How will you be voting on Prop 420? - Duration: 2:14.

Of course 418 isn't the only proposition on the ballot. There are a number of others and for Flagstaff residents. In particular,

there are three that address public transportation.

One of those is proposition 420, which if passed will increase the sales tax within city limits,

with the intention of building an overpass to give downtown traffic

another option to avoid being stuck behind a train. NAZ Today's Joey Wright reports.

If you live in Flagstaff, you know the traffic

can be a nightmare especially downtown.

That's what proposition 420 is designed to address, but this is an image of the

Lone Tree railroad overpass. Prop manager of the Flagstaff metropolitan planning organization, David Wessel, says if proposition

420 passes, the city has a lot of work ahead of them. Wessel: "Building a

overpass connecting Butler to Route 66 up and over the railroad tracks at Lone Tree Road."

That's right, if passed you'll be able to go from here

to here without having to worry about this, but it's not going to be cheap. Wessel: "About 73 million dollars.

It's fairly expensive just because you're you're jumping over the railroad tracks." Plus making adjustments to Lone Tree and Route 66

at the new intersection and some purchasing power will be needed to pave the way. Wessel: "Because it's cutting across

properties and not just parallel to properties, like a road widening,

does involve the purchase or acquisition of several key parcels.

There are a handful, I think five homes,

that will be impacted." To pay for the project, the proposition will add a

0.23 percent sales tax on items that already have a sales tax for the next 20 years.

To put it in perspective, that would be a 23 cent tax on a hundred dollar purchase.

Aside from educating the public on the city's proposition, Wessel only has one piece of advice. Wessel: "I just encourage everybody to get out and vote"

Arsenal news: Seaman reveals when Petr Cech will replace Bernd Leno in Premier League - Duration: 2:23.

Will Angela Merkel survive until 2021? German chancellor may be ousted - Daily News - Duration: 5:32.

Germans are doubting whether Angela Merkel can hold power for the next three years

The 64-year-old yesterday announced she will step down as leader of her centre-right party in December this year but remain chancellor until 2021

Analysts have said this weakens her at home and abroad, making it likely that she will be ousted before the end of her term

Former finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble told Deutsche Welle: 'There are three years to go in the legislature period

We will see if it will really be the case [that Merkel remains chancellor].''She is today no longer as strong as perhaps at the peak of her successful time, that's obvious going by the vote results,' he added

Merkel said she will not stand to be chancellor if a snap election were called before 2021

This led to speculation the Merkel era will end sooner than expected. 'Whether Merkel will really govern as chancellor until 2021 and then leave politics as promised, or whether the events would suddenly become uncontrollable for her, that's no longer up to her alone,' wrote newspaper Der Spiegel

Merkel's socialist predecessor Gerhard Schröder stepped down as head of his party in 2004 but remained chancellor until 2005

 Merkel said at the time he lost authority and the move spelled 'the beginning of his end'

 Whether or not Merkel will be ousted depends largely on who ends up taking over her party, the Christian Democratic Union

She has been in power for 13 years and at the helm of her party for 18.Three candidates are CDU general secretary Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, health minister Jens Spahn and former chief of the party's parliamentary group Friedrich Merz

Another name touted by German media is Armin Laschet, who is also the state premier of Germany's most populous region North Rhine-Westphalia

Laschet said Monday he has not declared his candidacy as it was 'more important at this time to reflect, to see what (Merkel's departure) means for the party and how the party can be kept united'

'If Merkel's favourite Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer wins in December, then Merkel's chances at staying in power are good,' wrote Der Spiegel

But if a critic like Spahn or Merz gets the top job, 'then Merkel's chancellorship will likely be over more quickly

' According to Bild, five CDU heavyweights have already for weeks been plotting against Merkel

The group had planned to hold talks to get Merkel to leave if she failed to do so at her own initiative after the regional vote in the state of Hesse, reported Bild

Merkel announced her decision to leave the political stage a day after the CDU was given a hammering during Sunday's Hesse vote

She has said she would not back any candidate, adding that she 'will accept any democratic decision taken by my party

'Merkel had enjoyed the support of Germans as a guarantor of stability and prosperity, having steered the country through financial crises and keeping Europe's biggest economy humming with unemployment striking post-reunification record lows month after month

But her power has been on the wane since her 2015 decision to keep Germany's borders open at the height of Europe's migrant crisis, ultimately allowing in more than one million asylum seekers

The mass arrivals left a deep rift in German society, and fuelled the rise of the far-right AfD, fundamentally redrawing the political map

Besides the CDU internal power struggle that could determine her future, her departure could also be precipitated if her junior coalition partner, the Social Democratic Party, pulls the plug prematurely

Prince Charles 'will make Camilla Queen' when he becomes King - Duration: 2:34.

 Prince Charles could take over as monarch in just three years.  That's according to revelations about the Royal Family in a new book

 It is claimed the Queen will soon stand aside.  This is in spite of her promises to reign for the rest of her life when crowned in 1953

 Naturally, in the midst of all the speculation, many have been left pondering what Camilla's title will be

 The Duchess of Cornwall married into the Royal Family more than a decade ago.  Charles is believed to intend to make his wife Queen Camilla one day - providing he becomes King

 It was a long-standing plan for Camilla to become Princess Consort if Charles succeeded his mother on the throne

 But now it appears that plan has been put on the back-burner, with Camilla set for a more prestigious title

 "It is intended that Mrs. Parker Bowles should use the title HRH The Princess Consort when The Prince of Wales accedes to The Throne," a statement by Clarence House read when the couple got married

 This manner of giving Camilla a title is similar to what happened with our current Queen and Prince Philip

 Prince Philip is prince consort, rather than a king.  HOWEVER, when Charles does accede the throne, he will have the power to have Camilla titled as he sees fit

 Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told the Express that Charles IS likely to give her the title because "every king has had a queen"

 He added: "Although the official line still is that the Duchess of Cornwall will be Princess Consort when Prince Charles ascends the throne, the choice is Charles's and he will make it within a day of the Queen's passing

 "She is expected to be Queen as every king has had a queen."
