How to See Old Things in New Ways - Create Your Own Life Hacks - Crealt Method 1.1 The Hammer - Duration: 4:34.
To slice cheese, you know, like…What's up, Whys Profits.
In this episode you'll learn how creative people see and change the world.
The world around them.
You can train yourself to see this way, and I call it the crealt method.
Crealt is short of creative alternative.
So take this hammer for instance.
How many different ways can you see this hammer?
If you open your mind, if you see the hammer not as you think it is, but as it actually
is, you can see it not as it is, but as it could be.
This is how creative people get their ideas.
They're always seeing things in new ways.
Out of the old comes the new.
The way I sharpen my creativity, the way I keep it fresh, and always thinking in new
ways, is for two minutes a day, I chose a random object—I usually go down into the
basement and find what I can see…see what I can find…and then for at least two minutes
I think of all the different ways I can use that object.
How can I put myself in as many situations as possible that this could be useful?
How can I use this hammer?
One way is you hammer the nail into the wood, then you use the hammer as a shelf.
If you had two hammers you could put one here and one here, and make sure the nail was on
tightly, and then you can drape, put a board over it, and that could be a shelf.
Or you could drape towels over it.
You could fasten the hammer to your front door and use it as a knocker.
Someone just knocks on it.
You don't even have to have the handle, just take the hammer head.
You could massage your back, like tap, tap, tap those little muscles—oh, yea, that feels
good.
You can tap out knots.
Or you could use the handle to roll under your feet, or your hands, or really dig into
things.
You could also use the claw as a back-scratcher.
All in one.
Massager and back-scratcher.
I might start doing that.
You could possibly fit this under the door and lift it off its hinges, give it a little
leverage.
You could use an old hammerhead as a paperweight.
You could use it as a mini anvil.
You could use a hammer as a pendulum…hypnotize.
Or a metronome.
You could put two elastic bands on the top and the bottom of the hammers and use it as
a resistance training exercise.
You could hang a metal hammer across bard or rafters and do pull-ups, or you know, one-handed
pull-ups.
Or you could hang something heavy from it, like a tire, for an indoor tire swing.
I don't know.
If you find a bell without a tongue, you can use the hammer to ring the bell.
Or if it's a big bell, you could even tie the hammer inside the bell and use that to
ring the bell.
You could use two hammers tapping together to train your hand-eye coordination.
So some of these ideas are going to be good, some of them are going to be bad.
The point is to get out as many ideas as you can, and then later on, if you write them
down, then you determine what the good ideas are.
All the geniuses in history had just as many bad ideas, they just threw them away.
Or, they pursued both the good ideas and the bad ideas and you only remember them for the
good ideas.
Hand-eye coordination.
I don't know maybe it's a terrible idea.
You could take the head off and use it as a knob, or a handle.
Tie a rope to it, and this could be a long range weapon.
Better than a baseball in a sock.
Maybe not better, but….or, you know, with the rope, you could use it as a grappling
hook.
You could use that to grapple…it could possibly work.
Or you could tie it, you know, if you want to put a tire swing up on a tree, you can
tie a rope to it, lob it over.
This would be cool.
You could hammer above you like monkey bars a whole bunch of thick nails, and then you
get two hammers with claws…this might be a terrible idea…but to really train your
hand-eye coordination, swing from nail to nail with the claws…I'd try it.
I'd probably get a hammer with a thicker space between the claws, maybe something,
maybe a custom-made hammer, but that could work.
That could work.
It would also train grip strength.
It takes a lot of strength to hold your weight like that.
You could open a coconut, or crush ice, or pick ice, the ideas go on and on.
The point is: Do this for two minutes a day.
At least two minutes a day to expand your mind and see things in new ways.
I'll leave it to you.
If you guys have comments, leave a comment.
What else can you use a hammer for?
What else can you use any object in your room, outside, what can you use a rock for?
It would be good to do it when you wake up and your mind is still in that dream state
and you're thinking outside the box, or before you go to bed, because then when you
wake up, you'll have slept on it, and you'll probably have more ideas.
So two minutes a day is all you have to do.

How To Become a Sex Toy Reviewer (Q&A #6) - Duration: 6:26.
When people ask me what I do, I often joke that I masturbate for a living.
This is, of course, a huge oversimplification.
But as a person whose job title includes the words "sex toy reviewer," it is kind of true.
Because my job is so unusual, I tend to get a lot of questions about it, both from people
who watch my videos and read my blog and from people I meet in my day-to-day life.
So today I thought I'd answer some of those frequently asked questions and demystify the
life of a sex toy reviewer.
#1. How did you get into reviewing sex toys?
So I got into reviewing in a sort of weird, lucky way that I'm not sure is really replicable
these days, unfortunately.
In 2015 I decided that I wanted to start a sex ed YouTube channel that talked about a variety
of subjects, but specifically sex toys and sex toy safety since that was something I
was really interested in and something that other sex ed YouTubers at the time weren't
really talking about.
I had been reading sex toy review blogs like Hey Epiphora and DangerousLilly for years
and knew in the back of my mind that that was something I kind of wanted to do someday,
but I wasn't making any effort to pursue it at that point.
A few months into all of this, I put up a blog post on some of the best sex toys under
$30.
And lo and behold, one of the brands heavily featured in that post, Tantus, reached out
and asked if I wanted to review some of their toys.
I was really surprised.
I had never reviewed anything before, and I was pretty nervous about the prospect, but
I said yes.
And it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Fast forward another six months or so.
By then I had reviewed a few Tantus toys and a LELO vibrator that a lovely subscriber sent
me a gift card to buy, and I'd posted maybe 20 or so educational videos and blog posts.
It was the month that Kinkly hosted their annual Top 100 Sex Blogging Superheroes contest--
and in a strange turn of events that I still don't entirely understand, I came in
at number 10, ahead of so many reviewers and educators that I respect like crazy.
I also came in at number 1 in the New Sex Bloggers category and number 4 in the Sex
Toy Reviewers category.
After that, brands like Lovehoney started reaching out to me, and as I reviewed more
and more I started getting contacted by more brands and developed the confidence to start
reaching out to brands that I was interested in.
It all just snowballed in a really bizarre way, and I'm very grateful.
Though I don't know how useful this story actually is to people trying to get into
reviewing in 2017, so I'm going to answer a few more questions and hopefully give some
real advice.
#2. How do you get companies to send you free sex toys?
First of all, I want to say that companies do not generally send me free sex toys.
Very occasionally a company will send me a toy with no strings attached, and those I
consider free.
But the vast majority of toys I'm sent are part of an explicitly agreed upon exchange.
They send me the toy, and in return I post a review of it.
Reviewing can take a lot of time and effort -- I mean, it's work, it's my job -- so I don't
really consider products I get for review "free."
Now, if you're an aspiring reviewer trying to figure out how to get sex toys sent to
you for review, it can help to think about WHY companies send out products for review
in the first place.
And there are two primary reasons they do this.
One is just to get feedback on the product.
Reviewers' insight can be incredibly valuable to companies because we've generally tried
more sex toys than the average person and therefore have a pretty nuanced perspective.
The second reason is marketing.
We have an audience, and they want to get their brand in front of those eyeballs.
So to get companies to send you toys, you want to be able to show them both of those
things -- quality reviews and an audience.
Start getting content up on your channel or blog and reviewing things that you already own.
You want to make yourself look as established as possible when you start reaching out to
companies.
Interact with the sex toy reviewer community on social media and make friends.
This will help to both build your audience and create a support group of people who can
give you advice on everything from working with companies to banishing self-doubt to
filing taxes as a sex toy reviewer.
Which brings me to...
#3. How do you make money as a sex toy reviewer?
This is a question I tend to get asked by people in my offline life, and then when I
mention that I do most of my reviews on YouTube they kind of nod as though that explains it.
It doesn't.
At this point in time, I have never made a cent from YouTube or Google.
People like to imagine that YouTubers are rolling in cash, but that's not usually the
case, and especially not for people making videos that have anything to do with sex.
Sex is not "advertiser-friendly."
Most of my toy reviews and some of my educational videos are flagged as 18+ and don't have ads
running on them at all, and the videos that aren't age restricted tend to get the
lowest paying ads possible.
After two-and-a-half years and hundreds of thousands of views on my YouTube channel,
I am still nowhere near the $100 AdSense payout threshold.
And that sucks, but it's just how it is.
So I have to make my money in other ways.
One of my main sources of income is through affiliate programs.
These are basically sales commission programs, and the sex toy industry has some great ones.
If you click a link to a toy or sex shop in my video descriptions or on my blog or social media
and you buy something, I'll usually get a about 10-30% of the retail price of whatever
you purchased (depending on the specific shop and its program).
I'm going to link a page on my website down in the description that has links and information
on all of the affiliate programs I'm part of.
And I have a policy that I won't accept a product for review if it's not available through
somewhere with an affiliate program.
Other reviewers I know sometimes just charge the companies for reviews in those situations.
That's not something I'm personally comfortable doing just because I don't feel like I could
be unbiased if I'm being paid to review something, but others feel differently and it works for them.
I'll also do the occasional sponsored video, where a company will pay me to create content
that mentions their brand.
I usually try to keep it to the same sort of educational content that I would be making
anyway, such as my Sex Toys + Disability Guide or my 5 Sex Toy Shopping Mistakes video.
Finally, if you're running a blog, you can always host advertisers there in the form
of banners and links in your sidebar or elsewhere on your site.
For more information on becoming a sex toy reviewer, I'm going to give you three links:

BH4U | How To Get Rid Of The Folds On Your Back And Sides In 21 Days - Duration: 4:14.
[music]
How To Get Rid of The Folds On Your Back And Sides in 21 Days
Fat accumulates in various body areas, and this tendency differs among people, as everyone's
body is unique.
Therefore, we all have different "trouble areas" with fat deposits that are more difficult
to get rid of than anywhere else.
However, the most disturbing fact is that fat deposits on certain body areas pose a
serious health risk.
Namely, researchers have found that the extra weight around the abdominal area increases
the risk of cancer and heart diseases.
Conversely, women who have more fat accumulated on their hips and thighs face fewer difficulties
while nursing.
Also, women accumulate more fat on their body than men.
Yet, what is important is that everyone should try to tone up the body, especially your core.
The elimination of back fat, on the other hand, prevents back pain and injuries and
improves the body posture.
Studies have shown that strength training is the most effective in burning fat, even
more than cardio exercises.
However, the fat-burning routine of Randy B. Washington is quick and extremely effective,
and it takes only 12 minutes daily, 3 times a week, for three weeks in a row.
The following 4 back exercises will help you eliminate the back bulge in a very short time
You should begin every exercise with 5-8 pound dumbbells in each hand and feet shoulder-width
apart.
1.
Bent-Over Circular Row
This exercise strengthens the chest, biceps, chest, mid-back, and upper back.
Bend the knees a bit, and make sure your abs are also engaged for support.
Then, bend forward to position the body parallel to the floor.
The hands should be extended toward the floor.
Then, slowly circle your arms to the left, up and toward your chest, over to the right,
and down.
Repeat the same to the right, and do 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
2.
Push and Touch
This exercise will strengthen the upper back, shoulders, and chest.
The arms should be by the sides, and the palms should be facing forward.
Then, elevate the arms up to shoulder length, with the palms to the ceiling, and hold thus.
Next, in one fluid motion, elevate the arms over the head with the palms facing behind
you, and tap the ends of the weights together.
Return the arms to shoulder levels, hold a bit, and return to the starting position.
For best effects, make sure you do not move any other part of the body.
You should do 3 sets of 6-8 repetitions.
3.
Elbow Kiss
This exercise targets the chest and shoulders.
You should start with the arms raised to the shoulder level, and the palms faced up.
Then, bend the elbows to a 90-degree angle and pull the arms together in front of the
chest until the elbows "kiss" and your forearms touch.
The shoulder should not be raised.
Then, return to the initial position by reversing the steps.
You should repeat this in 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
4.
Crisscross Reverse Fly
This exercise strengthens the shoulders and the upper back.
Bend the knees a bit, and lean the body forward about 45-degrees.
Then, cross the arms at the wrists in front of the knees, and slowly lift them to shoulder
height.
Return to the starting position, and repeat with opposite hands crossed.
You should do 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions.

SONGWRITING: HOW TO NOT BE A CLICHÉ - Duration: 2:48.
hey, i'm kat burns, aka kashka.
i write songs for a living.
there are a lot of songs in the world these days, and…y'know.
just a lot of songs.
i sometimes get asked how to not become a cliche, which i think is someone really asking
how not to write a cliche song.
which….could be considered cliche… i don't have all the answers, but i have a few tips.
literally three.
1.
explore metaphors, but interesting ones.
don't just compare love to a rose, that's been done a million times.
use your thinking parts and think outside of the box.
even better is if you think about what you're really trying to say, in a way that comes
from you.
part of being a cliche is sounding like everyone else.
be you. and use a strange or interesting (but not too distracting) metaphor
2. if you don't have a dying burning desire to write about how much you love __so and
so____, then write about something else.
anything else really.
as stated in the beginning of this video, there are a lot of songs in the world.
about 98% of them are about love.
3.
read your lyrics out loud before you sing them You'd be surprised at how much that
changes the way you feel about the.
Sometimes for the best.
Don't read it like a poem though, read it like a shakespearean actor.
for effect.
bonus tip - don't worry about rhyming.
i mean, rhyming is great and an important part of good phrasing, but it's not so important
that you need to compromise your lyrics for the sake of a rhyme.
don't stop on a dime to find the time to rhyme.
(wink)
hope this helped you, and i hope that you share this video with your fellow songwriter
friends.
don't let them be cliches! i'm here every day this month and i'd love if you hit that
susbsirbe button and joined me on the journey.

How to Get Rid of Inner Thigh Fat - How to Get Rid of Inner Thigh Fat Fast Overnight - Duration: 3:43.
You know that if you want to lose weight anywhere, you have to lose weight everywhere.
There's no such thing as spot reduction.
However, if you want to trim down your inner thighs and firm them up, then this is more
than possible.
What you need is a concerted effort at losing weight, a consistent exercise regime and a
little bit of knowledge about the best exercises you can do to sculpt your inner thighs and
improve how they look.
Tip 1 The best option when selecting food is to
target the fat to reduce the amount of fat which will stored in the body and combined
like thigh tone or skinny legs exercises which well absolutely help the body to target the
fat in your thighs.
If the body stores more calorie that means the body gains more weight.
Foods such as ice-creams, drinks with lot of sugar, candy etc.
Avoid junk foods which does not help the body or just in take low quantity.
I do understand that it is difficult to avoid some foods so i recommend that just take measures
to them.
Tip 2 Lean Protein have a very fewer calories and
less fat.
Avoid meats such as turkey and chicken which contribute to the inner thigh fat.
Replace pork instead of chicken, replace beef instead of turkey.
I personally recommend fish because fish is very lower in fat than most of the meats but
when am choosing fish, i go for fresh fish over tuna, sardine and other fishes.
Tip 3 There are a lot of fat workout guides on the
internet but go for a great training program which is reliable and as well as mobile which
you can get access to it at anytime, anyplace and anywhere.
But choosing a training program online can be a bit expensive and most of them don't
work as i struggled and expend lot of money in the past years.
Tip 4 You can make it daily routing or like 3 times
a week and with less than 20 minutes per day, which can be done in the morning and evening.
Sometimes it is boring but you can make it interesting by using a mobile phone or mp3
player with headphone loaded with your favorite songs and with the help of phone running armband.
You can then invite a friend or even your spouse to join you.
Tip 5 Stand a foot away from a wall with your feet
straight ahead like you are setting down on a chair and your body down the wall by sliding
do this til you are sit with your thighs perpendicular to the surface as in the picture and Hold
this position for about between 45 seconds and 2 minutes as required, maybe i will be
tough for you for the first time.
so try do your best.

카야잼 만들기, 카야 토스트 만들기 How to make Kaya Jam - Duration: 15:23.
Hello It's Pingoon. In this video, I wanted to make Kaya Jam and I went shopping for some ingredients.
Kaya Jam is the most important item to shop for many foreign visitors to Singapore.
But you can make it at home by yourself. And Kaya 'toast' as well!
When I made it, I found it very similar, even though it doesn't taste the exact same.
I discovered my coconut milk. I learnt that it contains lots of sugar. I wanted no sugar in it but I had no choice.
The other one was like that too.
Before you cook, you need to scald your glass jar.
You need just boil them with medium-low heat.
And then if you stop boiling it, the water is going to be soaked in.
Put 400ml coconut milk in your stainless bowl.
It's ok to just use 380ml.
3 eggs.
If you use small eggs, you need 4 eggs.
Mix well until you don't see any lamb.
Add 100g white sugar in your jam. Warm it up over hot water.
Stir for a moment and add two tablespoons unrefined sugar.
You can just stir it very gently with a spatula.
You can see a little bit of lamb. It's ok. But it shouldn't be big.
If the jam reaches this form,
Blend it well with a blender.
Just because you blended it, you can see little bubbles in it.
To make it thicker, heat it in a microwave oven for 30 seconds and stir it well. You should repeat until you get what you want.
Line your stainless steel pan with 1 tablespoon butter.
Place two slices loaf bread.
Cook it to a beautiful brown.
Move your bread to a chopping board.
It's a beautiful brown.
Spread the jam.
Slice your butter.
Place it on the bread like you are playing tetris.
The jam, the butter and the jam.
Press it softly.
Cut out the edge.
Get rid of any chalaza, blend one egg and add lemon juice.
Lemon Juice will sterilize the egg because you will cook it to less than half-cooked.
Only heat up the egg.
Scramble scramble~
Add just a little bit soy sauce.
Kaya toast is ready~
Dip in the egg and enjoy your meal!

How To Flirt With A Guy (Primary Romance)! - Duration: 1:36.
-------------------------------------------
EP 013: How to Match Message to Mindset - Duration: 8:10.
- In 2002,
Ohio State researchers did a study.
In this study,
participants were asked to choose between
one of two equally attractive football teams.
Let's call them Team X
and Team Y.
Now, after the participants have already decided
which team they favored,
let's say
I have preferred Team X,
another participant
who's actually a plant for the researchers
would come up to the participants
and tell them that they
definitely had to choose Team X.
What do you think the results were?
Did people stay with their original choice,
or did they switch?
The answer is really important to us
as we figure out what's the best way
to create change.
I'm Tamsen Webster
of tamsenwebster.com,
and this is Find The Red Thread.
So what happened?
As it turns out,
when participants were approached
by that plant by the researcher
and told that they definitely had to choose a certain team,
even if the participants preferred that team,
they switched.
They switched their bet
76% of the time.
What's underlying all that
is a really important concept for any of us
who want to create action or movement, or change,
and the messages, or the presentations that we make.
And that concept is something called
psychological reactance.
It's what's going on whenever a parent tells the kid,
"Hey, it's time to go to bed."
And they say, "no it isn't!"
"You're tired!"
"No, I'm not!"
It's a human response
that if we're told to do something,
we often will dig in our heels
and want to do the exact opposite.
Even against all evidence and all rational decision making.
What can we do with that?
Why is it so important for us?
Well as I said before,
for trying to drive action, this is something
we're always going to have to pay attention to.
And there's something that we miss
when we're putting messages together.
And a lot of times
that simple thing that we're missing
is: what is the mindset of the person that we're talking to?
What do I mean by that?
A couple weeks ago,
I had someone reach out to me
and they wanted to just have a virtual coffee
and talk to each other about what we did.
We thought maybe there was an opportunity to work together.
But it was pretty clear
within the first two minutes of this conversation
that we had completely different expectations.
I was looking forward to seeing what she was doing
and how I might be able to help,
and she was looking for whether or not I was interested
in becoming part of her network marketing program.
Now, there's nothing wrong necessarily
with network marketing program
and there is nothing wrong with me wanting to help her out.
The problem happens
when two people have two different expectations
of what's going on.
You've experienced that too yourself too.
Either when someone approaches you at a cocktail party
and starts to pitch you
or even worse, you're at a conference,
and you're there to learn something exciting
and all of a sudden
the presentation turns into a giant pitch.
We get mad.
And we get mad because of that gap
between what we were expecting to get
and what we're actually getting.
The way to think about it is this:
when people are making a decision to change
or to do something differently,
and whether that's a customer, or an individual,
or a business, or a market,
there's really two phases that we deal with.
One is where we're gathering information
and another is
when we're choosing amongst those pieces of information
to make a decision.
Now is it much more complicated than that?
Is there a journey?
Does it go back and forth?
And is there a funnel?
Yes, but
I think you can agree
that those two phases are generally the case
and most often
one has to precede the other.
People have to learn about something
before they're willing to do something.
Here's how this ties into creating messages
with The Red Thread—
that we have to understand which phase somebody is in.
Because if they're at a learning phase,
then the goal that they want,
the problem that they have,
the idea that will help get them receptive to change,
even the change itself
is going to look and sound very different
than somebody who has already decided to act.
For instance,
if I've got somebody who is
at a conference and trying to learn
about some new content marketing program
or some new content marketing approach,
then even if ultimately,
I want them to buy a product or service that I have,
I need to understand that in that moment,
they're still willing and ready only to learn.
Which means that the problem they have
can't be that they don't have my service.
That the idea can't be that
my service is the only one that does things.
And the change cannot be,
"hey, buy my thing."
The problem has to be
with something about how they see the world.
"You are looking at content marketing
as a series of channels," for instance,
"but not really looking at the quality of the content."
The idea has to be something that explains that problem.
That helps them see things in a new way.
Something like,
"people still make decisions the same way."
And so, that leads to a change
that if we design content around
how people make decisions,
we'll be able to navigate changes and channels
much much more easily.
Now, even if I'm selling a service
that helps people develop better content,
I'm not going to mention that in that situation.
Because what I'm doing now,
instead of invoking psychological reactance,
is allowing people to
come to those conclusions themselves.
I am creating a space
for agreement.
When somebody has decided to move,
and that's key,
they decide to move from
learning about something to doing something about it.
Once they decide to move,
then the answers to those questions can be different.
Their goal now is to explore
why your particular service
might be better,
or they're deciding between
which service is going to be best.
And in that case,
the problem is going to reflect that goal.
The problem is going to be that
if that goal is approached one way
by focusing only on the channels,
we're going to run into some other problems.
"But, we at this particular company
"see that goal another way.
"We look at it as let's look at the content
"and how it's put together."
Which leads to an idea
which now allows me to put my specific message in place.
I can say, "well at
"content whatever company.com,
"we believe X."
That's the idea.
Which now allows me to say,
"that's why at content company X,
"we approach this particular goal this way.
"Which is why we've developed our products
"that are x, y and z.
"Don't you want to learn more?"
It all comes down to understanding that mindset.
When we want to create change,
we need to understand where somebody is.
Are they in a learning mindset?
Or are they in a doing mindset?
And then,
we use that to determine how do we fill in the blanks
of The Red Thread from there?

How To Cut A Watermelon - How To Cut Watermelon Cubes - Easy - Duration: 3:46.
This is no hippie BBQ what I'm be
doing today is showing you how I cut
a watermelon I didn't think it was
that special but I just had a friend
over last weekend because of this
Best way to cut watermelonwatermelon and he looked at me like I
was Merlin or doing some kind of magic
trick or something so anyway I thought
I'd just do a video on since I don't
feel a lot of people cut the watermelon
this way anyway first of all what you're
going to need you're going to need kind
of a large chef's knife to cut it in
half then you're going to need a better
knife that you can maneuver around
really use and then they're going to
need the spoon typically I will do this
in the sink so my cutting angle would be
a little bit better than on this so for
video purposes can't go it over the
stake and do this anyway first thing
we're going to do on this is we're just
going to cut the watermelon hack in half all
right I'm going to fit one of the either
side now we're done with our big night
now we're going to do is we're going to
come through with this smaller night
we're going to cut around this ride and
the surface we're going to not go all
the way through the watermelon
okay how do we have to circle cut out
what we're going to do is we're just
said cut long strips is why did you want
to eat oh okay now that we have the
strip's go in that way we're going to do
the same thing so we're going to go to
the other direction so it's going to end
up looking like a cutting board we're
not a cutting board but a a checkerboard
alright that's it you got to cut up let
me set this aside now what we're going
to do is get a bowl we're going to take
our spoon when I come through we're
going to remove the watermelon slices
now for appearance purposes if you like
cut these in half I leave them whole and
once you get all these watermelon cubes
out you could just serve it as a whole
but what I like to do is I like to serve
it right back in the watermelon rind so
we have everything out pretty much I
could scoop the residents out of here
which I would do for out if we weren't
on camera but I wanted to take that long
so this way all that you do is add the
watermelon chunks back in now it's ready
to serve is that simple anyway
Thank You subs like they will give you
barbecue I appreciate it
comment subscribe and on that

HOW TO get rid of acne and acne scars fast (MY RECIPE) - Lemon and Hot Water - Duration: 8:11.
How to get rid of acne and acne scars fast with lemon and hot water!
This recipe will help you get rid of acne really fast.
I'm not making this up, I tried this myself
And I showed this to a couple of people and they all got pretty good results with it.
What I like about this:
It's very simple.
All you need is one lemon and hot water.
So you squeeze on lemon every morning, mix it with hot water and drink it.
Very simple, but yet effective.
You can find out on the internet that lemon is healthy,
you should drink lemonade...
That's not really true.
I tried this in a couple of different ways and this is the best.
Mix it with just a little bit of hot water.
Your body will absorb it better and you will get more out of it.
This will work for everybody, especially for teenagers.
When you're young, your hormones are imbalanced, you are eating junk food...
Your body can't get rid of all the toxins(all the bad stuff).
So, what lemon will do, it wil detox your body.
It will force your body to get rid of all the bad stuff.
Me personally, I don't give a fu*k about this, but I know that there are a lot of people that have big problems,
I might help you out.
Drink this every morning for 10 days.
You will see improvement.
I realised when I'm drinking lemon that I have a lot more energy
and I'm recovering really fast from my training.
One more thing you have to do is
drink more water,
because lemon acts like a diuretic.
Just add in 1 liter of water to whatever you're drinking right now.
You want to swing more?
That's it!
I respect that!
You know how they say:
I was hyperactive as a kid, but not anymore!
That's so funny to me.
"My life is great now".
"I just take Bromazepam every day and everything is great".
Imma do 2,3 Pushups, until this gets done, fu*k this.
Did I do 2 or 3 Push ups?
You did only 1!
I did only 1, right?
I'm getting heavier, right?
Dzafic is getting slower.
"He is not how he used to be".
He's just a little bit stronger now.
He's a bigger DAD, now!
2,3,5
Come on
What's up guys?
That's it, done.
Enough.
You see how I turned the fire off, nobody can do this.
Show my sons how much water you need.
Enough.
Don't put too much water.
It will absorb better and work better this way.
You gotta listen to me.
Let's try this out!
Goood!
Try it.
Tell the how is it.
Drink it all.
Here we go.
I'm used to this.
Listen to me little girl
Get rid of powder, just take this what Dzafic tells you!
Every morning
Just a little bit of how water, one lemon
Everything will be alright!
You heard him, young ladies!
MORE LEMON, LESS POWDER!
Ooooo look at this man
He was drinking lemon and now he is on shirt!
He is so big!
Look at this arm.
You can do whatever you want with it.
Pull trucks, planes...
Whatever you want.
You saw it, that's it.

THEY DON'T CARRY WEAPONS. THEY
RELY ON APD ANY TIME A CRIME

TO ENDEAVOR... WHICH SAYS IT
"WILL CONTINUE TO PARTNER WITH
