EVERY ONE OF THE SENIORS AND A
FEW JUNIORS WERE NODDING BECAUSE
NOT JUST HERE IN WISCONSIN, BUT
ACROSS THE NATION, SINCE 1978,
TUITION HAS GONE AT FOUR TIMES
THE RATE OF INFLATION.
THAT'S A REAL CONCERN FOR
WORKING FAMILIES ACROSS THE
STATE.
WE FROZE TUITION FOR YEARS IN A
ROW WHEN I PROPOSED FREEZING AT
THE FIRST YEAR OF THE SECOND
YEAR.
I THINK IT WOULD HELP A LOT MORE
FAMILIES HAVE ACCESS.
IF NOTHING ELSE, I HAVE TO
MAINTAIN THAT FREEZE.
MIKE: YOU EXPECT THAT MOST OF
THE INCREASE FOR THE UW SYSTEM
WILL SURVIVE INTACT ABOUT $100
MILLION READ -- $100 MILLION.
GOV. WALKER: THERE'S A STRONG

ABOUT SAYING WE ARE SPENDING
MORE ON THE UW, BUT IT TIES INTO
THIS WORKFORCE ISSUE.

ON TO SAY I KNOW WE WANT MORE
PEOPLE ENROLLED AND MORE

GRADUATES I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE
MORE GRADUATES IN HIGH DEMAND
AREAS.
I WOULD LIKE THEM TO GRADUATE IN
A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND
GET JOBS IN THE STATE OF
WISCONSIN.

AND YET THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO SAY
WHAT HAPPENED A COUPLE OF YEARS
AGO, THE CUTS TO UW GOOD
LONG-TERM DAMAGE TO THE
INSTITUTIONS INVITATION AND ITS
ABILITY TO ATTRACT GRANT MONEY
AND ATTRACT AND RETAIN TOP-NOTCH
FACULTY.
DO YOU THINK THERE WAS ANY
DAMAGE FROM THE BUDGET?
GOV. WALKER: THE DATA SHOWS JUST
THE OPPOSITE.
WE MOVED UP YET AGAIN UNIVERSITY
OF WISCONSIN FLAGSHIP IN MADISON
MOVED UP IN THE RANKINGS OF THE
BEST INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER
EDUCATION ACCORDING TO U.S. NEWS
& WORLD REPORT AND A NUMBER OF
OTHER CAMPUSES IN THE UW SYSTEM
GOT CALLED OUT FOR GOOD MARKS ON
THOSE RANKINGS AS WELL.
PEOPLE FORGET THAT THE STATE
FUNDING IS ONLY A FRACTION OF
ALL THE MONEY FROM TUITION TO
GRANTS TO ASSISTANCE TO
DONATIONS AND ALL SORTS OF
THINGS.
IT'S A COMBINATION OF THINGS
HERE.
IN THIS CASE, IT'S NOT JUST THE
NEW FRONTING THE TARGETING KEY
AREAS THAT WILL HELP RUN THE
SPECTRUM AND IT'S HELPING OUT IN
AREAS EVEN FOR NONTRADITIONAL
LEARNERS TO RUN THE WORKFORCE.
MIKE: LATE LAST WEEK, A COUPLE
OF LAWMAKERS INTRODUCE
LEGISLATION THAT IS VERY SIMILAR
TO WHAT YOU WANT TO PUT IN THE
BUDGET REGARDING UW AND WHAT'S
CALLED CAMPUS FREE SPEECH.
THAT WAS TAKEN OUT BECAUSE IT
WAS CONSIDERED A NONPHYSICAL
ITEM.
IT'S COMING BACK TO LIFE NOW.
ESSENTIALLY, THE LAWMAKERS BILL
WOULD REQUIRE THE UNIVERSITY OF
WISCONSIN SYSTEMS TO DISCIPLINE
STUDENTS, POSSIBLY SUSPENDED OR
EXPELLED HIM, AND DISRUPT
SPEECHES ON CAMPUS.
IT WOULD ALSO SAY THE UNIVERSITY
HAS TO MAINTAIN THE POSITION OF
NEUTRALITY ON CONTROVERSIAL
PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES.
I IMAGINE YOU ARE PLEASED WITH
THIS.
WHY IS THIS NEEDED, AND ARE YOU
CONCERNED THAT FREE SPEECH
RIGHTS OF PEOPLE WHO MAY NOT
AGREE WITH SPEAKERS ON CAMPUS
ARE INFRINGED?
GOV. WALKER: RIGHT NOW COMING OF
THE OPPOSITE, PARTICULARLY
AMONGST A LOT OF LIBERAL GROUPS
AND ORGANIZATIONS, YOU HAVE THE
OPINION THAT THEIR PART OF YOU
WHICH THEY SEEM TO BE
OPEN-MINDED ABOUT -- THEY'RE
REALLY NOT OPEN-MINDED -- THEY
ONLY WANT TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE
WHO AGREE WITH THEM.
A UNIVERSITY SHOULD BE THE SPOT
WHERE YOU HAVE AN OPEN AND FREE
DIALOGUE ABOUT ALL DIFFERENT
POSITIONS AND PEOPLE CAN
CERTAINLY, WHETHER IT'S AGAINST
ME OR SOMETHING ELSE SAY I
DISAGREE, BUT DISAGREEING OR
EVEN PROTESTING IS ONE THING.
IF YOU COME INTO AN WHERE THEY
ARE HAVING A DISCUSSION ON THIS
AND YOU WANT TO HOLD SIGNS UP
HER PROTEST AND HAVE A RALLY OUT
IN FRONT, PERFECTLY FINE.
BUT THE MINUTE YOU SHUT DOWN A
SPEAKER, NO MATTER THEIR
LIBERAL, CONSERVATIVE, OR
SOMEWHERE IN BETWEEN, I THINK
THAT IS WRONG.
TO ME, UNIVERSITY ANYWHERE, FREE
SPEECH SHOULD BE UPHELD.
AT A MINIMUM, A UNIVERSITY
SHOULD BE PRICELESS -- PRECISELY
THE SPOT WHERE PEOPLE HAVE A
RIGHT TO BE HEARD.
IF SOMEONE HAS A CONTRARY
VIEWPOINT, SET UP A SIMILAR
SYMPOSIUM OR HOLD A PROTEST
OUTSIDE, BUT DISRUPTING AND
SHUTTING DOWN THE ABILITY FOR
SOMEBODY TO ACTUALLY BE HEARD IS
NOT FREE SPEECH.
MIKE: AS POLICY, HOW IMPORTANT
IS THIS YOU?
GOV. WALKER: IT'S INCREDIBLY
IMPORTANT, NOT JUST ON THE
PRINCIPLE, BUT IN THE LARGER
CONTEXT, IF WE ARE TO BE
PROVIDING TAXPAYERS MONEY, THE
HARD-WORKING TAXPAYERS OF THE
STATE ARE GOING TO BE SUPPORTING
OUR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER
EDUCATION, THERE'S AN
EXPECTATION THAT ALL VOICES CAN
BE HEARD AND THAT THERE'S AN
AMOUNT OF RESPECT.
TO ME, MY FREE-SPEECH RIGHTS
DON'T TRANSCEND YOUR RIGHT TO BE
HEARD, I THINK THAT'S THE
PROBLEM WE HAVE HAD AND WE SEE
IT -- THIS IS NOT UNIQUE TO
WISCONSIN.
WE SEE AROUND THE COUNTRY IN
SOME CASES, AROUND THE WORLD.
SOME PEOPLE THINK ONLY CERTAIN
VOICES SHOULD BE HEARD I THINK
WE NEED TO STAND UP AND ADVOCATE
FOR ALL VOICES BEING HEARD.

Weekly Thoughts: Stolen Meme :) - Duration: 5:40.
Hey ya'll so this week's weekly thoughts
video is going to be a lot different
than normal and when I say that it's not
going to be like thought-provoking or
anything because well multiple reasons
one the first one being that it's finals
there's a lot of stress going on in my life
so I haven't had time to really kind of
contemplate on anything and also the
main thing that's been on my mind this
week besides finals and stress and stuff
is something that's actually pretty
funny so I thought that's what I'd talk
about today. So I have a meme of myself
that my friends made for me at the
beginning of the first semester of
college and it's kind of like an inside
joke and I'm going to put a picture of
what it looked like so I took a picture
of it and I put it on my door and it was
stolen
so the meme is like my face and it says
the herd of Hannah-Joys because well
that's my name and the reason why it was
made was...I don't remember exactly what we were
doing or saying or whatever but for some
reason I always kept bringing up this
phrase the herd of Hannah Joy's because
I thought it was so funny to imagine a
herd of me just like running towards
you like I don't I thought it was
hilarious and so they ended up making
that meme. so I've had that meme on my
door for literally like two semesters
and no one has taken it I live in a dorm
you know so anyone really has access to
what's on our doors and it's never been
like taken or anyone
I mean people comment on it and stuff
but nothing like this has ever happened
and then this past Monday someone took
the meme off of my door with no
explanation I just came back it was like
evening and it's gone off of my door and
I'm like freaking out like okay who
would take this why would they take this
I can only think of a couple reasons why
someone would like take that off of my
door the first being like it's maybe
they didn't like me but I don't really
have people that don't like me *laughs*
so I can't think of anyone so I was like
okay maybe not this, the second is like
maintenance or something maybe they took
it off and that I ended up ruling that
out because of something happened later
which I'll tell you in a second and the
third was maybe it was a friend I was
like messing with me or something but if
it was a friend of mine then they wouldn't
have just like said nothing I feel
like they would have you know been like
"hey I'm holding your meme hostage" or
something but literally it was like
nothing and so I'm freaking out like
making a list of who it could be like
asking everyone I know and everyone's
like I don't know where it is but it
gets better so on Tuesday the next day
between 11 and 12 the meme was returned
and this is why I ruled out maintenance
because if it was maintenance then they
would have like...if it fallen off and they
just threw it away or something they
wouldn't have come back and put it back
on my door so the reason I know it was
between 11 and 12 is because it wasn't
there in the morning and I had to go to
a class and it wasn't there in the
morning and it wasn't there when I got
back then one of my friends was going to
class and saw the meme was back on my
door around 12 o'clock so I knew it had
to have been sometime between 11:00 and
12:00 but it was put back and so that's
why I ruled out maintenance and it just
like it just started messing with my
brain okay because I was like okay who
would return this if the person didn't
like me then if they were feeling guilty
about it they returned it or if it was
my friend then why didn't they say
anything at all and no one seems to know
anything about it
it was just mysteriously returned with
like no explanation at all and I even
went and talked to all of the RAs
about it which is like the people that
are in charge of the different floors of
my dorm and none of them knew who it was
so I was just like okay what could
possibly be happening here and so I
started making a list of all the
people and asking everyone like do
you know anything about this, are
you lying you know what is your alibi
everyone says like you need to let this
go just let it go you have it back let
it go. Then I take a Joker card and I put
don't touch my memes and I put that on
my door and then that gets taken I think
that was the next day and I'm freaking
out about that so I'm like texting all
my friends and stuff and it turns out
one of my friends confessed to taking that
but apparently they weren't the original
meme stealer so I was very confused and was
like okay so I know who did this but not
this and I was just like I need to know
who it is I just need some answers in my
life. I feel like one of those detectives
you know was like the red strings and
stuff and like I'm trying to figure out
who stole my meme. You would think this
would be the end of the story but it is
not tis not because yesterday my meme
was stolen again off of my door and
replaced with a different meme
I'll put a picture up here what it looks
like, um, I'm shook...and so this again rebooted
my freaking out and trying to figure out
who stole my meme because girl needs to
know okay *tongue click* so I'm continuing to tell all
of my friends and ask people and the
people that had stolen the little card
thing they're like nah that's not us I
don't know who did it I don't know what
happened to it we would have told you
and so everyone-no one's confessing to
it you know like I still don't know
however the story continues because
sometime this afternoon I came back
to my dorm and that meme was taken and
it was replaced with a troll face and
then later this afternoon a sad face was
added to that troll face and the don't
see my memes Joker card was taken which
my friends had returned it but now it's
gone
so that's the story so far I literally
have no frickin idea who it could be
because I just need some answers in my
life but yeah so I thought that this
would just be fun to share I guess for
today's weekly thoughts video because
it's what I've been thinking about you
know this is my life welcome it's
dramatic. Thank you!

If you're new to this channel then

very difficult to judge the look of the
video. Yes, you can see when you change
color profiles that the colors are
changing on the screen, but you can't
really judge the final result because of
the tiny screen and maybe the impact of
sunlight. DJI keep renaming their
profiles, but with the latest firmware
these are the current profiles available.

The video samples has been recorded in 2.7 k
30 fps and the white balance
set to SUNNY. Style has been
set to +1,0,0 for sharpness
contrast and saturation. The video has
been rendered in 1080p, through
DaVinci Resolve.
The choice of
color profile is highly dependable on
what you're planning to do with the footage
afterward. If you plan to color grade the
footage with tools like Davinci Resolve
you might want to go for a flat profile
like D-Log or D-Cinelike. You can
apply something called LUT or look-up
tables with your color grading
software. that allows easy color grading
of your footage. This is outside the scope
of this video's so this we can cover
another time. Color grading look stunning
but sometimes it can also be very
time-consuming. You might just want to do
some casual flying and use the footage
directly of your Mavic. This is where the
color profile come in handy and you can
produce a certain look and feel to your
footage. What profile is the right for
your needs? That is hard for me to say

has not commented on this.

The "Vivo V5" was released last November as a seflie-focused phone.
The phone has a 20MP Sony IMX376 sensor for its front facing camera, so you see why it
is aimed at selfie lovers.
Sadly, the "Vivo V5" is not in the news for its camera but for
its recent explosions.
In the past few weeks, there have been two reports from India of the "Vivo V5" exploding
while charging.
The first happened in a local store where the phone was left to charge.
An image of the accident shows a large part of the plastic back plate got melted off.
A week later, another incident of the Vivo V5 exploding while charging was reported in
Karnal, a city in the Indian state of Haryana.
The second incident has lead people to believe that it is no longer an isolated incident.
Two units exploding within the span of a week is bad for the company�s image.Although
Vivo has not made any comments about the issue and we are not aware of an on-going investigation.
However, we can be sure there is no recall happening yet.
Following the launch of the original Vivo V5, the manufacturer has released the "Vivo
V5 Plus" with dual front cameras, the Vivo V5 Lite
and the Vivo V5s.
So what should you do if you own a Vivo V5?
Since the incident is limited to when the device is charging, there is no need to worry
about it randomly catching fire in your pocket.
Asides that, you might want to monitor the phone while charging.
If you notice it starts to get unusually hot, quickly unplug.
It is also advised that you do not leave your phone charging overnight or charging on an
easily inflammable material like your bed.
And lastly, do not use the phone while charging.

You probably aren�t familiar with the name Jason T. Wright, but you�re probably familiar
with his work.
He�s the Penn State astronomer who put out the theory that there may be an alien megastructure
being built around a star that is 1,500 light years away.
That strange star must have given him a few ideas, because Wright has just published a
paper that suggests there could have been an advanced civilization in our solar system
before humans emerged.
He believes that �A prior indigenous technological species might have arisen on ancient Earth
or another body, such as a pre-greenhouse Venus or a wet Mars.� However, the real
crux of his paper is not just if there was an advanced race here before humans emerged,
but how we would go about finding evidence of this hypothetical species.
That�s because in all likelihood, any trace of an advanced civilization from millions,
or even billions of years ago, would be long gone.
If there were a civilization on Venus; a planet that used to be far more habitable than it
is now, a resurfacing event that occurred between 300-500 million years ago would have
utterly destroyed all evidence of that civilization.
On Earth, the gradual shift of our planet�s tectonic plates would have also destroyed
any evidence.
So where would we find any of what Wright calls �technosignatures� from millions
of years ago?
He argues that there may be some underground structures in certain locations that would
be protected from periodic asteroid strikes.
�Remaining indigenous technosignatures might be expected to be extremely old, limiting
the places they might still be found to beneath the surfaces of Mars and the moon, or in the
outer solar system.�
He added that �Such structures would be expected to fall into disrepair, especially
if its creators are absent,� but their technological nature would still be recognizable.
He also believes that we should be looking into the asteroid belt, where we might find
space probes, mining facilities, or even ancient settlements.
Though most scientists probably don�t think that an advanced species existed in this solar
system before we emerged here, Wright makes a pretty good case for looking in our own
backyard.
After all, if one advanced species evolved here, then it�s much more likely that other
advanced species lived here
in
the past.

This might not be common knowledge, but fast radio bursts (FRB) were first discovered more
than 10 years ago. Their place of origin, however, has been a complete mystery since
their discovery. A new paper by Harvard researchers, published in the journal Astrophysical Journal
Letters, outlines how the possibility that these may actually be artificial hasn�t
really been investigated, despite the fact that it is one of the most plausible hypotheses.
In the paper, they examine the possibility that these FBRs are artificial beams that
have been set up as beacons for the purpose of driving light sails, which would be used
to propel spaceships:
The idea that extraterrestrial civilizations may be using radio beams (manifested as dispersed
pulses) is certainly not a new one, as it dates back to the pioneering paper by Cocconi
& Morrison (1959). This idea was extended by researchers engaged in the Search for Extraterrestrial
Intelligence (SETI), accounts of which can be found in Drake & Sobel (1992) and Tarter
(2001); also Siemion et al. (2012). In addition to traditional, radio-based SETI, many other
approaches have been advanced for detecting alien civilizations (e.g., Dyson 1960; Schwartz
& Townes 1961; Howard et al. 2004; Benford et al. 2010; Wright et al. 2014; Lingam & Loeb
2017).
The study goes on to demonstrate how FRB parameters were consistent with their hypothesis, and
showed how the emitter of the FBR was twice the diameter of our planet. In the conclusion,
the authors also state:
We illustrated that the frequency needed to power the light sail was consistent with those
observed for FRBs, lending further credence to our hypothesis. Our analysis gave rise
to many interesting consequences. It was shown that the payload of the light sail and the
beam's characteristic period should be approximately 106 tons and 7 days, respectively. Moreover,
under certain simplifying assumptions, we derived an upper bound on the total number
of intelligent civilizations in a galaxy (akin to the Milky Way). We also suggested that
smaller light sails may be widely prevalent, which are presently undetectable as their
spectral flux densities are too low. Using the all-sky cosmological rate of FRBs, we
argued that an FRB might originate within the Milky Way once every several centuries.
Although the possibility that FRBs are produced by extragalactic civilizations is more speculative
than an astrophysical origin, quantifying the requirements necessary for an artificial
origin serves, at the very least, the important purpose of enabling astronomers to rule it
out with future data.

Strange radio wave flashes from far outside of our Milky Way galaxy (or in it) have scientists
completely confused. Since 2001, telescopes have been picking up these fast radio bursts
(FRBs). Only a total of ten have ever been detected. The bursts last just a few milliseconds
and then explode with just as much energy as our Sun releases in a month, which is massive.
One of the most recent bursts occurred in 2014, and it was the first one in history
to be caught in action, thanks to the Parkes Telescope in New South Wales, Australia. The
others were found by examining data after the bursts had already arrived on Earth.
�The weird part is that they all fit a pattern that doesn�t match what we know about cosmic
physics.�
Michael Hippke from the Institute for Data Analysis In Neukrichen-Vluyn, Germany, and
John Learned from the University of Hawaii in Manoa, have not ruled out the possibility
that these bursts come from somewhere within our galaxy. They determined this by calculating
how far the bursts have travelled, a technique known as �the dispersion measure.�
The Harvard paper hypothesizes, based on their evidence, that they do originate from within
the Milky Way Galaxy.
It�s also interesting to note that all 10 of the detected bursts have dispersion measures
that are multiples of 187.5. This is both fascinating and unexplainable, and they are
suggesting that this line-up of the dispersion implies five sources for the bursts that are
all at regularly spaced distances from Earth.
According to their research, there is a 5 in 10,000 probability that this type of line-up
is a coincidence, and that it is �very, very hard to explain.�
What could the sources of these signals heading towards Earth be? Are they unidentified cosmic
objects? Is it human technology? Or is the question not what are they, but from whom?
If the natural explanations don�t seem to fit, the researchers have concluded in their
paper that �an artificial source (human or non-human) must be considered.�
Jill Tarter, the former director of the SETI Institute in California, says �These have
been intriguing as an engineered signal, or evidence of extraterrestrial technology, since
the first was discovered.�
Just this year, scientists discovered six more bursts of radio signals, this time coming
from a place in deep space outside of our galaxy. A total of 17 such radio signals have
been received from this location in space, and given their nature, many people believe
they are extraterrestrial in origin. These signals were detected at the Green Bank Telescope
in the U.S. and the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico.

The sheer power of these signals, as well as their having been detected coming from
deep space, is leading to speculation that there may be an advanced extraterrestrial
civilization behind them.

Lockheed Exec Says This Is Already Happening Via Quantum Entanglement
It�s called quantum entanglement, it�s extremely fascinating and counter to what
we believe to be the known scientific laws of the universe, so much so that Einstein
himself could not wrap his head around it. Although it�s called �quantum entanglement,�
though Einstein referred to it as �spooky action at a distance.�
Recent research has taken quantum entanglement out of the theoretical realm of physics, and
placed into the one of verified phenomena. An experiment devised by the Griffith University�s
Centre for Quantum Dynamics, led by Professor Howard Wiseman and his team of researchers
at the university of Tokyo, recently published a paper in the journal Nature Communications
confirming what Einstein did not believe to be real: the non-local collapse of a particle�s

They did this by splitting a single photon between two laboratories, and testing whether
measurement of it in one laboratory would actually cause a change in the local quantum
state in the other laboratory. In doing so, researchers were able to verify the entanglement
of the split single photon.
Researchers have since replicated this experiment over and over again, with results of entanglement

Sure, there are a lot of philosophies regarding what all of this stuff actually means, but,
as Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher puts it, it�s a pre-curser to realizing that everything
is connected, and that everything in the universe is one. What happens in what we call reality,
is effecting something else in that same reality, it�s all �touching.�
What�s happening here is that, either we are witnessing the transfer of �information�
at a speed far greater than the speed of light, or even better, something completely instantaneous.
If all points in space are connected, that means vast distances between places are simply
an illusion. Furthermore, quantum entanglement challenges Einsteins theory of relativity,
but theories are developed to be tweaked and changed. Unfortunately, our world is plagued

The Lockheed Executives Comments On Space Travel
Rich was the second director of Lockheed Skunkwork�s from 1975-1991. He�s been called the Father
of Stealth, having overseen the development of the stealth fighter, the F-117A nighthawk.
Before his death, Rich made several shocking open statements about the reality of UFOs
and extraterrestrials.
�We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked
up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit
humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do it.�
�We now have technology to take ET home. No it won�t take someone�s lifetime to
do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability
to travel to the stars.�

Where Quantum Entaglement Comes In
When Rich was asked how UFO propulsion worked, he said, �Let me ask you. How does ESP work?�
The questioner responded with, �All points in time and space are connected?� Rich then
said, �That�s how it works!�
Interesting to think about, isn�t it? Perhaps the vast distances that exist between planets,
solar systems and more isn�t really as much of a barrier as we thought it was.
What Are The Sources For These Quotes?
One of the sources is aerospace journalist, James Goodall, who wrote for publications
such as Jane�s Defense Weekly, Aviation Week and Space Technology, and Interavia.
He is an accomplished speaker specializing in the history, development, and operations
of the world�s only Mach 3 capable, manned air breathing aircraft, the SR-71 family of
aircraft.
He is also an author, as well as the Associate Curator at the Pacific Aviation Meseum, HI.
He was also the restoration manager at the Museum of Flight in Paine Field, Everett,
WA.
Goodall interviewed many from the classified black budget world (read more about that world
here.) He claimed that some of his contacts told him that �we have things out there
that are literally out of this world, better than Star Trek or what you see in the movies.�
From his work alone, James Goodall knew Ben Rich well. In a video interview, Goodall stated
that he spoke to Rich approximately 10 days before he died:
�About ten days before he died, I was speaking to Ben on the telephone at the USC Medical
Center in LA. And he said, �Jim, we have things out in the desert that are fifty years
beyond what you can comprehend. They have about forty five hundred people at the Lockheed
Skunk works. What have they been doing for the last eighteen or twenty years? They�re
building something.��
Another source comes from John Andrews, who was a legendary Lockheed engineer. He had
written to Rich, stating his own belief in UFOs, both manmade and extraterrestrial. Andrews
has asked Rich if his own beliefs covered extraterrestrial as well as manmade UFOs.
Rich�s reply was as follows:
�Yes, I�m a believer in both categories. I feel everything is possible. Many of our
man-made UFOs are Un-Funded Opportunities. There are two types of UFOs, the ones we build,
and the ones they build.�
In Rich�s reply, he underlined the U, F, and O in �unfunded opportunities.�
Thirdly, Jan Harzan, a senior executive with IBM, along with Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer
who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA�s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, discusses
a talk Ben gave some time ago. On March 23rd, 1993 at a UCLA School of Engineering talk
where he was presenting a general history of Sunk Works, he said this:
�We now know how to travel to the stars. There is an error in the equations, and we
have figured it out, and now know how to travel to the stars and it won�t take a lifetime
to do it. It is time to end all the secrecy on this, as it no longer poses a national
security threat, and make the technology available for use in the private sector. There are many
in the intelligence community who would like to see this stay in the black and not see
the light of day. We now have the technology to take ET home.�

"Kenneth--" Well, one other thing. I take after my mother's
side of the family. And my grandfather, grandmother,
great-grandfather, great-grandmother and the family
around that as I looked up the family tree and so forth, they
all died in mid to late 70s. And, you know, the devil's
trying to use that on me, too. (Audience Agrees) Well, the Lord
said to me, He said, "Kenneth, you're paying attention to your
natural DNA." (Audience Agrees) He said, "Don't you remember in
my Word, it says you're 'born again, not of corruptible seed,
but incorruptible, by the word of God, that lives and abides

spiritual DNA." He said, "I'm your Father, son. And your DNA

So I began to put pressure on that. And these other things
would show up, and I'd say, "No. No, no, no, no. That's the
natural side of the family. This is the supernatural side of the
family." (Audience Agrees) And I noticed this, as I my physical
DNA began to lead me down this way, my spiritual DNA came in
and arrested that. (Agreement & Applause) And in a lot of
ways--I'm talking about physically now. In a lot of
ways, I'm stronger today than I was 20, 25 years ago. (Cheers &
Applause) And so--now, this is very important. This is
extremely important. AUDIENCE: Yes, yes. KENNETH: Now, your
spiritual DNA was programmed to keep your body strong for 120
years. (Audience Agrees) Now, where is the problem? There's
really--let me--let me take this another step further. When you
turn over there to the book of Leviticus and so forth, and you
run into all of those food laws-- AUDIENCE: Yes. KENNETH:
--oh, people don't want to hear that. "Oh, no, this is New
Covenant. We can eat anything you want to." Not and live 120
years, you can't. (Laughter) God hasn't changed, His Word hasn't
changed, and pigs haven't changed. (Laughter) A pig is
still a pig, and he ain't fit to eat. AUDIENCE: That's right. Say
that again. KENNETH: Now, I know some of you will say, "Well, you
know, I think I'll go on home now." (Laughter) No. "Well,
Brother Copeland, that was under the law." Well, the reason it
was under the law is God made it a law to keep them from eating
pigs, because he didn't create the--He didn't create the swine
for food. That thing had another purpose. AUDIENCE: Yes. KENNETH:
Now, all--all of the foods that are in the good column, that
whole thing is designed based on 120 years. It's not based on you
eating something you don't want to eat. AUDIENCE: That's right.
KENNETH: It's base on this physical body being nourished as
it should-- AUDIENCE: Amen. KENNETH: --for that whole
120-year period of time, because that's the bedrock upon which it
sits, is that statement God made, "His days are 120 years."
Well, you ought to be healed for the whole 120-year period, too.
(Audience Agrees) That--the physical part of it, that's not
having correct spiritual food, not having correct mental or
intellectual food, and not having correct physical food,
because you've got to eat, spirit, soul, and body. And
Jesus made the statement, "Man can't live by bread alone, but
by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God." So the
spiritual food is important. Now, religion is not spiritual
food. (Audience Agrees) No. And it--religious tradition and so
forth won't feed your spirit. But the integrity of the written
Word will feed your spirit. And when your spirit is well fed,
you have faith. AUDIENCE: Amen. KENNETH: Because faith cometh by
hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. You can't get strong
spiritually by hearing someone say, "You never know what God's
gonna do." (Laughter) Well, tradition never knows what He's
going to do, but Word people know. (Audience Agrees) Because
He's going to do exactly what He said He's going to do. (Audience
Agrees) Amen? (Audience "Amens") So you can see the principle.
Now, the other thing that is terribly damaging is
unforgiveness-- AUDIENCE: That's right. KENNETH: --not walking in
the law of love. AUDIENCE: Yes! KENNETH: And since it is a law
that we love the Lord our God and one another even as God
loved us, it is a law. It is not optional. And it is the key
issue to long life-- AUDIENCE: Amen. Amen. KENNETH: --that has
to be in place. AUDIENCE: Yes. KENNETH: You can have--I mean,
you can eat right and all that, but--you're feeding your

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part; But when that which is complete comes, that
which is in part will be rendered useless.
When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I thought as a child, I reasoned as a child;
since I have become a man, I have done away with childish things.
For now we see in a mirror obscurely, but at that time face to face; now I know in part,
but at that time I will fully know even as also I was fully known.
Now there abide faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these is love.
