Top 5 Things to do in Kyoto | japan-guide.com - Duration: 7:33.
Kyoto is synonymous with traditional Japan.
Having the highest concentration of cultural treasures in the entire country this historic
city is a must-see destination for travellers hoping to get a glimpse of old Japan.
A little over 2hrs west of Tokyo by bullet train, Kyoto is surrounded by mountains on
three sides and is located 40km inland from Osaka.
Laid out similarly to the contemporary Tang capital from China, Kyoto was the home of
the emperor and the capital of Japan for over 1000 years.
And as a result, it developed into the center of high culture, politics, and craftsmanship.
Although the city suffered damage many times in the past due to wars and natural disasters,
fortunately it was spared during World War II.
Today, Kyoto's main attractions include countless temples, shrines, gardens, and other
historic buildings, many of which are part of the 17 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kyoto.
The city is also renowned for its cuisine and crafts.
Even if you stayed in Kyoto for a month, it would be difficult to see everything it has to offer.
So, here are our Top 5 Recommendations in Kyoto.
Number Five: Kyo-Kaiseki
Kaiseki is traditional Japanese style high-class
(or haute) cuisine which is served in multiple courses.
Kyo-kaiseki is the Kyoto style of kaiseki which is particularly refined, and focuses
on highlighting the subtle flavors found in Kyoto's local seasonal ingredients.
Each dish is carefully designed by a chef are presents a different aspect of Japanese cuisine.
Usually the meal takes between one to two hours, will include 8-12 courses, and will
finish with a shokuji course consisting of rice, miso soup
and pickled vegetables followed by dessert.
One of the best places to enjoy a kyo-kaiseki meal is while staying at a ryokan in Kyoto.
Usually a stay at one of these Japanese style inns includes this multi-course dinner which is
served to you right in your room.
If you're not staying at a ryokan, kyo-kaiseki can also be
enjoyed at numerous specialty restaurants throughout Kyoto.
And during summer, many restaurants in Kyoto, including some that offer kyo-kaiseki
will provide terrace dining experiences where guests are served outside
on platforms built over flowing water.
Two popular locations for terrace dining are along the Kamogawa River in central Kyoto,
and in the scenic Kibune valley to the north of the city.
Although kyo-kaiseki meals can be a bit expensive, we think this traditional culinary experience
is well worth the price when visiting Kyoto.
Number Four: Arashiyama/Sagano
On the outskirts of western Kyoto lie the districts of Arashiyama and Sagano
which have much to offer.
This area was a former retreat for emperors,
and the Saga Emperor especially enjoyed taking retreats here.
Although it has become somewhat touristy, it's still very pleasant both in the center
of town and in the more rural-feeling Sagano area.
Some of the main attractions of this area are:
The beautiful Togetsukyo Bridge, especially during autumn
Tenryuji Temple which is ranked first among Kyoto's great Zen temples and is part of
Kyoto's UNESCO World Heritage Site
The famous bamboo grove which is located directly
next to Tenryuji Temple.
And the monkey park on the hill across the bridge.
In the wooded hills north of the bamboo forest there are many smaller temples to explore as well.
To see more of this area in a unique way, there is also the Sagano Scenic Railway.
This is a 25 minute sightseeing train ride which will take you through the beautiful
Hozugawa river valley. This ride is often combined with a Hozugawa River cruise back to Arashiyama
in a traditional Edo era boat ride which takes about two hours.
Number Three: Kinkakuji & Ginkakuji
On the north side of the city stands one of
the most recognizable buildings in Kyoto, Kinkakuji (also called the Golden Pavilion)
whose top two floors are covered in gold leaf.
It is one of the sites that make up Kyoto's UNESCO World Heritage Site
and was originally built as a retirement villa by the highly influential shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu.
In accordance with his will, after his death in 1408 it became a Zen temple which it remains today
Now visitors explore the well manicured grounds on paths that wind around the main building
and past other attractions such as a tea garden and a few other temple halls.
Interestingly, on the East side of Kyoto stands Ginkakuji (or the Silver Pavillion) which was
built several decades later as a retirement villa by Yoshimitsu's art obsessed grandson,
Ashikaga Yoshimasa and which also has become a UNESCO site.
Although never covered in silver, Ginkakuji became the base for contemporary Japanese
culture known as "Higashiyama culture" which had great impact on Japanese society
nationwide and spawned many of the traditions that represent Japanese culture today
such as the tea ceremony, poetry, and garden design.
Number Two: Kiyomizudera & the Higashiyama District
Perhaps Kiyomizu's most eye catching feature is the 13m tall wooden stage which projects
from the front of the main temple building.
During the Edo Period, tradition held that if you survived leaping from this stage to
the ground, your wish would be granted.
However, now this practice is prohibited.
Near the stage you'll also come across the iron spear of legendary strong-man warrior-monk
Benkei which visitors are encouraged to try and lift.
At the bottom of the temple grounds runs the Otowa Waterfall whose famously pure waters
are split into three streams.
Each stream's water is said to have a different benefit: longevity, success at school, and
fortune in love.
However, drinking from all three is considered greedy.
Kiyomizu-dera is located in the Higashiyama District which is one the country's best
preserved districts with numerous outstanding temples, traditional streets, and photo opportunities.
Aside from the numerous shops, a few specific highlights are Kodaiji temple, Yasaka pagoda,
Yasaka Shrine, and Maruyama Park to name a few.
Many tourists will make a half-day out of seeing Kiyomizudera and exploring this atmospheric district
Number One: Fushimi Inari Shrine
Perhaps one the most awe-inspiring places
to explore in all of Japan is the Fushimi Inari Shrine which is located only two train
stops from Kyoto Station on the JR Nara line.
Although it is the head shrine dedicated to the rice Goddess Inari of over 30000 Inari
shrines across the country, this location is internationally famous for the thousands
of vermillion gates which cover the mountain trails behind the main shrine building.
Each gate was donated as an offering by an individual or business.
The larger the gate, the larger the donation.
The most iconic section of trail is found where the path splits shortly after the entrance
and is called the Senbon Torii which literally means "one thousand gates."
As visitors continue up the mountain there are various rest areas, vendors, and side paths to explore.
About half-way up is the Yotsutsuji Intersection which has multiple restaurants and also provides
the best view of the city on the whole hike.
Hiking all the way to the summit takes about an hour to an hour and a half.
Kyoto is full of many more worthwhile locations
and we hope this Top 5 list helps you planan enjoyable trip.

#MyKofC: This Is What Faith In Action Can Do! - Duration: 0:42.
I came to the Knights and I saw
what faith could do in action.
I saw the service that people could do with their faith
and the good that faith brought out in people.
Just the fraternity and the charity that I've seen through the Knights of Columbus is fascinating.
There's something in the Knights for everyone,
whether it be fraternal events, like playing basketball,
whether it be finding new leadership opportunities
and leading a council,
doing budgeting; there's something in the Knights for everyone,

Amerika'da Yapilmamasi Gereken 5 Sey | 5 Things Not to Do in US - Duration: 6:45.
Hi everyone
Welcome back to my channel
I have been wanted to make a video about living in US
So I am finally doing it because that is what I want my channel to be about
Today I will talk about 5 things that you shouldn't do in US
based on my and my friends' experiences
I think it is important to know these facts to get to know people better
No matter what is the purpose of you coming here
First of all
Here, people get annoyed by other people who get into their personal spaces
We, as Turkish people, like to hug and kiss from both cheeks
Instead of only shaking hands, we like to be closer with other people physically
In here, when you first meet with someone, you shouldn't hug, kiss etc
So when you first come here, it is one of the most important thing to be careful of
Which is keeping that distance with other people
Secondly
This one is pretty hard for Turkish people because we like to be in close interaction with other people
But in here, people don't like it when you try to touch their children, or even when you look at them
Even when you only give a compliment about the child, they don't even smile at you
They just pull the children towards them, like you are going to do something to them
Cause I experienced that a lot
When I first came here, I was trying to talk with the children and the mom - to impove my English skills -
But you can see it from their mimics
They don't like it at all
They don't even smile at you as I said
This is pretty interesting cause South people are usually more kind
On the North side of US, people just live their own lives
Especially in big cities like Boston and NY, Since they live in chaos, focuses on their own lives, they don't try to be nice as much as South
But on the South, people apologize for everything
They open the door for you etc
Even though people are nice here, you still need to be careful with the personal space
Third
Tips are essential in restaurants in US
They either put it in the check already or if not, you should give
So if the tip didn't already come up with the check, add it yourself
Fourth
Regulations are different from how it is in Turkey
Btw if you are hearing the background noises, I am so sorry about that
I will try to fix it when i edit it
It is better now, nice
As I said, regulations are little bit different from Turkey
For example, we all transpass the street from the middle
We all do that
But here, It is a little bit more strict about it. It got attention when you do something like that
For example if you are waiting on the line, you cannot just walk in front of other people
You cannot pass them. You have to wait with patience
For example in here, in intensive english courses, where foreign students come
If you don't go to school for 3-4 days, they don't just suspend you from the school
But they send you back to your country, only because of 3 4 absences
It doesn't even have to be skipping the school, but even if you skip a class they may count you as absent for that day
Fifth and the last point
I think this is one of the most sensitive ones
It can be misunderstood easily, so it is important to pay attention to it
You cannot make jokes about people's race, their weight or their sexual orientation
They are very sensitive about it and about everything that you say
The thing that you say may be something small for you
But it is definitely not like that for the other people
And to make it clear
I had been thinking that people in here are overweight and they eat a lot of junk food and stuff
Which is true
But when you come here, you'll see that people are free to choose whatever they want to wear
There are people who wears mini short in winter
There are people who are overweight, but wear mini dresses
And this is completely normal here
We are not used to see this in Turkey
But this is how it is in here
No one even turn their head and look at them
No one says something to people's outfit, their hair color, their sexual orientation etc
When I first came here, I dressed well, I wore makeup everyday to school to look nice
But in here, people can literally come here straight from the bed
This is very natural
So to let to know, if you make fun of them or say something about them, people won't laugh at it because It is normal for them
So I think it is good to know to not to feel bad and not to embarrass yourselves
And this is all I have for you guys today
I hope you liked it, I hope it can help you a little bit
Don't forget to like and subscribe if you liked it!
---- Buton su an calismiyor, onu fix edene kadar subscribe devam :( ----
I will see you guys in the next video, byyyeeeeee

Why Leading With Value Is a Mistake and What To Do Instead? (95:5 FORMULA) - Lane Campbell - Duration: 4:30.
Lane Campbell is an entrepreneur
that came on the Digital Agency Marketing podcast recently.
He is one of the most connected people I know,
master networker and in this video
I wanna run through a few of the lessons
that he gave on the podcast.
He's a multi-entrepreneur,
so he started and sold multiple businesses,
including an agency
and here are the three things
that I learned from the conversation.
The first point was the 95:5 formula.
- [Lane] Dealing with B2B
there's basically a 95 and 5 formula
that comes into play.
It comes down to this,
I'm gonna use the analogy of a headache,
so if I woke up in the morning
and I had a headache I'm probably not gonna take any Tylenol or Advil
because it's just a headache, right?
I'm gonna go about my day,
I'm just gonna kind of ignore it.
That's sort of an analogy that really holds true
when you're selling B2B
because 95% of the reason when a company's experiencing
a minor problem in their organization,
like a regular headache-sized problem,
they're gonna base their buying decision
on if they trust the solution.
Only five per cent is on the value proposition.
And trust is really hard to build, it takes time.
You don't go try a new Advil or try a new Tylenol.
You know the trust is there
and you know the brand,
you know at least the chemical make up, right?
So, even if you're buying the off brand,
you still know it's Tylenol, you still know it's Advil.
It's the same thing.
Another analogy which would be more like
a migraine headache.
This is when a company
has basically stopped being able to function properly
or they have a big problem in some capacity,
and it's like a migraine headache, right?
If I woke up in the morning with a migraine headache,
I have to get back into bed,
I have to shut the blinds,
I have to turn off the lights,
you know, I'm gonna change my behavior.
If I go Google Yahoo Answers how do I cure a headache?
And it said I could swallow toothpaste, you know,
I try it, why not?
And in reality, that's a lot of the time
when a company has an opportunity
to sell into a company based on value
because it's all about the value,
it's 95% value, only 5% trust,
so that's why I call it the 95 and 5 formula
because when I'm basically doing outbound selling
in the companies that are not requesting information
from me, most companies position value,
and that's I've found
to be one of the worst things you can do.
You need to build trust,
you need to build a sense of mutuality with your market,
and then you can position yourself with value
but they already sort of know,
like and trust you by the time they're buying,
unless it's a migraine problem,
and when it's a migraine-sized problem
that's when they're coming to you,
and those are your inbound sales opportunities,
and so that's why inbound you can pitch value.
You know, it does help to back it up
with oh, we have 10,000 or whatever the case may be
but really they're looking for the solution,
so you're pitching your value prop.
- Number two was how to leverage
established trust relationships.
- [Lane] I try to leverage established trust relationships
because one partnership can generate you
hundreds of thousands of new customers.
Partnerships can take a little bit of time to establish
and there's no real single, clear-cut way.
You know, you're selling a partner on your business
but in the same amount of time
it takes you to sell one partner,
you're gonna sell one customer
because you're building trust.
When you're able to do that
and you're able to leverage a relationship like that,
you know, things should change for you very quickly,
and I've built most of my businesses,
which were mostly service businesses,
on partnerships and affiliates
and you know, referrals,
and when people are out there using different programs
to increase their referrals and increase their affiliates,
reality is you gotta understand your partner's needs.
You're not selling them based on their customer
at that point,
you gotta sell them based on what they need.
So, oftentimes like I'll talk to you,
a startup and I'll say,
what do the partners, the distributors
of what you do actually need more often?
Can you just bake it into what you're doing
so that they don't have to search elsewhere for it,
and then they'll help you distribute your product
because you've helped them with their business, right?
They'll feel a sense of mutuality with you.
Like oh, we're in this together.
- And number three is you are the last mile.
- [Lane] In the telecom world
we have a term we call the last mile.
There's a carrier that owns the last mile
of cable that goes to a building.
In the service business,
you are the last mile, okay?
So, if you are actually providing service
and you're meeting with customers
to put in something, to do something,
be their service provider,
you are the last mile,
and a lot of companies need you for distribution.
So, never be afraid of pushing back
and trying to get what you need out of the relationship.
That said, if you have a product
and you need to get it out there,
you really have to understand your last mile, right?
You're not gonna get in the door
of say lawyers unless you find a company
that already services lawyers.
You're not gonna get in the door
of providing a service to lobbyists
unless you have a company that already provides
a product or service to lobbyists, right?
So, that's your challenge as an entrepreneur.
You know, there's no blueprint for doing this right.
There's no one-size-fits-all
but look at your market, follow the money backwards.
Who are they paying?
How much are they paying?
What can you do for them?
You know, something as stupid and simple.

Top 5 Things to do in Tokyo | japan-guide.com - Duration: 8:03.
Tokyo is the capital of Japan and with a population of nearly 40 million also the largest metropolis on Earth.
In the middle of the Greater Tokyo area is Tokyo Prefecture itself
and at its most populated core are 23 special wards called "ku."
Here you'll find Tokyo's multiple downtown areas which are all connected by the JR Yamanote line.
From Tokyo station it's only a few hours by bullet train to several other major cities
Despite its size or possibly because of it
Tokyo has developed into extremely orderly city with a convenient and reliable
public transportation system as well as a remarkably low crime rate. Although it has a high population density it can feel surprisingly
suburban or even rural once you venture away from the major railway stations.
In the 16th century Tokyo was a small castle town named Edo. It became the political center of the country when the shogun, Tokugawa Ieyasu
established his feudal government here in 1603.
Quickly Edo grew into the world's largest city and at the end of the feudal period after the Meiji restoration
in 1868 it was made the new capital of the country and renamed Tokyo
The Emperor's residence was moved from Kyoto to Tokyo and the former grounds of Edo Castle were converted into the new imperial palace.
Today Tokyo is one of Japan's premier hubs for culture, cuisine, entertainment, and shopping and also has countless historic
temples, gardens, parks, landmark and museums.
Here are our top five recommendations in Tokyo
Number Five: Akihabara
Also called Akiba in the last few decades the Akihabara district has emerged as a center for anime, manga
and video game otaku culture in Japan.
It has dozens of specialty stores selling everything from figurines to collectible trading cards to retro video games.
There are also several multi floor arcades, called game centers, as well as maid cafes other themed restaurants.
On Sunday afternoon Chuo Dori, the main street of the area, is closed to car traffic
so pedestrians are free walk anywhere they like.
Another nickname for the Akihabara district is "Electric Town" because of the many electronic shops here
ranging from large department stores selling the latest technology to small stalls selling computer components.
Number 4: Meiji Shrine and the Surrounding Areas
A few minutes walk from Harajuku Station is the famous Meiji Shrine and its forested grounds.
Completed in 1920 the shrine itself is dedicated to the late emperor Meiji, and his consort Empress Shoken.
Ruling from 1867 to 1912 made you was the first emperor of Modern Japan.
During the Meiji period the country transitioned from being an isolated feudal nation to becoming an industrialized world power
The shrines grounds are a peaceful oasis amid the densely built up city.
Together with neighboring Yoyogi park, this forested area of Tokyo provides an excellent place to escape the busy city.
Near Meiji Shrine are several other worthwhile areas to explore.
Just across the street is Harajuku which is known as the center of teenage culture in Japan.
Here you'll find the famous Takeshita Dori shopping street
As well as the elegant Omotesando Avenue which has many high-end shopping options
and is the main approach to Meiji Shrine.
Lastly Meiji Shrine is only one stop from Shibuya.
The Shibuya District is famous for its shopping and is generally regarded as the capital of young fashion in Japan.
This is also where you'll find the legendary Shibuya Scramble pedestrian crossing where up to 3,000 people will cross at each light change.
Number Three: Shinjuku
Shinjuku is a lively entertainment and business district known for being one of Japan's premier nightlife spots
During the Edo era It used to be located outside the city center and was the first
rest stop along the Koshu Kaido which was one of the five major trade highways at the time
Since then Tokyo has expanded and Shinjuku has become one of its multiple major downtown areas
handling over three and a half million passengers every day Shinjuku station has become the busiest train station in the world.
To the west of the station is the skyscraper district where many of Tokyo's tallest buildings are located.
Among these is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office Building
which has free observation decks on the 45th floor of each tower that provide unique views of the city
On the east side of Shinjuku station is the nightlife district.
Here you'll find endless dining shopping and entertainment options.
A few popular places to explore our Kabukicho with its restaurants bars wild nightlife and neon lights.
Omoide Yokocho with its network of alleyways from tiny eateries
and Golden Gai which has over 200 small bars and unique restaurants
Finally for a change of pace in the Shinjuku area, about a 10-minute walk east of Shinjuku station
is Shinjuku Gyoen which is a large and beautiful park which contains three different themed gardens.
Number Two: Asakusa
One of the best districts to experience old-fashioned Tokyo is historical Asakusa.
Located in the center of an area traditionally known as Shitamachi
this was a part of the city generally inhabited by common townspeople during the Edo era.
The main attraction in Asakuka is Sensoji Temple.
Completed in the 7th century, it is one of Tokyo's oldest and most popular Buddhist temples.
Leading up to the main temple building is the iconic gate Kaminarimon and Nakamise Shopping Street
which is lined with vendors selling local specialty items and souvenirs.
Crossing Nakamise Street is Denpoin Street
which is designed to look like a street from the Edo era.
For food west of Sensoji Temple is Hoppy Street
which is a 70 to 80 meter long street that has a nostalgic charm and is lined with Izakaya serving Japanese pub food.
About 15min west of Asakusa near Ueno is Kappabashi Street.
This unique street has dozens of specialty stores selling everything needed by restaurant operators
except for food.
From pots and pans to dishes to plastic food samples
this street has it all and is an interesting place to wander.
A day in Asakusa could easily be combined with a stroll along the Sumida River
and a visit to nearby Tokyo Skytree, Japan tallest structure.
Number One: Food
As a city Tokyo has received the most Michelin stars of any city in the world
and offers an amazing range of dining opportunities.
Of course, like every region of Japan you can find local specialty cuisine items
such as nigiri-zushi, tempura,
soba, chankonabe, and monjayaki to name a few.
However because people from all over Japan have been relocating to the capital for hundreds of years
It's also possible to find authentic regional food from all across the country in Tokyo
Similarly the city has become the home of a wide variety of international
communities which have brought their local cuisine with them.
As a result Tokyo has become an excellent destination for finding a broad range of high-quality international food.
There are even several districts with concentrated ethnic specialties
such as Koreatown in Shin-Okubo
Little France in Kagurazaka
and Chinatown in Ikebukuro to name a few
It's safe to say there are dining establishments to accommodate all tastes and budgets in Tokyo.
You could easily spend several weeks exploring Tokyo and not experience everything
But we hope this top 5 list gives you a good place to start.

What do TRUMP & SUGAR have in common? #12 - Duration: 4:01.
I know what you are thinking…
'What is she smoking?!'
But hear me out.
We all know that sugar is bad for our health.
Ugh….not that again!
But just like you gave up on Tushar Kapoor as an actor, it's high time that you give
up on sugar too and the only way I see that possible is to compare it with this face that
US has grown to call..
PRESIDENT!
Number 1: Denial
After KRK and Ram Gopal Verma, the only person who lives in denial is Donald Trump!
About what?!
Duh…Climate Change, Exercise and about how small his hands are!
And sugar does the same.
When you eat something, a hormone called leptin tells your brain...
*STOP!*
*Enough!*
*Somebody stop him!*
But when you eat sugar, your brain cannot understand or recognize leptin.
*Who's there?!*
And that's the reason why you still feel hungry, even when you are full!
In short, it makes your body live in denial!
WoooooooW!
Number 2: They make others work hard…
..and not in a good way!
Can you imagine the amount of shit Trump's PR team has to cover up?
I bet every morning they wake up and be like..
Similarly, sugar, makes your pancreas work crazy hard!
When there is a lot of sugar in your body, your pancreas have to work really hard to produce
a lot of insulin.
And overworked pancreas lead to obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart diseases, liver disease and
more!
Number 3: The whole suit thing!
Trump is very particular about wearing a suit.
Apparently, he even slapped his son, Donald Trump Jr when he wore a Yankee jersey.
And guess where they were going?!
To a Yankees game!
Similarly, you would notice that any ingredients list rarely says sugar.
Instead they use Hi-Fi jargon like cane juice, cane syrup, corn syrup, malt syrup, dextrose,
fructose, sucrose, lactose, maltose, fruit juice concentrates, high fructose corn syrup.
It always wears a complicated jargon suit, so that you don't find out that it is present in
everything from processed foods to salad dressings, white bread, fruit yogurt,
even Ketchup!
Number 4: Neither of them respect the human body.
Some leaders are inspiring
Some are charming
But Trump?
He is just good at grabbing
things
that don't even belong to him!
Sugar does that too.
It grabs your butt, your thighs, your abs, your arms and everywhere else!
And you know what's sad?
The first time I read this news, it made me angry.
But now?
It doesn't!
And that's terrifying!
Now me, and the rest of the world is used to this!
And that's also the case with sugar.
The world knows that it is killing us, but we are so used to it now, that we don't
care anymore.
And that is also terrifying!
But if you care about your health and if you want to stop those greedy manufacturers from
injecting sugar in everything we consume,
then start eating clean!
Because, when you put this crap down
you are sending them a signal..
*Enough is enough!*
So, this week's change is,
"Say NO to processed sugar or anything else that has processed sugar in it"
Read the nutritional label carefully before you buy anything.
And if you want us to make a video on
"How to read a nutrition label?"
then give this video a big thumbsup!
If we reach 300 likes for this video, then we will.
And do not forget to share this video with your friends and family.
I will see you again next Friday with a brand new change from the 18 week Fat loss series!
Until then….keep fighting
The Urban Fight
To be fit!
One change… at a time.

What's Love Got to Do With It? | Social Media - Duration: 8:17.
[Anitra] Alright, we're back. [Leo] Back atcha, Care Bear -
[Carrington] Oh yeah!
[Anitra] Okay, so we're back again. I'm Anitra
with loveisrespect and The Hotline. I have
with me my guest stars - [Leo] I'm
cool with being a co-star - [Anitra] Co-stars, okay, well, what are
your names, co-stars? [Leo] Oh, go ahead Care Bear [Carrington] Go ahead.
[Leo] My name's Leo, and that's Carrington but we
call her Care Bear or Carey, Carey Z -
[Anitra] Now, okay, thanks for joining us back
again. This time we're gonna be talking
about something that's pretty common and
that is social media and the sharing of
the passwords. And let's just throw in there
going through your phone and all
that too. Let's talk about all that. So, the behavior
that we're going to discuss once again: my partner
monitors my social media accounts and
Facebook and demands that I share my
passwords. [noises] [Carrington] Well, my partner doesn't ask for that,
I mean he just trusts me and I trust him.
[Leo] That's really good. We ain't gonna talk about my
present partner because we cool. But my
last partner, it was a rap - even though
I would say I gave her a reason to want
all of that stuff, you know, by not being
a good boyfriend at first, but yeah, she
constantly hacked my Twitter, Facebook,
you know, my emails, all that stuff. I
didn't like it. It all boils down to
trust, you know, you have to trust your
partner in order to believe that they're
not doing nothing on social media, and
so you got to just make sure you find a
good partner that you can trust, and not
have to always go through their stuff, you
know. But I'm okay with giving them my
password, you know, if they want it, and they
could check it at any time and see that
I'm not doing anything. I'm okay with
that, but at the end of the day, if she
doesn't trust me,
then she's always gonna wanna go through my passwords.
Or guilty conscience - if they're doing
something they're always going to want
to look in your phone and stuff like
that - [Anitra] You're saying if they're doing
something they'll want to - [Leo] Yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah, if she's doing something, she's
going to look through my stuff to see if
I'm doing the same thing, that guilty conscience.
[Carrington] Yeah, sometimes, like my last,
whatever, I always thought it was like
mandatory in a relationship to give
them your password, so they can be on your
Facebook or something like that. [Leo] I thought
the same thing until Anitra said it wasn't
appropriate behavior. [Carrington] Yeah, I thought
you had to give it to them so they could always like,
blah blah blah, but it is, once
again, it's just trust. [Anitra] I think a lot of
people think that, like, you know, we're in a
relationship, what do you got to hide? But for me
personally, and I've done that too,
I've had partners want to check my phone,
I've been the partner wanting to check
the phone, because there was no more
trust, like, you know, they were not telling
the truth, they were dishonest, and I had
to go and creep to see what's really going
on. But it's not healthy,
and once you get to that point where
them doing something that you don't
know about makes you jump to the
conclusion that they're doing something
bad, or they're doing something like
cheating, or whatever, then there's
something else going on, there's
a lack of trust there. So I
don't feel that it's necessary to have to
share passwords and things like that. And
if someone comes in demanding that then
that's not healthy to me, that's already a wrap.
And then, as far as like, social media
monitoring, I'm very active on social
media. Maybe not so much Facebook, but Twitter
and Instagram. I don't too much want
somebody who's going to be like, why are
you commenting on so-and-so's pictures.
If you're gonna be like that - [Carrington] That's me.
[Anitra] You're that person? Let's talk about it. Talk
about it! [Leo] Let's go Carrington. [Carrington] No, it's not, it's
not that, it's like - [Leo] At least she admitted it - [Carrington] - it's like
why are you, it's not that, it's just like,
my person I talk to now, he always
likes his ex's pictures. And, you know,
when you like something on Twitter, it goes
to your wall. When I see that I ask him
about it, and he's just like, oh that's my friend, blah blah
blah you know - [Leo] That's a different story, that's an
ex-girlfriend, I mean - [Carrington] Yeah, that's - [Anitra] I mean,
but at the end of the day, like - [Carrington] I mean, I
trust him 100%, but it's just like, why you,
why are you liking hers?
You don't ever like mine. [Laughter] But, but on Facebook,
on Facebook, he posts me and stuff,
but it's like, on Twitter...
[Anitra] Let's talk about that too, so like, okay -
[Leo] Should you advertise your woman? [Anitra] Right - [Carrington] Yes. [Leo] Hmm. [Anitra] Hmmm.
[Carrington] I feel like you should. [Leo] From a male's
perspective, if you're taken, you have
to make it known if somebody's trying
to talk to you, or become flirtatious, you
have to make it known that you are taken. [Anitra] Now I see that - [Leo] Now, as in
advertising, like every week, or however
often the female feels like it should be,
I feel like, the dude, the dude could
show off his girl, you know, to the world
maybe once to let the world know
this is my queen. But I don't have to do
it like on the - [Carrington] Queen? [Leo] Well, you know
you know, I don't have to do it on, I
don't have to do it week by week or day
by day or every Wednesday, or yeah I
don't have to do that. I can just
do it like, once a month cause people
know that I'm taken so it doesn't
matter.
[Carrington] Yeah, especially if you go to school
with them, like they see you around,
y'all two together, you know. And I
only do that whenever I look good
like today I look good, you know what I'm saying,
so you know, I, he posted my picture so
you know - [Leo] I see you Care Bear - [laughter]
[Anitra] Well, I'm different, don't be
putting me on nothing. First of all - [Carrington] She's
boring - [Leo] But you're beautiful - [Anitra] I mean, it's not just about that.
I mean, I'm not saying don't do it,
but I don't think that if my partner
doesn't do it that they're hiding me.
Because when I'm in a relationship, I
don't post lots of pictures of, I don't think -
I haven't been in one in so long -
[Leo] I don't think you post a lot of pictures period. [Anitra] Okay thanks, but I
don't do that, and so I don't see it as
a necessity, or you know, whatever.
But I mean I think at the end of the day we all
have to just sometimes consider, like, why
do I feel that way? What does that mean
to me? Like, what does that mean? So
if your partner isn't posting you, does
that make you feel like they're ashamed of
you? Or they're not trying to claim you?
On the other end, if they show you too
much
[Leo] I hear that a lot, you know - [Anitra] I mean, I think that's a
common thing, and I think it's okay to just
think about that. Like, why is it this
social media thing, where if you're
not posting your partner then that means
that - [Leo] Modern times. [Anitra] - you're not claiming them. [Leo] I think
Drake said it best, I know you're
going to, I swear, he said, "We live in a
generation of not being in love and not
being together, but we make it feel like
we're together, because we hate to see
each other with somebody else." Which
I think it makes a lot of sense,
because we live in a generation where
there's lack of love, lack of trust, lack of
loyalty, the whole relationship thing is
like, it's not where it's at in this
generation. So I had a girl tell me
before, like, oh you don't make me your WCW,
that you don't like me or care about me,
and stuff like that. But I'm just like - or like you
said, trying to hide you. [Anitra] Right. [Leo] I'm not
trying hide you. [Anitra] You're right,
it is definitely something that's like
common, and I think we just need to explore
that, like why does it have to be that?
But I think what's important is
everybody just - communication is so key
in relationships. Like, communicate,
communicate, communicate, set boundaries. You
know, when you do this, this is how I feel, you
do this, you make me feel this way, let's
talk about it. And, you know, you both just
kind of figure out what works best.
If you are both those kind of couples, those
kind of people, where you need to be
posted all the time and you're both fine
with that, well then, yeah, who's - who am
I to say that's not right for y'all?
But if you're the kind of person where
you're like, you know, I don't really want
our business everywhere and your
partner's, like, Wah wah wah,
then that might be a conversation that
you need to kinda have. So, I appreciate you guys'
takes. As always, if you feel
differently or have extra comments or concerns,
please feel free to drop 'em in the comments.
[Leo] Right there below. [Anitra] We'll see you in the
next one.

【 COLLAB 】 SHINee - Tell Me What To Do ITALIAN ver. - Duration: 4:11.
These days I don't recognize you
You look like you've given up on everything
But I hear you screaming silently
Grown apart by the passing of time
Or by more than one different choice
But in the end, what's left?
These barriers between us
We'll never break them down
I will come back to you
at the end of this journey
I'll look at your face and I'll dry
all of your tears, then I'll ask you
You don't speak, but you want me to know
You hurt me, then expect me to pretend
everything's like it was before
All the things you never say
All the pain you've been causing me
It has left deep wounds but
I know you're not going to change
I just wish I could lose all the memories I have
I will come back to you
at the end of this journey
I'll look at your face and I'll dry
all of your tears, then I'll ask you
Tell me what I should do
Don't cry no more
If your heart remembers me
Don't cry no more
Even if I tried to push you away
I hate to imagine that you won't be here
I won't stand it My world will crumble
I don't know what you want, don't know why
You wanted to control me
And I thought you had changed but I changed more than you
Just a moment, then it's all over
No more fake promises from now on
Time is running and you won't stop it
But the time for ''us'' has already ended
Remember that you used to smile with me
Everything looked brighter because
Those days were tough but not lonely
I'll think back tho who I was,
to the rhythm of your breathing
And even if everything else changes
I will come back to you
at the end of this journey
I'll look at your face and I'll dry
all of your tears, then I'll ask you
Tell me what I sould do
Don't cry no more
If your heart remembers me
Don't cry no more

Practicing Singing - Things NEVER to Do - Duration: 7:56.
This video is about practicing singing, things never to do.
Here are 4 things that will save your voice and speed up your progress.
Hi, I'm Chuck Gilmore with Power To Sing.
Things NEVER to do when you are practicing singing:
#1: Never Practice with a loud volume.
Why?
When you sing loud you have to blast more air.
The vocal cords must tighten to hold back the air.
This adds tension from the outer neck muscles.
This causes you to squeeze and over-compress.
You'll never be able to balance and coordinate the air from your lungs with the vocal cords
so they can develop their own power and strength.
This causes your voice to get sore and hoarse, your high notes to go flat, your range to
decrease, and sometimes your vocal cords to get injured.
Solution: Practice softly.
Gradually increase volume as you're able to maintain balance and coordination.
If you do this, you'll be able to bridge from chest to head voice and back, on all
the different scales, without straining or breaking.
[Demo]
#2: Never try to increase your range by forcing your voice extremely higher.
Forcing it higher means pushing harder and louder as you sing higher.
You'll face the same problems as above in #1.
You voice will seize and muscle up.
Solution: Stay within the range of the exercises.
These exercises will increase your ability to sing through the bridge from chest to head
voice without strain or breaking.
This will dramatically increase your range.
[Demo]
#3: Never focus on practicing long hours instead of practicing correctly.
If you're not practicing correctly, hours of incorrect practice will strengthen your
bad habits.
Solution: Focus on practicing correctly.
Watch the videos.
Listen to the demonstrations.
Record yourself doing the exercises and listen to yourself.
Are you doing them exactly as shown?
If you're not getting the results, what's the difference between the demonstrations
and how you're doing them?
Do them precisely and you're likely to succeed.
Get a friend to confirm you're doing them right.
The exercises are done in special ways that cause them to work with your voice.
If you disregard this and do them your way, they likely won't work.
The batty sound helps "thin" the vocal cords and tone.
They don't work if you do the exercise with a normal voice and too loud.
[Demo.
Listen to the difference with the bratty
and non-bratty sound.
I'll do it soft but wide]
The dopy sound stretches the vocal cords with a lower larynx.
They don't work if you lose the dopy sound and use your normal voice.
[Demo Gee]
These exercises cause you to be able to sing through the bridge without straining or breaking.
Also, you must do them on the given pitches.
#4: Never practice for hours at a time.
New or rusty singers often practice for hours thinking they will sing great in just a few
days of long, hard practice.
It's more likely you'll make very little progress and possibly could risk injuring
your voice.
Solution: Practice for the same amount of time that you're performing.
If you're not performing, practice 15-30 minutes a day.
Maybe do a second session later in the day.
In a few months you might increase the time if needed.
Daily shorter practice is better than sporadic long practices.
If you're in a show, do vocal exercises for 20-30 minutes and sing through your songs.
This might add up to 1-2 hours depending on your show or set list.
Warning: If you perform regularly, it might take months to break old habits and be able
to easily use correct technique in your performances.
Be patient.
It will come.
The important thing is correct practice.
If you never do these 4 things and focus on correct practice your progress will be steady,
positive and exciting.
If you liked this video, give it a thumbs up, subscribe and share it with a friend.
