Here at Hilti, we provide you with many options for controlling concrete dust on the job site.

Our dust removal systems, or DRS, work with a wide range of our products.

In this video, we will show you how to use our smaller corded and cordless combihammers

with onboard dust collection attachments.

These systems do not require a vacuum.

This method is the same for all the tools you see here, both corded and cordless.

Please note that only DRS modules with a filter-cleaning mechanism are OSHA Table 1 Compliant.

Please refer to OSHA Table 1, section seven, for guidelines on respirator use

while performing the application.

Step 1: Remove the battery from the tool, or unplug it from power.

Step 2: slide the DRS unit onto the bottom of the tool.

Use the latch trigger to remove the system, if needed.

Note, for the TE 6-A, the DRS unit slides on from the front of the tool.

Step 3: If equipped, open the brush ring, insert the drill bit into the tool, and close the ring.

If the ring does not open, insert the bit into the tool and then into the brush ring

to reduce wear on the brushes.

TE DRS 4-A and DRS 6-A are equipped with a stop lock and depth gauge, shown here.

Step 4: Begin drilling.

The dust collector will activate automatically.

Step 5: To remove the debris box, simply use the clips at the side of the box, and dump out

We recommend doing this every 8-10 holes at 5/8 inch by 2-inch embedment.

Step 6: to replace the filter, use a flat head screwdriver to remove the filter from

its clips, and replace with a new one.

We recommend doing this when a noticeable drop in dust collection is seen with the system.

How To Create Ads For Instagram Stories - Duration: 4:19.

Hey everyone this is Viren and welcome back to my marketing channel. In this

tutorial I'm going to show you how to create ads for Instagram stories. So a

few weeks back Facebook decided to launch ads for Instagram stories and you

can use the whole bunch of targeting available to you on Facebook ads for

Instagram as well so let's get right into it and create an ad for Instagram

stories. If you are new and you don't know how to get started with ads in

general on Facebook please refer to some of my earlier videos in this playlist

otherwise you can start right from here and let's start by going into our ads

manager and I'm going to create a new campaign. So you can use Instagram

stories for a lot of different marketing objectives like reach traffic or app

install so we are going to just get started with traffic.

You can decide if you want the traffic for your website or app. I'm going to

leave this as a website. You can add offers to your ad now. This is a new

feature that Facebook has added and this is available for all kinds of ads. Let's

create an audience. I'm going to quickly create a small audience. So I've very

frequent international travelers, who speak in English, in the age group of 18

to 35 in the city of Mumbai in India because I'm going to try and create an

ad for a holiday package to Dubai. Now this is the interesting part where

you're going to edit the placement and go to Instagram and select Instagram

stories and as soon as you select Instagram stories. You'll notice that all

the other kinds of placements have been unchecked because Instagram stories

requires a 9:16 format of content which is not supported on any other

placement kinds. So let's continue with this let's set up budget of say about a

thousand rupees daily. Run my ads continuously for link clicks. Bid

amount is automatic. I would like to charged on CPC. Standard delivery.

Let's continue and make the ad. Make sure Instagram account is connected and now

you can select either a single image or a single video. Here are some of the

HOW TO maintain your Hilti VC 300-17 X vacuum - Duration: 3:19.

Here at Hilti, we've developed many solutions to help control dust on construction sites,

when generated by concrete cutting or grinding applications.

The power behind our dust removal systems is our wide-ranging portfolio of vacuums.

In this video, we will show you how to use and maintain your Hilti VC 300-17X vacuum.

The VC 300 is a powerful system for heavy applications, capable of removing 300 CFM of air.

An automatic cleaning mechanism bumps the filter 3 times to clear fine particles and extend filter life.

The system is an OSHA table one complaint solution for all Hilti grinders, breakers,

drills, electric cutters and combihammers.

It's also HEPA-approved when used with a HEPA filter.

Attach the vacuum's hose to the dust removal shroud of the tool you are using.

Turn on the vacuum before running the tool.

To use the vacuum dry, switch to the "1 filter" mode.

This will activate the automatic cleaning mechanism.

Switch to "1" mode to disable the mechanism for use with wet applications.

A Y-connection is available for using the VC 300 with 2 grinders in tuck pointing or

small-diameter concrete cutting.

If using the vacuum in wet environments, collected water can be drained with then hose attached to the back of the system.

We recommend replacing the filter when you notice a significant drop in suction performance.

To remove the filter, collapse the handle to gain access to the cover.

Raise the cover and lift the filter from the tool.

Replace the filter with a new one and close the cover.

Changing the debris bag is simple.

Release the latches on either side of the tool and lift off the motor housing.

Pull up on the cardboard tab at the top of the bag to close it off, and discard per your

company's written exposure control plan.

Unfold the new bag and fit the hole over the black port.

Replace the motor housing, and the vacuum is ready for use.

Note: To use the VC 300 X as approved HEPA solution, you must use a HEPA filter.

HOW TO set up the Dust Removal System on Hilti Grinders - Duration: 2:44.

Here at Hilti, we provide you with many options for controlling concrete dust on the job site.

Our dust removal systems, or DRS, work with a wide range of our products.

In this video, we will show you how to use your Hilti AG 600-A36 and corded grinders

in conjunction our grinding hoods and vacuums.

Please refer to OSHA table 1, section 12 for respirator use guidelines in this application.

This process is the same for all of the tools you see here, regardless of guard size.

Begin by removing the battery or unplugging the tool from power.

Step 1: Remove the metal cutting guard from the tool, if already attached.

Note, the AG 450 guards utilize a latching mechanism to attach.

Here's how to release it.

Step 2: Line up the grinding head notches with the notches in the head of the tool and

press the guard into the tool.

The vacuum adapter should face away from the tool initially.

Step 3: Press the black tab on the side of the head and rotate the grinding guard counterclockwise

until the vacuum adapter is nearly parallel to the tool.

Release the black tab to lock the guard in place.

Step 4: Thread on the grinding wheel and tighten with your hand until snug.

Press the red brake button to help keep the cup wheel from turning as you tighten.

Step 5: Screw the handle into the head of the tool.

Attach it on the opposite side of the vacuum adapter.

Step 6: Attach the vacuum hose to the shroud.

Once the system is assembled, turn on the vacuum then the tool to begin use.

Please refer to OSHA Table 1 when selecting a vacuum system.

You must use a vacuum that meets the requirementof 25 cfm of suction per inch of grinding wheel.

For example, a 5-inch grinding wheel requires 125 cfm of suction.
