typical way you'd have to do that is draw a mask around it and then go frame

by frame and individually keyframe each one of those and ain't nobody got any

time for that so today we're going to talk about how to use poor mouth plugin

slice x2 automate that process let me show you how that's done right now the

first thing you need to do is go to your FX attempt and choose C choose slice and

X inside of the slice X tab you have the option to either choose the blur or

pixelate filter today we'll be using the Pixlr filter just click on it and drag

it onto your clip also note the steps are the same for either filter so this

tutorial will work for both make sure you're at the beginning of the clip and

then select the area that you want the filter to attract you once that is

completed all you need to do is click the track button that little T

if you need to adjust the amount of pixelation or blur you can find those

adjustment sliders inside of the inspector window now let's take a look

at the final product so as you can see it's easy to pixelate or blur face right

inside the Final Cut Pro X using slice X bike or Mouse so as you guys know I am a

Factors to Stop or Wean Off Minoxidil After PRP+ACell for Female Pattern Hair Loss - Duration: 8:16.

Thank you for your question.

You submitted a question without a photo but you state in your question that you're a

52-year-old female and that you want to know whether or not to continue taking minoxidil

or using minoxidil 5% after undergoing treatment PRP and Acell. And certainly, I can understand

that type of question even though we don't have any further details about your clinical

picture.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island

for over 20 years. I am the founder of TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration Centers, a system we developed

using Acell and PRP starting about 7 years ago and we've developed protocols that are

specific based on a very large volume of patients who we have been treating from all over the

world for these past 7 years.

And I would suspect that in this situation, your clinical picture is one most likely is

a female pattern hair loss or androgenic alopecia which is the most common. Essentially, 95%

of hair loss is genetic pattern hair loss, male or female pattern hair loss. I could

tell you that over the past several years especially in the early stages when we were

first developing these protocols of PRP and Acell which actually derived from treating

patients who we're doing hair transplant for and from hair transplant where we're

trying to improve the yield of the grafts as well as the healing of the donor area,

improvement of that area, we found that thinning hair became thicker. And in developing systems

and processes for women, we definitely had to overcome a large special group of obstacles.

We were dealing with issues with inflammation. We were dealing with issues of hair shedding.

At times, in the earlier years, wondering whether or not we should pursue treating female

pattern loss but as time went on, I made refinements into the system and the process and reduced

to a minimum the amount of shedding that would occur as a consequence of the treatment. And

ultimately, it has become a very effective treatment for female pattern hair loss. Generally

speaking, with more than 5 years of accumulative data and doing this for more than 7 years

and probably having the largest volume of patients again coming from all over the world,

I would say that this has turned out to be a really good treatment for female pattern

hair loss. We've been able to improve the density of the hair, we've been able to

improve the quality of the hair and it has been quite successful.

So the question about minoxidil and the role that it plays in terms of treatment of hair

loss, well basically it's a pharmaceutical which prolongs the growth cycles. And it's

the only FDA-approved treatment at the current time for female pattern hair loss, topical

minoxidil. Now the challenge for us when patients come with this, let's say, longer than 6

months or years of using minoxidil, the question of whether or not to stop the topical placement

is sometimes a challenge and we still have to individualize it. But in general, I would

say that if you stop using minoxidil abruptly, then there's a good chance that there's

going to be a significant degree of shedding that may appear to be more than it actually

is but certainly can be distressing and concerning.

For those patients, I generally tell them to stay on the minoxidil for a few months

and we try to eventually wean them off of it. But when we do a treatment like this PRP

Acell called Hair Regeneration and the company we started, TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration,

we do the treatment and expect that for some people, there's going to be a certain amount

of hair shedding particularly hairs that are close to the end of the growth cycle. Now

that generally means that there may be some shedding that can be concerning but it has

been my experience that shedding related to the treatment doesn't last more than a few

months. However, people can have other reasons for shedding. So what I would try to do is

minimize the potential causes. So being on minoxidil and if it's well tolerated then

I would keep the patient on minoxidil.

And we follow our patients very closely. We are able to make these statements about 5

years of data because we see our patients every 3 and 6 months and we do that for the

duration of 5 years after the treatment. So we're able to really have good data and

get a lot of feedback about the experiences and of course, we are able to document their

improvement.

So I would say that discuss this with your doctor and learn about what their experience

is doing this treatment. This is still a treatment which has a lot of people doing it in their

own special way. And we're doing it in our way and we again, derive a lot of information

probably having a lot of experience being at the front of the parade more than 7 years

ago. But again, I feel like what we've developed is very individualized and based on specific

data that applies based on age, age of onset, degree of hair loss, type of hair loss. And

these protocols have been refined and are always continuously being refined.

Palmistry | How Will My Marriage or Relationship Be? | Learn How To Improve Your Relationships - Duration: 16:20.

A lot of people come to me and ask me questions about their marriage,

they ask, "How will my married life be?"

"how will my relationship be with my partner and my in-laws?

This is why we have made this video,

it is a video essentially for self-analysis in which you can see in your hand which negative signs are present in the palm

that may cause potential problems in your relationship

and also which positive signs exist that will reduce conflcts and problems in your relationship.

By observing these signs, you will begin to understand your own shortcomings

and once you understand this,

you can begin to work on your weaknesses by first being aware of them

you can begin to avoid potential difficult situations that may otherwise come about.

We will now begin.

First there is this diagrammatic representation where I have shown different signs.

Next to the lines, I have also written which signs indicate chances of bad relationships.

So first let's see the relationship line.

There are four or five lines drawn here,

there could be one, two or three lines here, the number of lines may vary.

It's a different pattern in different people. These lines are called AFFECTION lines and not Marriage line.

Affection line signifies love and trust in a relationship.

If there is any negative sign in this line as you can see, such as a cross or a black mole,

or if the line is divided, or it branches into three,

or below it there are many offshoot lines...

All these signs indicate that there will be disputes and tensions

between husband and wife or between two people who are in a relationship.

But it is incorrect to jump to conclusions by only observing the Affection line,

because the other signs on the hand can either amplify or reduce the intensity of what the affection line indicates.

So now let's study those signs that will amplify the effects of the affection line.

First is the Heart line... as you can see, the Heart line is broken in this diagrammatic representation,

it is broken in many places.

This is a practical example of the palm print of someone who has had a lot of disturbances in their marriage.

As you can see, the Heart line is made up of a number of small lines,

it is not a uniform line.

A good uniform Heart line brings in the relationship

a certain presence, trust, and love between a couple,

whereas a breaking line indicates

vacillating mind and uncertainty in affection -

today they like you, tomorrow they don't, depending on their mood.

This is the first negative sign.

If, along with this sign, there is a problem in the affection line, as in this person's case,

there is a defect in the Heart line,

plus if you check the affection line, there are vertical branches stemming from it

Only if such a combination is present, ONLY then can one say that there is a disturbance.

The next sign you see is the Head line

there are two Head lines that I have drawn, one is a straight Head line -

in which there are a lot of negative signs, like here we can see here...

an iced line or crosses that are broken

or a line that bends downwards too much

see in this palm print, the Head line is broken, plus it is going downwards.

The Head line indicates logic, purpose behind one's action

it reflects ones attitude of thinking...

if this line is broken, there will definitely be disturbances in the relationship.

As you can see here, the affection line has branches stemming below it,

in conjunction to that, the Head line is disturbed and broken.

So there are lots of chances for disputes to get aggravated,

because the individual will not be able to think rationally, the way he ought to...

The person will not be able to view the relationship as he should.

Let's see the next line, I have made a normal Life line...

this Life line is making a arc, a half circle...

if this makes a half circle, it indicates that the mount of Venus is large and properly developed.

Mount of Venus is the planet of love, affection, and romance.

If this line goes down in a straight path, the area of Venus is restricted,

and therefore romance, affection, and love are naturally reduced too.

Here we can see, if this line had formed an arc,

it would have formed a half-circle then.

It has instead just gone straight down.

Given the combination of a bad Affection line that has branches, or is broken,

and a Life line that is straight (and not curving in an arc),

there will be disturbances in the relationship, and chances are they may aggravate.

Next we will see this area, it is called the mount of Mars.

Mars indicates aggression.

On this, if there is a net structure, like it is visible here, with lines that are vertical and horizontal,

such a structure is called a net,

this indicates that a person's aggression will increase a lot, we can see this here.

If the same net is observed in the mount of Venus,

a net structure like we can see here,

cross lines and vertical lines,

one forms too many attachments...

a person becomes very possessive about their relationship, beyond normal limits,

So with an existing bad affection line, if there are these these two signs (net structures),

the ill effects of the affection line will be aggravated.

Next, we will examine the mount of Moon.

Moon is what we think or imagine about others...

if there is a criss cross line, or a cross, or a net,

like it is visible in this person's palm print, there is a big cross and there are many small lines too...

so this person is imagining things about other people,

he is seeing the wrong intention behind another person's action,

so this person's misunderstanding will increase considerably.

Now a bad affection line, in conjunction with this other negative sign,

these two will together definitely create disturbances in a marriage or a relationship.

Now let's observe the Fate line, it does not just indicate money, but also general well-being.

If this is broken, then comforts and conveniences are insufficient in one's life.

Even here, you can see that the Fate line is broken.

Fate line indicates support from other people and events, this line is broken here as you can see,

the last and most important sign is

the thumb shown here is very small, a small thumb indicates being over emotional.

As you can see here in this palm, the thumb is very small

Such people cant see things practically, they get over-emotional.

Now if we take into consideration all these signs,

and then see the defects on the affection line,

and the other signs are also negative, only then can we predict that there will be turbulence in the marital relationship.

Don't jump to conclusions by seeing only one negative sign

if there is this sign and this one, don't assume that they will cause disturbances.

If the Life line and Head line are good, then good thoughts,

love and romance, (in a developed Venus mount) will counter the negatives.

If there is one negative sign, and a bad affection line, DO NOT jump to the conclusion that the marriage is disturbed.

Now I have explained the main signs to you, my main motive behind this is that

you can self-study your own negative signs, synthesise your observations,

once you recognize your OWN shortcomings, you can WORK on your weaknesses,

which will then improve your relationship with your partner and family.

For example, if one's Heart line is disturbed (broken),

then the person must meditate, because their emotions are vacillating,

so with meditation and through satsang, emotions will settle.

If someone's Head Line is disturbed, he cannot see the good in something, which he ought to,

in his case, a bit of counselling, or sharing problems with friends helps,

because negative thoughts are dispelled.

If someone's Life Line is short, or it is going straight, there is a lack of romance.

if this lack is fulfilled, the defect of the Affection line will be reduced.

My main message is that you should understand yourself first,

for many wise men have said that when we point a finger at another, three of our own fingers point back at us.

In a relationship that is imperfect, it is not always true that it is only one partner's fault.

The other person is equally imperfect. So it is always good to look within, see our own faults and work on them,

and only then you will get the best results.

What we'll do now is make a note of all the good signs visible here...

the ones that can give good results in married life.

I have drawn this Marriage line here, it is straight and clear.

A straight and clear line like this indicates a wonderful marriage.

Both partners enjoy mutual love and trust.

The Head line is clear, straight, and slightly tilted here.

the good thing about being tilted is that the straight line is practical, and the sloping line is sensible;

so the combination of the two qualities - practical and sensible - is a very good sign.

The Heart Line, as you can see, is very deep and uniform.

It is branching out in two directions: one line towards Saturn, and one towards Jupiter.

A good Heart Line will indicate that the person will be very firmly committed in the relationship,

he is not making just a public display, but in reality, he truly loves his partner.

Now let's see Jupiter, Sun, Venus, and Mars...

These are warm-natured planets,

warm nature indicates love and affection towards each other...

If these planets are well-developed - Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Sun - if these have good signs,

like I showed you some good signs here...

one can say that married life will be very good.

See here, I have drawn a large thumb, which indicates that the person sees the positive and the negative side of everything,

and this trait can improve a relationship.

The mount of Moon is important, if it has two good signs here, such as a square and a single line,

so the individual's negative imagination (suspicion, jealousy, mistrust) will be lessened.

and a good Fate Line will ensure a good future.

If someone's hand shows a broken marriage line,

or if there are too many negative signs on it, like I showed you earlier,

if there are some good signs in the hand, (despite the imperfect marriage line or affection line), the person's married life will be smooth.

This video has been made for self-analysis, to observe and enhance your positive points.

Just because the Affection line is imperfect doesn't mean that one's married life is disturbed. It would be wrong to say that.

If these good signs are present in the hand, then a seemingly imperfect marriage line is capable of showing satisfactory results.

When the marriage line is straight, but there are many other bad signs,

as seen here in this palm print, (the marriage line is straight but there are so many bad signs in this palm),

there are great chances of problems in the marriage.

Let us view this palm; the marriage line here is very short.

it's not very long, it has not reached the mount of Mercury.

By noting these two things, you will interpret this as problems in the relationship.

But in this person's married life, there are disturbances, but not too many.

because the Head line is very straight and clear;

so he is likely to see everything from a practical angle;

he knows his boundaries;

then if you see his Life line, it forms a nice arc;

indicating that his Venus is very strong;

he is therefore connected to romance and love;

if you see his Heart line, it is deep, clear and uniform like a ribbon;

from his side, the relationship will be very strong and clear.

and if you see the mounts - Jupiter, Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars - these are positive planets in his palm.

See, Mars looks well-protruded, so does Venus.

All these signs, even the short affection line, marriage line...

this person has worked on the relationship and has recently completed 16 years of marriage.

There are some disagreements, but not major that cause big problems.

I suggest you watch these videos and understand these things

see your own hand, and see your partner's hand,

analyse what you see,

and then work on the areas that need improvement,

and enhance the existing positive points.

Doing this will make the path of your married life very smooth.

what is the difference between D/deaf or hard of hearing?

Is there a difference?

If there is, what is the line between them?

First we want to give you the medical part.

Is there a medical difference between D/deaf and hard of hearing?

Really.... yes, kind of.

To be labeled deaf, d-e-a-f, with a small "d",

that means you are profound...excuse me... profoundly deaf.

You have a profound hearing loss,

meaning 90 db or above.

Anything less, there's different labels like

mild... severe, mild, or low.

So anything under 90 decibels, from 0 to 90,

is hard of hearing if you have a hearing loss.

Above 90 decibels mean that you are deaf, d-e-a-f, with a small "d".

Really that's the line between hard of hearing and deaf.

However....

[JE] Now, like she mentioned that's the medical perspective,

which is great and all,

but there is another perspective, which is the cultural perspective, or an identity.

So in the cultural, that line is kind of blurred

and there is some overlap.

There are some people who may use the medical point and say they are hard of hearing

but they might still have a strong cultural identity of being Deaf.

They're within the Deaf culture, the community,

they use ASL and they feel strongly about that.

There's some people within the community that still call themselves hard of hearing.

Maybe they have the ability to speak or use the phone or whatever.

So they say "I'm hard of hearing" for whatever reason.

That's what they feel comfortable with in their identity.

Maybe they feel both.

"I'm within the Deaf community but

I'm in the hearing world as well.

So I'm hard of hearing. I can switch back and forth."

Which is perfectly fine!

There are some people who are strongly Deaf saying,

"I am Deaf. I'm proud of being Deaf.

I have a very strong cultural identity."

So there's a lot of variety

and none of those are wrong.

It's all about who you are as an individual

and where you feel you belong in your identity and what fits you.

That's great, sure!

Whatever makes you happy.

Some people want to be considered both.

"Yeah, technically I'm hard of hearing

but I'm Deaf too." That might have different meanings.

But they still feel like they're both, and you can do that.

Or some people don't identify with either of those

and they identify with something else. So you never know.

Maybe for example, they're Deafblind

or they can say "No I'm not D/deaf or hard of hearing, I'm hearing",

and that's OK too.

Be respectful of whatever they want.

There's no right or wrong.

As long as you feel comfortable and what matches your identity.

[JI] Right, whatever the medical viewpoint is...

really if you're discussing cultural, it doesn't matter.

If I meet you and you say "I'm D/deaf",

you can't assume they're 90 decibels or above deaf.

Or, "I'm hard of hearing".

Maybe they're actually 90 decibels or above

but they consider themselves hard of hearing. You don't know.

But like I'm saying, the medical perspective really isn't important unless I guess for...

I don't know. I don't know what reason it's important.

[JE] I guess the only reason is if you want to get hearing aids

or something like that, then yes it's important for your audiogram.

But that's about it.

[JI] Right

Really, when you meet a person don't assume anything.

If they can speak for themselves or hear a little bit,

don't assume they're hard of hearing. Maybe they're not.

Or if they don't use hearing aids or don't speak for themselves,

don't assume that they're D/deaf.

They may be hard of hearing.

Really it's up to them and how they identify themselves.

Their identity might change over time.

Identities are fluid.

So maybe you start by saying, "I'm hard of hearing",

or you start saying "I'm Deaf"

and then later "actually I'm hard of hearing".

You never know where your journey is going to be.

So just be respectful of people and their identity.

[JE] Right!

[JI] So, now you know the definition of D/deaf or hard of hearing

has a medical and a cultural perspective!

hey guys Cody Gertz here and today I'm gonna be doing a Mobe review that's my

online business empire as known as back in 2012 is what it was known as but now

it's my online business education okay so I want to do a review for this this

is kind of long overdue I've had a lot of people on my youtube channel and

asked me to do a review of Mobe and mainly just because they are internet

marketers looking for an affiliate business so I'm gonna tell you guys if

or my opinion about it whether I think it's a scam or if it's a legitimate

business opportunity okay so I'm actually gonna jump over onto my

computer now and give you guys the full review of so hope you guys enjoy hey

guys what's up Cody Gertz here let's go ahead and get started with this full

Mobe review my own business education I'm sorry earlier I said my online

business education and it actually started out as my online business empire

back in 2011 and it actually was grown and founded by matt lloyd Matt Lloyd is

an australian man an aspiring entrepreneur and he's actually the one

who created Mobe and his goal behind it was simple and he puts it right here on

his front page it is a business training company catering to small business

owners and entrepreneurs Mobe offers a large selection of online

training product services live training events and exclusive masterminds to help

you along your business journey okay so basically he's created this platform

he's created Mobe as a business training company that is going to help you

startup and successfully run an online business or a physical business and I

think that was his goal behind Mobe and a little bit about Matt Lloyd of what I

could find so previous of mobe the only thing that I could find on him that he

was in another MLM company called life pop so I didn't do much research on a

live pop because this is a mobe review but when you're looking at affiliate

marketing businesses you need to make sure that they for one number one thing

need to look for is do they have a valuable product that's you know

provides value to the marketplace and then number two who is your leadership

team who is the founder get to know your leadership team get to know the founders

of the affiliate marketing company that you're looking into because all in all

those are the people that are going to be guiding guiding you through this

entire journey okay so if you if you res if you resonate with these people that

are on the leadership team and the founder of the company you're probably

going to be more successful in the business if you don't like the owner

then probably not going to happen so like I said I told you the goal behind

Mobe and I was looking at reviews for Mobe and I'm finding a lot of scam

reviews a lot of scam reviews but whatever I mean like everybody calls

everything is scam nowadays so I mean you can't go off of those reviews a

hundred percent at a time but I believe so far that this is a good company and

the people that are calling in a scam they're they don't really have a

direction or they don't they don't have a goal in mind they're doing this for

some quick cash or maybe a get-rich-quick scheme and that's what

not what this is okay so like as your you're always going to have bias reviews

so make sure you do your research don't follow the crowd you really want to get

to know your leadership team and who's behind the company okay so let's go

ahead and get into the product lines I'll go up here and click on the tab and

we'll get going into the product lines okay so I kind of want to cover the

background of Mobe the product lines in Mobe and the compensation plan of mobe

as well so here are the products I'm just gonna kind of go over these real

quick I don't really want to click on them too much I kind of confuse you okay

so they have one of their first products is called an mttb my top tier business

this goes for $49 and what they do is they advertise it as an all-in-one

package kind of like a business in a box you know that that they're going to sell

you and it's going to show you how to make $10,000 per month which seems like

kind of high P to me you know I'm not sure about that when I if I were to read

that yeah you can make $10,000 per month it seems kind of high P to me but I

don't know you know you its skepticism is all so they also have another

licensing kit that you get to purchase out of the product line and this goes

for two hundred ninety seven dollars this is a seven-day training course

okay and it basically teaches you how to take other people's products license

them and then sell them which is basically affiliate marketing okay so

they that's that's what they deem it as that's what they named it as in their

product line okay and then they have their inner circle members where they

pay anywhere from ninety nine to two hundred and ninety nine dollars a month

and this is where they get their elite earners at the top level and then they

also have live events that they offer anywhere from ninety seven to four

hundred plus dollars and basically if you've ever been to a live event through

an affiliate marketing business what they do is they teach you or they teach

newbies on how to break through how their first break through online all the

secrets or the top earners

and stuff like that so they do offer live events

which is kind of cool but this my top tier business the way they advertise it

seems kind of hypey to me as you can see there's a lot of other products in

here I'm not gonna go into all those you guys can take your time your own time

and look into those if you're interested so let's go ahead and get into the

compensation plan okay because I think compensation plan is where the meat and

potatoes is of this business so they have what they call their compensation

plan their structure is called a mobile license Rights Commission structure let

me say that again mobile license rights rights commission structure okay so

basically what you do is you purchase their mobile license rights program and

that's a two thousand dollar program that you purchase and you have the

option to leverage their sales team or not okay so how it works if you were to

sign somebody up with the mobile license rights program if somebody bought into

that under you so you would get a thousand dollar commission

if you leveraged mobe's sales team okay so you have the option to use mobe sales

team to close your sales for you but you get less of a commission so if you use

mobe and you sign somebody up for this mobile license rights program for $2000

you're gonna get a fifty percent commission and a thousand dollars if you

use their sales team but if you don't you're gonna get a twelve hundred dollar

commission and you also get a five percent residual on a hundred dollars a

month and fifty percent monthly commission on $50 membership okay try to

stick with me how I'm gonna move through these different compensation plans here

pretty quick okay so the next one I want to talk about is the titanium mastermind

okay it says get access to over 18 days of customized live training okay so this

is a nine thousand dollar product nine thousand dollars and if you sell this to

a new lead you're going to make if you utilize Mobe sales team you're going to

make a three thousand dollar commission and if you don't use their sales team

and you close the sale yourself you're gonna get five thousand dollars in

commission okay that is a $450 residual monthly income and that's a fifty

percent monthly and ninety nine dollars okay I hope you're following along with

me I'm gonna go ahead and move on to the Platinum mastermind

so this says get access to over 20 days of customers live training that help you

scale your business and this is a fifteen thousand dollar product and if

you close this sale with Mobe using mode sales team you're going to get a five

thousand dollar Commission and if not if you don't use their sales team to close

this deal you're gonna be at a nine thousand dollar Commission okay so

that's a seven hundred and fifty dollar residual payment of 50 percent monthly

at a hundred and fifty dollars okay so that's kind of their comp plan in a

nutshell I hope you guys they also have one more diamond mastermind this is a

ten day and 11 night business building retreat in Paradise so this is a big

mastermind I'm not sure the price on this one this is obviously their top

tier price so let me see if they have it on

here if they don't not a big deal you guys can come back and do your own

research I just wanted to give you guys a summary of Mobe and my review on it so

the big question that I'm getting is Mobe a scam or is it a legitimate

business guys it's not a scam okay as internet marketers and as affiliate

marketers know you get out what you put into it okay so if you're scatterbrain

and if you're getting the shiny object syndrome and you're not focusing all on

Mobe then yeah you're not gonna make any money with it and then people are gonna

review it and call it call it a scam okay that's just how it works

so I want you guys to understand that I find a flaw with Mobe and one flaw that

I have found is that I think it's too complex for beginners so if you're a

beginner in the online world I think Mobe isn't a good place to start

because a lot of their back-office stuff is complex there are different product

lines there's a lot of them you can get distracted pretty easily by all the

products so I think the back office is pretty complex for beginners because it

has a beginner you need things laid out very simply you need structure you need

a coach to guide you through all of the steps you need training videos you need

email swipes done for you you know stuff like that you need pre-made sales

funnels done for you and stuff like that is what makes it easiest for the

beginner so if you're thinking about getting into mo Mobe if you have some

previous online business you know internet marketing history then this

could be profitable for you I think Mobe would be a good fit for you if you

already have some experience in the online marketing world but if not if

you're a beginner then I would do your research very well make sure you can

handle it okay so that is my full review on mobe I'm gonna switch back to my phone

now and record another video - in this video I hope you guys got some

good value for it please stick around just for a few more minutes while I

I was first starting out that's what I did I was a review junkie I used to just

look at reviews constantly all day long until I found you know one that had

awesome reviews and that's not always true ok I came across a lot of different

affiliate marketing companies and I found an equal amount probably 50 and

50% of good and bad reviews just from consumers that have tried that product

before try that business before and guys you're always gonna have people that's

gonna give those reviews so here's my advice to you don't follow the crowd

make sure you do your own research and research a company that's actually going

to help you progress as a person grow personally you know in your and your

mental state in your physical state invest in a company that's gonna help

you grow okay and that's what I did all right so I'm actually gonna give you

guys access to the same company that I have found that helped me out when I was

a beginner okay because as a beginner in the online world at least for me I had

no direction okay I didn't have a mentor I didn't have I didn't know how to make

a sales funnel I didn't have much money in my pocket I didn't know how to send

an email all this crazy stuff that I thought I knew how to do or that I

thought I needed to know how to do and I really didn't okay so I found a system that

has they give you a coach they give you training videos and a coach will

actually walk you through the training videos they give you pre-made sales

funnels they give you email swipes I mean they give you everything that you

need to succeed as an online beginner okay so if you're looking as a start up

and really get down deep and dirty into the affiliate marketing business with a

Cavs Wooing LeBron or Rebuilding with Kyrie Trade? - Duration: 2:49.

I think perhaps the most interesting part of the Kyrie for Isaiah trade is Cleveland's

perspective.

Look, the Cavs are going to contend in the east next season, in fact, Vegas still considers

them the favorite to make the NBA Finals, despite losing Kyrie Irving.

But did the Cavs make this move to jumpstart a rebuild when LeBron inevitably leaves in

a year, or are they actually trying to woo LeBron to stay in Cleveland by building another

attractive roster filled with veterans.

I'll get to the latter in just a second, but this move was a must for the Cavaliers,

at least as an insurance policy for if LeBron leaves.

They had to trade Kyrie, and now they have Jae Crowder to help their defense (he's

also a 40-percent 3-point shooter), and a potential No. 1 draft pick next year with

the Brooklyn pick (that could be Michael Porter).

So if LeBron and Isaiah both decide to leave next year when their contracts are up, Cleveland

will still have Kevin Love, JR Smith, Tristan Thompson, a young talent coming in and some

cap space.

They won't drop off the face of the earth like the last time LeBron left.

But what if this move is designed to keep LeBron in Cleveland?

Well, if that's the case, the Cavs probably aren't done making moves.

LeBron's not going to care about developing the next great NBA star for the next 2-3 years.

He likes veteran players.

They could presumably trade that Brooklyn pick for a veteran.

Maybe that's the deal the Knicks would want for Carmelo Anthony.

Maybe the Cavs will chase after Boogie Cousins, although he only has one year left on his

contract.

But they have a ton of options.

Maybe package Kevin Love and the Nets pick for Kristaps Porzingis.

What about Isaiah Thomas and the Nets pick?

Remember, Isaiah's incumbent team next season will be able to offer him more money than

anyone else.

I could see how that would be attractive for a team like Phoenix.

Trade Devin Booker, the Suns would have the cap space to re-sign Isaiah in 2018 and they

would have another shot at the No. 1 pick.

Or Cleveland could stick with their current roster and make a deal at the February trade

deadline.

If the Pelicans suck, maybe they'd want to unload Cousins for the Brooklyn pick.

As I said in my other video, I think the Celtics got better, but so did the Cavs.

And thinking long-term, Kyrie asking for a trade did Cleveland a huge favor.

Instead of LeBron's decision in 2018 make-or-breaking the future, the Cavs now have way more control

of their future.

They likely increased LeBron's chances of staying, and even if he does leave, they can

start rebuilding while remaining one of the better teams in the east.

Do you have the Low Self Worth Pattern? And is it helping or hindering your success? - Duration: 4:06.

Hi there and welcome back let's see if we can identify any more sabotaging

patterns that are undermining your ability to build a successful

self-managed business. First question just respond yes or no is this. Do you

feel guilty when you're putting your prices up? Yes or no Second question do

you tend to over give of your time and not want to set boundaries around your

time so as an example you might be in a meeting and instead of finishing it

quickly and abruptly to protect your time you'll spend time chit chatting and

being nice hoping that they'll like you? And third question and depends on the

phase of business that you're in if you are in an early startup or go back and

think about when you were first in start-up phase and cashflow was less

available did you pay everybody else before you paid yourself a salary? Answer

yes or no. Now if you've got two or more questions with the affirmative, meaning

you answered yes it means that you're highly likely to have the low self worth

sabotaging pattern. If you don't recognize that pattern in you or someone

close to you, maybe the next sabotage video is going to be more suitable to

you so feel free to skip the up-and-coming insights and join us in

the next video. Now before we get into the low

self-worth sabotage patterns in a deeper manner, let me share the benefits of the

low self-worth pattern and you probably go what do you mean benefits of a low

self-worth pattern, that's contrary to normal thought who wants to have any low

self-worth experiences ok I've spent many many years consulting and coaching

to business owners, I'm going to use the opposite of the low self-worth pattern

to highlight the benefits of it. I've worked with plenty of business owners

that have heaps of arrogance now an arrogant part of your personality will

typically think things like I'm amazing I'm really good at what I do

it's really easy for me to be successful and that leads to poor decision-making

often because if you've got that you'll tend to be bullish and not look at the

downsides, not really evaluate your capacity to pull off a strategy as an

example, where if you've got a healthy dose of low self-worth what what will

happen is you will question your decisions you will go okay do I really

have the capabilities to pull this off or I'm not sure it is going to work out

because of such and such and such and such because low self-worth aspects tend

to have a more negative view of self and potentials and possibilities out there

in the environment so, if when it's healthy it tends to provide you know a

counterbalance to bullish decision-making so we can come to

effective decisions for our businesses. Now when it's unhealthy the low self-worth

pattern will really control a whole bunch of business decisions, so perfect example

of that is pricing, so we know that if someone's got high self-worth you know

they really like themselves as they think they're valuable don't tend to

project that into their products and services so just think of say someone that

runs our salon and you know they really think that they're amazing

they'll tend to jack their prices up they can run an exclusive brand versus

someone who's got low self-worth they don't think they're that great and

they'll tend to price down and because that reflects their own sense of

self-worth and they will get less for their product and service, so we tend to

make unconscious agreements around price and all sorts of things based on our

'Reputation' Needs To Be Taylor Swift's Apology Album Or Else I'm Not Interested

If the title of Taylor Swift's newly announced album, Reputation, is anything to go on, the singer is finally ready to address the criticisms that've hit her over the past few years.

The Kanye West fiasco, her ill-fated relationship with Calvin Harris, that deafening silence during the 2016 election — it's all likely to be on the table in these songs.

But the fact that Swift is most certainly acknowledging her damaged reputation on this album isn't enough; unless the record sees her actually owning up to her flaws, not fighting them, she won't be forgiven anytime soon.

Anyone who even remotely follows Swift knows that her public image took a major downhill turn this past year.

Although she'd always been criticized by some people for things like her flawed feminism or her cultural appropriation, the singer's overall public image had been relatively positive, up until 2016.

A few major events — the Kardashian-orchestrated reveal that Swift had privately approved a Kanye West lyric which she publicly decried, her near-complete silence during an election in which many of her fellow celebs spoke up, those way-too-public "feuds" with stars like Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, and Calvin Harris, her much-criticized, possibly fake whirlwind "romance" with Tom Hiddleston, her use of feminism for self-promotion — led to a full Swift takedown.

The singer, it seemed, had become too problematic for even some of her most diehard fans to defend. I decided to unstan Taylor Alison Swift and finally stan the less problematic queen Demetria Devonne Lovato.

Taylor Swift seems more concerned w/ who she's going to date next or who she will add to her "clique" over anything else. Not a fan anymore.

I am 100% beyond ecstatic for new Taylor Swift music, but I'm over her dramatic, attention seeking ass & no longer a fan of her as a human.

What made matters worse was her silence as all of this went down. If Swift had owned up to her mistakes, she might've earned back some respect.

Maybe she wouldn't have been entirely forgiven, but many people would at least have given her credit for admitting that she'd messed up.

But instead of apologizing, Swift doubled down on her claim to be the victim in these situations, and when that didn't do her any favors, she disappeared.

She went off social media and barely appeared in public, perhaps hoping that if she stayed off the grid long enough, she'd eventually come back to our forgiveness. But that's not how it works.

Swift fans may be excited at the prospect of new music, but for many people, that doesn't excuse what she did or how she behaved afterwards.

She may be a talented musician, but her inability to apologize for the mistakes she made, even all these months later, makes it clear that she hasn't learned much of a lesson since the events of 2016.

And so the idea of Reputation, an album likely to address the media criticism of Swift head-on, isn't exactly thrilling.

The singer potentially talking about the issues with Kanye and Katy and all the rest isn't enough if she's going to continue to paint herself as a victim, rather than actually own up to what she did.

For this album to truly salvage her image, or at least be a first step on the way to that goal, these songs need to demonstrate the character growth Swift has, so far, refused to show in public.

She can't just say that the media has painted her as a fake feminist or a manipulative liar; she needs to say "I deserved it.".

If this is what Reputation is actually about, Swift will undoubtedly win back a huge number of the fans she lost these past few years. People might not immediately forgive her, but they'll more likely respect her honesty and humility.

But until we know for sure that that's what Reputation is going to do, Swift frankly doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt.
