take this brief moment to give you some context to our higher educational ministry, while also giving you a brief visual tour of our campus.
Back in the early 1970's a group of men and women believed that this community needed a Christian college that would prepare men and women for lives of Christian leadership
impacting and influencing their workplaces, communities, churches and families. And so we humbly launched in 1973 as a two-year college,
became a four-year college in 1987 and launched an Adult and Graduate Studies program in 2009.
In 2008, we enrolled over 600 students. Today we are blessed to serve over 1,100 students.
Each and every step along our journey, our God has continued to out-dream us all. We are passionate about sending out equipped Christian leaders into culture shaping roles in society.
WLC offers 38 majors and our largest five majors are the following:
First of all, number one is business - CEO's and business owners love our graduates. They're ethical, hard-working, moral Christian leaders.
Number two is education, and of special note we have a long history of preparing a large number of urban teachers performing at some of our region's finest urban schools.
Number three is nursing. We launched our nursing program in 2008. It's a booming major that prepares nurses who serve with the heart of Jesus.
Number four is sport and exercise science, a growing field.
Number five is biology, a gateway to pre-med programs and other health and science related careers.
So three of our top five majors and 15 of our 38 majors are health care centric and our location could not be more strategic as across the street is the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, our region's health care epicenter.
And yet, within the context of a vibrant academic program, our students engage in the Arts - from the visual arts to the performing arts -
in our beautiful fine arts and performance center. Whether it be in choir or band, or on stage in our theatre or in the art studio, our students love the Arts.
And, by the way, since you're now an accomplished artist, please know that you have a standing invitation to be a guest artist in residence at any time!
Our students study in our beautiful Schwan Library, reside in outstanding residence halls, from Stimac Hall and Fischer Hall to Aspire.
And, they learn in our state-of-the-art science building known as Generac Hall.
Furthermore, over 45% of our undergraduate students participate in one of our 18 Division III athletic teams, certainly an integral component of equipping competitive and successful leaders.
About a mile from our campus is our Outdoor Athletic Complex that's home to our Warriors football at Raabe Stadium, Warriors softball and baseball at Neumann Family Fields, along with men's and women's soccer.
Our Divine Servant Award celebration will take place in our Time of Grace Center, the home to our men's and women's basketball teams and our women's volleyball program.
God has richly blessed WLC with our beautiful campus, and yet the most important symbol that we have on our campus - that speaks to the heart of this college - is our divine servant statue,
prominently located in our quad. It''s a visual image of Jesus washing his disciple's feet. Our students literally pass it hundreds of times within their years on campus.
In fact, we march our graduates past it one last time on their way to graduation, because we want our graduates to forever know that our true purpose in life is to love God and love others by bold, humble, Christian servant leadership.
So that brings us to this event, our inaugural Divine Servant Award.
When we contemplated on who our first recipient would be, honestly, you were Plan A and we didn't have a Plan B. So thanks for coming!
We simply want to thank God and celebrate the life of a courageous Christian servant leader who led with great integrity during a most critical time in our nation's history... unapologetic about letting his faith in God shine.
It's going to be an awesome evening as a celebration of your Christian witness as a world leader, while also celebrating Christian servant leadership as we generate financial support for Wisconsin Lutheran College and our distinctive mission.
So I look forward to meeting you, and it's my hope that this brief video will give you a better understanding of our cause and help you get a feel for our campus,
and perhaps provide you an understanding of the impetus behind our inaugural Divine Servant Award Celebration.

who he is he's the snake people voted

he's the snake that's why he's reading

hello my name is IRKO welcome to echo
bar studios in North Hollywood
California today I'm wearing headphones
in the control room and you should too
why headphones? well I was hired to do
the audio environment for a virtual
reality set and I'd love for you to hear
some samples of true surround sound and
for that you'll need headphones for
every song that I mix I do a lot of
tests to make sure that it sounds great
on all kinds of different systems from
an audio engineering standpoint virtual
reality means that for once I know what
playback is going to be used to hear my
audio and it's a headphone set enter
binaural audio a binaural recording is
the most immersive way to experience
surround sound. Meet my friend Mike! Get it? The
shape of the head here plays a big role
but most of all there's two microphones
inside of his ears so when the recording
is played back on headphones your brain
is able to decode and position the sounds
360 degrees around you. That's because the
microphones and the headphones are in
the same place so today we're all over
the city
recording binaural sounds! To create a
realistic background noise for the
virtual reality program I tracked a
bunch of different places.
Wanna hear it? Wear your headphones now
so you can experience this elevator in
binaural audio. Please stand clear of the
closing door.

Okay so what you're hearing right now is
binaural recording so most likely you
hear the plane and the people around me
and everything else so check it out I'm
going to play some music and I'm going
to walk around you okay right in the
front I'm going to walk around you I'm
on your left on your left on your left
and the back now back now I'm on your
right on the right back up in the front
talking about surround sound right?
The focusrite red 4 pre has this cool
thing to where you can connect to
channels and with one knob you can
control both and this is actually really
handy since we recorded a stereo track
with our Mike over here so now
we're moving him into place then we'll go
for the recording. Follow me. Okay so he's gonna be facing
that way and we'll be over there
recording. We tracked this hallway at the
mall an office furniture store a garage
staircase and lastly a car. Headphones on?

Now I'm mixing the recordings of those
places to generate a background noise
for the VR experience. Okay so the last
thing I got to do now is rerecord these
sounds that Pascal gave, I'm using one
microphone only because it'll be mono
file the sounds will be placed by the VR
engine based on a position of the user
