Manchester United have been linked with a move for Bale throughout the summer with his future at Real Madrid still uncertain.
Fans of the La Liga side booed the Wales international during their 2-2 draw with Valencia at the Bernabeu last night.
Bale has recently fallen behind the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and even rising star Marco Asensio in the pecking order.
And, consequently, reports said Manchester United had tabled a huge £92million bid to sign the 28-year-old before Thursday's deadline. However, speaking on Twitter, Balague ruled out Bale moving to Old Trafford.
"What a lot of rubbish this story about Bale and Manchester United is," he said on Twitter. "Hes going nowhere this summer and no offer has been sent."
Speaking after United's 2-1 European Super Cup defeat to Real earlier this month, Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho publicly said their pursuit of Bale was over.
"I think so [it's over]," he said after his team lost. "Clearly the club wants him and the manager wants him and he wants the club.
"So for me, it's game over before it really started. Now I think everyone knows he is going to stay." Gareth Bale has won the Champions League three times since joining from Tottenham in 2013 for £86million.
That deal made him the world's most expensive player at the time but Paul Pogba and Neymar have since robbed him of that label. .
