Welcome to Guys We F****d: the anti slut-shaming podcast. (laughter)

I never stop.

Hey, I'm Corinne Fisher.

I'm Krystyna Hutchinson. And we are co-hosts of Guys We F****d: the anti slut-shaming podcast.

Several years ago I was dumped by the former love of my life in a Panera Bread.

And Krystyna and I were already working together at that time,

so we decided to, kind of like, John Cusack it and go back and talk

to all the people we've ever had relationships with, or slept with, and that turned into Guys We F****d: the anti slut-shaming podcast.

I didn't realize until I started the podcast that people have this idea that women don't like sex--we do.

And if you do like sex it doesn't mean you're a whore.

We very quickly began to receive emails asking our advice:

anything from, "How do I tell my girlfriend she's bad in bed?"

to, "I was raped once and I've never told anybody about it."

It's easier to deliver a message with humor.

And we've talked to so many comedians who, just the worst things have happened to them and they are able to take it and turn it around and turn it into comedy.

And that helps the listeners who are not in a place to do that at all kind of, heal.

We have talked to a guy whose dad is a pedophile.

A couple in an open relationship.

And a very famous porn star who happened to date my boyfriend right before I started dating him, inspiring me to create the word, 'femasculated.'

Women are such a, such huge targets for sex-shaming and slut-shaming.

A lot of women are taught, and a lot of men are taught, that a woman's value is her looks.

If she has too much sex, she's a whore; but if she doesn't have a lot of sex she's kind of a prude.

Our goal, really, was to be the female Howard Stern.

because we wanted to let everyone know that like, hey, this is how we really talk about sex--guess what?

It's almost identical to the way men talk about sex...but probably with just some more information.

Ooh!

In this episode, we're learning how to ice fish

in upstate New York with all of our buddies

Who are teaching us everything we need to know

and we're discovering some interesting stuff.

There.

It looks like it was just swimming along and then all of a sudden it-

froze.

How do the fish get flash frozen into the water like that?

I don't even know if they're flash frozen or not

but they're stuck in the water somehow.

Pretty much, you want to get any auger, and, um,

make sure it has sharp blades, 'cause if you look close on this

you can see actually where the blade bends right

here. This is the edge, this is what digs into the

ice first, and then from there, I mean,

if you have a dull blade you're gonna be here for about an hour.

I mean, I'll be here for a little bit 'cause this is an 8-inch

and I don't have cleats on so I'm slidin'.

And that's how you dig a hole.

After you drill out your hole, get all

the snow and ice outta that hole, and a little net like

this works pretty well, there are ice scoopers but, uh,

this is all we have today.

Now, we are using a pro-finess drop

chain with a little diamond on the

bottom and that's connected to a lure

called the Swedish Pimple.

Alright, here we go

attached a little tail to it. Then, we bait the hooks with

spikes (or grubs) and bounce it off the

pond bottom. That's it. It's pretty simple

you can actually find the fish.

Ooh, that's a good one!

There we go! Finally!

Ice fishing is action-packed, and if you value

quantity over quality of fish, it's so much fun,

and they're really good to eat!

Got a minnow on this line.

There's a minnow on this rod being

chased around by a bigger fish.

Nice one, man.

Aw, I missed one. It got off?

Nice.

Look at that belly!

So, Brendon decided using a minnow with a pretty good idea.

Now I've got a little minnow on here

on a little ice jig, I'm just gonna let that to the bottom

and now we just wait.

Bumpin'.

Yeahh!

Oooh! Hahaha!

Like, what is that?

It took the minnow.

Oh my god, what the hell, what is that?

I know a guy who looks like that!

What causes a deformity like this

in a fish? I mean, this guy is really

We found so many interesting things on the ice, okay, check

this guy out he has some killer spikes! I

would not want to be poked by one of

those. Brendon and I still haven't really

mastered ice fishing yet, but we have

some more episodes with our incredible ice

fishing experience coming up.

Did you remember to breathe today? - Duration: 2:48.

All too often when things aren't going the

way we'd like, one of the first things to

go out of balance is our breathing. We tense

up and our breathing becomes shallow and

irregular. But I'd like to share with you

three really important reasons why you

need to remember to breathe.

Hi, I'm Nikki, the Truth Fairy, from

ChoosingDifferently.com and I'm

here to help you find your healing answers.

So I'm as guilty of this as the next

person. As soon as I get stressed or busy or

I'm rushing, my breathing goes out of

balance, I'm breathing shallowly, I'm not

breathing properly and I'm exacerbating

the tension with my breathing.

So the first reason why it's really important

to remember to breathe, is that cancer

hates oxygen. Cancer cells basically thrive in

what's called an anaerobic environment

and that basically means either low

oxygen or oxygen-free. So when you

breathe deeply and regularly you're

flooding your body with oxygen which

allows your healthy cells to thrive and it

discourages your cancer cells from growing.

The second reason is that your body

basically exists in one of two states -

"fight or flight" or "rest and repair". And when your

body's in fight-or-flight it's ready to

respond to any kind of threat, but it

can't direct resources towards healing. So

when your breathing is tense or

irregular you're sending a message to your

body to say there's a threat,

get ready to respond, so it can't heal

your body. But when you can slow your

breathing down, it then allows the body

to switch to that rest and repair state

and begin the really important job

of healing your body.

The third reason is one I really like

which is this idea that when you breathe you're

basically breathing God, Spirit,

The Universe - whatever you want to call it -

through your body.

So basically with every breath you're

inviting life into your body and that

seems to be a pretty important reason to

remember to breathe to me. And breathing

deeply is one of the ways that you can

easily activate your body's natural

ability to heal and I've got a quick start

healing guide that lists 10 different

things you can do right now to do

exactly that and I'll put a link to that in

the description of this video. So that

was three really important reasons to

remember to breathe and now I'd love to

hear from you. What are you best tips and

tricks to get your breathing back to

that relaxed, regular, deep state when

things aren't going quite as well as

you'd hoped? I'd love to hear from you in

as we spend New Year's Eve weekend exploring

the cities in Guanajuato where we see

amazing unesco sites, cool architecture

and eat the craziest flavored ice cream

let's go check it out! We start our tour

in San Miguel de Allende, a haven for

expats architecture lovers, and foodie

Estamos en San Miguel de Allende, beautiful city, famous for its food and art and it's spanish colonial

buildings. Here is the basilica

in San Miguel de Allende, there are a lot of people here today

After exploring San Miguel de

Allende we drove back to Guanajuato city

which is about an hour and a half away

I'm in Guanajuato, the streets are

get a panoramic view of Guanajuato

Guanajuato features a very unique

hilly topography with many historic

silver mines which earned a spot on the

unesco world heritage list.

Guanajuato! What mountain is this? The panoramic

mountain that shows you the view - it's called El Pipila.

This is El Pipila.

next we walk over to the zocalo this is

the historic center of the city on our

way without by many colorful buildings

alleyways and cobblestone streets.

this really full restaurant called

This place is famous for its very unique

ice cream we just got michelada flavor

which is a spicy beer also a have elote

which is corn and shrimp camarones this

Hi Everyone we're vegan vendetta.

And we'd like to tell you a little about the two of us.

So my name is Kayla I am a university student.

I am majoring in Political Science with a minor in American Sign Language.

And I work as a tutor for American Sign Language.

My name is Chase.

I work in a warehouse and I will be attending school shortly.

And we're Vegan Vendetta.

So you can already tell by our channel's name that we are vegans.

But we haven't been vegan our whole lives and we wanted to explain how we became vegans

to you.

Right.

So basically it was almost a year ago.

And um I felt like I needed to change something about my life.

I was almost 300 pounds.

And was tired all the time.

And my body ached all the time.

And I just felt weak and not motivated to do anything.

And so I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I started researching veganism and I approached him and told him that I wanted to go vegan.

and he can tell you his side.

Well basically it what she said.

she came to me one day and was like hey i want to talk to you about something.

We were actually at mcdonalds.

In the mcdonalds drive through.

Getting McChickens and I was like I think I want to go Vegan.

And I was like okay!

I've run out of options Ive tried to eat low calories eat like 1500 calories a day I've

tried to work out.

Nothing really works so I was like you know whatever who cares.

He was really supportive and he was like if you do it I'll do it too.

so we went vegan that was probably on a friday and we went vegan that monday.

And have not gone back since.

And never will.

So like I said I did start off at around 300 lbs and when I say like around 300 lbs I was

right at 300 lbs Um and currently I'm and 255.

I started off at 245 myself and I've lost about 50 lbs.

I've gone to 195.

And we'd just like to point out the fact that yes we went plant based to lose weight but

the longer we've been on the diet we've realized that veganism is more than a diet. we went

vegan for life.

and that's the main driving force behind us creating this channel.

Our ethics and the animals.

We created this channel to become activists.

We were just advocates before but it wasn't fulfilling for us at all. and we feel like

we needed to make a bigger impact on the community.

We want as many people to go vegan as possible and we can sit here and talk to a camera or

my laptop and just talk to ourselves all day long and have only one person watch our videos

if it even saves one animal.

its worth it for us.

that being said we plan on taking a more laid back approach to our activism.

Right.

so as of right now the type of videos you can expect to see are what we eat in days,

days in the life, our daily routines.

that kind of stuff Just so we can show you that it's really easy to be vegan. and after

a week of going vegan you're probably not even going to notice it anymore.

but to the animals it'll make all the difference in the world.

it is so huge to recognize that we are

nothing

really huge. It sounds good until you get

close to it. And then it's like 'Oh no,

really nothing?!' And the mind immediately

equates that with non-existence.

It's not a correct equation but that's

that's what the mind, of course.

nothing equals non-existence. If I am

nothing, if I am not somebody ... therefore

means i do not exist

the truth is what doesn't exist is who you

think you are. It doesn't exist. It's all

good parts and the bad parts and who you

think everybody else is, too. All made up

its the power of imagination and it's

wondrous its own right but regarding

the truth of the matter it doesn't in

reality exist and because of our

identification with who we think we are

we assume if that doesn't exist then 'I'

doesn't exist but 'I' is in fact existence

that all of the stories and the forms

... (?) appear and disappear in

and so when the form of you disappears

'I' remains. When you recognize who you are,

you know your form and what you call 'I' will

disappear and you remain

When i got my Amok

I got a new type of ridgeline on my amok

They called it an upgrade

which is..

Dyneema

Its stronger than steel!

Abit thinner and lighter then the originale Ridgeline

Personally i think the original is better looking, but again.. the new one is lighter and stronger, so its an upgrade!

What im going to do now

is to get my sleeping pad up and going!

You can mix it up with 10% water.. which will reduce to soot alot! (i switched to gass)

Same as we did in Femundsmarka national park.. we had our hammocks with us..

but at last we ended with making a tent out of our tarps.. and that made the trip more fun and laughable!

With solo trips and shorter ones.. we love to bring our Amoks and just hangout!

So it will be tent today.. will be sweeet!

Gonna wrap up my Amok, and set up the tent when Jona comes!

The plastic pollution problem has always been portrayed as something that is unsolvable.

The story has always been: ok we can't clean it up, so the best thing we can do is not make it worse.

To me that is a very uninspiring message.

What we're doing now has never been done before.

Hi, my name is Val and I am going straight to the point. I gathered all the information

that exists today about GTA 6, news, rumors and facts, city, cities, VR or not, lets talk

about it. Grand Theft Auto is one of the biggest franchises

in the history of entertainment industry but that is actually the reason why new installments

in the series come out so rarely. It is because it is more profitable to release one game

once in a while, provide additional content and simply count dem dollars, so do not anticipate

to be free roaming in a new open world anytime soon. Even though, originally GTA V came out

in 2013, it was later released on PC and next gen consoles with the greatness that ah..

is going to arrive, I want to believe. According to my calculations and I suck at math, GTA

6 is going to be released during 2019 or 2020, just at the time when even more people are

going to own ps4, or Xbox console, Scorpio? Sub-zero, slim, pro which is going to lead

to a PC without upgrade capability. Anyway, there are several rumors, some just appeared

out of nowhere and others, in fact, do have a basis. Back in spring of 2016, Techradar

claimed to have an information from a source close to Rockstar. It was said that players

are going to be buying a ticket to Tokyo, well not exactly, as we know it is never a

real city but a satirized version of it. It is well known that back in 2003, Rockstar�s

parent company, Take-two interactive, registered several trademarks, such as GTA: Tokyo, GTA:

Bogota and GTA: Sin City. . Rockstar representatives even visited Japanese capital to take pictures,

talk to locals and so on but idea never came to life. ? Grand Theft Auto 6 is in development

and that�s a fact. Take Two Interactive representative, while talking about how many

game developing companies kill their franchises by annualizing them, has said that Take two

is not interested in doing the same with GTA and Red Dead. There were other rumors about

where the new game might be set: Oregon or Vice City for example. According to former

Rockstar North head Leslie Benzies, it is possible for Rockstar to return to Vice City,

she said, and I quote: It is always a possibility. There are a few

references to the city in our current-gen GTAs so it is part of that HD universe, and

it is certainly somewhere we would love to revisit. However 'Vice City,' perhaps more

than any other GTA game, was as much about the era as the setting. Miami in the 1980's

is so iconic it would feel strange to revisit the city in a different time period.

What is also very interesting is another rumor. GTA 6 will feature not one but several version

of famous American cities, that is how Rockstar Games are going to be able to divide different

atmospheres, lifestyles and other aspects of cities in order to make their game more

dynamic. Not so long ago, Dan Houser, co-creator of Rockstar Games spoke to IGN about the possibility

of featuring a female character in one of their upcoming games and it is quite possible

that we will see a female character in GTA 6 because the system of three characters worked

so well in GTA 5. Houser added that adding a female character is something that their

team always thought about but it requires the right idea with the right theme. Lately,

there were a lot of rumors about GTA VI getting a VR support and some made assumptions that

this is the reason for delay but there is no information to back this statement up.
