Hello everyone, in today's video I am going to show you the complete line of Etirama's machines.
Come see how the factory is full today.
Busy production line, full of machines - there are 16 equipments in manufacturing,
most of it is the Superprint model, equipped with Chill Drum for the printing of many substrates.
We are here in the Machine Assembly Department of Etirama,
and the first model I want to present you is the Superprint model.
Here we have six units of the model in manufacturing, and practically
all equipped with the Chill Drum system, for printing films without
support with UV ink - not only UV ink but also water-based paint,
solvent ink ... this one here is configured with eight colors,
hot air drying, with UV drying ...
This is a beautiful equipment, it is being exported in the coming weeks
for Latin America.
This machine in particular is also a Superprint, we put it on it
print heads with the Easy Concept system, which is an exclusivity of Etirama in Brazil.
So it has ten heads, is a ten colors machine,
and these heads have been here since June 2018.
They are here for testing, to be tested. It's a prototype model.
We test thoroughly before going online. It equips our launch of January 2019,
which is the Neo Evo. This machine is already approved, all important tests have already been done
for us to be sure that the head works very well, and this machine
in particular is going to a partner, a client of ours, in the city of Lima, Peru.
Well, as I said, an opportunity where we see the whole product line
of Etirama. Here is a Fit, one of our main products,
We have here two Fits, with eight colors, 250 mm wide,
an ideal machine, a perfect machine for the printing of labels with UV ink.
This machine in particular, was recently presented at Labelexpo in Chicago,
in the United States, now Label 2018, that happened in September.
It is our best seller of Etirama.
Now, look at how interesting this machine is. A small Fit 350 (mm) wide,
but configured with only two colors.
We sell this machine many times without any color or with just one color,
and it works very well as a die-cutting machine, for printing blank labels,
labels with one color. In the future, the customer can open it and expand it,
It is a machine that comes with everything: web guide, tension control, high speed,
large counter-knife with 100mm diameter. An excellent value for money option.
Even this little giant, configured as die-cutter only,
it can substitute from three to four small die-cutters, those old
machines made from bench. So it really is an equipment with great value-money.
And our slitter line, high-performance slitters: the Evo Slitter.
This machine that we launched in 2016,
we are manufacturing this model nonstop. Here we also have three units
which are at the end of the manufacturing process. We have almost 40
units of this machine, part installed and part in the manufacturing.

so here's how here's how the YouTube channel thing went down um so and thank
you guys for letting us know cuz a lot I saw a lot of comments from you guys
coming about hey your channel got taken down or suspended or suddenly taken down
we did the podcast last week it was aces like it always is called were fucking
town and nailed it nailed it just right out of the park and out of ten podcast
again so we have they were leaving and I went to do whatever I was gonna do and
you went to do it you go make the thumbnails
yeah and I'll make those by hand then I look at my phone and I got a text from I
think Zach info Zach and is like hey did you see that the channel got taken down
I was like what cuz that's never happened to me on any channel yeah rap
battles or epiclloyd or saying nothing and I thought it was a joke
first because the day before was that big YouTube glitch like the whole
YouTube website went down for like four hours the day before which was a little
bit mysterious and I was like wow it'll probably just come back and like an hour
stuff we were shut down for what three days it was closer to two to I'm we're
between a day and a half in two days felt like an eternity felt like a long
time yeah I go home we do the podcast I go home cuz I gotta you know make the
thumbnails so that I can you know get everything sort of organized and all the
metadata and all that nerdy stuff and I'm making this thumbnail and i refresh
the page to check something out and it's like it's I actually have I have a copy
of it did you I took a picture of mom oh did you yeah
yeah like we get this message and it says we would like to inform you that
due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines your YouTube
account kings of influence has been suspended spended we didn't even get a
warning not no no warning shot and I so it was they said it was due to spam or
scam that was what got me I was like cuz I thought for a second it was like man
it's like you you're not allowed to be like too good-looking on YouTube so I
thought that's what I above my go to as well yeah usually shut us down but it
was for him or scam I was like well that's that but seriously I thought
maybe it was language or maybe it was content because sometimes you talk about
some pretty racy stuff yeah but usually I get a warning for that at least a
warning and we what one email and it was dated an hour
before they shut it down that was like we're shutting you down yeah yeah that
wasn't a warning that was like hey we're cutting you down we're shutting you down
who this you're done no strikes no nothing no flag
yeah no anything no just done so we then we scramble then we scrambled all the
fighters I called Lloyd a hundred times well I um I just felt like a little bit
powerless for a second because it's what do you do like we're like big time
youtubers right and so we have people to call but I immediately put myself in the
shoes of someone who didn't have anybody to call at YouTube because because you
contested it right you can test hi I formally contest there's like a button
on the back end that's like do you want to contest this like hell yeah I want to
contest it yeah and so I can test it knowing that that's probably not gonna
get anywhere because it's a bullshit system so I can test it in a few hours
later it's like we have reviewed your contest your appeal and sorry but you're
gonna keep your channel down and it's like what the hell was it even down for
right why why did it look why do you why do you take our channel down and then
you give us these broad sweeping explanations of why you took it down but
but there's no specifics we don't know what we did I don't know what rules we
broke I've been doing I've been wrong I've been on this site for 11 years yeah
never had a channel taken down anything like that never had any real issue with
anything and then one day out of nowhere our podcast gets taken to podcast our
baby podcast let's show a nips no we're not God
forbid showing ladies this is not Nazi propaganda it was like it was crazy
because manure like my whole life revolves around one website like if I
was a plumber or a carpenter or something and someone stole my hammer
like I'm gonna go get another hammer and there's gonna be toilets that get backed
up but like this website is our thing man so then to be like wrongly
classified and to be spam and then to have it the the appeal rejected by
supposedly a real human being yeah because it supposedly which is totally
unrealistic because the amount of like the amount in coming they were yeah I
doubt a real human saw that well lucky luckily I don't
only rely on this one website no I take matters in their own hands I have a huge
massive a massive presence on Facebook doing incredibly well there yeah cuz
here's the thing about being an influencer so if you work at a bank if
you work at Bank of America or something and let's say you work there ten years
yeah and then one day you get laid off I need a job so then you go over to Wells
Fargo and you apply and you go well look I got 10 years of experience over at
working in checking and Bank of America and this was my ending salary and I'd
kind of like to start here with a salary close to that yeah and then they hire
you're they don't when you're an influencer you can't like like if you if
YouTube gets shut down you can't just go over to Facebook and be like hey look so
I had a 3 million subscribers over on YouTube if you guys could hand me I
don't know maybe 2 million followers or so and you know I was making a pretty
good living over there so if you guys can almost match that and you can work
our way up I think that would be good right it doesn't happen you put it work
when you go to when you switch over to a new platform you're almost starting at
zero you can drive some traffic but not if the original site is dead like if
YouTube ends tomorrow how are you gonna drive that you do traffic over to a new
site so I don't know I don't depend on just the one and I don't think anyone
else should either I give these young bucks a little advice and I'm like pick
two sites yeah I mean that makes a lot of sense at least I feel like we were
the same way at the rap battles in terms of like but everything was always
dependent on one project so if we did we had the YouTube channel and we started
the Facebook channel in the Instagram channel people would go to the Facebook
channel to either see the Rap Battles there if we decided to put them there or
see some sort of complementary or you know side content or something like that
it but starting a new product on a new platform is incredibly hard especially
if you're already known for one thing yeah I've had that struggle being like I
want to do my own music or I want to do a different project and there's a small
percentage of people that are super open to it and super accepting of it and the
majority of them are like fuck your life give me what I want
right and they only want the one thing and you tailor your product to that
platform so if you make videos for YouTube they're sort of tailored to the
YouTube algorithm if you're smart for example you wouldn't make a podcast and
go put it on snapchat it wouldn't work right right so it is very
difficult to make one product and sort of copy/paste it to every platform in
fact that's not a strategy at all if someone told me they did that I'd be
like well that's just not gonna last okay that was so trade what happened so
yeah so then you I called my usual con million times like you're in like you're
my mother and I ran out of money or something you could call your mom for
money no I wish uh so I call you and I because I know you have a contact over
YouTube I don't have a contact over there yeah I call you you hit up your
contact we hear nothing you hit up some other contacts over there we hear
nothing about a day and a half goes by and you get an email from YouTube and it
says what I got a email from my YouTube people that said and we're still in
post-apocalypse mode yeah at this point we're like I don't know if we're gonna
get our channel back I don't know if that we broke any rules somehow like
maybe accidentally or and that's what we wanted to know we wanted to know if we
had done something wrong could we could adjust and the other thing that was a
bummer - you're just talking about analog analytics and all that stuff is
when you upload videos like we have been and when you just upload on a regular
schedule what it does is it affects the algorithm of YouTube so that we pop up
more in your feed and things like that and when you ruin that on that roll on
that cycle it kind of screws that up and you start from zero yeah yeah even if
you shut even if you shut down for a day it's gonna restart you on the algorithm
yeah so finally and you tweeted at YouTube and finally on I don't know what
Saturday or Friday they they they put us back live again we went back live again
just suddenly suddenly I don't know where we didn't hear anything about what
had happened until after we were back live and what I got back was the policy
team just got back to me kings of influence has been restored occasionally
a video flagged by users or identified by our spam team is mistakenly taken
down which is what likely happened in your case I mean I guess I it's like
thank you for helping and thank you for getting back to me and thank you for
like somebody did something over there you got it done so thank you for that
but that's still super vague yeah does anything it's like it if how do we not
have that happen you know like how do we or was it just a
crazy glitch that just again that glitch that happened that shut the entire
website down it was super suspicious makes me think that maybe some adjusting
thing and we're like oh you said some sort of automated flag system that
ticked enough boxes is just gonna shut things down right and they'll have to
tweak that as they move along I can't begin to understand the complexity of
that from the backend but yeah we got restored and basically no answer of what
happened now well there it was a non-answer answer of basically like
sorry guys we screwed up yeah um sorry about the money you lost on that day and
all of your worry yeah and then you and then I had tweeted at at YouTube during
that whole process like hey yeah and what did they say I'm not trying to like
ask for special treatment I don't want a trophy I don't want a medal or anything
but let's not pretend lloyd and i aren't sort of veterans of the site going on
ten something years ten year we start a new channel it's a podcast it's me and
Lloyd sitting at a table talking into a microphone and our channel after a month
after maybe five weeks our channel is immediately suddenly deleted and there's
no explanation why there was no you know here are the Terms of Service guidelines
you're violating or anything like that and yeah we're absolutely clueless and
we can't get ahold of anyone can you help us out and you throw a dog a bone
over here I can't imagine what it would be like for some care cuz like we have
like sixty eight hundred subscribers right now which is awesome and all these
musics like a mail in it do it brush and it's nice to have you guys there you
have a channel with ten million subscribers I have a channel with over
ten so six thousand is a very different number relatively yet if I'm a kid
living in the middle of Indiana on my podcast channel and all of a sudden I've
grown six to eight hundred subscribers and I got what 70 videos that I've made
and that gets deleted out of nowhere first of all my channel is too small for
me to have a contact to even get in touch with so all I'm doing is screaming
into the empty air right and secondly probably my Twitter following isn't big
enough to where when I tweet at YouTube they're gonna respond so that's
terrifying man I can't imagine how many like how many people has that happen to
lots because ray Ruby lives ray we're Vick I feel personally
honestly I need a safe space so I got a little obsessive and worried during that
day yeah because we were we work really hard on this podcast and even though we
make it look easy like it's no problem you put a lot of work into something in
them when it's suddenly deleted you're like wait a minute yeah this sucks so I
I worried a lot that that 36 hour period and in my worry I googled this scenario
to see if I could figure out what had happened to other people when this
happened to them and so I'm reading these testimonials yeah and most people
were like it's been a month I still haven't got it back still haven't heard
anything like most people hadn't gotten their channel back in that moment or
just ever and some of them had started over that's crazy I think I read one guy
who was like yeah they eventually gave it back Wow so that could have been us
well that could have been us ray we had a close call I know it makes me
appreciate our website our podcast our webs our website yeah my website YouTube
calms you guys to check it out it's a you know it's an elephant video I hope
it takes off yeah right wasn't that the first YouTube video is a
guy at the zoo or some shit yeah me at the zoo me at the zoo is what it was
called and it was the one of the founders that does it yeah just that's

Most of us grew up either celebrating or still are celebrating Halloween,
but might not know too much about it aside from having roots in Celtic paganism.

your kids, or your family to stop enjoying dressing up
and either getting so much candy that
your teeth fall out or passing it out from all the sugar.
But it is good to know the history of this
and how it has a very dark and twisted side that most people wouldn't know.
And why is that?
Like everything else,
this holiday might as well be called the Deep State's day of evil.
But we will get into that a bit later.
First let's talk about the history of this weird, fun, scary, and strange holiday.
Now like everything Halloween started out upright and had a very specific purpose.
So over 2000 years the Celtics would celebrate their New Years
by honoring those who have died.
They believed that once a year a door would open from our world to the netherworld
and those who were dead along with other beings
such as fairies could come through
and walk among the living in our world once again.
However, evil spirits would also be able to come into our world,
where they would feast on the living.
So in order to hide from them they would dress as monsters, ghouls, ghosts,
and demons to hide or confuse them so they would leave the living alone.
But during this celebration the Celtic priests would build huge bonfires,
would make a huge feast for everyone
and also make sure they leave sweets, wine, meats and other foods
outside for the evil spirits to consume
before they went back to the netherworld.
Now in ancient paganism and specifically Druidism
they celebrated something called Samhain,
which was basically the same as the Celtic New Year.
Now Halloween or Samhain started out as a festival to honor the Crone,
who is an elder priestess or Matriarch.
The word hag started to be used which meant wise or holy wisdom
and centuries later hag turned into another word for witch.
Now Crone originally was part of the trinitarian Goddess
which represented the three phases of the Moon and the annual cycles of nature
and also re-birth as it symbolized the birth of the new year.
When the Christian Church took over the holiday,
they renamed it Halloween (hallowed eve)
which means holy
and they turned it back just to mean
that it was a sacred time for honoring our ancestors.
We say was because most people don't celebrate it this way anymore
and nowadays if people really knew what happened,
or what is going on,
we might actually think twice about this holiday.
However, today it is a huge money making holiday
coming in at 2nd to only Christmas.
It is a multi billion dollar industry
which is why companies promote it from the candy industry,
to the costumes, decorations, cards, you name it.
Now you guys might be wondering,
ok so how did witches, magic, jack-o-lantern, vampires,
werewolves, donkeys, etc, all come to be?
To go back even further to the Sumerian days,
about 4,000 years ago there is a tablet containing
"the The Gilgamesh Epic" which mentions the Goddess Lilith.
She was a she-demon also called Night-hags or Night-Mares who were known as Volvas,
shape shifting entities who would transform between dawn and at dusk.
It was said that these She-demons would have total control
over men's sexuality either making them her salves
or through magic make them impotent.
Also Lilith's sacred symbolism was the owl,
which is the wise bird of the Crone,
and this is also why owls are a big part of Halloween,
which also represents human sacrifice which we will get into here soon.
By the way Lilith is the reason why Christians started to look at these women as witches.
And also it is very strange that Lilith is seen as a really good thing in our culture now,
such as Lilith Fair in which this is named after
and many people say this is where real feminism came from,
but that is a whole topic we're not even gonna go on this episode.
After years passed by,
Samhain started to be associated with Lord Samhain
which is another name for Lord of Darkness
yea great that sounds like Sauron from Lord of the Rings,
who is also represented by the Horned-God
and Stag-God and soon he started to be worshiped by the Druids.
And really this was another form of the demons Moloch and Cernunnos
which also is connected to Saturn.
From this all kinds of predictions were sought after
and eventually these priests started to perform human sacrifices in these fires
to the Sun God or really Moloch, or Saturn.
Also we didn't really get into it,
but the Romans also started to perform ritual sacrifices
and this was directly connected to Saturn.
We talked a bit about this in our Saturn episode but I digress.
Soon a form of Satanism started to really take shape
as some of these women would collect
and keep various kinds of animals and insects
which was believed they could become possessed by demons
and could be used in these first of these so called "spells."
Children started to be used as a sacrifice to make the older look younger
and also spells were cast to see the future
and to communicate with the devil himself.
Now we are not saying everyone in this Druid or Pagan community is like this,
of course not,
we are just saying this started to happen here.
As for Jack-o'-lanterns, they first came about as men would hold these erie lights
as they came from sea into the bogs and marshes in England.
The way they would hold them in their hands kind of sway them,
actually looked like a swinging head,
so they came to be known as "corpse candles."
The candles were also signals for the souls of the men who were lost at sea
that were leading them home.
They started to carve scary faces in them to ward off the evil spirits.
However, things became darker when the Druids started to go to homes
and demand that the husband of the homes provided a loved one to be sacrificed.
If the husband agreed they would leave a lantern on the doorstep.
If the husband refused,
they would place a spell of a "trick" on the home
and draw a hexagon on the front door in human blood.
A demonic spirit would then be attracted to the hexagram
and would invade the house causing one or more of the inhabitants
to go insane and basically possess them.
Hmmm hexagrams.
Right … Now again once the Christians took over
and named it Hallows Eve
they focused on just the ancestry and tried to convert the Pagans.
This was the precursor to the burning of the witches that started in Europe in the 1500's.
Now we are getting into werewolves in a minute.
But these actually came from shape shifting beings
and the vampires came about from drinking the blood of others,
which is kind of what the deep state are still doing.
We will get into that later.
Now was everyone bad and deserved to die?
Of course not, we covered this in our salem witch trial episode
which aired just before this one.
Things kind of died down a bit on both sides
or at least out of the public eye,
however in secret the dark side of Halloween started to renew,
and the 13 Bloodlines started to take control of the country
and pretty much our world.

So let's fast forward to more modern age.
One person we want to bring up is Arizona Wilder.
If you don't know who she was,
she was one of the first people to come out
and really talk about the illumidonkey rituals in the 90's with David Icke.
Now listening to it seems a bit crazy.
I means she talks about everything from secret rituals,
being groomed to become one of the Mothers in darkness–
the highest classification of a witch inside the Cabal,
she goes into aliens, demons, shapeshifting creatures,
different families of the Bloodlines, etc.
Her story is, she was raised within the Cabal
and was being groomed and was also a MK Ultra slave.
She went to many meetings took part in secret rituals,
and even saw very high level people at these rituals.
Now at first glance it almost seems too crazy to be true.
And at that time no one was talking about this
especially shape shifting entities,
she was the first one to call out the Queen of England as one of these entities.
So Wilder said she didn't want to be a part of this anymore
and broke free of the mind control and decided to come out and speak publicly about this.
What's interesting is that instead of fading away,
this lead to even more people coming out and speaking about all this.
Wilder says that these shape shifting beings are the ones that all the religions talk about
as these demons or these demonic figures like snakes, dragons,
that are all part of our culture, and even in our religions.
She talks a lot about Halloween
and said if people really knew what was happening,
no one would be celebrating it anymore.
She explains that the 13 Bloodlines use this night as their great sacrificial night.
She said simultaneously in the US
there are six different locations
where the 13 Bloodlines meet and worship Satan and perform these rituals.
What is interesting in 2008
someone named Tony Alamo was arrested for sexual assulting
a number underage girls
and the worst part is his organization was created in Christianity
to supposedly help these girls.
He was also one of these evangelists on TBN,.
Wilder claimed in the 90's that this Christian side
was just a show for the public for his true satanic nature.
Which actually came to light.
So according to Wilder
she says the Cabal would kidnap children mostly from 3rd world countries
to be used in actual blood ritual sacrifices.
Most are homeless or are stolen from their broken homes.
She says that the children represent the purist energy
and they would then terrorize them,
use mind control, and use drugs on them,
and then they would be used in blood rituals.
Also it wouldn't surprise us to learn that some of these children
possibly maybe disappearing in the National Parks which seems to be a huge cover up.
And we just filmed another episode on people missing in national parks
so make sure you check that out.
Ok so guys we'll go into some details but we won't get too gruesome here.
Basically they would take these kids
and theywould drain their blood,
and hold toast up and everybody would drink so in these sacrifices,
a lot of these things would go on during it.
So earlier we said we will get to the Vampire part.
This is it, without going too much details here.
You can kind of put two and two together here.
Records are really hard to find way back in the day,
but according to her and many others who are all talking about the 13 Bloodlines and everything else,
this has been going on for thousands of years in many different cultures.
Again, we are not saying everybody is bad,
it's just what what happened is you have a group of people doing really bad things
and overshadows everything else.
She actually went on to say that all of the celebration today from the scary decorations,
people dressed as demons, ghosts, fake blood, zombies, etc
is all part of a plan to desensitize the entire population,
so we get used to seeing all this demonic and dark stuff.
Now many religious people want to say that we should celebrate the Harvest Festival
instead of Halloween, but to the cabal,
they don't care what name it is
because they will look at it as blood harvest.
Now she starts to talk about a lot of these rituals,
In one of them, they would actually create a hexagon and inside of that,
a pentagram, and then inside of that, a triangle,
and then the mother of darkness would stand
and summon very old and ancient demons.
She also talks about different holidays
such as Christmas but we for sure won't get into that here.
But after she came forward,
there are many other people coming out telling similar stories of these 13 Bloodlines.
Such as an ex-satanist Glenn Hobbs,
who was also under mind control
and was forced to marry a girl who was extremely young,
and he talks about during Halloween they would have him be possessed by Satan
and they would kill these animals in a ritual.
He said he was being groomed to be one of the high priests in the Cabal.
He then talked about how he was taken with the girl to a place
where he witnessed the Cabal who had her tied up to an alter
and doing a ritual to sacrifice her.
From his understanding they were all possessed by demons
and they basically did a lot of gruesome stuff to her, with a knife, and once again
collected her blood in goblets and then they drink it.
I don't want to go into details because it is nasty.
It's really weird stuff,
Sorry you guys, we don't really want to go into these gruesome details
and whatever you know,
but a lot of these stories need to be heard,
a lot of these sources lately and as unbelievable as it sounds,
it really seems this could very well be true
given what we know with the cabal and illumidonkey.
Anyway, the conclusion.
There is so much more to this,
but if we talk about this anymore
most people just won't be able to take it
so we are going to end it here.
But really we aren't telling you to stop halloween all together.
We just want you to know what is going on behind the scenes.
Yea I mean I had friends whose parents wouldn't let them celebrate it
and I mean don't know what I would have done if my parents celebrate.
But since my father was a minister
all he said to me was,you can be anything you wanna be,
just don't be Satan.
Which was fine by me since I thought it was unoriginal.
I just wanted to be Luke Skywalker all the time anyways.
I was basically Ace Ventura Pet Detective every single halloween,
waiting up until I was in my 30s probably.
Interesting, but anyway, what we feel is it is important to learn
what is really going on so,
as parents you can decide how you wanna teach your children
and just knowing the real history, it's just a great place to start.

the YouTube videos asking me like oh hey can you do a video on this can you do a

want to talk to you about boundaries real quick some boundaries that I've set
up so back when my mental health was really really bad I was a people pleaser
I was a huge people pleaser I was always trying to make everybody happy and it
drove me insane you might be able to relate to that so a lot of you send me
these messages or comments and tell me to make videos so I don't want to sound
harsh I don't want to sound mean I don't want to get too sassy when I say this
but I hope you understand what I say I am NOT your orders somebody who is a
people-pleasing set up these boundaries one of the best pieces of advice I can
give you is if you're taking care of your mental health right people are
gonna think you're a douche but this is one of the best piece of advice I give
you if you are taking care of your mental health right you're going to
upset some people because you've got to set boundaries so like I said don't mean
to be mean I'm just letting you know all right so let's get started with the
first question so first question is hey Chris I hope your day is going well I've
noticed that your latest video have papad about celebrities YouTube and
otherwise I was wondering if this is kind of a new format or if you are going
to share some more videos about teaching about mental health from your own
experiences and from what you've studied just curious
question I answer it a lot and I'm like should I just quit answering this
question but since the video about more of like why my brain works the way it
works but something I say when I reply to people is like I don't make videos
about youtubers I don't know what you're talking about
I make videos about all of you so what I'm gonna do right now I'm going to read
some of my most recent videos about youtubers and tell you the topics that
they're actually about so the nerd City expose the lives of Jay Paul that's
about why you don't lie I talk about my experience of how I caused my own
anxiety Jeffery store calls anything about it about Paul Joseph Watson in pop
culture about how people don't know or understand depression and it's actually
causing the stigma this one about Bobby burns people are enabling him a lot of
you watching these videos are enablers you don't realize it leafyishere that's
a good one too I used to be one of the most selfish self-centered people you'll
ever meet and now I try not to do that Trisha Paytas and Jason ash that one is
all about borderline personality disorder relationships that can help a
lot of people I can help people with boundary setting with I talked a little
bit about cognitive behavioral therapy in there I also talked a lot about how
to work with somebody you know who needs to start developing some better habits
the chilled chaos video that one is about depression as a whole and there's
a few different topics that I touch on in that video that might help anybody in
there out there who has depression this one about Garrett stopped running away
from the problems how many of you watching this video right now run away
from your problems a lot of stuff in there about that this one this one is
really good the Marzia what about it existential crisis that one talks a lot
about depression how do we deal with an existential crisis as well as living in
someone's shadow or doing things for other people and not what your true
passion is so anyways I can do this all day I can do this all day so there are
many people who understand what I'm doing a lot of people don't but I can
sum it up with this amazing amazing comment from Think Pink which I just
posted my Instagram and it says this I've been
watching quite a few of your videos and I've seen a rare comment here they're
asking you why you disgust youtubers so much and wanting to add something to
those that make think that I like the correlation you make with mental health
issues that parallel with issues everybody can relate to in my humble
opinion I don't watch mental health videos
truthfully I find them boring or I don't relate to them not trying to be rude but
we all like different things this is honestly the most unique way to get your
topics out there well while using examples from social media I love your
content it's refreshing and different I never wait comments but on the rare
occasion thank you for the great videos so I make videos for people like Think
Pink I make videos for people who are bored like you don't want to go away I
am somebody who loves watching hour-long lectures about neuroscience but if I
wrote in a title hour-long lecture about miracle science this is all about how
the brain works how many people would watch it but if I could taste something
that you're already watching or something that's a pop culture boom I
just tricked you into learning about your mental health you're welcome second
question I really enjoy your videos I've learned a lot from them one topic that
comes to mind is should I try to help out a co-worker who is abusing drugs or
alcohol my husband and I work in television unfortunately substance abuse
is a big problem in this field my husband had to fire an employee recently
due to a right behavior from drug use since my husband is a manager you can't
really go around accusing people of doing drugs even when it's obvious so do
you have any advice for what we should do if anything great question great
great great question and there's a lot of industries there's a lot of
industries where substance abuse is really high bars restaurants you know a
whole bunch of industries where people like to party
so anyways one of the first things that I would do is talk to HR like you got a
clock to HR and I would educate myself if any of you want an employer or a
manager educate yourself about like does your insurance cover
you know treatment you know what options does it have is a good coverage whatever
it is so you can provide somebody with options but the other thing is is you
got to give the person an ultimatum so my mom my mom for example she
sober until her job was threatened okay but there was an ultimatum there either
get you act together or lose your job so like we don't want to just kick people
out and say that these people who are abusing substances are lost causes
because nobody is but you have to set up boundaries with them and sometimes you
have to give them an ultimatum in order for them to get help so basically it's
like yo you can keep your job if you go get help that's what happened to my best
friend he's been clean over three years now you know what I mean no you don't
get excuse everybody the last thing I would say is do kind of like what the
TSA does wait just randomly drug test everybody so
you're not specifically holding in on somebody this is something you should
talk to HR about and then like drug test 50 people and you'll catch the people
who are using so this next question she says how to find the right therapist so
a few things one of them is I was just talking to a friend and this might help
some of you like when shopping around for therapists and trying to find the
right one like ask your friends ask your friends who are in therapy you know does
a therapist you know and who's looking for a therapist who is well educated
maybe kind of nerdy you know uses certain techniques like cognitive
behavioral therapy and all that so like get recommendations from other people so
same thing you would do for a restaurant right if I like Chinese food I want to
find a good Chinese food restaurant maybe I'll ask some friends like hey
where's a good Chinese food restaurant you know what I like you know what I
need so that's something I would suggest is like leave your friends you can also
read reviews online I'm just always iffy about reviews online because especially
in mental health I've seen people who wrote them up right the most ridiculous
reviews just because we deal with mental health I'll put it that way but the
other thing I'll say is like don't stress don't stress about it like
shopper well into different therapists go do one therapy session feel the
person out like you should you should do like three sessions before you find a
new one but shopper well like I think one of the biggest fears people
is like cutting ties with a therapist listen I'll tell you this when I tell
people in recovery all the time who have sponsors like listen if you in the
relationship with them and they get upset that's on them it's not on you
right like as mental health professionals we sign up for that I know
I know that not everybody is going to want to work with me I have a certain
style I'm tough love whacky and stuff maybe some people don't like that that's
cool no offense taken you know what I mean so I think it'll be easier for you
to find a therapist if you don't worry so much okay going back to school right
now that is a certified alcohol and drug counselor hopefully all this research on
my own so far my ultimate goal is to get a PhD to get a PhD in some kind of
psychology that's what I would love to do like I always try to achieve the best
I try to you know bring myself to my best potential and I would love to get a
PhD I just don't like the idea of student debt with bush there's another
one I'm gonna do a review on this soon I just love educating myself so I'm
constantly growing constantly learning especially just because mental health is
so scientific there's new findings all the time all
the time so I am never going to stop learning I never want to stop learning
about mental health because the more we learn the more we can help other people
last questions if you've been diagnosed with with a disorder and we made you try
turned you into a zombie what do you do so another question
so my experience with this is it's a couple minutes the only medication that
really made me zombie ish was trans adone which for those of you who don't
know is a non-narcotic sleeping medication that may have but it's
supposed to knock you out the problem was that it would stay in my system the
next day okay when the Koston medications as a whole alright so a few
things one of them is just recognize it's gonna take it could take anywhere
from two to three weeks for some medications to actually you know so like
keep that in mind but this is why you always need to follow up with your
doctor or psychiatrist or whoever it is and let them know say hey this is making
me feel like I was in a fog all day long
they might adjust the dosage or switching medications one of the biggest
mistakes I see people make is that one medication they have a weird reaction to
like like drowsiness or whatever and they just think that every single
medication isn't gonna work that is not true okay so the other option you have
if your insurance covers it or if you want to pay out of pocket for you there
is genetic testing okay like the company I was working for we had a genetics lab
and they gave me a free genetic test all I did was swamp my cheek they sent it
out to the loud two weeks later they gave me an entire list of different
medications and whether or not I would have a reaction to them so just think
about that for a little bit but my suggestion is keep following up with the
doctor switch adjust medications like we have to be open and honest with doctors
and find the right combination of medications for example and I need to
make another video about this I switched from lexapro to Prozac recently
had a lot a lot less symptoms or side effects with prozac than I did with
lexapro so don't be afraid to change or adjust your meds alright if you would
