How to Care the Chandler Walnut Tree? - Duration: 8:04.

According to last year, the trees showed a beautiful development

This is 2000 decare chandler walnut garden. Average 5 years

The reason you grow so much is not just pruning.

We did the pruning right. In addition, irrigation, fertilization, tillage, macro and micro nutrient elements are also required to give correct.

You see drip irrigation systems on the roof.

Fertilizers are supplied with drip irrigation system.

But the prospect of pruning is huge

If a tree can not go right, you lose time.

You may lose product.

If there is proper pruning, correct fertilization and proper irrigation

Your tree may appear to be 6-7 years old when you are 5 years old.

The thickness of our trees is up to 15 cm

This year we will harvest some crops

But we are planning to harvest more crops next year.

We are planning to prune around 30% again this year.

The reason is that ...

This garden is planted 8x8

We do not usually plant 8x8.

We could not change it because he planted 8x8 before us.

We are here to improve the garden a little bit

We are pruning 30% or 40%. We grow a little less pruning in big trees.

We will continue to grow small plants with a bit more pruning.

The side branches are walnut because the yield is high.

We have another garden with 8x4 planting nearby.

We do not prune the 4 meter section

Walnut cheese, according to the planting frequency, according to the state of the soil is pruned.

Pruning is the energy of the tree.

If we can not do irrigation and fertilization, we can do more hard pruning.

If we are not making mistakes in irrigation and fertilization, we can do softer pruning.

We can rectify the mistakes we made in irrigation and fertilization by pruning.

When doing 7x4 or 7x5 planting, pruning is more different.

After 4 years, we have to trim the 8 meter section, not the 4 meter section.

We give phosphorus and potassium in February.

In the spring we are throwing ammonium sulphate fertilizer into my garden.

PH of this garden 8. Very lime in the garden

The amount of organic matter in the garden is 1. Very low...

We use nitrogen in the form of sulphate.

We do a nitrogen fertilization for 15 days.

In July we use potassium every 15 days.

We supply all of the plant nutrients. Soil and leaf

We have soil analysis

We do soil analysis in 2-3 years.

But we do leaf analysis 3 times a year.

We adjust the amount of fertilizer according to the result of leaf analysis.

Because fertilization is not done just by soil analysis.

For example, there is too much potassium because the pH is high.

But we do leaf analysis and potassium is not observed.

Potassium can not be used because the pH is high.

So we give potassium by dripping.

We use leonardite oily humic acid 5 times a year.

We use zinc mercury in the fall. In the spring we use amino acidic humic acid.

Because the plant in the soil makes it easier for the plant nutrients to be taken up by the plant.

60% of chemical fertilizers that we throw away are used.

We also increase the amount of organic matter in our soil.

The amount of oraganic matter in the soil should be at least 3.

In Turkey, the amount of organic matter in the soil is generally very low.

Animal fungus can be used but it is very weed.

The animal must be fertilized a few times. Very troublesome ...

With Leonardite, we are relieving this strain.

20-30 kilograms of humic acid is equal to 1 truck of animal manure.

This is also very easy to implement.

So not only pruning but fertilization and irrigation are also very important.

Next year we aim to harvest 10 to 15 kilo of walnuts from each tree in this garden.

The trenches of the trees expanded to 10 to 15 cm.

This is 2000 decar of garden.

The garden is growing very well.

The programs that we do are running.

This is one of the biggest walnut gardens in Turkey.

For this reason, maintenance is also very difficult.

There is a lot of workmanship and other costs.

Too many problems can arise.

Employees here solve all problems.

Our goal is to harvest 500 pounds of walnuts from this garden. God willing.

We even want to raise 600 or 700 pounds.

We want these gardens to multiply.

We have done reviews in America and in Chile. There are so many gardens at this size.

We want to grow in turkey.

Investors also see that these gardens can also be grown in Turkey.

They are an important example to Turkey.

This is a garden that can change the destiny of the southeast region.

There are too many empty fields in this region of turkey.

There is even water, but there are no large gardens.

Almonds are in agriculture, but walnuts are growing.

But people observe the results in this garden.

I hope that we will serve to Turkey successfully in this garden.

From the Kahta district of Adıyaman province, all our farmers are treated with love and respect ...

Goodbye

How to Drink: Jersey Sunset - Duration: 3:31.

- This is How to Drink,

the show about making cocktails

and how to drink them.

I'm Greg, and I have never been a professional bartender.

I've never even had a job in a bar.

I don't worry too much about precision

and technique because at the end of the day,

if the drink you like is in the glass,

we did it right.

Let's get going.

Let's make a Jersey Sunset.

This is a variation on a Sling from like the 1890s.

I don't think I've ever seen this served anywhere.

I'm from New Jersey though so...

Think of it like a classier Tequila Sunrise.

We're gonna do a half an ounce of Gomme Syrup

for this drink

Uh, we're gonna do two ounces of Apple Jack.

In this case, this seven and a half year old

Laird's Apple Brandy.

A lot of people don't know that prior to prohibition

the most popular distilled spirit in America

was Apple Jack.

As a matter of fact, the entire slogan

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away,"

was invented by, basically ad men,

on behalf of the apple grower's industry

because the only function for apples at the time

was to make cider and Apple Jack.

So they came up with the idea that apples were healthy

and that an apple a day would keep the doctor away.

And there we have apples,

and the idea that you should eat them

and not drink them.

We need a twist of lemon for this drink.

Uh, for a couple of reasons

because of the way this drink gets built,

I'm going to twist it over the mixing glass

and not the serving glass.

That's pretty good.

As a matter of fact, I'm going to throw that

right into the mixing glass in this case.

I'm gonna fill this with cracked ice and give it a stir.

(upbeat jazz)

I have my Sling glass ready.

I'm gonna strain this over it.

(jazz music)

The reason it's called the Jersey Sunset

is because of this float of bitters

that we're going to add to the top of it

that's going to cascade down, hopefully.

Hopefully.

(upbeat jazz music)

The original recipe calls for the use of Angostura Bitters.

I'm using the Creole Bitters from the Bitter Truth.

One, I love the taste of these bitters.

I often at night after work,

I just have some Creole Bitters and seltzer.

I'm actually running kind of low.

Uh, and, also I really thought that the

super bright red color here would be perfect for this drink.

Let's give it a taste.

I'm ready for this.

(jazz music)

That is a fun drink.

That's kind of like nothing else I've ever had.

I mean, that's really really really unique.

You really get the apples.

This is a great autumn drink.

It's a Jersey Sunset.

It's a classy drink for a classy state.

Uh, and it is though, because we call it Apple Jack,

but it's Apple Brandy.

You know, this stuff is not

armpit of the country booze juice.

This is legit stuff.

Hey, thanks for watching the show.

If you like it, I hope you'll subscribe.

I like to respond to your comments so leave me one.

Tell me what you think.

If you've ever had a Jersey Sunset

served a different way, or made a different way,

let me know.

If you hate the way I did it,

or the fact that I substituted Bitter Truth Bitters

for Agostura, you can let me know about that too.

The community at r/cocktails on Reddit

has been enormous for the support of this drink.

Thank you, so, support of this drink?

Support of this show.

Thank you so much.

I love hearing all of your comments.

Thanks for watching.

I hope you'll stay tuned,

and we'll make another drink for you guys next week

here on How to Drink.

Boy was that goofy.

That was dumb.

(clicks) Eh buddy, eh buddy!

How To Make Your WordPress Website Run Faster By Changing 1 Setting - Duration: 9:21.

Welcome back to another video my name is Adam from WPCrafter.com where I make videos for

non-techies like me and I'm initially something in this video on how you can speed up your

WordPress website now it's going to be a little technical like the concept but implementing

it is going to be so easy just a few mouse clicks to know the technical side of his is

what powers your WordPress-based website is it on a web hosting account in their certain

services on that web hosting account to make it work you have something called MySQL for

the databases where your data is stored and you have Apache or something like that that's

being acting as your Web server there's couple other options there Apaches very common and

there's also something called PHP and in this video to show you how to change in the PHP

version to a current version and when you do this your websites going to be faster it's

good to be a lot snappier when you're in the backing of the website or the front-end of

the website now this is actually a big deal in there is that one of the goals of WordPress

the WordPress.org that the body that is controlling WordPress is they want everyone using PHP

seven they want every theme on PHP seven every plug-in on PHP seven and I'm in a show you

how to upgrade now if you go and get a new web hosting account chances are they're not

gonna put PHP seven on your web hosting account but most are going to give you the option

to choose which PHP version that your Ron she might be on version 5.5 or 5.6 I don't

know what happened to PHP six but anyways Ron PHP seven and were deep into it now the

reason why these Webhost aren't putting you on PHP seven is because not everything is

compatible with it and that is where can get a little dicey so for them to put you on the

lower version makes sense because it's going to reduce support requests and things like

that now any modern developed plug-in or theme it's going or to be compatible most likely

with PHP version 7 now if you're using some offshoot old plug-in from some scamming Internet

marketer and it was coded in 2014 there's a good chance that PHP seven is not gonna

work for you because you're not using plug-ins and themes developed by reliable developers

that are actually still in business so I'm in a show you how to first test your WordPress-based

website to see if the code on it will work with PHP seven there's a tool and then I'm

in a show you how to go into your web hosting account and change the PHP version so there's

this plug-in were going to use and is actually made by WP engine there one of the more premium

web hosts cohosting the cheapest hosting plan with them is $30 per month and I think that's

when you pay annually so they're not that the cheapest Webhost but they came out this

plug-in called PHP compatibility Checker now here's the thing I will when I look at this

I first looked at the reviews here and there's a couple one star reviews and when I read

them some developers of plug-ins and themes were saying it wasn't detecting that their

software was compatible when it is so that is one of the caveats but let's just go through

it together so I am in the back end of a WordPress site hear someone go to plug-ins at new have

never used this I recently updated to PHP seven my site not just on the run and gun

type of guy I'm just going to do it and deal with the consequences later that's not necessarily

a good practice but that's what I do more times than not so about what's nice is when

we change it to seven we can easily change it back to a lower version of something doesn't

work right so I would go ahead and click on install now and let's run it for the first

time and see hopefully it's instantaneous and it works pretty quick so let's see I'm

assuming it's going to be under tools there it is tools PHP compatibility and it work

and attested for version 7 and Dell it's only scan for what's active I'm pretty sure I don't

really have anything active so it's just scanned the 2016 theme of course it is let me scan

all plug-ins and themes because I have some other stuff in there and let's see what it

says now some people were complaining that there was false positives but then there was

a newer version of this plug-in that came out maybe two months ago and it was supposed

to deal with a lot of those problems okay now while it's running not sure lungs it takes

I never use this before I'm in a show you how to change your PHP version in your web

hosting account actually looks like it's almost done so I'm using InMotion hosting and when

you but this'll work with any Webhost now every Webhost is a little different this could

be some Webhost that don't want to give you the ability to change this I don't know why

but there are hosts like that in that case you're going to have to submit a support ticket

saying hey I want to go on PHP version 7 but in motion a hosting does give you the ability

and have a promotion with emotion they give all my viewers a 56% discount also throw Lincoln

down below to that but anyways going to click on cPanel LC panels that standard control

panel that most Webhost are using an enema to scroll down to where it says PHP configuration

it's right here in a minute click on that and it showing the all the versions that are

available to me and the version that I'm using right now so I can put version 7 and this

is RC right here that just means it's a release candidate I would not recommend that so I

would use this seven right here are some to go to version 7.0 and set of 7.1 go back and

take a look at that plug and see if it's done it still scanning but it's okay I'm going

implemented anyway soon as you do that and then you just click on updates and literally

now you are on the higher version of PHP and what's going to happen is your WordPress-based

websites can be a lot snappier I've noticed my site is a lot snappier in fact WordPress

is going to require Webhost to give you PHP seven by default if they want to be listed

on WordPress.org so many ways I don't know of this is going to finish by the end of this

video but I do know that sprite taken so long as have a bunch of themes on their I should've

maybe cleared out those themes but you get the point you can run your test now here's

the best part about it is because you're using cPanel and it's on some server of your own

you can easily come back here some didn't work right and you can just gulp down a version

now some of the caveats are if you're running non-WordPress non-WordPress apps on your hosting

account this upgrades the entire hosting accounts you just need to make sure that everything

you have is going to be okay on PHP version 7 maybe you can do this late on a Friday night

when you're going to have your least amount of traffic perhaps and then test everything

make sure works and then you're good to go but most of the reliable plug-ins and themes

they're all going to be compatible with version 7 of PHP chisels real random offshoot plug-ins

or themes that are really being supported or actively developed any more so anyways

this is one simple trick that you can do right now to make your WordPress website run faster

because you made it to the end of the video I have a free gift for you but before I talk

about that I want to ask you to do something for me if you can give this video a thumbs

up down below that would really help me out if you're not subscribed to the channel go

ahead and click on the unsubscribe button and become a subscriber and support this channel

and if you'd like you to notify you when I upload new videos there's little bell next

to that subscribe button you can click on that and set that up as well if you have any

questions or a comment about this video I'd love to answer it there's a comments section

down below all you have to do is put in your question or comment I respond to every single

one I made a course just for you and it's called the three steps to WordPress success

and I want to give this to you if you'd like to enroll in this course there's a button

right here off to the right you go ahead and click on that role as a student and that's

just my way of saying thank you for supporting me and making it to the end of this video

I make them just for you

How Howard Schultz Saved Starbucks Using These Three Rules - Duration: 6:56.

Howard Schultz is the CEO at Starbucks, the coffee

company. Global coffee company everybody

knows it. Actually I have

Starbucks right here that I have been

drinking. He is running this global

conglomerate and he wrote this book

called Onward. He had stepped away from

being Starbucks CEO for a number of

years and he decided that he had to come

back to reboot the company. Because while

he was away some issues happened with the

company and he realized it wasn't really

towards the company's mission. And this

book Onword is all about his mindset

and what happened when he came back to

Starbucks after not being the CEO for

for all that time. So these are three

rules from Howard Schultz's Onward. Let's

jump into it!

Rule number one is product quality is the

most important thing. As Starbucks

scaled the customer experience started

to break down. They invested in some new

coffee machines that had blocked the

ability for baristas to make eye contact.

They had started stocking their stores

with a bunch of random stuff.

Instead of just music they started

selling stuffed animals and all this

stuff that had nothing to do with coffee.

The taste of the coffee had gotten

burned because the baristas really didn't

know how to make a proper espresso or

they've been steaming the milk the wrong

way. All these random breakdowns had

been happening while Howard Schultz

wasn't the CEO and he realized that

product quality is the most important

thing. So he implemented a few things. Three

things. To start he invested in new coffee

machine that were lower in terms of the

eye level so that people could really

experience it.

He closed all of his stores for a day to

retrain all the baristas how to make

espresso. And then the other thing that

was wrong was he had been selling

sandwiches in the store, but the cheese

on the sandwiches would melt and it would

make the whole store smell like cheese

instead of coffee. So he removed the

sandwiches because of the cheese smell. So

his first act as CEO is to reboot.

To get the company back and if you're

looking at your own company do this thought

exercise. Try to look at your company as

an outside observer. If you were a

customer and you were treated the same

way that your customers are being

treated would you continue to buy from

yourself? And if not what needs to be

changed there? Is your product quality as

high as it could be? Are your services as

good as you say they are? Or as your sales team is saying.

If not, it's time to improve. Rule number

two is make cuts no matter if they hurt.

No company is immune from the impact of

the recession not even the one time

darling of Wall Street Starbucks.

Same-store sales in this country had

dropped nine percent since the end of

September and Starbucks is finding that

getting back to its venti sized profits

could be a tall order.

So after he improve the product quality he

knew that he needed to make cuts. So one

of the things that the CEO that was in

charge before him did was try to expand

Starbucks as big as it possibly could

get. The end of the universe happens to

be in the United States, I've seen it. And

oddly enough it's in Houston Texas. I

know, I know I was shocked too.

I left the comedy club there and walked

down the street. On one corner there was

a Starbucks and across the street from

that Starbucks in the exact same

building as that Starbucks was a

Starbucks. And that was the kind of thing

that Howard Schultz knew wasn't

sustainable. So he had to close all these

stores. Especially around 2008 when the

recession hit people started losing

their jobs. People couldn't afford a

five-dollar coffee anymore and Starbucks

became more of a luxury. So he closed

stores all around the world during the

2008 recession and one of the things he

writes about in this book is as he was

closing these stores people in the

stores, customers and the baristas would

send him messages and beg him, literally

beg him, not to close the stores because

it's part of their habits or whatever and

he still had to do it. Because he said

that every individual in the company is

not important as the business as a whole.

He would rather a few people have

to switch up their routines and go to a

Starbucks that's .2 miles away

instead of .1 miles away

from their house then have the entire

business at risk of failing and that's

how he weathered 2008. That's how they

got through the economic recession.

Rule number three is give your employees

power to change. Similar to rule number

one and after that great recession

happened he realized that his employees

had a lot more knowledge about what was

going on with the customers then he did

as CEO in the office, really than any of

the higher-ups in the office. So what he

started doing is implementing a lean

process. Lean if you don't know is

basically this process that started with

manufacturers where employees are

empowered to make small improvements

that will make their job more efficient

without having to get approval from the

higher ups. So he let his employees

identify problems for broken process.

Whether that included moving around

instructions for their coffee drinks,

maybe rewriting the instructions to make

them more

efficient, moving trash cans to different

parts of the store so that they could

more efficiently throw things away,

redoing the way that clean stores and

he let each manager in each Starbucks have

free reign within the

limits of the franchise, of the

brand. He let them have free reign to

solve these problems and he would take

those solutions and implement them on a

corporate scale. The best solutions

became corporate policy and that led

directly to the Starbucks you see

today with all of the new redesignes and the

fact that it doesn't smell like cheese

sandwiches and the fact that it runs very

efficiently. So implementing a lean

process really worked for him. I did a

video a while ago where I interviewed this

guy Étienne Garbugli

who wrote this book Lean B2B

which is worth checking out if you want

to implement a similar system for your

own company.

So those are the three rules from Howard

Schultz. How did you like

them? Which one of those do you see

being most relevant for your business? If

you want to let me know in the

How Deaf And Hearing YouTubers Collaborate - Duration: 8:00.

(marker scratching)

(electronic game sound)

So during my years on YouTube

I've done collaborations with a few people.

I've done collaborations with Nic Foti, James Rath,

Molly Burke, Tommy Edison, who has been the most

recent person I've done a collab with.

So I've done a few, and there's a pattern here, right?

They're all hearing.

And whenever I do a collaboration with a hearing YouTuber,

I see a flood of comments,

a lot of them with different reactions,

but all have the same sort of question,

depending on which reaction you're looking at.

So here's a few different reactions.

Wait a second, so how is she understanding

everything that Molly is saying?

What is happening over here, oh my god,

is she actually reading her lips, wait what?

Which is a normal reaction, although I will say,

in those videos that Molly and I have done together

we've already established in the video

exactly how that happened.

But that's okay, but that's okay.

However, there are also some reactions like this,

which mostly occurred in Tommy's video.

"Fake! She's not really deaf. What the?!

"She can understand everything that Tommy is saying,

she's talking, oh my gosh, she has some hearing left.

She's not deaf. Fake! Fake! Fake!

Mom, she's fake!"

Some of that was exaggerated for comedic effect,

not that some of y'all understood that

in the Shit Hearing People Say video, but anyway.

But that reaction brought up

some great "conversation" there.

And, no, thanks honey, but a couple weeks later,

a couple months later, still deaf over here.

Still deaf over here with residual hearing,

like many other deaf people.

But that's okay, what we're gonna do

is we're going to answer the question.

So I'm going to in this video tell you

exactly how it goes, how planning

with another YouTuber, who is hearing goes,

because there is some planning that gets into this.

First of all, if you haven't watched the video

that I did with Tommy, a lot of that, a lot of this

was already covered in that video,

so you could just use those for this.

But, every time I've contacted another YouTuber

or they contact me and we discuss doing our collaboration,

we come up with a plan, we come up with what the idea is,

you know, what we're gonna talk about and all of that.

So I get an idea of what is possibly

gonna come out of their mouths,

and what I can say, that kind of thing.

I have made a video called Bluffing.

Something about bluffing, it was a video about bluffing,

which means that if a deaf or hard-of-hearing person

is near a hearing person, communicating with them,

they'll often act like they know what they're saying,

but they don't really, but they just go with it

with the uh-huh, oh yeah, mm-hm, really, yeah, okay.

That kind of thing, that is what mostly happens

when I'm doing a collaboration with someone.

So whenever people are like, wait a second,

but she understood everything Molly was saying

or she understood everything that James was saying

or Tommy, or da da da,

at least half the time I don't understand

what's going on or what exactly is being said

until the captions come on when the video goes live.

So there is that.

Another thing is script, half of the collaborations I did

were 100%, or at least mostly scripted.

The video I did with Nicola,

which was a sketch video, that was scripted.

The video that I did with Tommy

on how deaf and blind people communicate,

that was 100% scripted.

That was 100% scripted.

So I already know what they're saying

because it's on a piece of paper

that's actually right in front of us on the table.

Now my lip reading skills are still practically nonexistent.

But if I have the script in front of me,

I already know what the words are gonna be,

I can read them pretty well from the person's mouth

if we don't have an interpreter present.

If we don't have an interpreter present.

Because it's already there.

Now this is a very, very rare occasion, but interpreters.

Now the only time there was ever an interpreter present

was when I did videos with Tommy

and Andrea acted as interpreter.

Now no, she isn't certified,

but this was not an official business thing.

If this was official business,

like if I was doing a collaboration with,

I don't know, let's say Google for example,

I don't know, then we would have a certified interpreter.

But in this case it was a little fun gig between friends,

so whatever.

So for the video that I did with Tommy,

that wasn't scripted, the one that was on my channel,

When People Mix Up Deaf and Blind.

You had Amanda... Amanda?! You had Andrea in the corner interpreting.

So you'll notice that I'm often looking towards this way

whereas Tommy is looking over here.

Tommy is not looking over here,

I'm looking over at Tommy, and she is over there.

So it kind of just works out.

So if we don't have a script, for example,

while I did a collaboration with James and Molly,

James was the most difficult to understand out of all

of them, out of all the collaborations that I did.

So when the Dating and Disabled video went up,

I actually didn't really know all of what he said.

I got a portion of it, but most of it I didn't

until that video went live and I watched it,

and I went, oh, that's what he said, a lot of the time.

Molly is actually the easiest for me to understand,

which is strange, because I guess normally I understand,

I don't know, it really depends on the person.

But Molly was the easiest to understand

besides Nicola at the time.

So a lot of the time I was hearing Molly pretty well,

but that's because she was loud,

she really amped up the volume, which is what works.

Now, as you know, videos are edited,

so there were a lot of times when we had to redo something

because I didn't understand what she was saying

and then we had to - she had to repeat herself

or she had to reword what she was saying,

or we were just gonna give up and then go with it.

I was like, never mind, just move on, move on

because we don't have the time for this.

And that's what I think a lot of people seem to forget,

is that videos are always edited.

So videos made me look as if I could understand them

more than I actually do, and again, bluffing.

Now another thing that happens is pen, paper.

This is kind of like planning,

but sometimes if we're right there and then doing the video,

for example, I'll go back to when I did a video with Molly,

and I show this in one of the videos,

I think that was the one we did on my channel,

How Deaf and Blind People Communicate.

(sighs) I'm running out of breath.

We often had to stop filming and then write

what she was gonna say, or at least an idea

of what she was gonna say so I could go along with it

and help put things together.

So now, add in attempted lip reading,

because there are some things that I do understand,

and residual hearing, put those last two things together

actually, and then mix them in with all the other things,

that's pretty much how you collaborate

with a hearing person if you are deaf or hard of hearing.

It's actually pretty simple,

and it's the same thing that I do in real life,

except it's for a video.

And should any more collaborations happen,

that's what we're gonna do.

It depends on who exactly I'm working with.

Pen and paper, repeating, phones,

it's just every day, but filmed.

So hopefully that helps you out a little bit.

Now I'm glad I have this video
