March with Jason Ranti: On Whether Weeds Should Be Legalized or Not - Duration: 3:01.
Mr. Jokowi and Prabowo? I pick Jokowi. I have no problem with him.
As for Prabowo, I have problems with him.
Just like many people in general,
Can I just pick Mrs. Maia (Estianty)?
What if I choose Mrs. Maia instead?
I can imagine her being the head of Constitutional Court of Indonesia (Mahkamah Konstitusi).
This question is crazy!
It's difficult. Do I have to choose between those two?
Mr. Soeharto or Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY)?
SBY's 'Best Hits' was about 'playing safely for ten years long'.
Ten years right? There was no such big issue during that period right?
I mean, do you feel any particular big thing during that time?
"President SBY established Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)."
I belive he didn't do that wholeheartedly! Did he?
I don't believe that. I don't know, but I assume that idea didn't come from his heart.
When he woke up in the morning, then he said, "come on, let's build KPK!" No way!
As for Mr. Soeharto, he has already got bad perception when people talk about him, right?
So, who should I pick? What about Benny Moerdani?
The one in the middle! Who is that?
Brazzers.
March News really consist of some men with erection!
Am I right?
Homeschooling with Mr. Seto.
It's hard for me to answer this question. It's different.
Rendra.
Legalized it.
Luthfi is acting non sense because of alcohol. He bought it not far from here,
and the questions also turn to be non sense, but all of us enjoy it, right?
I mean, what's wrong with weed?
Not supporting people to be drunk, no. It's just, what's wrong with it? I don't understand.
Atheism or agnosticism?
I think if everyone is agnostic, the world will be at peace. There will be no religious institution, right?
Atheist, atheist is okay but even some atheist are sucks.
Variasi pink.
Ahok. Because his condition is more difficult, more punk. Because he is a chinese and christian, so it's difficult.
He is also a government official, even tougher.
Ridwan Kamil is okay, but it will be easier for him to blend in because he's a moslem.
But when he's running to be West Java governor, people are being warned that he is a Shia.
That's the trick used by his opposition.

Is It the Silent Treatment or Estrangement? | Conscious Reminder - Duration: 5:50.
Is It the Silent Treatment or Estrangement?
"Devon's in the doghouse.
He blew the month's grocery budget fixing his motorcycle, and his wife hasn't spoken a word to him in 3 days." (Silent treatment)
"Rick doesn't talk to his brother.
They've been estranged for years." (Estrangement)
There are probably as many areas of overlap as there are distinctions between the silent treatment and estrangement.
But for this post, let's focus on some of the differences.
1.
Punishment vs.
Self-Protection
By virtue of its name, the silent treatment is something that's done to somebody.
It's on purpose, and its purpose is to send the message, "I don't like what you did."
In contrast, while estrangement often feels punitive on the receiving end, punishment is not the intent.
Estrangement happens when one person pulls away from another in order to protect him- or herself from experiencing harm.
In the case of family estrangement, painful interpersonal dynamics can reach a breaking point where one person says,
"I can't do this anymore."
They may not say it out loud.
They may just leave.
The rejected person is left to figure out what exactly went wrong.
Thus, while the silent treatment is often understood as a response to a specific behavior, estrangement may have the flavor of a mystery.
2.
Hope vs.
Despair
The silent treatment is an inherently optimistic tactic.
If I stop talking to you because of something you did, I'm sending you a message that I hope for better behavior in the future.
If we're estranged, it's a sign that one (or both) of us has given up on the other, at least for the time being.
We would like the other person to change in some way, but we don't think they're either willing or capable of change.
So we resolve to keep our distance to maintain our peace of mind.
3.
Temporary vs.
Open-Ended
Every treatment has a goal, and the aim of the silent treatment is to shame, punish, or warn someone who's crossed a line.
Once the treatment has had its intended effect, it comes to an end.
In contrast, we've seen that the purpose of estrangement is self-protection.
That purpose is ongoing as long as the target appears not to (want to) change the offending behavior(s).
4.
Local vs.
Distal
The silent treatment often occurs between people who live together or see each other regularly.
It's hard to administer any kind of "treatment" to someone who's not around.
Estrangement on the other hand may occur under the same roof, or from thousands of miles away.
5.
Acute vs.
Chronic
The loaded quiet of the silent treatment creates an extreme contrast with normal conversation.
The pain of the experience may be intense, but it's short-lived.
There's the conviction that "this will be over one day," making it psychologically manageable, albeit very unpleasant.
The pain of estrangement is also intense, but it's an ache with potentially no cure.
Eventual relief is a hope, not a given.
In time, estrangement may eat away at self-esteem, confidence, and quality of life.
Both the silent treatment and estrangement can leave rejectees feeling powerless and resentful.
Many decide to walk away from rejection, leaving the rejecter with nothing more to do.
Both types of cut-off can destroy relationships.
Those who were brought up learning to use the silent treatment as a communication tool should be aware that doing so is playing with fire.
Such behavior can morph into long-term estrangement before you realize what's happening.
The Silent Epidemic
There are people in the world who are, let's face it, very difficult for anyone to get along with.
Similar to an armless and legless person who receives no invitations to dance, such people will unfortunately find themselves rejected over
and over again.
But as a therapist specializing in family estrangement, I can say with certainty that it's NOT just those who are "difficult" who find
themselves rejected.
Estrangement is a silent epidemic affecting all kinds of people in our society.
The antidote for many is better communication.
Children should never learn what the silent treatment is, or how to do it, or what it feels like to be on the receiving end.
Better communication skills will eradicate a large portion of needless emotional cut-off and a source of deep pain for many.

Curse or Apathy - Duration: 26:18.
21st century may be famous for all the developmental undertakings of the government.
We may talk of Startup India, Stand up India but in the same country
when a person travels for 10 kms carrying his wife's dead body on his back,
we are left out of words.
The view of Dana Majhi carrying his wife's dead body on his shoulders
has actually revealed that there has been no development.
Odisha has been criticized in India and India in the world.
It's a heart breaking example of a husband's love and devotion to his late wife.
A man in India walks for more than 6 miles carrying his wife's dead body
back to his village with his 12 year old daughter besides him.
After the Dana Majhi incident, in Thuamula Rampur block
from where Majhi travelled till Bhawanipatna,
at least 21 persons including 4 children have died of Tuberculosis.
Despite the idea of coming up with two TB units
one at Dharamgarh and one at Bhawanipatna itself
the referral rate of the district stands at 1.58 which is below the average of 2 to 3%.
Such incidents are often dismissed by the people in power as the handiwork of opposition parties
living the people to the plight of their own.
Through this documentary we would try to understand as well as scrutinize
why such schemes and programs couldn't be adequately executed in this district.
I live in Tiny hunt....still i am happy
My hair is rough...... Still i am happy
I am the king of my Kingdom ........
My love is Pure.......
Wake up early....... Clean the house
Wash the Utensils...... Quickly bathe.......
For a moment we couldn't stop ourselves from admiring the undiscovered beauty
of the district but at the same time we could also face the hard hitting reality behind the natural beauty.
The construction of the roads to the Melghara Village
which began in 2006 still remained patchy and undeveloped.
Looking around we could only witness poverty, poor sanitation, undeveloped infrastructure and
the eyes of the people looking at the camera with full of hope.
We went on to hold a conversation with the sarpanch of the village
which brought us more closer to the aghasting truth.
What are the problems faced by the people in your village?
The major problem faced the people of our village is the undeveloped roads.
What about medical facilities nearby?
There's a NGO called SEVA in Nakrundi which has been given the responsibility
to take care of the healthcare facilities of our village.
There are staffs but no medicines. Seva has taken the responsibility but is not able to deliver it.
How far is the health center?
It's 3 Kms from Amjhola. When people suffer from any disease,
they are taken on shoulder to the hospital.
After this Dana Majhi incident, political leaders, higher authorities came,
media people interviewed made promises and gave us assurance but nothing happened.
Not only Dana Majhi we have more poor people than him in our village.
They are in more tragic condition. They don't have a house to live in or food to eat.
There are newly constructed latrine and bathrooms.
It is of very poor quality. No water facility. Contractors are doing this as a business.
They construct latrines for villagers according to their convenience without involvement of beneficiary.
They take a photograph in favor of their construction and receive money from the Block Office.
Inaccessibility to the villages being the primary reason deterring the doctors from visiting the areas,
the ANM and the ASHA workers remain instrumental
in providing the basic healthcare facilities to the villagers.
This is a mini Aganwadi so the pay is less. Half of what an additional aganwadi worker is being paid.
They get Rs 4000 a month and we get Rs 2000.
I don't get anything.
Then how do you work?
We only get paid when we take pregnant ladies to the hospital for deliveries,
attend meetings or conduct training programs.
For every meeting we get Rs 150
We cover two villages
How do you travel?
We walk. It's very painful
Is it true there are no medicines available in the nearest community health centre?
No
Then how do give medicines to people?
We do the tests and send them to the district hospital at Bhawanipatna.
Are sanitary pads available to the women of the village?
They are provided only to the girls of the village and that too once before 6 months
From the year 2000, the Government of Odisha has been focusing on Kalahandi.
For the development of Kalahandi,
we have spent crores of rupees and Kalahandi has been progressing day by day.
Dana Majhi: Dana Majhi the man himself was contsructing his house all alone when we reached his village.
People may think situation might have changed after the ample amount of support he got.
But what he shared with us was something quite different and opposite.
He still lives in the same condition as he used to and says everytime people like come
and take interviews but nothing changes.
My name is Dana Majhi
What kind of facilities was provided by the Government to you and your village?
No facilities madam. During my incident the Government had promised to provide
healthcare facilities to Melghara village but till date it has not been delivered.
They had promised us good roads. It's June but till now nothing has been done.
The government had promised to work towards the well-being of our village but no roads.
The doctors are afraid to come here because of the roads
They had promised us with mobile towers but no towers till date
They had promised us electricity but no electricity till date
There are no facilities provided by the government. They said yes but they haven't kept their promise.
If we would have good roads then we can go the nearest hospital.
We are all poor people here with no vehicles because of which people sometimes die on their way.
Had any of the government officials here recently?
No, only the media people were here.
It will be better if we will have good road and mobile tower
With most of the villages in Kalahandi District depending upon the district hospital at Bhawanipatna
we rode to the city to enquire about the health infrastructure,
administration and precautionary measures
taken especially the Dana Majhi incident which portrayed the district in a very poor light.
Is the fund provided by the Center and the State sufficient for Kalahandi district?
Fund is not an issue for Kalahandi district. We are getting adequate fund.
How much fund does the district receive?
Figure exactly I can tell right now.
The only problem we are having is the lack of medical officers.
Government has released 1 cr of corpus fund in the hand of the district administration.
But there is lack of medical officers.
We are recruiting doctors by floating local advertisement and we have offered
1.10 lakh rupees of remuneration but still no are interested.
That is the issue
Why doctors do not come to this place and
why do we not have a good healthcare facility here?
According to me an officer needs tower, fan and light.
To lead a normal life one needs these things but it's not available here.
Sir TB has been identified as one of the predominant diseases of the district.
Is there any special fund under the District, State or the Center?
TB control program is there. It is regularly pursued here.
Tb control program, Malaria control program is there.
Sir TB control program has been in the district since 2002 according to a report established by UNDP.
Has there been any change in the scenario due to that?
Certainly there has been a change.
I can't say it has been eradicated but it has come down to a sizeable figure.
Mahaprayan scheme means Odisha government has launched several schemes from Anarna Prasarna,
first feeding of the baby. Anarna Prasarna is also sponsored by the state government.
Mahayaprayan means at the end when one dies, a poor family dies in the hospital.
His dead body is to be carried to his home.
Right now we have only one Mahaprayan vehicle at the district hospital.
We are looking for ways and means to procure more such vehicles on different permissible schemes.
How do people access to 108 and 102 mobile services?
For e.g. at Thuamula Rampur block there is a hello point from where
people can get connected. More plans are there in order to install more towers
Effort is there to install more towers to ensure connectivity
Our tour in the District hospital Bhawanipatna started with an open sewage,
needles lying open on the ground. The Drug Distribution counter was all empty,
poor sanitation and no proper drinking water facilities.
For drinking water people had to travel to the other side of the hospital.
Once it started raining we can across incidents that left us out of words.
The water from the bathroom overflowed making the beds on the ground all wet.
The rain water dripped on the electric boards a minor shortcut can leave thousands of patients
injured something similar to the fire incident
which took place in 2016 at the "Sum" hospital, Bhubaneswar.
The maternity ward of the district hospital had no proper bathroom facilities for the patients.
People took a bath, washed their clothes and dishes in the nearby tube well itself,
the water of which served as the drinking water for the patients.
Where have you come from?
Barkut
Why have you come here?
For delivery
Is there a hospital near your place?
Yes
Which one?
Primary Health Centre
Why didn't you take her there?
There are no facilities for carrying out operations.
Here everything is available?
Better than PHC. But still there are no bathroom facilities for the patients as well as the people with the patient.
There are no separate cabins for women undergoing cesarean.
Has the patient got the food?
Patient hasn't received it yet.
Have you complained?
Yes and they told me food would be given after three days. It's the 3rd day but there is no food.
As we were about to leave the ward we came across the shocking visual of a new born lying outside
in the scorching heat due to the lack of a bed while his father kept convincing the nurse for an extra bed.
With Malaria being a predominant disease there were a huge number of patients admitted for treatment.
No doctors, frequent power cuts, people lying on the ground due to insufficient beds,
no sanitation constituted the major problems of the ward.
The patients have to go through a lot. As you can see the patients, there are no beds.
They are sleeping outside, there is no electricity. There is no bathroom.
Government says Swatch Bharat but see the garbage around.
Food is served but there is duplicity.
What kind of duplicity?
In the morning patients we served with aloo and chana
which was all watery and not appropriate for the patients to eat.
What are the problems?
You can see there are no beds. For bathroom they are saying go outside.
How would we take them out?
How would we leave them and go?
There is no fan. Will I be fanning her all day?
There is no drinking water. No water for taking bath. They charge money for the water.
Yes they charge for water
Is the food good?
No it's very bad. It smells. Will the patient eat the smelly food?
After the Dana Majhi incident the TB ward of the district was much in the limelight.
When we entered the ward there was no security guard.
No inquiry or exit formalities counter wherein the patient can inform and take away the dead body.
Syringes and medicines left in open.
Pathetic conditions of the washrooms and fire alarms installed newly
after fire broke out in "Sum" hospital, Bhubaneswar.
With over 50 patients coming for treatment on a daily basis there was no doctor in the ward.
If we see the statics of Kalahandi district,
we have total TB cases of 46, 507 each month out of which 737 to the district hospital
which is 1. 58 – the referral rate. . It should have been between 2 to 3%.
What is the ratio between doctors and patients?
We have one medicine specialist to deal with the TB patients.
The Chief District Medical Officer was quite aware of all the problems yet sounded helpless.
With acute shortage of doctors in the hospital,
he too finds it quite difficult to manage the health infrastructure of the district.
No it is not very much sufficient to meet the needs.
Because we lack infrastructure as well as human resource in the district. Regarding infrastructure,
patients are lying on the ground. There is no sufficient beds for the patients. Doctor's strength is also less.
So both by infrastructure and human resource there is a deficiency in our district so it is very difficult to manage.
Any how we are managing with whatever resources we have.
According to you who are responsible?
We are all aware that there is acute shortage of MBBS doctors not only in the district but in whole of the country.
Secondly regarding infrastructure it is everyone's responsibility.
Not only the government but the common people should also raise their voice for the development of the district.
What is current ratio of the doctors to the patient?
Exact ratio I can't say. But the vacancy number I can say.
Out of 212 sanctioned posts only 132 are there in our district so around 47% posts are vacant in our district.
Especially the specialist posts are vacant.
Why do you think doctors do not join?
The trend is such nowadays that urbanized people want to stay in city and towns; they do not prefer the rural areas.
This is far away from the state capital
So doctors do not prefer to come to such remote places
Is this the reason for the rise of fake doctors in the villages?
Yes you are right.
When people do not qualified doctors the fake doctors or the quarks
take upper hand to treat the patients in the rural areas.
Despite the district being a marker on the testimonial for perpetual policy failures and
a dark web on India's narrative on governance, we found people happy with whatever little they had.
In the era of Startup India, Digital India these people has never witnessed mobile connectivity
still they find themselves self-sufficient and content.

Are You Overloading Or Under Loading Your Washer? - Duration: 1:59.
Hi, I'm Jordan!
Are you overloading or under loading your washer?
Both can have a drastic effect on the performance of your washing machine.
Here are some quick tips in order for your washer to run smoothly.
Overloading your washing machine can cause your load to spin in one big lump and prevent
your clothes from moving against each other.
If your clothes are not absorbing enough water, the dirt, sweat and detergent cannot be released
from the fabric.
This means your clothing will come out just as dirty as when you put them in.
Overcrowding your machine can leave your clothes wrinkly because there is not enough room in
the drum.
Even worse, overloading can cause your clothing to pill easily.
Having a very small load can make the weight of the clothes accumulate on one side of
the drum.
This can make your washer spin out of balance, resulting in vigorous dinging noises.
Additionally, under loading your washer is more likely to result in the washer being
unable to spin because there is not enough weight in your drum.
When the washer does not spin the cycle is finished.
You will be looking down at the drum of your clothing drenched in the puddle of dirty water.
If you are not sure what load of laundry to wash first, separate your clothing into temperature
sensitive piles.
This means that you should be washing your whites in hot water first and maybe your towels
or jeans in colder water last.
If your washing machine is not working for different reasons, please check out our website
to find out what parts you might need to fix the problem.

How to Pronounce Numbers: 15 or 50? - Duration: 7:09.
Extra English Practice [squeak]
Hey, everyone. Today we're going to do some pronunciation practice. We're going to talk about
a piece of pronunciation that's difficult both for English learners and for native English speakers.
So we have the same difficulty. Yeah. It's just a flaw in the language,
and that is the difference in pronunciation between numbers like 15 and 50.
So the rule is when you're using a -TEEN number, the final syllable is stressed.
So we will say fifTEEN, sevenTEEN. The TEEN, the final syllable is stronger. It's emphasized.
But with the other numbers, the first syllable is stressed. So FIFty or SEVenty, NINEty.
The other pronunciation trick that will help you is in the TEEN numbers,
so fiftEEN, sixTEEN -- the T in the middle sounds like a T, right. Fifteen, sixteen, seventeen.
But then in the other numbers, the T sounds more like a D: fifDy, sixDy, sevenDy, okay.
There are some exceptions, so when you are counting TEEN numbers,
we don't say thirTEEN, fourTEEEN. In this case we'll say THIRteen, FOURteen, FIFteen.
The emphasis is on the first number, and it's because we're differentiating between the different teens.
And also if you have a long number, like four numbers put together, say, 1995,
it's not nineTEEN ninety five, it's NINEteen ninety five.
But when the.. when the teen number's at the end, like 2014, then it's normal.
So the beginning of a long number or when you're counting, the teen numbers break their rule.
Okay, so we're going to give you some examples.
Uh, one, someone might ask a question about age, so we could say, "How old is your sister?"
And the answers might be, "My sister is THIR(d)y years old" or "My sister is thirTEEN years old."
Do you hear the difference? My sister is THIR(d)y years old. My sister is thirTEEN years old.
Another example: if someone asks, "Where do you live?", you might answer
"I live at eighTEEN Main Street." Or "I live at EIGH(d)y Main Street."
eighTEEN Main Street or EIGH(d)y Main Street.
Final example: "What time is it?" It's ten fifTEEN or it's ten FIF(d)y. It's ten fifTEEN or ten FIF(d)y.
It's neither. [laughter] We're wrong. We're pronouncing it well, though.
Ok, we're going to play a little game. In this game we each will have a card that looks like this.
As we play, Misha is going to ask, "What time is it?" and I'm going to give a number.
So, for example: 9:14. In the square where 9 and 14 meet, we will each draw a star.
Then she'll ask again, "What time is it?", and I might say 12:50.
We'll do this for about 8 rounds, and then we will compare and see if we have the same or not.
So you can play along, too; you just need to write down a table that looks like the one we have.
Ok, so along one side: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. And along the top: 13, 30, 14, 40, 15, 50.
Okay? Alright, great. Here we go. Here we go.
Larissa, what time is it? It's 11:40.
So I'm going to look on mine and find where 11 and 40 meet,
and I'll put a star. You do the same, okay?
Larissa, what time is it? It's 9:30.Mm.
Hey, what time is it? It's 8:15. Oh.
Uh, what time is it? It's 12:13.
Hey, what time is it? [laughter] I'm gonna do it different every time.. It's 7:14.
What time is it? It's 10:40.
Hey, uh, what time is it? It's 10:50.
Hey, do you know the time? It is... 8:13.
Okay, so we're going to see if we have.. if our papers look the same,
and you can compare yours too, and see if you got it.
Well, we did pretty good, Larissa. We did great! This time, I'm gonna ask Misha what time it is.
Misha, what time is it? It's 8:30.
Misha, what time is it? It's 11:15.
Hey, Misha, what time is it? It is 12:14.
Hey, Misha, what time is it? It's 7:30.
Hey, Misha, what time is it? [sarcastic tone] What a surprising question! It's 9:40.
What time is it? 11:13.
What time is it? It is 8:50.
Okay, Misha..what time is it? It's 10:15.
10:15! Yeah, it's a good time.
[Larissa counts] Okay! Whaddaya got?
Did you get it? If you didn't get it, look in the description underneath the video.
There are little numbers that are time codes, and you can click on that,
and it will take you right back to the beginning of the activity,
so you don't have to, you know, work hard to find the place. Yeah, we want to make it easy for you!
Did you know that we have over 30 videos on extra English practice?

1600 Pennsylvania Ave.: The 'President's Palace' or Trump's 'dump'? - Duration: 2:19.
Despite having his preferences catered to with Diet Cokes and double scoops of ice cream,
his favored decor adopted and the TV's always on and tuned to his favorite channels,
President Trump doesn't seem to like life in the White House.
In his first six months in office,
he spent more than half his weekends away from the presidential residence and about 40 days at his own properties.
According to Golf.com, Trump shared his true feelings about life at the White House with golfing buddies at his course in Bedminster, New Jersey.
"The White House is a real dump," he said.
A White House spokesperson denied the comment, but we were curious: is the "People's House" really a dump?
In a city where the median home value is an already lofty $550,000,
the White House's going-rate, as a mansion in the middle of downtown D.C., would be about seven hundred times that -
almost $400 million, according to Zillow.
Sitting on a pristinely manicured 18 acre lot in the heart of the city, the White House spans six floors and 55,000 square feet.
There are 132 rooms, including a movie theater, bowling alley, flower shop and an impressive 35 bathrooms.
It even has its own putting green
and an around-the-clock staff of butlers, plumber, groundskeepers, florists, chefs, valets and engineers.
But like any 200-year-old house, the White House has some flaws.
Plumbing, heating and cooling and electricity were all added in a piecemeal style in the decades after it was built.
It's been renovated twice and, buyers beware: its last overhaul was almost 70 years ago, in 1948.
It came after President Truman said the "damned place" was haunted, creaky and drafty.
And the White House truly was crumbling. The White House Historical Association said it was standing only by "force of habit."
It's come a long way from the gutted interior and cracked walls of the 20th century
With a team of dedicated preservationist and engineers maintaining what used to be called the "President's Palace,"
calling it a "dump" may not be the best description.

reflection: Are you a Self-A-Holic or a Good Steward? Are you a Self-A-Holic or a
Good Steward? Now we all know what a self-a- holic is someone who is self-absorbed
someone who is all about me someone who is focused on themselves and not really
having the overall big picture of the fact and the point that their lives are
not just meant for them to enjoy, but everything that you have and experience
and everything that is within you is meant for others-- so are you a self-a-
holic who is just focused on me me me me me or are you being
a good Stewart? A good steward over what? First of all of what it is that we
believe God has placed inside of you. Now a Steward is one who manages the goods
of another; to Steward something is to care for it, to manage it, to multiply it,
to take ownership of it, and develop it as your own. Now here's the deal
I believe that you have a gift, and maybe not even just one, multiple gifts
including the gift of your story. Including the gift of your expertise.
including the gifts of your experiences. And I believe that if you're watching
this video, YOU probably are in a place where you know, there is more that is
being required of you, more for you to impact the world with when you actually
step into your rightful place of sharing that gift with the world. Now here's the
thing- we're talking from Truth2RenewHearts Publishing, where we're helping
you share your message with the masses and if you are watching this video and
you can honestly say you know what? I believe that there is something inside
of me I know I'm called for more, I know I had experiences, I know I have pain
that can be turned into power, I know that my story and everything that I've
learned how to do- I now can teach others, and now I'm not afraid to
speak on it. I know that there is something that is in me that will help
make someone else BETTER. To transform their lives, to uplift them, to inspire
them, to encourage them, to teach them, to mentor them. If you know that you have
something on the inside of YOU- a message a story, A BOOK, and you have been sitting
on it because you just haven't quite found the time OR because you're afraid
to really take off the mask and let your story out, OR because you feel like no
one's going to read the book or maybe you're just devaluing this great thing
that you have inside. It's time for you to STOP. Let's put a PAUSE on that.
