Hello, I'm Felix.

I'm 25 years old,

from Vienna.

I studied something like marketing and media,

got my Bachelors degree and now I'm working fulltime.

Yes, I do play Super Smash Bros. Melee for the Nintendo GameCube.

For almost 10 years now...

yeah, pretty much.

So far, I still enjoy it a lot.

Yes, it is an old game which was never updated

Not like with modern games

where you have patches.

Modifications of the game to keep it interesting.

But since it is a fighting game

where you fight one player versus another

it will always remain interesting.

Just like Fußball,

which will stay interesting because it has a competitive aspect.

Yes, every month I organize a tournament in Vienna.

I host the event in the rooms of a fighting game association,

the Virtual Dojo Vienna.

With Smash

you primarily talk about "the big" smash community

but most communities

rather take place locally.

That means you play or "smash"

mostly against people who live close by.

Because you can only play offline,

there is no online mode or anything,

you have to meet in person.

Often strong local communities form as a result.

You usually become good friends with people

you play the most with.

Back in the day,

of course

you experience crazy things.

At night, 3am,

in a forest in Sweden

in a fog covered lake

going for a swim with some dutch guys...

Why not?

I'm Dave,

28 years old.

I play Smash

for quite a while now.

Well, my style of playing is...

one could describe it as "physical".

I do put myself really into it

a little like just if I were actually fighting.

The beautiful thing about Smash is

it doesn't have any online capabilities,

that's the the ironic part about it in a way.

Thus you had to travel somewhere

and you got to know so many folks from...

everywhere in the world

and so many different characters

That helped me a lot back then

from a social point of view.

I actually have been abroad for a tournament once

and that just happened to be the biggest to ever take place in europe,

Austria,

well, our community under the name "Austria"

made second place in the international crews battle

behind Sweden.

We just landed behind and actually defeated them once during the tournament.

Austria had 5, 6 players

who each could turn around the crew battle themselves.

The other countries were missing that

and that was our advantage.

Well, our...

I'm counting myself in because

I was there, standing among the crowd screaming...

I hope that helped as well.

how should I call it...

national pride

is probably too much but...

it's not about the nationality anyway

rather the pride for your own community

no matter if it is a city

or a US state or whatever.

So, I'm standing there

and see up there on the stage

with all the lights,

the huge screen on top and the 400 people behind me

the boys I'm playing with every weekend.

And then, out of nowhere, there wins the austrian community

who... not even... somehow... that's...

you can't image what a feeling that was.

Helping prevent shaving rash | Science behind Gillette blades | All about Lubrication - Duration: 1:41.

How can I make my razor glide smoothly?

Dry chalk on a blackboard.

It can squeak.

And on close inspection, the chalk mark will be rough.

Chalk pens, however, will glide across the surface

and leave an even, smooth line.

The difference is lubrication, which has reduced the friction.

And the secret to a smoother shave is no different.

If the skin and cartridge are well lubricated,

then the blades will glide to optimum effect.

Lubricating the skin is easy with a little water and some foam or gel.

But lubricating for a comfortable shave is more of a challenge.

That's why we developed the lubrication strip.

It has a spongelike structure that is infused

with highly water-loving polymers called polyethylene glycols, or PEGs.

When they're activated by water, these long polymer chains start to swell,

they unfold, and they stretch along the skin during the shave.

But many of us habitually take more than one stroke on the same area,

just to make sure.

So the real revolution is adding a second lubricating bar

before the blades for extra protection.

Gillette Fusion ProShield.

Lubrication before and after the blades.

Shields while you shave.

14 Facts About Whiskey You Probably Didn't Know - Duration: 7:06.

Whisky, the perfect drink for when you either feel very lonely, overly sophisticated

and when you consider spending a few hours in a dark room dressed in your favourite bathrobe

contemplating the meaning of a biscuit while smoking a cigar.

Let's have a look at some actually interesting facts about Whisky.

Number One.

I had always thought there's probably some difference to Whisky with and without the e.

Whisky, spelt without 'e' is scotch, obviously from Scotland where the Scots live.

Whiskey with the e is when the stuff is from anywhere else including Ireland, Japan, Canada

and the US where other folks live.

There are more countries which produce Whiskey - among them Denmark, Wales, Finland and even India.

Number Two.

All the fancy words can be a tad bit confusing sometimes…

"Oh this is a very fine single malt!"

"While.... this one isn't!"

Often people don't really know what that actually means.

Now - to clear things up quickly.

A single-malt whisky is no more and no less than the product of a single distillery.

A single-barrel whisky is exactly what is says, the product of a single barrel of whisky,

unmixed with any other whisky.

Flavor and colour vary a bit depending on the barrel and therefore single-barrel whiskys are very unique.

Blended malt whiskies are a mix of different blends from different areas as in from multiple distilleries in Scotland for example.

Number Three.

Apparently it's not ok to mix whisky with other stuff.

Like Coke or lemonade or whatever.

Now I'm not that much of a whisky drinker but even I understand why you shouldn't do it.

Those are handcrafted drinks, produced in a very complex process which has been refined

over centuries and some whisky makers pour their heart and soul into it - just like wine

there is sort of a component of art in their craft.

And not to mention whisky is very expensive as well!

So yeah I guess it's very unwise to add some cheap chemical horseshit to it which ruins the flavor.

Ice actually dulls the flavor as well, don't do that to your whisky.

Adding water however is perfectly acceptable - helps to bring the flavours out a bit.

A few drops are perfectly fine.

Number Four.

On the discovery of whiskey.

Scotch whisky is, actually - a distilled beer.

Brewers back in the day noticed that the clear liquid condensing on windows and walls during

the brewing process of beer smelled nice and tasted good.

That was a whopping 70 % alcohol.

People then started to boil beer, but condensing it down to deliberately this spirit

in order to get more plastered than usual.

Now the problem with that in early days was that in contained methanol which literally made you "blind drunk".

Number Five.

Whisky is immortal.

The oldest single malt whiskey is over 70 years old.

Now you can technically keep a whiskey bottle indefinitely.

You only have to ensure you keep it out of direct sunlight and unopened.

The sunlight doesn't make the whisky go bad but it does alter its taste in a very

unpleasant way - although it would still remain drinkable.

Even if you open the bottle but seal it properly after drinking, it can stay for a very long time.

Number Six.

Whiskey is affected by weather Just like with wine, the weather can have

quite the influence on the making of whisky.

Temperature swings for instance make the whisky barrels contract and expand again which then

affects more or less airflow in the barrels and ultimately affects the taste of the whisky.

If there is a certain dominant smell in the air surrounding the distillery, maybe from

apple or cherry trees, you will also be able to taste it in the whisky.

Number Seven.

Whisky can be made from any grain Usually whisky is of course made with barley,

corn or rye but if you like you can use any grain you fancy.

There is a distillery which uses oats, quinoa, farro and spelt for making whisky, too.

There aren't too many distilleries fiddling about with alternative whisky making though

since the whisky needs to go through a certain aging process.

Imagine you try out a new sort of grain just find out it's utter rubbish in the end and

you wasted all sorts of resources on it.

On a side note, even diabetics' urine can be used to make whisky since it has very high sugar content.

Haven't tried it though and won't do.

For reasons.

Number Eight.

Water affects the taste of whiskey as much as grain does.

The source of water is crucial when it comes to creating a perfect flavor for whiskey.

Jack Daniels for instance takes all the water from a natural source flowing through limestone caves.

The areas of Tennessee and Kentucky for instance are nicely suited because there the natural

water contains very little iron, which would turn alcohol black and bitter.

The ideal water is cold, rich in minerals, and free of iron.

Number Nine.

You can get a PhD in Brewing and Distilling.

As you can imagine, there aren't too many whiskey making doctors around.

Dr. Don Livermore is Master Blender for J.P. Wiser's, and he also has a Bachelor's

in microbiology — as well as the obvious Ph.D in Brewing and Distilling from Edinburgh's Heriot Watt University.

There's a degree for everything nowadays, and this one is very unique indeed.

Number Ten.

The word "whisky" is actually derived from the Gaelic words you see on the screen

because I am too incompetent to pronounce it and I couldn't be bothered [uisage beatha].

That... word again comes from the Latin Acqua Vitae which means "water of life."

Apparently these spirits were first used by monks for medical purposes.

Number eleven.

Hans Island is hardly more than a large piece of rock located in the middle of the Kennedy Channel Canada and Greenland.

There are no inhabitants on Hans Island and the history about his discovery and mapping are quite confusing.

The reason for dispute is that it is located in a spot where geography and international law collide.

The territory has been negotiated for decades but the issue remains unsolved.

The maritime border north and south of the island were established, but not the island itself.

Nowadays The militaries of Canada and Denmark periodically visit the island, remove the

other country's flag and leave a bottle of Danish schnapps or Canadian whiskey for

the next team to continue the job.

If only more countries were able to treat each other this way...

Number Twelve.

Remind me again, what exactly happens when alcohol is set on fire.

In 2000, a whiskey warehouse in Kentucky caught fire and the content of 17.000 barrels of

whiskey set the surrounding forest on fire.

A fifth of the whiskey flowed into the Kentucky River which then resulted in the death of

220.000 fish along 66 miles of the river.

In 1875, a brewery in Ireland caught fire causing their whisky to flow through the streets.

The only casualties were 13 people who were a bit too happy about the free whisky and died of alcohol poisoning.

Number Thirteen.

Did you know that the founder of "Alcoholics anonymous", Bill Wilson, asked for whiskey on his deathbed?

He was losing his battle against a severe illness and only had a few days to live.

But the nurse who took care of him at that time just wouldn't give it to him.

Number Fourteen.

The famous Scientist Nikola Tesla hardly ever ate meat and he didn't smoke or drink coffee or even tea.

He did however drink whiskey every day because he thought it would make him live to 150.

Apparently alcohol was different from meat or coffee to him, since he claimed it was 'not a stimulant but the elixir of life.

J. Krishnamurti - Malibu 1970 - A short interview about the future of the foundations and schools - Duration: 16:31.

Erna Lilliefelt: In a way,

it's a continuation of our board meeting the other day,

where you explained the importance that you felt

of Brockwood's position for now and for the future.

K: All right.

I understand, I get it.

Mary Zimbalist: You also spoke of the extreme reason

for Brockwood to endure in the future.

Lee Siegel: Which brings up my question, which is:

later, a hundred years from now I hope,

after you are gone, what do you want done

about all the things you've said and done?

Krishnamurti: I know.

You know, sir,

for the last forty years there have been two schools in India:

one in the north, one in the south,

the north is called Rajghat, south Rishi Valley.

These schools have been running.

Now they are so-called educating thousands of children, boys and girls,

and they have got enormous property

and very valuable property, especially the northern one.

They need a great deal of money

to get the right teachers,

and teachers are very poorly paid in India

and therefore you get a very poor quality of teachers,

because the teaching profession doesn't pay.

So the brains go to business, other professions.

So they need a great deal of money

not only to build but to bring about new teachers,

new element altogether in it.

And they will go on even if K doesn't exist.

During these forty years,

in 1923 somebody in Holland,

van Pallandt, gave 5,000 acres with a castle,

and that was a centre

where people came from all over the world for...

till the beginning of the Second World War.

And then that property was returned to the owner,

and all of that dissolved because Hitler used it

and all kinds of things, the mess around it.

Then in 1923 or 25

– I forget, it doesn't matter –

there was a piece of land bought at Ojai,

which was meant to be a place where gatherings could take place,

meetings, and gradually that petered out.

Just the land remains there without any substance behind it.

And there was the Happy Valley School

which we all started, but it has now slipped into...

out of our hands.

So, several years ago, about five years ago,

a group of people said we must have a school in Europe,

we must have a school.

So after talking a great deal about it,

we said, let's find out

whether it will be in France, Holland, Switzerland or England.

And after investigating

– there had been several groups investigating each place –

and they all ultimately decided it should be in England,

because for legal process, linguistic and all that.

So last year Brockwood was bought.

The money was given by a person

and with that money

Brockwood Park with forty acres were bought.

And they have started a school,

now there are about 14 to 16 children,

completely international, boys and girls.

You see, in all these places,

both in the north and the south of India,

they were not merely meant for schools,

they were meant for something more,

where people could gather, serious people, discuss,

go into the things as we do when I am there, when I am not there,

but somehow it hasn't happened.

And they are now beginning to let it happen

– when I am there in India they are now inviting, and all that.

And Brockwood should be that kind of place,

not only a good school,

in the ordinary accepted sense of that word,

with first-class academic education,

but also a gathering for people

to stay there for a fortnight

to discuss when I am there, meet and so on,

which we used to do at Castle Eerde in Holland.

And it was also the same thing at Ojai – it was meant for that –

but that completely went wrong altogether.

So Brockwood became the centre for all of Europe.

And there is a meeting or a gathering

in Saanen every July and August,

again people from all over the world.

But that is only for six weeks, where I discuss, talk and all that.

But Brockwood is entirely different because we want it to go on.

Even if K dies it should go on,

because it will be an educational centre

in the largest sense of that word,

where people can come while K is alive,

year after year, discuss, stay there, meet,

you know, keep the thing active,

scholastically as well as non-scholastically.

And so that should be sustained all the time

– Brockwood, the schools in India,

in the north and the south –

these places should be sustained, should go on.

In India, they will go on anyhow

because they have worked for forty years

and those two schools are fairly well-known,

and they will muddle along.

They will go on somehow.

But Brockwood is now a new element, just born.

It must be sustained.

They need a great deal of money, they need students,

they need structural improvement in the building, and so on and so on.

And also to get good teachers you need more money.

And when people come there to stay,

because it is rather an isolated spot, fortunately,

but near Winchester, near other bigger towns,

but it means transportation, you know, all that business.

We had a meeting, gathering of that kind,

under a marquee last year.

There were about 800 people that turned up from all over, again,

which was very surprising,

they never expected more than four hundred.

So, that must go on,

that will keep the archives, that will keep the books,

that will sustain the whole movement.

Nothing as a religious centre or a holy affair

but functional

and a place where people can come.

That's the whole idea.

And America,

I don't know, here there is the K Foundation

– they will have their Bulletin, and if anything happens,

what is the place of the American K Foundation?

That is what we were talking about.

MZ: Yes, that is a serious question.

K: And see what its relationship is

between the K Foundation of India now

– they have now formed a K Foundation in India,

to which belongs the two schools.

It used to be called by a different name,

now it is the K Foundation India, to which these two schools belong.

There is the K Foundation in England.

LS: Is it called K or Krishnamurti?

K: Krishnamurti Foundation.

LS: I know, but is it the letter K or is it Krishnamurti?

K: No, whole name, I am just abbreviating.

And there is the K Foundation of America,

K Foundation of England, K Foundation of India.

And though they are legally separate,

morally and ethically and deeply they are all interrelated.

I mean, that is why some of these people

from America should go to India, to England,

get in touch with each other, meet each other,

to feel what each one is doing,

and not fighting or antagonistic to each other.

LS: About when K is not around anymore?

Who interprets K's philosophy?

K: Ah, no interpretation, because that would be dangerous.

You will have St. Paul and St. Peter

and the whole gang come up and mess up the whole circus.

LS: Then how does...? K: There are the books.

LS: And discussions at the centres that you talked about.

K: But you see the difficulty of interpretation,

then you have the whole hierarchical system

– who interprets better – you follow?

LS: Yes, I do. K: The danger of all that

we have avoided for the last 45 years.

I said, don't interpret

– go directly or don't go.

LS: I am speculating, but there will be people...

K: Who will... there are already people.

There are already people who say, what he says we are interpreting.

LS: This is what K means.

K: Now there are dozens writing books and all that.

I have said – buzz off.

MZ: Krishnaji, you have said from time to time

verbally to many of us

that no one has a mandate to speak for you.

K: No, that is right. MZ: And since this is on the record,

would you say whatever it is you want to say about that?

Because as there already are people who claim that mandate...

K: You see, K – the name, is very common in India.

LS: Krishnamurti.

K: Because every eighth child – and they produce like anything –

is called K, Krishnamurti.

LS: Every eighth child in India is called Krishnamurti?

K: Yes, that is the tradition.

Not necessarily – Krishnamurti,

the meaning of that word in Sanskrit means 'the form of Krishna'.

Murti means form; Krishna is a deity.

The form of the deity.

And there are dozens of them.

And already there is one in Saanen, who is now an enlightened one,

and he is issuing tapes and records saying Krishnamurti speaks in Saanen.

LS: To be confused with you.

K: And he is playing his own game.

So this is becoming rather unpleasant.

And there are other people going around the world saying,

'He has asked me to talk, he has said go and spread,

and so it is my own experience I am spreading', and so on.

So we can't prevent it.

LS: No, right. But you can express as you've done.

K: I have told them. LS: Which I think is important.

K: Oh yes, I have said, no, don't interpret.

There is no hierarchical system.

I have asked nobody to go and preach in my name

or be my representative – that all becomes too absurd.

So one has to establish the right relationship, I feel,

between these three foundations.

And Mr and Mrs Lilliefelt are going in August and September

to Saanen and to England,

and I hope people will come from India

– I am going to write to them and see if they can't come,

at least one of them – so that we all meet.

LS: One more question:

K is gone, the schools survive.

How do you know, how will you know,

how will I know, anybody,

that the schools will maintain that which...

K: Who knows.

LS: Well, I would presume that by the people that you...

K: That's just it.

People who really want to do this, who are serious,

who are so-called – if I can use the word – dedicated.

LS: But you know those people now.

K: Some of them, but it is all very difficult.

They want to but they have their own personal – you know.

MZ: People change.

K: People change.

LS: So through the schools you will survive.

K: Yes – not I – the books, the schools, the whole business of it.

MZ: The tapes. K: The tapes and talks, records

– and all the mess will begin afterwards.

LS: Thank you.

K: You see, Krishnamurti Writings, Ojai,

K: you know all the story of that. LS: Yes, I do.

K: They have got a great deal of money which is lying fallow,

and it should go to all this.

K: Enough? LS: Yes, thank you.

The Truth About My Virginity | Sin, Engagement, Embarrassment?! - Duration: 10:29.

This is the first video that is going to

be a part of my Shi Speaks series. This is

the part of my channel that is dedicated

to sharing more of myself and more of my story.

I'm just really excited to be able to

share more with you guys. I really hope

that you guys are blessed

Hey guys it's Shina from Shi Walks With God

dedicated to living life on purpose

with purpose. if you want to hear more

about my story then just keep watching

We live in a world that doesn't like

waiting. the idea of waiting in a line

just about drives us crazy

we have internet that is super fast god

forbid that our internet takes five

seconds to load you want to throw our

phone against the wall if our Wi-Fi is

down but needless to say we're not

exactly the most patient people and

we're not really all that into waiting.

so given all of that how do we live in a

world built on immediate gratification

if you're in the weight of all waits.

waiting to have sex until you're married

i personally know the weight of this

wait because i am a virgin!

that's so weird to say I'm going to be

completely honest not going into too

much specific detail because I want to

respect people's privacy there in things

that i would share in like a small group

or that i do share with people

one-on-one i am the current series here

that i do want to share this with you

guys because I feel like it's super

important

so a little bit about my story i

actually was really young when i made

this decision to we my dad had this

conversation with me around eight or

nine years old were Catholic at the time

and so he's really a proposed to me how

important it is for a woman to wait

until she's married while those were

really great principles that was kind of

where I was left

I just knew that that was important and

it mattered to me and at that age in my

life i decided to make that commitment

to the Lord issue with that was that I

was given a really great goal but i

wasn't really given the tools to be able

to kind of maneuver all of the things

and all of life that would happen after

that

yeah so you know like a lot of us i need

different mistakes i ended up a

relationship that i really had no

business being in you know I had

different ideas of what love looks like

back then and I did you get caught up in

lustful moments moments of weekend you

know you can wait have sex until you're

married but there are other ways to send

that other ways to love fighting that

battle at that time was really difficult

i had a lord of the time but not like a

you know after i got saved and accepted

christ i started to eventually be i

remember i really wanted to get married

it was always kind of this thing for me

and my family I guess everybody kind of

always expected that I would be the one

to get married early and I have a good

dream wedding and everything when I was

younger and I made this decision to live

my life this way I never really

considered the length of time I think

you kind of have this idea in your head

of what that's going to look like

everybody I think kind of assumes just

going to work out in a certain amount of

time to say anything when you're like 19

early twenties is a proud thing and at

that time I didn't mind being the kind

of spokesperson for purity or you know

waiting to have sex so you married just

saying that people applaud you for it he

tell you how awesome it is and people

talk about it you want to tell people

more about it i remember around 21 or 22

thinking to myself okay Lauren what's

the visual and made this commitment i

had waited this long you know the older

I got I realized that there were less

and less people who looks like me even

in the church

it's just really hard you know you look

around and you don't see a lot of people

like you and who are really fighting the

good fight

I sit around like you know 20

you 324 and I just I really thought like

I was about i'm going to get married

when that didn't happen and my

relationship didn't work out i was just

really frustrated you know i had spent

three years in this relationship and I

was like watered what now I ended up in

a place that I never expected to be

which was that I'm still a virgin

it wasn't even completely about like oh

I'm less being so much now it was more

about the fact that I was kind of

frustrated with God because in my mind I

just had this idea that you know my life

was going to start once that happened

whether the world convinces you of the

dream that i was kinda sold remember

thinking and I wrote this down you know

the glory I'm 24 years old and I'm still

doing the silver version and it's so

weird to pay

I just didn't want it anymore i had

talked about it and dr. out and talk

about it i thought that i thought that i

could outrun it

you know i don't know if you guys know

what that's like when God so obviously

call of you to something and you like no

I don't want that rapunzel and I don't

want it lord I was just so motivated so

long to just get married you know I

hours like 24 and I just thought okay

well have been get married then i can

just not have this responsibility

anymore its kind of avoided the guiding

deeds and i thought that i was in the

clear somebody else's responsibility

milk couple months went by and it didn't

work out and I was really really

devastated but I had done that to myself

I put myself in that situation and it

wasn't what God wanted for me again this

was me I'm like one of 25 years old and

I'm still sitting here and I'm still

version it didn't work so i just was so

stuck on

not being a certain age and still doing

that I really was frustrated about the

fact that my life just wasn't panning

out the way that I thought it should

have or would have but still wanted to

get married i ended up getting engaged

again sometime later I remember feeling

this heavy heavy weight on the wards

like I still want you to talk about this

and I still want you to hear about this

back at that time I knew what he had

envisioned for me it really was dead i

didn't want to be heat just trying to

get out of it

you know I knew the Lord was really

calling me to be more vocal about it and

then I just kind of thought well it's

too late now i think i may be married

and then i have to do this anymore my

decadent engagement didn't work out and

obviously that was very difficult at the

time I just knew that time that all

right Lauren obviously you want me to be

single the older than I got the left

that I would talk about it because it's

just kind of weird you know people don't

really expect you to belittle and still

be a virgin and you don't expect that

you would have gotten stopped talking to

me about it and I struggled for a while

because I didn't want to accept that

this was something that the Lord wanted

for me i finally got to the point where

I let it go said ok alert

I've tried to my way and

it doesn't work what finally brought me

to place where I really have embraced it

and I don't feel embarrassed anymore or

kind of a shame because like you know

saying the v-word at my age or any age

i'm more than happy

example 2 e whatever support that

anybody needs so here it is

and here i am I want to help encourage

and support anybody out there who is you

know fighting the good fight and who is

leading anybody can we be was reading

and I ended up having sites and is now

living selling it again and its leading

whatever your situation is and maybe

before you do before who already has

dogs and now you want two weeks and Mary

does awesome to do we can always just

rededicate ourselves to board and to

this promise it's never too late for you

please know that God can heal and

restore any situation I was also really

really encouraged i want to give a shout

out to a Christian youtuber / channel is

she's awesome I thought her video about

being a virgin and she was just so bold

and like so open i just wanted to thank
