Hi, everybody.

Joel Kolander with Rock Island Auction here, taking some time to walk through the warehouse

and show you some of the historic, beautiful, and sometimes just plain fun firearms in our

September 8 - 10 Premiere Firearms Auction.

Now, the gun to my left needs ZERO introduction.

This is a Barrett M82A1, the anti-materiel rifle, which of course has served some sniper

duty as well.

Chambered in .50 BMG, seen in just about every video game and movie from now until Kingdom

come.

This is no cupcake.

This is 33 1/2 pound rifle, and we thought just for fun today... fun for everybody else,

probably not for me... we're going to see how long I can shoulder one of these things.

Now you may not be able to tell, I don't do a whole lot of working out and this is a really

big rifle, so I'm not optimistic, but we're going to see how it goes.

Does anybody have a stopwatch we can start?

Alright, good.

This is an unloaded weight of 33 1/2 pounds, but we're going to see how it goes anyway.So...

Coutinho has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona in recent weeks and Neymars move to Paris St-Germain has only intensified those rumours.

The La Liga giants will have £200m to spend on new recruits as they look to sign a replacement for the Brazil international.

Liverpool boss Klopp has repeatedly insisted Coutinho is not for sale at any price and Barcelona should not waste their energy. But Barcelona are expected to test Liverpools resolve with another offer after reportedly having two bids rejected already.

Phil Thompson Coutinho has established himself as Liverpools main talisman in recent seasons and Reds legend Thompson admits his departure would have a damaging affect on the Merseyside club.

But he also believes Klopp has strength in depth if the 25-year-old does choose to join Barcelona.

Ronaldo, despite his pre-season threats to leave, will be staying put and Zidane is unwilling to lose Karim Benzema. Mourinho now feels he can get a deal done below the £90m figure but is willing to offer that should Madrid demand it.

Don Balon also claim that Real are likely to accept a bid from the Red Devils given their determination to get Bale off the books.  Speaking last month, Jose Mourinho dismissed the prospect of bringing Bale to Old Trafford.

I think it was clear that Bale likes Madrid, the challenge, the situation, he's in a club in a very good situation now, he said.  I never felt a desire from him to leave, so why lose time and energy on that?.

LIQUID MEAT (how it's made) AT HOME - Meat that you can DRINK! -- Spoon and Paw, #4 - Duration: 3:52.

We all love meat right?

But what if we could drink it as well?

But wait!

Don't turn off this video, I'm about to impress you.

As it's said in England: "Lust on meat, but no time to eat?"

Of course everybody would like to have a normal meal and nicely set table.

But what if we'll have to go somewhere, for instance to the gym?

We'd rather carry a bottle, because it's so much easier.

What if you could take all useful vitamins and nutrients that meat contains and veggies

and carry it all just in a bottle?

You also may easily calculate all Calories as well as Protein, Fat and Carbs content

and see what's your dose of liquid meat per a day.

Sounds awesome, right?

Well, let's get started than!

Nobody else did this dish before, so we guys are kind of pioneers.

Place some chicken thights into a big pot and pour cold water on top of it.

Turn the heat on high and bring to a boil.

Boil only for 5 minutes, that would be more than enough.

Than throw the water away.

Wash the meat and now pour two liters of cold filtered water.

The heat should be turned on medium level.

Well, everything is pretty clear here: water will turn into the stock and meat will be

the main base for our future dish.

I know it may sound kind of weird, but that's only for now.

Keep watching.

Let's place a frying pan on the heat as well.

Chop 1 carrot, you may clean it if you want, of course.

That's totally up to you.

Also wash and peel 1 onion.

Cut it 2 and place all the veggies on a frying pan as well.

If you are lucky to find a fresh celery – that's great.

If not, no worries.

Same story with the celery: to the frying pan.

As well with the celery add couple of slices of leeks.

But these too are optional.

Thus slightly fried vegetables will provide to the stock rich flavor and beautiful goldenish

color.

At the meantime water starts to boil, so switch the heat to low.

That's one of the secrets of nice and transparent stock.

You really want to take the small amount of broil that still appeared.

For this purpose I would advise to use a strainer.

Add as well a little bit of parsley.

I also crushed a little bit of black pepper.

You can use knife for these purposes.

A tiny pinch of salt will also add rich flavor to the stock.

You may add more salt to taste at the very end of cooking.

Cover the pot and leave it on a small heat for about an hour.

Don't stir the stock while it's cooking.

In an hour you may take the veggies out of the pot.

We already got all useful elements we needed from them.

Keep boiling the meat for 2 more hours on a low heat.

As soon as everything is cooked, turn the heat off and cover with the lid.

Let it sit for another 40 minutes and after that we are ready to start our experiment.

Take some chicken from the stock and peel off the skin.

What a nice dinner for Mr. Cat.

Separate the meat from the bones and place it in blender, add 200 ml of stock and blend.

We need to get the puree texture.

It should be really smooth.

We need to get a liquid cocoa consistence.

So now the moment of truth.

It's time to taste.

Well, it's not a cocoa) But it's kind of tasty) It's more like watery cream soup.

The taste will depend only on the way you cooked the stock and quality of the products

you used.

I can say that it's liquid meat with delicious stock.

Probably it's a little bit unusual for us, but it's very tasty.

You should try it.

I already counted the nutrition facts.

So 200 ml of liquid meat contains:

Proteins - 31 grams Fats - 14 grams

Carbs - 8 gram

In my humble opinion, a bottle of the liquid meat can easily find it's niche in our life

like coffee on the go or fast food snacks.

But in this case, we're getting much healthier product.

Well, in the worst case you always may share this with your cat))

What does that mean?

The gray matter affected areas of learning, recall, identity,

perspective assessment, and emotional response.

The participants reported feeling more relaxed,

which is an added benefit within itself and a medically

accepted effect of meditation.

Study recorded increased brain activity in the areas

associated with pain in meditation practitioners

but decreased physical pain.

Our negative thoughts and judgements about the pain

in fact increase the pain, yet meditation brings in a

curiosity about the pain and we relate to it differently.

For anyone with chronic pain, this is a huge break through.

Harvard Medical School's studies observed increases in the insula,

sensory regions, and auditory and sensory cortex.

The increase in these regions resulted in enhancing senses,

heightening the working memory and the executive decision making

areas of the brain.

One of the standout performance factors from the numerous studies

on meditation is the increase of the cortex despite age.

It is well documented and medically accepted that

our cortex shrinks as we age.

Studies show 50 year old meditators have the same size

cortex as 25 year olds.

It's curious very very odd and yet nobody realizes it that human beings are

brought up to feel as if they were strangers in the world we are given a

sense of our own existence that is in flat contradiction to the facts of

nature although in its own way there is something natural about that because

nothing can happen at all that is not in some way connected with an elaborate

scheme not a scheme that as it were had a plan in mind but nevertheless a scheme

that his musical in its nature and even our delusions are part of that but

nevertheless they are sometimes extraordinarily odd and we are given by

our society by our tradition and upbringing by our culture a very weird

sensation of our own existence and that is the sensation of strangeness of being

somebody who as we say comes into this world whereas when you are born you

should say that you came out of this world you don't come into it where else

is there to come from in Earth the philosophy that we've inherited however

and that underlies our common sense there are some ideas which account for

this sensation of strangeness and I'm going to spend the first session

examining the history of that but what I want to say to make things clear from

the outset especially to those of you who are who are strangers to these

seminars is that strictly speaking you that that which you feel most inwardly

and intimately to be yourself

is obviously part and parcel of the works we might say the plays but what

there is we could say in a slangy way the which that which there is no Witcher

the Hindus say taht vomity which is in Sanskrit saying that thou art your it

only you're playing you aren't and that's what it was always doing but

basically it never fear what is absolutely central and fundamental for

you is what the Christians might call God or the Godhead and you're pretending

let's look and see what they really involved in our feelings about the world

and about our placement first of all in the Jewish Christian mythology we are

here in a relationship to the ultimate reality which is comparable to the

relationship between a great king and his subjects this King is modeled on the

ideal type of a great Near Eastern king who might have lived say around 4 or

3000 BC you remember don't you in reading about the fact that when those

kings died all their families and servants and many of their subjects were

buried with them they were killed outright by being well buried alive in

the in the royal tomb and Thomas mom made the observation that in those days

it seemed as if human heads had no backs to them as if one was simply a mask and

that what was behind you with something altogether beyond you so

that you were completely identified with your tribe with your human family and so

if the king was like a queen being the absolute well we would say the king pin

upon which everything depends and when that's blown out everybody collapses

with it only later did we grow backs to our skulls and then begin to feel

enclosed that was a very important step but a troublesome one we don't feel in

see has absolutely haunted Western man throughout his whole development because

Scientists have revealed that human beings can detect something that they cannot even

see and they do use a magnetic 6th sense by the name of magnetoreception.

DOLPHINS AND SEA TURTLES HAVE A MAGNETIC COMPASS Many animals make use of it for finding their

way when traveling over long distances as they have the ability to be able to align

themselves with the magnetic field of Earth.

Bees, sea turtles and dolphins are among the animals that have a magnetic compass, allowing

them to make use of information that is coded in magnetic fields.

Scientists do not know if the magnetic fields are used for more than navigation.

Geophysicist Joe Kirschvink, from the Institute of Technology in California, is currently

testing human beings for a 6th magnetic sense.

A study recently published has suggested that there is a protein in the retina of human

beings that when put into fruit flies can detect magnetic fields.

The research suggests that this can serve as a magneto sensor, but it is not sure if

humans can use it in this way.

Steven Reppert from the University of Massachusetts medical school said that this does pose a

question and that people should rethink the sixth sense.

He went on to say that it was important when used by animals for migration and that the

protein found could have a function that was important in regards to humans being able

to sense magnetic fields.

STUDY SHOWS HUMANS MAY HAVE MAGNETIC SENSE Kirschvink conducted an experiment recently.

Study participants had a magnetic field that rotated passed through them and at the same

time, their brain waves were measured.

He found that if the magnetic field was going counter clockwise, then some neutrons responded

to the change and this saw a spike in electrical activity.

He said that this might suggest that humans have a magnetic sense.

However, there are many questions that are remaining.

One of the questions is whether it was evidence of neural activity of magnetic sense or whether

it was something else.

It was said that even if the brain of a human being did respond to the field, it did not

mean that the brain was processing information.

Another question is the mechanisms in place in the body or brain that receives the signals.

If the human body has magneto receptors, then what are they?

Researchers have said that the next step is identifying them.

building energy along with the resilience and self-regulation of emotions for a healthier

life.

PEOPLE MAY BE CONNECTED WITH EACH OTHER AND EARTH HeartMath researchers have started the

Global Coherence Initiative.

This is an international effort to activate the Heart of humanity along with helping a

shift in global consciousness.

People are asked to take part by adding more care and compassion into the planetary field.

Another focus of the research is looking into how everyone is connected energetically with

each other along with Earth and how the interconnectivity can be used to raise the personal vibration

and so creating the world that is better.

Researchers have said that the magnetic field of the Earth may be a carrier of relevant

biological information connecting all things that are living.

They think that every individual may affect the global information field; the collective

consciousness of humans may also affect the information.

Scientists believe that there is a loop between humans and the energetic/magnetic system of

Earth and that Earth has many sources of magnetic fields and they affect all people.

MORE EVIDENCE SUGGESTING HUMANS ARE ABLE TO SENSE FIELDS Scientists believe that solar

activity that occurs in the magnetic fields of Earth could impact health and behavior.

It is also thought that physiological rhythms along with global collective behavior are

synchronized with geomagnetic and solar activity and disruptions occurring in the field may

have effects on human health that is adverse.

It is thought that if the magnetic field environment of the Earth is distributed it may cause issues

with, such as sleep, mental confusion, lack of energy, feeling of being overwhelmed or

on edge.

If the fields are stable, but solar activity is boosted, some people have said that they

More than likely this is down to a link between the brain of the human being, the nervous

The Earth can generate a frequency that is between 0.01 hertz and 300 hertz, and some

are in the same range of frequency as the one in the human brain, autonomic nervous

This might be one way in which to explain the fluctuations in the magnetic fields of

the Earth and Sun and how it influences people.

Any changes in these fields can affect the heart rhythms, brain waves, memory and overall

health of people.

by being alone.

Most people fall closer to the middle of the continuum from introvert to extrovert personality,

so you needn't worry that extroverts need to talk all the time or introverts just want

What do you know about archery?

Ah, not much, I've seen a lot on TV, I guess.

I like Western movies.

I expect it to be really hard.

It looks easy on TV when you guys do it

because you're good at it.

Very similar to curling in terms of hitting a target.

The hand-eye coordination is really important

in both of them.

This is my normal environment, where I practice and compete.

- Have you tried it before? - No, never, never.

Perfect.

I only know that the stone has to go

in the middle of the other target.

(TARGET = HOUSE)

(3 CONCENTRIC CIRCLES WHERE POINTS ARE SCORED)

It's pretty different to archery, it's a bit colder.

(THE KIT)

The bow has two parts - this is a riser

and these are the limbs.

The name of recurve comes from this curve.

This is the sight which you use to aim to the target.

- That's going to be helpful. - Yeah, of course!

I've got some special curling shoes

and these are really old shoes.

These are eight years old.

(TIME FOR A NEW PAIR?!)

You're going to need a slider that you can slide on.

It's really slippery.

This is a bow string and these are the stabilisers

to balance your bow.

(BOW WEIGHT = 3KG)

And then, we need a brush.

That's the handle you use

to stabilise your slide first to keep the balance easier

and then you brush with this part.

The rock itself is usually made of solid granite

and you have another sliding surface

and that's why all the rocks are different.

This is a carbon arrow.

It's really light, then, I guess?

(THE BASICS)

Today we are in the indoor hall

and we are shooting 18 metres.

(INDOOR TARGET = 18M)

And the target is a bit smaller.

I can't even get it to stay there.

Maybe we try and reload the arrow.

the nose, the chin and the jaw.

This is going to be slippery.

Try and keep your left foot, like, underneath your body

and then slightly bent towards the outside.

The balance, I don't know what to do.

but once you throw the rock with the right hand

(THE INITIATION)

The first thing is the stand.

You're really straight, hold your arm really straight

and your elbow is not like this, it's here.

You shoot three arrows per end.

Ah, shoot!

That's even worse.

Aiming was the hardest part,

you have it at arm's length and you're trying to aim

just through one single thing that's quite

a far distance from your eye,

so it's way harder than it looks.

He's really quick to learn archery.

You say something and he does it.

There are three main positions or tasks that you need to do.

The first one is to throw the rock down the ice

and then you've got two guys at the same time

sweeping and that's to try and adjust

and correct the shot.

Then you've got a fourth one and that's my role in the team

and that's a skip, kind of like a team captain.

He's on the other side, usually planning the moves.

So the first part we're going to try today

is the delivery of the rock.

It's a bit like bowling.

OK.

(ONE ROCK TO HIT THE MIDDLE)

So now we're going to do one try

and you try and get as close to the middle as you can.

Good.

That's excellent!

My first choice was not so successful.

You had way more speed there.

It's really difficult to keep your balance,

especially when you want to push out of the hack fast

and you've never tried it before.

There are so many things that can go wrong.

(THE DIET)

I love vegetables, mostly broccoli.

I do it in a wok with rice or potatoes.

I don't eat sugar, for your concentration,

I think that's most important.

It's very important for us as well

to really keep that focus and maintain it.

We're travelling and competing a lot of hours

and long days and we eat in restaurants a lot,

so then I just try and pick the best option.

(THE TRAINING)

That was difficult.

So many things to think about, too, when you're aiming.

It's a bit right, we have to change the sights.

Every person is different.

Yeah, I think it's a six!

It's the same as when I tried curling first,

you don't really know how to play the game

but once you get a hold of it, it's more fun.

Yeah, because of him. Just because of him!

So you've done really well on all the throwing parts

making me sweep a lot, so now it's payback time.

Go on! Hard!

Hitting the target that you actually aimed for,

it was a special feeling,

a similar feeling that I get in curling

when you make a really difficult shot when you aim for

and you actually make it, like the plan goes well.

Yeah, it's a good feeling and I can definitely understand

the thrill of being out there at a real competition

and aiming for that ten and you see it go in.

So, super fun!
