Smash Mouth - "All Star" [Piano Cover] || DS Music

Somebody once told me the world is gonna roll me I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed She was looking kind of dumb with her finger and her thumb In the shape of an "L" on her forehead Well the years start coming and they don't stop coming Fed to the rules and I hit the ground running Didn't make sense not to live for fun Your brain gets smart but your head gets dumb So much to do, so much to see So what's wrong with taking the back streets? You'll never know if you don't go You'll never shine if you don't glow Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play Hey now, you're a rock star, get the show on, get paid And all that glitters is gold Only shooting stars break the mold It's a cool place and they say it gets colder You're bundled up now, wait till you get older But the meteor men beg to differ Judging by the hole in the satellite picture The ice we skate is getting pretty thin The water's getting warm so you might as well swim My world's on fire, how about yours? That's the way I like it and I never get bored Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play Hey now, you're a rock star, get the show on, get paid All that glitters is gold Only shooting stars break the mold Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play Hey now, you're a rock star, get the show, on get paid And all that glitters is gold Only shooting stars Somebody once asked could I spare some change for gas? I need to get myself away from this place I said yep what a concept I could use a little fuel myself And we could all use a little change Well, the years start coming and they don't stop coming Fed to the rules and I hit the ground running Didn't make sense not to live for fun Your brain gets smart but your head gets dumb So much to do, so much to see So what's wrong with taking the back streets? Why PRP Alone Can Help Short-Term Hair Growth, but Cannot Stop Hair Loss Progression - Duration: 9:36.

Thank you for your question.

You're 25-years-old. You submitted several photos showing the top of your scalp and you

state that you had one PRP session and that you're still dealing with a lot of hair

shedding. And you state that you're on finasteride, minoxidil, you're taking a fish oil. And

basically, you have a short list of follow-up questions. First, you're asking should you

go for a second session. Will a second session help reduce the hair shedding? Will there

be any thickening of the hair after the next session? Will there be any change in the pattern

even though you've lost a lot of hair? Certainly, I understand your anxiety with this situation

as a younger person who's losing hair.

I can certainly give you some guidance as to how I treat patients like yourself who

come to our practice pretty much every day. A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified

cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I have

been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years. I'm also the founder

of TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration Centers. This is a system we developed as a non-surgical

alternative to hair transplant which ultimately has been also an alternative to the drug finasteride

which I'll discuss further. And we have patients who come from around the world for

this treatment which has been very successful for people such as yourself.

Just to kind of go over what you have been doing and certainly, it seems you are covering

all bases. You're doing the maximum medical therapy which is the use of finasteride as

well as minoxidil. Those are the two drugs that can have any effect. And I think it's

reasonable to stay on these drugs. And the reason I'm saying that when, essentially,

your clinical picture is a younger person who is aggressively losing hair which means

the genetics is fairly aggressive. And although you've gotten one PRP injection, you're

still noticing hair shedding.

I think it's important for you to understand that PRP stimulates hair growth. It doesn't

necessarily stop progression and this is probably what you are experiencing.

Now PRP or platelet-rich plasma has a variety of benefits and we use it in our practice

every day for a variety of uses. We use it for dark under eye circles, we use it for

acne scars, we use for it for skin rejuvenation, we use it for fine lines and wrinkles. But

the limitation I've seen with PRP as a standalone for hair loss is that it's basically, again

my experience, short-term burst of growth but it doesn't stop progression.

And so, in situations like yours, we've actually developed a treatment that evolved

out of doing hair transplant. And I'll explain further. We were using a material called Acellular

matrix to help improve the outcomes of hair transplant. Basically, the challenge with

hair transplant is to make sure that maximum number of grafts survive and that the donor

area heals as well as possible. Well, a serendipitous observation was that thinning hairs became

thicker. And what I did was I decided to focus on developing a system to see if this was

reproducible because it wasn't necessarily happening to every patient and my question

for myself was can we do this to help people with thinning hair instead of doing a hair

transplant.

Well, it took several years of development and a lot of challenges to overcome, a lot

of setbacks along the way but essentially, we developed a system called Hair Regeneration.

Hair Regeneration does us PRP but we use it in combination in a very specific way for

different types of patients, for male, female, based on age, type of hair loss. And I do

the treatment in a way to deliver the material in way that will actually do several things

which potentially can be a benefit. Basically, stopping the progression of hair loss, reactivating

and re-growing hair that is in a prolonged resting stage as well as inducing the shed

of thinning hairs so that thicker hairs can grow in.

Now we do have 99% of men and women responding to this treatment. There are occasionally

people who do not respond to this treatment. But in the grand scheme of solutions, it has

been a remarkable development in the treatment of hair loss which is why people come to us

from around the world. I think that in a situation like yours, I would say that, if you are unable

to do a treatment like Hair Regeneration, there is possibly some potential benefit to

just following through doing some PRP injections but unfortunately, in my experience, it will

not be a long-term benefit for you. We have found that a lot of people come to us after

going for PRP injections once a month and usually at the 4th month, they get tired of

doing it and they're not sure if they're getting any benefit. And you wonder how sustainable

is that.

Hair Regeneration for our patients has been, for the majority, overwhelmingly, has been

one injection that has continued to provide stability for more than 5 years. We customize

every treatment and we've incorporated a second injection as part of the treatment

to help strengthen hairs that are very fine that were literally saved from disappearing,

those hairs seems to be responsive in a lot of patients to the second injection usually

done between 15-18 months after the first. We refer to it as the booster injection. But

comparatively speaking, there's no comparison between this treatment and PRP being done

at a regular basis.

But I would say that the significant and important limitation of our treatment is the inventory,

the inventory of hair that is salvageable. The more hair that you come in with, the more

hair follicles we have to work with, the better the results can be. So we advocate getting

patients who are noticing hair loss as early as possible. Right now, our youngest male

patient is 17 and our youngest female patient is 16. And we have been, like I said, very

successful with this treatment. Basically, for a younger person like yourself, you're

doing all the right things to try to slow down or stop your progression but I think

that if you want to learn more about a treatment like Hair Regeneration, you might find value

in comparison to just standalone PRP.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

Respone to: "But the earth looks flat!" - Duration: 2:15.

Hello internet!

This is just a little response video.

After my last video I received a pretty angry message.

It stated that I should look outside.

Because the earth has to be flat since it looks flat and not round.

At first, I didn't want to bother at all.

But while working on an asset for the next video, I thought why not.

Since I already got this asset, then I surely can make a little video out of it.

I mean, earth really looks pretty flat to us, doesn't it?

Here is a little animation on why this is the case.

This is as far as I was able to zoom in.

Right now, a 64000 times magnification.

Pretty flat so far.

I hope with this, your message got answered.

Why isn't accepting the round earth as easy as accepting the flat earth and defending

it all the time.

Wouldn't it be better to just take the current and common understanding of the world and

move on to solve new problems to help mankind?

Sometimes it feels like a bit of wasted energy.

And with that being said.

Thanks for watching.

Have a good one!

Trust, but Verify: Optimistic Visualizations of Approximate Queries for Exploring Big Data - Duration: 0:31.

Data analysts need interactive speed for exploratory analysis.

But big data systems are often slow

because of the large number of data points that have to be processed.

These systems have to pick a sample to quickly compute an approximation at the cost of accuracy.

With optimistic visualization we approach these issues from a user experience perspective.

Our method lets analysts explore approximate results interactively, and provides a way

to detect and recover from errors later.

Our system Pangloss implements these ideas in a visualization system.

With Pangloss, analysts are more confident and use optimistic visualization to check

that their preliminary results were correct.

Papantonio: NFL Owners Make Billions But Leave Taxpayers In Debt - Duration: 3:54.

The last few years have seen a rash of professional football teams relocate to different cities,

leaving behind many angry fans and taxpayers.

Well now the city of St. Louis is taking the NFL to court for allowing the Rams' football

team to move to Los Angeles after forcing taxpayers to pay for the team's stadium back

in 1995.

Joining me now to talk about this lawsuit and how the NFL has fleeced taxpayers for

years is Mollye Barrows, legal journalist with the Trial Lawyer magazine.

Mollye, these taxpayers have got to be furious.

I know, and who can blame them?

The more I looked into this Mike I thought the NFL is nobody that you want to tangle

with because they want it all for themselves and you sort of get what's leftover.

It looks like in this case it's a big bunch of bills.

Okay, so right now the taxpayers go and they build this huge stadium, they build the entire

infrastructure- Correct.

For this, it's not just one stadium we're talking about.

That's right.

So they build the infrastructure and then all of a sudden the Rams say, 'Well gee

whiz, we're going to leave now.'

The only recourse is to say to the Rams, 'Well you can leave but we want our money back.',

isn't that where this is headed?

That's exactly where it's going because they basically said that, 'The Rams and the owner

Kroenke misled them about their intensions, that they violated the NFL's own relocation

protocols.' and essentially they want the money that the Rams made off the relocation

and they want money made from what they were going to lose essentially in revenues because

the Rams left.

So that's what the lawsuit is saying, 'You guys weren't honest, you knew you were going

to move and as a result we were in the process of trying to build you a new stadium, not

to mention we're still paying off the old one that we built for you in 1995 and here

you want to up and move on us and we want our money.'

Well the good thing, what I love about this lawsuit is you always see these unbalanced

financial deals.

Yes.

Whether they're building in Miami or wherever they're going, you see these franchisees hustling

taxpayers in basically the same way they hustle their players so many times.

Yes.

So this unbalanced financial agreement that we see, take in cities like St. Louis, really

the only way to solve it is through money and say, 'Gee, well you can do this but

it's going to cost you a lot of money.'

Isn't that how you see it?

Yes, and it's so interesting because apparently stadiums are becoming more and more outdated

quicker.

So this stadium that was built in 1995, worth almost $300,000,000, now it's outdated so

St. Louis was saying, 'Hey we'll build you a whole new stadium and by the way, we're

going to use public funds to do it.', when half the time the NFL and their owners can

afford to build their own stadium.

Well, these new stadiums, not only are they expensive, but they can make the teams and

the owners can make more money off of them because they're fancier and dancier and offer

box seats and this, that and the other.

So essentially, I think they feel like Kroenke bought this property in California with the

intention of building a brand new stadium there.

They tried to compete with that, they couldn't do it and now they're saying, 'Hey, you

left us holding the bag knowing good and well, you let us spend more money to look at maybe

building you a new stadium.'

But that's the precedent for cities all over the country.

The NFL comes in, says, 'We would love to have a stadium in your city and we would love

for you to pay for it because hey, it's going to bring you all this economic revenue, it's

going to bring you jobs.'

But economists and particularly this one Roger Noll at Stanford University says, 'Hey,

no way, that's not what's happening at all, that these cities are having to bear bigger

financial burden and it's not a good investment.'

Yeah, it doesn't sound like an investment and of course they're going to go city to

city, this story is going to be told everywhere.

I think it makes it very difficult for them going forward to try to build out in other

places.

It'll be interesting to see how this lawsuit comes out.

Kroenke may be more vulnerable than the NFL themselves, so we'll see.

Yeah, thank you for joining me.

No One Would Help Murdered Police Officer's Family, But Then Tom Brady Came To The Rescue and Did In - Duration: 4:45.

No One Would Help Murdered Police Officer's Family, But Then Tom Brady Came To The Rescue

and Did Incredible Thing!

Ronald Tarentino Jr. was lost to a horrific murder crime.

His family was struggling with coping, expenses, and it seemed like literally, no one cared.

That's when Tom Brady and the New England Patriots stepped in to help the family of

the murdered police officer.

The wonderful people of a prestigious Super Bowl champion Patriot team was able to raise

$86,000 for the fallen officer's widow and three sons.

The amount of gratitude this family has after losing their husband and father cannot be

matched.

The Auburn police officer was shot and murdered by Jorge Zambrano during a routine traffic

stop.

Officer Tarentino didn't even make it up to the car before Zambrano pointed a gun and

shot the officer in cold blood.

Zambrano had only been out of jail for six days at the time of the shooting.

His previous cases came under harsh scrutiny with questions as to why he was out on the

street and able to murder a police officer.

One prior case showed his clear disdain for police as he fought one officer and pulled

him into a vehicle with a pit bull inside.

Out of jail for barely a week and already murders someone.

This is proof of two things.

The first being that some people don't belong in public and deserve to be executed in prison.

The second is that our prison system is pathetic and needs reform.

We bring in criminals and send them out of jail WORSE than the way they came in.

They need job training and to learn how to act like a human being.

If our prison system worked, then this criminal may not have pointlessly shot a police officer

and ruined the life of the family who now lives without their husband and father.

As the family worked to rebuild after the incredible loss of Officer Tarentino, their

blue family went to great lengths to get them the support they needed.

Officer Ronald Tarentino's lifetime friend, Rob Bjorkgren, became a police officer in

Tewksbury.

Bjorken's wife Nicole attended an event just after Tarentino's death and mustered

up the courage during a second's long encounter to ask NFL legend Tom Brady for his help.Nicole

asked Brady for 10 seconds of his time during the Best Buddies Bike Ride, The Boston Herald

explained.

She quickly told Brady about the loss of Tarentino and his family left behind.

Brady replied, "I really want to help."

That is amazing.

The fact that a future Hall of Fame quarterback responds to the plea for help from a public

service employee shows how nice Tom Brady and his teammates really are.

You can't deny this.

"That immediate response shows where his heart is at, and that Ron's death has made

an impact on him as well," Tricia Tarentino, Ron's widow said afterward.

"Ron was just that kind of person.

He had an amazing personality and wanted to reach out to help others.

I think that's why so many people have responded to this tragedy.

It's just a great loss."

"They've grown up watching Tom Brady and looking up to him," she said of her sons,

Ronald III, 21; Spenser, 18; and Kyle, 15.

"I can't even tell you how great their response was.

They were blown away.

They were so excited."

To lose your father and then watch your childhood football star stand up for your father and

be there to support you, raise money to help you make up for the loss of income, and simply

be there as a human being is one of the most amazing stories you will read this week.

Deep down inside, some celebrities and athletes have a human side to them too.

They're not all bad over entitled liberals.

Joe Scarborough Admits Trump "Is Getting Worse", But Joe Helped Get Him Elected - Duration: 3:29.

MSNBC's Joe Scarborough is actually starting to get worried about Donald Trump's constant

incoherent rambling answers during interviews.

And, he said, "It's getting worse."

Here's the thing about Joe Scarborough.

Well, first of all, he's referring to the interviews that Trump gave in recent days

where he talked about Andrew Jackson being so pissed off about the Civil War in spite

of the fact that he'd been dead for a decade and a half before the war actually began.

Joe Scarborough sees these as troubling things that Donald Trump is saying.

But, again, Joe Scarborough helped to put Donald Trump in the White House.

There is no denying that.

Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski used to have Donald Trump during the campaign call into

their show.

He didn't even have to show up in person.

I did a great interview at the time with Eric Boehlert from Media Matters about this.

All they had to do was get Trump's voice on the air.

They fawned over him all the time when they did events together, when they would show

up at his rallies.

At one point, Mika Brzezinski off air told Donald Trump that when he brought a guy who

helped get protestors out of the building up on stage, that was a wow moment.

She was so impressed with Donald Trump treating people like garbage.

And, that's what the Morning Joe Show has done since Donald Trump announced his candidacy.

So, yeah, it is getting worse, Donald Trump's speaking patterns, and the things that he's

saying.

It is slightly indicative of somebody who might possibly have Alzheimer's or dementia,

which is what Morning Joe's followers began to suggest on Twitter after Scarborough made

these claims.

But, Joe Scarborough needs to understands that he is partly responsible for the fact

that Donald Trump is our president.

Again, he and Mika went to Trump's New Year's Eve party at Mar-a-Lago as guests, not as

reporters, as guests.

These people don't hate Donald Trump.

They're not out there to expose the truth.

They created him.

They want to use him for ratings and whatever they can say, they'll say it just so they

get more eyeballs.

I mean, Joe Scarborough has been all over the place with Donald Trump.

He's been in favor of him.

He's been against him.

He's been his best buddy down at Mar-a-Lago.

He doesn't know where he stands on this issue because Joe Scarborough doesn't really stand

for anything.

He stands for ratings, much like Donald Trump.

So, when Joe Scarborough comes out and says something like, "It's getting worse.

This is worrisome.

We need to pay attention to this."

It's true but Scarborough doesn't necessarily mean it.

All he wants is a little bit more attention so he can get some more viewers on his Morning

Joe Show everyday.

Joe Scarborough helped to give us Donald Trump.

I will not give him any credit for anything he says that is critical of Donald Trump at

this point.

Rauli Virtanen: Press freedom in Finland is great – But... - Duration: 2:46.

I have been a foreign reporter

since late ´60s already

and I tremendously enjoyed it.

Since I was not dealing with the -

affairs during the cold war with Sovien Union,

I never felt to have anything to do with self censorship

or censorship during the cold war.

The other taboo was

not to write about the health of our late president Kekkonen.

We had some taboos, but -

that's in the history.

Recently we have been very succesful.

Since 2002 it has been only

thee times we have not been number one

in the Freedom of the Press Index.

Nowadays there's hardly

any interference from the government

or from the big publishing houses.

Regarding the foreign affairs,

foreign reporting, I must say that

actually I felt many things were better

during the ´70s and even the ´80s.

There was more interest in the foreign affairs.

Nowadays unfortunately we have the cuts

regarding the foreign desks and foreign correspondents.

I have been very loudly complaining:

Why don't the big media houses like Sanoma and Yle -

Why don't they have a permanent correspondent in the Middle East?

We don't have a correspondent in Africa either.

So how can the people understand things like climate change

and economic conditions in those areas?

Why people are fleeing

from Africa and the Middle East?

Why they are coming here?

We had a tremendous backlash

when the asylum seekers came to Finland.

Many Finns were wondering -

why these people? They look normal.

They are well dressed, they have iPhones.

Why are they coming here?

I blame the media

that they have not shown interest in the affairs (of these countries)

We have been cutting in the wrong places.

As we have been cutting in development cooperation

and peace mediation, humanitarian aid, etc.

Now we have to pay the price for that, unfortunately.

The problem is basically that -

the readers are trying to find a way, how they can

read those stories for free

without understanding that -

if they pay, they are supporting journalists.

And if they don't pay

then this area of journalism is in grave danger.

You have to accept that

you have to go and pay for good journalism and information.

Roasting Diss Track #1 Lyrics in the description and credits. - Duration: 1:50.

My rhymes will make you wish you were on Prozac.

old men use your rhymes as exlacs

You think you're hardcore but you're mainstream

Let me just blow off some steam, always talking in class

My rhymes will pound you to grass.

Your so fat you have infinite mass.

But listen here, you think you're hardcore but you're mainstream.

You think you are exact theophany more like thePHONY!

Your ego's high and your IQ's low.

You have the same IQ as Harambe's dead toe.

But listen to this because you're about to get dissed.

Truth is after you die you won't be missed.(Just a joke.)

But it's not about the bliss it's about the diss.

Your face is redder than Kris Kringle.

I could make a billion out of this jingle.

But let's not mingle, my rhymes are better than Pringles.

Your rhymes are so dirty they need to be dusted.

Your cleft chin is so dirty and old it's crusted.

Said you'd pick Jeffy over me?Your so ugly and desparate.Jeffy would rather stay seperate.

Your body is more demented than Nessie

You look worse than Ms. Kipling from Jessie.

I know you don't have OCD because you're so messy.

Your so annoying your rhymes are toying.

You're always talking in class.

You look like a two-week dead rat.

And you kind of smell like elephant scat.

You're so dirty are you a stepping mat?

You always criticize, the only size you should be worried about is your size.

You're too messy and heavy to be on TV, you're like mama June.

You're almost like a river but you aren't running.

But your self esteem isn't cunning.

If you were in a crowd they would be shunning.

No hard feelings, but the credits go to Dylan Reece, Callie Zipf, and me
