Ketosis is a normal metabolic process which causes numerous health benefits.

Namely, during this process, the fat in the body is being converted into compounds called

ketones, which are used as a main energy source.

Researchers have found that diets which lead to ketosis are extremely beneficial as they

suppress appetite and lead to weight loss.

Also, it has been found that ketosis is also beneficial in the treatment of various conditions,

like type 2 diabetes and neurological disorders.

This process is not achieved by simple elimination of carbs, but it also required planning and

large efforts.

These are 7 successful tips to enter a state of ketosis:

Reduce the intake of carbs The consumption of a low-carb diet is crucial

in achieving ketosis, as cells use sugar or glucose as a main energy source.

Yet, cells can also use other fuel sources, like fatty acids and ketones, known as ketone

bodies.

Glucose is stored as glycogen in the liver and muscles, and in the case of a low intake

of carbs, these stores are reduced and the insulin levels are lowered, releasing the

fatty acids from the fat stores.

The liver turns some of these fatty acids into the ketone bodies acetone, acetoacetate,

and beta-hydroxybutyrate, which can be used as brain fuel.

The level of restriction of carbs for achieving ketosis is individual- dependent.

For instance, while some people need to reduce net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) to 20

grams daily, some can consume significantly more.

Due to this, the Atkins diet recommends limiting the intake to 20 or fewer grams daily for

two weeks to ensure that ketosis is achieved.

Afterward, the amounts of carbs are gradually increased.

One study involved overweight people with type 2 diabetes who reduced their carb intake

to 21 or fewer grams daily for a week.

The results showed that their daily urinary ketone excretion levels were 27 times higher

than their baseline levels.

Another study involved adults with type 2 diabetes who were allowed 20–50 grams of

digestible carbs daily, depending on the number of grams that allowed them to maintain blood

ketone levels within a target range of 0.5–3.0 mmol/L (8).

These ranges of carbs and ketones are recommended for individuals who aim to enter into a state

of ketosis in order to lose weight, lower the risk of heart diseases, and regulate blood

sugar.

On the other hand, therapeutic ketogenic diets used for epilepsy or as experimental cancer

therapy limit the intake of carbs to fewer than 5% of calories or fewer than 15 grams

daily to additionally drive up ketone levels.

Therefore, the reduction of the intake of carbs to 20–50 net grams daily reduces blood

sugar and insulin levels, causing the release of stored fatty acids which are converts into

ketones by the liver.

Increase the intake of Healthy Fats The consumption of healthy fats increases

the levels of ketones and helps you to achieve ketosis.

Namely, a low-carb ketogenic diet is low in carbs but high in fat.

Ketogenic diets for metabolic health, weight loss, and exercise performance get between

60–80% of calories from fat, while the classic ketogenic diet used in the treatment of epilepsy

is even higher in fat, with typically 85–90% of calories from fat.

This does not mean that the excessive fat intake leads to high ketone levels in all

cases.

One study which involved 11 healthy people for three weeks analyzed the effects of fasting

with different amounts of fat intake on breath ketone levels and found that ketone levels

were similar in people consuming 79% or 90% of calories from fat.

Since fat makes up a large percentage of a ketogenic diet, you should always use high-quality

sources, like avocado oil, coconut oil, lard, butter, olive oil, and tallow.

Yet, if you want to lose weight, you should not consume too many calories.

The consumption of at least 60% of calories from fat, therefore, increases ketone levels.

However, make sure you choose healthy fats from both plant and animal sources.

Incorporate Coconut Oil in Your Diet The consumption of coconut oil helps you to

enter the state of ketosis, as it is high in fats known as medium-chain triglycerides

(MCTs), which are quickly absorbed and taken directly to the liver, where they can be immediately

used for energy or converted into ketones.

It is actually one of the best ways to achieve ketosis in the case of Alzheimer's disease

and other nervous system disorders.

This oil contains 4 types of MCTs, but still half of the fat comes from lauric acid.

Researchers have confirmed that fat sources rich in lauric acid may produce a more sustained

level of ketosis, as they are metabolized more gradually than other M

As Queen Elizabeth II spends her 13th day out of the public eye, forgoing annual holiday

traditions while battling what's been called a �heavy cold,� many have been wondering

what comes next for the royal family following the queen�s death or abdication.

Buckingham Palace reported Friday the queen was continuing to recover from her illness,

along with the Duke of Edinburgh Prince Philip.

Long before the queen became sick just before Christmas, rumors were swirling for years

about who would become the first king to hold the throne since 1952.

Prince Charles, Queen Elizabeth�s son and the longest-serving heir apparent in British

history, has been first in line to be king since then.

However, it�s been said the 68 year old could spark a "constitutional crisis" by immediately

passing the throne to his son, Prince William.

It might sound like a long-shot, but it�s happened before.

A similar phenomenon occurred in 1936 when King Emperor Edward VIII proposed to marry

American socialite Wallis Simpson, who was in the midst of divorcing her second husband.

The news caused widespread confusion over the fate of the British empire, with a dramatic

and historic abdication speech following the untimely succession of Edward�s brother,

the Duke of York.

"You must believe me when I tell you that I have found it impossible to carry the heavy

burden of responsibility and to discharge my duties as king as I would wish to do without

the help and support of the woman I love," he said at the time.

"I have made this, the most serious decision of my life, only upon the single thought of

Google is proud to introduce a new tool for their advertisers.

Following people's credit or debit card purchases, Google will be able to track someone's

interest in an online ad with them shopping the item in a physical store.

This way they will be able to squeeze more money from the advertisements that didn't

result in online purchases but lead the buyers into the stores on the streets.

"Google says it has access to roughly 70 percent of U.S. credit and debit card transactions

through partnerships with other companies that track that data.

By scanning this data, Google says it can automatically inform merchants when their

digital ads translate into sales at a brick-and-mortar store."

Google wouldn't be able to do this if there weren't enough people who said it's okay

because they are a private company and can do whatever they wish.

I disagree.

Let's visualize what this really is.

This is stalking.

If you walked into a store to buy groceries, would you be okay if the owner of the shop

would take your ID, and recorded all of your purchases, things you looked at and for how

long, how much money you had in your wallet, and kept your spending history?

Maybe yes?

This was happening online more than a decade ago.

We've progressed very far since then.

The reality of today goes like this:

If you visit your favorite store, the owner sends agenst to follow for the rest of your day.

The moment you step outside of that building.

The agents would carefully record all of your purchases at other stores.

And also watch you in the gym, see your friends, walked into to your home, and checked what

TV programs you like to watch, what music you like to listen to, what clothes you wear

and have in your closet, they could check your correspondence, your acquaintances…

only to report back to the owner to do with it as they please.

Maybe to design more personlised ads, or perhaps sell it all to the "third parties".

Would you still be okay with this?

You could say that you would then stop shopping at that store and went somewhere else.

Only to realize that they are all connected through chain of advertisers all of them interested

in one thing – the data.

Every store you visit, cinema you go to, work you do, whatever there is would send their

own agents to track you at 100% of your time.

Just because in real life these agents are cookies and advertising IDs doesn't change

the fact that this is seriously disturbing.

This is no longer an attack on your privacy.

This is aiming at your human nature as a free individual.

The law is falling behind on the pace of the progress.

No one except for those making the biggest profit from this situation are able to devote

enough time to track the dramatic changes of the technological innovation.

Average citizen is after all left to express their choice once every four years.

Most people will never be aware that such technology that can connect their online activity

with physical purchases even exists.

And the marketers benefit from this hugely.

What's in the biggest interest in the advertisers isn't the biggest good for the everybody.

This has huge effects on our democracy.

By tracking our physical and online activities, it's creating an unprecedented environment

of constant surveillance.

The eye that never blinks, if you will.

Google crossed the line many years ago but this is pushing things to a next level.

It normalizes profiling of entire physical and virtual human activity.

The only way to avoid this would be to stay off the grid, which is completely inconsistence

with sustainable life in modern society.

Combined with the effects of income inequality, lives of everybody are being decided on through

the lenses of profit hunting algorithms by the smallest number of elites in history of

human civilization.

The data collection is so vast that everything can be predicted based on your previous activity

and interests.

The offer is then cut down to the product that you are most likely to spend the biggest

pile of cash on.

Or in other words: it eliminates your freedom of choice.

Advertisers have become so powerful they are reshaping the society from its free fundamentals

back to the elitist order where the privileged few hold onto power and resources and decide

on other people's lives.

The comfortable argument is that it's great to be given what you want without looking

for it.

But that's inconsistent with human nature to answer incentives to seek the biggest profit.

The personalized experience is narrowed down to the most expensive product you are willing

to pay for, while eliminating potentially cheaper options you might favor instead.

It is more reasonable to believe that

Self-learning machines are programmed on this basis.

Just like in another authoritarian era of human history when the success was measured

in the number slaves or serves someone owned, today it's those who own the data accumulate

most of the wealth.

The new economy isn't based on diversity of production, but around the self-sustaining

circle of targeted advertising with data mining and artificial intelligence.

The vast majority of people are excluded from entering this market.

And there goes one more reason to stop using card payments.

Democrats are bringing out the big guns, firing feckless lawsuits against Republicans in the

hopes that something will stick.

Brad Podliska, a Major in the Air Force Reserve and former investigator on the Benghazi committee,

is suing committee chair Trey Gowdy for wrongful termination and discrimination.

According to the the suit, Podliska was fired because of his military service and for his

refusal to investigate Hillary Clinton.

He further alleges that Gowdy inappropriately defamed him publicly after the termination.

The Benghazi committee has denied the accusations and maintains that Podliska was terminated

for the mishandling of classified information.

Speaking on NBC News, Trey Gowdy dismissed the allegations, claiming that Podliska was

lying.

The committee's top investigator is a three-star general, which undermines any claims of discrimination.

However, Podliska's claim that this was military discrimination is crucial to the

case being heard.

Podliska is relying on The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act to

claim standing for the case.

Normally, House staffers are prevented from suing their employer to protect classified

information.

Claiming military discrimination is Podliska's only avenue to court.

A lengthy court battle is the ultimate goal of the lawsuit.

Podliska and his liberal lawyers have requested a jury trial and are hoping a prolonged legal

battle would detract attention from Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton is, of course, central to the lawsuit, and possibly behind the spurious

court case.

Podliska claims that he was mistreated because he was not willing to advance a line of investigation

implicating Hillary Clinton, who was Secretary of State during the Benghazi assault.

The entire lawsuit stinks to high heaven of a distraction campaign orchestrated by the

Democrats.

Podliska could not prevent the Benghazi committee from investigating Clinton from the inside,

so he is hoping to derail the committee from the outside.

He is also demanding his former job back.

The lawsuit seems to have gone out of its way to target Trey Gowdy, who is a rising

star in the Republican Party.

The entire purpose of the lawsuit is to defame Trey Gowdy while insinuating that the Benghazi

investigation is an unfair witch hunt designed to attack Hillary Clinton.

Back when Obama did it, there was some controversy from the Right.

But instead of marching and burning down buildings the Right said, "Hey he shouldn't be doing

that.

It makes us look bad and is against the OFFICIAL State Department policy."

That previous statement is what we would like to call a "factual argument" — liberals

should try it sometime.

The Left either denied the bow happened or said it was a simple misunderstanding.

Weird, because it should be one or the other.

Plus you cannot reasonably DENY the bow.

There is video evidence and pictures of former president Obama bowing down to the then-king.

It's as absurd as trying to deny that the sun rose from the East yesterday morning!

It should also be noted that Melania did not wear a headscarf on the Saudi Arabia visit

either.

The president and first lady were there for business, not to kowtow to the world leader.

Obama did an excellent job at kissing up to ANYONE who could cause him controversy.

He would give OUR money openly to other countries — his bows were both physical and metaphorical.

You would have to admit that it is sickening, in the scheme of the world stage, to think

that when BIG discussions were happening Obama was sitting in the back seat with his arms

crossed so that he didn't "bother" anyone.

How did we ever survive eight years of an Obama presidency?

The best part of Trump's recent trip is the way the Left was SO sure that the Saudi

people would not be welcoming to the president.

Imagine their surprise when Trump arrived to find a red carpet and a country overflowing

with excitement to meet him.

Liberals have to be furious about being wrong so many times.

We'll never get tired of WINNING this big.

If the Left would quit being disrespectful roadblocks, they might find that there is

some common ground between them and our president.

Instead, they are choosing to stand in our president's way at every turn.

It's mind-boggling.

The Dems are going to discover that when you use that attitude with Trump, you are not

going to be pleased.

greetings today's discussion focuses on

Tesla and its power evaluation so what

this is about is that in with most of

the Model S's and X's that are out there

there is no most of the users will now

have to start paying for power after

their initial period why this is

important is that this revenue will add

valuable cash that's well needed by the

company and as this revenue and profit

is added to the company it significantly

increases the value of the enterprise so

I generally wanted to make this a

discussion about what's happening with

power generation at Tesla and why is it

important so a few data points that one

should note number one tesla spends a

hundred and forty thousand dollars at

least per supercharger station once that

station is built the power that's used

by the vehicles is actually paid for by

the entity be the mall or restaurant

that's adjacent to those supercharger

stations so Tesla owners get the benefit

from that power but there's no cost

that's being generated to the firm after

that unit is built but the question that

becomes how do you pay for all these

current and new stations that are being

built and the answer is by user fees so

right now I decided to cover this topic

because a Elan musk was asked when it is

he would be generating clean power

instead of difficult dirty power for all

the supercharger stations and his

response is we're not ready to deal with

that yeah

so I thought this was significant

because once Tesla is ready to move

forward with dealing with how they're

going to power their supercharger

stations they have the ability to use

solar arrays or even battery power to

get electricity and put it onto the grid

to be used by the supercharger stations

especially in a smart grid situation

another thing that pops up relative to

power is in places like Southern

California once large numbers of Tesla's

start hitting power at their homes

they're really going to start impacting

the ability of the local utilities to

meet those power needs of all those

vehicles and Tesla is ready and able to

quickly move forward and help provide

solutions and so Tesla becomes a rare

breed in that not only are they able to

provide the vehicles but they're

providing fuel for their own vehicles if

you have owners who are now getting

their power from Tesla so I think this

could make this is also a competitive

advantage because if you're getting

discounted power with the help of Tesla

in your home as well as its

superchargers it's more of an incentive

to not switch when your lease ends to

other vendors we can start paying for

fuel or electricity once again so I

think it ends up being a nice

competitive advantage for Tesla and its

owners the big question mark is well

what is all this worth and how this

affect the valuation of the company well

the answer is if Tesla is not generating

revenue and profit from those facilities

it gets people to buy more cars but it

doesn't work that great in terms of

evaluation adds to the company being

determined so I think we're in an

important time where people will start

paying for power and there'll be a sense

of what the numbers are so that those

numbers can be used to facilitate

valuation increase for the company which

will give more money to enable them to

build more superchargers

that are there more densely you know

sort of put out there and can serve all

Trump Will Appeal Travel Ban To Supreme Court

Well, Trump did warn he would appeal the travel ban all the way to the Supreme Court if he

had to, and that's precisely what he plans on doing.

On Thursday afternoon, shortly after the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, in a 10-3 vote

that Trump's travel ban likely violates the constitution and ruled against the executive

order, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said the Justice Department will ask the Supreme

Court to review the appeals court ruling.

The 4th Circuit (based in Richmond, Va) is the first appeals court to rule on the revised

travel ban unveiled in March.

A second appeals court, the 9th U.S. Circuit based in San Francisco, is also weighing the

revised travel ban after a federal judge in Hawaii blocked it.

The first travel ban issued Jan. 27 was aimed at seven countries and triggered chaos and

protests across the country as travelers were stopped from boarding international flights

and detained at airports for hours.

Trump tweaked the order after the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals refused to reinstate

the ban.

Following the revision, Trump's administration had hoped it would avoid the legal problems

that the first version from January encountered, but it was not meant to be.

The new version made it clear the 90-day ban covering those six countries doesn't apply

to those who already have valid visas.

It got rid of language that would give priority to religious minorities and removed Iraq from

the list of banned countries.

But critics said the changes don't erase the legal problems with the ban.

As described previously, a core question in the case before the 4th Circuit was whether

courts should consider Trump's public statements about wanting to bar Muslims from entering

the country as evidence that the policy was primarily motivated by the religion.

Trump's administration argued the court should not look beyond the text of the executive

order, which doesn't mention religion.

The countries were not chosen because they are predominantly Muslim but because they

present terrorism risks, the administration said.

But Chief Judge Roger L. Gregory wrote that the government's "asserted national security

interest ... appears to be a post hoc, secondary justification for an executive action rooted

in religious animus and intended to bar Muslims from this country."

President Donald Trump's revised travel ban "speaks with vague words of national security,

but in context drips with religious intolerance, animus and discrimination," the appeals court

also said Thursday in ruling against the executive order.

To this, Jeff Sessions responded that the court's ruling blocks Trump's "efforts to

strengthen this country's national security" adding that Trump is not required to admit

people from "countries that sponsor or shelter terrorism until he determines that they can

be properly vetted" and don't pose a security threat.

The three dissenting judges, all appointed by Republican presidents, said the majority

was wrong to look beyond the text of the order.

Calling the executive order a "modest action," Judge Paul V. Niemeyer wrote that Supreme

Court precedent required the court to consider the order "on its face."

Looked at that way, the executive order "is entirely without constitutional fault," he

wrote.

As for SCOTUS, according to AP, the Supreme Court would likely step into the case if asked

as the justices almost always have the final say when a lower court strikes down a federal

law or presidential action.

Trump could try to persuade the Supreme Court to allow the policy to take effect, even while

the justices weigh whether to hear the case, by arguing that the court orders blocking

the ban make the country less safe.

If the administration does ask the court to step in, the justices' first vote could signal

the court's ultimate decision.

Ilya Somin, a law professor at George Mason University, said if the Supreme Court follows

a partisan divide, the Trump administration may fare better since five of the nine are

Republican nominees.

Still, he said, it's difficult to make a confident prediction because "Supreme Court justices

don't always vote in ideological lockstep."

Critics of Trump's order were delighted with the outcome:

The case ruled on by the 4th Circuit was originally brought in Maryland by the American Civil

Liberties Union and the National Immigration Law Center on behalf of organizations as well

as people who live in the U.S. and fear the executive order will prevent them from being

reunited with family members from the banned countries.

"President Trump's Muslim ban violates the Constitution, as this decision strongly reaffirms,"

said Omar Jadwat, director of the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project, who argued the case.

"The Constitution's prohibition on actions disfavoring or condemning any religion is

a fundamental protection for all of us, and we can all be glad that the court today rejected

the government's request to set that principle aside."

And now it will be up to the Supreme Court to rule once again on this issue, hopefully

finally making it go away.

Travel ban aside, the upcoming case will be a litmus test of just what (and how strong)

the ideological leanings of the revised SCOTUS bench are, now that Gorsuch is in town.

Marijuana industry insiders believe that the international corporation will destroy the

industry, genetically modify the seeds and rob people of the diversity and natural benefits

of cannabis.

Besides the health fears associated with GMOs, the company also plans to supply the necessary

chemicals and fertilizers to attack marijuana seed breeders in the same way that Monsanto

used RoundUp to attack farmers worldwide.

Bayer�s history includes making chemical weapons, providing material support (as part

of the Farben group) for Hitler�s genocidal war crimes, using slave labor, and creating

toxic and deadly products.

Bayer was the first company to mass produce and mass market heroin worldwide.

Monsanto's legacy of death has brought them the name "the most evil company in the world."

They have similarly made or contributed to the making of harmful products including saccharin,

PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls), nuclear weapons, polystyrene, DDT, Agent Orange, RoundUp

(glyphosate), bovine growth hormone (rGBH), Aspartame, GMOs, and dioxin.

As you know from previous BigBudsMag.com articles, Monsanto makes poisons, GMOs, and other products

proven to harm people and the environment.

Monsanto has a deep business partnership with Scotts Miracle-Gro, a convicted corporate

criminal� and Scott�s Miracle-Gro is trying to take over the marijuana industry.

In the past two years, a Scotts Miracle-Gro front group purchased General Hydroponics,

Botanicare, and Gavita.

Scotts Miracle-Gro CEO Jim Hagadorn says he intends to spend as much as HALF A BILLION

DOLLARS to buy out the cannabis industry.

Major hydroponics nutrients, lighting, soil, and other grow equipment manufacturers report

they�ve also been offered takeover bids by Scotts Miracle-Gro or its �Hawthorne�

front company.

One major hydroponics lighting manufacturer told BigBudsMag.com that Scotts Miracle-Gro

wanted to buy most of their bulbs and sell them at Home Depot and other discount stores.

�They indicated they want to bypass hydroponics retail stores,� the hydroponics lighting

rep told us.

�When we said we won�t get in bed with them to hurt the hydro industry, they said,

�Well, we could just buy your whole company like we did with Gavita and do whatever we

want.��

Maximum Yield Magazine, which bans marijuana hydroponics nutrients company Advanced Nutrients

from its indoor gardening expo events, welcomed a Monsanto affiliate into its Boston gardening

expo several years ago.

This despite the fact that Monsanto and Scotts Miracle-Gro have long been partners with the

DEA to produce poisons used in the wars against marijuana and coca plants.

Bayer has a business partnership with GW Pharmaceuticals, a UK-based company that grows marijuana, extracts

compounds from it, and then turns the compounds into pharmaceutical medicines.

Bayer is the licensed distributor for GW�s Sativex�, an expensive medical cannabis

extract spray that patients say is less effective than growing and using their own buds.

Like Monsanto and Scotts Miracle-Gro, Bayer is a pathologically harmful corporation.

Bayer�s history includes making chemical weapons, providing material support (as part

of the Farben group) for Hitler�s genocidal war crimes, using slave labor, and creating

toxic and deadly products.

In 1898, Bayer trademarked the opiate diacetylmorphine, giving it the name heroin.

Bayer was the first company to mass produce and mass market heroin worldwide.

The company falsely claimed that heroin was great for children as a harmless curative

for coughs and digestive disorders.

Monsanto has similarly made or contributed to the making of harmful products including

saccharin, PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls), nuclear weapons, polystyrene, DDT, Agent Orange,

RoundUp (glyphosate), bovine growth hormone (rGBH), Aspartame, GMOs, and dioxin.

When Monsanto is called out for creating harm to humans and the environment, the corporation

responds with denials and propagandistic public relations campaigns, and attempts to intimidate

its critics.

Michael Straumietis, founder and owner of hydroponics nutrients company Advanced Nutrients,

has constantly warned the marijuana community about Monsanto, Scotts Miracle-Gro, GMO marijuana,

and corporate takeover of the marijuana industry.

�Monsanto and Bayer have an agreement to share information about genetically modifying

crops including cannabis,� Straumietis notes.

�Bayer is partnered with GW Pharmaceuticals, which grows its own proprietary marijuana

genetics.

You can bet Monsanto and Bayer are interested in creating GMO marijuana.�

Several years ago, Straumietis reports, billionaire investor George Soros, who owns 500,000 shares

of Monsanto stock, worked behind the scenes via a �public interest� front group to

legalize cannabis research in Uruguay.

Straumietis says South American governmental insiders report that Monsanto is working there

on genetically-modified cannabis, along with pharmaceuticalizing THC, other cannabinoids,

and terpenoids.

The biggest problem with Monsanto, Bayer, and Scotts Miracle-Gro linking up globally

is that their goals are to control the world�s seed supply, food supply, agricultural chemicals,

fertilizers, and medicines.

�These corporations have reduced the variety and availability of native seeds,� he says.

�They genetically modify crops so farmers have to buy new seeds every year, and use

corporate chemicals like RoundUp to grow them.

They�d do the same thing with GMO marijuana.�

The corporate interests and immense political power of Bayer, Monsanto, and Scotts Miracle-Gro,

enforced by the World Trade Organization and international patent law, could result in

corporate ownership of marijuana seed stock, prohibition of cannabis growers producing

their own strains, GMO marijuana, and decrease in the number of cannabis strains available.

�There used to be hundreds of commercial varieties of apples,� Straumietis says.

�Today there are less than two dozen.

The United Nations warns that the diversity of cultivated crops declined by 75% during

the 20th Century and a third of today�s crop diversity could disappear by 2050.

The global plant breeding market is dominated by multinationals like Monsanto.

They�re stealing Nature from us.�

Straumieitis warns that the corporate plan is to genetically modify marijuana, establish

patented GMO marijuana seeds and strains in the marketplace, and then use patent and trademark

enforcement to attack marijuana seed breeders and rob us of our seeds.

This is the exact model Monsanto has used to attack farmers worldwide, Straumietis says.

�Take a look at what Monsanto did to Canadian farmer Percy Schmeiser,� Straumietis advises.

Accompanying Monsanto�s agricultural monopoly strategy is their goal to increase pharmaceuticalization

and medical products monopolies, so growing your own medical marijuana will be banned,

and you�ll be forced to buy �medical products� such as Sativex, he says.

What can we do to stop these world-controlling elites?
