the first thing i would like to say
is that every person is diffrent
yes we are similar
but there's no two same exact duplication of another
so evreyone should find hes own
path in nutrition
my opnion comes out of my exprince
a short story of how it al started for me
i remember at at the age of 18
i close freind of mine
talked with me about going luten free
she was off gluten for a long time
the whole thing was 6 years ago before it was cool :)
she told me it would help my back
i tought she meant back flexabilty
but she was talking about my back skin problem
that im dealing with
and for me that reason was good enough
to try and make a change
i remember that the first thing for me
was stoping consuming sweet drinks
it was pretty simple. if you want to start a change in your nutrition its a good way to start
it was that hard not for me at least
i belive it would be the same for you
afterwards i stopped with snacks
espcially those who come in a bag
next was bread
and afterwards gluten in many other shapes
as some of you may know they put in anything
i was gluten free for about 2 years
it does takes alot of time of your day cooking cleaning and so on
i was eating 'paleo'
some ppl call it
the prehistoric man's way of eating
the main idea is eating as less manufactured stuff
and high amounts of proteins
and after two years
i had enough with dealing
with buying the food preapring the meals doing dishes
so naturally
ive started wating less meat and i went to about 2 times a week
or sometimes once a week
afterwards
i went trough an initiation
that may sound really strange
with a person named Ray Maor
he call's this the pranic initiation
where you learn to reingante
you enregtic ignation
that is not fuled by food
and use the fule which called prana
whos ever intersted with more about that can write me down below
there we stayd for 10 days
and there your most
of the 10 days in a fast
some of days you dry fast with out water too
after fininshing the ination i was for about a period of two months consuming
in a liquid form only
mostly soup
tea and diffrent hot drinks
not really stuff that could be called "food"
after these two months
i tried cnsuming more solid stuff
for esample fruit smoothie
that exprince
was really diffrent
without judgment
for best of worst
after that period
for about a year
the statistics will be about
one day of eating a meal or two and a day without eating
there were periods when i ate only junk food
periods when i ate raguerarly. periods when i fasted
for 2,3,4 days
with or without water
so about day of consuming and a day of fasting
with or without water
and today
i do my best
not to be strict in any way
not giving it all of my attantion
im trying to listen to my body and what it wants
the reason i made this video
is that i want to spark a tought
about where does your eating habits comes from
i know that because my grand father was a holcust survivor
the way he treated food really effected my mother
and the way my mother treat food
made in impact on me
fox example when i was a kid
if i wanted to eat somthing and i had to open a new bag
i would never allow my self to do that
if i would like to cereal and box wasnt opened yet by anyone else
i would have rather not open it
and would rather look for somthing else than open a new bag
thats just one example of many
maybe the easit one that im willing to share today
about the way food was treated in the home i grew up in
the second reason for making this video
is for you to explore on your own
do your own reasrch and see what fits you the best
thats the only way for you to know
read on the intrnet ask ppl
and try diffrent stuff for 3 months periods thats enough
to get your indication
with not much risk
so yes i didnt give you a one way answer
im sure alot of you have your own opinion about this subject
