Dark and pigmented lips decreases the beauty of the appearance.
The reasons for dark lips are many such as smoking, excess intake of tea and coffee,
allergens, dryness, cosmetics, exposure to the sun etc.
There are many natural ingredients or home remedies that you can use to remove your dark
lips.
Some of the things which you can do to get rid of dark lips are:
1.
Protect yourself from UV Rays Exposure to sun rays causes the growth of
melanin on your skin which gradually creates pigments and as a result your lips become
dark.
Whenever you go out in the sun apply sunscreen and lip balm with minimum SPF 15.
2.
Quit Smoking Fast Smoking causes discoloration of the lips.
It also leaves stains and black spots on the lips.
If you want pink lips you have to quit smoking as soon as possible.
3.
Apply Lemon Juice on Lips Lemon helps in removing dark lips as it contains
Vitamin C which has bleaching properties.
You can apply lemon juice on your lips once a day.
After applying it, massage your lips using your fingertips.
Doing this will remove impurities from your lips.
4.
Reduce intake of Caffeine Consuming more than 4 to 5 cups a day of tea
and coffee causes dark lips.
Reduce the intake of tea and coffee to a minimum and avoid if possible.
5.
Don't Let Your Lips Dry Dryness of the lips causes darkness.
Apply some lip balm or glycerin on the lips.
Drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and green vegetables to replenish your skin and
lips.
6.
Rose and Milk Rose has moisturizing, cooling and brightness
properties.
Mash up some rose petals and add some milk.
Massage this mixture onto your lips for 5 minutes on a daily basis until you see the
results.
Doing this will make your lips mild and your lips will look moisturized and rosy.
In conclusion, doing the above things will help in get rid of dark lips.
However there are many other methods which you can use to get pink lips, which we will
cover in a future video.

How to ULTRA CLEAN your car interior and exterior properly - Quickest and best wash possible - Duration: 5:20.
This time on Road and Race I give my M3 a thorough clean inside and out.
In the last episode we went though the car's service paperwork to see what maintenance
had been done and made a plan of work to do.
In this episode I'll be doing the "Big First Clean" as I like to call it as, after
I've bought a second hand car, I like to make sure I give everything a good once over.
So after a rinse it all starts with a bucket of clean water and one with car soap.
In this case I'm using Meguiars Gold Class shampoo and their lamb's wool mit.
After rinsing off the soap I use a drying towel to avoid any water marks forming.
When I first get a car I like to clay bar it.
Spray the detailer onto the car then using the clay run it up and down the glass and
paintwork.
You'll be surprised how much muck and ground in dirt you pick up.
Next up is the protective wax layer.
I've used a few products in the past but by far the quickest I've used is Meguiars
Quik Wax.
Just spray then wipe with a microfiber towel.
Once that's done we can turn our attention to the glass.
I always put Rain X on it as it really helps keep the windscreen cleaner for longer and
helps remove water better.
Especially useful when you have no rear wiper.
Talking about wipers, dip a microfiber towel in the soapy water and run it across the wiper
rubber.
Yeah, filthy.
Next up the wheels, a spray with Wheel and Tyre cleaner and then a rinse gets most of
the stuck on brake dust off.
Any stubborn stains get removed with a brush.
Once dry I spray Meguiars Brake Dust Barrier onto them to make them easier to clean next
time.
To finish off the wheels sometimes I use a tyre gel.
It only lasts a few weeks but does really make the tyre shine!
As for any plastic trim parts I use Autoglms Vinyl and Rubber care to keep them from cracking,
discolouring or drying out.
On to, in my experience, an easily overlooked area of car detailing the exhaust.
Using a medium grade steel wool and Autosol metal polish you can get them gleaming again.
Really finishes off the car.
So here's a few shots of the car's exterior before and after.
Now we can tackle the interior.
I like to start with a good vacuum.
I even vacuum out all the old leaves and stuff that get clogged in the water drain.
Inside the car I'm back using the Autoglyms Vinyl and Rubber care to keep all the plastics
suitably moisturised.
For the leather I use Autoglyms Leather Cleaner to clean then their Care Balm to nourish and
protect.
It's nice to finally clean the steering wheel.
After 10 years god knows who's used it and how!
Finally I use Autoglym's Glass Polish to clean all the glass.
I find this stuff also helps stop the car windows fogging up in the winter.
So her she is after all the cleaning.
Beautiful.

better at it what's important is that
you consistently go for it and you
consistently push the boundaries of what
you're willing to do to better your own

How to Write and Cite in MLA Format - Duration: 7:51.
First of all have the page number
starting on the top right corner of
every paper starting with the first page,
page 1. Type your surname before the page
number so that it appears on every page
then include a header to the left. On the
top is your name.
It's going to be in the format of first,
middle initial, and then last. Below that
is your professor's name. For example
professor Jocelyn Hutchkins. Below that is
your course number, and below that is the
due date of the paper in date month year
format. Everything is double-spaced Times
New Roman 12-point font. The title of the
paper is going to be centered in Times
New Roman 12-point font,
not bolded, underlined, nor italicized. The
introductory paragraph gives the reader
context, why you're writing your paper,
and what significance or importance the
topic has. The thesis statement, which is
typically the last sentence of the
introduction, gives a contention that you
will try to support and develop
throughout your paper. If your paper is
long, write about the organization of
your paper to help readers follow your
support. Use personal pronouns in your
paper as advised by your instructor. In
MLA format, the headers follow an ABC
system.
The main sections in the paper are
titled with B-level headers. B-level
headers are in a different style font
than the title of the paper, such as
small caps. Paragraphs after a B-level
header start flush left. C-level headers
break the B-level sections into smaller
pieces, and other styles such as italics
should be used to distinguish a B-
level header from a c-level header. The
paragraph continues attached to the c-
level header also flush left. Paragraphs
under B or C level headers are not
indented. Headers help the reader follow
your ideas although they're not required
by MLA format. Transitions at the end of
body paragraphs connect one paragraph to
another, stitching together the paper.
Body paragraphs have four main
components: one, a transition, two, a topic
sentence, three, evidence, four, a succinct
wrap-up
sentence. The transition obviously
transitions you to the next paragraph,
the topic sentence tells you what it's
going to be about, and the direct quotes
are evidence supporting the topic
sentence. The wrap up sentence at the end
closes the paragraph while setting up
the transition for the next paragraph.
The conclusion paragraph wraps up your
entire paper as opposed to just one
paragraph. For quotes, if there is any
conventional, grammatical, or spelling
error, type the quote as it is but follow
it with [sic] before the end
of the
quotation marks. If you delete words from
the original quote, add an ellipses, or
three periods with spaces between and
after each one. Use block quotations when
the typed quotes are longer than four
lines. Block quotations don't have
quotation marks and are on a new line,
double-spaced, and one inch from the
margin. In-text citations are used when
you refer to, summarize, paraphrase, or
quote from another source,
according to Penn State. For every
in-text citation, there must be a
corresponding source cited in the Works
Cited page. In text citations are after
the quote but before the period. In
parentheses, the author or author's name
or names, last names of course, go before
the page number with no comma in between
the names and the page number or numbers.
The citation is after the end
punctuation of the quote. Periods are
before the end quotation mark if the
citation is already in the same sentence.
If there are more than three authors, use
the first author's last name followed by
"et al." For starters, works cited
pages begin on a separate page at the
end of the paper. It should have the same
page number header as the rest of the
paper as well as one-inch margins. Label
it as "Works Cited" with the title
centered and 12-point font. All entries
should be double-spaced, but don't skip
spaces between entries. Indent all
citations after the first by 0.5 inches.
List page numbers efficiently if needed
with a hyphen between the page numbers.
Pages 225 through 251 would be 225 -
251. Entries are listed alphabetically
based on the author's last name, or
editor's names
for entire edited collections. The names
are last comma first, then the middle. he
names are listed last comma first then
middle. Titles like priest or doctor
aren't included,
but suffixes like Jr. or II are. It
would be King, Martin Luther,
Jr., if you were to cite Martin Luther
King Jr. If more than one work is cited
from the same author in the list, order
the works by the title alphabetically.
Replace the author's name with three
hyphens in every entry after the first.
When an author or collection editor
appears both as the only author of a
text and as the first of a group list,
solo entries first. Works with no
known author are alphabetized by title
Shorter versions of titles appear in
parenthetical citations. Capitalize each
word in the titles of articles books etc.
Do not capitalize articles such as a, an,
or the, prepositions, or conjunctions
unless a one is the first word of a
title or subtitle. The titles of all
larger works are in italics and
quotation marks are for shorter works
such as songs. Include the locations for
online sources. Include the DOI if you
can. If you can't include the URL. All
entries are followed by a period.
Use easybib.com to help with
citations. You can cite books, newspaper

So I decided that I finally need to put myself together and make this video
I would say a huge thank you to everyone
for your support and love
for all the comments and words of gratitude, and of course, for your stories!
Because I received many stories where people shared that their children are gay, lesbian or transgender
and some people are sharing their personal stories
even those people who are still...
I forgot how to say it in Russian
Even those who still haven't told their parents
I also want to apologize for my Russian - for the last seven years I've been speaking very little Russian
Since I came to Canada I've been speaking English 99% of my time
So, I even think mostly in English
So I'm very sorry if I say something wrong or use expressions that sound funny or incorrect
Please forgive me, I will try very hard to speak good Russian
In this video, besides thanking you, I wanted to draw your attention to several things -
If you go back and watch my coming out video, you'll notice that I never use the Russian word "straight"
I would like to explain to our non-russian speaking audience, that in Russian vernacular
the word "heterosexual" is exactly the same word as "natural"
And I, for example, don't agree, that heterosexual relationships are "natural"
So, our society is telling us, that heterosexual relationships are natural,
and what we are is not natural
For me, for my being, heterosexual relationships are not natural
So, what I mean is that I don't want to be with women (not talking about friendship)
I consciously replaced the word "straight" (Rus. "natural") to "heterosexual"
Because words mean a lot. What we use in our speech changes the society around us.
I also want to say, that I wasn't clear in my coming out video
and many people think that I am currently in Canada
In reality, I am studying violin in Chicago as a masters student at a university
So I also want to apologize for not being clear with that in my video
I guess after editing a 17-minute long video
and piecing it all together
I simply couldn't remember what I said and what I didn't
So again, I'm sorry that I wasn't clear!
In one of the message that I received - and I got many of them from many people
And I'm very thankful to all of you for all the messages, kind wishes and for sharing your stories
I am still amazed and wake up every day to more messages from friends I already made
or from new friends, who just saw my video
So, in one of the messages I received, I was asked - how can we help the Russian LGBT society?
And I have been reflecting on this question for the last two weeks
So for the last two weeks I've been thinking how we all can help
I contacted some of the LGBT activists in Russia and here, in Canada and the US
And I still don't have a lot of information about it
I know some organizations that help LGBT
and if you know any, then please, comment and share any links in the comment section and tell us how we can help
I think that the first thing we can do is being much more vocal
If you are LGBT or support LGBT, then please, if you are in a safe place to openly speak about it
then speak about it
If you know anyone who needs your support, and you are LGBT or support LGBT
then also speak up and be open about it
Because in many cases, like I said in my video,
I often didn't even know who was on my side and who was supportive
But again, if you are not in a situation where you can be open and safe,
It's better to be quiet and wait for the moment when you won't be scared for your well-being
I will also put some links below, where you can find info on Russian LGBT Organizations that help kids
they are often pretty small, but they always need our help
I want to add, that we are living in times when we can't afford sitting and not speaking up
when we see that someone is being treated unjustly
So if you are seeing that someone is treating another person badly
simply because they have a different skin color, or they speak differently, or they are of another nationality or faith
If we won't do anything about it then it will never change
It will continue like this
We can't change this world for the better if we won't be trying to change it for the better right now
Right now, like never before do we need to stop pointing finger
and stop any kind of hatred towards other people, who are different
I'd like to talk to my Christian audience and say that
Jesus told us to love everyone around us
And even if someone around us is gay or lesbian or transgender or asexual
we still must love them
Because He never said that there were exceptions for this rule
He never gave this exception
And also, you just need to stop lying to yourself
Because you don't hate gays due to your religion, or your "traditionalism"
or your culture.
You simply hate them because you are so full of hatred towards others and so full of misunderstanding
that you don't even try or want to understand them
Think about it - how many gay friends do you have?
i bet the number isn't too big
And now think - how many gay friends do you have, that you sat down
for two hours to talk about life and didn't try to change them?
And now tell me - how many gay friends do you have, who you don't see as monsters but just humans when you talk to them?
If your number is less than 5, then you are not qualified to judge other people for being gay
And if your number is more than 5, then you probably can't hate gay people
Again, I wanted to say thank you to everyone for all the kind words, comments, for your support and love
and especially for your stories - it's wonderful and I'm still getting and reading them
I'm so happy to be reading them!

OPRAH: I literally remember standing in the pantry just, you know, I'm eating
almonds because, you know, almonds are supposed to be healthy for you.
But not a bucket of them. GENEEN: (Laughter.) Right. OPRAH: So I'm saying, though,
a lot of people can't name whatever it is, whatever is the story they're telling
themselves, because they're kind of unconsciously doing it. GENEEN: Yes. But
if you ask yourself -- so if you're eating unconsciously, chances are there's a ghost
child there. That's what I'm saying. If it's me that's eating a bucket of almonds,
then I can pretty much bet that something got triggered in me that I wasn't aware of
when it got triggered. OPRAH: Absolutely. Yeah. GENEEN: So she or some
part of you wants something. And it might just want a moment to sit down and just
find out what got triggered. What happened there? OPRAH: Yeah. Absolutely.
GENEEN: Yeah. OPRAH: Yeah. I've been in that. I've been in that. GENEEN:
Yeah. OPRAH: Okay. So set your intention to heal means knowing that
whenever that thing gets triggered, hey, hey, just having an aha, whenever that
thing gets triggered, that's really a holy moment for you. GENEEN: That's right.
OPRAH: That's a holy moment that you get to -- you get yet another chance.
GENEEN: Yes. Exactly. OPRAH: To fix this thing. GENEEN: Yes. That is the
holy moment. That's why it's a doorway. That's why food is the doorway.
OPRAH: Yes. GENEEN: Because when you want to eat and you're not hungry,
you have the chance, yet another chance, to say, oh. If my purpose of really, when
you know what your intention is, which is to show up in this life, while you're still
here on earth, that's the other thing that's showing up and the body does, landing
on your body, you get to show up on earth while you're still here. You don't get to
miss your life. OPRAH: Yeah. That's our number one intention. GENEEN: And
if you're eating -- my thing is ice cream. If I'm eating ice cream when I'm not
hungry, I'm not doing that. OPRAH: Okay. GENEEN: That's why it's helpful to
remind myself that my intention is to show up completely. OPRAH: Well, this
friend of mine sent me this delicious ice cream. So I was -- I sent him a note to
thank him over the holidays saying thank you for sending the ice cream. And he
goes, but he goes I didn't know you were doing the Weight Watchers thing. Can
you still eat ice cream? I said, I can eat anything I want. I cannot eat the whole
carton. I eat it slowly, intentionally, and deliberately. GENEEN: Oh. OPRAH:
And I enjoy every spoonful until I no longer feel that sensation of pleasure.
GENEEN: Yes. Fabulous. OPRAH: Isn't it? GENEEN: Because when you eat
compulsively or emotionally, you're missing the taste of food. OPRAH: Yeah. I
would agree with that. GENEEN: You're doing it to assuage the loneliness or
whatever got triggered. But you're doing it for that. OPRAH: No, you're doing it
to fill the hole. GENEEN: Yes. To fill that hole.
