promise behind your little feelings it

end of your look feelings but behind
every principle as a promise
and some of you and your life the reason
why you not at your goal right now cuz
you just all about your feelings eat all
on your feelings you don't feel like
waking up so who does every day you say
no to your dreams you might be pushing
your dreams back a whole six months a
whole year that one single day that one
day you didn't get up could have pushed
your stuff back I don't know how long
don't allow your emotions to control you
we are emotional but you want to begin
to discipline your emotion if you don't
discipline and contain your emotions
they will use you you want it and you're
going to go all out to have it it's not
going to be easy when you want to change
it's not easy if it were in fact easy
everybody to do it but if you're serious
you'll go all out I'm in control here
I'm not gonna let this get me down I'm
not gonna let this destroy me I'm coming
back and I'll be stronger and better
because of it you have got to make a
declaration this is what you stand for

What Do I Know Guitar Tutorial - Ed Sheeran
Hey guy's my name's Dave
Tran and welcome to another guitar zero
to hero song tutorial and then today's
lesson i'll be teaching you how to play
what do I know by Ed Sheeran now in this
video I'm going to teach you two
different ways of playing with song the
first way is the studio version how it's
actually played in the recording and the
second version i'm going to teach you is
a nice easy chord based version now if
you want to mask your clothes back to
front and be sure to head over the
guitar zero to hero calm to pick up my
free guitar ebook so let's jump straight
into the studio recorded version and
there's not actually a lot we need to
learn there's only two main riff
structures that we need to learn the
most difficult part about these risks is
probably just going to be the timing
involved so for the studio version we're
going to be finger picking and there's
only two strings that we need to
fingerpick it's going to be the sixth
string and the third string we're going
to pick the six strings our thumb and
the third string is going to be plucked
without index finger let's learn the
main riff the song which is played in
the verses in the choruses we start off
that index finger on the eleventh fret
of the 3rd string and we're going to
pluck the sixth and third strings
together and at that same time going to
have her on to the 13th fret with our
ring finger like that one more time
after we've plucked those two strings
and hammered on
team we're going to be slapping the
strings so this percussive slap is
basically us just dropping our hand on
to the strings like that to get that
percussive snare noise most of that
sound is going to be made from the side
of your thumb making contact with those
bass strings now thats Acosta's slap is
going to be played consistently in this
riff on the to beat and the four beat so
we have this too and now the next
position we need to get to is on the
eleventh fret our index finger will go
on the eleventh fret of the sixth string
and our middle finger will go on the
eleventh fret of the 3rd string this is
our second position and we're going to
pluck this on the end beat after the
three I want those two strings together
at the same time and then we're going to
slap on the four beat and then we'll
move down to our next shape which is the
exact same shape just two frets down on
the ninth fret and this is going to be
plucked on the ant bit after the four
and so far for the first bar we have
this one and two and three and four and
then for the next bar we simply have a
slap on that to be and our next chord
shape is going to be down here on the
seventh fret of the sixth string and on
the 8th fret of the 3rd string now we're
going to play that 8th fret with our
ring finger we're not going to play it
with our middle finger that's our next
chord shape that's played on the end
feed after the three then we have a slap
on the floor like we typically do and
then our next chord shape is going to be
exactly the same just two frets down so
now we're on the fifth fret and super so
altogether that first whole line will
sound like this one two and three and
four and one and two and three
for our third bar we just have our slap
on to beat and then our next shape is
going to be on the fourth fret of the
sixth and third strings and we're going
to use that index and middle fingers
yeah that's played on the ant bit after
the three similar to our other bars
we're going to slap the fall and then
we're going to move up to our chord
shape on the fifth fret and 6th fret
here on the end bit after the fall so
the third vowel sound like this one and
two and three and four and so our final
bar we're going to slap on the two and
then on the end bit after the two we're
going to go up to our chord shape here
on the 7th and 8th fret so the whole
second lighting sound like this one and
two and three and four and one and two
and three and four and now don't forget
there's always a percussive slap on the
to beat and the floor beat everything
else is sprinkled in between so that's
it for the full riff and its a prepaid
it over and over again so the full riff
in total two and three two three one two
and three one two and three and two and
three and one and two three three
and for and and a little bit faster and
now we get the pre-chorus and the
pre-chorus is going to start on our
shape here on the 5th and 6th fret
without index and ring finger the one
difference here is that we won't be
using our percussive slap on the to beat
for this first block so we're going to
be plucking this shape on the 1 B 2 B 3
B and then on the nth beat after the
three we're going to go up to our ninth
fret chord shape slap and then we're
going to go down to our 7th and 8th fret
chord shape on the end bit after the
fall so it sounds like this one three
and four and notice there's a slap on
the fall but not on the to be then on
the next bar going to pluck this seventh
and eighth fret board shape again on the
nth bit up the one there's a slap on the
two and then we're going to go up to our
13th fret of the 3rd string and open
threats of the sixth string we're going
to plug that on the end pin up the to
the end bit of three and then we're
going to slap and then quickly on the
end bit after the fall we're going to
have to go all the way back down to the
fourth fret chord shape which is played
with that index and middle finger so the
second bar will sound like this one and
two and three and four so you're gonna
have to get back to this forum thread
chord shape fairly fast after being up
here now that first full line is
repeated three times and in a loop it
should sound like this one three and
four and one and two and three
and one three and four and one and two
and three and then for our second line
we're going to start on this fifth fret
and 6th fret chord shape we're going to
be playing it on the first beat second
mate 3rd meet the end bit after the
three as well then we're going to be
slapping on the four bit then we're
going to go to the chord shape on the
7th and 8th fret and we're going to be
playing that on the n terminus of the
fall and then on the nth bit after the
one but to be the n-bit out the two and
then finally the freebie so for plucks
in a row and two and three so altogether
the second line sounds like this one
three and four and one and and three and
four and and that's it for the
pre-chorus I'm going to play a little
faster so you can hear what it sounds
like
three and four for the beginners out
there who want it easier court based
version or now teach you how to play
that now the guitar needs to be in
standard tuning and you will need a
taper on the fourth fret of your guitar
now the way that the chords work in this
song it's not as simple as just working
any odd strumming pattern into this song
but it's not so bad as long as you
follow the annotation up here so let's
start with the main riff which is used
in the verse in the chorus basically for
each chord that you see up here you're
going to be stopping at once where you
see an X that's going to be a percussive
mute to do that with the cords you don't
push anything down just slightly arrest
your fingers over the strings and just
strum like that and you'll get your
percussive slap or you can put the palm
of your strumming hand down on the
strings before you go for the strong and
that will give you the same effect as
well but you need to make sure that the
palm is in far enough in the bridge
otherwise you get a palm muted effect so
we're going to start with a C chord on
the one beat similar to the recorded
version we're going to have a mute on
each of the two beats and four beats so
go one and two and then our next chord
is a G /b it's the same as a G except
our base notice the 5th string we're not
going to keep the 6th string that's
played on the nth bit after three we
have a mute on the floor beat and then
we go to the a minor and bit up the four
one and two and three and four and then
we have another new on the next to beat
and then on the end beat after the three
we go to a g4 we have a new on the four
beat and then on the ant bed after that
for we have so that whole first line
will sound like this one two and three
two and three four
they're our next line we have a mute on
the to be and then on the end bit after
3 we have a/c /e now that's the same as
a C chord accepts you can hit bass note
and then we'll have a slap on the floor
beat we go back to earth on the entry
after four we have a slap on the to beat
and then we go to a G chord the entry
after the two and we end on the slap on
that next four beat now this might seem
a little complicated but as long as you
follow the annotations up here's and you
should be fine and make sure you know
where you are in terms of the count so
the total risk with the cord version
will sound like this one and two and
three and four one and two and three
four one two three four four and let me
just loop that over and over again now
we get to the pre-course and we just
have two lines of cords here the first
line is fit a minor G and C and then the
second line is just 10 and then she now
thankfully for this pre course we can
implement bit more of a strumming
pattern here which makes things a little
more easy the strumming pattern for the
first line is going to go down down down
up down up up down up up down up and one
more time down down down up down up up
down up up down up now you're going to
fit all four chords within that one
strumming pattern up here in the
annotations you'll see where each core
needs to change so for all of the chords
with the exception of the escort we're
going to be changing on up strums so be
sure to note that and the exact
locations are up here in the annotation
so for the first line it should sound
like this down down down
yeah in any succession
they're going to play that first line
three times and then we get to our
second line showing pattern is going to
be down down down up down up up down up
down the point at which you change the G
chord is highlighted up here and for
that second line also like this down and
down and pop now and a total the full
pre-chorus so now I'm going to be
playing through the verse pre-chorus and
chorus I'm going to do two playthroughs
one with the studio version and one with
the easy chord version we're going to
have a vocal track on top to some
context so play this back as many times
it's like to practice play along to it
and see how you do

It's a vintage 60's coat from ReLove in San Francisco, again, one of my favorite places.
Delila owns it, she's fantastic.
Tiana bought it for me, my daughter bought it for me for Mother's Day one year, so
I love it.
I always think of her when I wear it.
I have it paired with this vintage leopard scarf.
It's a silk scarf.
These are great to buy at thrift shops.
It goes to show that even though they're two prints, to me the leopard print is almost
like a neutral these days, so I think they kind of go well together.
And, I've got my tall Frye boots with this.
I had a lot of fun today and tonight.
I'm wearing one of my favorite brands Kit and Ace.
I have this turtleneck of theirs, it's nice weight for southern California that I love
and wear all the time.
I have these fun pants of their as well that are just the right length and just baggy enough.
These shoes I really love.
They're from another favorite called Artemis designs, they're the ones that make those
Turkish rug shoes that I wear a lot.
And I have a belt that is from Tanner belts in Portland.
I think they're in Oregon, handmade leather that I wear a lot and love.
My trusty Levi's jacket.
The earrings are again, are from 454 Tattoo, love getting my earrings at Tattoo shops for
some weird reason.
Then the head scarf is from Greece, my daughter brought it back for me from one of her Europe
trips.
Kind of feeling fun in this.
I almost forgot, in the last video, I have this purse that I think ties it all together.
It's a little cross body bag that I got from Oma when I went to the Oma Global Bizarre
and it's made out of Sari's from India and it has her symbol here.
I think that ties it all together as well.
So, there's the entire look.
Today I'm wearing a couple of the workhorses of my wardrobe.
I think the cost per wear at this point is almost in the negative.
This black turtleneck is just a staple that I've had for years and I wear it all the
time in the winter, fall, even sometimes spring when it's chilly.
It's just the right weight for here and I love it.
These pants you've probably seen quite a bit on my What I Wore, these are from the
company store at St. John Knits.
They were long and I had them shorten.
They're just the right width and I really like the way they look.
So, just kind of a basic, the two staples are basics.
I've added a couple pieces that I think resale is really good at.
Scarfs.
It's great to buy scarfs resale.
This is a vintage leopard print, nice silk little scarf.
Belts are also great to buy via resale.
This is a leather one.
It has a tiny bit of a leopard pop here too with some gold.
It's nice, big and thick that I like.
Then boots.
Boots are great to buy via resale.
These are from Flashbacks and they're a Spanish leather lace up short boot that I
love.
The belt and the scarf are from the Hospice Resale in Encinitas, it's a thrift shop
and a great place to go.
So, basic, but I think kind of fun incorporating new and old.
Tonight, we're going out and we're going to be listening to live music outside and
it's a little bit chilly out.
So, I want to be comfortable, yet stylish and I finally get to wear this vintage cape
that I bought in Julian, California from a place called the Old Well.
It's super toasty and warm like a Scottish Wool and I think it's kind of fun to wear.
I have it paired with a Kit and Ace turtleneck, a belt that I thrifted and these pants are
Stella McCartney jeans from My Sister's Closet.
The boots are Frye boots that I bought at Flashbacks in San Diego and I didn't feel
like washing my hair, so I just threw a little headband on.

Becoming True Sovereign Beings
New insights come as we move forward in our attempt to learn to love unconditionally.
Some of these insights are hard to digest when we come to a realisation that we have
been holding onto some negative way of being/thinking, but have been absolutely unaware of it due
to it being a normal way of existing / surviving as children.
I personally learned that the only way to survive was to keep quiet about all feelings,
be helpful at all times and even more so when being unjustly blamed for things/incidents
that occurred.
This led to my thinking negatively about the person in question and never daring to express
those feelings for risk of more punishment.
The consequence of this is that when people seem to be expressing unusually strong emotional
reactions to something my emotional body is recalling these earlier situations and the
negative thought reactions like �this person is stupid, or this person is crazy, or this
person is unpredictable, or this person needs therapy� and so on.
I recall the name of a book with the title �you can�t afford the luxury of a negative
thought� and by golly is this a tall order to follow.
However, this �tall order�, this ideal of being, is exactly where we are heading.
Cobra was once asked how we should control our thoughts.
I recall him saying that we should not control our thoughts, we have to allow them.
However, when we become aware that we are sometimes thinking negatively about someone
close to us while never expressing this openly we must realise that these thoughts are felt
by the other person on some level and will infect the relationship until we change those
thoughts by communicating in a better way with the person in question.
Like Saint Germain said recently while discussing the Fulfilment of the Mothers Plan (which
he points out is �no pie in the sky� but very real), the time of Ascension, �we are
transmuting, letting go of, healing, our burdens, wounds, belief systems, everything that has
hurt us.� As we can feel rather unhappy with ourselves when we discover that we have
been holding onto negative thoughts on some level we need acceptance and unconditional
love for ourselves too.
Saint Germain goes on to explain that when these old issues surface that these are things
that have not been addressed or seen to.
He says �there is no need for drama, there is no need for disassociation.
We need ACCEPTANCE � because in acceptance we enter the flow�.
He reminded us that at Christmas time we were advised by the Co. of Heaven to be in �willingness
and forgiveness, however when we are in acceptance we bring forth our alignment with our divine
will.
Be in your sacred willingness and simply accept and allow this unfoldment�.
We will be faced with the need to forgive everyone at some point and this is a recent
article I compiled where Saint Germain says �We Need a Passion for Compassion.�
In the end we come to know and understand that every single soul we know is acting according
to the earlier experiences and programming of one kind or another that they have encountered
and of course this includes all of these souls� earlier incarnations too.
If you sincerely hear a calling to try to forgive everyone then this will benefit a
quicker transition to a new calm, loving, peaceful existence on Nova Gaia.
Like one reader commented after the above linked article �yes for me forgiveness is
the key, for only those who have felt pain in anyway are capable of hurting another�.
So imagine now this day!
Imagine when this Veil of darkness and complete control is fully removed.
Then there will be no hinder for the healing Light of pure Love Energy � Tachyon energy

The Removal of the Veil ~ How The Event Will Change Everything Immediately
On February 3rd this year I wrote an article with the above title and this introduction;
�How could all of the madness and chaos that pervades our lives in a never ending
myriad of ways suddenly go away / dissolve overnight?
Even among Lightworkers I would imagine that the majority have great difficulty in getting
their heads around an understanding of how this will take place.
It is with this in mind that I attempt to combine some information that will hopefully
help everyone who so desires to have a greater understanding of how The Event will involve
radical change on Gaia from one day to the next.�
Reset Imminent + Prepare for Change
The following words were written by our colleague Untwine in February 2016 as an introduction
to the video �Reset Imminent� �None of us are claiming that the Reset, Disclosure
and Event will happen for sure in the next few days, weeks or months.
It may or may not.
The main purpose of this video is to have all the core information easily available
in a concise way, to be shared at the moment of the Event to the unawakened population.
By publishing it now, it can circulate and we can make sure everybody has it ready for
when the time comes.

via allied Light Forces both above and below us.
Everyone reading this article will have felt both physical and emotional symptoms of many
kinds these past four or five years preparing us for the Big Waves at the time of The Event.
Recently on the monthly Cobra interview on PFC the following was discussed:
Aaron � Ok, this about The Event.
Is the Schumann resonance a useful indicator of our progress and readiness for The Event?
COBRA � No.

Lynn � Is there an increase or decrease in the Schumann resonance within the last
100 years?
COBRA � The basic Schumann resonance stays the same but there, I would say quite drastic
oscillations happening lately.
Lynn � Is the fluctuation a positive thing or a negative thing?
COBRA � It is simply an indication that something quite intense is happening in the
plasma and it can be both.
What is happening very lately is a positive thing because the light forces are clearing
the negative plasma.

Lynn � Can you talk about the waves of energy we have received in the middle of December
or since the middle of December?
COBRA � There have been waves of energy not just in that time period but in many time
periods so it is not those particular time frame.
That particular time frame is not extremely significant.

THE IMMENSE IMPORTANCE OF LIGHTWORKER COOPERATION AT THIS TIME CAN NOT BE OVERLY EXAGGERATED
� IT IS KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION
On October 6th 2015 Cobra informed us about how the chimera group created a negative barrier
at the edge of the solar system, how all �sentient beings whatsoever were implanted with plasma
implants and tied to Chimera�s AI network (the Veil)�, and how �memories of spiritual
nature were erased with electronic dissolution of memory (EDOM).
Many beings who intended to release intel to the surface population were mind programmed
and in many instances false intel and memories were implanted.
All channelers were implanted and most of their channelling connections were severely
disrupted.�
This update called The Great Forgetting of 1996 also gave us clearly defined recommendations
that were necessary if we wanted a smooth transition to our New Atlantis � Nova Gaia
as soon as possible � he said �The Light forces have communicated to me that an alliance
/ coalition of Lightworkers / Lightwarriors, working towards the common goal of planetary
liberation, and refraining from constant infighting, would need to be formed on the surface of
the planet.
Such alliance is crucial for the successful compression breakthrough.
Dragon forces have communicated that such coalition would serve as a conduit for the
energies that will be released at the moment of compression breakthrough to ease the transition.
If this alliance is not formed, the Light forces have an alternative plan to carry out
the compression breakthrough.
That second plan is slower, but more secure.
Details about that alternative plan will not be released on this blog, I will just say
it will not alter much the way an average human will experience the Event.�
I would like to believe that we have in fact succeeded in overcoming our differences and
that we have become aware of each person�s or groups unique contributions as being necessary
to the whole.
We can absolutely reach the goal of a smooth transition at the moment of Compression Breakthrough
if we remain impartial in handling our affairs.
With proper behavior we know without a shadow of a doubt that we will be supported by the
entire Co. of Heaven etc. in our efforts.
If there are people involved in any situation whether it be prior to the Event, during the
Event or after the Event that hold onto selfish interests or have separate / divergent goals
this will be very sad and unfortunate.
Because this way of thinking will create mistrust and will grind events to a halt.

Storm of Disclosure � Compression Breakthrough
As I sit here at my computer writing this article on April 21st 2017 there is a storm
brewing outside, the winds are increasing as the hours pass and tomorrow they say that
there may be gale warnings issued.
Each time I encounter strong windy weather it reminds me of the storm of disclosure that
is on the way.
I call the winds �the winds of change� because it is very clear to Lightworkers now
that nothing can prevent this change taking place.
For nearly a year now many cabal members have been negotiating agreements behind the scenes
hoping to survive the planetary liberation intact.
There is simply no way anyone following mainstream media and believing that they are getting
�news� can fathom more than 2-3% of what is really going on at this time.
With each day that passes we are more guaranteed a smooth time of transition.
In a Solar System Status update from Cobra in May of 2016 we learned the following about
the time / day of Compression Breakthrough;
�The Light forces have built a network of advanced Tachyon chambers and a network of
Cintamani stones on all main bodies within the Solar System to create a support field
for the Compression Breakthrough.
The Compression Breakthrough will be the moment of phase transition for the society on the
surface of planet Earth:
Before the Event, a huge wave of energy will pass through these chambers and Cintamani
stones and this wave will wash away all remaining darkness and most importantly all remaining
plasma anomaly from this Solar System:�

will be the moment of the compression breakthrough and this is what David Wilcock saw in his
dream of a storm with many lightning bolts.
Each of those lightning bolts represents a compression wormhole, which is a hyperdimensional
doorway of Light, connecting the surface of the planet with the Light above and below
the surface at the moment of the compression breakthrough.
The Event will send strong ripples of Light throughout the spacetime, forwards and even
backwards in time.
This is why some of you have already received dreams, impressions and visions of the Event.�
Understanding the Effect of SYNTROPHY Helps Us to Understand How Things Will Only get

We have never ever been so close to Compression Breakthrough as we are now and the dark ones
are in panic mode and as we just learned from Cobra they are attacking key Lightworkers.
They are doing all that they can to frighten newly awakening readers by spreading vicious
lies about Cobra and even the Prepare for Change website.
All of us here at PFC have been working idealistically for years to do this work to help support
a calm transition.
None of this work would have been possible without Cobra�s tireless dedicated work.
Yes, imagine if he was just making all of this up and we were all following him blindly?
All I can say to you who have doubts is that in each of his RM updates the information
has later been proven to be correct and corroborated by events taking place later.
I have witnessed this time and time again myself.
Yes, we are all tired and yes it has taken way too long and we have been tested too many
times BUT my feeling is that we will be so grateful when the Day finally arrives that
the groundwork was so well laid allowing a much safer and calmer transition into Nova
Gaia.
These final words were issued by Cobra in a recent PFC interview;
COBRA � I would say that we are living in a very key time in human history right now
and we just need to keep pushing, keep manifesting the Victory of the Light for the planet.
Developing at the Perfect Pace
I asked my Guides to give me some final advice on how to end this recap of the various aspects
involved in understanding The Event.
This is what I was advised to say.
Lightworkers all over Gaia are asked now to operate in good conduct while performing their
missions and in this way to elevate the social order.
The time points to a carful and natural unfolding of events and even though we have all had
enough by now we need to accept that because of or despite the various setbacks and delays
a deliberate and slow cultivation of the situation is the path to success and good fortune for
the many.
We are quite simply so much more ready in every sense of the word because of the time
it has taken.
Calmness and adaptability along with good natured persistence will see us through.
We need to remember also that everyone involved in wars at this time including those on the
dark side are in their own way praying for peace.
Everyone is tired of these never ending battles.
Mother � Maat desires peace too and it is on its way to us at full speed � the signal
will go out from Source � that huge Galactic Wave of Love will soon reach our shores and
wash away all of the remnants of the veil and our liberation will be a fact.

border — already have high fences," and added that people support building fences
in other areas that only have barbed wire."
Rancher John Ladd, whose San Jose Ranch is right on the actual border, stated that in
the thirty years his ranch has been in business "border control has caught a half a million"
illegals on his land.
Ladd personally invited Pelosi to come out and see why building the wall would be effective.

Seconded Davis, "We will send a plane for you.

One year later,

People who've lived here for years

and he has.
We didn't predict everything.
We thought Trump's rhetoric against Wall Street and

But for Trump's critics, there's an odd silver lining.
