Video Diary - Taking a Day (or two) to Plant a Garden - Duration: 8:38.-Good morning!
It's our gardening day!
My mom made breakfast this morning and we are ready!
I don't want to use any chemicals so we are using vinegar... to kill the weeds around
the beds, and no chemicals on my face... well, you can't really help it, but...
Arbonne is what I put on my face for sunscreen because today is going to be a sun day -
"sun" day.
I got my hat, I got my sun screen, and we are ready!
(music)
-You have to be careful not to spray the plants that you want to keep.
Last year was really really overgrown with weeds.
So this year, we're gonna...
Even though I had this landscaping fabric, it didn't really work, so we're gonna try
to do a little bit extra this year.
My mom and I are on our way to the nursery, a local nursery to get all the good stuff
for our vegetable garden.
But since it's still a work day, I packed up some CD orders and I'm just gonna drop
them off.
My mom grew up in a village, in a beautiful part of Croatia called Zagorje and I learned
so much about healthy eating and, and gardening from her stories.
And her favorite story... koja je tvoja najdraza uspomena?
- Malo ce zazvucati cudno... ali najdraze u djetinjstvu je moje provedeno vrijeme sa
mojom kravom koja se zvala Perga.
-My mom had a cow... they had only one cow and my was in charge of her, and her name was Perka.
-Perga.
-Perga.
-Oh, moja Perga...
(music)
-So I got the dirt, worm castings and mushroom compost that I
wanted, but I didn't get the plants, so we are going to have to make another stop...
Probably that's why cowboys wear hats because there is no way you can have good hair while
doing this kind of stuff...
I know this is silly...
This is my favorite nursery.
It's located at the Nashville Farmers' Market downtown and it's called Gardens of Babylon.
They have really good stuff and we got most of our stuff here.
I was planning on having the boys unload, but I feel strong.
I want to do this by myself.
(music)
So I just put down the most of the...
I have one more bed to put down the compost and then I am planning where to put plants.
I am pretty much gonna do the same as last year.
I used a website to tell me which companion plants are good together... it's wonderful
how it all works together.
Not every day is like this.
Most of the days I am in my office glued to the chair, so this is, this is good...
But this can't wait, because if I wait another week, I will miss the chance to plant a lot
of those vegetables that I want to have, so...
That's why I'm doing this today.
I'm on my way to take the guitar to Blais.
I have to say this beautiful fence was built by Matthew last year...
look how pretty... oh the beds... everything was built by Matthew.
Well, we're done.
Moments before the rain!
Look at those clouds over there.
Mama we did it!
Yey!
This first bed is spinach and lettuces, and then the second one is tomatoes and zucchini
and peppers and then the bed over there is seeds - carrots, beets, radishes and onions.
My mom noticed there's birds...
She thinks they are gonna eat the carrot seeds...
My hands after gardening.
Nails are awesome.
French manicure (laughing).
Well we cleaned up a little bit and now we're going to Evan's spring concert with his band.
It never stops!
(sound of garden hose)
So now we put down the landscaping fabric all over,
and it looks really good.
I decided to get some help for the last thing on our garden, to get the much in.
And the guys from Titus were able to help us, and they did a great job putting the mulch
down and making the garden look really, really good.
One thing that Iove about gardening and why I do this, and why I find it very, very healing,
especially in times like these, when we are dealing with illness and healing... is that
garden is to me not only nourishing physically, because once these gorgeous vegetables start
bearing fruit and we harvest them, we'll eat...
I'll make lots of different meals from zucchini and cucumbers and beets and onions and all
these wonderful things... but also, for me it's even more important for how healing it
is for my soul.
First of all, I feel very connected and grounded, but really connected - with God, with the
whole creation, with life energy, with that healing process that always happens in nature
- constant growth, constant change, constant transformation, the life cycle that goes from
seed to the harvest.
And then the fruit bears new seed that starts the whole cycle again.
That helps me to kind of get out of my daily anxiety and become aware of how we are a part
of the larger life cycle.
And also, gardens just make me feel grateful.
I am grateful for the food, I am grateful for the earth.
I am grateful for the sun and the rain, and the bees, and the little worms that are so
important...
I'm grateful for every bit, every part of it.
I'm grateful for the commitment that the garden requires of me - to tend it, to work with
it, to enjoy its flow, to give back to me and I'm able to feed my children, and share
the fruits of the garden with my family, my mom, Matthew, and you.
(music)
One last thing.
These are my gardening shoes.
Yup, they are high heels.
I guess that's the city girl in me.
Thanks for watching!

CBS Sports double W II took bad blood
and is now going to call it are you
ready
great balls of fire that's right ladies
and gentlemen WWE's new pay-per-view for
July will be called great balls of fire
according to the report the Beast

Universal Champion for the first time
after beating Goldberg for the title he
has not defended it yet but Brock Lesnar
will defend his title in July against I
guess whoever the number one contender
will be at that time right now we have
Roman reigns and braun strowman right
yeah I mean those two guys right there
will have to be the number one picks for
the title to actually be good personally
I want braun strowman to be the one to
go against brock I mean they building
braun strowman as the ultimate he'll
brock lesnar was being pushed as a face
while the crowd stays booing roman
reigns I think Roman reigns is is better
off to becoming a he'll if they're
trying to push Brock as a face and Braun
being a he'll heal versus he'll now
Roman reigns does actually have the best
chance out of braun strowman to go face
Brock Lesnar for the universal title but
personally like I said I would like
braun strowman's to do it braun strowman
and brock lesnar looks like they're
gonna sell a lot of tickets braun
strowman is getting a big push people
like him as a heel and people love brock
lesnar obviously he can sell tickets you
get disappear come back and sell tickets
at any time but anyway back to the thing
great balls of fire is the next event
that's crazy WWE I mean we had we had
SummerSlam 1998 themed highway to hell

HUMAN RELATIONS WITH PYRAMID - PART 6 - Duration: 3:43.Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
PYRAMID.
I have explained in the previous video on the roles of every scholars
and ourselves to understand clearly what pyramid actually is.
But, it has not covered everything, has it?
You were only generally exposed on what pyramid actually is.
At least, it is giving a chance for us to start thinking.
Not to think without any facts, but to think with clear facts.
Therefore, Ladies and Gentleman, when we look at how we deliver the facts on pyramid or ALAMTOLOGI,
we would not be able to run away from two main factors needed to be understood.
The first factor is
Time.
The second factor is Energy.
If you have seen a video on a broadcast tv (Astro) regarding Einstein's theories,
his main question was about time
and then we look back at ALAMTOLOGI that refers to two factors which are Time and Energy.
When the shape of pyramid exist,
then the two factors play an important role.
It is nothing more than the Factor of Time and the Factor of Energy.
The production of a pyramid will give us two things which are,
the value of energy and also the value of time to something specifically.
In ALAMTOLOGI, there are two main time factors that are called time controller (MP)
and time controlled (MDK) factor.
In energy factor, there are also two main factors,
which are Macro Energy and Micro Energy.
Therefore, everything comes in pairs.
Just as what I have mentioned earlier.
Ladies and Gentleman,
if we could understand the pyramid,
it is possible to explain how the delay process in time controlled (MDK) happens.
For instance, how the rate of something or a process is being slowed down or delayed
in the time controlled (MDK) time.
What is the time of time controlled (MDK)?
There are too many Ladies and Gentleman.
There are
millions of explanations, documents that I have completed,
in many forms like raw data to academic writings that are specified to ALAMTOLOGI
which can be related to to answer the question earlier.
Ladies and Gentleman,
is this getting interesting? Stay tuned for the next video.

Speedart Saturday- Animal Jam Art Contest Prize for Fuzzyberryclaws1 - Duration: 4:19.[Music: "Son of a Rocket" by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com)]
Hey, Jammers! Crazcatlover here, back with another episode of Speedart Saturday!
Today, I'm going to be drawing fuzzyberryclaws1's wolf,
and this drawing took two hours and 43 minutes to complete.
So, in case you didn't know, fuzzyberryclaws1 was one of the runners up of my recent art contest, for this awesome drawing!
And so, again, I didn't have enough spikes to give all of the runners-up spikes,
So instead I'm making speedpaint videos! For fuzzyberryclaws1, and I already did snowlondon's.
So after this, this will be the end of the speedpaint videos for the art contest winners and runners-up.
And so I will be opening commissions again really really soon.
I plan on getting them open and have a video about them being opened,
and how to order them, on either Monday or Wednesday, depending on when I get the speedpaint video for Tuesday done.
So yeah, look forward to that!
If you've been wanting to order art by me, you don't have to wait much longer.
By the way, if my voice sounds a little bit different than normal,
that's because I'm sick. That's why I didn't narrate last episode of Animal Jam Art Gallery.
Because I'm sick and I really did not want to narrate anything that day,
when I was making Animal Jam Art Gallery.
But I'm feeling a little bit better today; more energetic!
More like making a speedpaint video narration, so I'm making a speedpaint video narration!
I'm making a speedpaint video, and I'm answering Q&A questions!
So, today's Q&A questions come from my buddy, sarahkey8!
I feel like I say that in every speedpaint video.
She provides me with pretty much all of my questions for my Q&A.
Which I really appreciate, but honestly, guys, if you want to ask me questions, don't be afraid to ask me questions!
I really do appreciate it when I get Q&A questions.
And so yeah, anyway, the first question is, What is your opinion on the new pet eggs?
The pet eggs are cool, but the pets that come out of the pet eggs are even awesomer!
Because they're so SQUISHY! They're so cute and little and kawaii ^.^
Especially the pet bat chicks. I just love the pet bat chicks, I love them so much.
They're so squishy-looking. I love them.
Anyway, next question is, What do you think the new animal is going to be?
Well, um the letters on that stone (in the Jamaa Journal) are kind of weird-looking.
They're, like, upside-down and mirrored, but if you look at them,
it does look like it says Canidae.
I don't know if I'm pronouncing that correctly because I don't know Latin...
But anyways, Canidae is a scientific classification of animals, it's a family.
Family Canidae, and it includes wolves and foxes and jackals and other dogs and stuff.
So, like Wisteriamoon and... Julian2, I think? predicted, I think it might be a jackal,
or maybe an African wild dog, since bepper has really wanted an African wild dog,
and Animal Jam seems to be listening to what the famous Jammers want.
Like, the whole 1,000 buddy spaces and everything but yeah I think it's- I KNOW it's going to be some kind of dog.
But I don't know what kind of dog, so a jackal is a good theory.
So, yeah that's what I think. Thank you so much for those awesome questions, Sarahkey8!
And if you have any questions that you want me to answer in a future speedpaint video, don't be afraid to ask!
You can ask on my Jammer Wall in Animal Jam, or on my blog, thecrazcatblog.blogspot.com
I would love to answer your questions in a future speedpaint video!
And so yeah, here's the finished art! (text displayed on screen)
And of course, (text displayed on screen)
Keep on drawing and have a fabulous day! This is crazycatlover, logging out. Peace!

it is an Example to more explain
Students' grades in some subjects

How Long Should You Train for An Ultramarathon, Ironman, or Half-Ironman 70.3? - Duration: 9:23.- 40 kilometers in an hour 20.
Nailed the mega shake today.
Trainiacs aren't built overnight.
Good Morning trainiacs, it is.
Oh, I've gotta go-5:34.
Going to meet Pat just for a one on one little bike date,
and it's in the minuses.
Like ice out.
(mellow music)
Now if you are like me, and you're allergic to the cold.
You wanna be super warm.
Snowmobile, lobster claw mitts.
If there's anyone that knows how to keep hands warm
in windy conditions, snowmobilers.
Why is it so dark?
Why is it so dark?
Why is that, why is that picture so dark?
Alright guys, I've gotta go.
Be back.
Well, it's actually not too bad.
These things kept me, in the words of Lloyd Christmas,
"You wanna use my extra gloves?
My hands are getting sweaty."
That there was 40 kilometers in an hour twenty.
Just a good steady ride with old coach Pat.
Keeping it around 220 to 30 watts?
Good steady work, I enjoyed that.
Mega shake.
You guys wanna go outside. (leash jangling)
It's nice out there, not really.
It's just something you say.
(liquid pouring)
(container opening)
(crinkling noises)
(blender motor)
Nailed the mega shake today.
Well this is a bit of change of pace.
I have to drive to work because I've gotta go on a shoot.
Lot's of shooting this week.
We're getting a lot of shooting done,
and I'm gonna cut through this house right here.
Probably gonna have to grab the owner's manual
make sure I remember how to drive this car.
This my car. (light traffic noises)
One of the joys of Winnipeg is
that they put sand all over the roads in the winter.
And then in spring,
you've gotta ride your bikes thought it
until they come and clean it up-like. (sandy rasping)
Still sandy on the sidewalks,
but they went and cleaned up our street last night,
and then they moved my car.
Didn't tell me.
Sorry for not bringing you guys
on the bike this morning with Pat,
but the lobster claw mitts and
really just the lobster claw mitts.
That had no dexterity in my fingers
to be working that Go Pro.
(mellow music)
So I don't know when you guys were around
when I talked to my buddy Mike about the Barkley Marathons.
That 130 mile, serious off road, intense marathon.
We're going to do some work at his company today,
and he does 50k, 50 mile, 100 mill races.
I think his end goal...
Oh, I just bounced you off the side window.
I think his end goal is to do the western states 100.
A lot of you ask, how to increase your volume safely.
And if there's a guy I know
that knows how to increase his volume safely, it's Mike.
So I know that we're supposed to be doing work work,
and he's a big, fancy business owner,
but I'm gonna see if I can steal him away
and convince him to talk about running.
It shouldn't be hard.
(mellow music)
You've been on camera so much,
I'm going to steal you for...
I want to Triathlon Taren you up
cause you were really popular last time you went.
I'm not kidding.
- [Mike] Do I have a following now?
- [Taren] Yeah!
- [Mike] That's pretty exciting.
- [Taren] Yeah!
- [Taren] Alright gang, you might remember Mike
from such blogs as two weeks ago-ish,
and Mike is an ultra runner.
And a lot of you have been saying stuff like,
"I went from four hours of training a week
to 12 hours of training a week,
and now I'm very injured."
Mike, being an ultra runner,
I thought would be a good person
to explain how you increase the amount
of training that you do
over the course of years, months, training programs.
How did you, over the years, build
from running to running massive volumes?
- [Mike] Yeah so I think,
I don't know if I always follow it,
but the rule of thumb that I heard,
or that's out there, is that your long run
should only increase by around ten percent a week.
- [Taren] M-hmm! That's what I always say.
- [Mike] That's a good rule.
So going from four to 12, I think if you do the math,
is higher than ten percent.
- [Taren] Little bit. - [Mike] Yeah.
So, for me now, is really about maintaining a base level,
and then as I start approaching races,
I'll build that up again.
Right so, you know, if I'm in a kind of a
not a training mode, I might be in that
20 to 25 miles a week.
- [Taren] Like just to maintain a level of fitness?
- [Mike] Just to maintain, right?
And that'll grow up to a peak
of maybe 50 or 60 miles a week
as I get closer to a race.
- [Taren] And like, how long would it take you
from going from that 25 miles to 50 miles?
Could a few months. - [Taren] Yeah.
- [Mike] Could be a few months, yeah.
And then, you know the other thing
that I started doing more of is
doing more back to backs and less
of those crazy long runs.
So you still get there, right? - [Taren] Doubles?
- [Mike] But doing the doubles, right.
So now coming up to like a 50 mile race
at my peak training block on the weekend,
might be something like 25 mile Saturday morning,
15 mile Sunday morning, and five Sunday night.
So it's kinda like 40 miles in a 36 hour window,
but it's not going out and running
some crazy long run that's going to trash me.
I don't want to pull myself into a recovery cycle.
- [Mike] Right? - [Taren] Right.
- [Mike] Where now I've gotta recover.
- [Taren] So you're looking for total volume
over a number of hours.
- [Mike] Yeah, yeah.
- [Taren] And whether that takes three workouts
or one, we're doing the same thing
this year with the marathon swims that we did before.
It was like, go and build that long swim
from two hours to four and a half.
And what we're trying this time around
just because we're limited with pool space,
we don't have open water right now,
we're going Friday morning, Friday evening,
Saturday morning.
So in 36 hours, we're doing something like
12k of swimming.
Which is essentially what we're doing before,
but in one shot.
- [Mike] Which sounds awful.
- [Taren] Oh yes. - [Mike] It sounds awful.
- [Taren] The one thing that you don't get
with that broken up
is the mental anguish that you get at hour four-five.
- [Mike] But definitely wrapping up too quickly
just leads to injury.
And I think what I found now over 20 years
of racing in some capacity
is getting to that start line healthy
is at least half the battle if not more.
So, setting that schedule
and then slowly starting to dial up the volume,
and at the whole time, just really kind of listening
to your body, make sure you're not pushing it too far.
The other thing is really having a schedule where
I might be doing a build, a build,
and then back off again, right.
So that long run... - [Taren] Yeah, get some rest
- [Mike] Might actually go from 12 miles,
to 14, to 16 back down to 12, right.
And now I'm doing kinda these three or four week cycles
where, you know,
you're backing off again. - [Taren] Backing down.
- [Mike] Exactly.
- [Taren] Start to finish, someone going from the couch
to let's say, a 50k trail run.
How long would you say is a safe amount of time
to do that?
- [Mike] A year.
- [Taren] A year.
It's a long process folks.
Trainiacs aren't built overnight.
- [Mike] It's true.
- [Taren] I like that.
I'm going to end it there.
- [Mike] That's good.
- [Taren] Wise words.
- [Mike] That's good. - [Taren] Thanks.
- [Mike] Alright buddy.

You Don't Need a Lot of Money or Business Classes to Start a Company | Sara Blakely - Duration: 4:32.So, as an entrepreneur I'm such an advocate for everyone to think like an entrepreneur.
Whether you want to start your own business or not, it's incredibly helpful no matter
what.
And so thinking like an entrepreneur inside of organizations or if you are starting your
own business, I always say—I love to tell the people around me to do this: Close your
eyes and take a minute and think about how you would be doing your job if nobody showed
you how to do it.
What surfaces?
Because if you think about it we're all on autopilot.
We're doing things the way either someone else showed us how to do it or we saw and
learned from watching.
And real change only happens when you do it different than everybody else.
So all the time I put myself through mental exercises where I'm like, "Wait a minute,
I know everybody's been doing it this way for a really long time, but is that the best
way?"
And I just want to see what comes up.
I also come across ideas and inventions by going throughout my day looking at objects
and saying, "Now how could that be better?"
And why did the person who first created gum—gum to me is so fascinating.
As someone who started a brand with $5000, had to get an idea out there that didn't already
exist (the footless pantyhose) I love to think about people who first introduced things to
society, and I think about the guy who did gum.
Can you imagine!
I thought I had it tough, this guy is walking around going, "You just chew it, you just
put this wad in your mouth…" and people are probably like, "And then what?"
"Don't swallow it, you just chew it."
Like that's a pretty hard sell at first.
And I think that gum had no flavor in it when it first came out, so that's even crazier
to me.
But everything from the pencil to the fork to the chair we sit in to the car that we
drive: somebody originally had a thought and brought it forward it to society.
So get off autopilot, look at everything every object in your life, the way that you do things;
when you get up and brush your teeth, is there a better way to brush your teeth?
Is it the right way to be doing it?
And see what comes.
I started Spanx with $5000 in savings from selling fax machines door to door in Clearwater
Florida for seven years.
And I started it out of the back of my apartment.
I had never taken a business class.
I had never worked in fashion or retail, but I was determined to make this one particular
undergarment for myself and women that filled a much needed void in a fashion.
And it was the most challenging the first two years to get it made, because no one took
me seriously.
I heard the word no for two solid years.
I actually was calling all the hosiery manufacturing plants and I ended up taking a week off of
work and drove around North Carolina in person begging these people to help make my prototype
and my idea.
And so there were many, many times in those first two years: When I wrote my own patent,
I went to Barnes & Noble and bought a book on patents and trademarks.
I created the packaging on my friend's computer after work.
I thought of the name Spanx sitting in traffic in Atlanta and went home and trademarked it
with my credit card for $150.
But all of this time I was doing it I wasn't sharing it with anybody.
None of my friends or family knew what my idea was, and that was really important to
my journey because I didn't want to share the idea just for validation, because I wanted
to make sure that I spent anytime I had pursuing it instead of defending it and explaining
it.
And I think so often, so many times, people have an amazing idea, I mean you have a million
dollar or a billion dollar idea in your life, and the first thing you want to do is turn
to your right or left at work and tell a coworker, tell your friend, tell your husband, your
wife and out of love and concern you get a lot of feedback that stops that idea right
in its moment that it happened.
But for me because I wasn't using a support system in those times that I had doubt, I
ended up really—I listened to a lot of inspirational and motivational lectures.
And so I would second-guess myself, I'd put those tapes in, I'd drive around, I'd
have to give myself pep talks.
I mean it was a real back and forth for me to keep believing in myself when no one else
was.
