Youtube daily how Aug 2 2017

Hey guys, it's Alex Beadon here

Today I want to show you exactly how I use Instagram stories

This is the question I get asked all the time

and today, I'm going to show you all of my tips and tricks

So what I'm going to do is actually plug in my iPhone

straight into my computer

so that you can see exactly what it is that I'm doing on my iPhone

Let's dive in.

So obviously if you want to create a story

what you are going to do I swipe to the right

which is going to open up your camera

Now you can see what filming really looks like

So I'm just going to take a picture and show you what I would do

to edit it.

So let's just say that I want to take a picture of my laptop

and maybe we can put my tea there

create some kind of nice fancy thing

Oh yea, by the way, I'm in pajama pants

the truth is out

fancy on top, party on the bottom

So we are going to take this picture

Maybe like that

Cool

And as you can see the first thing I did was swipe to the left

So that I could edit it

And obviously there are many different options here

I quite like that one so i'll stick with that one

Then I'm going to add text

and I really like to mix both

written word text and then also drawn on text

So I'm going to write

Today is a Sunday

So I'm going to put Sunday

I press done

And as you can see I'm just resizing this here

You just resize it by doing *this* on the screen

Sunday, and then I will take my little pen tool up here

I'm going to press this

This little icon down here, and this basically shows you how

big is your brush

So if you go all the way down, this is as big as it is

If you go all the way up, this is as big as it is

So it's really cool because it allows you to

experiment with different sizes of brush

which a lot of people don't know about

A lot of people are like, how do you hand write your captions

And I'm like, I just use the brush tool and make it super small

So it looks like a pen

Anyway, so I'm going to write "Sunday filming"

Done

Sunday filming - Complete

Now, let's go a little bit further with this shall we

So if I take my brush tool again

as you can see there are multiple brush options at the top

We have the pen, we have what I like to call the highlighter

We have what I like to call the glowy pen

and then we have the eraser

I'm going to go with the highlighting option

Im going to choose my pink and I'm going to make the brush really really big

and I'm just going to draw straight through this 'Sunday' here

so we have Sunday in a nice bright pink colour

And then I'm going to look at it and think, okay this looks good

what else can I do to kind of make this better?

I'm going to pick my pen brush again

and I'm going to go over that initial 'filming'

with pink

I think that looks messy

I don't think that looks good

so if you want to undo something

all you have to do is press at the top left hand side of the screen

Undo, undo, undo, undo

until it's all gone

So I think this is good for now

Maybe what we can do is add a little

drawing at the bottom, maybe something like that

I'd prefer it in white, so I'm going to choose the color white and go like that

Sunday filming- cool

Next thing I'm going to do is add some emojis

I LOVE using emojis

If you follow me on Instagram you will know this

It's just like the best thing ever

So instead of using the emoji sticker option up here

I don't like using this because it takes forever to find what you are looking for

I just tap as though I'm going to add text

I try to search for the emoji that I want

Actually, you know what I'm going to go for

I'm going to go for this filming emoji here

Sunday Filming

Move that down there

It's cool because you can make it really really big

You can make it really small

Yo can put it where you want

I'm going to put it down there

Another thing people always ask me about is

putting multiple text items

So just to show you, I'm going to write down

'This is my'

I'm going to make that really small and put it up here

Then I'm going to put microphone underneath

A really cool tip is

putting spaces between each letter of a word

Jus to make it look a little bit different

So M space I space C space R O P H O N E

Microphone

This is my Microphone

*dun dun dunnnn*

Now another thing to keep in mind guys

I never like to bring things all the way to the top up here

because Instagram actually put your name up there

So I try to avoid the top and the bottom section because I know Instagram put stuff there

So I'm just going to put ' This is my microphone '

*dun dun dun*

Another thing that I like to do to highlight special words

Is I will go to microphone

I will select all

copy it

done

I will create a new text

paste

turn it into pink

and make it small so it goes directly on top

So 'microphone'

So as you can see this doesn't look really good because the pink on brown isn't a good mix

So what I'm going to do is move the white one

move the pink one back in

and put the white one on top so the pink is just the background

there ya go, microphone has a little bit of a shadow now

which looks cool

another thing you can do is

'This is my'

and bring it over here

'This is my'

and then ' Tea'

Now what we are going to do here is select the pink

and then at the very top where it says 'A'

I'm gonna click on that

That gives you a nice solid pink background

Which I think is really really pretty

If you click the 'A' again

You get a transparent pink

which is also really nice

So I will stick with that

So we've got, this is my microphone, this is my tea

I think 'This is my microphone' is missing a little bit of pink

So I'm going to take the highlights color and bring it up about 50%

and just go like this

So there is a little bit of something going on

maybe I can do that over here again

so there is some kind of consistency

looks good

next thing i'm going to do is take the white pencil

and just pint ' This is my microphone'

this is my tea

Sunday filming

There you go, there you have it

We didn't actually add any emojis which is hilarious

Oh no, we did add an emoji

I'm going to add more emojis

I know that there is a microphone emoji

That's actually not the microphone I'm looking for

So let's try and find it

I'm gonna go to the emojis

Gonna go all the way over here

Where are you little microphone, oh there you are

It's like a podcasting microphone, it's super cute

So, this is my microphone

again, we don't want to put it too high because we know Instagram likes to cover it up

This is my microphone, this is my tea

We are going to take out little.....

We are going to take our little cup of tea

and put it over here

this is my tea

and Sunday filming

and what i'll do as well

Something that I like to do

is take sparkles

because you know, I have The Spark Lounge

Clearly

Clearly The Spark Lounge is my thing

So I kind of like to add little emoji reminders

that are on brand

so for me, the sparkles do that very well

I also have a pink heart and a

yellow heart that I use all the time

So I like to try and use emojis that represent my brand

that might be something that you want to do as well

So I will just resize these, put them all over the place

So it feels nice and magical

So the more effort that you put into things

Like I made this post the other day

and I basically said that your content should stand out as much as possible

by basically creating stuff that's hard to replicate

Most people are not going to take the time, effort and energy

to put emojis all over their Instagram stories

so by doing that, it sets you apart from the rest

One more thing I'm going to add

is my little heart

my little yellow heart

one after the next

Sunday Filming

and then I'm just going to tag myself

@alexbeadon

by the way guys, if you are watching this and you have never heard of my before

go and follow me on Instagram

I'm @alexbeadon

Easy to find

So, I'm just going to put that down here

So that if it does get featured on someone's explore page

They know exactly where to find me

whoops

So, there we have it

We have Sunday Filming, ready to go

So let's just go ahead and just add this to story

You can see down at the bottom left hand side it says add to story

How Hollowness Under the Eyes and Cheeks are Often Related and Treated Together - Duration: 7:43.

Thank you for your question.

You submitted your question with a single photo with an arrow pointed to your area of

concern.

And you're stating that the under eye correction that you had with a filler is unequal and

your doctor is unable to fix it.

And so you're looking for guidance as to what to do to help your current situation.

Well, I can certainly share with you my approach to patients like yourself of course without

the benefit of other views and of course a physical examination but I can certainly give

you a perspective that I help counsel my patients on and dealing with type of issue.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.

And helping people with the under eye area whether it's puffiness, hollows as well

as facial aesthetics both non-surgical as well as surgical solutions has been a big

foundation of my practice for now more than 2 decades.

So I'll share with you first how I counsel my patients when I evaluate them for rejuvenation

in this area.

To begin with, I take photos, from the front, 3 quarters views and side views and help patients

understand that when they look in the mirror and they see a hollow under the eye, well

very often, it's also in the context of the face also having relative asymmetries

in terms of the relative prominence and projection of the cheekbones.

And that's a very important factor.

Because when I look at someone, when I look at the eyes, I just don't look at the eyes.

I look at the eye as they relate to the cheek area and this can be very helpful in planning

a strategy that can optimize the rejuvenation.

So when I look at your face and the area where you point the arrow where you're concerned

about the asymmetry and the indentation, I would also point out that the cheek area,

the eyelid to cheek junction, there's less volume as well as maybe some less volume in

the most prominent part of the cheek on that side called the malar eminence.

So I help educate my patients about this because when you do a filler like Restylane in the

tear trough which works extremely well, if there is no support in cheek volume, then

it's like sitting on a ledge and you can have these elevations, relative indentations.

So what I frequently do is I combine the filler under the eye with a filler on the cheeks,

again, looking at the eye and cheek as one continuous area.

Now we use a method called Structural Volumizing for the cheek area and this is important because

when you think of what we're correcting, we're trying to correct the volume at the

bone level.

It's also important to correct volume at the deeper fatty compartments of the cheek

as well.

This way it looks more natural and it blends as if without creating surface irregularities

and not looking overdone.

Now that's the art of doing this.

Now that's a suggestion for you to explore is that not to necessarily just keep adding

volume along this rim but to also consider augmentation in that cheek area to balance

out with the other side.

There is nobody who has a perfectly symmetric face and that's just what I explain to my

patients is that we're beautifully imperfect.

However, it's understandable that if there's an obvious difference that's drawing the

attention of people around you but that's not productive.

You want to try to do something about that.

If your doctor is unable to assist you with this, find a cosmetic surgeon, someone who

knows this area very well who does a lot of fillers at the under eye area and the cheek

area.

Like I said, in terms of technique, there are many different ways to do these injectable

fillers.

And I feel, of course, the way I do these procedures with blunt cannulas and my understanding

of anatomy as a surgeon has given me a certain perspective that's different than someone

who hasn't operated in this space, people who are coming from, let's say, superficial

level not naming specific specialties directly.

But certainly I feel like, from my perspective as a surgeon, I think that Structural Volumizing

and these compartments around the eyes, I have been definitely been successful with

this.

And I think that is a key to helping you maximize the symmetry that you're trying to seek.

So again, meet with qualified, experienced doctors in this area and learn about your

options.

And I think that you should be able to get an improvement.

You may need to dissolve a little bit but I don't think it's likely that it would

be necessary.

But certainly, the key is to have balance as good as possible and to understand.

I guess the take home message here is, understand how the eyelid and cheek are really connected

and how enhancement can really create a more balanced appearance.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

Molecular Hydrogen Is Great! But How Much Do You Need? - Duration: 1:10.

Nick: So from a perspective of use, how long would a session typically last to gain some

benefit and would you ever entertain doing it a few more times during the day?

What's the frequency?

Tyler: Because the hydrogen research is still so much in its infancy, it's very difficult

to say these are the correct doses, this is the correct concentration and all these different

things, but what is being done right now, like I said, they're doing some great clinical

trials in China.

I've mentioned last time that they've already collected over 20,000 patients worth of data

in various protocols and things.

So what's being recommended, what's being done right now has been shown to be fairly

effective.

There's an inhalation session of maybe 30 to 60 minutes at a time, maybe slightly longer,

and then one to three times a day.

There's actually an inhalation machine here at the show, I just found out.

Actually, I know they're coming from Japan.

I'm good friends with the researchers there.

They're a research company actually and they developed this product, so now we have another

way.

You have the hydrogen-producing tablets.

You have the other method, the hydrogen water.

Now you have this inhalation machine.

Hydrogen is becoming very common as it is already in Asia.

Tony Robbins: How to Increase Your Influence ( Tony Robbins Success ) - Duration: 23:27.

Our next subjects is rapport in your notes anywhere you want there's no place

for just right rapport is power rapport is power earlier today we said anything

you want to achieve anything you want to learn master experience there's somebody

out there who has a life experience the understanding the network a capital the

thing you need to be able to achieve it but they're not going to give you what

they want or there are give you what you want rather a need until you first give

them what they want need and you're not going to find out what they want need

until you first get in a relationship of rapport if you don't do that you're

never to learn anything rapport is power what is a relationship of rapport

rapport means total responsiveness between people when someone is totally

responding to you and you're totally responding that your and rapport

there's that connection if that spark that happens in certain communications

or relationships now everybody wants to create rapport have it but most people

only get rapport with people who are like whom themselves or they lose with

everybody else which means you've got a very limited world so we want to take it

to a different level so let's say for example if I said to you right now guys

I want you to go out to a local restaurant a bar and I want you to meet

somebody and I want you to develop rapport with

them I connects with them how many feel like you do that no problem say I and if

you're not raising a hand you're probably selling yourself short of

course you could how would you do it though you walk in this restaurant a bar

you meet somebody and you engage them in conversation by asking a few what

questions now is it possible to ask a few questions and have a conversation go

boom just die is that possible yes or no so questions don't create rapport

questions are a tool used to dig for something what are you digging for we

ask these questions you're trying to find something in what that's right so

write your notes rapport is created by a feeling of commonality before is created

by a feeling of commonality for is created by salient commonality we people

we feel like we have something in common with someone there's a spark now here's

the problem if rapport is created by affinity of commonality most people try

to get rapport by using words but you've already learned something what

percentage of our communication skills are words what percentage seven percent

which means you're leaving at 93 percent of your skills which is why most people

don't get rapport with a large number people yeah what are you talking the

restaurant embargo hi what's your name where are you from why are you here and

first one says my name is Abbey I'm from Iraq I'm a terrorist I'm here to kill

people and you go amazing me too

now see words don't always work do they but there is something that always works

to get rapport and that's something called matching and mirroring matching

and mirroring now mastercam mirroring came about 35 years ago when it's we've

all done matching marrying our whole lives but the person who pointed out was

Milton Erickson dr. Erickson was a genius what he did was he was a medical

doctor but he also was a psychologist and a hypnotherapist probably the best

that ever lived but people will come to see him who try to change everything

anywhere else in their life nothing at work they see him for one session he

handle it and the reason is because he understood something he understood that

you have both the conscious mind and a subconscious mind and he knew the

subconscious is more powerful it's a part that makes your heart beat a

hundred thousand times a day without even think about so he knew if he could

influence your subconscious mind he could change anything and that's what he

did but here's how he did it he had polio so he was in a wheelchair so he

spent an enormous amount of time studying people and he began to notice

something about human beings that when human beings got together if they got in

rapport a relationship of responsiveness they became like each other in a variety

of ways what he called they mirrored each other

now I've taught this for 25 years I'm sure you've heard of it I've written in

my books and it's been taught in a variety of it areas now but it's one

thing to know it intellectually understand it's another thing to know it

what you're doing it that's what I want to get you do tonight so you have a real

experience of it that you won't forget but here's the basis of it people like

people who are like whom themselves and people don't like people who are not

like themselves to be more specific right this now people like people who

are like themselves or who are like how they would like to be people like people

who are like themselves or are how they would like to be people like people are

like themselves or how they would like to be so questions I'd like you to think

of someone you really really like a lot and then if you would raise your hands

this person is either like you or they're like how you want to be if

that's true rich and say I of course that's why I like them now think of

someone you don't like I'm sure you like everyone but if you once were a nun

spiritual person and filthy feelings some of you don't like raising it up

they're not like you or they're not like how you want to be if that's true raise

your hand say I and that's the opposite people don't like people who are not

like them or are not like how they want to be that's the bottom line of it so

this concept Erikson noticed he used it in the following way watch me if you

came to see dr. Erikson instead of talking to you intellectually and trying

to get through to you he'd go right to the jugular by getting your nervous

system connected to him getting rapport so if you came to him and you said dr.

Erickson them I don't know this is a waste of time I've tried everything and

I don't know I think I should just go he would do this he'd go I'm sure it looks

that way on the surface but you haven't tried this so you haven't tried

everything and I think you should stay the person go oh something about this

guy I like you know he's not over-the-top you know

I mean he's like really real there's just somebody in the field down home and

real to me right if you came to see mr. dr. Erickson I've tried it there's a

waste of my time I'm out of here he'd say you sit out you haven't tried

everything you've not done this before you're staying right here

okay goes hey I'm like this guy's got some spunk kick ass maybe he could do

something see he became like the pee blues communicating with and what it was

is whatever they put out he sent the same message back like biofeedback

and didn't train them to him so that when he didn't told their unconscious

what to do their brain just did it that was his power now we all do this

naturally to want us some fun gone tonight or a singles bar and watch

people when they first meet and then you can see when the before happens if they

finally sit down and they'll start to lean in the same direction start nodding

your head at the same tempo if one's tapping their foot often you'll see

other one tap their foot the volume and tone of their voice will start to mirror

if they're on the pour into outer border you'll see them interact opposites of

this nature now if you want to be effective then mirroring is so easy we

do it naturally but here's the problem most people wait till they have enough

words in common then they put the voice in common in the body in common but

where's only 7% it will work all the time and by the way do we judge people

in a matter of seconds by their style yes or no that's right

right this your note style is more important in substance initially style

is more important in substance initially that sounds terrible but it's true style

is more important than substance initially I notice I say initially if

you don't have any substance it's not going to last but you have lots of

substance and no style and people never hear a word you say no one will ever

going to know what you believe I give an example how many of them are dealt with

somebody whose tone of voice alone drove you up a wall and you couldn't listen to

anything they said they like Dennis trill tonality everything rhythm so I

could say I okay so that style gets in the way of substance now let's give an

example let's say you and I want to mirror something we want to put

something to feel connected to us and we're going to do it on the phone

what are some aspects of the voice that you could mirror that would make them

unconsciously immediately feel connected to you what does the mask that you tell

me okay tone of voice wisely just said as a perfect one because if you're

talking like this and they're talking like this and I say well I don't know

what do you think you're not going to feel very comfortable through time total

voice is HUGE if you mirror someone for the voice they will feel connected to

you not even know why what else besides tone of voice could you mirror on the

phone okay tempo what kind of person talks

with this put of complaints like I'm talking right now what kind of people

talk at this particular place well in front of the country to talk at this

pace I'm aware where one pilot country where and their equities or one New York

could be a good example how do people talk more like this feel

about those fast talking city slickers do they trust them no they don't know

how to say the word dog you house fast walking person feel about slow talking

person running Mary Mary we think Mary waiting there today

there he goes well well watch nobody's ever seen this mismatch between two

people right what else besides speed volume loud talking people who do they

like they love loud talking people they know you're a real man you're a real

woman to two off lights loud talking people deaf people like loud talking

people but how to quiet talking people feel about those loud talking people

they're obnoxious aren't they and of course intelligent people talk

like you and I do don't they do we judge people in a matter of seconds by their

volume by by their tone by their tempo yes or no

you better believe we do what else could you mirror on the phone terminology key

words there's certain words people use again and again if you sell real estate

and somebody comes in and says I'm looking for a magnificent home do you

want to say oh I have a fantastic place to show you know I have this experience

myself once and somebody says no no I got a fantastic place fantastic and

magnificent maybe the same to you but I guarantee they aren't for the other

person if you mirror their words they will feel her they will feel understood

and they will also feel you're a smarter thing what else besides words tone tempo

volume accent well only if you really have that accent if you trying to

duplicate it it's not really your accent you're going to break reform right what

about the body what could you mirror in the body if you

were there in person welcome to miracle posture is very powerful really upright

your upright they're more relaxed you're more than that what else gestures watch

this if somebody's talking evil are funny when they're making important

points people have idiosyncratic gestures idiosyncratic mean gestures

that are all their own so if you're talking to Scott he says I don't think

so I think we ought to do this and he makes this funny little gesture when

he's talking about what he really wants to do if you turn back to him and say

you know that's a great idea can I ask you a question though what if we do this

instead you make that same emotion with your hand and looking to be like a

friend you think I'm kidding you go out tonight

at dinner and you find somebody who's on an angle to you or in front of you don't

even look at them just mirror them for five to ten minutes they reach from the

glass each big last glass is empty no one's going to notice just reach for the

glass they bring it up they bring it down bring it down

they reach this work reaches before five to ten minutes five minutes usually ten

minutes max after you notice five ten minutes we'll have some fun leads for

your glass and watch what they do they'll reach for it like that it's

called pacing and leading it's also known as in train

it many of you know that if you go to an old clock shop where they have those old

grandfather clocks so they have the little pendulum that once they whine and

those pendulums start out different and they all end up in sync called

entrainment women know this but most men don't

so I'll just share this with you women have the ability to like clocks with

other women when women hang out together men they literally end up having their

periods at the same time so that all the men are crazy during that time it's a

true ladies yes or no if they are poor their periods become insane so women's

periods can come in sync you could get rapport with a stranger across the room

and all you going to do is mirror them for five or ten minutes and make a

change right it'll make it happen all right how many home so what else besides

posture could you mirror in the body what else gestures we already said what

else facial expression most of us if someone's telling you a story and

they're like really into their story and they're making these faces do you sit

and look at them like this no you look back to make the same stupid

look back later what about eye contact a lot of business people and sales people

on top a total lie they've been taught like if you're really truly going to

influence someone you must look directly into their eyes and not break eye

contact for 45 straight minutes this way they know you really mean it there's

only one problem with that problem is people like people who are like whom

themselves so if you got somebody just stares in your eyes and doesn't blink

for 45 straight but it's going to freak you out what kind of person steers your

eyes and doesn't break eye contact aliens that's who most humans look away

right so if they look away give them a break and look away don't make them

crazy now if you meet somebody who like locks eyes with you and doesn't break

eye contact you lock eyes right back you keep them on for 45 minutes don't know

you're an alien - it'll build rapport what else what else besides eye contact

facial expressions gestures posture come on what else breathing breathing is very

powerful one of the most powerful if you breathe that the exact same taste as

another player soon you will feel what they are feeling

period but you got doing for the same location the same tempo and breathing as

magnificent because it really hooks you to this person how many of you can think

of a time in your life when you were breathing at the same pace as another

person and you felt really close for some reason

anybody think of a time like that see I used to do a lot of sexual therapy for

couples and when you help people in this area you get to practice because people

pay anything they'll fly anywhere to get this part of their life handled so I end

up with a six-month waiting list no exaggeration I mean every single day

booked and people if you calling me based on referrals because I helped

their friend let me be like I gotta see it got to go see you now and I'm like I

got a six-month waiting for your lunch time I'll buy your dinner

look I really how about I refer you to somebody I've trained it wants to be

much I know it's gotta be you so here's how I would deal with it I would say

okay I will give you one of my lunches if you take an assignment I give me but

first you got to answer some questions honestly here's the first question when

you make love do you breathe in unison while you're making well and apparently

the guy will go ahead can I say let me explain you're here telling me about all

these things you're upset with each other about and you talk about these

things too you're blue in the face but the real problem is you don't feel

connected you don't feel well and I said you don't have that feeling of total

oneness with each other and delicate more about this not going to change it

so if you really want to change this I suggest you do this and if you do what

I'm telling you still need me I'll give you one of my lunches sighs I want yours

I want to do I want to go home and I want you to make up for an hour and a

half minimum and while you're doing it I want you to breathe in unison the entire

time with each other because what happens is you feel totally connected as

one out of who knows three four dozen people I asked to do that only one

person ever called us back and wanted to be able to do session but the bond is

there so try it not now later this evening plus the great thing about

mirroring somebody's breathing it's very subtle no one's going to jump on their

chair and say would you stop burying my breathing and they're not going to

notice so you got breathing you got posture you got gestures you got facial

sessions you got eye contact what else could you mirror come on use your brain

the answer I want to see if you come up with it come on what else could you

mirror proximity good what does proximity mean proximity means

everybody has a certain amount of space that they need to be comfortable it's

different for every single person you're going to meet in your life

so if I come walking up here like this and I start walking let's say along here

and I walk up to this lady here she's comfortable right now

can I come here I'm right on the edge of her comfort zone

come on right she you can see it in her face how do I know because the muscles

are neck when ain't face my aunt and all tightness you stop breathing that's a

clue now that doesn't mean she doesn't want you to come closer but that's the

first moment of her starting to feel impact and I come right back to here

there we go now she's breathing again how many could see the difference you

see it you see all of a sudden here but she's reading it so this is more comfort

once little bits here versus here how many have somebody do this where

they get this close to your face and you just want to punch them how many others

experience and they almost always have bad breath do don't they so when

somebody and are there people like that to get this smokes in your face yes or

no now if you pull back though you just broke rapport because that's what they

need to feel good so you got to like hang in there with those people so it's

different for every person that you need so how do you know you just guess no you

use your sensory what acuity you have acute sensitivity see what's the impact

on getting here's it's working oh I can come closer or not where is it and it

can change Jules I'm going have initial reaction and they let you closer but you

pay attention because it you don't do this breaking rapport in this area

people don't even think when you're in their space and everybody's got

different space who here freaks out when somebody gets too close there's some

people I'm sure in this room that are total freak outs about this you ma'am in

the black what's your name please don't want to come down come on

give her hand come on give her hand

Lisa come on down here come on down and run down here Lisa run down here run

down here run down yet oh it's your face oh there we go

it's the face see she's one of body-block me did you know that you can

boom we can hit bodies that's okay but the face watch what happens if you get

in the face are you enjoying the seminar let's spend your favorite part not this

far where you going now

notice once you get too close to her face did you see that how many saw that

instant reaction okay she Nellie pulls back she snaps to the side because some

people most people have like a force field who have this experience hers is

more just the face and you got close closer to her chest or something like

that they they'll do one of things so this kind of person backs off but most

people are more settled you get too close here's what they do they start

coming you'll see them as they're talking to you they're kind of wavering

back and forth and you notice their ass is moving them further and further back

from you right or they'll do this they'll turn sideways because what does

that do creates a sense of space okay so everyone's different now hers

hers is not the body and she's kind of being playful now here with this as well

but the face normally is something for her that's in effect now she's going

different she says okay I'm comfortable with you give him thank you very much

now there's another one that's critically important that's touch now

you can get more rapport by touching some people to buy anything you could

ever say but again you can have some sensory acuity you can't go up though he

looks like a touch of a man I love your hair love your hair really good that's

really cool really good you do that you could get killed but he's a nice man so

didn't kill me so we got to notice there's no sign of man shake hands

like he shake hands he puts one hand top together Genesis he reached over he just

shook his hand immediately bring the other hand on top like this and when he

does it some people to shake your hand they like squeeze it see if they can

break a few of your blood vessels you know just to show they're a real man

other people they got that fish handshake and a

but if they this year you got to fish them back yeah here we go

fish fish right because that builds rapport but in his case it's like boom

boom right you get more connection rapport with him with that plats than

anything you could ever say thank you so notice how does a person touch somebody

like even if some business notice how the business woman or man touches their

assistant in a non-sexual way and this notice if they come along and he comes

hi honey goes thanks a lot Tony hits me like this three times on the shoulder I

come back and I say thank you John I'll get more important by that touch to

buy anything that I could say to him so touch and proximity are huge huge now

you might say well this is interesting Tony but what are you suggesting are you

saying something like okay they sit down I sit down look to mirror everything

someone does that report it's not like they lift their leg you lift your leg

they lean forward you leave or they sit back they you sit back you don't to do

that although believe it on it you can do a lot of people not even notice but

for example you get rapport just with a leg position and maybe the tone of voice

because physiology 65% communication if you're sitting there let's say let's say

you cross your leg like this can I cross my leg like this while we're talking yes

or no it'll feel comfortable to you please start bouncing your foot like

this packing for time outs my foot same tempo if I do

by the way I goose for a while and then if I don't like it I could slow it down

in the stores now that's tasty I'm leaning in it but if you do this if they

clap their leg and now they go ahead and cross you don't uncross the moment and

cross wait to go to say something and say you know what because when you go to

speak speaking requires a change of physiology and they'll ever notice what

you're doing very unique now it is true if you know they lean forward are you

saying well right they lean forward I leave more they lean back I lean back

they cross the leg I cross might they pick their nose I pick my mouth exactly

no you don't do everything and if you start going like this when they're

mirroring you start going after about 20 minutes ago what's wrong with you but

you'd be surprised you can mirror people and be mirroring almost everything

they're doing and they rarely have ever noticed it right

DIY SLIME! HOW TO MAKE SLIME!! - Duration: 9:32.

Hi guys!!

Today we are going to be making Slime!. Here are my brother and sister by my side making their own slimes.

The first thing you will need is a bowl to mix in the ingredients.

The first ingredient you need is glue. Pour the glue completely in the bowl.

Then, take a tablespoon of baking soda and mix it until it is all dissolved.

Continue to mix it and make sure it is all dissolved.

Take another tablespoon of baking soda and continue mixing it until it is dissolved.

Now let's add 5 (five) drops of saline solution and mix it.

This is how it is going to be turning out.

This part is optional, you can add glitter or/and food coloring. We are just adding glitter for this one.

A little bit more of saline solution so it won't stick to your hands.

And a little bit more of saline solution and continue to mix it to make sure the baking soda is completely dissolved.

Now grab it with your hands and play around with it to give it the slime texture.

I'm adding a little bit more of saline solution because my slime is too sticky. The saline solution will help for the slime not to stick to your hands.

And there you have it!! SLIME!!!!!

If you liked this video, please subscribe, give me a thumbs up and share with your friends and family.

Thank you for watching!!!

PEACE!!!!!!

How the FBI's Adopt-a-School Program is Working in Hawaii - Duration: 5:12.

So, six months ago we got together with the University of Hawaii and its forensic anthropology

department and we pre-staged a crime scene with two victims that we had buried in a shallow grave

on campus here.

We have five blocks of instruction.

Real basics on how to approach crime scenes that include crime-scene safety, search patterns,

how to engage in crime scene photography and sketching, and how to gather evidence and

take good quality notes.

With those basic skills, our students go ahead and are dropped into a two-day field training

exercise.

School number one that participates in this is Waipahu High School.

Waipahu High School is our socially, economically disadvantaged at-risk neighborhood.

So, we have a number of high-performing students with a high degree of resilience, but come

from a very different economic and ethnic background attending Waipahu High School.

School number two that we're partnering with is our privileged all-girls Sacred Hearts

Academy, a well-known high school here in the state of Hawaii that has a rock-star STEM

program.

These are very high-performing students that are highly driven.

When I first became a police officer back in 2000 over here in Waipahu, it was a completely

different neighborhood from what we see today.

There was high crime, a lot of truancy.

In certain areas of the neighborhood officers could not go in alone.

They had to go in with two or three officers; two officers that service the 911 call in

that area and one officer to stay outside and watch the cars to make sure the cars weren't

vandalized.

It was a really—it was kind of a rough neighborhood.

So, what we're really trying to do, ultimately, the outcome we're looking to achieve are

the drastic reduction of those numbers—can we reduce violence, can we reduce drugs in

that neighborhood to make that neighborhood a safer and better place.

You learned that you've got to work together as a team, and always as a team, because you're

never by yourself.

And we ended up finding two bodies of one male and one female.

And that was actually really cool digging it up.

It definitely made me feel more connected.

You know how different police stations connect to each other?

They barely know anything about the other police station.

Yet here they are.

They're working together to solve this case and try to bring justice to this victim of it.

We're taking a lot of the core values that would make successful people in general—not

only successful FBI agents or successful FBI employees.

But what are those elements that lead to long-term success?

And trying to see if we can implement some of that in the school.

It makes me feel really humbled to think that someone would go through all this trouble

just so I could have this experience of solving a real crime.

I think it was a great experience for both sides, to look at and learn from each other.

Thanks to Special Agent Laanui and the FBI in working and building our academy, I think

our students see law enforcement perhaps in a different light now for some of them.

Now it's, hey, you know, they're here to help.

That's my friend.

We keep injecting positive messages and positive things and building positive relationships

with people, eventually the only thing that could happen are positive things.

So, there is a neighborhood and a campus renaissance that's kind of taking place.

And walking on that campus now is absolutely phenomenal.

There is nothing but really advanced learning that's taking place.

And not only learning but a zeal and an excitement about learning that hasn't been there before.

And we're really fortunate to have been partnered with this school to help play a

role in some of that.

BEAUTY IS LIFE TUTORIAL How to: USE EYESHADOW as a spectacle wearer - Duration: 3:04.

Hello dear Beauty Friends, I am happy to meet Nicole and to talk about our today´s beauty topic. Nicole, first of all: Hello.Hi Beatrix.

Nicole, you have a special wish- and I would be glad if you tell us more about it.

You are welcome. I am flying to Gran Canaria and as I am a spectacle wearer I would love to have the nice eyeshadow for my holidays, please, Beatrix.

Of course, I´ll have something for you. But I have to consider several factors:

Holidays are a special situation with sun and beach,

maybe you go out at night a little bit more than often

About your glasses: do you wear them always or sometimes?

I am wearing it constantly.

Good to know, then it could be a little bit more eyeshadow used than usual. One of my favorite subjects:

Find the right color for your character, looking gorgeous with your eyes and your hair.

I have chosen a turquoise tone as it fits perfect to your gold-blonde hair and your wonderful brown eyes.

It is a slight contrast to not having all brown in brown nuances which is normally nice but in this special case more fitting.

Do you dare to apply it yourself?

For sure, I can do it myself.

That is great. Take it like this.

Take the brush named luxury with the no. 1364, a superb brush.

Now let´s change

Take some eyeshadow on the brush and sway it softly on your eyelid. Close to the lashes. Wonderful.

And

Do you feel the bone over there?

That is the eye socket and up to that point you put the eyeshadow evenly spread on.

And take the other eyelid to have it steady

And you see, it does not blur under the eye, but stays on the eyelid where it should be.

And apply it while swaying back and forth

If you put it a little bit higher and „fade it out" as we Pros say, perhaps you heard it already.

Like this it is awesome

And? You want to have a look with your glasses?

I really would love to see it, Beatrix.

We change

I would say: the plane could leave.

How often did you apply eyeshadow before?

Very seldom, better to say barely never.

I heard about it, that is why I am surprised as you did a really great job.

Hopefully we will see you again, have a nice holiday and for you all: Have a good week and see you next week!

Bye

How to Treat Wrinkles with Lasers While Limiting Exposure, and Still Maximizing Collagen Induction - Duration: 10:38.

Thank you for your question.

You're 29-years-old and you submitted two photos of close-ups of your eyes, one at rest

and one at expression.

And you stated in your question that you've been doing Botox® since you were about 24-years-old.

And you're asking about what's the best way to improve the lines under your eyes.

If it's a laser then you're asking for a specific answer and you're also asking

about a commercial microneedling device.

Well, I can certainly share with you my approach to developing a treatment plan for patients

like yourself in my practice.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.

And helping people improve the appearance wrinkles around the eyes is something we do

all day long in our practice every day.

So in the absence of both a more in depth history and a physical examination, I would

start by first inquiring.

When I see someone who is young like yourself as to what are some of the potential causes

of this degree of wrinkling which is from my experience, greater than what I would expect

from someone who is young.

And usually or often, there is history of excess sun exposure, maybe a history of the

use of tanning beds consistently and extensively as well as smoking history.

And of course, I'd also ask about medical history and other issues as well as the genetics

of these types of wrinkle issues in the family in terms of ethnic background.

People who tend to have lighter skin tend to have fine lines and wrinkles at an early

age as opposed to people who have darker skin types.

Now that being said, I also look into other medical issues whether it has to do with diet

with medications and other factors that could be contributing.

Also allergies, I'd look into whether a person has extensive seasonal allergies and

other issues that can cause an issue with eye swelling and eye rubbing.

Now that being said, the point of asking those questions about history, if there are variables

that I can do something about in terms of guidance and what to do or what not to do,

that also helps.

Prevention is very important and certainly you've been doing that by doing Botox®

to try to minimize the muscle activity that's causing the fine lines and wrinkles to occur.

Now to share with you my general approach, again, looking at someone who's young and

with the tools that we currently have, the point of your question as far as technology

is concerned is what do the technologies do to help improve wrinkles.

Well, when you think about wrinkles, you're thinking about essentially one major issue

which is loss of support in the skin and the support in the skin is generally focused on

one major protein called collagen.

Now collagen is important and all of the devices that are very openly and aggressively marketed

whether it's laser, thermal energy device or microneedling device are all focused on

induction of collagen.

Well, I would also say that one of the things that we have to be mindful of is degree of

trauma and the consequences of that trauma not only short-term but long-term.

You see, doing this for over 20 years, I have gotten to see the results of very aggressive

treatments on patients as they age and I would say that when a treatment is very aggressive,

the skin can actually become thinner and that is something that I would caution you about.

A lot of times people believe that a more powerful laser, a more aggressive microneedling

procedure or a very aggressive thermal energy device such as a focused radiofrequency ultrasound

is a good thing because it would induce maximal collagen.

But there is a balance there and sometimes, you actually cross the line and you actually

accelerate collagen breakdown.

So I would tell you that in my practice, what was always been essentially the gold standard

to help with under eye wrinkles for lighter skinned individuals has been some kind of

laser whether it was an Erbium laser or whether it's a CO2 laser.

At the current time, in a situations like yours, probably again without the benefit

of a history and a physical examination, I would consider doing something like a fractional

CO2 laser so I could get the benefit of collagen induction as well as some thermal contraction.

Now that's different from microneedling where microneedling is causing collagen induction,

however, the thermal element of that is not there.

But I would also suggest the use of something called PRP.

Now PRP is platelet-rich plasma.

Now this is derived from your own blood and it is a concentration of the wound healing

growth factors and elements that help stimulate collagen.

And the reason why I use it a lot and I've been doing this for many years now is that

with that goal in mind of stimulating collagen and understanding that there is a line and

limit when it comes to different devices, when you're talking about PRP, you can inject

PRP under the skin and do it with regularity with no fear of a negative consequence related

to a device where skin is being heated.

In other words, you're looking at the foundation of the skin being improved and we can constantly

do that.

You can't keep doing lasers over and over.

You can't keep doing microneedling beyond a certain level, the same thing with radiofrequency.

Basically those treatments are essentially to treat then wait and see how your body responds.

Well, we've learned a lot in our practice in the art of balance where you can use a

thermal energy device like a CO2 fractional laser to resurface some of the skin as well

as induce collagen induction, I should say, and at the same time, minimize and narrow

the risk so that you don't have to be overly aggressive because then PRP complements the

process in inducing collagen and then we can do that with consistency.

The thing about this strategy and any strategy in cosmetic dermatology is that you have to

have a little bit of understanding of the concept of observation.

You treat and you observe and then you further make decisions based on the skin's response.

A lot of times whether it's non-physicians or medispas, people get locked into a treatment

schedule, a protocol, a process, something that doesn't involve a lot of thinking.

But I would argue that if a physician who understands this and is thinking about this

critically with a greater depth of knowledge and experience, you can actually have a more

customized approach.

Now of course the Botox® would also play a very important role in terms of the ongoing

maintenance.

So I recommend that you meet with qualified, experienced doctors who do this type of work

a lot and learn about the strategy of using a device that stimulates collagen in conjunction

with PRP.

I think that from my perspective, that would probably be a good strategy for you.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

Dead Wrong® with Johan Norberg - How Much Does GDP Capture? - Duration: 1:32.

GDP per capita shows that we have entered

a period of stagnation.

Our lives just don't improve the way they used to.

But that's probably dead wrong.

Because GDP is great at measuring the

output of wheat and steel,

but it's terrible at capturing human wealth creation

based on ideas and information or

improvements in quality, variety and comfort.

How do you measure something that's for free?

When people saved money for years to buy

encyclopedias in the past-

that showed up as wealth in GDP statistics.

Now that it's available for free online,

it's suddenly invisible.

So one way of measuring the

consumer surplus is to ask people:

"If this service or technology was suddenly gone,

how much would you pay

to get it back in your life?"

Joel Mokyr, the economic historian asks us

to consider anesthesia.

If there was no way of reducing pain,

what would you pay for anesthesia?

Well, it barely shows up in GDP statistics.

But if you ask someone when

they're about to go into surgery,

he'd probably be willing to pay something

that approaches his total wealth.

And consider the internet.

Almost no one would give up

the internet for a million dollars.

Infact, one study even showed that a third

would rather give up sex than give up the internet.

Which I think it's fair to say

shows that it definitely underestimates

its contribution to our well-being.

DIY How to make nylon butterfly out of tights (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #382 - Duration: 3:16.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make butterfly out of nylon tights.

I made this video by request from my viewer.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Wrap a wire around a round container (make a circle).

Remove it...

...and make another circle.

Cut them off...

...and fold the end of wire.

Make second pair of circles but slightly bigger.

Improve a shape of both pairs of wings.

Wrap a wing by using tights.

Secure it by using thread.

Cut off an excess of nylon.

Do the same with all the wings.

Next, bind wings together by using thread.

Hide the thread by using a piece of tights.

Secure it by using glue.

Cut a piece of wire.

Fold it in half...

...and add beads.

Squeeze the wire.

Add a bead on the end of wire.

Fold the end (secure the bead).

To the same with second end of wire.

Glue the body to the wings.

Glue a couple of pearls to the wings.

And it's done.

This butterfly is a nice decoration.

You can attach it to a curtain or use it to make a hair decoration.

You can decorate your butterfly by using rhinestones, sequins or other small ornaments.

Please give a like to this video and subscribe to my channel.

That's all for today. Thanks for watching. Bye bye.
