IT IS THE START OF THE

SUMMER THEATER SEASON HERE IN

PITTSBURGH.

20 OF MUSICALS, DRAMAS AND

COMEDIES TO CHOOSE FROM.

SHUT EYE CARE WITH HIS MONTHLY

INSTALLMENT OF REVIEWS AND

REVIEWS ON STAGE, IS CHRIS

RAWSON.

IS A BUSY TIME OF YEAR.

A LOT OF THE THEATERS START

RIGHT AFTER MEMORIAL DAY.

WINTER THEATERS ARE JUST

ENDING, YOU ARE RIGHT, THE

START OF THE SUMMER SEASON.

LET'S START AT IRONBOUND,

CITY THEATRE UNTIL JUNE 4.

IT LOOKS LIKE A REAL GRITTY

DRAMA WHEN IT STARTS OFF,

BECAUSE IT IS A BLASTED BUS

STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE,

SOME KIND OF STEEL TOWN LIKE

BRADDOCK, IT IS ACTUALLY NOT

HERE, IT IS IN EASTERN

PENNSYLVANIA, BUT IT IS ABOUT A

WOMAN AND HERE SHE IS AT THE

BUS STOP, SHE IS A POLISH

IMMIGRANT WHO WORKED AT THE

MILL AND THE MILL WENT BUST, SO

NOW SHE'S CLEANING HOUSES, IT

STARTS OUT IN THE PRESENT, THEN

IT GOES BACK 22 YEARS EARLIER,

IN HER LIFE, AND THEN IN

BETWEEN.

THE FIRST GUY YOU SAW, IS THE

GUY WHO IS TRYING TO GET

TOGETHER WITH HER NOW, AND THIS

IS 22 YEARS EARLIER.

THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAS HER

POLISH HUSBAND, HE WENT OFF TO

CHICAGO TO MAKE MUSIC.

SHE STAYED BECAUSE SHE HAD A

JOB IN THE MAIL.

HERE IS THE YOUNG MAN WHO SHE

HAS A BRIEF ENCOUNTER WITH IN

THE YEAR IN BETWEEN.

WE SEE HER AT THREE DIFFERENT

TIMES IN HER LIFE.

IT IS REALLY ALL ABOUT HER, SHE

IS PLAYED BY REBECCA HARRIS, A

WONDERFUL ACTRESS.

IT ENDS UP WITH HER TAKING A

CHANCE ON THIS MODERN GUY, BUT,

YOU KNOW, WHO KNOWS WHAT IS

GOING TO HAPPEN TO HER.

IT IS A VERY FUNNY PLAY FOR A

SERIOUS PLAY, REALLY A

WONDERFUL ROLE, AND

INVIGORATING EVENING.

90 MINUTES RIGHT THROUGH THE

STORY OF THE LIFE OF THIS YOUNG

WOMAN.

ANOTHER SHOW THAT WAS

INVIGORATING, AS A FILM, BUT

ISN'T A STAGE PLAY IS DIRTY

DANCING.

DIRTY DANCING IS A CULT FILM

FROM 1987, PEOPLE GREW UP WITH

IT.

LAST NIGHT WHEN I WAS AT HEINZ

HALL, THE AUDIENCE WAS FULL OF

WOMEN OF EVERY AGE, RELIVING

THEIR USE, OR REDISCOVERING IT.

WE FORTUNATELY SAW IT ON STAGE,

SOME PEOPLE WERE AT HOME SEEING

A MADE-FOR-TV VERSION OF IT.

ALL OF THE REVIEWS SAY IT WAS

REALLY LOUSY.

THE STAGE PRODUCTION LOOKS

FANTASTIC.

I THINK IT IS VERY GOOD, I

KNEW THAT GOING IN, WE HAD A

TWO YEARS AGO, AS PART OF THE

BROADWAY SERIES.

AS AN EXTRA ADDED ONTO THE

BROADWAY SERIES, YOU HAD TO BUY

IT AS A SEPARATE TICKET.

A YOUNG WOMAN THAT GOES TO THE

ADIRONDACKS, TO ONE OF THESE

SUMMER CAMPS WITH HER FAMILY,

AND THEN EXPERIENCES, OPENS HER

LIFE UP, WITH THE BAD BOY WITH

WHOM SHE DANCES AND IS MORE THAN

DANCE.

SORT OF DISCOVERS LIFE.

IT WAS A NICE PRODUCTION, THERE

WERE PEOPLE IN IT, THAT ARE NOT

AS GOOD AS YOU MIGHT WANT, BUT

IT DRIVES YOU FORWARD.

IT IS BASICALLY THE MOVIE,

THERE ARE A COUPLE OF SCENES

THAT ARE ADDED FOR THIS STAGE

PRODUCTION THAT WERE NOT

ORIGINALLY IN THE MOVIE.

NOTHING LIKE THEY DID FOR THE

TV SHOW THAT SIDE.

AND HAS TO BE SO TOUGH TO BE

COMPARED TO THE MOVIE.

THAT IS A CLASSIC.

THAT IS ONLY THROUGH SUNDAY.

VIOLET IS ALSO THROUGH SUNDAY.

A SWEET MUSICAL BEING DONE BY

FRONT PORCH AT THE HAZEL

THEATER.

IT IS ABOUT A YOUNG WOMAN

LOOKING FOR A MIRACLE CURE.

IT IS ALL ABOUT HER JOURNEY

REALLY, NOT THE CURE AT THE

END.

SOME VERY GOOD LOCAL ACTORS

UNPROFESSIONAL.

WE HEARD THE SINGERS HERE,

IT SOUNDS INCREDIBLE.

WONDERFUL MUSIC.

THAT IS RIGHT.

SOMETHING FOSTERED IT ON

BROADWAY ORIGINALLY.

ANOTHER SHOW THAT IS ALL

ABOUT THE LOCAL ACTORS.

EVERY YEAR I SAY THIS, ONE

OF THE 2-3 BEST SHOWS, OF THE

YEAR INVARIABLY IS THE GENE

KELLY AWARDS.

YOU GET THESE HIGH SCHOOL

STUDENTS DOING FIVE-MINUTE

EXPERT -- EXCERPTS FROM THEIR

SHOWS, PACKED AROUND IT ARE THE

AWARDS FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL

MUSICAL SEASON.

IT IS REALLY SOMETHING YOU

SHOULD NOT MISS.

ON THE OTHER HAND IT IS USUALLY

SOLD OUT.

IF YOU TRY AT THE LAST MINUTE,

YOU CAN SOMETIMES GET A TICKET.

THE SCHOOL, THE PARENTS,

PACK THE PLACE.

YES.

IT WILL BE A WONDERFUL EVENING.

I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THIS

ONE, AN AMERICAN IN PARIS.

THIS IS A GREAT GENE KELLY

MOVIE, MAYBE THE SECOND

GREATEST GENE KELLY MOVIE ABOUT

THE YOUNG MAN WHO STAYED IN

PARIS, HE WAS A SOLDIER RIGHT

AFTER WORLD WAR II.

HE STAYED IN PARIS, HE FALLS IN

LOVE WITH A YOUNG FRENCH WOMAN.

SHE HAS A FRENCH LOVER, IT

WORKS OUT THEIR STORY WITH

INCREDIBLE DANCING.

UNUSUALLY, IT IS HERE UNDER THE

AGES OF BROADWAY SERIES IN

PITTSBURGH CLO WHICH WAS ONE OF

THE PRODUCERS ON BROADWAY.

THE FIRST WEEK IS BROADWAY

SERIES, ENDING THEIR SEASON, AND

THE SECOND SEASON IS FOR THE

CLO, STARTING UP THERE.

TALK ABOUT THE START OF THE

SUMMER.

HOW ABOUT ACT OF GOD?

IT STARTS NEXT WEEK. I

SUPPOSE -- YOU HAVE TO SAY TO

SACRILEGE.

GOD APPEARS TO US IN THE FORM

OF A SNARKY YOUNG MAN, WITH AN

ANGEL ON EITHER HAND.

HE ANSWERS QUESTIONS.

IT IS LIKE A TALK SHOW.

GOD WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR

QUESTIONS, IN A VERY HUMOROUS

WAY.

HE ANSWERS AUDIENCE

QUESTIONS?

ALONG THE WAY THERE IS

AUDIENCE INTERACTION.

IT IS GUT BUSTING ME FUNNY.

SOME PEOPLE WILL BE OFFENDED.

THIS IS ONE WE DO EVERY YEAR,

THIS IS COMING UP IN EARLY

JULY.

IT IS A FIVE DAY TRIP, WE SPEND

A COUPLE OF DAYS OF THE SHAW

FESTIVAL, AND THIS BEAUTIFUL

LITTLE TOWN, HERE IS A SHOT OF

ME AND MY GIRL, THE MUSICAL

THEY WILL BE DOING THERE.

THEN WE GO ON TWO HOURS FURTHER

TO THE FESTIVAL ALSO IN

ONTARIO, WE SEE THREE SHOWS

THERE, THIS IS A SHOT OF SCHOOL

FOR SCANDAL, THE 18th CENTURY

COMEDY.

WE SEE THREE PLAYS AT EACH

FESTIVAL, THIS IS AN OPTION

THAT YOU COULD SEE 4 AT EACH

FESTIVAL, IF YOU WANT TO.

EACH TOWN IS A JOY, TWO LOVELY

HOTELS, AND A GROUP OF NICE

PEOPLE WITH A GROUP FROM

PITTSBURGH.

FIVE DAYS.

interested in getting the CD because

Garth is on it, if you go to my website

links in the description, I have posted

links to the CD and the mp3 versions of

the album. it's right there on the front

page of my website ,however if you want

to get it just for the one Garth song

Fundamental Tools - What are Dimensions? - Duration: 21:05.

let me explain to you how the dimensions

play out and why understanding how the

dimensions play is really very important

to each of us because when you can have

a sense of the rules in the structures

of each one of these third, fourth, and

fifth dimensions you have an

understanding that allows you to step

out of much of the emotional baggage

that we each carry around. Have you ever

played a game when you didn't understand

the rules of the game? Now you might get

very lucky at the game but if you

continue to play the game without

understanding the rules you're going to

find yourself in generally an awkward

situation. Very few people remember the

rule book when they came into the body,

the rule book that said here's how the

game works. Very few people read it. So we

walk through this third dimensional

reality, fourth dimensional reality they

overlap and we play the game without

understanding the rules. So let's treat

the third, fourth, and fifth dimension for

simplicity as a box and each box has its

rules and structures to it. In each one

of these boxes there is something called

form, the earth, the chair, the house that

we live in, this is form, this is not

third dimensional, fourth dimension. This is

the staging, the props, the backdrop for

you to have your experience. The house

you live in provides warmth for an

experience. No house, no warmth, a very

different experience. Let's start with

this third dimensional box, the third

dimension is very rigid, it is

conditional, there is nothing

unconditional in the third dimensional

box. It has an aspect of time that we

play in called linear time, past, present,

future then you die, that's it, period, end

of discussion. Well actually there is

more discussion to it. In third

dimension that's pretty much how it

works.

The third dimension operates in duality,

good, bad, right, wrong, should, shouldn't. In

that context there is a tremendous

emotion called fear in the third

dimension. There is an uncertainty

about how to move around in the third

dimension, there is a hesitation, there is

doubt, there is pause, there is I think

this is right, I'm not sure, and then you

get to play the game in that third

dimensional space. Third dimension is

like playing the game without

understanding the rules, more often than

not. When you step into a third

dimensional space, when you play in the

third dimensional space, there are some

very specific things that happen. This

space of linear time past, present, future,

in the third dimension you spend very,

very, very little time in present time.

Most of your time is spent in the past

and in the future. We have a set of

experiences in the past, let's call them

good experiences, somebody says here's

how you're going to be successful and we

say okay, we accept that experience and

then we begin to project it out into the

future and then we build our present

time moments on accomplishing that

future. There's another side to that

which is... what about the many, many times

where you are trying to understand

yourself, experience yourself, figure

yourself out? You step into an experience

and you embarrass yourself or at least

that's what you were told, or you step

into an experience and somebody says

that was stupid, don't you get it, what's

wrong with you? The emotions that get

created it in that judgment, in opinion

and gift that somebody gave you, you're

not okay, here carry this around and we

do. In that set of judgments we many

times stop exploring,

that didn't work, I'm not going to do

that again, and we begin to create rigid

structures of good and bad and right and

wrong, I can't do that, that didn't work,

I'm embarrassing myself, so I never try

that out again. I never realized gee I was

actually quite successful...somebody else

didn't see it that way. What we do in

this third dimensional space, quite often,

is we take that failure, that

embarrassment, that uncomfortableness and

we project it out into the future and we

say to the Universe, Universe I didn't

like that, I was embarrassed, my feelings

were hurt, please don't let me ever

accidentally fall into that again.

We scream to the Universe put big red

flags up... warn me so I don't have that

experience again. The challenge in the

third dimension is there is a

consideration called the Law of

Attraction, now the Law of Attraction is

ridiculously simple but it is flawless,

it functions perfectly. The Law of Attraction

says very clearly what you put your

attention on I the Universe who

adores you, who will provide for you, who

will not second-guess you because you're

the creator being, I the Universe will

provide exactly what you asked for,

exactly what you put your attention on.

The challenges is the Universe doesn't

understand English and French and

Spanish and German and all the ways we

generally communicate in words. What the

Universe understands is how are you

holding your thoughts and your emotions

in your energy field. You wake up

in the morning and saying this is going

to be a great day, this is really

wonderful, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good, I'm

good, thousand times and then you end it

with but... but... you see

the butt is I'm uncertain, I am afraid, I

am scared, I really hope that thing way

out there in the future doesn't come up

into my reality today. We hold our

vibrations... remember that you're not okay,

we hold that I'm not okay in such a way

that the Universe recognizes your

attention point. We deal with this

not okay in a third dimensional way, in a

very specific consideration. We basically

get told here's a gift, you're not okay,

and then we accept the gift as a kid, as

an adult and it doesn't feel very good

and so I'm off balance, I don't like it,

I thought the joke I told was

very funny and then I realized they were

laughing at me not with me. That

doesn't feel very good and you can't

carry this around consciously very long.

So in the third dimensional space what

we do is we put it over here in this

little box called denial... okay it's gone,

it's not there anymore, it's not

something I have to deal with we say and

yet it's still kind of nagging. So then

we do the next best thing, we say to this

little box of denial, I'm going to put

you back here in my backpack and I'm

going to make a deal with you, if I never

go over there by those people where I

told that joke and they laughed at me,

you never jump out and bite me. So

we take this box of denial and we put it

in our backpack to never be seen again.

But what we've just done is in

conditionality, we just said I'm going to

draw a line, I'm not going over there and

then something else doesn't work another

day and not I'm not going to go over

there and then something doesn't get

approved and it's like that didn't work

I'm not going to go over there. Have you

ever seen people like this? And you say

hey would you like to go out to lunch?

And they say, yeah, um no, no

actually no. Why? Well because I might

have to go over there and if I go over

there I might bump into something that I

don't want to look at ever again. Does it make

any sense? In the third dimension by not

understanding the rules of the game we

wind up getting trapped into a great

extent it is as simple as here's a gift,

you're not okay. and then we walk around

for the rest of our life trying to

figure out what did I do wrong... third

dimension. Now remember again the earth,

the house, the chair are the backdrops

and the trappings. Also in reality of

your experience all of those people who

said you're not okay, and you're

wonderful, and I love you, and I hate you,

all of that is also part of the

experience that we all came here to play

in. But that third dimension is not the

only game that we get to play in. So one

of the characteristics specifically

about the third dimension, keep in mind

linear time, and in that process linear

time there is this present time moment.

In the present time moment is oh my god

this wasn't supposed to happen... present

time, you're right now, but you're in a

reactionary state. When you step into the

fourth dimension their game the rules

actually change pretty significantly but

it looks subtle on the surface. In fourth

dimension there is present time, only

present time, it's not a linear thing

it's here I am right now just as I'm

talking to here I am here you are right

now, here we are right now, right now. Now

that first two right now have just

slipped into the past and you are still

right now, present time, so you move

through present time. Actually time in

space move

through you. That's a bigger topic for

the next conversation we're going to

have in a few minutes. Right now

present time being very simple is here I

am, right here. Now there's a couple of

characteristics that come into play in

the fourth dimension that make

opportunity happen. One of the things in

present time in the fourth dimension you

have choice. In the third dimension you

have reaction. In the fourth dimensional

space somebody says what would you like

to have for dinner, pizza or a steak and

you say hmmm let me think about this in

present time I choose pizza. So you have

a choice, it's not a reaction you have a

choice. Choice is a really big thing to

play with as you'll experience as we go

forward. Also in the fourth dimension

there is an odd word to somebody, too

many people, and the word is called

paradox. Paradox is a really big deal.

Paradox simply says what was true a

moment ago may not be true in this

moment and what was false a moment ago

may not be false in this moment. Very

simple. So here you are present time,

choice, and your ability to choose what

was true and what was not true because

you've added flexibility, mobility, fluidness,

to a great extent to your box.

So the fourth dimensional box is not as

rigid it has a little bit of movement. So

something happened in my past, in the

third dimension words like always and

never... she is always going to be bad, he

stole from me and he's never going to be

an okay person. Always and never

are pretty rigid conditional structures.

Paradox allows some fluidness into

that.

So when she was young she was in a lot

of pain and lied and did bad things but

as she grew up and I haven't seen her

for a long time she began to get her

experiences and her reality together one

day she shows up on your front porch and

you opened the door and you say I

remember you. In third dimension you are

that bad one and get off my porch, period,

third dimension. Fourth dimension you

remember her and how can I be of

assistance and all of a sudden a

conversation starts where do you

remember I did this and I really have

come to apologize to you because it's

always bothered me. That's a little

different, that's a different personality.

Come sit have a cup of tea with me let's

talk about how wonderful you become.

Paradox, choice, present time, it allows

you to begin to rearrange a whole lot of

things where that gift of I'm not okay

begins to have an opportunity when

brought in to present time and observed

in present time you realize that in my

earlier example in the introduction that

candy bar that was stolen, it's like wait

I was five years old and yeah I'm not

going to do that again and I can let

that experience go. In the fourth

dimension the ability to recognize a

different reality and allow the emotion

to be dissipated, short-circuit, dissolved

without the baggage is very much

available in this fourth dimensional

reality. Third dimension and fourth

dimension overlap and so the choice is

very possible in fourth dimension, it is

very rigid in

impossible in the third dimension.

Understanding this fourth dimensional

space provides a doorway to assess

yourself, rearrange your reality. I could

tell you that if we could go to your

deepest darkest secret the thing you are

most embarrassed about the thing you

never want to own the thing back here in

that backpack that really makes you very

nervous if they knew how bad I was, I

guarantee you if you and I went to visit

that event and we walked around it one

time, when we get back to the beginning

the event never happened the way you

think it happened. It did not happen that

way. So as you give yourself permission,

big word, flexibility, fluidness mobility,

stepping into a fourth dimension,

giving yourself permission to look at

your past as history and begin to

remove the emotion as you bring it into

present time you're going to find the

realities that you thought you had one

are insignificant and unimportant to

keep carrying around in your backpack,

and to actually didn't even happen the

way you think they happened. So would

that be a useful format? You're

not convincing yourself, you're just

simply stepping into a present time. I

remember when we spoke earlier about

certainty and capable and focus those

kind of vibrations become very available

to you in this fourth dimensional

platform. The fourth dimension and the

fifth dimension also overlap.

The fifty dimension is very very different than

the third dimension. See the fifth

dimension is very fluid. The box is very

dynamic. The rigidness almost doesn't

exist in the box. The only rigidness is

to provide structure to support the form

to have the experience. But with regard

to the vibrations and the emotions and

the thoughts the fifth dimension is all

about well-being and beauty, graciousness,

dignity, respect, integrity, the ability to

appreciate and enjoy. It's very much a

space that cannot be understood from the

third dimension, oh the words are heard,

spoken, beauty oh it'd be so nice. But in

the fifth dimension you live beauty, you

live this smile from within the heart,

kindness, respect, dignity our state of

being this is where the alchemy of

creation begins to be very real. This is

where you hold your hand out and the

Apple appears, because you intended to

appear. This is where you create the

reality that you think you hold in the

vibration of an intention of beauty and

the beauty comes to you. Present time

begins to have even a different

configuration. There are five aspects of

present time, five different kinds of

present time and when you begin to play

in present time as application, you

begin to have a creative opportunity to

have that Apple begin to manifest as you

would like it to manifest. But right here

the real key as we will talk more with

these tools in the next few

presentations, the key is to begin to

recognize that you can step out of that

third dimensional

space. That you can begin to hold

feelings and thoughts of certain and

capable, present you can begin to

recognize joy

rather than rigidity, resistance, reaction.

You can begin to create a structure

where in present time you choose the

reality, the actions that you would like

to engage in and allow the noise very

much to pass you by. The noise begins to

be very clearly Shakespeare's Theater out

there and I'm okay right here. Choice, do

I choose that or do I choose this in a

state of pause and then enjoyment into

the step of choice. This aspect of time

is something very useful to kind of

understand a little bit more. So let's

stop right here. There's your dimensions.

There's the simplicity that the

dimensions hold but let's explore this

aspect of time a little bit more.

Best Kept Secrets - What is the Blue Cove Hideaway? - Duration: 3:20.

Hey Guys!

You're watching a brand-new series

right here on DRT Nation called

The Best Kept Secrets

Today's secret, is actually one in Tennessee

and it's called the Blue Cove Hideaway.

This little place is in a small town called Athens, Tennessee.

It's a little raggedy, a little sketchy, but a whole lot of fun!

Check it out!

You are at your own risk.

The owners of the private property where the blue hole sits

now have this sign posted warning swimmers.

The sheriff even says he wants to shut it down.

But, the owner, Charles Womack, says he's not going anywhere.

Located in the small town of Athens, Tennessee

is the Blue Cove Hideaway.

An old rock quarry, that was originally mined for limestone in the early 1960's

to help build Interstate I-75.

Since then, it's been filled with water and has become a privately owned and operated adventure park.

This place is covered in cliffs and platforms have been built along some of these to make them easier to jump off of.

Among the Blue Cove is also a rope swing,

a slide,

floating platforms to relax on,

and of course, a massive zipline

with nowhere to stop, but the water!

Nearly this entire place is built with recycled materials.

And for only a few dollars to gain admission,

an area to grab snacks and drinks,

and tons of different ways to get your adrenaline pumping,

this place is surely worth the visit.

NOVEMBER: What You Do To Me | Ep 4 | Lost Generation - Duration: 8:08.

NARRATOR: Previously on "Lost Generation."

I think this is exactly how Russell would want his memorial

to look.

I wonder how you'd feel about me

adding a track to my set list.

I want to say.

I've been keeping secret for a while now.

I haven't been able to sell enough.

Now I own my supplier a lot of money.

He says that I have a week to pay him off or I'm dead.

It's probably bullshit.

But if anything happens to me, you get rid of this box.

OK?

Amir told us all this, but he doesn't know your supplier is.

Yeah.

I figured it was safer he didn't know.

I don't understand you.

You came to Berlin to find yourself.

That's what you told me.

Yeah, well we're all trying to find ourselves, aren't we?

We're just one seriously lost generation.

Oh, great band name by the way.

Don't change the subject.

I hate when you do that.

It's good to see you, Coop.

It's now time to wake up.

Come on.

Wow.

That guy upstairs really loves his drumming base, huh?

He's been going since 8:00.

He woke us both up.

I had another dream about Russell.

I'm sorry.

Of all the things you need to be sorry for, that is not one.

OK.

Hey, we were both drunk.

No, you were being an asshole.

So were you.

Then you both came home and screwed like rabbits.

Yeah, I heard you.

Sorry.

Look, I'm fine with your whole friends with benefits thing,

but I'd rather not listen to it.

So next time, just put on some music.

I'm going out-- be back soon.

For the record, I'm pretty sure that whatever

this is totally unhealthy.

Healthy is overrated.

Started on a new track this morning.

OK.

I like it, but that second chord isn't right.

Is it a C major?

Now try a C minor.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Good.

Damn.

You're doing better than I thought.

Well, I mean, six months ago, Tasha and I

were in a studio with no heat.

Now here, I'm still processing.

That's good processing.

Just enjoy it.

So, what did you want to talk about?

Russell.

OK.

OK, cool.

And then the groove is like this.

So the groove's like--

[PLAYS MUSIC]

Maybe a different tone, like--

do you like that better?

Yeah, you got church organ on there somewhere?

Yeah, do you want some organ?

[PLAYS AND SINGS]

See what you're doing to me.

That's-- I mean, that's it.

Yeah, pretty good.

Yeah.

I mean, I think the lyrics are done.

At least the first draft is.

Let's hear them.

Yeah.

[MUSIC PLAYS]

[SINGING] I'm such a mess when I'm with you.

Every time we touch, I feel you rise and fall into me.

I want you even more.

Look what you do to me.

See what I do to you.

We make no sense at all.

I never want us to.

I never want us to.

So that's how you feel?

You write what you know, right?

OK.

First.

First.

First, we finish the song.

You're out of your mind.

I think I have a name for our project.

Lost Generation.

What do you think?

I'm too turned on to think.

He told Amir that someone was threatening him--

his supplier.

And what's that have to do with me?

I think you know who it is.

Well, if I did, I would have spoken up.

Oh really?

Because that's where your career is going right now,

I don't think you want anyone to know that six months ago you

were selling pills for a living.

Tash doesn't even know that.

I think she's seeing someone.

It start while I was away.

You guys make no sense to me.

Love never make sense.

No one would have to know the name came from you.

Just give me the name.

I pass it along.

You stay out of it.

Why can't you let this go, man?

Because he's my friend.

He was a little more than that, right?

Yeah.

And if I hadn't ended things with him,

maybe I would have known what was going on

and I could have helped him.

But that's not how it worked.

So I'm helping him now.

So please, just tell me who threatened him.

Phil, anyone who'd hurt Russell might hurt you, too.

Give me the name.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

[SINGING] Each day I wake up and I decide the madness has

to end.

And then the night comes.

I change my mind.

I want your touch again.

Look what you do to me.

See what I do to you.

We make no sense at all.

I never want us to.

I never want us to.

[NON-ENGLISH]

I-- do-- do you speak English?

Yeah.

I need to speak with [INAUDIBLE].

This is [INAUDIBLE].

I'm calling about the Russell Wilder case.

Who is this?

I believe that he was murdered,

and I think I know who did it.

What do you need to fish for Barbel - O que precisas para pescar Barbos - Duration: 15:37.

Just look at this table full of funny things

No, it's not a giveaway, this is mine, just mine and I do not split with no one

This video will be to show what I use for fishing to Barbel

The material, the lures, all you need to start

Last year and in the previous years I had fished with Black Savage Rod 5-20g

The rod allowed me to work the Barbel well, to use even small lures

Just did not use the lrf rod that allows me to use lures even smaller because it was very long

The LRF rod is a rod to be used in sea or in river where we have more space to cast

Or I was kayaking and needed a smaller rod or I was in small creeks

A smaller rod allows us to reach places where we do not arrive in any other way

Because it does not hit the trees for example

Most of the time I fished with Savage Gear Nails, Nails came back again

After a year of absence, last year there was no Nails for no one

They even left the collection and at the request of many fishermen they returned

And returned in kit

I'll show you later

For now let's focus on the rods, Black Savage 5-20 never let me down

Is a very versatile rod that allows me to fish for Bass, Zander (Walleye) ou Barbel

Is a polyvalent rod, this year I decided to start using more specific rods

I have this one I take in my fishing

But the one I'm using in Barbels and you will see me using in the next videos is this

The Savage Gear UL 0-7 grams

This allows me to use very small lures including the Mayfly that arrived this year

In packs of 8, now the mayfly come like this

Without weight, there are missing here 3

The Barbel already took them ... but at least I got them

Well, some of them...

But the package in this way is much more economical

And you can also use the weight you want

Instead of the package you were used to seeing

It was this package that came with just a mayfly

But it became more expensive, it was better because the weight was inside the lure

And then it was 100% real but I assure you that with this will have the same results

I had no problem catching fish with this

And comes out much cheaper and saves us money

As I was saying UL 0-7 rod was my bet for this year

what reels I used last year?

Okuma RTX 25 was my reel of choice

Was okuma's second best

Left the collection and this year so you should no longer be able to find it, only in some stores that still have it

But it is a very versatile, very powerful and spectacular drag reel

And still the Okuma Inspira, this reel is in the market

Is an excellent reel for both LRF and for more finesse fishing

This reel has always been known to be reliable and durable

is a very good reel

And recently, more specifically last week came the new Helios

This is the new Helios SX

And is a bomb, is the top from Okuma

Is a reel I recommend now, after having tried it and used it with large fish

With fish very fighters,I will not speack without ever having experienced

I will not talk about I read in catalogs without ever having caught a fish with it

Now after trying it and after catching fish I can recommend

And I can guarantee that it is very good, the drag is brutal

Not only in the sound, the sound is beautiful but in the ability to fight with a fish

The drag is soft and a soft drag allows us to catch the fish better

If the drag jumps the fish will break the line

You do not have the slightest chance

Helios SX if you have money this is the right choice

If you want a cheaper thing you have the Inspira

Continues to be very good , everyone knows what is best for you and your wallet

And it's not because you use Okuma Inspira that you're going to catch less fish

The Helios is just a softer

At this moment we have talked about the rods and the reels

I will now speak of something else essential,

When we are sight fishing is obligatory and I repeat is obligatory use of polarized glasses

Polarized glasses are not sunglasses

For example mine have this so they do not get lost if they fall to the water and a box not to scratch

why they are required?

Because we are sight fishing and the barbel has a much better vision than us.

If you see a Barbel the most certain is that he has already seen you before

And you only have chance if you fish with polarized glasses

You have to see the fish in a big distance because if you approach the shore and I will explain this in a future video the fish will escape

So if you fish near the shore and the fish is 10 Cm from you he will run away

What do you think will happen to fish that are 10Cm away from you?

is game over

You have to wear glasses and see at least 15 to 20 meters ahead of you

In order to see the dark back of a Barbel and then launch there, you can not stand beside a fish

You can not catch a Barbel near you, there is no way, I don´t know anyone who can

Another very important thing is the net

I use a telescopic net that allows me to extend up to 3 meters

This is very important because Barbel is a very fighter fish

This shrinks and we can walk with this in the back

And if you do not carry a net, it is more certain that you lose the fish at your feet and that is frustrating

very important, the net

A hat, this is normal, we will walk a lot of time in the sun

It's not good to get some sun on your head or the ideas come out strange...

This is to disinfect the fish's mouth

so he do not gain infections

A pair of scissors to make our knots

A scale, in this case has scale and tape measure

To record our catches before releasing them, it is very important to release

Nobody is starving to the point of needing to eat a Barbel

A bag to store all our material

This one goes to the waist

No need to be loaded of tackle

and now the lures, the lures I use are

Savage Gear Mayfly

Savage Gear Nails, this is the new kit

You can already buy in stores, it is available

Which lures will we use the most?

SG Mayfly

in this kit

Savage Gear Shrimp

The shrimp is no longer available but you can use the Mayfly

Savage Gear Ragworm

The Ragworm are obligatory, there is no Barbel that does not eat earthworms

Another lure that has already give to me some Barbels

Are the little Fry

Small fish imitations, is not the most common lure for Barbel

It should not be your first choice but sometimes surprises happen.

As you have seen in the Trout fishing video

That's all I use and it fits inside this bag

You do not need to walk loaded on Barbel fishing

You have seen all kinds of material you will need

I use multi 0.12 with 0.20 flurocarbon

so you can use a 0.12 multi but is better to use 0.25 flurocarbon

because Barbel fight very hard

And it is possible that you lose the fish if you have slim lines

I use this box where I store the jigheads

I use from 0.5grams to 1.5grams, don´t use more than that or will not work

So that is the need for a rod like this that allows us to throw weight so light

I hope you enjoyed this video and I'll leave the footage of a good Barbel

With a Mayfly, is one of the 3 missing in this box

was destroyed in the fight

A 7-minute fight that gave me a brutal enjoyment

cya

damn

enough

let me...

... catch you

what a fight

easy

today?

today?

I'm fishing with line and jighead very thin

So I have to be calm

I don´t know if it is a Barbel because

The Barbel has a great start but then surrenders

unless...

is a Barbel

he is bigger

he is kicking me

Should I close the drag more?

Can the line handle it?

This is the real rod test

what a Barbel

he don´t like me

like I said...

Been so close

so close to the photo.

come here

ultra light

I am happy

Let's go there and there's a fisherman and take a picture

Mayfly

big Barbel

there he goes

WHAT IS DEADLIFT LOLITA? (Eng subs) - Duration: 4:08.

This week let's talk about hairy metal...with puffed- out skirts!

Deadlift Lolita is a very one of a kind group, the sort we're not used to

made of 2 pro wrestlers: Ladybeard and Reika Saiki

The sound is metal, the visual is lolita with lots of ribbons and kawaititude

the whole thing mixed by 2 Gym enthusiasts

I know what you're thinking: Only Japan can do this! Remember to be grateful for it

The group debuted in March 2017 with the released of the Six Pack Twins single

and before talking about it, I reckon it's best for me to present the 2 members to you

A priori, he's the one that most disturb our western pupils

Pro-wrestler from Australia, Richard (who I'll call Riri) was an actor and stunt performer

before jumping in the ring with his trademark crossdressing

and creating the Ladybeard character

Ladybeard's uniform is very colorful and pink, it's literally a pink bikini doubled with a skirt

and Ladybeard's motto is:

Outside the ring, Ladybeard's performances involve singing metal music (I know, it's unexpected)

with a very cute outfit and skits built around wrestling

This mix is quite out there and if it's crazy, obviously Japan will love it. And so do I

Let's be honest, you don't get to see a viking singing metal in a skirt every day!

Plus, I'm sorry but as a fan of Thor and Chris Hemsworth, looking at Riri...

if you get past the bikini and the makeup...

He's gorgeous AF!

Because the concept is in your face, it's easily memorable. If you're intrigued, Ladybeard has a Youtube channel

with some skits...in Japanese, OK, but you don't really need subtitles to see how funny it is!

However, be aware: it's very loud!

On top of the crossdressing there's the idol touch to it

There was already a unit before called Ladybaby

and this time, Ladybeard's fellow member were closer to the traditional Japanese idol

Reika is a pretty doll face combined with a very athletic body

The day she punches you in the face, I'm not sure you'd get up

Before joining Ladybeard for Six Pack Twins, Reika was a model, got interested into fitness

and, after working hell of hard, became a bodybuilder

One reason why Reika got popular is because she has both this very sweet side, very cute

and a very ripped body, which could be quite impressive

I mean...Okay.

Reika was therefore the perfect partner for Ladybeard as she is the perfect mix of adorable and fitness

and this out of the ordinary idol image

Deadlift Lolita is the combination of Ladybeard's screams with Reika's alto voice

on a metal sound, with a cutesy visual (kuddos to the ribbony dresses)

with an easy catchy choreo for the idol side of things

The MV for the song is also throwing in some classic Ladybeard stageplay,

a reference to the pink uniform

with mandatory idol close-ups and slow-motion cuts

Choreo and coordinated outfits,

But also: close-ups on muscles and aaaaaabs

Oh yeaaaah

I personally think Deadlift Lolita is what Japan does best

Everything is possible and unexpected

I admire the fact that this is done so seriously

and it's a valuable lesson for us Westerners:

What some people will call weird, others like me will call it genius!

There you go, I hope you enjoyed this video

To see the MV I'll put Ladybeard's channel in the description below

Tell me in the comments what you think about it

Give this video a thumbs up and share it if you enjoyed

For requests I'm still available on FB, TW and IG, all links are down below

If you missed last week's video it's right here!

Go check it and let me your thoughts

and as usual don't forget to subscribe so you don't...fucking hair...miss next week's video

That's it for me this week, see you soon!

The fit psychology postdoc | What does a typical day look like - Duration: 10:00.

I know that most people who do similar videos

start in the morning under the

covers drinking coffee.

I'm starting backwards.

It's actually Sunday afternoon

and I'm about to go to the gym.

So, although I don't have any work today

I'd like to talk about my work.

That's how much I love my work!

I'm a postdoctoral researcher in

psychology.

For short postdoc.

So I'm a postdoc in psychology.

A postdoc is

normally a job that someone finds when

they want to follow a career in research

or academia.

I completed a Bachelor of Arts and

I majored in psychology and Spanish.

I, then, decided to do an honours in psychology,

and then I did a PhD in psychology.

It took me roughly eight years altogether.

So it is a long process.

Think about it,

and don't tell me I didn't warn you.

I don't think that there is a thing like

a typical day in my postdoc life, because

every day can be very different.

Sometimes I have to travel to go to

conferences or take part in public

engagement events, write up papers, apply

for grants.

I'm going to make another

video with my duties because I want to

keep this video quite short.

What I'm going to try to do is to capture a

typical day of a postdoc

of a psychology postdoc

actually of a fit psychology postdoc!

Yes, got it right this time!

I normally get up at around 8-8:30

I get ready, clean the house a little bit

so I don't leave a mess behind me, and

leave.

My bag with my gym clothes and my

meals for the day is always ready from

the previous night.

At the moment I'm ready to go.

The only thing that I left out is my

food and the reason I left it out is

because I want to show it to you.

Before I show my food I have to say that recently

I started doing intermittent fasting.

Now, I'm going to cover this in a different

video, but very briefly, intermittent

fasting is when there is an 8-hour

window during the day when you're

allowed to eat. So, I typically eat between

12-1 o'clock to 8-9 o'clock.

The rest 16 hours I cannot eat anything. The only

things that are allowed are black coffee

tea, if you drink tea,

I don't

and water of course!

So at around 12:00, I'll eat a salad.

Today it has carrots, yellow and red

bell peppers and cherry tomatoes.

And I'll eat this along with risotto. Today I made it

with mushrooms and corn.

At around 3:00

I'll eat some porridge. I know that most

people eat porridge for breakfast, but

I don't have breakfast and I love porridge.

From 12 until 6 I'll eat some fruit and

sometimes I buy some nuts.

So this is my

food between 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock

although I normally have my last meal at

around 4, because I can't exercise with

my stomach full.

On Friday I had a

public engagement event.

So a public engagement is

when scientists or researchers go out to

the public and try to communicate their

science.

So, I had to do that on Friday

and I have here with me some goodies.

I was like Robin Hood.

We try to make

research and science fun and

understandable.

I look more scientific now, right?

Glasses make me more scientific, yeah?

Here is a very cool brain. It's created

based on the MRI scan of a person.

So, it's based on a real brain

real healthy brain.

That's important.

And it's half of it.

Cool isn't it?

Alright I have to go now!

It's coffee time! Yay!

I love coffee.

It's actually the only thing I drink

apart from water.

A couple of weeks ago

I got an email from a journal where I

submitted a paper. They came back with

the reviewers comments and they asked me

to make some changes

which is fine

and hopefully once I make the changes they

will be happy and the paper will be

published.

So, today is one of those days

that I'll spend most of the time over my

computer. It's not the most exciting day

but it is part of my job.

We don't talk with a full mouth.

I just got a new delivery.

Two new iPads.

I've already opened them.

Nothing exciting inside.

I'm a little bit sick and tired

of tablets because last year we did a

project using tablets and I have over

than 30 iPads in my office.

My expertise is

in cognitive aging and I'll cover this

in a different video but I have to test

cognitive function in older people.

The previous years we used the old-fashioned way

pen and paper

but now we progressed

new technology is here, so we'll be using

the iPads.

Yes!

In a few minutes we are having

a walking meeting which as the name

suggests is not one of those meetings

where we sit on our comfortable couches

in our office but we walk around the

campus discussing about research and

projects.

I'm so not looking forward to it.

The weather is terrible today. It's too

cold. I don't want to go out there.

The walking meeting wasn't as bad as I thought

it would be. The weather is not the

greatest but it is not cold. I thought it

would be way colder.

So, I survived!

And now, I'm back in the office, working on the

paper and needing desperately another

coffee before I fall asleep.

It's the end of the day and I'm really

excited because it's workout time.

This is the best time of the day. I'm also

very excited because I finally finished

with this paper I've been working on for

a couple of weeks now. So the paper will

go to my supervisor, he will make

comments, it will come back to me and

then we'll have to submit it to the

journal by the 3rd of June. Hopefully

this time it will be accepted for

publication and this will be my

eighth publication.

I'm going to pick up a

friend now and we'll go to the gym

together and I'm going to have the most

amazing workout ever.

I can sense it!

I had a lovely workout and I'm on my

way home now.

I just got home and it's

7:30 which means I have roughly thirty

minutes to eat, which is plenty of time.

I'm going to eat two boiled eggs, then

I'll eat some cereal

grape-nuts with coconut milk which I love and some

fruit and nuts. And that's pretty much it!

I'll have a shower, then I'll probably do

some editing as I have a few videos

that I will be uploading soon. So if you

are into workouts or if you want to

learn more about the postdoc life

stick around!

I normally go to bed at around 1.

I know it may sound a little bit

late, but I wake up at 8

so 1 to 8 is 7 hours

which is enough sleep for me. I don't need

more than that.

If you have any questions

or comments, I'd be more than happy to

respond to

if I know the answer.

I think that's it for today.

I don't think that

I'll be recording after this because I

really want this time of the day to be

my time and that means that I shut down

the mobile and everything that is

distracting.

Take care!

What Are The Benefits Of Smiling - Duration: 8:31.

Hey this is Kris Krohn, Limitless TV.

Today we're talking about the benefits

of smiling

I'm bringing on my friend and

guest mentor Marianne DeNovellis to talk

about the power of smiling.

Okay

yeah that's a good one right there

Okay.

You know,

A lot of people,

their first interpretation of you, they

make decisions about you within the

first 10 seconds of seeing you. There's

some astronomical number of decisions

that we make about a person within the

first 10 seconds of seeing them. So what

impression do you want to give? What do

you want people to come away with you?

You know I have this rule in my

life that I want to leave people better

off than I found them. I want people to

feel better about themselves. I want

people to say I like me better when I'm

with you. I want to see you again. That's

something I learned from one of my

mentors Dan Clark really an orator, great

speaker. And you know what? I feel great

when I'm around him.

Here's the thing now,

sometimes some of

us have this really nasty condition of

RBF. And I'm not going to tell you

what that means. You can go look it up.

RBF looks like this.

This resting face

with a scowl on it and yet I've had so

many people come up to me in the past

after I was made aware of this medical,

air quotes, condition of my RBF. I had

people come up to me and say, Marianne I

was really afraid to approach you at

first. like you intimidated me. Guys I'm

5'3'', I weigh a buck 15. How can I

intimidate people? but this

Apparently that can be really intimidating.

So what are the benefits of smiling? Why would we

want to do that? what are the

physiological benefits? what are the

psychological benefits? and what are the

benefits with working with people. You

know in the industry that I'm in, I work

with people. An industry you're in guess

what? you work with people. Did you know

that you can detect a smile during email?

Did you know that you can detect a smile

through a text? did you know that when

you're on the phone with someone, they

can hear whether or not you're smiling

without even seeing you? There's a book

that's called, how to win friends and

influence people in the digital age. You

know that goes in this book talks a lot

about the effects of smiling and the

effects of emojis. Emojis! who would think

that emojis would be important? I'm sure

if you've ever read a text message

someone that you'd be like, "um I don't

know if you're joking or not I don't

know if you're serious, oh you try to be

sarcastic right now?". Guys, in my family,

we mastered sarcasm. Something I'm not

especially proud of but it there it was.

And so I'm constantly, I'm at last of ten

kids guys. There's so many conversations

going around my family, there's so many

ways to to talk to each other and when

sarcasm runs rampant it's hard to

know what people really mean. And you

know what sarcasm means? sarcasm means to

tear flesh.

who knew

that sarcasm can be

so destructive. So when you're thinking

about communicating with people think about,

what happens when you smile? what reason

do you have to smile? why should you

smile?

Did you know smiling burns more calories?

Smiling will actually raise your

metabolic rate. So if you're looking for

a way to lose weight put a smile on your

face. Did you know that smiling makes you

more approachable? If you're in the

business of working with people, I don't

care if you're on the phone all day, if

you have ever seen a person in your life

you're in the business of working with

people. Every time you go out, you

represent who? Yourself. You represent

what you stand for, you represent your

brand. And I don't care if people look at

you funny or not but here's generally

what will happen. If you go down the

street with a smile on your face and you

actually connect someone I to I and they

see you, and they see that smile. That

smile's a gift.

And sometimes they'll laugh and

sometimes they'll look over your

shoulder and wonder why you're so happy.

But guess what's happening on their face?

it's contagious.

The smile is contagious. In the courtroom

it's been proven that a smile is no more

or less likely to get someone convicted

or set free. But it has been proven that

if they do, their sentence is lighter

because it's a smile. Now what does that

mean? what does that mean, that the smile

affects someone in such a way? A smile is

a token of what? it's token of friendship.

It's a token of joy. It means so much.

A smile increases your face value. A smile

increases the connection that you have

with people. People want to do business

with someone they trust.

Now I remember I was down in Moab this

last week. An amazing excursion I got to

meet so many people and I was just in

awe at how people interacted out in the

middle of the wilderness. My family and I

took this Beach were off the main road

to go see the sand dunes and I don't

even know how we found this place it

must have just been because so it's so

popular in Google Maps but I got to tell

you, driving a minivan fully kids down

this road to find this place was a

little scary. Not paved, total dirt road

and there was even this thought in my

head like, "I hope we have a spare tire

because this is looking pretty much like

4-wheel drive only". So we get out to

these sand dunes and all along the way

we're watching these bikers go by.

Watching these people on ATVs go by. And

every single one of them smiled and

waved. Or smiled and gave a nod. Smile

that acknowledged us somehow. And I said,

what is it about this area? what is it

about this community that knits people

together? I have no idea who these

people are. I may or may not ever see

them again but yet they're acknowledging

me as a human being. Why? because we share

something in common. You and I, we share

something in common.

We're human beings, we're siblings on

this planet just trying to figure this

out. In the middle of wilderness, there's

an element of survival there. There's no

food. There's no water. You pack it in or

you don't got it. And there's a

camaraderie. There's an element of not

scarcity and survival, of not trying to

survive, and this element of I got your back

if you need me in there. I knew that if

we got a flat tire out of that

wilderness, I noticed my kids needed

water out in that sand dunes area the

middle of the desert, that I could ask any

one of those people and if they didn't

have an answer they could get me one.

There's an element of camaraderie there.

I don't know how many of you remember

September 11th, 2001.

And what that

moment in time did for our country.

Of what was born of that tragedy. Never before have I

experienced such unity as I did that day.

I saw flags flying on every corner.

I remember driving to work and seeing

the Stars and Stripes waving in every

home, in every business. And I remember

watching people as they passed me by on

the street

connecting. Human being to human being.

So what is the value of a smile?

Is I see you.

I acknowledge you. I may not

understand everything that you've been

through and you know what? I don't even

have to. Because your heart beats just

like mine does. Your brain thinks just

like mine does. And your fellow sibling

on this planet and so my gift today is a

smile. And sometimes it's more than

enough for another person. Smiling

increases your face value. Smiling will

bring life to everything that you're

wanting to breathe life into.

Starting with you.

It works this! It's awesome!

Smile!
