How to Make Sour Cream - Easy Homemade Sour Cream Recipe

Hello and welcome back to In the Kitchen with Matt, I am your host, Matt Taylor.

Today I am going to show you how to make homemade sour cream.

Now here in the States sour cream is pretty cheap and readily available.

I had a request from someone to make a video on sour cream because they do not have it

available in their country, and you can definitely make it pretty easy at home, let's get started.

First you want to start with a nice clean jar.

I have a nice jar here.

Now we are going to take one cup of heavy whipping cream, let's pour it in there.

All right and we are going to use one fourth cup of whole milk, unpasteurized is best if

you can get it, if not just the normal whole milk.

All now we are going to add ? tsp. of white distilled vinegar, and what the vinegar is

going to do is it is going to react with the milk and cream and it is going to ferment

it, and it is going to thicken it up, and sour it, pretty cool, put it in there.

And now I am going to put the lid on, and we will just give it a good shake, so it gets

all mixed around, you don't want to shake it too much, because you don't want it to

turn into butter or anything.

And then, what I want to do, is I want to take a nice clean cloth, and put it over it,

and then we want to attach the top of this with a rubber band, or you could use some

twine, or rope, or like a string or something, just to keep the top in place.

Now we just let this sit at room temperature, for 24 hours.

Once it has thickened up, we are going to go ahead and take the top off here, all right,

great.

Smells nice and good, what you will see here is it got nice and thick on top, and then

down below, it will be a bit watery so it separated, so all we have to do is take a

big spoon here, we will come in here, oh nice and thick, and we will stir it all together,

and then what I am going to do, is I am going to just go ahead and transfer it over, look

at that.

There you go awesome thick homemade sour cream.

Now this won�t be as thick as you would buy traditionally at a store like in the States,

because they add some artificial thickeners, and things like that to it, but this is just

a pure sour cream, amazing.

All right and that is how you make homemade sour cream, really easy to do, you can also

add lemon juice as well, if you don't have vinegar, like two tsp. two and a half tsp.

of lemon juice, or a combination of the two, half and half, then what you do is you take

this and store it in the refrigerator, for up to a week, and you just use this for whatever

recipe that calls for sour cream, use this.

One thing we use to do as kids, is we would take strawberries, whole strawberries, and

dip them in the sour cream and then dip that in the brown sugar; it made a really good

treat.

How to Create Calendar Reports from Access Queries ... as shareable Web Pages - easy! (cc) - Duration: 8:57.

Have you ever wanted to create a query with information for a calendar

.. and then, abcra-cadabra, the calendar is done!

I am going to show you how to make that happen.

Hi, this is crystal.

This database has 2 sets of tables.

First is Companies that have Jobs to Deliver

or a Service to perform.

The Companies table relates to the Jobs table on CompID.

The Companies table also relates to the Addresses table on CompID.

Next are unrelated tables with contact information and appointments.

There are some sample queries you can test with,

and then dissect to see how they work.

The Macros make it easy to launch code.

mcr_CALENDAR-From-Query prompts for the name of a query you want to make a calendar for

The only requirement is that query

must have a field called 'CalDate'.

This field needs to be sorted in ascending order.

Only one month for the calendar report will be generated.

So whatever is the first date for the query

determines the month that the calendar will be for.

If dates are not sorted, entries will be missed.

The macro to Open the Calendar Folder launches code

to open the default folder for calendars that are generated.

This will be a directory called

\Calendar below the CurrentProject.Path

The module called mod_HtmlCalendarReport_s4p

contains all the code you need to bring this feature into

a database you create, or to add on to a database that you use.

Here are the field names that the calendar code is looking for.

CalDate

CalTitle

Text1

Text2

Text3

All you have to do is use these fieldnames in your query,

and sort by the calendar date,

to make the calendar work.

CalDate is the date of an activity

and is the only required piece of information

CalTitle, If specified, will be written above the month and year

for the calendar when it is displayed.

Text1, Text2, and Text3

specify what gets written onto each day.

These 3 pieces of information are also color-coded,

and alternating lines can have different colors too.

The qCalendar_Deliveries query shows 17 records

where deliveries need to be made for different dates.

While it is nice to have a list like this,

visualizing this data on a calendar

is even more useful.

Is it really that easy?

Can you really go from a query to a calendar that fast?

almost ...

First, copy the name of the query you want to see a calendar for.

Right-click on the query name and choose Rename

or press F2 to rename

Then just copy the query name

and press ESCape to not really change the name.

I am copying qCalendar_Deliveries

The reason I do this is just to make sure I don't type it in wrong,

and it is right there, so it is also quicker.

This query has what the calendar is looking for.

Then run the macro called

mcr_CALENDAR-From-Query

which runs code to ask for a query name

and create the HTML Calendar.

The code asks for the name of a query

I paste what I copied, qCalendar_Deliveries,

then the Create_HtmlCalendar code is launched,

and that query name is passed as a parameter.

The Create_HtmlCalendar function can have 2 parameters.

The name of a query, or an SQL statement, must be specified.

Optionally, the path and/or filename,

or part of filename, can be specified.

So what happens if you just give it a query name?

The filename is automatically assigned based on the calendar title,

the month and year for the calendar,

and then a time/date code for when the calendar was generated.

The extension will be HTM.

Where does the calendar go?

The folder, if not specified, will be a folder called \Calendar

under the CurrentProject.Path

This calendar shows the company code, quantity, and address

for deliveries on each day

In test_4_Create_HtmlCalendar,

SQL is constructed,

and then just a filename but no path

The calendar will be put into the default calendar directory.

To run a Sub, just click in it,

and press the F5 key.

MyReportname.html is the name of the file,

which was the only thing specified.

In test_2_Create_HtmlCalendar_SpecifyFile,

a query name and Jobs, which will be interepreted as part of a filename, is specified.

Since no file extension was specified,

the code adds meaningful information to the filename

such as the month and year for the calendar,

and yymmdd-hhnn for the date and time

that the calendar was generated.

It then adds an "htm" file extension.

The Jobs calendar shows company code, the quantity ordered, and the price.

It does not show WHAT was ordered.

You can decide whatever you want to show on calendar days

based on how you define the query

qCalendarText1Only

shows when appointments are scheduled

and is sorted by the date/time of the appointment

The c_Appointment table only has data in one month

so no criteria needs to be specified

Maybe you dont want 3 seperate colors on each row.

You can combine everything you want

to one of the text fields

qCalendar_Summary shows a lot of information only for Text1.

Another macro to make things easy for you is

the macro to open the calendar folder.

This calls the OpenCalendarFolder procedure

This code sets a variable called sPath

to the \Calendar directory below

the CurrentProject.Path

It then uses FollowHyperlink to open that folder

so you can see the files

that the Calendar program has created.

If you wish to dig in deeper,

you can experiment with the colors by modifying SetTheColors

which assigns values for the module-level array of strings for color

1 or 2 represents an odd or even row

1 to 3 is the color for each piece of information

If you wish to surround this process with a loop to make more files,

and possibly an index file too, you can do that.

What if your query has paramenters?

Not much testing was done so there might need to be some changes,

but here is what happens...

you are prompted to fill the parameters.

Run the parameter query to ask for a YYMM.

qParm_Calendar_Deliveries_Ask-YYMM

I enter 1708

This is 17 for 2017, and 08 for August.

This shows all the data for August, 2017.

The other parameter query prompts for a date

In this case, all days, starting with the specified date,

will be displayed on the calendar for that month.

As you can see, August has some deliveries before the 10th,

but they're not showing up on this calendar.

You can also see the criteria that was used in the header.

So, wrapping up, if you have a query

and you want a calendar

this is just about as easy as it gets

Just import the module into your database,

and use one of the examples

to create the calendar that you need.

Remember what to call the fields in your calendar query

and sort by the date

In many cases if you have an issue on your Shaw Digital Cable Box, it can be easily fixed

with a quick reset.

This is done by disconnecting the cable box from it's power supply.

When power is restored, the cable box will automatically reset.

To reset your cable box, locate the box near your television.

Next, identify the power cable that connects the cable box to a wall plug or a power bar.

Disconnect the power cable and wait about 30 seconds.

You can confirm that the cable box has been unplugged if there are no lights visible on

the front.

Then plug the power cable back into it's original position and allow the box a couple of minutes

to reset.

Keep in mind, that if you reset the cable box while it is recording, the recording will

stop and after your reset the guide listings will show To Be Announced while it accesses

the latest information.

It will take up to an hour for the guide to show current listings and up to 24 hours to

see the channel listings for the next 2 weeks.

So, I hunted around and find

this place which was very hard to find

I was looking around trying to find this place. To get

my photograph taken. So I looked everywhere. I asked everyone and everyone was

pointing over there over there. I couldn't find it. And there it was.

Up there oops

And the only way to get up there was to go around the back. Upstairs and it's

behind another building up an alleyway but I found it. I'm here. So video. I've

already taken the video I've already been inside by doing this is the pre

after video. That I'm doing for you right like into the future or back in the

future. It doesn't matter. lol Hum. But check these stairs out.

Now just coming to film photography studio. And just ask them, that I needing some

photos taken

How to Detox your Internal Organs - VitaLife Show Episode 266 - Duration: 5:57.

Welcome to the vitalife show I'm Doctor Janine Bowring and today I'm going to

share with you what's going on internally in our bodies and what your

body may be telling you that you need to detox and get those toxins out. We're

going to be talking with Lucy today and Lucy's my sidekick and she's going to

help to show us what's going on internally in our body. So this is Lucy

say hello, Lucy helps to show us what's going on inside our bodies and while

we're talking about toxicity our body is giving us signs and symptoms that those

toxins have built up so let's start up at the top

maybe it's headaches and you could be getting chronic headaches it could be

migraine headaches tension headaches tension at the back of the neck in the

trapezius muscle this is often related to what's going on internally in terms

of toxicity in the liver so this is the liver as well as in the large intestine.

If you're not having enough bowel movements and regular bowel movements

then what happens is that those toxins build up and then you can be getting

that headache and often people will report that once they have a good bowel

movement that their headache disappears, well the two go hand-in-hand so all the

more reason to detoxify your body and to do it in the gentle and safe way so I'm

going to share some tips about that at the end of this video so stay tuned.

Talking about you know what's going on in the cardiovascular system so of

course our hearts I'm going to show you that is right I've just removed Lucy's

left lung so we can see here that this is a cardiovascular system in the blood

now the blood is like the highway between the organs this is what carries

you know of course the oxygen but toxins also can travel in the bloodstream so

when we're doing a detox you want to make sure that you're addressing

cleansing out the blood as well which is very important. When we're talking about

lung toxis toxicity so this is her right lung of course I removed her left lung

but maybe your smoker maybe you're not a smoker just being exposed to the air

outside that your breathing can lend itself to that lung toxicity that again

builds up over time so it's important to detoxify the lungs as well. When we take

a look at the liver which we touched upon

the liver is one of the biggest largest internal organs for detox liver toxicity

symptoms is a lot of fatigue, poor digestion not feeling so good a lot of

headaches and this lends itself also to the thyroid not working as it should

because we need the liver to be working optimally for proper thyroid function so

the two go hand-in-hand this is the thyroid gland here which regulates our

metabolisms if you have difficulty losing weight and you don't have that

energy maybe you're constipated that could be a

thyroid issue and that is related to the liver. Now when we take a look at the

stomach maybe you have acid reflux and you have issues you know with digestion

maybe stomach ulcers this is the stomach and that again can be related to that

toxicity. Now we talk about fat when we're talking about body fat this is

called that visceral fat this is the omentum but the visceral fat actually

can build up around the organs and this can be a very dangerous type of fat and

toxin accumulation that we can't really see but it's important that we address

when we're doing natural detoxification, of course the bowel so if you have gas

and bloating and you crave all the wrong foods that could be a sign that your

your bowels have become toxic of course if you're not having regular bowel

movements and you're constipated that's a bowel toxicity issue, so important to

get those toxins out and to do it naturally in a way that you will be

running to the washroom so if you've ever tried to cleanse or detox before

and you've had to run to the washroom and you've had chronic frequent you know

loose stools probably a little bit too harsh on the digestive tract so we'll

share with you a gentle cleanse that won't have that negative side effect.

Kidneys now the kidneys of course can have toxicity as well and also the

adrenal gland so the adrenal glands this is where I stress hormone is secreted

and it's important in times of stress that you're trying to minimize and you

know minimize that fluctuation of the cortisol levels especially when you're

trying to lose weight and it's important that this is minimized and that you're

not stressing out your system you don't want to stress out your body when you're

doing a detox either that's very important that it's very gentle for you.

So we can see internally here what's going on

kidney detoxification is very important as well we have

another video on that. But how do we detox I mean at the end of the day it's

great to have all this information but how do we do a detox in a way that's

nice and safe harsh on the toxins but very gentle on your internal organs and

yet getting at all of those internal organs at once, well this is why I

How to Rebuild Internal Door Components for 1981-1987 GM Trucks - Kevin Tetz with LMC Truck - Duration: 17:48.

Hi, I'm Kevin Tetz working with LMC Truck to bring you some tech tips and

some excellent how-to videos that we hope are going to make your truck

restoration project even better.

In this video we're working with the 1981 through 1987 GM truck and

we're gonna show you how to completely rebuild the internal components of your door.

Now it doesn't seem like this truck is actually old enough to warrant a full

restoration but let's face it 30 years have gone by and that's an awful lot of

time for stuff to just naturally deteriorate or just wear out over time with use.

Such as, door lock switch is messed up. The door handle works,

chrome is peeling and it doesn't seat right, and take a look at this.

Very common problem with these trucks and we'll show you how to fix it easy.

Our vent frame is rusted and the weather seal is cracked and dry rotted.

This thing whistles like Slim Whitman going down the road. Now you don't have to

throw your credit card at every single project but when you're rebuilding your

doors you're going through the LMC Truck catalog or website you're going to find

everything you need to completely rebuild your vent windows including the

correct rubber and glass. It's going to give you a good tight seal, as well as

the rivets and the brading tool to properly reinstall the ribbon on the

pivot mechanism.

You've got the safety catch for the vent window as well as even power window lift

motors for one stop shopping.

The correct channel runs, factory correct runs are going to fit like they're

supposed to and stay in the channel run and not shift over time, as well as a

heavy-duty power window harness that eliminates the slow-moving window lift

issue commonly found on trucks with power windows.

Check the LMC Truck website for a separate video on this excellent upgrade.

LMC Truck offers brand new regulators with new tension springs and smooth

running rollers. New latch mechanisms with every single component

remanufactured, even new glass

sash channels that are fully coated for rust resistance. If you're going to the

trouble of rebuilding your door or replacing your glass you may as well go

ahead and replace all the wear items anyways. It's just money well spent.

Now you may not need every single part and piece that we've shown you here,

but isn't it nice to know that LMC Truck offers everything that you could ever

hope to need to completely rebuild and restore the doors of your truck.

There's a lot to do but you can get it all done with basic hand tools.

Now on a difficulty scale from 1 to 5 this is about a 3.

The important thing to remember is to bag and tag your fasteners and parts as

you pull them off.

A digital camera can come in really handy if it's going to be a while before

you rebuild your doors. A video camera

is even better, either one will take the guesswork out of reassembly when the time comes.

A cordless drill driver makes things easier but a manual screwdriver

will get the job done as well.

[Music]

We'll also get rid of the outdated rain guards on the door since they're looking

a little worse for wear.

[Music]

The vent window assembly can be tricky to remove, just move slowly and you'll

find the clearance in the door frame.

Now's a good time to inspect your wiring if you've got power options in your door.

Any frayed or broken wires should be replaced now.

Now it's a lot easier to put your pushrod in with the handle still on the outside.

[Music & Ratcheting]

Plastic clips dry rot over time so we're installing new ones in the new latch assembly.

[Music]

That will hold it up. Needle nose pliers help when installing the outside door handle

rods into the steel clips. Now since we can't show you inside the door very clearly,

here's how this works. Your door latch sits in here bolted to the door and your

key lock and the cylinder, locks and unlocks the door, as the key rotates in

the cylinder. It's pretty simple.

The lock cylinder goes into the opening and is held in place from the backside

with a spring steel clip.

Yep, there it is.

Alright, now the bottom of the door lock rod goes through the grommet here

and it gets bolted in here and here, right there.

[Ratcheting]

And now we can take care of the issues with the vent window.

We put some penetrating oil on it before we started this project, let it sit a little bit.

[Ratcheting]

I'm going to stack these in the order that they came off and leave them alone.

[Drilling]

You'll need to drill out the pivot rivet from the bottom.

Be very careful not to drill through the frame and only drill the bottom of the rivet.

[Tapping]

There we go.

These two washers need to be held right where they are.

[Tapping]

Just use some gentle pressure.

Pay attention to how this rubber molding comes out of the vent frame, it will give

you good clues as to how to install the new one.

With our vent window frame got

rid of the rust and scuffed it up gave it a nice coat of paint.

With the window itself,

the glass is perfect and there's no signs of the glass wanting to fall out so

it doesn't need replaced, so we're just going to leave it like it is.

We'll replace the handle because the chrome's pitted, for now the first thing we're

going to do is put the rubber gasket in the frame itself.

You'll notice I've also gotten rid of this rivet up at the top this just makes

the job a lot easier.

This channel here has got a rib on either side and it's got to sit inside the frame.

So you're just going to have to have a lot of patience and give yourself some time to do this.

[Music]

We're replacing this rivet at the top and lining it up using locking pliers just to make

sure we've got everything right where it needs to be.

Here we go.

There's that.

Now for this rivet all we used was the corner of the bench vise and braded the rivet with the vise.

You can use a clear silicone to seal the vent molding or black

weatherstripping adhesive.

Both are available from the LMC Truck catalog, and this fence will make sure

that the silicone dries the gasket where it's supposed to be.

The vent window latch will be replaced by a roll pin, we're gonna carefully drive out.

[Tapping]

Alright now this comes apart.

In here we need a hex head socket to remove it.

[Music]

Right now before I forget where everything goes, I'm going to leave it where it is

and assemble it like I took it apart. Starting with the new outer molding and

rubber seal,

I'll install the other gasket, the wave washer, the cylinder which only goes one way,

followed by the hex head fastener spring.

[Music]

This provides the spring back for the button, a new latch right there.

Now we just put the roll pin in. Start the roll pin outside.

[Tapping]

Be extremely careful around the glass with a hammer, a tiny slip can break the glass

so use gentle pressure and protect your vent glass.

That's it, our hardware's laid out the way it came out and it just goes back in

the same way.

[Music]

One last rivet we're done. You might be the next set of hands for this one.

I've got my friend helping me and we've got a solid object to brad the rivet against.

You hear the sound change as it brads.

[Tapping]

That's it.

Now we set the vent window's tension. Here we go.

Bend back our tabs, and, totally latch it and that will help that silicone seal

and let's, even got the click. Here we go man. We're done.

I'm installing a new cage for the lift motor and it gets riveted in place.

Now this is just going to go in the same orientation as the other one, because

that's how it came out we're just going to make it easier to install back in the vehicle.

There.

Now we bolt it in.

[Ratcheting]

Take the clamp off.

Nothing blew up. Ready to go.

The first thing I'm going to do is plug in the lift motor so we don't have to think about it.

Ever again.

[Music]

Where's my stud, there we are.

I'm just going to loosely bolt this into place, just to hold it.

[Music & Ratcheting]

Now I can plug the window switch back in to check the connection and move the

regulator into position. Even though we've reused the original window sash,

we did use new glass setting rubber from the LMC Truck catalog to properly seat

the glass. An acrylic hammer helps to seat the glass into the channel of the sash.

Alright the glass is seated, time to go back in the door.

It's a really good time to lubricate the window channel before you put it in

on those new rollers.

Now, we can come down.

You can carefully use the window lift to help

you guide the rollers on to the sash.

Just be careful not to get the glass in a bind and don't pinch your fingers.

Alright now it's in both rollers.

[Door window sounds]

Alright, lets get the vent window in there.

Feeding the vent window into the door can be tricky,

just remember what position it was in when it came out and have patience.

We taped our rubber seal to the frame until the adhesive cures. Just stay like that for now.

The new rear door glass channel goes inside of the door.

[Metal noises]

Alright and that, kind of loose for now, but that's that. That's the back channel.

Well, the new window motor rocks. Alright so now we can snug our regulator up.

We're getting close to home people. Getting these guys nice and snug.

Here we are.

Now your vent windows gonna be tight because of the new weather seals, so you got to make

sure that you find the right screw port.

There.

You can do this with a stubby screwdriver but the ratcheting guide that's just a

nice convenience.

The outer door seal is easy to install.

Make sure that your hooks are in the slots first. We're good to go.

Then it's just a matter of sliding it down in, doesn't take a whole lot of effort.

There's a vent window frame.

And this locator is a beautiful thing.

Goes right up where the original one went and locks the channel run in place.

So we're going to go across the top first.

Once the top is in place install the glass run to the front and rear channels.

There.

If you need a little lubricant a foaming glass cleaner works great.

The metal tab at the top gets slipped into the door frame just like the

original, locating the glass run correctly.

This is where your door handle rod goes in. We're just about done.

There's that, there.

The pull strap bracket gets replaced with our new one.

And the brand new inside door handle gets installed.

My Hero Academia & How Manga Takes from American Comics - Duration: 9:01.

I've been watching a lot of anime lately.

I've also been consuming a lot of American comic book media, as I talked about little

bit here.

& in my binging I realized some interesting through lines and differences between the

2.

Some that a lot of people aren't talking about…. so… let's talk about them.

Japan is, different.

There's a lot of borrowing from western media's tropes and traditions and using them as a

tool for subversion.

Take Dragon Ball for example.

There's a lot done there to set Goku apart from American heroes.

The only problem is, with Dragon Ball the things that make Goku different are done JUST

for the sake of making him different.

Goku is Superman, but, instead of being all powerful and learning to live amongst, protect,

and at times foil a world of people that are vastly weaker than him because his alien papa

told him to.

Goku's journey is about realizing that no matter how strong you get there will always

be someone stronger.... & he also has an alien papa BUT THERE'S A TWIST he doesn't listen

to him cause concussions.

What drives Superman is the desire to protect a world he cares about.

Goku doesn't REALLY care about anything other than getting stronger, even to the point

of putting his family and friends in harm's way to achieve that goal.

Yeah, sure, Goku does a lot of good, but, it's pretty much all incidental and congruent

with his ACTUAL goal.

Akira Toriyama put a fair amount of effort into making Goku appear as a character driven

by his selfishness because traditional heroes typically strive to be selfless.

As a person I'm sure you UNDERSTAND and can RELATE with Superman's driving force.

He cares for the people that have cared for him.

He cares for the woman he loves.

& he cares for the world that facilitated that.

Goku has similar relationships, but, he doesn't seem to see the value in them in the same

way.

& yeah, sure you could argue in favor of nature vs nurture.

Which is the idea that the person you are is largely because of your genetics.

"Goku's a saiyan!

OF COURSE he cares most about getting stronger!"

You may say, but, what about Vegeta?

In the relatively short amount of time Vegeta's been on earth he has developed far deeper

feelings for the people in his life.

He drops his pride for them.

& Vegeta putting he pride aside is a HUGE deal.

That to me disproves the idea that saiyans inherently value and strive for battle prowess

above all else.

Goku is SIMPLY like that because Toriyama wanted him to be.

Which, in my opinion, is dumb.

There's no believable in-universe justification there to explain WHY Goku is like that.

You're just supposed to accept that he's like that, because, anime.

Well, My Hero Academia is a modern take on this approach.

& I'd say it does it WAY better in that it's a lot more believable given the circumstances.

For those of you that don't know My Hero Academia is a Shonen manga & anime series created by

avid Naruto fan Kohei Horikoshi.

I threw that Naruto fan bit in there because Horikoshi has stated that he's a pretty

big one in the past.

In a collaborative send off to the Naruto series, fellow shonen mangakas wrote a few

words to Naruto series creator Masashi Kishimoto.

In his blurb Horikoshi said "Naruto is my youth itself.

Thank you so much for creating the best shonen manga!"

& that fandom becomes even clearer when you see how similar the main character of My Hero

Academia, Izuku is to Naruto.

They both have very similar problems and as a result of those problems, very similar goals.

They have similar relationships with their childhood friends, colleagues, mentors.

So yeah, the countless comparisons on YouTube make sense.

HOWEVER a comparison that I DON'T see as much in any real capacity is to X-Men.

& I find that strange the 2 have a lot more in common albeit inversely.

My Hero Academia is all about thriving in a world filled with super-humans and people

that strive to be like them.

& the first subversive quality of My Hero Academia is the fact that the main character

Izuku is one of the weak ones.

There's nothing really special about him at all.

From the beginning of the show we learn that Izuku is a normal kid born to a super powered

mother, which, ironically isn't so normal.

Despite this Izuku's hope is to eventually develop a power of his own and become an admirable

beacon of hope.

Just like the strongest hero of their world, All Might.

Problem is, he probably won't develop powers.

He's a middle schooler.

That's WAY too old.

This leads to him being teased by his peers.

Even his own mom doesn't believe he'd be able to achieve his goal without powers.

THIS is strange, but, let's put a pin in this part, let's talk about X-Men.

X-Men focuses a lot on the relationship between mutants and normal humans.

This relationship, unlike My Hero Academia's relationship with non-super powered humans

is NOT a positive one.

There's a lot of fear and anger and disgust.

The normal humans DO NOT like the mutants.

At all. & for the most part the feeling is mutual.

A lot of the less aggressive mutants wish to still live pretty detached from the normies.

Some more Malcolm X inspired mutants take the by any means necessary approach.

& some turn to what I would say borders on self hate, and try to assimilate the ways

of the normal folk.

Hiding their powers or in some instances "cure" themselves of their mutation all together.

& this divide in world views amongst the mutant community leads to a lot of in fighting and

jealousy and general confusion.

Even the way X-Men REFERS to the super powered humans has a negative bend to it.

MUTATION implies something went WRONG.

My Hero Academia on the other hand is a lot more optimistic about their universes super-powered

humans, they refer to THEIR powers as "quirks."

These powers as I said before, are revered, coveted.

Not feared, or hated.

& it's not like the dynamic is reversed or anything.

Humans aren't looked down upon by the general hero populous.

Stupid immature kids say stuff like this: But humans are generally seen as something

to be protected.

& yeah.

I mean sure Izuku wants to be a hero but he never HATES heroes for being what he WANTS

to be but doesn't seem to be able to be. & after learning of the unlikelihood of him

becoming like them, he doesn't even necessarily think he NEEDS to be like them to still achieve

his goal.

He thinks he can be a hero anyway through hard work and grit.

Well, at least until his mom crushes those dreams.

Another subversion comes from the schools in X-Men and My Hero Academia.

They have opposing goals.

In My Hero Academia the hero school exists to teach the students to use their quirks

with the ultimate goal of becoming a hero for those less fortunate.

The school in X-Men is more about learning to master mutations and ultimately how to

survive in a world that hates you because of them.

It's an escape of sorts.

There's no real prodding in the direction of being a hero and much like Goku, heroism

in X-Men tends to be incidental rather than something they dedicate their lives to.

& yeah, there are some X-Men that see through the segregation and seek to help those in

need from time to time but that's almost as rare as the super powered humans in My

Hero Academia's school wanting to be villains, like, this douche.

Even less overt themes like fate are the inverse between the 2.

Like I said grit and determination is a central theme in My Hero Academia's plot well, fate

and pre determined destinies and such is ALL over the X-Men to the point where there is

a character LITERALLY NAMED DESTINY whose WHOLE POWER is to foresee the future.

& sure there's some themes in X-Men that aren't REALLY explored in My Hero Academia

like death and resurrection, or control, or sanity but there's A LOT of clear comparisons

to be made here.

I find that interesting.

Maybe you do too.

All of this is to say, I don't think one is necessarily BETTER than the other, but,

I do find My Hero Academia's interpretation to be more BELIEVABLE.

I can't imagine a world of super powered humans that protect the weak would be looked

down upon.

They would be celebrated and looked up to, and yeah kids would want to be like them.

Sure SOME people may be scared of them but I HIGHLY doubt it would be to the extent that

they are in the X-Men universe.

& BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT COMMENTING that X-Men was social commentary on race relations

in our real world I GEEET IT!

That's what the subtext was and is, but, I'm speaking to the surface level of X-Men.

People hating super powers makes NO SENSE TO ME!

So what did we learn?

Goku is still a *censored* "protagonist"

But those are MY thoughts what do YOU think?

How Insulin Makes You Burn Carbs for Energy | MWM 2.24 - Duration: 28:00.

You eat carbs and your pancreas

makes insulin. What does insulin make

you do with those carbs?

Store them as fat? Maybe if you're

eating enough calories to make that

happen. But in the context of a healthy

energy balance insulin is going to make

you burn those carbs for energy. If you

want to know how it does that, listen on.

In the last lesson we saw that

insulin is primarily a gauge of the

energy status of the pancreatic

beta-cell. But the way that carbs and

fats are wired to the pancreas and to

other organs, in the context of the

anatomy and physiology and the relative

expression of glucose transporters and

lipoprotein lipase, directs carbs as the

primary source of energy for the

pancreatic beta-cell; and for that reason

carbohydrates are especially good at

giving us more insulin signaling. Now in

the next few lessons we're going to look

at what insulin does to that

carbohydrate or does to that fat,

and we're eventually going to converge on

the question of, can insulin actually

make you fat as is often promoted in

many corners of the internet? Or is

insulin just helping you make decisions

about which energy to spend and how?

And we're going to start this foray

into the effects of insulin by looking

in this lesson at, what does insulin do to

carbohydrate metabolism?

So without further ado let's get

right into those details.

As shown on the screen insulin

outside the cell binds to the

insulin receptor. The insulin receptor is

present in the cell membrane and insulin

doesn't need to come into the cell to

carry out any of its effects. Instead the

event of insulin binding to its receptor

initiates a cascade of multiple

phosphorylations and ultimately this

leads to the activation of certain

enzymes that dephosphorylate many of the

enzymes that are directly involved in

energy metabolism. Exactly which thing

phosphorylates which thing in this

cascade is extremely complex and is

more the subject of the molecular and

cellular biology of insulin signaling.

We're going to focus more on energy

metabolism, the topic of this course,

so we're glossing over a lot of the

details of these events here. The first

thing that insulin binding to its

receptor does to glucose metabolism is

in tissues that express GLUT4 which is

primarily expressed in muscle and

adipose tissue, insulin causes GLUT4

to be transported from intracellular

vesicles to the cell surface.

And when that happens that makes the

GLUT4 available to transport glucose into

the cell or out of the cell.

Now remember that glucose transporters don't provide

any direction to glucose transport. They

only increase the rate of glucose

transport. So simply bringing GLUT4

to the membrane is not necessarily going

to bring more glucose into the cell all

by itself unless there's something that

keeps glucose at very low concentrations

within that cell.

As we've discussed in previous lessons,

it's hexokinase, the enzyme that

phosphorylates glucose that provides

directionality to the flow of glucose

into the cell. The glucose transporter

allows the reversible transport of

glucose in or out of the cell, but when

hexokinase metabolizes glucose to

glucose-6-phosphate

that makes the concentration of free

glucose extremely low in the cell.

It is only free glucose that's

recognized by the glucose transporter.

So if the free glucose inside the cell is

extremely low because it's all become

glucose 6-phosphate then that makes it

energetically favorable for glucose

outside the cell to follow its

concentration gradient and come in.

So it's GLUT4 that's increasing the rate

of glucose transport in response to

insulin, but it's hexokinase that's

providing directionality to make sure

that the glucose comes into the cell.

And so insulin couldn't do much to bring

glucose into the cell if it didn't have

an effect on hexokinase. And in fact,

there's a specific isoform of hexokinase

or a specific isozyme of hexokinase

known as hexokinase 2.

Hexokinase 2 is the insulin-responsive

form of hexokinase just like GLUT4 is the

insulin-responsive form of glucose

transporters. By stimulating GLUT4 and

hexokinase 2, insulin helps increase the

rate of glucose transport and increase

the directionality to make sure that the

glucose is coming into the cell.

Shown on the screen is a possible model

of how hexokinase is regulated by insulin to

increase its activity.

In the absence of insulin,

hexokinase would largely be located in

the cytosol where it would have access to

glucose and ATP as they diffused through

the cytosol, and when they happen to come

in contact with hexokinase, hexokinase

would catalyze their conversion to

glucose 6-phosphate

and ADP. That ADP would have to go back

to the mitochondrion to become ATP, that

ATP would have to come out of the

mitochondrion and then diffuse through

the cytosol until it came into contact

with glucose and hexokinase. In this

model many other enzymes could have

access to that glucose or that ATP.

It may be the case that what hexokinase

does, or hexokinase 2 does in response

to insulin to increase its activity is

that hexokinase may bind to the voltage-

dependent anion channel or VDAC in

the outer mitochondrial membrane. We are

going to talk a lot more about VDAC in

the next lesson when we talk about fatty

acid transport. But for now we'll say

that VDAC transports many things

including ATP and ADP in the outer

mitochondrial membrane. And if insulin

makes hexokinase 2 bind to VDAC, then

this would give it preferential or even

exclusive access to the ATP coming from

the mitochondrion. Instead of coming

through VDAC and diffusing until it

came into contact with hexokinase, ATP

would go straight to hexokinase, glucose

would be turned into glucose 6-phosphate

because hexokinase has the exclusive

access to any ATP that comes through

VDAC; and the ADP would go straight back

through VDAC, back into the

mitochondrion to be turned into more ATP.

Now this hasn't been shown for certain.

But I'll tell you this, there's a body of

literature showing that insulin

stimulates the activity of hexokinase 2.

There's a small number of studies

from a long time ago

showing that the way it

does that is it increases the binding of

hexokinase to the mitochondrial membrane.

There's now a newer body of literature

showing that several percent of the

VDAC pores in the mitochondrial

membrane are always bound by hexokinase.

And this is of particular interest to

cancer researchers because it seems that

in certain types of cancer where glucose

metabolism is greatly ramped up in the

context of what's called the Warburg

effect, something beyond the scope of

this lesson, in those cases you have a

very large percent of VDAC that are

bound to hexokinase. But in normal

healthy people it's always the case that

several percent of the VDAC in the

outer mitochondrial membrane is bound

by hexokinase. So if we put together the

older literature showing that insulin

increases its activity by making it bind

to the mitochondrial membrane, and the

newer research showing that the

hexokinase bound to the mitochondrial

membrane is bound to VDAC,

then the model that I've put on the screen

strikes me not merely as possible,

but highly probable. In any case,

insulin increases the

activity of hexokinase 2 probably by

the mechanism shown on the screen,

perhaps by some other poorly understood

mechanism that we don't know that much

about right now.

Once glucose becomes glucose 6-phosphate

it is not yet irreversibly committed

to glycolysis. It's only irreversibly

committed after fructose 6-phosphate

becomes fructose 1, 6-bisphosphate, the

conversion of which is catalyzed by

phosphofructokinase.

As discussed previously,

phosphofructokinase is the key

regulator of the flux through the

glycolytic pathway, and it's regulated by

energy status. When the cell has a lot of

energy ATP inhibits it; when the cell has

very little energy AMP activates it.

So if insulin makes glucose become

glucose 6-phosphate,

and energy status is low,

phosphofructokinase activity is very high,

and glucose 6-phosphate becomes

irreversibly committed to the glycolytic pathway

and is burned for energy. This is

important because glucose 6-phosphate

can also be used for glycogen synthesis.

But glucose 6-phosphate itself is an

activator of the enzyme glycogen

synthase and glucose 6-phosphate only

accumulates at a high enough

concentration to activate glycogen

synthase when phosphofructokinase

activity is inhibited by high energy

status. Now there's some debate about the

relative importance of insulin and

glucose 6-phosphate in stimulating

glycogen synthase. The majority opinion

is that glucose 6-phosphate is the

dominant regulator of glycogen synthase,

the key rate limiting enzyme for glycogen

synthesis. If that's true, then insulin is

primarily signaling that carbohydrate is

available and enhancing the effect of

glucose 6-phosphate if high energy status

inhibits phosphofructokinase and makes

glucose 6-phosphate accumulate.

But even if you were to make the argument that in

some contexts insulin can become more

important than glucose 6-phosphate as an

activator of glycogen synthase, it's

still the case that glycogen content is

the strongest regulator of glycogen

synthase out of everything known. So if

insulin does direct glucose into

glycogen synthesis it's only going to do

that until glycogen content is replete.

Even in that circumstance that would

make glucose 6-phosphate become

available for the glycolytic pathway and

it would still be the energy status of

the cell that's the dominant factor in

what you burn for energy. Now if we think

about what should be the case, that cell

is going to starve to death if it's need

for energy doesn't take predominance

over its need to restore glycogen.

So it seems extremely doubtful that

insulin is more dominant than

glucose 6-phosphate in stimulating glycogen

synthase. Most probable is the situation

described in the typical textbook and by

the majority of researchers in this area

where glucose 6-phosphate itself is the

key activator and insulin has a

secondary role. In that context then it's

the energy demand of the cell that is

the overwhelming determinant of whether

you take glucose 6-phosphate and burn it

for energy or store it as glycogen.

And what that means is that insulin enables

you to do either one of those things, but

if you need more energy you burn the

glucose for energy and if you don't you

store it as glycogen until the glycogen

content is full. So the picture that this

paints is that in the context of low

energy status when the cell needs ATP, in

other words when you're in a relative

caloric deficit instead of a relative

caloric excess, then the net effect of

insulin is to irreversibly commit

glucose to glycolysis. Because insulin

stimulates GLUT4, increasing the rate

of glucose transport. Insulin stimulates

hexokinase 2, increasing the

directionality of glucose transport from

outside the cell to inside the cell

because of the rapid depletion of

glucose as it's converted to glucose

6-phosphate. Glucose 6-phosphate is

reversibly converted to fructose

6-phosphate along a concentration

gradient and fructose 6-phosphate is

irreversibly committed to glycolysis by

phosphofructokinase when energy status

is low because of the activation by AMP.

But everything that insulin does to

glycolysis is like everything else that

insulin does to energy metabolism, which

is that the cell integrates

what insulin is telling it about the

needs and abilities of the body, with its

own signals about its own needs and

abilities; and the cell integrates that

information and it makes the final

decision of what it does with the glucose.

So we talked in previous lessons,

especially in lesson 5, about how AMPK

also stimulates GLUT4. So GLUT4

increases in response to low energy

status or a caloric deficit within that

cell and in response to insulin, which

signals a high availability of glucose

systemically throughout the body.

GLUT4 is integrating both of these signals and

whether it increases is

determined by the balance of both of

those signaling processes. Glucose

is then converted to glucose 6-phosphate.

This is definitely stimulated by insulin

and it's definitely stimulated by low

glucose 6-phosphate, because remember

glucose 6-phosphate is a negative

feedback inhibitor of its own production

by inhibiting hexokinase 2. Glucose

6-phosphate is maintained at low

concentrations during the context of low

energy status because AMP activates

phosphofruktokinase and clears glucose

6-phosphate through the glycolytic

pathway. At a minimum, then, hexokinase 2

is integrating signals from insulin

about whole body glucose availability

and from glucose 6-phosphate,

which is determined by

phosphofructokinase activity, which is in

turn determined by energy status.

It's probably also the case, I suspect, that

AMPK stimulates hexokinase 2. The

research seems less clear to me about

that, but this is probably another way of

the cell responding to energy status as

well as insulin in determining what

to do with glucose.

Now on top of everything that insulin does

to glycolysis it also stimulates the

burning of pyruvate, the end-product of

glycolysis, for energy, by stimulating its

conversion to acetyl CoA. But just like

everything else that insulin does to

energy metabolism the cell is going to

integrate information from insulin with

the many other relevant factors that are

going to determine what it decides to do

with the pyruvate. And principal among

those factors are the cells own need for

energy. So the pyruvate dehydrogenase

complex, which remember takes pyruvate

from glycolysis, decarboxylates that to

release carbon dioxide, takes the energy

from that process and puts part of it on

NAD+, so NADH can carry the energy to the

electron transport chain, and puts part

of it into acetyl CoA and acetyl CoA

then takes the rest of that energy down

into the citric acid cycle; that complex

pyruvate dehydrogenase is inhibited by

its own products, acetyl CoA and NADH.

But on top of this it can be

phosphorylated which makes it less

active, as signified by the red arrow at

the top saying phosphorylation

inactivates the complex, or it can be

dephosphorylated which makes it more

active, signified by the green arrow at

the bottom saying dephosphorylation

activates the complex. The enzyme that

phosphorylates it is pyruvate

dehydrogenase kinase.The enzyme that

dephosphorylates it is a phosphatase.

Now the phosphorylation of pyruvate

dehydrogenase is regulated by many

factors that directly stimulate or

inhibit either the kinase or the

phosphatase. Insulin stimulates the

phosphatase, that makes pyruvate dehydrogenase more

active by putting it into its

dephosphorylated state. But insulin is

hardly the only thing that impacts that;

calcium ions also activate the

phosphatase. Remember that calcium in

its ionic form inside a cell often

activates the cell. Not the only example,

but the prototypical example of that is

that when you contract your muscles your

nervous system is causing calcium ions

to be released within your muscle cell

and those calcium ions are what

are activating the muscular contraction.

So when calcium ions are released inside

a cell that allows the cell to

anticipate that very rapidly its energy

needs are going to increase and that

calcium acts as an anticipatory signal

to ramp up energy metabolism. So just

like insulin, which signals the

availability of carbohydrate to be

burned for energy through this reaction,

calcium signals the need for energy

inside the cell no matter where it comes

from, but one of those places is going to

be pyruvate. The pyruvate dehydrogenase

kinase, which is inactivating pyruvate

dehydrogenase, is inhibited by pyruvate.

Pyruvate signals that, hey there's

pyruvate available to go through this

complex and become acetyl CoA.

So pyruvate stops the kinase from

inactivating the complex and makes the

complex more active. NAD+ and

coenzyme A in its free form are present

in low energy states. In high energy

states NAD+ becomes NADH; CoA

becomes acetyl CoA, or another acyl CoA.

So signals of the need for energy are

inhibiting the kinase, preventing it from

inactivating the complex, and like

pyruvate making the complex more active.

By contrast acetyl CoA and NADH, which

are the products of the pyruvate

dehydrogenase complex and are also

signals of high energy, as well as ATP,

another signal of high energy, all

activate the kinase, making it more

likely to inactivate pyruvate

dehydrogenase. Now this can sound pretty

complicated to talk about something

inactivating this thing that stops it

from inactivating that thing and makes

that thing more active. So let's go to a

different diagram that simplifies this

information. Once glucose goes through

glycolysis to generate pyruvate, the

pyruvate is decarboxylated by the

pyruvate dehydrogenase complex;

releasing CO2 and becoming an acetyl group that

joins two free CoA to make acetyl CoA.

This is an oxidative process so NAD+

oxidizes the intermediates to become

NADH carrying electrons and hydrogen

ions to the electron transport chain. The

acetyl CoA can then enter the citric

acid cycle to be burned for energy.

Insulin is stimulating the pyruvate

dehydrogenase complex as a signal that

there's plenty of glucose and pyruvate

available for this reaction. Acetyl CoA

and NADH are both products of the

reaction and are inhibiting it in a

negative feedback loop. If they're being

produced at rates beyond what the

electron transport chain can oxidize in

the case of NADH, and beyond what the

citric acid cycle can metabolize in the

case of acetyl CoA, these come back and

tell pyruvate dehydrogenase to stop

making the products that are

accumulating. But ATP also comes as a

general signal of having enough energy

to inhibit the pyruvate dehydrogenase

complex. In the context of today's lesson

we're going to look at this as a way of

augmenting the earlier regulation of

glycolysis, where insulin comes in to

tell pyruvate to be burned for energy,

but having enough energy contradicts

that signal. Once again, we see insulin

as not the key determinant of what happens

in the cell, but simply as a messenger

that provides some information about

what's going on in the rest of the body

that then allows the cell to integrate

that piece of information with

information about its own needs and

abilities to make a concerted decision

about what to do that integrates all

these different pieces of information.

Eventually we'll come back to this

because we'll see that the predominant

reason that we're still regulating

pyruvat , even though we already told

glucose to come down through to pyruvate

to get burned for energy, because of the

earlier regulation in glycolysis,

the primary reason we still need to regulate

pyruvate is because pyruvate itself

could have multiple fates such as

conversion to alanine, such as conversion

to oxaloacetate for anaplerosis, and such

as rewiring up through the process of

gluconeogenesis. When we get to the point

where we're ready to talk about

gluconeogenesis we'll come back and talk

about the functions of these regulators

in that context. But for now we can

simply see this as another example of

insulin helping us burn carbohydrate for

energy, which is a signal that's

contradicted when we have all the energy

we need. So in the context of healthy

energy balance where when we eat a meal

because we need the energy in that meal,

the combination of insulin from

carbohydrate and the need for energy

because of our caloric balance, is going

to lead to the net effect of burning

carbs for energy. Insulin is going to

lead to glucose uptake and glucose

phosphorylation. Energy status is going

to take over and through regulation of

phosphofructokinase is going to drive

glucose 6-phosphate through glycolysis to make

pyruvate. Insulin then stimulates the

conversion of pyruvate to acetyl CoA.

Once we have acetyl CoA, we have the

same acetyl CoA that we could have

gotten from protein or from fat. We have

it entering the citric acid cycle, which

is not governed by hormones, but is

instead governed by the need for ATP and

the abilities of the electron transport

chain to meet the demands placed on it.

✂ How To Heal Acne Scars with Microneedling - Before & After - Duration: 6:01.

So day one. First time trying this micro-needling thing. I'm not afraid of

pain, not really nervous about this. I'm also not afraid of needles, so I'm okay

with this. This is the state of my skin right now. I only have a couple of active

acne. I'm excited to try this to see if this will work! Number one thing, start

with clean face, clean hands. It comes in a sterilized pack but you need to soak

your banisher in rubbing alcohol for at least five minutes before you use it,

every single time. Let's start with four to five light rolls. Okay. Three, four. You

can see my face is already getting red. It doesn't really hurt. The teeny tiny

needles break your skin ever so lightly. It allows the serum to absorb through

your skin much easier, also allows for collagen reproduction and for cell

regeneration to happen just that much quicker. It hurts a bit on the forehead.

It doesn't hurt so much on the cheeks. So you go vertical, horizontal, and diagonal

for about four passes each time. I have combination skin maybe because my

forehead is so much oilier. The hyperpigmentation on my forehead heals a

lot faster than it does on my cheeks and you're supposed to do this once every

two weeks. But also when you do microneedle, you're actually not supposed

to wear makeup that day. So once you're done with that, apply the serum and your

face is supposed to tingle. It's already kind of tingling right now

This is week two. I have been picking these. I've noticed that my skin is actually

quite flaky which is not normal for me, and I think that's because my skin is

being pushed up to the surface and shedding itself, which means that it's

healing faster. But in terms of hyperpigmentation I haven't really seen

anything yet. So the last time that I did this I think that I rolled over some

pimples and what happened was, and they tell you not to roll over pimples, and I

think it gave me some breakouts because I spread bacteria. So I'm going to be

using one of these sheets Korean pimple stickers, and I'm just going to stick it

so that I don't go over any pimples and spread bacteria. So smart right? And another

week down. Okay fourth week it says to do it once every two weeks but sometimes I

do it once a week. This, this, this, and this, all happened this week. They're new

pimples, but everything else is like, where did it go? I'm going to put a

mask over it so I know not to roll over it and spread the

bacteria. Right here, this gigantic one, no touchy.

I only ever use a serum when I'm rolling. I guess I'm worried that it is

a heavier serum, it's pretty thick. I mean I'm impressed so far. We'll see,

we'll see before and after if there's any progress. The pictures will tell

everything. In the starter kit, banish also provides these two masks.

This is the pumpkin enzyme peel mask andit smells just like pumpkin pie. In

between my needling sessions I will use these masks. The activated charcoal is to

clear up current acne and the pumpkin enzyme peel helps to remove the dead skin

and to encourage more new skin growth. Right now I'm going to use activated

charcoal clay mask, and so it comes in a powder form. I like to mix it with this

snail moisture soothing gel that I have. It's so jelly-like that I can create a

mask out of it. I've tried mixing it with water but I find that it's a little it's

a little too messy. Bloop. Having a moisturizing base is

really nice. It's really fun. It's kind of like mixing mochi, ah!

Once the skin feels a little tight, wash off, and then try to moisturize a bit

more after you use a charcoal mask. It's been about a month and a half of use

with I think four sessions of rolling and this is what my skin looks like now.

The results are seen right here, like it's crazy how consistent use is going to be

helping over time. You definitely have to be safe with it, but coming from

somebody who will try every acne gimmick under the sun this is one of the things

that I will continue to use, and I'm so excited to see the results from it. It's

crazy that this is something that you could do at home it really doesn't

involve chemicals or anything, it's just kind of like a small physical process

and you can yield results without having to pay much for it. If you guys have any

today i want to show you two interesting battle in t49, which is tier 8 american light tank.

i love t49. simply because it has 152 of mm main arnament, this derp gun has 560 average alpha

damage with HEAT as standard round.

well, in this fort despair map, i am the only light tank in this battle.

1, 2, 3, 4, four enemy tanks spotted. and, ohhh, we got nameless here. and i put my 2nd

shoot into the nameless. and after that im trying to run away, to reload of course.

i still trying to get out from here.

suddenly, borsig come after me and i put one into him. and he shoot me! with HE! and nameless

shoot me too, set me on fire.

luckly i press the button and they leave me on 156 of HP. i ran away.

ah, that was so scarry. and fortunately for me, i can survive. yay.

and i kill T-34.

that borsig though, it still chasing me down. and i try to hulldown, to find this little

spot for hulldown and check this out guys.

boom, ammo rack.

hahaha.

thats make this tank special and so much fun actually.
