#Eden Hazard and Tiemoue Bakayoko will miss the Community Shield clash with Arsenal - Duration: 3:26.

Eden Hazard and Tiemoue Bakayoko will miss the Community Shield clash with Arsenal

CHELSEA boss Antonio Conte has revealed Eden Hazard and Tiemoue Bakayoko will miss the Community Shield clash with Arsenal. The Italian chief also claimed the midfield duo will be missing for the Premier League opener against Burnley next weekend.

Antonio Conte revealed Eden Hazard and Tiemoue Bakayoko are out for Sunday.

Eden Hazard could miss the start of the Premier League season. Conte said both players are currently working hard to recover from their respective surgeries this summer.

Hazard is currently working his way back from an ankle injury, while ex-Monaco man Bakayoko had routine keyhole surgery on his knee. On Chelseas Wembley showdown on Sunday, Conte claimed he wants to send a statement by starting the season strongly.

He said: We want to try to start the season with a win. I hope to see a good game from the players and for the people.

This is the first trophy of the season. Its an important game. We want to play a good game with good intensity.

Tiemoue Bakayoko will also miss the Community Shield showdown.

We must have the will to try to win the game. It wont be easy but we have to try to start in the right way..

Meanwhile, Conte revealed he has not ruled out the possibility of having Alvaro Morata and Michy Batshuayi play together this season.

The Spaniard joined Chelsea for £65million from Real Madrid this summer, but its last seasons big-money buy Batshuayi whos really impressed in pre-season. Antonio Conte claimed Alvaro Morata and Michy Batshuayi could play together.

The Chelsea boss also claimed Kenedy will get more first-team action. Conte went on to say that the plan is for Morata to take on the No9 role - playing him centrally - after playing on the wing at times in pre-season.

The Premier League-winning boss also revealed that Kenedy - who hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons in pre-season - should get plenty of first-team action.

However, he didnt say whether that would be at Chelsea or out on loan, only saying its important he gets regularly game-time on the pitch.

Arsenal transfer news: Thomas Lemar to Arsenal: I think signing will be completed - Duration: 2:45.

Thomas Lemar to Arsenal: I think signing will be completed - Perry Groves

Monaco want more than £50million for Lemar, 21, and two Gunners bids have already been rejected.   But Groves, who spent six years at the club, thinks Arsene Wenger will - eventually - get his man.

He told bwin: I think the Lemar deal will get done, its coming down to how much.

"Id like to think were in the position that if they want £45million, then we go and pay it and send the right message to the player that we want you.

"As mentioned, I still think were two or three players away from winning the title." Arsenal have brought in Alexandre Lacazette and Sead Kolasinac this summer while Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez are still at the club - for now.

Both are out of contract next season and they've yet to pen new deals.   Groves added: I think its been a successful transfer window.

Weve bought a proven goalscorer in Lacazette who, with the team we have, should be getting at least 20-25 goals this season.

"He looks strong on the ball, with good link up play but is most lethal inside the six yard box, which weve missed for a long time.

"It will take him a while to settle in, with new teammates but he looks physically capable of succeeding.   "Kolasinac is a beast, very strong and creates a lot of chances as we saw in the Emirates Cup.

Theres no doubt theres still work to be done, we need another two players at least – both first team players.   "I think the most underrated signing this summer was adding Jens Lehmann to the coaching staff.

Hes got a no-nonsense character, hes a winner and will certainly give the team a kick if they need it..

Arsenal transfer news: Arsene Wenger insists Alexis Sanchez will stay at Arsenal and his decision - Duration: 3:36.

Arsene Wenger insists Alexis Sanchez will stay at Arsenal and his decision is final

ARSENE WENGER has insisted contract rebel Alexis Sanchez will remain at Arsenal this season – and says the Chilean star could stay even longer.

The Gunners boss said his star striker, who has been the subject of intense transfer speculation, would accept his "clear decision".

Alexis Sanchez and Arsene Wenger share a joke during training on Wednesday Sanchez takes on Granit Xhaka during an open training session on Thursday.

Sanchez returned to training on Tuesday after an extended break due to the Confederations Cup and a bout of flu.

And after the Chilean took part in an open training session at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday, Wenger said: My decision is clear, he will stay. He will accept that.

The frame of mind of a footballer is quite easy – once you go out into the game, you focus on that. (He is) good, you can see it in training.

He needs to work on his fitness but he is sharp and looks like he has never been away. I think he will be here for this season.

If we manage to do it for more seasons we will. The former Barcelona stars contract runs out in 12 months and he has been refusing to sign a new deal.

Sanchez embraces team-mate Danny Welbeck before training on Thursday Arsenal are understood have offered £275,000-a-week but Sanchez is holding out for more or a move away from North London.

The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a £50million move Paris Saint-Germain or Manchester City. It had even been feared he could go on strike to force through a transfer.

But Gunners fans were given a major boost when images emerged of Sanchez kissing the Arsenal badge during pre-season training.

Sanchez's return to training for Arsenal has heartened Gunners fans.

Sanchez puts in some pre-season gym time after returning to Arsenal this week Wenger had made it clear Sanchez would not be sold to a rival Premier League club, with Chelsea also having been linked with a swoop.

And now the Frenchman appears to have put his foot down with eight days until they open their campaign at home to Leicester. Sanchez was Arsenal's top scorer last season with 30 goals in all competitions.

Tony Robbins: Your Brain Will Reprogram ( Tony Robbins Change Your Mind ) - Duration: 17:25.

One of the things I've always done like what I even learned MLP when the first

real dynamic set of tools I learned psychologically I would go these classes

with these psychologists and psychiatrists and we have an all-day

session which their idea of all day was four hours and I'd be like if you like

we start at 10:00 and at noon we're taking lunch I'm like where the hell are

we going you know over lunch for an hour and a half and then we come back at 1:30

and sure enough by 3:30 or 4 the end the program I was like Jesus you know the

only Union to a quarter of a day so I took the rest of time and I extracted

everything I could from what I learned those people with ten times more skill

than I had our ability but my level application compared to theirs I

divorced it and it's because while I was still there I didn't leave the

environment I've always had this belief if you want to be successful at anything

in life never leave the sight of setting a goal without doing something that

commits you to fulfillment if you get like you're in state right when you do

something while you're in state that's the time to commit yourself to something

that makes you follow through don't know I'm talking about here say I so I'd call

somebody up I'd schedule something I'm locked in the next meeting I sign it for

the class I didn't roll the guy was gonna mentor me I set the meeting with a

mastermind the people I met I did something so that whatever I committed

to there was something when I went home and told me.there its structured in fact

I'll give you five fees to rpm just as a quick warm-up for you how's that you

don't remember it'll be okay but it'll be in your unconscious for when you go

work with a coach these are the five sees everything that comes in your mind

anything you can think of because we're going to basically do a little mini rpm

version of things right now anything comes in my mind I'm here and while

you're here doing something you're driving your car and you think of an

idea for your business or one of your businesses where do you put it

i phone where do you put it diary where do you put it iPod iPhone iPhone

and how do you find it afterwards how are you trigger to look at it again

so he goes back and reviews his absence how do you do it

but crisis crisis makes me go get it how do you do it I sent an email to myself

oh good more emails with more to do right so I don't care what your system

is but when you have our p.m. you'll have one place you put it for right now

you need one place to put it now the problem is most of us have lives if you

put everything in one place it just becomes even more overwhelming

who knows what I'm talking about here so the first step I'll just say that is

C is capture you got to capture the motion ideas like this imagine doing

this like physically capturing it pulling out of my head and putting in

one place I don't care what your one place has got to be one place now

ideally in that one place you'd have some categories so you don't throw

everything on one giant list does that make sense so you might have a category

for mihad company so I'm Robins research animali resort

I have metabolite of all these different companies so I'll brought me in that

areas an example or roles for me as a father I have time to demonstrate this

for you but just know the first thing I wanna do is keep it out of your head

have it in one place why do you want to do that key plus extra mental Ram

available when you have to keep thinking about stuff it creates inner stress if

you know it's there and you know you're gonna look at it consistently like you

do it once a week once a day and you're going to review it and do something with

it something with it might be forget it I'll do it later

tomorrow but you can do something with it you'll be able to let go how many

think that's pretty much something you try to do already most people try to do

this don't you but the reason most people don't do it

is because making lists after a while they stop doing tell me

why they stopped doing it who's made lists and they're not kept a list up

your quote to do this why don't you keep those to-do lists up every time we go

there there's sodium what there's how many all you got more to do because you

make the list then you have time so it inherently says why am I doing this

IBM's a different mindset our mindset is we're just first capturing it we know

we're not going to do most of this but we need to be able to later when

it's time decide which things are worth doing and more importantly what are we

really after we're going to use these to trigger mass to say all this relates to

maybe something more important how many follow this philosophical difference

here say I my goal is not get things done this is not GTD this is use the

things you need to get do just even to the higher level of thinking of what you

really want why you want it and become very strategic about how to get that and

many of these things may go away or they just won't matter but you do have to

capture it because otherwise it's in your head so I have a lot of systems are

doing it but if you never saw me getting the girls basic thing you need is one

place to capture that make sense what step one of our p.m. to see you got to

let capture which means give value don't put it one place second thing it doesn't

make sense of all is crap and the way you do that step two is you

create a plan and a plan for me has three parts and the three parts are

three questions that I asked and three actions I take and again you'll learn

this I'm not trying to teach us all right now it's just what a plant some

seeds in your mind is this okay is this useful so when you're going home you got

most captured stuff you just did here right now at your start to create plan

you look at all the stuff and say okay there's more here than I can do so what

I really need is read all the stuff and start to see what all these things

relate to one thing all these relate to another if I'm a mom and I made my list

and on the list I have things like I got to pick up laundry oh I got to drive the

kids to school uh I gotta do this thing for the PTA I gotta clean the house oh I

gotta run my business I run out of the house I headed to the accounting I wanna

I won't have spent some time with my husband at the end of the day soccer mom

totally stressed out but if I write all those things down get him out of my head

I want to write them all down I didn't start to put them together

though you know this business all relates to my kids just this this all

relates to house being great this business all relates to my business and

this this this is about my personal life being rich and happy I'm able to do

something really nice I'm able to go from this which is what your capture

this looks like you'll start writing it down you do I

got to do this and that's and this and this and you start to feel good it's out

of my head putting all together this I go to this or this or go to this I got

this I got this I got this I am this and I go to this exist are this internet to

that too so step Q is I look at my calculus and I create a plan and the way

I create a plan is I start to figure out what do I really want that's what that's

what the world is saying to me that's what's in my head what do I want

I'm I started to group some things together I might sure to say you know

let's take a look at this you know something watch this watch this for a

second this item here clean the house and this thing in this thing in this

thing these all relate to the house and my outcome areas I want to magically

clean house because why it makes me feel fully alive and then oh by the way this

this this this and this all relates to my children oh and this this and this

relates to my business hello yeah this is me personally anybody see what

happens suddenly 80 action items or 12 or 30 will turn into four outcomes

there's something here that I want for my home there's something I want to hear

from my kids there's something I want to hear from my business or something I

want for me and what that does is now I can start to go okay instead of reading

all these like what do I really want for my kids what's my outcome this week or

today and you get really really clear about what you're after you use this to

take you to another level higher use this to trigger our vision and settling

this limit you and what you know what you want it that's the first question so

create a plan has three questions to it and three actions first question is what

do I really want one how many of you would feel different in your life just

by this language change what do I have to do versus what I really want to

accomplish would that change the way you feel about your life yes or no

how does it feel what have to do see rpm when you finally learn it has many

pieces to it above all else it's a thinking process and better thinking

creates better results it's that simple so you don't have to ever use a piece of

paper to think this way from now on all the stuffs happening you go what's my

outcome what am I really after what do I want what's the specific results like

what's the target let's let's choke up I don't ever go in a meeting with anyone

well even get first words out of my mouth or when I sit down to me after the

hellos and the proper connections what do you say I would say what are the

outcomes for this meeting because how long the meeting is is based on getting

the results that were there for it makes it much more fulfilling life or if you

can't get in that time you know that outcomes still not done we're going to

come back and get that outcome done how many thought what I'm talking about

here say I now when you get clear what your outcomes are that's the first

question a credit plan second question is why do I want it why why is this

important me why is this something that really is a must for me I don't have to

do I want to do this why why is it transformative what's exciting about

this to me and almost all of you have certain key words in their triggers

field and language shapes your emotion you want to have a nutritious meal or a

delicious meal you might say I need an attrition meal but whether I said this

is a delicious nutritious meal you're more in if I said to you I want to

reduce you this person they're really nice verses they're delicious

I don't know what I'm talking about here so when you learn when you learn rpm you

learn that rpm is a system of thinking then rpm is a power of language because

you can change a few words in your outcome it'll totally change where you

end up what you're going after in your life rpm is a visual chunking system a

way to take all that stuff you saw and group eighty-two things down to four and

guess what will happen your stress level through the floor guess what happens

your concentration ability through the roof what are you going to focus on

that's another one rpm is a focusing tool

it makes you focus on what's most important because most people major in

minor things and they make it sense so I you gotta know why are we doing

this and I always look at two levels why why for me why for the team what's the

big lie if you're involving other people just me that's me but I usually have the

big white so I said three step one is capture step two is create the plan

there were three questions what are they number one is what do I really

or in other words that is what is my or another word for that is what is the the

result and I eventually try to get it to a result because I want to make it

measurable if at all possible can I can't get measurable a short time I want

major progress on is my outcome right or complete something or whatever it is my

purpose or some keywords write this down purpose I should say activity without

purpose is the drain to your life activity without purpose is the drain to

your life the drain to your wealth its drain to your lifestyle three questions

what's my outcome what's my purpose what's my line third one what's my

massive action plan or another say what do I need to what now you asked that

question to make some sense because what to do depends on what your outcome is

otherwise what you're going to do is going to be based on stress concern fear

people interrupting you reacting demands and so your life is nothing but a

reaction tool of all the tools I have this may be the most valuable one or on

a click because this is the one how it all gets executed I don't teach it very

often so third question is what's my massive action plan what do I need to do

to achieve this and when you do that you'll take things off your capture list

and you'll cross them all up as they fit in or you'll say it all you need to do

that so to create a plan there's three questions and then there's three actions

this gets a little more technical I think you can pick it up real easy you

take those action items and you put them in order of importance does that make

sense but the way I do that more quickly as I go put a little star next to the

ones then are the 20% that's going to get me 80% of the result because I know

I'm not going to do all these action items I know even if I intend to I'm

going to interrupt in 20 million times so I want to know what's the 20% of this

list I've got an outcome I got a purpose and I was a little block

the center of the target is the outcome I see the purpose with all the juicy

words why I'm doing this and I got this list of seven eight nine ten twelve

things action items are all related to kids that kid outcome I'm not going to

give all those today which of the twenty percent that make the biggest difference

I star those and guess what else I do I figure out what's the twenty percent

what's the what I call it what are the must I tell my mus are the twenty

percent they're going to make a to the difference that way every day I can

still succeed that's why I still do my list and most people don't if I don't do

this I come up with outcomes and purposes and I got lists within them and

highly prioritize with what matters and later on if I want to come back any more

great so three questions two reactions that actions are start of the things

that are must to establish the real time the real time as I go minimum to maximum

but each of those items is on how long is this really going to take why is that

important because most of you overwhelm yourself and say this will be I just

have been using my teeny of the day that's how long it's going to take it

somebody says that'll probably take us ten weeks instead okay to sit down and

do it let's sit down to lay out where those ten weeks is going to come from

and we're all done it was about seven hours with the work because we all

overestimate when it's in our let in our head you sit down look at each item and

you look at the 20% and you mark okay 28 to 25 minutes 30 to 40 minutes come

by the way at the end of the day when I look at what are my start items

what's the minimum time necessary to get that result that's what I go do save me

with my week so three questions I create a visual block with this separates from

everything else below and I'll spend space and we'll create another block

when you learn rpm you'll see that visually I don't think I want to throw

up for you right now but basically in the center of my page I see the target

amount of Master I write my result to the right I write my juice purpose to

left I put my action list put an or importance poom asterik boom minimum

must time I'm ready rock and roll is a third one leverage leverages critic

you know I get so much done because I don't just get it done I know the

outcome I know the purpose and I look for leverage leverage is different than

delegation what's problem a delegation delegation

is your moment needs me done so you give it to someone else and you tell them it

needs to be done and they don't do it you're pissed off leverage says I can

lose the biggest Boulder in the world with a little bit of effort if I get

something I can do it with but I'm still part of it so leveraging is I'm going to

leverage something you're with Tom I'm gonna make sure Tom understands the what

the outcome I want your time I understand the the purpose the why and

the action but I might say to tell them if you get this done without this action

or better actually go for a baby and I want to talk to you on this date and we

got a problem and we're going to check in before it's needed so there's no

surprises if you have a problem come back to me because we're partners on

this that I call leverage different the delegation who sees the difference here

say I so three questions what creates the plan three questions with a block

three actions where's my mus what's my minimum us times where's my leverage and

you know what I do when I have no time there is time I just got to leverage it

now saying sad no with the leverage of two you know Shane over here right I

know stuff he wants to do can't leverage it but Shane's answer was hire somebody

then he thinks about what it's going to take and goes 125,000 dollars can't do

that now he's getting caught up in one way to get the outcome leverage Yoshi

was listing us what if I got somebody to 20% of this stuff

I got I could spend 20 grand to get that much freedom I can pay four times ten

hmm if I'm really productive my productivity should enhance the world

Molly my clients and customers but it should provide jobs other people and if

there's anything you hate to do it's because you're either ineffective at it

or you don't think it's very important but it is urgent so you hire somebody

for those things and ideally somebody loves that job you're never going to

grow when your time is eaten up for activities that aren't that important

activity without high levels of purpose is the drain of your fortune do it now

if you can't get it all out do a part of it now leverage is power leverage is

ultimate power

K. Will goes boat riding & a handsome employee hurts his pride. [Battle Trip / 2017.08.04] - Duration: 10:44.

(Lee K Tour departs again)

To the big Little Mermaid.

- Let's follow the waterside. / - I'm curious.

It's the sea.

But aren't we very active?

Yeah, you moved around a lot.

It's Denmark diet.

(Pedaling excitedly)

This is nice.

(He lets out his sweet voice in a picturesque setting)

(The Little Mermaid, a symbol of Copenhagen)

There she is.

She's sitting so elegantly.

The Little Mermaid.

There's something sad about her.

There's sadness.

This is the bigger version of the miniature we saw.

There's one near Mapo Bridge, right?

People just jump into the ocean.

Nearby, they also closed off a portion of the water...

- To make a pool. / - So pretty.

Want to try going?

- Like a fish farm? / - That's right.

I was so curious about the people swimming there.

(Harbor Baths)

It's right here.

This entire area is known as Harbor Bath.

- Doesn't it seem so clean? / - Do you try too?

- It's free-of-charge. / - Since we're here.

So many things for free.

More than you'd expect, right?

(Humming)

We're in.

- Hello. / - Hello.

A Chinese person went up.

- Well, China is known for diving. / - That's right.

Over there.

(Screams)

That was funny.

- I can't see the bottom. / - I guess he's not a pro.

(His eyes wander about)

Gosh.

Gosh.

(Frozen)

(Leisurely)

It looks so deep.

I'm actually kind of scared of the water.

Is it not cold?

Is the water not cold?

Yes.

- Cold! / - They look very cold.

Very cold?

They're little children.

But they dive very well.

They're only managing due to their youthful energy.

You're going to catch a cold.

Summer is short there.

- Are you going to jump? / - You're right.

Is there heated water nearby?

- No. / - It's just seawater.

It's just seawater.

His legs...

(He slowly gets accustomed to the water)

(It'll relieve your stress)

(Exciting dives)

That really looks fun.

- It's so nice. / - Did you not jump?

Did you not jump?

(It's a special summer activity)

(Screaming)

- Lee. / - K.

Tour.

Let's try diving here first.

- It's 2.9m. / - Sure.

- Oh, come on. / - Geez.

They're getting warmed up.

(Doesn't hesitate and dives)

(Wow)

- He flipped. / - He flipped backwards.

(He splashes with his limbs spread out)

I'm going to become a great person.

They're pretty brave.

(He surfaces with his limbs spread out too)

(Now the 2.9m dive is nothing)

I'm going to do a flip.

(After spinning once, he makes a splash)

So that's how it looked.

That's impressive.

(It is impressive)

(But it's too low)

It's not low. It's really high.

Did he flip?

(He claps first)

(The locals never settle for anything below 4.9m)

(I have to jump from there)

They just dive like that?

Watching other people jump makes it look so easy.

It looks so easy.

- Challenge yourself. / - Do it.

- Challenge yourself. / - Should we do it together?

You have to jump since you went all the way there.

(It's a stairway to heaven)

(Having gone up)

(It's dizzying)

It's pretty dizzying.

It seemed much higher from up there.

You can't look down once you go up.

- Are you ready? / - No.

Not yet? I'm not either.

But it seems like this.

It's not just 5m.

You see everything into the depth of water.

Factoring in our height...

- It looks about 7m. / - You're right.

(Preparing themselves)

(To have the complete local experience)

- They're doing it. / - Let's go.

It's been fun, K.will.

Lee K Tour!

They jumped.

(They dive energetically together)

I held my nose.

Replay it.

Why do you keep replaying it?

Lee K Tour!

(We did it)

(They finally jumped)

It's pretty refreshing.

Good job.

I think we need to reorganize.

First, we'll wash.

Now that we went into the water, let's skip on top of it.

Let's go ride over the currents.

- Lee... / - K...

Tour!

(A place where you can take things slow)

(Picturesque boats to ferries)

It's really pretty.

It really is pretty. Look at that.

- Are they having a party? / - Yes.

Boats are available for rent here.

We're not just going to ride the boat and return.

We're going to a street food market.

It's the trendiest place

in Copenhagen.

(Copenhagen street food market)

(Whatever country food you want to taste)

(You can grab a taste here)

Gosh. The variety is incredible.

I can already tell that it's tasty.

- It's good. / - It's tasty.

- It's amazing. / - I know.

Street tastes good, food tastes good,

market tastes good.

This is the hottest place in the city right now.

We would like to drive the boat.

- Yes, of course. / - Can we do it?

Yes, you may.

I'll just give you the route here.

(The brochure includes a map of the canal)

Do something like this. We're here.

Yeah.

Is this the street food market?

- Yes, that's number three. / - Really?

That's the street food place.

So there's a route.

How can I drive the boat?

I will show you. It's electric.

- You'll show me? / - Yeah, I will show you.

Okay. Let's go.

Will it feel good learning from such a handsome guy?

- He's too handsome. / - I already feel inferior.

It's not a good feeling.

Everyone's focus is on the employee.

Why don't you just blur out our faces.

Okay.

Do you think we'll be able to do this?

- This is always on. / - It's always on?

- Yes. This is forward. / - Forward.

- Forward. / - So when you go like this...

- You have to turn it. / - it goes forward.

This is neutral.

- Is that the motor? / - Yes.

Since it's an electric boat...

It's really easy to drive.

It's easier than expected.

How do they trust us with this?

- You don't need a license? / - Don't we practice?

K.will is right next to him too.

Either blur out my face or his!

But he's really handsome.

You've got life jackets in here.

Wonderful.

Okay. Thank you.

Thank you for your attention.

We can do that.

- Should I drive it? / - Okay. Go ahead.

Let's go.

(It goes backward smoothly)

(And it's off)

Shall I just relax and enjoy this canal?

(They glide into relaxing atmosphere in a private boat)

- We should've taken beer. / - It would've been great.

- Seriously. / - We pass in between there.

I think so.

How refreshing.

Hi.

- Hello. / - Hi.

Hi.

Say hi.

(Nice to meet you)

- They're drinking over there. / - I know.

We should've as well.

The people seem so relaxed here.

We must seem relaxed too since we are.

It's so nice.

(The city's leisurely vibe permeates through the trip)

It's so peaceful.

It's so nice.

Oh, look there.

Is that polo on kayaks?

That's how people live out their hobbies.

You can see how they're relaxed.

- They look happy. / - Right.

- They say the best relaxation is boating. / - Basketball?

- Water polo. / - Oh, that...

- It's canoe polo. / - There's a goalkeeper.

- He's blocking. / - I see.

- The buildings are pretty. / - I know.

- There are so many. / - It's so pretty.

It's beautiful.

It seems like the afternoon...

- But that was 9 p.m. / - 9 p.m.?

- That's 9 p.m.? / - So that's the night.

- No way! / - That's the nighttime.

- Look at the crowd. / - All of Copenhagen is here.

(It's the first time seeing such a crowd here)

So many!

That's because this place is very trendy right now.

Since it's our last day, let's eat something good.

Parking? Forward parking.

Reverse.

Hold.

Good job.
