Youtube daily about Oct 31 2018

Hello Guy's , I have important announcement here

it is not easy for me , but

because of ... small ... amount of English viewers

I think I will switch to Polish , my native language , because ...

I did the math and

95 % of my viewers , it is like ...

... there are from Poland , so I think

from now I will swich to Polish , but

for all my English viewers , subscribers

I will made

English subs

I will not leave you , please stay with me

I will make English subtitles

so you will be know what I'm doing

even if I will be speaking in polish , so please stay with me

I have bigger amount of polish viewers and ...

it was hard for me , to prepare everything in English

and my English sucks

really

is not good , I wanted to

I tried to

learn how to pronounce and so one

it was hard to make movies , for me in English , because

all this stuff , I needed to learn how to named it

so from now i think

it will be easier for me and also , I will be

more focused on content

then on seeing

I think this will be better for the channel

also content will be better

so please stay with me but sorry about that

... and i think , I is time to switch to ...

my native language

Thanks and I hope you will stay with me

Hello everyone

I checked a little geometry , in my milling machine

which in general , most time is not used

... stay and is collecting dust , more than is working

so geometry of the "Y"

Vertical movement , is really nice

( to many : in general ) : )

run out is about 0,01 mm

this is really nice

unfortunately "X" - horizontal move - sucks !

ok ... liesten ...

let's try , now dial is - 0,04

lets go

here it will start growing

four

one , two ,

three , four ,

five , six , seven , eight

0,08 mm , lets check backwards

ok , it went back almost to starting point , 0,01 mm difference

so 0,08 mm

0,08 ?!

I think this is because of the Gib , it was in really bad ...

... I don't know if you watched my previous vid's

gib was in really bad shape , Chinese mounter ground it really bad

with angle grinder , i dont know why ?

ok , I know, because wasn't able to fit it (gib)

so used angle grinder to fit it , and some how was able to assembly this

I tried to repair it , unfortunately

there was not enough meat

I hadn't surface plate , so I used slide as surface plate

now I own surface plate

I will correct this properly

maybe I will make new Gib , because

there is no meat to scrape , may I will glue some sheet to it

we will see , I hope you will be with me

... will scrape it from scratch

will check also all stuff under - geometry of slides

if they are parallel

dove tail geometry

let's see I will try to check everything

also , I will take care about

slides in column

column is a little Nod to the table

and ... good ... flatness of the table !?

drama ! this is insane

checked , there is 0,05 mm ( 0,5 my mistake ) difference in this two points

[ five teenth's !!! - 0,5 mm ] behind this and this point

I played with power feed and now is noisy

probably clutch is still connected

doesn't matter ...

0,05 mm !! difference

this is really big number

sorry !! 0,5 mm !!

really big number

is bad ground , like this , this surface is curved

bad curved grinding job

a little drama

I need to figure this out what to do with this

no way yet , there are some ideas

we will see

also I think I will change ...

this story about the milling machine ,

more into Vlog style

it will be hard now to post

consistent episodes, closed parts

where I'm showing something from the beginning to the end , like I tried to to earlier

so it will be more like Vlog , where I will try to show

how I learned to scrape , maybe something about

some achievements

more quick content , random material

soon I will pick up surface plate , I have scraping straight edge

so soon i think

all stuff will be ready

I will tear down again and we will see

stay with me and have a nice day :) Thanks

BURBERRY | EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT - Duration: 3:53.

Hey guys! Today the video is about the brand owner of the most famous monogram in the fashion world.

The englishman Thomas Burberry was 21 years old

when he founded the Burberry brand in Basingstoke in 1856.

Before, he worked as an apprentice cloth dealer and started the brand

believing that the clothes should serve to protect the British from the

unstable climates. The brand's customers began calling as The London BurberryS,

but it was only Burberry. So Thomas finally accepted and ended up being called

even from BurberryS. His first great invention was 23 years after the start of the brand,

in 1989 with gabardine fabric. In Portuguese, even gabardine. The tissue was

patented and it was breathable and waterproof at the same time, helping

english people to dribble bad weather with coats more comfortable and easier

to wear, since they were very heavy. And this cloth gabardine

became a star and a great traveler. Gabardine traveled to the poles

with explorer and Nobel laureate Dr. Fridtjof Nansen.

The gabardine traveled hot air balloon with Edward Maitland, breaking a world record of

long distance that lasted more than 30 hours, going from London to Russia.

He participated in three expeditions. One of them Endurance, with the British explorer

Sir Ernest Shackleton. Also participated in another flight

record holder on board of the Burberry plane, which the two pilots wore Burberry

from Croydon to Cape Town.

In 1914, Burberry launched the trench coat during the First World War, which

was to help the soldiers to carry better with their pockets

the equipment of war. And also the trench coat had its first version

created with the gabardine, the official fabric of the Burberry, helping against rain.

In 1920, the most famous monogram in the fashion world was registered as Burberry's official trademark

and began to be presented also as lining of rain coats.

In 1999, Burberrys, call Burberry again, the way we know it

and gets a new logo designed and created by Fabien Baron.

Even though it is a super traditional brand, old, with more than 160 years,

Burberry was innovative, was the first to present the products and the collection in the

internet, on Twitter before the parade, and was also the first to adopt the

See Now Buy Now concept, in which the products you saw on the catwalk

are sold after the show. And talking about being a brand with modern thoughts,

Burberry is really not afraid to innovate, and now in 2018, has launched a new

logo and also a new monogram designed by Peter Saville. And now in 2018

has also announced that it will not use any more animal skins and will not waste

more pieces that were not sold - what happens with many brands, happened with Burberry,

but it changed, nice! So just praise for the brand, a lot of admiration

and really is a case of success that has been facing the change of the world, in the

world of fashion and the world even world. And good, down here in the description has a link with

all the information I've spoken about in this video and others, especially about

products that were major brand launches.

I hope you enjoyed. Do not forget to leave comments, about

what you want to know about the fashion world, about brands, about designers, about everything.

To leave suggestions on top of the same videos of this subject, to give your like

and to subscribe the channel. XOXO

Alexis Sanchez TURMOIL: Man Utd chiefs hold talks about transfer as Neymar claims emerge - Duration: 3:01.

Sanchez arrived at Manchester United from Arsenal 10 months ago, with the club confident they had finally secured a player capable of doing their famous No 7 shirt justice

Life at Old Trafford, however, is yet to work out for the Chile international. Four goals, on wages of around £500,000-a-week, is a poor return

Manchester United have stood by Alexis Sanchez with Mourinho recently putting his dire form down to constant injury battles

"He arrived January, in the first period of the season for him," he said. "I don't think is ever an easy situation for a player but this season he had a good start a good pre-season, he started well against Leicester, and then he was injured

"Then he came back and was injured again and he is the kind of player that needs to be really really sharp

" And The Sun say Manchester United chiefs have already held talks about potentially cutting him loose

They also say that he is wanted at PSG as a replacement for either Neymar or Kylian Mbappe

Neymar only signed for PSG a year ago but links to Real Madrid have refused to go away

And United, it seems, may allow the Ligue 1 giants to land Sanchez as Neymar's replacement

A source from the club told The Sun: "There has been some whispers that PSG want to take Alexis off of the club next summer

"It's no secret he has struggled and not lived up to the expectations. "He isn't getting any younger and it might never work for him

"There was interest before the club signed him but he preferred staying in England at the time

That may have changed now. "One of their top stars could go and it's not beyond the realms of possibility that a deal could be struck between the two clubs

" Sanchez is currently behind Anthony Martial in the United pecking order. And, regardless of whether the Chile international is fit for the weekend's clash with Bournemouth, more time among the substitutes looks likely

All About Dental Implants - Dr. David Kirkpatrick - Duration: 53:31.

(Emily) Good evening everybody this is Emily with new teeth now. Thank you for joining

our webinar tonight we do appreciate you taking the time out to come and watch us.

So what are we going to be talking about today. (Dr. Kirkpatrick) We are going to be talking all

about implants and a lot about implants especially focusing more on the full

mouth replacement so when we can replace everything in the upper jaw everything

on the lower jaw or everything in both jaws. What's different from the new teeth

now procedure to other people that do this all on for procedure I think

there's a lot of differences between what we do and you know some of the

other some of our other competitors from you know the style of the teeth the

material that either made from having the procedure done totally under general

anesthesia so you're asleep it's comfortable you know we try to make it

as pain free as possible and the environment you know they get me they

see you they they get the small the small-town feel of this office versus a

corporate office because we get that question a lot why don't we have the

facilities like everywhere and that's because we have everything here in this

one building yes and that's that's that's a good point that's another huge

difference between us because we have everything here from the implant

coordinators to the lab that's in-house so the teeth are actually manufactured

here we have the surgeons here anesthesia teams here the surgeries done

here the restorative doctors are here so your teeth are actually made and the

whole team is here so if there's any question that you know our patients have

about you know what happens with you know if this tooth is turned or maude

natural tooth is dropped down we have the restorative doctor to look at it and

then you have the surgeon obviously I'm here to look at the CT and kind of help

come up with a treatment plan I hope you hear yeah that would be

dangerous if he wasn't because you don't want me doing the surgery well I don't

know you thinking that because you probably could do some of them how many

of these have you done let's just say each year alone

ever stole one of her restored doctors doctrine to follow who I work with a lot

on these cases he and I were talking about it a couple years ago and at that

time we had well over 500 we kind of stopped counting and around the 500 mark

so that's a lot yeah it is quite a modern procedure isn't it

it is a modern procedure it's something that we do I typically do these well I

mean as you know the patients come in that would need it done but it usually

ends up being somewhere three a week so three days a week we'll be doing one of

these procedures Wow today as I was thinking in this last year you must have

done several yes probably mean killed yes since the beginning of this year and

the numbers have gone up quite a bit so you've been practicing implants for a

long time your board certified but you also specialize in zygomatic implants

which is a specialized type of implant talk to me a little bit about that so

talk to you about two things the board certification yeah which I think I feel

is important we're all board certified and whether you guys choose to come here

or somewhere else make sure that whoever's treating you is board

certified because it's kind of the only way that we have that we as a specialty

gauge and hold people to certain standards of care it's a pretty rigorous

exam that we have to take and pass in order to become a board certified and we

have to keep up with it every 10 years you have to recertify so you can't it's

not I could just pass it and hey you know I'm board certified and you're done

you got a key to still keep up with all our content

doing education and all the new trends coming out to know what will work and

what will not work and you know make sure that you're up to the standard with

the zygomatic implants it's something that is not really routine in the United

States but it's something that is routine for us like today the two cases

I did all words automatic implants and what they are is yours aguma the name

comes from the zygoma is the cheekbone and the zygomatic implants obviously get

anchored into the cheekbone they're designed for people who do not have a

lot of bone in the back part of the upper jaw and that's and it's really

common so people have had dentures or severe periodontal disease and lost bone

or even you know like me when I've looked at my silence there my CT scan

just the sizes that have expanded you know environmental allergies can cause

that and stimulate that to happen or some people it just happens you know

it's the way they're born so you're telling me that anybody that's been told

they cannot have implants because they don't have the bone structure because

they don't have the bone if they did have implants they would have to have

excessive work done you are doing them yeah and the cool thing about the

sarcomas so for those patients who do not have a lot of bone you can totally

bypass grafting and the procedure to do the bone graft and the time to let the

bone graft heal does a Gomez replace that so and you can do it in one day it

doesn't just replace it as you know omitting the need for the procedure for

the bone graft and the six to nine months for the bone graft to heal but

you can do everything in one day which is it totally changes the game for the

patients and you said it's routine for you guys here at new teeth now but not

everybody is specialized in places I go mastic implants no it's seven it's not

at all in every residency program which I'm sure it will be some time because

the need for the procedure is real there's a lot of patients that do need

it and you know we see patients from all over the US we see patients from you

yeah you know from other countries that fly in to have this done because they'll

see one or they'll be researching and they'll come across our website on the

internet or maybe see a commercial over there vacationing here in Orlando and

they'll go back home and try to find someone to do it the closer doesn't home

and they can't because they they may advertise for it but when you really you

know call them up or go in for consult and you need to zygomatic implants they

they don't do it all right so then they end up coming to a place like this and

talking of all the out-of-country patients I urge everyone to check out

our website so it's quite new we've got like a new theme to it and everything it

looks great and we have the Travel section on this so we can actually help

you get here a lot of patients say well how do I get there you know what's the

situation and we've done it on several occasions and now we have a place for

you to visit and kind of investigate a little bit further

yeah the cool thing about where we're located you know people like where's the

Lakeland like it's almost perfectly situated right between Tampa and Orlando

so you've got the choice of either Airport there's a lot of you know nuts

hotels around our office so it's very easy to get to miss right off of

interstate 4 I'm right between the two major parks Busch Gardens Universal

circle Disney don't forget Mickey so you can have an entire transformation

talking of transformations if we've got any before-and-after pictures we do and

that's what we're going to is we're kind of get to the slides so you know we can

I mean I can sit and talk to you about what we do and how we do it and you know

how cool zygomatic implants are and what they can avoid but if we can show you

some pictures you can see you know and all these patients are patients

personally treated so they're not out of a book they're not borrowed

you know a website they're my patients and it's their before and afters and I

think to see the before and after it just tells the story and some of them

still come in to this day for check-ups it's so odd for me to see them cuz I'm

like ah I remember seeing you on the webinar we did your picture your before

and after and they look at me and they're like oh great can I see it and I

show them and that just like so happy that we use them mm-hmm

that's cool no no what all of our patients or most of our patients they

ask you know like other people on our commercials and they'll say hey you know

I've had all of this these problems in the past and you've changed that for me

like if I can I want to be on a commercial you use me in your dad like

you know what yet one of your webinars or seminars the look will go to the

slide show and so just so you know a little bit about me I'm from Kentucky

went to University of Kentucky for college and dentistry and then did my

residency my surgery at University of Florida in Jacksonville and like we

talked about earlier I am board certified which is very important a

little bit about implants they are recommended by the American Dental

Association which is their National Association as the best way to replace

implants or teeth and for those of you that do not know what an implant is

because there there is some confusion about what help what people think they

actually are it's not the tooth the implant is the silver structure here

that looks like a screw that goes down into the bone which is the yellow part

here here's obviously your gum tissue and

then you've got this shadow of a post here and that's the krail and that gets

cemented on so there's three parts the implant the post and the crown and with

traditional implants if you're replacing just like one tooth there's a time that

you got to let those implants heal or refused to the bone before you can put

the tooth on but what's really cool about the new teeth nail procedure is

you don't have to do that and we can put the teeth on the implant

the same day so the day that I take the teeth out put the implants in we can put

this bridge on and this is showing one of the bridges it's the lower jaw and

these back one's there's some you know they're not crooked they're supposed to

be tilted like that and that does a couple different things that makes the

bridge stronger and it avoids some certain anatomy in the lower jaw that we

are very careful about where we how close we get with implants but that's

how we do it and that allows us and this is shown an upper so it's nothing like a

denture this is a full bridge secured on implants that you can't take in and out

you know it's there's nothing covering the roof of the mouth there's no wings

that go up and underneath the gums or the lips or the cheeks so it's like

having it's as close as you can get to having your natural teeth back and

having fixed fake teeth so I just have one question and the reason I bring it

up is because I think somebody that's watching today I actually spoke to on

the phone okay what would you say to somebody that's missing six or seven

teeth in a run like a whole bridge of six or seven teeth and they're kind of

contemplating whether to do something like this or replace those teeth

individually but you know it totally that's a good question but it totally

depends on that patient because there's a lot of patients that I would see that

would be in that situation that this would be by far the best treatment and

then there's because the surrounding or the remaining teeth are not in the

greatest health from like a periodontal standpoint and that you know if you've

got periodontal e involved teeth then you your implants can be compromised if

you put them close to those teeth because that's an infection yeah so

periodontal disease is just a low-grade chronic infection that's always present

and it just is constantly melting away the bone

it is yes and it's something that once it gets to a certain point it's very

difficult to treat like it's almost impossible to fix it without taking the

teeth out the cool thing about this is if patients are in this situation you

know and we do we take it you can have the most severe case of periodontal

disease but the day I take those teeth out and clean out you know clean the gum

tissue the periodontal disease is cured that day completely gone gone have to

worry about deep cleanings it's gone resolved so but back to your point but

there may be some people that have six or seven teeth missing in one area and

have really good teeth surrounding it and that patient would not be a

candidate for this they would be one that I would encourage them to you know

let's just do maybe two or three implants and do an implant bridge to

replace the area and you know it so it makes a difference and even though you

know I make obviously I make a living doing this but I don't have anything

that's as good it's what you know God gave your natural teeth are there's

nothing in the world no one has anything that is as good as your natural teeth if

your natural teeth are in good shape if they're not this is the ticket I mean

it's the best treatment that you can get and I love that you're so honest about

that because there are so many patients that walk through these doors that have

been told that they need this and then they've seen you and they're relieved

because you've told them the truth and you said to them no there's a different

solution so the really important thing is to just book a consultation sit with

him for an hour and he's gonna give you his most honest opinion you're not going

to get the you know shipped around place to place or told one thing and then told

her know that he's going to be very honest with you oh yeah because I mean

at the end of the day I may have to go home and lay my head down you know and

feel good about going to sleep about what

at work and you know that's what I honestly believe and I would try to

treat well I'd try to treat every patient the

way that I would want to be treated so you know it used to be if you look at

the the picture we'll put it back up in a minute but the upper jaw is showing

four implants and the procedure if you google you're doing your homework you

know the procedure used to be called the all-on-four technique and those days are

gone you know I don't do the four implants everybody gets six implants on

the top because that's what I would want and that's what most of the current

literature is showing the six is better on the top four is fine and the lower

jaw so you are already ahead of the game we're people are still sat doing four

implants and you guys are just pushing through

we are labs ahead of the game well you always have been I mean that's I knew

that's from the minute I got hired here so we do have one more question in they

want to somebody wants to know the link between infections and cardiovascular

problems and the connection between the gums and you know that's it you know

that's a great question and we talked about it during all of my webinars and

seminars but what the link is is that chronic low-grade infection the longer

it's there and if you think about it relates I've got a slide coming up but

it's just the bacteria that's causing the infection is constantly you rotate

circulating through the your blood vessels and it eventually does work its

way through the heart so it can lead to you know cardiovascular disease

increases your risk of having a stroke and it's so severe and there's such a

big relationship between the two that I do a lot of facial trauma at Lakeland

Regional and which is our level two trauma center here and the MA it's a

busy Hospital but what we will get called from the cardiothoracic surgeons

you know when it's emitted think about it from it will you call from the heart

surgeons that are planning to do like a valve replacement on it on whether

patients and they will not do the procedure if the patient has periodontal

disease Wow so it could be yours you're talking about like

a potentially life-saving surgery that they will not do until we clear them

from an oral health periodontal standpoint so that's I mean that's a

pretty big relationship now once the teeth are removed you said

that the periodontal has gone so people can get this procedure where they get

the teeth extracted and then get dentures currently sure but do you see a

lot of people that have done that I'm wish that they'd just skip that

whole step and come straight to this all the time you know what the most common

thing that I hear is you know it may be just fear of the procedure it may be

financial where you know just not wanting to spend the money to do like

the implants so that I can either just take them out we'll do other dentures

I'll be fine you know like my mom had dentures my grandmother had dentures

like I'll be okay and then they realize they hate their dentures right and

they'll come back in three five seven years later to do this and it's just

it's the same comment I don't know why didn't do this five years ago you know

I've wasted all this time where I could have been enjoying and not really

fussing with my denture you know setting it on my nightstand at night losing it

and my dog ate it you know there's just all these things that come along with a

denture that you know food getting caught underneath it and it hurts to

chew on the food so they got to get excused herself from dinner go the

bathroom rinse it out with these you know you treat them like natural teeth

brings me to another question that we had and somebody was asking what's the

comparison of the dental implants compared to natural teeth and I think

we've got a model over there I don't know if you

we do so you know my answer to that is that it's always different you know if

you've got great natural teeth this doesn't compare you know it does change

it's thicker you know it's one piece it's a bridge

so you're still brushing false under underneath but if you don't have the

best natural teeth then this is my mean it's an awesome appliance because it's

one bit just like to say I have natural teeth and I wouldn't mind trading out

for this because with the root canals and crowns and everything else that goes

along with natural teeth I wouldn't mind doing a procedure like this just to kind

of be done with it obviously I know it's in the future yes it's not something

that I'm ruling out at this point you know and I'm not either what it is is

the very strong material what we use for your final set of teeth is zirconia so

literally our lab upstairs takes a puck good so it's a puck of zirconia like

this that's called a puck because it looks like a hockey puck but it's they

mill a computer actually scans everything's digital scans it and mills

out your bridge perfectly and what this what our lab technicians do is they take

this and make it into this and to know if you can zoom into these but you know

the when people ask me about these the cosmetics of them I mean they're going

to look as good as you want them to as as Hollywood white and perfect as you

want to we can add as much detail and characteristics to them that you want

you know I've had I had a consult recently where you know the guy he had

you know he's had gold his front six teeth were gold he had gold caps on him

and that was important to him because that that was him and that's he didn't

want to change his appearance and have just perfectly white teeth so we talked

him we can make gold front teeth I mean it's literally they're they're all

custom so we make them look literally whatever you want them to look like I

don't even think the model does it as much justice as when you see the

patients with them in the mouth I have literally seen patients walk

through these doors and I've recognized them because they've changed so much

it's impacted their life in so many different ways that they've changed

their hair or they've changed their makeup and I haven't noticed what you

know who they were at first and then I've realized oh wait yeah you have the

dental implants but you have no idea that yeah and what people also don't

really pay attention to with teeth in general is you know your your eyes are

usually the first thing that people like look at mm-hmm which we'll get into a

little bit later when we talk about some cosmetic stuff yeah but your teeth teeth

are next you know because when you're speaking with someone and I've been

watching you sit here listening to me talk you're looking at Mel I'm kind of

get a little self-conscious about the pet but you know that's what people do

and you know the teeth when you can put the teeth in the right position which we

can with implants and make people who have like a really narrow arch you widen

it out it mean it really does change the overall appearance of the person and

you're gonna say I'm gonna get to some of these slides and then the other cool

thing that I think Jason just told me that someone was asking about

maintenance that is a very good thing about these because you treat them like

your natural teeth you brush them with a toothbrush toothpaste you know a couple

times the day and just like I do with my natural teeth you want to floss them

like I'm supposed to do good but no the my to go twos that I recommend every

you do with these Sonicare toothbrush whether you have your natural teeth or

you have these implant to get a Sonicare toothbrush and get a Waterpik that's the

two best things you can ever do to take care of your teeth whether they're my

implants or your natural teeth I need to say and then you do go we recommend

anything that's you can't take out and wash under it you know in a sink with

soap and water like a denture you go get professionally cleaned by dentist every

you know six eight months you got to take care of them what would the cost of

that be just once a year just whatever a routine cleaner just like a routine

cleaning yeah I'd say the average is probably around a hundred dollars so

it's a lesser than dental insurance when you think about it it's not your

insurance you're tempting me I kind of want to have this procedure pay for the

cleanings and have that done every six months because anything you put in your

mouth that you can't take out the way your body's designed and your spit

glands the salary glands empty in certain spots and where they empty you

will collect plaque and calculus that's just the way it happens so if you can't

take it out it's something you can't brush off you need a dentist to clean

that for you so you do have to take care of them you know it's not an end-all

where now you get these implants in you never brush your teeth again you have to

take care of them but it's very easy and it's actually easier than it is with

your natural teeth you see people that go a few years without doing anything

they don't need yeah yes it does to the best of us but we don't judge you know

just come in we take care of you say all right so your first visit is obviously

you call Emily and she could schedule you to come in for a consult where we

get a cat scan and it's listed on there's a knock at and that gives me

pretty much all the information I need about what you look like on the inside I

know how much bone you have and where your best bone is

and then from looking in your mouth and looking at the cat scan which we look at

together we develop a treatment plan and figure out how we're going to do what we

need to do so before and after and you know these are my favorite yes

these you know I can't tell you except just to show you so this guy

you can look he's got the little black spot on his gum that's a draining

infection so you know missing teeth cavities just a lot of stuff going on

but he came in and I took out all of his teeth top and bottom put in implants and

the God walked out like that so this is one week after and when he came in for

his first post-op visit with me but that's just an incredible difference you

know it's something that you can just look at the picture and I can tell you

that it really does change patients it really does change your life because

he's an all white and not final picture he's like I know my teeth of this white

and he asked for them that white oh yeah no he wanted them as white as we could

go and you know and that was that's him you know he had a great personality

before we did anything to him really outgoing but now you know he comes in

when he went when he used to come in for his post-op appointments he had come

into theater and he would talk to everybody smile look look at my teeth on

me let me tell you what I had done here yeah and he would and he was so proud of

him because it you know it changed what really is day to day routine mmm you

know this lady had a car wreck when she was younger

knocked out broke like all the front teeth on her upper jaw then they decayed

so we took him out implants in all on a day you know that is I mean don't even

look like the same person now tell me a little bit about her before cuz I

remember you telling me a story and you said that she wouldn't smile

oh yeah knows it will yeah if you look at that before picture I take it you'll

learn that I take a lot of pictures when you come to see me but you know I would

try to as a card give me a smile and she she wouldn't and I was like alright just

give me a smile she grin just a little bit and look I need to see your teeth

and she's like I don't know how to do that anymore and then that's where she

gave me so she's like I'll show you my teeth and that's her smile do you see

that a lot with a lot of patients that they're just secure and they don't even

want to show their teeth all the time and then after surgery they're like

different people patients will come in for their consults and even talking to

me they'll be kind of hesitant to yeah I mean this is what I do you know it'd be

like going to and this may be a crude like comparison maybe like going to your

OBGYN and not one to take your pants off you know I mean they have to look that's

what they do and it's like but I can't tell you how many patients I see for

consult and I'm like we look at the CT scan let me look in your mouth and

they're like you know they're covering their mouth and they really do not want

me to look right and it's like I see this all the time you know it doesn't

matter what you having about the obscene you won't have seen every no and it's

right so people are really self-conscious and if they're that way

with me who is the treating surgeon that's gonna

be taking care of them I mean you know when they're out to dinner or shopping

or you know just around friends they're always you know talking this way you

know eating with their hand over the mouth or just or not not going out to

eat avoiding you know going out with friends and we hear that all the time oh

that person you definitely need to schedule a consult just to come in and

sit with him one-on-one 100% so you know we kind of touched on this a little bit

about like why do patients you typically come in and do this I think the hardest

part about patients doing the procedure is making that first step to call them

make an appointment so if you are thinking about it you know research it

you go to our website but does call and come in because you're not you know

you're not signing a contract by coming into the consult you come into the

consult and listen to what we have to say and just never come back

but I promise you when you do come in you'll probably end up scheduling but

most people do it number one reason to restore their total body health

definitely you know improve your self-confidence and bring in a smile

makes it a lot easier to eat most of the patients that we do this on either have

trouble eating because they have dentures or their teeth hurt when they

eat or they're very sensitive you're asleep during the entire procedure so

that makes it you know for all you people just afraid of the dentist you

don't have to be because you're asleep under general anesthesia we have and two

different we have anesthesia teams that come in so you're totally asleep I can't

get much easier than that what is the pain level like on a

procedure like this well you would that one would think that it would be very

high in you know difficult to control but it's not and it's very very common

for patients to come back and there O'Donnell like dr. Patrick you gave me

twenty you know twenty or tabs or twenty percocets and yeah I took one and then I

just needed talent or evian and really need to the narcotics and that's you

know that's pretty much our typical response now there's some people that

need the twenty and there are some people that don't need any so it's but

most people need pain medicine the day of and that's it do you find a lot of

people are suffering so much already and are sensitive to hot and cold because of

their teeth yeah that once they have this procedure they're kind of relieved

absolutely anything yeah absolutely that you know the pain that they're having

just on a day-to-day basis the post surgical pain is not even done compared

to that right so it's you know it's pretty nice for a person is incredible

because like you said I think a lot of people do assume that it's gonna be way

worse than it's everybody that I speak to everybody that comes in

like Oh wish I didn't see no and I would too no one held what I do the the amount

of work and the time and the surgery that is involved you would think it

would be but patients have I'll give you an example if you had a set of twins

same shape with their teeth one patient has all their teeth out in the denture

one patient has all their teeth out and these made the person that gets this is

going to have way less pain the person that had the denture put in is probably

going to go through their entire pain prescription and probably need a refill

and that's just the way it is is that do you think it's probably from the denture

being pressured onto the gums and well I think that has something to do with it

and these are totally resting on implants and I think also the way that

we do it with the new teeth nail technique but making sure there's no

sharp edges on the bone the gums are completely closed you know everything's

tight there's no open wounds it just it makes it as easy as it can be for

recovery but you need to another question does that decrease the risk of

infection yes so what is the risk of just at this procedure very low the

implants across the board are somewhere around 96 to 98 percent successful so

you know for them to get infected it's very very rare and then what kind of

medical issues would affect this people from having this procedure like would

diabetes diabetes can but for the most part is know if it's a total if it's a

patient that totally out of control you know diabetes then yeah that can

impede the healing but we still do it and you're still a

candidate we would just work with you to get your blood sugar somewhat regulated

before and we look at some other numbers too like your anyone see because that

gives us an idea about how you would heal and how long it would take the

implants to actually fuse to the bone but diabetes is not a contraindication

okay Oh any other medical issues that you

would say the only thing that I would say that I really really need to sit

down and talk to I mean we go extensively through your meds medical

history the only things that I would say that

would possibly limit or restrict somebody from having something like this

done would be some of the IV bisphosphonates those are they're a

really good drug for the people that need them but they can really stop or

impede the healing and it's not just the implants I mean it's just having a tooth

out or root canal I mean anything that you're doing something to the part of

the tooth underneath the bone or the bone it's that's a contraindication for

some of those people you said I need some because I know that we have some

people come in and it would be you know everything it's it's every treatment

plan is customized and curtailed to that specific patient so you know don't let

that scare you away I would still need to see you and want to talk to you about

your medical issues so even if you've got medical issues book the consult sit

with him one on one the console and I'll tie you a price of a consult just before

we even get there is your $60 you know fifty dollars is nothing we take over

the phone we bring you in we do a CT scanner that includes the CT scan yes it

does that does include the CT scan and you will sit with him one-on-one and he

will go into detail like he said extensive medical history you know and

make sure that you're ready and healthy to have a procedure like this done the

oral for the people who were asking about like you know heart disease and

this is due this is kind of the breakdown this is the rundown of how it

and what body parts it does affect more commonly but increase your risk heart

attack stroke you know diabetes osteoporosis the respiratory diseases

like COPD and asthma you know if you're inhaling you know the mouth is that

quote at the top of the screen it's the Gateway to an awesome creation and it

really is but it's the first thing that encounters the food you eat and the air

you breathe so when you're breathing in and you breathe in past a bunch of

severe periodontal disease and infections some of that gets sucked down

into your lungs I mean you just it's as simple as that and it stimulates you

know asthma to make it maybe you have a worst case of asthma or exacerbated like

your COPD symptoms digestive diseases you chew your food and a mouthful of

periodontal disease you're chewing it and bacteria and swallowing it so you

know it increases all those digestive diseases but the lowdown on it is just

the more your body's fighting this low-grade infection it reduces the

effectiveness of your immune system which can shorten your life expectancy

so periodontal disease is a real problem and this is kind of showing you about

what you know and this is actually not a bad case it's bad but it's nothing to it

like some people that we see but this needs to be taken care of this patient

needs dentures or implants and you know or just take their teeth out and have

gums you know there'd be a lot healthier than they would be keeping these in but

you know that's showing ya what it looks like the day of this is before the

patient was awake but that's taking the teeth out putting the implants and those

are impression pins that I've got on the the implants so these are the connectors

coming through the gum tissue that's directly attached to the implants and

then that's it that's what it looks like this is before this is immediately after

that's this is same day he came in this morning the morning like that left like

that and totally healthy mouth new teeth she's changed him

as a person even its smile it's like more real and what's cool about him and

we in that picture he can walk out in the office and go home and eat dinner

talk to me a little bit about that because we haven't spoken about that so

the teeth are done in a single day but the first set of teeth are temporary

they're not these are Konya teeth showing so the first set there's two

sets of teeth that's included with a procedure the teeth we put on our

temporary teeth and they're made of acrylic you wear those for six months

and there's a really good reasons that we do that a lot of places will go ahead

and put your final teeth on like the next day or the same day and then

they'll say alright yeah catch you later and you're dying but the problem with

that is your gums will shrink we know that your so when we put your here's

your gum level we put in those temporary teeth and it's butted up against the

gums your gums are going to shrink so you get a little space in between the

bridge and the gums you're gonna hate it as the patient I'm gonna love it

as your surgeon because it's easy for you to clean so well everything is

healing it's very easy for you to keep it super clean then once the implants

have healed which takes somewhere four to six months then we make the final

teeth out of surco mia and you know but when I say temporary and final the

temporary teeth still look really good our goal with the temporary teeth we

just see it oh yeah those are his temporaries alright but our goal is is

we want your temporary teeth to be what you want for your final fight so when

you do come back to me to have the final teeth fabricated you just say hey I love

them don't any changes duplicate them in their zirconia but the other cool thing

about that is if you do want it changes these are like your test drive set you

can change the color and you can search any size you can change the shape you

know there's a lot of things you can change about the teeth so you're not

stuck from day one with what you have you know so it's you walk test driving

for six months if you love them we duplicate them and making them better

materia if you want to change something about

them we can change it yeah and you don't get those final teeth until you're 100%

happy which is really cool and going back to when you said some places will

put the teeth in your mouth and then that's it they leave you like bye have a

good day what they then do is they call you and say would you like to upgrade to

the zirconia well there shouldn't be an additional fee we like to keep it all in

one so everything that we talk about hearing this webinar is all-inclusive

which is really nice and that is one thing that if you're shopping around

make sure you ask that because that is very common for us to hear we do a lot

of second opinions and I encourage second opinions if you come see me first

hey go see someone else and you know because we want you to be totally bought

into the system and 100% sure that you want this and you want me to do it and

and I'm very confident and comfortable that if you do go see someone else I'll

be doing your treatment and and I'm not being cocky by saying that I'm not

trying to come across that way but that's what we see and I know what we

offer and what we do and that's just the way there are too many places that are

very deceiving and a we're not named bashes so we're not gonna call them out

of course we're not no because we want to talk about how good we can do it not

how bad they can do it correct but it is important to do your research thoroughly

and make sure all of your questions are being answered and make sure that

everything is included and it's really not the other facilities fault it's just

that they don't have the lab on site like we have so they probably can't make

this our Konya all-inclusive whereas we have the lab and the technicians and the

surgeons that are able to do so so just like he said second opinions research

research research so if you wanna be truly healthy you gotta you know think

at least think about your mouth who's a candidate we've talked about this you

know no teeth are unhappy with your dentures mouth full of bad teeth severe

periodontal disease if you've ever been told that you don't have enough bone you

need to come see me I've never had a patient yet that did not have enough

bone to do this procedure and that's very important

before this lady is an example of that didn't it she didn't have enough bone

friend plans until she came to see us and then she had enough bone for

implants magically you know because of the documents we could offer that to her

and it really changed you know her outlook

I mean she's her self-confidence went up she loves her teeth this lady had a

denture teeth look good you know I mean you can't really tell she thought would

get bad because it's a denture she hated it so we put in implants went out in a

parking lot broke her denture she threw it away and

she before and after these are right when he came back and got his final

zirconia tea six months later I mean look at those though and that's what I'm

talking about about the appearance of the face in general you look at this and

then you look at him that's a big big difference shotgun was late you been

wearing a denture on the top a snap on dentures on the bottom she'd been told

several other surgeons that she was not a candidate for implants just get used

to her denture invest in some glue you know the denture adhesive and she hated

it she came in to see me she in her comment was I know there's nothing that

you can do but I wanted to just just want to come and see and we get home

saga Matic implants and that's her you know after full set of bread you know

implants mean just the way they look like to me that doesn't even look like

the same woman just because it's such a drastic change obviously is I mean who

Tala is but you know just oh yeah yeah much happier yes this lady you know came

in same same thing he had a lot of dental work in the past a lot of root

canals on crowns out of bridges all failing and she

an offer to denture young healthy lady this person does not need a denture so

she needed sangomas she came down she's the out-of-state flew in we did the

procedure and that's her I mean look at that that and these are showing I love

this x-ray because it shows you this is so your gum or your cheekbone is sitting

here here that's the zygomatic implant totally bypasses the sawdust but it

gives her that I mean if you look at this you can't tell it is Bend

someone that's got traditional implants or even a general dentist can't look in

your mouth and see that you've got psychobos they can on an x-ray because

they look funny but you know you treat them just like a regular implant so the

new teeth now total facial makeover just I want touch on this really quick

another part of my practice is facial cosmetics so we do everything from Botox

fillers you know lip womp procedures chin and cheek

implants brow lifts I would enhancement facelifts and neck lifts and rhinoplasty

switch our nose jobs but the reason that I want to just touch on this is because

a lot of our patients that that need like this they also have lost a lot of

volume from bone walls and that's something that you know you do this and

put in a couple cheek implants on a patients that that's on some patient

that has a lot of volume loss and it totally I mean it takes off 15-20 years

right just restoring that volume back to what it used to be and so that's what I

think also sets you know kind of sets me apart a little bit from other places is

with the training that I had that I was lucky enough to get at University of

Florida and Jacksonville you know the the attendings there were incredible so

we from the trauma to the cosmetics - you know these full mouth reconstruction

we literally got it - oh and then you throw on a cosmic even like this one

yeah before and after you know she came in

for implants she saw one of my little brochures that we did cosmetics here was

talk to me about that and she ended up doing a full mouth implant procedure and

a co2 laser resurfacing of her face of the skin and you know this she's all

these little fine lines and wrinkles and there's sunspots and the age spots and

you know just even droopy eyelids so we did that procedure co2 all the same day

all while she's asleep and this looks like her younger sister it does I mean

it's just a big bitch that's not a facelift no that's just a laser

resurfacing Wow this is a facelift I'll run through some

of these facelift and what I do not do is I don't give patients like a plastic

look I don't want you to leave here and be eating at a restaurant and somebody

I'll come and we get what do you see that a facelift yeah let's get it like

she's been in a wind tunnel or you know hurricanes coming through which does

happen here but we don't want your face to be you know drawn straight tight back

so you know that's just a good natural improvement I mean you look at the

profile wow I don't know like she's had a lot of cosmetic surgery unless you saw

her before you know and then but you know totally rejuvenated her co2 laser

before and after chin implant 30-minute procedure all this is she's just

continually born this way but the chin implant I mean only that it's a huge

difference and then back to the implants they never you know they're never going

to need a root canal they're not going decay they're very easy to maintain we

talked about the maintenance and you know the new teeth now procedure the way

we do it here like that's just and if you look at her

her before and after and she's so and you know very well see how happy she is

she wants to tell everybody she offers her personal cellphone you know patience

considering it because she wants to talk to him about hey this is what I went

through this is what it felt like after this what it was like a week after this

is when I went back to work and you know she's just so happy with what happened

to her here and we love hearing those stories and and we get to the you know

we do get to know our patients because you know it's I'm not seeing you every

day but I'm we're getting to nutty over a six-month time period and you know

it's just we take pride in that because it's cool to get to know them on

a personal level I mean I think that starts right from the phone call I mean

as soon as you call in and you talk to me or grace or Shawna or Debbie or

Nicole I know I mean we want to try and get to know you as much as possible over

the phone before we even bring you in and you'll get that feeling as soon as

you call us so like I said making a consult making that phone call it's

super super important let's talk about everything being under one roof

yes let's do how we do the consult the impressions of surgery so the fact that

we've got the lab in-house is amazing yes it makes a bit it makes a big

difference because we did a show in Tampa the morning blend and now is one

thing that they were very impressed and hit on on this morning talk show and you

know it's it's very important for patients to know this and it's something

that that I think makes a huge difference because I feel like that we

have the best of the best in each category here so from like you you know

talking to people on the phone and working they're working through their

fears I know you do and and not everybody does but working through their

fears to answer their questions and get them to come in and you know to the

implant consult and the coordinator is making you feel very where it's not like

you're really self-conscious about being here or scared about being here or

embarrassed about being here and to you know the the restorative

doctors we have like you know with doctrine if I was just unbelievable in

what he does and in patients love them so typically our out-of-state patients

they'll come back to see him for their cleanings every you know every six

months they'll fly in or drive in to see them from out of town just because

they're comfortable with him to our lab technicians who are here in-house and

that's with the teeth being made here and the lab technicians here if there's

an issue or a patient has a question we don't have to call the lab in California

we don't have to send them out and have something done and wait on them to come

back wait on your teeth to be shipped back

usually the lab technician or the lab artist is what I call them can come out

look at you talk to you figure out what the problem is and correct it right

there on the spot you know and that's that to me is priceless to have that

here and then the final teeth are fabricated here so you know the quality

control checks are here you know so nothing leaves the lab until we're happy

with it so that's important the procedure is done in one day we talked

about the temporary teeth being acrylic and the final teeth being zirconia and

here are two of our implant coordinators Shawna and the blue shirt and Debbie in

the black blazer you'll either you'll meet with one of them two or possibly

even Emily if you come in for a consult and so you'll get to know you know

you'll get to know these people here that's doctrine to follow and that is a

terrible picture of me that is my surgical staff and you know you'll get

to know Corey Amanda and Charlene because it is a small it's a very big

office square footage-wise because we have everything here but it's a very

small office with and we want it to have that small office feel so you get to

know us on a personal level and patients call in and be like they'll ask for

Amanda hey I need to call and schedule for not my post-op appointment or

you know my evaluation so you'll get to know them so our anesthesia team Jack

Daniel and Kim cherry you know they both have years and years of experience

they're very good at what they do so they make it very comfortable and

provide safe anesthesia this is our entire team and this is the office that

we have in Lakeland so you know you can see that we do have about you know

40-something employees and that's what makes this place run it is you know we

call it the dream team and and for good reason because the way you can change

patients lives on a daily basis I mean it does make their dream come true thank

BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY: Cast members talk about the chemistry they had with each other - Duration: 4:23.

I already loved them maybe so much even though I only got to see 30 minutes of the film. I know it's kind of soon but I

want to say that it's going to be my favorite movie of the year because I love musicals and there's obviously so

much great music in this movie. I just had a huge smile on my face for 30

minutes today, and I didn't even realize that all of these iconic songs are Queen,

and I think that's something because it was before my time, but I feel like that makes it the perfect movie for this generation.

Yeah I mean all of those, all

of that music is so universal we just hear it everywhere we go, don't we? In like sports stadiums, on the radio, on TV, but I think sometimes

we take it for granted. So it's good to kind of go back to the origins of this

music, to the band that created it and tell that story.

The first two songs I ever heard were Bohemian Rhapsody and Another One

Bites the Dust, and I didn't realize that was the same band. Like that music

is so like incredibly different and like to think that it's the same four people

doing all that stuff is wild. Exactly, today when I was watching the

clips I'm like, oh this was all from just one band, all of these different songs

that I totally know and love. I think that'll surprise a lot of people as well.

I assume that you guys played a lot of pranks on each other because it looked

like you had so much fun in the scenes. You guys have such great chemistry and I

just looked like a total blast. What were some of the craziest pranks that you

pulled on set? There's a lot of stuff that we kind of created on the day,

wasn't there? There's a lot of ad-libbing and messing around. Yeah, there was a lot of

trying to make each other laugh during takes. And we would often,

poor Ben isn't here, but we would make fun of him every day. He brings it on himself.

He adjusted his drums 20 times a day. They were never right.

They were never right. Even when he had a scene where was just one drum, he would

sit there and he'd turn it. And so I think I have about 75 pictures of him

just, just like us being like, oh yeah. I think very early on in

the shoot as well there was a scene in backstage at Live Aid and me and Joe

were just in the background like kind of miming a conversation drinking a

cup of tea being the good kind of British characters that we were. And I

just very quietly during a take started speaking some very crude Kanye West

lyrics. Love that. Pretty, pretty, pretty explicit. We also put a picture of us hugging on Ben's

drum kit so that when he showed up it would be our picture on all of the drums. But would that make

him beat it harder? You know what I mean? We were helping him.

Technically that's why those scenes were so good and his drum solos are amazing. You're welcome. And I think the

first time that you guys stepped on the set as these guys you performed in

front of a live audience? Yeah. Oh yeah. What's with that? Like they don't get to

just give you an easy scene to kind of warm you up first? Yeah, we had to do, we on day one we

were supposed to actually reproduce what is considered possibly the greatest rock

concert of all time. You know, in the deep end. Yeah, definitely in the deep end. We had,

you know it was good in one sense because we had some time, not enough time,

but some time to rehearse with one another and that started to build a

really strong camaraderie. There was no time to not like anybody in the

group. We were all in and all having a blast, and all in it together.

You know, I think we really helped get each other get through the entire

experience. It was a really full-on way to start the shoot during Live Aid, but

actually it kind of galvanized us, it reinforced us together as a band and

it meant that as we went on and did concerts later on in this shoot, we had

like a shorthand and we knew how to interact with each other and how to

move around the stage with each other so that by the end, towards the end of the shoot, it became kind of instinctive really.

Dr. N Discusses About How Long to Wait after Changing Doses - Duration: 3:33.

Good morning, Its Dr. Nemechek again of The Nemechek Protocol™ in Buckeye, Arizona.

A quick little video on something that gets said all the time on

the blog, is something along the lines of; "I changed the dose of inulin from this

to that, and in one day I noticed something could that possibly be true?"

Okay? So the whole focus here is on changing doses, and what you have to

do, or how long you have to wait to, you know, draw some conclusion. You know, when

you aren't changing doses - you gotta look at your kid - you got good days and bad days.

You got this and that, and most of it's inexplicable. And many times you

aren't trying to link it to anything because you haven't really purposefully done anything.

Well, what you have to worry about is, those same changes occur

the day after you've changed a dose or something, okay? So, don't change the

inulin from you know, a teaspoon to 3/4's, and then something

happens the next day, and then write me and say "Could that possibly be?"

More likely not, alright? And so, you've got to learn to kind of gauge your decision making,

otherwise you're gonna get lost. People get lost ALL the time.

They'll write me "I did this and then two days later I did that, and then I did this, and

then I did that, and then..." you know, it's no wonder they're lost.

Okay so, here's some simple rules: When you change fish oil doses, or olive oil

doses, I personally wouldn't expect any real significant change for two weeks at

the earliest, to more likely 4, 6 weeks. Alright? For that to really have an

impact that you could make a solid decision about. The oils penetrate the brain,

penetrate your other tissues SLOWLY, just like when you just start the fish oil.

In an adult we know it takes, so those Omega-3s

it takes four to six weeks for that to have a full effect, just start to

have the full effect in the brain. Okay? So the oils you gotta wait several,

several weeks, generally like a month is kind of in my mindset when I'm

talking to patients, and changing doses, and trying to decide what went on.

Now the inulin is a little faster, like I mean you know, you see that when you

start the fish oil and you get the awakening. But still though, you've got so

many ups and downs, I really would, I tell people you know,

wait a week, two weeks, to see what that new dose is doing. Because you've got to

take into consideration these ups and downs that are happening all the time anyhow.

Alright? So, fish oils, olive oil - a month. You know say two weeks, would be a

good line, good, good point to wait on the inulin before making a decision.

And then when you go like that, you'll get, it's much less of a chance you're gonna get yourself lost.

Alright? So I hope that helps, this is Dr. Patrick Nemechek

of The Nemechek Protocol™ in Buckeye, Arizona.

Have a great day, bye.

One year anniversary - THANK YOU - Good Talk about life - Duration: 5:16.

I want to talk about this series. Tomorrow, October 31st marks the one year

anniversary of the good talk series. I uploaded a video where I talked about

shut up and listen, where taking in what other people say before you talk is an

essential part of, you know being a decent person. And that followed videos

about introvert versus extrovert. It has been for me sort of a safe space

even though it's very public. It's been a place where I've been able to express

myself in a totally different way from what I've been doing before.

Somehow it almost feels like before 2017 I hardly had any problems in the world but of

course I had. But I never thought that this series would be what it has become.

A safe space not just for me but for so many people.

The beautiful sharing of comments under the videos where people express how they

feel about a certain topic that I bring up. But also people who message me,

who email me and who talk to me on a more private level

I don't know. I've done a lot of things on this the site but as a project,

as a longer project I don't think I've been more proud of anything that I've done.

And a lot of people have been saying in in comments.

Girls and women often have people talk to you, men often don't.

Because men, traditionally they're closed in. They keep their feelings inside.

They don't express the things that I've expressed. I've noticed also both

through comments but also especially through private messages, emails and

and face-to-face conversations, how by doing this, it has opened up a way for

them to express feelings back. To acknowledge how you feel.

When we feel great we have no problems expressing that most of us.

But when we're feeling low and we're down there for us men, we we tighten our fist in

our pockets and we suck it up. But we keep it like locked down.

We keep it under the surface. And who knows one day, it'll just explode.

When people ask me like are you happy about the views? and I've been saying this for

for, actually for years. For me, when it comes to these kinds of videos, views are

not important. It's when I manage to touch people's emotions and when I

manage to push a certain button and I get comments.

Because I create a scenario where people feel safe to express their feelings about a certain topic.

And you have discussions, and I've learned so much about myself through

people watching and through people commenting.

Even though we share this world where we live together, what happens inside our heads are often

so different and it's culture based, it's gender based and I think that we can,

we can begin to learn a lot about each other from opening up and sharing

what we feel and not just when we feel great. So I'm excited to continue this series.

To continue to talk about things that are important to me.

Both the things that are great because I need a space on this channel to do that as well,

but also when things are not great. Because I think it's important in my

introvert extrovert, you know, jumping from one of the other

because I'm really I'm split down the middle. Where the 10 Swedish Words and

Language Challenge really propels my extrovert side, the Good Talk

series becomes something where I can be more private. And many of you who know me

in person, in real life, you know that that's how I operate.

So I want to thank you. Thank you to all of you especially you people who have

commented and have been consistent commenters throughout this series.

There are so many of you and and if you're new here; yeah I've uploaded 48 episodes

where I talk about how I feel. Join the conversation, it's fun. So again thank you

so much for this first year and let's let's keep this rolling.

Let's keep sharing what we feel and maybe we can live better lives because of it.

Good talk.

Prince Charles Just Made a Rare Comment About Grandson Prince George — and a Surprise Gift for Him - Duration: 3:19.

Prince Charles is giving his 5-year-old grandson Prince George a gift that keeps on giving

The royal spoke candidly about a special present he planted for his first grandson just after his birth in July 2013 in the upcoming documentary, Prince, Son and Heir: Charles at 70

Speaking from his arboretum at his Scottish home of Birkhall, Charles gestures to dozens of trees that were planted when the royal was born five years ago, and says: "This is George's wood

"  "As I get older, all I really long for is to plant trees," Charles, who has a lifelong commitment to conservation and the environment, continues

"I hope it will be quite amusing for George, as they grow up, and he grows up."  Charles' wife, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, also appears in the documentary, adding: "You can't believe how much it's grown

It was tiny when it was all planted. The next thing you know, you're being dwarfed by it

"  Charles' son Prince Harry recently praised his dad for bringing attention to environmental issues

While in Sydney last weekend, Harry gave a speech at the Australian Geographic Society Awards, and referred to speeches given by his father almost 50 years ago that still ring true

"My father and others have been speaking about the environment for decades – not basing it on fallacy or new-age hypothesis, but rooted in science and facts, and the sobering awareness of our environmental vulnerability," said Harry

"And while those speeches would sometimes fall on deaf ears, he and others were unrelenting in their commitment to preserve the most valuable resource we have – our planet

"  Prince Charles is about to become a grandfather for the fourth time as Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting their first child in the spring

Charles is already a proud grandfather to George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis

Charles released a humorous statement after the birth of Louis in April.  "We are both so pleased at the news," he said

"It is a great joy to have another grandchild, the only trouble is I don't know how I am going to keep up with them

"  Prince, Son and Heir: Charles at 70, will air on November 1 on BBC One in honor of Charles' upcoming landmark 70th birthday
