- A water distiller is a water treatment process

that mimics mother nature's natural filtration process,

the hydrologic cycle.

The sun evaporates water, turns it into clouds,

and it returns to the earth in the form of precipitation.

A water distiller does the same thing.

It boils water into steam

and cools and condenses that steam back

into liquid and in the process,

anything that won't turn to steam is left behind.

A water distiller works by boiling water

and turning it into steam.

The steam is then condensed and cooled,

returning it back to liquid.

In the process, anything that will not turn

into steam like minerals, micro-biologic things,

are left behind.

The uses for distilled water are many.

They're used in a laboratory or medical field

where water has to be relatively mineral free.

It's used for cooking.

It's used for making baby formulas,

and it's used for drinking.

Distilled water has lots of uses.

Water distillers eliminate anything that

is inorganic in mineral,

things like lead, things like arsenic,

and things like fluoride.

It also removes micro-biologic, living organisms.

They cannot survive the boiling and steaming process.

If you've ever heard of a boil order,

that's because it kills bacteria.

Well that happens in a water distiller.

Water distillers are important

because they can produce a very high quality water

that's mineral free, it's living organism free

and depending upon their application,

it could be very useful for medical applications,

for pharmaceutical applications.

It's also good for consumption

because it doesn't have things like chemicals,

like inorganic minerals or living organisms

that your body's just gonna have to deal with.

There's a variety of water distillers available.

The question of which one's best starts

with the one that can make enough water

to meet your demand.

If you're in an office and you have 20 people

that'll be using this water,

than you're gonna need something that's capable

of generating enough water and storing enough water

that your office staff has plenty of water to drink.

Something like this unit here

has a three gallon storage container on the bottom.

This can also go all the way to 12 gallons,

and it'd be considered a residential water softener.

A homeowner with just a few people

at the house using the water,

something like this countertop would work very well.

Besides that the decisions are what

is the distiller made out of.

Sometimes stainless and glass are probably

a preferential choice over plastic.

A water distiller can be used to distill alcohol,

but be careful it's still illegal,

unless you're permitted to distill alcohol.

Distilled water is very healthy to drink.

It removes the inorganic mineral.

It removes micro-biologic organisms

and it removes most chemicals

and that provides a very high quality water

to drink or to cook with.

There is a controversy surrounding whether

or not water of that quality leeches minerals

from your body or doesn't provide you enough

of the essential minerals.

Well providing essential minerals,

we don't get minerals from our water supply.

We get our minerals from the foods

and vegetables that we eat.

Water is a lubricant, it's for hydration.

Bodies are made up of 70% to 80% water,

so the water that we intake should

be very high quality so that our kidneys

don't have to filter things out.

There's also a belief that water

of this quality will leech minerals from your body,

stripping you of minerals you've already ingested.

Well if you're working or if you are

on a nutritious diet where you're getting adequate minerals,

the little tiny microscopic amount

of minerals that could be pulled out

from the water aren't gonna really make a difference.

Distilled water has removed a lot

of the things that could be harmful,

that may potentially be present in untreated water.

Municipality treated water is supposed

to meet certain guidelines.

So they do a good job at making sure the water's safe,

but there are times when things happen

that are out of their control,

so protecting our drinking water

by using a distiller is actually keeping us

from having an issue that we didn't see coming.

Jewish Spirituality - What Is It? (100 Sec) Rabbi Michel Twerski - Duration: 1:50.

We define spirituality as being the way in which we relate to, and connect with the Creator, God.

And you could only connect with God on His terms.

It's not spiritual if somebody says to you, as sometimes you know you have in couple counseling,

the wife will say: I don't feel loved and the husband will say, I don't understand I

do everything for her, I bought her diamonds, I bought her a fur coat, and i bought her

a new house, I bought her a new car, and I sent her on a cruise.

And she'll say to the therapist, It's not what I want.

I'm not interested in the jewelry, I'm interested in his being with me.

In his spending time with me.

In our being able to have some kind of mutual intimacy, but he's never there, he just buys

me things.

So you cant talk about a RELATIONSHIP when the terms in the relationship are what's going

on selfishly in someone else's head.

A relationship is where you connect with somebody on the terms that are meaningful to them.

Spirituality, Jewish Spirituality is where we connect to God.

God tells us: this is what means something to me, this is the way in which you and I

are going to be intimate, this is the way in which you and I are going to connect.

The Masked Singer unicorn speaks: 'God it was so much scarier than I thought' - Duration: 7:42.

The magical unicorn said goodbye on Wednesday's installment of The Masked Singer

Here, the voice behind the mask — the incomparable Tori Spelling! — talks about why she broke into tears and how crazy it was that her friend Jenny McCarthy never recognized her voice

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY You were really tearing up! Was it what judge Ken Jeong said, that you were his sentimental favorite? TORI SPELLING: The whole experience for me was a completely emotional experience, this emotional journey from beginning to end

I was very flattered by what Ken said but it was the whole thing. Honestly, I said no to the show three times and it kept coming back around

I only said no because two of my biggest fears are performing in front of people and singing

When I heard it was both of those, I said no. So sorry! Then after three times, I said, "Okay, something here is meant to be

" Here I am, the mother of five, two of them being female, trying to show them how you can be who you want to be

I grew up fearful, that's who I am. I don't want to instill that, that if it scares you don't do it

And when I got there, oh my God it was so much scarier than I thought it would be

But how much I grew as a human being through the process! It was amazing.  Let's talk about your choice of costume

Why did you pick the unicorn? Actually, the unicorn was not one of them. I said to them, "You can totally say no but would you ever consider doing a unicorn?" That is my spirit animal

I'm a unicorn mom, unicorns are magical and can be anything they want to be. That's what I try to show my kids

They created the unicorn ice queen. Michael Becker / FOX  How was that thing to wear? I did say to myself, "Why did I choose the unicorn?" It had the least amount of mobility, and I could not see anything

They literally walked me out on stage and placed me there. I couldn't see where I was going

I thought, "Oh great, why would I do this? I can't sing, and now I can't move at all

"  Can you talk about your song choices? "Fight Song" was my song choice. I sing that with my kids and it speaks to me on a deep leveI

I have the cutest video of four of my kids in Mexico with the phone blasting "I love it" while we are singing and jumping on a bed

I remembered that moment with my kids.  What did you think of some of the guesses about your identity? I heard Denise Richards, Lauren Conrad, the gymnast

This is how little anyone knew. I didn't know the host or judges until I showed up

I've been friends with Jenny McCarthy, so as soon as I saw her, I thought, Oh my God, for sure I can't do this

Do you have any suspicions about the remaining singers? I definitely have suspicions but no one knows for sure

Last week with Margaret Cho, I was like, oh my God, I literally had no idea. Once we get on set, we have sweatshirts that say "Don't talk to me

" We weren't allowed to talk to crew members or anything. It felt so isolated, which was really scary

I'm a people person. I wanted to share the experience.  Who do you predict? The lion has an amazing voice, she is so talented

I feel like the peacock is very solid as well.  When are you coming back to TV next? Well, we're doing a new version of 90210 in the same format

That's confirmed! [CBS TV Studios is shopping another reboot of the 1990s franchise with participation from Spelling, Jennie Garth, Jason Priestley, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green, and Gabrielle Carteris

]  How did you feel about Lifetime remaking your classic TV movie A Friend to Die For [as Death of a Cheerleader]? I didn't even know it was happening until the press release came out!  What one of your classic Lifetime movies should they remake next? I would love to remake "Co-ed Call Girl" for the title alone

Now I can be the madam instead of the call girl.  The Masked Singer airs Wednesdays at 9 p

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are leaving Kensington Palace and moving to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor

And now their moving date has finally been revealed - and it's very soon.  According to ITV's royal expert Chris Ship the couple will be moving in March ahead of their spring due date

A source told ITV News the couple have pencilled in a moving date so they can get settled before the baby is born

The move out of London will see them leaving behind the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge , Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte

The move fuelled rumours of a royal fallout between Kate and Meghan.  As part of the Frogmore Cottage refurbishment includes a brand new nursery decorated with vegan paints

The couple don't know if they're having a girl or boy, and have told well-wishers they want it to be a surprise, so it is completely gender-neutral

"There will have to be major reviews of the security surrounding that property, exposed on virtually every side

Is It Still Possible To Make Money Off Wine? - Duration: 4:11.

Humans have been drinking wine for at least 8,000 years.

And in that time it's been a drink of luxury and leisure, religious rites, and celebrations.

There are investment wines, table wines, natural wines, and sparkling wines, and the one thing

that seems to link all of them?

They're not cheap.

So is the wine business only for the rich, or is there room for anyone to make money?

Most expensive wine comes from France.

So it makes sense that most of our vocabulary about wine comes from France as well.

In the wine world, the word for an expert is "sommelier".

And I talked to one to help me understand what makes a wine worth it.

My name is Madeleine Hayles.

I do private wine consulting for events and personal wine buying.

And according to her, one of the main reasons wine is so expensive to buy,

is because it's incredibly expensive to make.

Before you even get to the grapes, there's the soil.

And in wine, the soil matters - a lot.

Wine is all about terroir [terr-woir] - a French term that basically encapsulates the

way that the soil, climate, weather, and other elements in a region influence the way the grapes grow and taste.

And so places that have a history of making good grapes and good wine, are more desirable

to both wine producers and wine buyers.

So when you're buying vineyard acreage, you're really buying the terroir of that piece of

land or part of the world.

The better the terroir, the more you'll have to pay for the land, and, the more you get

to charge for the wine that's made there.

But what makes good land exactly?

And how can you tell just "how" good it is?

The French, of course, have a system for that.

Most wines are labelled according to the grape variety that they come from,

like Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet sauvignon, or Pinot noir.

But France has over 200 varieties of grapes.

And because there are so many, a lot of French wine is made with

a combination of two or more different varieties.

And because of that, French wines are labelled according

to the region of France that the grapes are grown in

instead of the grapes that the wine is made from.

Each region has its own rules about how wine should be made there and wines are given a

certification based on how strictly they adhere to those rules.

There are four rankings for land, and the highest can be extremely expensive.

A hectare of the best land costs an average of €66,500.

The same amount of land in Champagne, the namesake of Champagne wine, costs €1,000,000 on average.

And the best land, in the Burgundy region, fetches €3,000,000 a hectare.

It's really hard to know if the terroir of those vineyards warrants those prices

just because it's hard to know what $2,500 is supposed to taste like.

With all this talk about vines and vineyards.

It's easy to forget that growing grapes is farming.

And, like all farmers, wineries and vineyards, buy and sell grapes all the time.

And because you can buy the fruit without needing to own the land there are some very

good wineries that don't own a single grape vine.

For example, you can buy one ton of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Napa Valley for $7,000.

And a bottle of wine is made from about 6-800 grapes,

meaning that ton of grapes will become 720 bottles of wine.

So the cost of grapes alone for each of those bottles is almost $10.

And once that wine is in those bottles,

those wineries aren't the ones that get them to your dinner table.

That's the job of wine importers.

They find the best wine from around the world and make sure it gets in the hand of the restaurants,

private wine shops, and private cellars where they'll be most appreciated and enjoyed.

So after all that effort, money, and care, it seems like a waste to not drink it.

But wine - especially expensive wine - does end up in cellars, being kept for years to

make those expensive bottles even more expensive.

I don't know if it's necessarily something

that I advocate because I really think that wines are for drinking.

It's like buying a beautiful piece of art and putting it in your garage and nobody ever sees it.

And while the wine we're drinking today may not make us rich,

holding on to it for 50 years or so just might.

Is It Safe To Get BOTOX While PREGNANT? | For Mothers - Duration: 3:58.

Are we rolling?

Awesome.

I'm guessing not a lot of people are actually asking whether or not you can have botox while

pregnant, but I thought it'd be a fun video so here we are.

Oh, and I threw in honey during pregnancy because there is one thing that botox and

honey do have in common, so stick around to find out what that is.

I'm doctor O., this is For Mothers, and that's what I'll be covering in this video.

If you enjoy the video, give it a like, subscribe, and turn on notifications to see more just

like it.

Now let's get to it.

Botox has a bit of a strange origin story to say the least.

Botox is actually a brand name of Botulinum Toxin A, one of the worlds deadliest toxins.

It's a poison secreted by a bacteria called Clostridium botulinum, that's sometimes

found in, of all things, spoiled food.

If you're exposed to this powerful toxin, you can develop a disease called botulism,

where the body's muscles just shut down and breathing stops, potentially leading to

death.

The toxin does this by disrupting the connection between your nerves and muscles, causing the

muscles to just relax too much, which is a problem when it comes to important muscles,

like the ones you use to breath.

This all sounds very scary of course, but it's exactly because of this effect that

it's used in cosmetics.

Because injecting botox into certain muscles on the face causes them to relax, and temporarily

reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

Although the effects of botox last a long time, they are temporary and treatment is

usually repeated every three to six months.

Now, to answer the question.

Is it safe to get botox while pregnant?

First of all, the effects of getting botox injections during pregnancy are largely unknown.

There are women that have received botox treatments while not even knowing that they're pregnant,

with no effects to their pregnancy, and there is no evidence yet to suggest that getting

botox during pregnancy is unsafe.

However, ethical issues have prevented researchers from being able to conduct proper studies

on the issue and coming up with solid proof that it truly is safe.

For this reason, it's best to just avoid botox altogether until after completing your

both pregnancy and breast feeding.

Oh and, just on a side note.

During pregnancy, because of changes to the body and fluid distribution, the face of a

pregnant mother becomes fuller and develops a natural glow, enough that mothers are often

happy to just avoid cosmetic procedures during pregnancy anyway.

So now, on to honey, and how it's related to botox.

You've probably already heard that honey isn't safe for babies, which is definitely

true.

You should never give a baby honey until they're at least 12 months old.

The reason for this is that honey can often contain Clostridium botulinum, the bacteria

that creates botulinum toxin, or, botox.

In adults and children past 12 months old, this isn't an issue as our developed digestive

systems contain microorganisms that don't allow the bacteria to grow.

For babies under 12 months old, on the other-hand, their digestive system still can't manage

these bacteria and that puts them at risk for developing infant botulism, a potentially

fatal disease.

So, now we know honey isn't safe in babies under 12 months old, but is it safe during

pregnancy?

The answer is a simple, yes.

Healthy adults are at no risk of botulism from honey, even while pregnant.

Botulinum toxin also doesn't appear to cross the placenta, so having honey yourself has

no effect on your baby.

With all that said though, it's important to note that everyone of you have your own

unique health needs, so make sure you talk to your doctor before making changes to your

diet.

If you have a question I can answer in a future video, let me know in the comments below and

What Is Not Digital Health - The Medical Futurist - Duration: 1:51.

I talk a lot about what digital health is.

It's a cultural transformation initiated by advanced technologies that lead to an equal-level

partnership between patients and their caregivers.

But even huge organizations mistake it for simply a technological revolution.

So let's clear up the confusion, let's see what is NOT digital health.

There are many buzzwords flying around in healthcare; telemedicine, ehealth, mobile

health, health IT… just to say a few.

But not everything that goes through a smartphone or a computer is part of digital health.

And it can be hard to draw a line to where it all begins and ends.

When personal computers became widely available in the 1990s, e-health emerged.

When such computers could be connected into networks, telemedical services appeared.

The rise of social media networks gave space to medicine 2.0 and health 2.0; while penetration

of mobile phones and later smartphones summoned mobile health.

But digital health is more than that.

Even more than the sum of principles, such as gamification, or technologies, such as

telemedicine.

It is a cultural transformation democratizing care.

Let's take Health IT that mostly covers the exchange and management of electronic

health records.

I know.

It sounds like digital health…

But it's not.

It's not a cultural revolution, only a technological one.

So you might ask the question, how can we navigate between these trends and buzzwords.

How should we know what is part of digital health?

It's simple.

Just use our "Gary-rule."

It's a general rule of thumb that can help you easily.

Imagine Gary, the IT guy.

If you have a tech related issue, that only he can help with, that belongs to Health IT.

If Gary is not enough to address the problem because you need doctors and patients involved

too - that's digital health.

How to Set a Goal and Achieve it! (4 Factors) for English Learning & Life | Speakwithaziz - Duration: 4:11.

What are the most important factors when defining a goal?

In this VLOG series I'm gonna talk about 4 things that will help you do just that and

help you define better goals.

Let's Talk!

Speak Natural Students Welcome!

On this channel we talk about some of the best study strategies and ways to keep you

motivated.

So, if you are new here consider hitting that subscribe button down below.

One of the most important things to me is the Educational Value of my goal!

What will Learn from this journey?

When I started learning Japanese, I wanted to understand about Japan, it's people and

it's culture.

This was the educational value for me.

And I ask you all the same things.

What is the educational value for you in learning English.

If there is very little value, I suggest that you all find something that is going to be

better worth your time.

The second most important things to me when setting a goal is the professional value.

Some of you might already know that I come from an IT back ground and I was in project

management before I left Canada and came to Japan.

Now in this case, I wanted to be an entrepreneur.

So, my professional value was going from project management to becoming an entrepreneur.

Which is the next level in my professional career.

I wanted to be in Educational IT and help many people like you learn English a language

or what ever that might be in the future.

So, you want to ask your self.

What is the professional value for you, when you are going to start learning English and

where will it take you.

On number 3 comes the financial value of the goal.

No to some of you, this might not be important at all.

But to some of us that are already in our mid 30s and 40s this will be one of the most

important things.

Because unfortunately, we live in a material world and sometimes we are judged by how much

money we have.

So, you need to understand what is the financial gain that you are going to get when you accomplish

this goal.

Now, it has be be something it can be very little.

It doesn't have to be a lot but it has to be something else other than zero.

so when you are setting a goal.

Please try to understand what is the financial value and this will guide you in the right

direction.

And on number 4 is the spiritual value this is perhaps one of the most important things

in anything in life.

When you set a goal, make sure that there is spiritual value to it.

In my case, I wanted to be surrounded by nature and that's where I live today and I feel amazing

about it.

It give me the motivation to make these videos for you.

So, you want to make sure that what ever goal you are pursuing, there is a spiritual value

attached to it.

Because if you have that motivation and if you have that drive, there is that you can't

do.

Either it's learning English or helping other people, there is nothing that you can't accomplish,

if there is a spiritual value attached to the goal.

Because this will drive you forward and it will take you to places that you never thought

were possible!

So, if you like this video, remember to subscribe down below, leave a comment and give me a

Was The Genesis Essentia The Best Looking Concept Of 2018? If Not, What's Your Favorite? - Duration: 2:58.

The Genesis Essentia Concept made its debut at the 2018 New York International Auto Show as a stunning battery electric vehicle with a carbon fiber monocoque construction, a multi-motor powertrain and a bespoke interior

It was also the automaker's first ever concept for a true GT car, dubbed "the ultimate manifestation of Genesis design and engineering

This week, it was announced that it won an award for 'Concept of the Year' from Automobile magazine

Should it have, though? "Essentia is a statement about the next chapter of our Athletic Elegance design language," stated Hyundai design boss and executive VP, Luc Donckerwolke

"This award from Automobile magazine is recognition of the Genesis design teams' hard work and dedication

Now, if it's "athletic elegance" you covet, we reckon you might be able to do a little better than the Esstentia as far as concepts that came out last year are concerned

Unveiled back in August at Monterey, the Prototype 10 is a stylish concept that's meant to capture the "spirit of early speedsters

"It was designed to have a long body, short overhangs and an open cockpit, which in turn means it has a really clean and aerodynamic shape

So yes, you might want to throw this concept into the mix as far as last year's best are concerned

Also unveiled at Monterey, the Vision EQ Silver Arrow Concept is powered by an electric powertrain that produces 740 HP (750 PS), yet also delivers more than 248 miles (400 km) of range

It's styling is reminiscent of the Silver Arrows from the 1930s, although Mercedes did throw in a carbon fiber front splitter, LED lights and massive aluminum wheels (each with 168 rose gold spokes)

Inside, it features a solid walnut floor, polished aluminum trim, suede grey accents and an elegant touch-sensitive display

But which concept from last year do you think is the best-looking overall? Is it really the Essentia, as this recent award would imply?

Or would you rather give it to the Infiniti Prototype 10 or the Mercedes Vision EQ Silver Arrow? Also, if we could tag a few honorable mentions, they would probably be the Pininfarina HK GT and the Audi PB18 E-Tron Concept

the president doesn't want to go through another shutdown that's not the goal the goal is were

would take these next

three weeks to negotiate in good faith as they've indicated that they would and come

up with a deal that makes sense that actually fixes the problem so we don't

have to go through that process Portman and others who say they've shut

down should be taken off the table in fact a law that basically says shut down can never

be an option in the future I'm not going to get into the hypotheticals of

taking that off the table I haven't

seen a piece of legislation for us to even consider at this point that would make that

a reality but what I do know is that the president is committed to fixing

the problem and it's pretty simple we have three weeks to work with

Democrats as the president indicated on a number of occasions they could get this done

in 15 minutes we agree on the fundamentals that border security is important

we agree on the fact that there is a problem and we should do

something about it so it's pretty sometime over the next three weeks let's get it done

signaled to us that they're willing to actually get serious about a real

deal and get serious about fixing the problem at the border including funding

for border wall negotiate here that's why they have the conferences for a congressional

member to work through some of those things come

back to the president with the deal the president has laid out things in the

past that he's willing to do we'll see what they come back with but what I do know is

that they don't come back with a deal that means Democrats get virtually nothing

that will make the President and forced him to have to take executive

action that does not give Democrats the things that they want so this is a perfect time in

the table has been

perfectly set by the president in order for a good deal to come together where everybody

gets a little bit of something they're looking for an employee somebody on

document here we're going across three years we didn't do more about the

president we're gonna date then outside of the White House the molle allowed to speak

on behalf of the president in his

official capacity I do know that the Trump Organization has put out a statement addressing

that issue I would refer you to that answer the president wants

to actually fix the problem he's one of the people that's identified the

fact that we have a problem and we should fix our immigration system if Democrats want

to get serious about fixing that they have a president that's more

than happy to sit down with them and do exactly that

rameshan said yesterday that if the president were to move further on daca and offer at

least a patent status with not finished if you'd likely get more democrats

come to his idea about the need for holders there the president has

been resistant to going any further than in offering three years of more protections what's

the reason why the president doesn't believe that dr. position

again I'm not gonna negotiate up here that's the reason that I'm not

gonna get into negotiating immigration reform up here that's why we have the conference

that's why the president has

asked that that take place over the three weeks whether or not that happens during this

time or after the focus of this right now is border security we'd like

to see that happen and the president would love to deal with the

overall problem of illegal immigration fixing a number of the loopholes that would prevent

some of those things from happening so that we can move forward with

a system that actually works in function specific White House attendee

that would participate certainly will be engaged with members across the board vote those that

are part of the conference as well as the back and forth that'll

take place before and after what does the signal is present

specifically got from Democrat we've had a number of Democrats that have both publicly

stated support for border

security including a wall including barrier we've also had a lot of private conversations

in which Democrats have signaled their willingness if the government

is open to sit down and negotiate the president is taking them

at their word and hopes that they'll negotiate in good faith and we hope that we'll see that

happen is positive this administration to eventually get human settlement

down to zero I'm not aware of any statement like that that Stephen

Miller has ever made in Kirkland administration the president will as always undergo a yearly

physical exam we'll keep you posted on the we don't want

another government shutdown we want a deal that actually addresses border

security it seems like it should be so simple we're all in agreement that we need it we're

all in agreement that there's a problem so let's fix it so we don't

have to go there I can the economy very I lovely very hopeful and optimistic even though

the numbers show

otherwise actually the numbers don't show otherwise the numbers so that we have an incredibly

strong economy that numbers show that jobs continue to grow wages

continue to rise unemployment continues to drop the numbers are

actually very much in the favor of the things that Larry laid out again do we want another

cut down no but the president and his team have focused on long-term

economic stability long-term economic fundamentals and we think that

if we had to we could sustain that but we don't want to that's not the goal there are

some people that are now invited that have some kind of connection

to Robin's campaign or any athletes people trying to make contact

with president via their mutual friends I'm not aware of any contact from those individuals

they fill up Sarah on the bidder of the Union address it was

supposed to take place tomorrow night I know that House speaker Pelosi said that he would

extend an invitation to the president once the government has reopened

its reopened era that he's acting good I certainly don't think she

acted

in good faith

The Los Angeles olympics

1932

Japanese swimmers re-wrote the record book

By speeding up their tempo of their arms and legs

In a revolutionary style that rock the swimming world.

I have always been amazed by Japanese swimmers.

They are not the strongest or the tallest, yet they always seem to find a way to compete

at the highest levels.

When I say highest levels, I mean world breaking times and olympic medals.

So when I heard about the Japanese era, when the Japanese dominated men's swimming, I

wasn't surprised.

The first olympics at which they competed was 99 years ago at the Canada olympics of

1920.

At this point none of the Japanese swimmers advanced to the semi-finals.

However, twelve years later everything changed, they won five out of a possible six gold medals

of the men's events.

They won 11 out of 18 possible medals.

So what did they do in those 12 years?

Mainly three things, which are all still very important if you want to improve fast and

drop your times.

The first thing is that they competed with the best swimmers.

They invited the best swimmers in the world to compete in Japan.

The Japanese swimmers also competed all over the world.

This competition along with a strong national pride that was growing at that time, made

the Japanese swimmers very hungry for success.

This feeling of really wanting to win makes you find ways of getting better.

The second thing was stretching and mobility.

In the words of Matsuzawa, the head Japanese coach of the Japanese era "Our swimmers

have very flexible ankles which gives them a lot of propulsion from their kicks without

much effort."

It is important to note here, that the best swimmers including of course the Japanese,

still maintain an excellent flexibility and mobility to this day.

This gives them a better range of motion to move in the water in ways that not many humans

can.

The third reason, and the one I found most interesting is that the Japanese used underwater

photography to study the mechanics of their swimmers.

They used this to change their technique and revolutionize swimming forever.

Imagine the advantage they had over their competition.

Most swimmers at that time had never seen their technique underwater.

They could not see how their arms or legs were moving in the water.

They had to trust their coaches who were probably outside the water and couldn't see their

underwater technique that well either.

Fast forward almost 90 years and most swimmers have never even seen underwater footage of

themselves swimming either.

It's been 8 years since I had access to an underwater camera and I have improved and

continue to improve my technique.

My brother and I have studied footage for years of many swimmers, both pro and beginners,

and we have become somewhat experts on this area.

And now we want to take it to another level.

This summer of 2019 we want to take 15 swimmers to a swimming camp.

This camp will be held in Thailand in these beautiful world class training facilities.

We will focus all of our efforts on making those 15 swimmers improve beyond what they

thought was possible.

Whether you want to swim for long distances without getting tired or drop time in your

best event, this is your chance to get our help in person.

You can find out more and reserve your spot at skillswimming.com or by clicking here.

see you in Thailand!

THIS IS HUGE , FEDS MAKE SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON – THIS IS IT - Duration: 10:12.

THIS IS HUGE , FEDS MAKE SURPRISE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON – THIS IS IT

breaking feds make surprise announcement about Hillary Clinton this is it a new batch of

Hillary Clinton's emails were released last Friday and what's inside them

could finally put her in prison where she belongs

conservative Tribune reported that 78 pages of emails were released by the conservative

watchdog group Judicial Watch and these documents prove that Clinton

knew exactly what she was doing when she sent classified information

over a private email server there was also proof in the emails that Clinton was extremely

careless with national

secrets as former FBI director James Comey originally said she was in an exchange dated

August 24 2010 Clinton emailed her aide Justin Cooper asking him

to print classified information though Cooper had no security clearance

to do so the aide then asked StateDepartment it8 Bryan Pagliano to set up Clinton's private

email server On June 6 2011 Cooper sent an email warning about security

issues with the emails and Clinton's personal cellular devices we

also have some new security features and policies SiC that I would like to add to any Newbery

you have the most noticeable difference will require a more complex password

Cooper wrote it is a constant

fight to keep up with the security measures and unfortunately we keep seeing reminders

of why we need to this means that even Clinton's own aides were reminding

her of the serious security

issues at stake but she did not even care enough to take these warnings seriously Judicial

Watch president tom Fitton went so far as to say the newest batch

of information is The Smoking Gunwe've all been waiting for in regard to

Clinton's emails the fact that Hillary Clinton and her agents tried to destroy or hide emails

shows how she flagrantly and knowingly violated the laws that

protect classified information and government records Fidan said in a statement and these

new emails refute Hillary Clinton's repeated claims of having

little or no knowledge about her email system

she clearly was fully in charge of setting up her outlaw email system and overseeing

its use when Clinton was interviewed by the FBI in June of 2016 about

her personal email server she told the agents she could not recall any

briefing or training about the retention of records or handling classified information

on top of that she swore under oath 21 times that she did not recall

ever sending classified

information over that private server yet these new emails prove once and for all that she

did just that share this story if you think Hillary Clinton should be locked

up

MASSIVE NEWS HUMA ABEDIN MAKE STUNNING ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON – THIS IS IT - Duration: 10:53.

MASSIVE NEWS HUMA ABEDIN MAKE STUNNING ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON – THIS IS IT

Hillary Clinton this is it the State Department has quite recently discharged and I'm

discussing only a few hours prior messages found on the workstation share by Yuma standing

and her alienated spouse.

Anthony Wyner now yesterday on CNN Don Lemon who has a show there was obviously monoid

that the adjoining Clinton email

outrage just won't and when you obviously have top-mystery data on a PC that you sir

you have on a server in the.

cellar of your home and after that you send those best mystery arranged reports to

individuals that aren't cleared to see them and after that you for them to your better

half who by the route is in prison been a million time it's water no

no we'll be directly back we'll be directly back if all else fails hurl to a break you

discover that in grapple school 101 tom.

Fitton is the motivation behind why Don Lemon lost his mind he's the leader of Judicial

Watch and he sued the State Department

all together got the messages and he's the reason 2,800 messages are in to general society

right now Tom I realize this is.

continuously a long procedure congrats on getting it what number of have you perused

what have you discovered well I've found out about a

hundred and forty of the messages the State Department servers went down and you know

it's a major collaboration at.

Legal Watch it's unprecedented that we need to motivate attorneys or legal advisors to

sue in court our specialists take a gander at the

reports following two years we at last get the records now the FBI found these records

a year ago as in Henry pointed.

out we're just getting them 16 months after the fact and they appeared there was ordered

data on a weiners workstation at all no less than four or

five messages of that there could be others there yet we are burrowing through the records

to locate that out you.

know and the worry is shouldn't take grouped data off of characterized frameworks and you're

absolutely shouldn't remove them from the workplace and shouldn't store them on secure.

frameworks like your significant other's workstation and obviously grumbler was associated with

a wide range of things that make his PC

particularly a protect place to store this sort of data and you need to ask why it is

the FBI in the Justice.

Division let Hillary Clinton and Numa Aberdeen free after you implant the FBI knew there

was arranged

data before the end of last year when Comey cleared Hillary Clinton once more why it.

is they given her free now a chance to recall recollect that FBI specialist who was sending

these expert hillary and

hostile to trump message a year ago well he's the best counter until fellow or if nothing

else one of them at the FBI and would have been.

engaged with this basic leadership also so it's everything turning into it's everything

meeting up we presently realize that Comey other

top authorities at the FBI Loretta Lynch meeting with Bill Clinton they clearly were ensuring

Hillary Clinton and.

focusing on president Trump and one of the manners in which they're securing Hillary

Clinton was declining to authorize the laws against

the misusing arranged data they left this grouped information that's right on what could

be compared to a.

open park seat so in the event that you need to know how someone may be as president you

may state what was the last employment they

had and how could they handle it how could they handle it utilizing a private server

how would they handle it not telling.

honest about it how would they handle it putting characterized data on that denying that it

did and after that having it

turn up and afterward getting irate when it's found in October before a decision that she

said characterized her head of.

staff sent ordered material back to her home this is a nation privileged insights in somewhere

around four cases you discovered four

grouped messages as of now at just to a few hundred got the opportunity to traverse right

around three thousand so it's her.

activities that incited law requirement to need to act so you may love Comey loathe Comey

he would not like to need to do this

her activities constrained him to discover this and afterward settle on a choice right

yes I do and I think you know Donna lemons going to.

be extremely furious when I state the accompanying we require the Justice Department to criminally

examine what went on here

this time in a genuine frank path instead of the xem examination that.

went amid the Obama organization that was securing Hillary Clinton their

favored contender for the administration you know Jeff Sessions or I don't know whether

he's recused himself from this as.

well however the Justice Department if this has not made the Justice Department complete

a genuine free and criminal

examination you realize then we're tossing alva laws of against the misusing of ordered

data.

you should toss each one of those laws out right since you can do anything you need and

in case you're sufficiently incredible

to escape with it that can't be the standard and President Trump he's the president he

was chosen to ensure.

this kind of stuff was halted and I would propose he asked his lawyer general somebody

in the Justice

Office to in any event research what went on here right and by the manner in which individuals

state for what reason does president Trump keep.

discussing Hillary Clinton as a contention could be made there however in the event that

you flip it around Hillary Clinton never

quits discussing this race and what happened paving the way to it accusing everyone with

the exception of her own behavior including Comey.

furthermore, needing this examination when obviously she has a few issues that must be

investigated hello you all are tenacious tom Fitton

much appreciated so much the pleasure is all mine OK Joel Payne has an alternate view he's

a Democratic strategist and previous

executive of african-american publicizing for Hillary Clinton's presidential crusades.

Freedom Caucus plots with GOP leaders to cause Dem misery

The House Freedom Caucus was created to make life hell for the majority.

After last fall's 40-seat electoral disaster, the conservative hard-liners have agreed to

a cease-fire with their long-suffering GOP leadership as they work together to try to

crush Democrats at the polls next year.

Now in place of coup attempts, the Freedom Caucus is schooling House GOP leaders in the

same rebellious tactics that conservatives once deployed against their own party.

"You're in the minority - your choice is either swim together or sink together," said Rep.

Mark Walker, vice chairman of the House Republican Conference.

"Next thing, they'll be having drinks together."

The first display of the GOP's new strategy came this week, as members of the Freedom

Caucus halted floor action for hours to protest a Democratic measure denouncing shutdowns.

McCarthy and Freedom Caucus chief Mark Meadows have begun to jointly plot their attack lines

and political stunts, just two months after the conservative group sought to oust him

from the top Republican spot.

The House GOP will have no real power to defeat Democratic legislation this year.

At most, Republicans can be a nuisance with delay tactics - a role that the Freedom Caucus

has been perfecting for nearly five years.

With the GOP coalescing around the bomb-throwers' playbook, it will pose a new test for Democrats

now running the House.

The Freedom Caucus was widely blamed for egging on President Donald Trump to shut down the

government last month.

That shutdown eventually became the longest in history only for it to end with a Trump

cave - further evidence that the Freedom Caucus can start a fight, but not end it, and that

Republicans could stumble by embracing their most hard-edged members.

"I got along with them beforehand," McCarthy said of his relationship with the Freedom

Caucus, although he acknowledged "Probably not the leaders of it."

"You need the conference to work as one.

You work as one, we're stronger," McCarthy added.

The Freedom Caucus, which has never existed in the minority, has found itself with more

seats at the GOP's table after last fall's Democratic romp and as its leaders have gotten

close to Trump.

Jordan now attends McCarthy's weekly leadership meetings because he has a coveted slot on

the House Oversight Committee - which McCarthy himself helped secure.

In the wake of last fall's leadership contest, the California Republican made sure Jordan

- one of Trump's fiercest attack dogs - got the post.

The Freedom Caucus will have an outsized role, with their members making up more than half

of the panel's GOP roster.

Another member of the Freedom Caucus, Rep. Gary Palmer, now leads the Republican Policy

Committee - the group's first official leadership slot.

The informal - and likely temporary - truce between GOP leaders and the Freedom Caucus

is not entirely surprising after the party faced a historic drubbing at the polls in

November.

Some Republicans believe that the House GOP is naturally becoming more cohesive after

the 2018 elections badly diminished the GOP's moderate wing, giving further rise to the

ultraconservatives.

Former House Speaker John Boehner, who was effectively forced out by the Freedom Caucus

in 2015, delivered a stern warning this week about the conservative group's clout and explicitly

blamed them for the shutdown.

In the Trump era, House GOP leaders have made an effort to give the Freedom Caucus more

of a voice.

GOP leaders also sent fundraising help to Virginia Republican Dave Brat, who was defeated

in November, and Scalise himself will fundraise for Jordan in several weeks.

At one point on Thursday, McCarthy, Jordan and Meadows were the only three Republican

lawmakers in the chamber.

McCarthy took the floor - which was being managed by Jordan and Meadows - to deliver

a fiery speech against the Democratic agenda.

Walking off

the floor, Jordan volunteered a glowing endorsement of McCarthy's theatrics.
