to know before I get into that if you

going to jump around a little bit

throughout this video so I want to give

you the gist what this video is and

basically three points the first one is

I'm going to talk about why using NLP

for something specific leads you to

using NLP for everything so if you get

effective in one area of your life using

NLP

it spreads to other areas the second

thing is what am i reading and why

should you be reading it too I'm

starting a little reading page or

suggested reading page for my website

asking me what am I reading so I'm going

to get started on that today the third

thing that I'm going to go into is why

am I giving away something for free

someone commented on a video I made back

in January called overcoming heartbreak

NLP mind hack in order to comment on the

video which by the way I'll leave in the

comments down below so you can check it

out I had to watch the video because I

made it back in January and I didn't

really remember what exactly I had gone

into or what I would I discuss I mean

from the title it's a bit obvious but I

didn't really know without going through

the video how to answer the person's

question who was asking me for a

specific answer regarding something I

had mentioned in the video so as I was

watching the video I was like yeah you

know that's the NLP process I used on

myself to overcome getting dumped and

suffering from a broken heart and I did

it in record time in fact people close

to me have told me that they don't

believe I was really in love with the

person and that I was really heartbroken

because they basically said

no one gets over heartbreak as fast as

you did well if you know NLP and you can

use it effectively the unbelievable

becomes believable so in order to really

explain what NLP is you have to

demonstrate through applying it which is

why it's impossible to learn NLP from

books or to use it effectively when

when you only have a conceptual NLP

knowledge or you have your understanding

of NLP is really conceptual and not

applied or not experiential if you want

to truly learn NLP and use it

effectively to overcome your limitations

and achieve outcomes and you know do

things that just seem impossible you got

to take or the way that I've done it

anyway is taking one area of my life and

this is what I suggest that you do take

one area of your life and apply every

NLP technique every NLP process every

NLP exercise to that one area of your

life so that you really become a master

at NLP in that one particular area of

your life and along the way you're

really going to cultivate a lot of NLP

skill and a lot of NLP understandings

and it's not going to be just conceptual

it's going to be experiential

understandings it's a huge difference

from there you'll be able to generalize

those NLP skills and understandings to

every other area of your life and that's

when you become the master the magician

and even a wizard of your life and

you've heard people say once you learn

one new language then it's easier to

learn other new languages part of that

is because now you know it's possible so

it sort of opens that gate it breaks

down that border that wall that block

that's part of it the other part of it

is you train your mind and the

understanding and the skill of how to do

that how to learn another language how

to generalize the information that you

know about other languages into a new

language so that's how that works and

it's a very effective way to learn NLP

number two

I'm nearly done reading a book called

Conscious Hustle by Dane Tomas the

premise of the book is spiritual

awakening through entrepreneurship which

is right down my alley it's a great read

and i really suggest that you read it

because he outlines some just amazing

insights and understandings that anyone

can benefit from even if you're not an

entrepreneur another reason you should

read it is because as I was reading it I

kept thinking to myself in this guy must

know NLP he has to he was just obvious

to me by the direction of his thinking

his thinking of like always going toward

opportunity and always third possibility

and choice and the way he was framing

things i I just knew he had to be in LP

training so I looked a little closer

into his background and sure enough I

was right he is NLP trained so

conscious hustle is a good example of

someone who has integrated NLP among

other things it's not just in updating

it's not you can tell he's done other

things but it's a good example of

someone who's taken NLP learned it well

and integrated into what he does and has

used it to become successful and more

effective than what it does he's trying

to do and then through that he's writing

a book that can teach you how to do the

same thing he did without really having

to learn NLP so it's a great

understanding of how someone has used

NLP effectively and then integrated it

into this teaching and people often ask

me so like I mentioned earlier what I'm

reading and like I said this is a book

that I'm reading right now I find it

useful I think you would find it useful

even without the NLP part of it but it's

a really nice way to look at how someone

has integrated NLP understandings and

how NLP has helped him come to certain

understandings and certain ways of

framing and even teaching and

communicating so check it out

a brief description of what you want to

work on and remember I'm not a therapist

pathology or psychological pathology

on and something that like I said is not

pathological and something how I'm going

to choose someone is not by who gets who

are the first three people that email me

the people I'm going to choose are going

to be problems or issues or goals that I

think that in one session we can do a

complete piece of work that I think or

at least get really close people who

have something that they want to do or

overcome that within a one-hour session

we can pretty much take care of it or

like I said get really close at least I

can set you in the in a in a good

direction so that you can sort the rest

In this video I'm going to expand on this further and discuss:

What makes a good graphic design brief.

Now not every brief will be the same. Terminology and structure will vary

but they should all cover the same criteria.

A typical design brief should include all the relevant information

a designer will need in order to understand

the context the requirements and the needs of the clients or project.

Here is an example of a typical design brief

and here you can see how the criteria is structured in this example

with all the supplied information.

Looking at this example we can see the criteria covered as follows:

Project brief title, Client and contact details, Project client overview,

What and why, Audience, Objectives and goals, Look and feel tone and manner

Strap lines and unique selling points, Likes and dislikes, Competitors

Strategic considerations, Existing branding or marketing collateral,

How will successfully measured, Budget, Timeline and Deliverables.

If you wish to take a closer look at this you can find a downloadable link in the description.

So let's now take a closer look at each of the criteria.

The brief project title should be a title that sums up the whole project

the client and contact details should include client details

and point of contact.

The project client overview should be a short paragraph about the project or the client

who they are and what they do. This serves to get a good idea of who one is designing for

and to get a good perspective of the industry sector and the context.

What and why should be a brief statement of what exactly the design is going to be

and what the design is going to be used for.

Audience should clarify who the design is set a target.

In the brief you can require specifics such as gender age salary professions and personality.

This will reveal exactly who the target audience is.

This section can also touch on what the audience cares about.

This will give a better insight into what appeals to the audience which can help

influence a more targeted solution

Objectives and goals should state what the project should achieve with the design.

Look and feel tone and manner should be a few key words that the client

might have in mind that they feel may describe the nature of the design

and sum up what they want the design to be like

Strap lines and unique selling points should be any lines or catch phrases

that are currently in place or are intended to be used.

This may hint at a tone of voice they currently use or want to be consistent with.

Unique selling points can help a designer understand the business in more detail

which could help influence the design in the right direction.

Likes and dislikes should be a list of references the client likes or dislikes.

This can request specifics like colours styles and brands.

These may also be references the client might have already researched themselves.

This can help influence the design process and also help avoid

certain visual elements or styles they do not like all want to avoid.

Competitors should be a list of competitor research.

Strategic considerations should state any commercial marketing awareness

or disruptive goals they wish to achieve with the design.

Existing branding or marketing collateral should specify

any current visual design already in place

for example brand guidelines advertising assets print materials

they currently use and want to be consistent with.

How will success be measured should state have a client plans to measure

the success of the design work.

This may suggest any focus points, priorities or areas the project

will need to be particularly strong in.

If a quote has not already been issued budget should state

how much the client is looking to spend on the design.

Timelines should state any milestones across the progress of the project and the deadline

when all work will need to be completed by.

And finally deliverables should specify a clear list of what exactly is required.

In this instance a check box of design digital print and assets

which will outline everything that will be needed

So with all this criteria covered the designer can then take the time to read

and fully understand the details in the brief and the challenges that lay ahead.

From this a designer will be well equipped to begin the design process.

So what makes for a good design brief:

Quality of information captured with the right questions.

Now in the previous episode I touched on how a design brief

will either be an open brief or closed brief.

In the next video I'm going to be showcasing some examples

of these two types of graphic design briefs

and discuss their differences in more depth.

What Snapchat Is and Why It's Important - Duration: 2:37.

Founded in 2011, Snapchat is a mobile networking app best known for letting

users send photographs or videos to friends that disappear after a short

amount of time.

Since then, the app's popularity has grown quickly, and it is now one of the most

buzzed about social networks.

In 2016, Snapchat rebranded as Snap Inc. and revealed a new product, Spectacles –

fashion forward sunglasses with built in video cameras that allow the wearer to

record and post directly to the Snapchat app.

They went on to achieve a successful IPO in March of 2017.

Snapchat can be an intimidating social network to learn, which is partly by design.

The app employs a user experience principal known as shareable design,

which holds that an app is best learned when a friend explains it to you.

This strategy appears to be working in Snapchat's favor – over 2.5 billion snaps

are posted on Snapchat every day.

Content on Snapchat begins with Snaps, which are photos or short videos shot

and edited from within the app.

Fun editing features can be used to enhance your snaps, such as selfie

lenses, which transform you into fun characters, or geo-filters,

which appear based on the location you're in, and stickers, drawing, and text tools

to add extra flair to your image.

Unsurprisingly, the resulting real time content shared by users tends to be

lighthearted and casual.

Snapchat also includes a Stories feature, which lets you publish a collection of Snaps

that can be viewed by other Snapchat users, and a search feature, which allows users to

easily find other stories within the app, which is particularly valuable for brands

looking to build a following.

Snapchat provides a unique value to businesses as a way to showcase the

personal side of a brand with content that is considered more authentic,

as the app discourages users from posting pre-created content.

Because of this, Snapchat has become the go to place for exclusive behind the scenes

content from brands, whether it be product reveals or backstage tours.

With the powerful combination of real-time and disappearing content, Snapchat encourages

high levels of engagement and devotion from its user base, making it an attractive

platform for many brand marketing strategies.

WHAT IS DEADLIFT LOLITA? (Eng subs) - Duration: 4:08.

This week let's talk about hairy metal...with puffed- out skirts!

Deadlift Lolita is a very one of a kind group, the sort we're not used to

made of 2 pro wrestlers: Ladybeard and Reika Saiki

The sound is metal, the visual is lolita with lots of ribbons and kawaititude

the whole thing mixed by 2 Gym enthusiasts

I know what you're thinking: Only Japan can do this! Remember to be grateful for it

The group debuted in March 2017 with the released of the Six Pack Twins single

and before talking about it, I reckon it's best for me to present the 2 members to you

A priori, he's the one that most disturb our western pupils

Pro-wrestler from Australia, Richard (who I'll call Riri) was an actor and stunt performer

before jumping in the ring with his trademark crossdressing

and creating the Ladybeard character

Ladybeard's uniform is very colorful and pink, it's literally a pink bikini doubled with a skirt

and Ladybeard's motto is:

Outside the ring, Ladybeard's performances involve singing metal music (I know, it's unexpected)

with a very cute outfit and skits built around wrestling

This mix is quite out there and if it's crazy, obviously Japan will love it. And so do I

Let's be honest, you don't get to see a viking singing metal in a skirt every day!

Plus, I'm sorry but as a fan of Thor and Chris Hemsworth, looking at Riri...

if you get past the bikini and the makeup...

He's gorgeous AF!

Because the concept is in your face, it's easily memorable. If you're intrigued, Ladybeard has a Youtube channel

with some skits...in Japanese, OK, but you don't really need subtitles to see how funny it is!

However, be aware: it's very loud!

On top of the crossdressing there's the idol touch to it

There was already a unit before called Ladybaby

and this time, Ladybeard's fellow member were closer to the traditional Japanese idol

Reika is a pretty doll face combined with a very athletic body

The day she punches you in the face, I'm not sure you'd get up

Before joining Ladybeard for Six Pack Twins, Reika was a model, got interested into fitness

and, after working hell of hard, became a bodybuilder

One reason why Reika got popular is because she has both this very sweet side, very cute

and a very ripped body, which could be quite impressive

I mean...Okay.

Reika was therefore the perfect partner for Ladybeard as she is the perfect mix of adorable and fitness

and this out of the ordinary idol image

Deadlift Lolita is the combination of Ladybeard's screams with Reika's alto voice

on a metal sound, with a cutesy visual (kuddos to the ribbony dresses)

with an easy catchy choreo for the idol side of things

The MV for the song is also throwing in some classic Ladybeard stageplay,

a reference to the pink uniform

with mandatory idol close-ups and slow-motion cuts

Choreo and coordinated outfits,

But also: close-ups on muscles and aaaaaabs

Oh yeaaaah

I personally think Deadlift Lolita is what Japan does best

Everything is possible and unexpected

I admire the fact that this is done so seriously

and it's a valuable lesson for us Westerners:

What some people will call weird, others like me will call it genius!

SAP HANA Academy - Database Management: What's New? - Application Lifecycle Managment [2.0 SPS 01] - Duration: 5:37.

Hello and welcome to the SAP HANA Academy.

The topic of this video tutorial series is What's New for SAP HANA 2.0 SPS 01

and in this video we will discuss application lifecycle management.

Hi, I am Denys van Kempen.

Before we take a look at what's new,

let's first take a look at what we had in the first place.

Here we have the lifecycle management UI that was introduced with SAP HANA 1.0 SPS 08

from June 2014.

HANA application lifecyclement management, HALM or ALM in short.

This is a HANA XS classic model web application, which you could launch from HANA studio or

directly using the URL.

For those new to the topic, for HANA there is a platform lifecycle management tool and

an application lifecycle management tool.

With the platform tool you install the HANA server, the client, and any additional component,

like AFL (the application function library) and also options, like Dynamic Tiering.

With the application lifecyclement management tool you install applications that run on HANA,

powered by HANA, so to speak.

This could be products developed by SAP or an application built by you.

We are not concerned here with platform lifecycle management and will just focus on ALM.

With the ALM tool you would install products, or delivery units, define your transports

- so you could package an application to go from dev to production -

and you can use native SAP HANA transport - built-in, that is - or CTS

SAP's Change and Transport System.

At the end of this video, I will show you resources where you can get more information, for those new to the topic.

Here, we will just focus on what's new.

So, what's new?

The User Interface, the UI, for ALM has been changed completely.

We now have an XS advanced model application (XSA), built for HANA 2.0 and the future.

You launch ALM from the new HANA 2.0 cockpit.

We have three links.

Install, update and uninstall XSA components, XSA products, and Show history.

Components are like delivery units, the DU's of HANA 1.

Products are products.

And if we switch to ALM, you can see we have the same three items here.

Components, Products and Installation History.

Here you select your space and using the Install/Update button, you can start the installation.

For example, you can use ALM to install SHINE (SAP HANA Interactive Education)

the demo application that ships with HANA.

Now, there are couple of prerequisites.

You need the service broker and portal services and so on.

It is all documented in the SHINE Guide.

So, I won't go through all of this.

That's a different topic.

It is all pretty straight forward.

Select the component.

Any extension descriptor file, if applicable.

Select Continue.

Here you can verify any depencies and support info for the component and then select Install.

We will add a video about how to install SHINE using the new ALM tool and add it to this playlist.

So, stay tuned.

Installing and Updating Products and Software Components in SAP HANA XS Advanced Model is

documented in the SAP HANA Administration Guide.

You can read this guide online or download it, free of charge, from the SAP Help Portal

on help.sap.com, under SAP HANA platform.

Make sure you select the correct version.

Then there is also a guide that explains the concepts behind ALM for XSA, which supports

the MTA model, for Multi-Target Applications.

Couple of new acronyms we can add to our collection.

What is the Latino Focus Initiative? - Duration: 3:09.

Owning a home to a Latino is not

something like a wealth flag it's not

look I made it

it's I'm here and that's the significant

difference between dealing with Latino

homebuyers versus non Latino home buyers

the Latino Focus initiative is a

project that was initiated by Patty

Arvielo to address all the needs of the

Latino community.

1994 was the first time

I decided I want to go after the Latino

market and they were an underserved

market then and they're an underserved

market today.

But our main goal for me

the way I interpreted it is that it's

educate the Latino community and

really make sure that they know what

they're getting into making sure that

they can make the payment and helping

families grow because real estate for

Latinos is a very prideful thing to be

able to say that you do own a home.

One of the main focuses of the Latino

committee strategy is to push out

relevant and unique information to our

real estate practitioners and on that

same note to the consumers out in the

market whether they're first-time

homebuyers or move buyers just provide

them with education in a format that can

be easily understood and digested.

We teach salespeople what to do up front so

they could lead borrowers on the right

road and the right path to make it an easier

transaction. I think that saves us all time

and of course you know our nerves.

Latino Focus has been extended not only

as an internal initiative but we've

actually expanded this initiative into

grassroots events. Grassroots events

b2b events with weathered industry

partners. We also align ourselves with

community leaders bring them on stage

and have them give us their perspective

on what is there in those particular

communities that we need to address.

So now as I design our communities and we

make decisions and we vote we're also

looking as to how do our communities

become more desirable.

And realtors are

invited other mortgage companies are

invited and it's the knowledge and

education. Knowledge is key!

And staying

active staying active with organizations

such as NAHREP, AREAA and other minority

organizations and just continue with the

with the mission of increasing

homeownership across many underserved

markets nationwide.

We are educating

our agents educating our buyers and

we're going to have a really good

sustainable market moving forward.

And if we can

understand who we're serving the better

we're going to be able to actually serve

and meet their needs.

Latinos are here to stay and

we are no longer a niche we are the

market.

Vampire Facial - What you Need To Know Before You Go Under the Needle - Duration: 13:19.

I want to suck your blood

Hi everybody it's Alex I am really excited today because

we're going to the spa I am going to Sadhna

wellness in Jericho New York they got in

touch with me and they want to give me a

vampire facial so that's the facial that

you might remember that Kim Kardashian

got where her whole face was covered

in blood so that's what we're doing

today that's gonna happen to my face

Dr "we gonna first aspirate the poor one away

we gonna just be using on top of your face

the glider for the micro-needling and

the rich one will be injected into your

lines" my face is totally numb we put

some numbing cream on my face after we

washed it then we took some blood out of

my arm and now the blood is spinning in

the machine over there and then it's

going to get injected into my face, sounds legitimate

that's my blood spinning around - Dr "doing

anything?" just like a little pinprick

nothing intense - Dr "it's tolerable right?"

yeah - Dr "feel anything?" not really I mean it

just kind of feels like vibrating like it's not painful

like it sounds like it should be

okay so we're all done

I'm obviously like red in places and

I'm still very frozen like it's

weird to move his face but it didn't

really hurt yeah so now I'm going to be

kind of bread and sunburned looking for

like a day or two and then kind of like

sandpapery is the all the little holes

he'll but then I'll be the gorgeous

beautiful brand-new face person okay so

it's been like four hours since the

treatment ended and as you can see I'm

still pretty red I'm so red I'm so very red

this is the kind of thing that you're

not going to want to go out right afterwards

I'm definitely staying home tonight and

I'm going to binge watch some Netflix

okay guys so it's officially 24 hours

since I had the procedure done and as

you can see my forehead is a bit crazy

town right now the rest of my face is

totally fine I have this one little pimple

that came out of nowhere I don't know if that's

related probably but generally speaking

this is good and this is like crazy so

the good people at Sadhna provided me

with these treatments so one is a

cleanser I've used that only once the repair

cream has hyaluronic acid in it so used

it once yesterday and then again today

the third thing that they gave me is

called restore so this is a bit more of

a moisturizer so I used this a bunch

yesterday and their

suggestions on what to do they say

you know apply it every two hours for

the first 24 hours so I try to keep to

that and then I'm using again today the

last thing that they gave me is a

protection so this is a tinted SPF it's

kind of cool actually like pumps out then you

just like put it on your skin so it's

like one color fits all and I don't know

if it's exactly me but the important

thing is that you're not really supposed

to go out and sunshine right now so

while your face is healing you need to

be wearing hats and having sun

protection and wearing SPF after I used

this steps one two and three my face

still feels kind of dry so I've been

using this avocado oil just as a

moisturizer all over which has been

really soothing and actually made it

feel a lot better so if you don't know

what a homeopathic remedy kit is it's

all these little homeopathic vials and

if you go through the book they tell you

you know if you're suffering from

whatever to use each of these it tells

you which ones to use so the one that I

use is arnica which is good for bruising

because they said I would be getting

some bruising and the other one that I

took because it was for like cuts and

wounds and I figured that that's kind of

what I did to myself on purpose I'm kind

of thankful that really only the

forehead and a little bit right here is

where the worst of it is and that's

because the skin here is really fine and

thin and it's right against the bone

they did a couple of deeper injections

with the PRP which is the blood platelets

into the lines in my forehead to I

don't know make them go away

more so it's Monday morning I am ready

for work

I had to definitely put some makeup on

this morning because ya didn't want to go

to work looks like that the girl did say

that if you have acne that

it can kind of like make it a

lot worse so if you're somebody who has

active acne the vampire facial is not

for you but so I was getting a bunch of

weird kind of like whitehead so I went

back to my regular Rodan + Fields acne

regimen for like my eyes and below and

then it did say to use like this product

so the tinted moisturizer I put it on it

didn't really provide any coverage

really so I went with my regular

Foundation which is Arbonne and so this

is good because they actually said to

use mineral based foundation and this is

a mineral based foundation so I hope

it's not that bad when I did all my

research online about the vampire facial

it seemed like the recovery time was

real low it would be you know no downtime

really so this feels like downtime and

if I didn't have to go to work today I

probably wouldn't it's Tuesday morning

and my face is still crazy yesterday

afternoon I noticed some super dryness

kind of around these areas and then last night

kind of this section and this section

has gotten really dry it feels like this

whole piece of skin just needs to like

come off I talked to the doctor

at Sadhna Wellness yesterday and he

said that that was pretty normal and I

should just continue to use the regimen

that they gave me and it would be fine

in a couple of days okay so all of this

area is super super dry and like peeling

and flaking and this area is doing that

times like a hundred so I moisturized I

sunscreened I primered I tinted

moisturized and then I foundationed and then

I powdered so much stuff this is like 10

times more makeup than I normally wear

on a regular day I'm like a Monet good

from far but far from good

it's Wednesday morning I'm getting ready

for work again and thankfully this is

mostly cleared up all of the peeling from

yesterday is pretty much done there's

still like a little bit on the you know

outskirts of the forehead but like

everything else seems to be well

moisturized because I've been

moisturizing like crazy I also did a lot

of exfoliating and picking which maybe I

shouldn't have been doing but when

there's on your face to pick, you pick it

what have been noticing is that having

this happen on my face

has kicked up a lot of emotional dirt

and by that I mean I'm super

self-conscious about it I'm thinking

about it all the time I'm wondering if it's

showing I'm wondering if when I'm

talking to people people are looking at

it I spent a lot of years with acne and

eczema and I have realized that for the

last like six months I haven't have a

single breakout I didn't really realize

how great that actually is until now

because now that I have this to deal

with which thankfully today should be

pretty easy to cover up I didn't realize

how great it is not to have to think

about the state of my skin check the

link below I'm going to share the

products that I've been using I've used

so many different products I've used

all-natural and I've used super chemical

and so this falls somewhere in

between but it actually works ok guys

it's Thursday morning this is the first

day this week that I feel like my face

actually looks kind of normal

I'm still waiting for the amazing

fantastic baby skin that

I'm you know expecting to get out of this

process to come through so maybe

tomorrow it's Friday morning and today is

the first day where I feel like I can go

to work without a ton of face makeup on

generally what's been happening is that

as soon as I put the face makeup on

I realize that my face is still peeling

like crazy so today I just moisturized

using the Sadhna wellness treatment kit

and that's it a little bit of eye makeup and I'm

done still waiting for the fabulous

amazing transformation that I'm supposed

to see from this it's like what was the

point of the facial my face kind of

looks the same as it did before so I'm

going to reserve my final judgement for

when this actually feels healed it has

officially been 10 days since I had the

famous vampire facial so I want to share

my final result

full disclosure I got this treatment for

free this treatment normally cost

upwards of the hundreds of dollars I

don't know exactly how much I've seen

different prices online but it is a

costly procedure the people at

Sadhna were amazing they were really

nice super professional everything about

the experience with Sadhna itself was

great

the facility is brand new it's very

clean they were very clean and what they

were doing and I was kind of nervous

about getting a bunch of needles stabbed

into my face the esthetician the doctor

they answered all of my questions they

actually called and checked up on me to

make sure how my healing was going it

was really easy to get to I thought it

was going to be a disaster but it was

actually really really easy it's right off the highway the vampire facial

it'self I'm a little bit on the fence about

how I feel about it obviously the

recovery time was a lot longer than I

expected it to be and a lot more intense

then I expected it to be if I had just

had the facial and then could have taken

a little week off of life and just sat

home then maybe I wouldn't have cared so

much but because I had to cover it up

everyday and go out into the real world

I did not enjoy the recovery time and

I'm told that my recovery time was a

little bit worse than normal because

they did so much extra on my forehead

that's what it took so long but I still

had a lot of the peeling and the

discoloration on the rest of my skin as

well so just think about that if you're

considering this you know you're gonna

have to recover for a couple of days if

I wanted to be hyper critical about the

two lines on my forehead I could say

that those do seem a little bit less

intense than they were before

but generally speaking my skin kind of

feels the same I don't know if it was

all worth it somebody said I had to take

two or three more of these treatments to

actually see the results I say no thank

you

I'm pretty happy with my face the way it

is and wasn't really unhappy with my

face before I had the procedure I just

thought it would be fun and cool and

something that I could share with you

guys you know and it was something I

could share with you guys if you want to

see more spa related stuff let me know
